A year ago on this day, Gabriel and I recorded this video on FREE 45min Intro Sessions for the SoulFullHeart process/way of life.

We were just getting back in the saddle and offering them again as a bridge into the process for those who have been interested but perhaps still on the fence. Meeting with one of us is an opportunity to learn more about how this process might apply to you at this time, and you’ll be able to ask any questions you might have about it all too! We really do enjoy being open books and honestly, sharing about this process which has been our passion for nearly a decade now is one of our most favourite things to do. πŸ˜ƒ

For me, this process has been truly life-changing from the inside out. I sometimes try and imagine who I would be if I had chosen something else other than to follow the soul and heart call to this work and community. Even during my ‘breaks’ from it all, the work itself still held me and it helped to answer so many questions over time and with growing gentleness and compassion towards myself and my parts/soul aspects.

I’ve found that this work truly offers the same to many other souls, whether or not you choose to keep going deeper with it and eventually in community/intimate relationship with all of us, or not. The seeds of your Divine Self keep growing, no matter how you choose to water them and it’s unmistakable what this process can offer you in terms of truly embracing your humanity and embodying your Divinity.

“Come As You Are” This Solstice/Holiday Season

Deep beneath the Matrix-fuelled busyness, expenses, and stresses of the β€˜holiday season’, lay the pure energies of this time of year; un-hijacked and sprouting up from underneath what feels like frozen ground at times. These energies can be difficult to access, as this ground is the rather hardened layer of social/familial obligations that no longer arise for you in joy, but arise instead in tension and frustration. 

It’s a confusing time of year in that way, isn’t it? So many inner buttons are being pressed, some of which you can track and others which you can’t because they have so long simply been β€˜tolerated’ or buried. The parts of you that want to scream, others that want to cry, and still others who want to be numb, are all being pushed on and perhaps this year, with the intensity of our different realities and consciousnesses surfacing in ways that can’t be ignored or put aside any longer, it’s all feeling much, much worse. 

Yet, there’s also the purity of the inner child’s joy that feels the Christ/Magdalene frequencies of this time and wants to jump into that love pool more than anything. There’s the deep love of the Divine that lives in your soul, and the desire to align ever-deeper with that love, to truly live from it, that also can become inspired to surface this time of year, when the β€˜permission’ to be more joyful can come through and reach you, however it can. 

My own inner child (who has a Christmas Elf side!) has had a mixed experience of Christmas and the holidays, even in her enthusiasm for them. This time of year has been more challenging for her and many other energies within me too as things keep ramping up in the outer world and it’s all just so sad and hard to feel. It’s also been challenging as this year my personal income has been tighter and thus I can’t shower my beloveds with many bought gifts. This has been surprisingly hard as gift-giving has been a deep love language for parts of me, yet it’s been of course a huge out-breath to remember that with my beloveds and my mate, Gabriel, physical gifts have only ever been one small way to show our love for each other and generosity towards each other too. 

So while the physical gifts have had to be let go of in some ways this year (though not totally), I actually feel the deeper gift of our shared resonance and love flow which have been so much more nourishing and fulfilling than any β€˜bought gift’ could possibly be… also, I feel how much I’m letting in that the man I’ve had many rounds of relationship with and who I’m in love with yet again though now in an even deeper way, is at my side. If I could give this gift to everyone in the world… that would be more satisfying than buying anything at all.

Of all the many messages we can receive this Solstice and holiday season, perhaps the most consistent one is the invitation to β€˜come as you are’ as you reach inside of you and move your heart and soul back into the room of your own innate Divine connection, for its never about adornments, baubles or tokens, but always about love flow and choosing love over anything else. This is what I think of when I hear the song β€˜Little Drummer Boy’’, for he had no β€˜gifts’ to bring, but he brought his song, played on his precious drum, and somehow that brought him closer in frequency to the Divine child before (and within) him. He expressed his love, honoured his resonance, and showed up in the only way he knew how. How precious this invitation is for us all!

Being Part Of ‘The Great Arising’

It is different than the Great Awakening. 

It’s what happens as you move into the Higher Heart space as you awaken. It is the embodiment of your Divine Self (as you step through and into the process of this embodiment).

There’s nothing here to achieve. Yet, there is so much MORE to arise into, rooted always in the heart.”

~ Divine Mother

I feel this invitation and its many layers this morning in particular. This morning, that like many recent mornings and perhaps mornings throughout human history, will lead into a day which for many will feel like suffering to some degree. For such is the state of the world both inside and out… the hiding, the fighting, the pushing and pulling. 

I feel how the cries of the world can seem cinematic in moments and can feel like it’s something happening β€˜out there’ rather than anything I am (or any of us who live in a more removed/remote space are) personally involved in so much. The gravitas though of feeling what’s moving through the world and what my own soul has experienced of the world is not something to put away for too long. The invitation calls and I go… and I’ll be going into it deeper still.

I feel the love and grace of the Divine reminding us all that no matter what it is we feel ready to feel in our own inner worlds or in the outer one, we are infinitely held. It’s the letting in of that holding that can truly be the challenge. And the letting in of the Divine’s tears for all of us as it feels us and holds us in its heart is the sort of stuff that blows the heart wide open.

As the sun rays float through my window in this moment as I write this, I’m reminded too of the beacons of hope and love that we all have the capacity to become. This sort of embodiment is not transcendent but deeply alchemical and alive, offering us invitation after invitation to keep feeling what needs us in our inner worlds while feeling connected still to the outer. 

I’ve not ever been able (in this lifetime) to transcend feeling. The bigger piece here for my process has always been about opening up to feeling others deeper and not only myself and my own parts/soul aspects. The compassion from myself to others is ever-deepening, especially when boosted by Divine invitation, inner movements, and holding space for others, which all remind me again and again of how important the inner work is, but also how important the overflow from that inner work is.

To truly arise as Sacred Humans, this process has its downturns and upticks, its wobbles and its straight lines. It’s a chaotic mess at times and extreme bliss at others. It’s the holding of hope and love, expanding out into true forgiveness and compassion toward self and others, and it’s the most humbling thing I’ve ever witnessed and experienced. 

We ARE the Great Arising, as Mother offers. We are expanding beyond β€˜awakening’ and moving into much deeper things that in some ways haven’t been lived into by humanity yet. 

As our souls and hearts arise together as one in each of us and all together, we experience what is becoming so possible to truly embody…

The Bliss-Mess You Came Here To Be

You came here to be…

A mess.

Sometimes a mother, sister, father, or brother.

Sometimes a son or daughter.

Sometimes a Queen or King.

Sometimes feeling connected to the Divine, sometimes not.

Sometimes feeling whole, sometimes feeling fractured.

Sometimes feeling happy, sometimes feeling depressed.

You came here to experience your humanity as you embody your divinity.

You came here to be fully human and somehow, as you feel more worthy of it, fully divine too.

You came here to sometimes be the trigger and the triggered.

You came here to realize that even in all your lostness, you will always be found…

Even when parts of you would rather hide from the impact of life, love, and growth for the rest of their lives…

To embrace the ups, downs, and everything in-between

Is the ongoing journey of learning and discovering.

It’s the ongoing unplugging from the Matrix you’ve grown up in, happening in ways sometimes unknown.

For me,

The way has often been messy. The forest cannot always be seen for the trees surrounding me. Sometimes the hills have seemed much harder to climb than the experience of actually climbing them turns out to be. Sometimes I’ve felt crucified by others, but more so by soul aches and pains and inner punishment. I’ve felt with parts of me the desire to push away at love rather than let in and so many of the forms that’s taken. I’ve felt the pressure of an entire generation of healers and creatives, who feel they have to be, look, or seem one way when they are really in deep need of being held and felt.

The way of letting in Divine love is always unique,

Will always move YOU into the situations you most need in order to feel where to go next within you,

To make room for more of the Divinity waiting for your humbled embodiment.

It won’t look the way parts of you have imagined it would,

And it won’t be an easy path,

But it will be fraught with grace,

Laden with love,

And held by the Divinity of a world that is both dying and being reborn at the same time… within and without.

Energy Update: Blood Moon Eclipse Impacting All Wombs/Haras, Stirring Awakenings & Action-taking

The collective womb throbs and hums, expands and contracts. It is working to help us through our death and rebirth. It is co-creating with us the world we want to live in, while helping us collapse the one we don’t. It is moving and swaying in time with the music of the waves of collective awakening. It is clearing itself out and making room for what wants to come through…

This week’s Blood Moon Eclipse connects us to this collective womb in an intense way. It’s a harbinger of what’s already happening and the intensity of what’s to come too. The moon, I feel, is not a pure connection, but a hijacked one. Meaning, it has its role in broadcasting the Matrix that is peaking now, which impacts us all, and to the awakening soul that is shaking off what’s left of its slumber, this particular broadcast from the moon this week could be felt in very uncomfortable ways.

The continued push of the v. bioweapon agenda is a scary one. In many ways it’s a direct attack on the womb, on the human heart, on our children, on the physical body vessel and the soul it houses. It’s getting worse and continues to peak. This creates a lot of stirring and shifting in every womb/hara space in every individual, for we are all connected and no matter what is happening and where, we ARE going through it together. 

Within your womb, you may be experiencing cramping, bloating, fatigue, and a feeling of overall physical discomfort. Emotional edges may be peaking, especially anxiety and a feeling of hopelessness or even restlessness. Whether or not it’s directly related to your own cycle, there is a frequency connecting all of our wombs at this time. The hara in men may also be feeling impacted with its own symptoms. 

My own womb has been humming in deep response to everything that’s moving… as I feel her, I feel what she’s been holding. I feel the tension of getting ready for the next phase of her cycle, but also the tension of what’s breaking down and breaking open in the world. I feel my own process of feeling into how to respond to that and also feeling how it connects to some pieces in my soul and my this-life parts too. 

Connecting in with my womb, I feel all of this and the discomfort of the confused collective that is trying to break through the ceilings of a consciousness that has long been held as β€˜normal’. I feel my own personal ceilings I’m breaking through as well and how challenging that can be at times. Overall, I feel my connection to Divine Mother through the portal of my womb, which offers me all of this context I’m sharing with you now, even through the physical discomfort and emotional peaks I’m feeling inside of myself. 

It all feels like the energy of death, but laced with hope. It feels like a deep reboot of our sense of what’s true and how to respond to it with love, care, compassion, and when necessary, urgency.

As the collective Dark Night experience intensifies at this time, you may be feeling stirred to take urgent action and make swift life changes that have a huge impact on how your next phase unfolds. It feels important to not over-process or analyze this urgency right now and the intensity you may be feeling about it all, instead offering it plenty of air and giving space to the reactions parts of you are very reasonably having.

As women, sometimes we need our inner masculines to β€˜kick it into high gear’ and help us move on and into more personal safety, choosing to follow the flow of the resonance that calls us, even if soul family feels physically far away. With more lockdowns, more shunning of those who choose love over fear, more risk of becoming β€˜stuck’ in situations or geographies that are so clearly dissonant to your own values and what your heart and soul believes to be the truth underlying everything that’s happening, it’s paramount to listen to that voice within that encourages and empowers you to find a way out.

Our wombs/haras carry many codes for us of our personal awakening journeys and alchemy. There’s so much we can receive from them when we connect consciously to them and feel how whatever is moving through us is also moving through the All. The Divine womb that holds us all is expressed in each of us and it’s so vital to our wellbeing to embrace and understand that. 

As the collective β€˜womb’ we all share continues to move the energies of what’s burning UP through her, we’re not only being offered a dystopia but also hope… it was our co-creative power that brought in the reality we’re living out and allowed it to seed the way it has. That means we also have the power, which starts individually always, to move into another phase of co-creation now that we’ve learned so much from this one.

I feel how important awareness of these pieces is right now, to be able to digest and feel them. Fear and the parts of you that may feel it is never β€˜bad’ or β€˜wrong’. Yet, it’s the relationship to fear that is also important to feel and get real about… feeling and holding parts of you and Metasoul aspects in other lifetimes who vibrate in it moves all fears into trust eventually, with dedication to them and to your womb, who helps to hold them all. Energy Update: Christ Codes Supporting Forgiveness, Karma Clearing, Deep Feeling

The codes that activate your inner Christ Light are coming in now and my sense is that they will intensify throughout this corridor of 11/11 to 12/12. They are tender, loving, yet bear an intensity in their illumination. 

They invite you, with so much care, into feeling and processing on deeper levels that will support you to clear karmic binds to other souls, arise more and more into your bigness/vastness, and truly experience unity within and outside of you. At the same time, the access to pure joy is also available and supportive, like bliss waves moving through every chakra, especially as you free up the access to them from deep inside of you.

You may feel these Christ Codes emotionally and spiritually especially, as if a portal is opening up within you and there’s an uptick in your porosity and sensitivity, yet you may also feel them on a physical level as love comes in to permeate and cleanse every cell. How you relate to and hold yourself on all of these levels is being illuminated and invited to shift into a new depth of self-love and acceptance.

Christ Codes are an opportunity for deep healing and reconciliation within, yet also with others. The process of forgiveness is potent and very real… one that happens in layers, with taking the space to feel all parts of you in their triggers, by feeling all Metasoul aspects who have been persecuted, harmed, or worse, in other lifetimes and helping them reconcile what has happened to them. True forgiveness is a high frequency not easily achieved or conjured, yet it can be felt into when you feel ready and guided by your Divine Self to go deeper.

Christ Codes are very much a β€œcome as you are” invitation into the lap of the Divine, where everything you feel is welcome and every part of you is safe and held. They are here to help you feel whatever is REAL even when you feel waves of genuine rage, unhappiness, dissatisfaction, or even fear. They support you to fully inhabit, not diminish, the power of your depth of feeling, all the while guiding you toward those choices that will awaken and enliven you and everything within you that you’re here to do, become, and offer. 

Christ Codes activate and nourish the seeds planted in us by our experiences of being a part of the Magdalene/Essene lineage which you may resonate with deeply. They are constantly being watered, even through adversity, conflict, and the challenges of living in this day and age, through this messy phase of our Ascension. This time of year, especially around 12/12, you will likely feel them even more so, perhaps steering you in a new direction, opening your heart (especially to yourself), piquing your curiosity about yourself and others, and bringing you a new sense of context and the reasons WHY you are facing all you are.

Christ Codes remind us of our humanity AND our divinity and how they are not mutually exclusive or ever completely aligned, enlightened, and perfect. They are an invitation deeper into your own Christ lineage and unique Christ Light within. Your soul valiantly chose to be here, to experience all it has and bring that to the fore, and to find ways to express and inhabit your soul gifts.

Christ Codes are a reminder of the love you came here to embody, and the love that is supporting you always to embrace everything you are, feel, and desire too. 

May the love of these powerful Christ Codes be felt within you today and ongoingly… as you feel your unique process of letting them in, of allowing them to guide you inward and live into more soul-led, love-based choices during this next phase of your sacred journey.

Exploring Your Depth & Full Expression Through Your β€˜Shadow’

What lies in the depths of your ‘shadow’ is so many things, so many energies. Suppressed rage, passion, desires, distaste, mistrust, and fears are all a part of the package… yet so are other hidden compartments that hold access to your deepest soul gifts which haven’t been safe to express, and also your ‘truth’ which you’ve likely been encouraged (or demanded) to keep to yourself. Any energy that hasn’t felt ‘safe’ to come out, whether born of the dark or the light or anything in between, can live in the deep caverns of what we call our ‘shadow’.

Our shadows are meant to be our ‘bass tones’. They are the instruments in our inner orchestras that hold the bass line and beat intact. Without those honking tubas and heavy drumbeats, “the bottom falls out”, as my high school music teacher would often say. What we’re left with is the tinny screeching of the higher octaves being played by themselves without anything to ground them back to the true melody line. Higher-frequency energies and dimensions don’t make any sense, at least not for very long, when the bass/shadow/inner darkness is left out of the mix.

This metaphor applies the other way around too. There is no ‘alto’ without a ‘soprano’. The higher frequencies you have access to can support the shadow journeys, to retrieve whatever has been hidden there, for however long. Sometimes this shadow exploration is so sticky, so challenging to move through or beyond, that it can feel as if we’ll stay there forever once we land there. This can make the journey intriguing or intimidating, yet every reaction or hesitation you feel is valid for different parts of you and is all an important part of the journey itself.

There is a middle ground available of negotiation with yourself… with your parts and soul aspects, especially your Gatekeeper who has been watching over your Metasoul and either bringing in or preventing your soul journeys specifically, and your Inner Protector who has been allowing or disallowing your connection to different parts of you. The ground of journeying into your shadow with your Inner Punisher alone is a process that takes a lot of time, space, and love to unfold. The soul journeys into your shadow have a timing all their own. All of this requires ongoing inner negotiation, a deep and solid commitment to showing up, and a profound desire to love absolutely everything within you no matter what it looks like, the impact it has had, or how it might change your life to go there.

Raphael and Jelelle will be offering a guided meditation group call this coming Sunday, November 7th, focused on Shadow Exploration. Even if these are grounds you’ve been exploring for a while, or if this is fairly new to you, this guided meditation call may offer you a new perspective, a beginning place, or an entryway into deeper waters.

Samhain Energies, Thin Veils Reveal Desires For Unity Inside & Out

As we continue to move through this Samhain season, we feel the veils thinning and lifting on our worlds both inner and outer, revealing needs parts of us have buried and longing that lives in our souls, especially for reunion… for the experience of Sacred Union within and with a beloved, for the experience of no more separation from the Divine, and for the experience of finally landing with Soul Family – beings who will transact deep love and nourishment with us and share in our penchant for growth too.

We are seeds that were scattered and sown; leaves blown off the branches of the sacred Soul Family tree.

It was a deep and brave soul choice to come here, to experience being scattered, to let go as we let in, to let it be when we don’t come together as deep and resonant Soul Family just yet, yet to be in the alchemical ache of that experience too. To learn to say β€˜no’ to what has caused suffering in our relationships rather than the growth and nourishment we need is an expression of this ache and can create a void experience as we let go to truly let in what we want.

There’s an empowerment that’s seeded in all of us to return ever-deeper to ourselves but also to each other in new ways.

For now, parts of you may still be feeling scattered, tattered, torn… weather-worn from experiences and changing inner seasons as you move through the difficulties. This is meant to be a temporary yet necessary experience, as you find that sense of reunion first inside, then outside, with your own soul, heart, parts, and the Divine as the number one priority.

This is the power and depth of inner work, why it’s important. It’s a reunion inside so we can experience it on the outside and be ready to let it in.

Healing of separation is not only coming, but already here.

We have only to keep saying β€˜yes’ to the journey, to keep moving into it rather than letting the fears lead that would rather we move out of it’ll try to numb out the deep and necessary ache.

There is a beautiful being, Raianna, who herself is rejoining us as Soul Family here in Portugal soon! And we also have this blessed experience with another Soul Family member, Bianca, who has been here with us for several months now and keeps on deepening her own process of letting in reunion inside and out. This experience of being with these beloveds, my Sacred Union beloved Gabriel, and Jelelle and Raphael, is a growthful challenge and a deep blessing. 

I know more reunions for ourselves and others are inevitable… and it can’t be denied how much work it is to actually keep letting it all in and showing up for it, let alone to draw the experience of reunion in the first place.

Dear you…

What comes up from that deep well of your soul inside of you can feel like so much to hold sometimes.

It can feel like you’re going crazy trying to understand it.

It can feel like your heartbreak is so soul-deep that you’ll never overcome it or move through it; like you’ll never see the shoreline for the waters that surround you, that feel like they are drowning everything inside of you.

So, how is it that you’re still swimming, still breathing, even when it all feels like it’s rising above your head?

There’s a voice, whispering, telling you of your strength, even if you cannot consciously hear it; even if all other voices (many that aren’t actually yours) tell you that you aren’t going to make it (because they never did, did they?).

You’re writing a new story for yourself now, especially as you feel and begin to heal the parts of you that have been formed from so much Matrix trauma, so much birth family legacy and influence, so much 3D conditioning that has been layered over top of your big, big soul and naturally open heart.

You are offered only what you can carry. You are given a mirror only for what you can look at; what you have the power to see, digest, and even heal.

To opt-in for the feeling-way, the way of the heart, as a means to reconcile the many layers of necessary falseness, is humbling but also freeing.

It is an empowered sense of surrender even in your most disempowered-feeling times.

It is a tender way, always, to welcome in Divine Love and Support.

Dear you…

It is time to awaken and remember that the bright shoreline is just as real as the rough waters; that you know this terrain in ways you don’t yet realize; that even in the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, you will always be given what you need… and no more than you can possibly carry.
