Feeling without compassion satisfies not the heart.
It sparks analysis over feeling,
Intuition without empathy,
Fears of going deeper into intimacy
With self and others.

Learning of truths globally and personally
Heals in time,
With space for digestion
And integration
Of all that surfaces in the interim
Between what once felt true and what you learn IS true.

The captivated audience
Yet stares into the abyss of endless polarity
Until the ‘fun’ of the show ceases
No longer warranting the self-righteous their mantle
Of unfeeling judgements and ‘Crucify him-her-them!’ cries.

We are all finding our way Home.
And none of us can go alone.

The pain of the world,
Reaching its zenith of illumination,
Shall light up hearts
With readied nests of deep compassion,
Desire to forgive,
And desire to heal what has been
To birth what CAN be.
Individually mid-wived
Through opening and sovereign Higher Hearts
Is the new Golden Earth returned to purity
With experience, learning, and growth in tow.

And so it is in every soul
And every inner world
Which the outer continues to reflect,
Offering mirrors hard to take in
With scarlet-colours pills of awakening and mourning
From deep, deep within.

In this rumbling, rumbling, humbling world
The shaken need not fall to die
Yet to arise again
To greet the coloured sunrise of the new day’s sky
Satisfying now
Because collapsed and rebuilt inner world
With pure love and humble worthiness
Is ready to let IN
And is ready to love and be loved anew.

Oh, it’s always a joy to create and share one of these meditations to music. It has been a while since I have shared one! I really felt the soothing energies coming through as I was doing this supported by the Michael and Mary energies here in Glastonbury. I almost fell asleep myself!

I feel this meditation could be of service to those especially who feel quite sensitive to the heightened energies going on right now on so many levels. And those souls who may have struggles to feel relaxed, feel anxiety or tension, and have challenges to get a deeper sleep too.

The ongoing Ascension process that we are going through from 3D consciousness to higher states is accelerating with a currently intense phase of detoxing, upgrading, and activations. These are happening to the physical body as it transitions from 3D/Carbon-based to Crystalline Light….and also to our energy/chakral body as well. Our emotional bodies are also being invited to ascend from trauma-ridden and hugely suppressed/subconscious into healed, healthy, and conscious.

This guided meditation with SoulFullHeart Teacher/Co-Creator/Facilitator Jelelle Awen offers a bridge to soothing energies during a time when they are very much needed. Jelelle offers these frequencies from her heart and soul to yours as you journey through the Ascension Chakras offering love and light to each of them. You are also joined by Divine Mother and Divine Father energies, which invite you (and whatever part of you that would like to join) into a comforting and soothing pool of water to float and let in. Avalon/Cornwall Activations: St. Nectan’s Glen & Faerie Energies

Our second day on the Cornish Coast and more of the magical elements came out to play on a blessedly bright sunny Fall day. We ventured into St. Nectan’s Glen, an area of woodland in Trethevy near Tintagel, stretching for a mile along both banks of the Trevillet River. The glen’s most prominent feature is St Nectan’s Kieve, a spectacular sixty foot waterfall through a hole in the rocks that we didn’t go directly under as it was quite crowded with people and chaotic energy, yet could feel the potent energy of the waterfall from the nearby path. I’ve attached a picture of it below taken by someone else.

As soon as we entered the woods, I could feel the pull of the Fey or Faerie people calling me to join them in the Faerie realm. This is not quite the same energy as what people typically think of as fairies which feel more like pixies to me, which we also felt all over the stunning trees, rocks, and plants of the Glen, other elementals, and Elven energies too! This Fey lineage vibrates in my soul and I’ve experienced this draw during meditation/etheric visits, yet not before in the physical.

One particular spot in the river, I was told to venture into the iron-rich water (which was a powerful activation in itself!) and then close my eyes and tune in. I first felt how this Glen had been an initiation place for my soul and a retreat from the harshness of the often Dark times in the Tintagel region. The familiar feelings of reunion flooded my heart and soul.I could feel/see then the powerful presence of Ealanthra, the Faerie Queen Metasoul sister who I write more about in my book Keep Waking Up!.

She was standing on the furthest river bank by a tree with a hole in its trunk, which I share a picture of in this post. It was clear to me that this was a Faerie portal to the otherworlds. A siren call moved through my soul to just leave 3D life behind and go with her into the unknown. In response to this call, I immediately felt my connection and commitment then to my service this life, to be a bridge to multidimensional realms such as this while being embodied in my heart/emotional body, and in relational connection with my mate Raphael and soul family community. Ealanthra seemed to understand and offered she would continue to support me from her realm whenever I needed it in my dimension. Her directive six years ago to me, “Keep waking up!” accompanied by a poke on my sixth chakra had led to many of the deep awakenings/downloads that form the basis of SoulFullHeart now.

She and I exchanged a sweet goodbye and I could feel her watching over us as we journeyed on.We then headed to the sweet coastal town St. Ives, which was a bit of 3D culture shock, full of tourists and denser energies, after being in the Faerie woods. Yet, it offered a good taste of Cornish culture and we found respite in a Church garden. On the way back, we drove a narrow road through the stunning Kernow region with megalith stone structures littered on top of many of the Tors. Although we didn’t get out to investigate any of them due to the fullness of the day already, we could feel their broadcast emitting to us.

I am receiving more downloads about what feels like the purpose of these stones and the timelines they are connected to that I will share in another post. Yet even being near them now brings more clarity. We are here for a rainy morning and then back to Glastonbury this evening. I can feel how much more there is to take in here on this magical Coastline with so many timelines overlaying onto it and such a stunning geography.

Avalon/Cornwall Activations: Tintagel Castle & Masculine Energies

We are here now on the Cornwall coast at Land’s End since yesterday and I can feel the energy shift from Glastonbury/Avalon. There is much more masculine energy here with the Michael line running right through offering sacred energies to heal the wounded expressions. We visited Tintagel Castle ruins, the birthplace of King Arthur and site of some hearty settlement in the Dark Ages.

There was a foreboding and almost off putting energy to the ruins, amplified by the strong gusts of wind, rolling foggy mists, and bursts of rain. It wasn’t somewhere that you really wanted to linger and soak in, yet rather felt to explore it as a portal. Letting it open up what might resonate within the soul and also needing to be felt.

The patriarchal dominance energy of these lands, so hard to conquer and yet so many kings tempted to try, as the climate reclaimed all of their structures and turned them into ruins again. This seemed so represented in the King Arthur Gallos statue and when touching it, I could feel the activation of my High Priestess/Avalon aspect wanting to bring a feminine energy in to balance it. I felt these energies flow through me as needed.

So many years of isolation and desolation for those who choose to make their home here or rather were stuck here. So much slate everywhere and its sturdy hardness, somehow softened by the mosses and grasses that now cover so much of it. We all did a brief meditation visualization together of pink energy spreading across the lands, offering a Divine Mother healing when needed. Raphael tossed rose petals to the wind from his chalice as offerings to the Mother in this land that has hardly called on her from the mouths of men.

There was the magic peeking out too, especially when we could spot Merlin’s and other caves carved out by the fiery ocean waves on the beach below the castle ruins. These caves would offer respite, play, magic, initiation, and a sense of adventure in a place often devoid of it. Onward today to our next adventures here on the Cornish Coast to visit some fairy portals and more stone structures, to see what is activated, what is called into co-activate, and what Divine Mother/the Magdalenes wish for us to feel.

Exposing The Roots Of Sacred Union

Over the last few months it has felt true to turn inward, to heal, to be more self-contained and become more familiar with the relationship between my inner masculine and feminine rather than looking for a new relationship with another on the outside.

With this exploration I have found that there isn’t just one feminine and one masculine energy, but many each holding different frequencies that influence my whole. When there is a deep feeling and intimacy with these, there is room for them to breathe and heal. The healthier aspects harmonize and there is balance. Then daily activities and all types of relationships, especially the one with myself, have an ease and a flow.

This is a lifelong work in progress!

Through the ending of my last relationship, the recent death of my friend, and also my father’s passing two weeks ago, grief is current. There seems to be a continuing initiation into grief in ever-deepening layers alongside the discovery of the universal love portal that is found deep within it.

I feel that the reason the heart breaks is so it doesn’t have to stay in a safe, formal posture. It is saying, “You are holding me too small”. The shards of protection can journey into the ethers and if the heart is felt and loved it will re-form into a softer, more expansive, more supple healthiness.

In turn this helps see a Sacred Union between Spiritualness and Humanness. The Sacred Balance of recognition of the universal law of impermanence along with the deep human feeling of never wanting relationships or lives to end, and grief when they do.

I’m learning that although our conditioning tells us that we can only relate in the physical, there can be an ethereal connection to those who I have lost in the physical this year.

This confirms to me that love never dies.

I am in community and being with SoulFullHeart feels like another Sacred Union.

This union, sometimes similar to a romantic relationship, can become a mirror and help bring up hidden parts and unconscious patterns. From the knowing that whatever is being revealed can be a portal into deeper growth and expansion there is less panic about fixing this aspect. Instead, there is a more gentle process exploring this alone through meditation, journaling, talking with the group or in individual sessions.

As familiarity with the process increases more trust is arising and an ability to “hold my process” is there.

I know that there is a tendency in me that can look for everything in someone else, but it feels I’m starting to embody the knowing that everything is in me. There is less investment in the One and rather the Whole. This has to start in Sacred Union within, then to the whole which includes community, romance, and service.

10/10 Group Transmission Call: Sacred Union Within & With Other | With Raphael & Jelelle Awen

Sacred union is such a blessed experience…for the gifts, the challenges, the MIRROR, it continually offers us! If we have drawn and signed up to experience it with a deep soul/counterpart mate, then the gifts seem to be exponentially revealed over time. The experience of relationships CAN be a bliss mess, though, of highs and lows. And they push up so much to feel and see about yourself and parts of you.

Exploring the grounds of inner sacred union, feeling/connecting with your inner masculine aspect and your inner feminine aspect (however they show up in the moment), DOES help to navigate outer sacred unions/relationships. As you heal the polarities within you between your masculine and feminine (as so often templated by birth parents), a sense of union is experienced between them. It is truly a beautiful experience that has its own self sustaining nourishment factor.

And then, add on a sacred union mate to experience this blooming and overflowing inner sacred union WITH you…and it truly provides growth and love experience like no other. I feel that you are more likely to draw this kind of mate experience when you are connected to your sacred union within in a deep way. The inner overflows to the outer.

The Inner Sacred Union Dance That Draws The Outer

Mate ache is real. The desire to be with someone romantically on the outside can’t really be subdued, especially when you have a strong sense that he or she is ‘out there’ – the Sacred Union mate you’ve longed for, worked for, and want so much to serve love alongside.

I have such an ache. I’ve been in a Sacred Union before, not all that long ago. I’ve tasted the sweet nectar of deepening soul and heart resonance. The ease and the sacred triggers too of being with a man who is doing his inner ‘work’ as you do yours. A man who is coming to love and treasure himself deeply, acknowledging and embracing every part of himself and every metasoul aspect too. A man who, because of his gentleness of heart, makes you cry out in tears of bliss and purging of emotional pain on a soul and this-life level too as you make love.

I ache because I’ve experienced what it can be and the healing that’s offered through the experience of it. I also have an ongoing template for what a long-lasting, consistently deepening Sacred Union looks and feels like from being in close community with Raphael and Jelelle Awen. It’s like exquisite torture in moments, witnessing their beautiful bond in all its ups and downs, ebbs and flows, processes inner and outer, and waiting for my own experience of this to come around again in a whole new way.

This depth of sacred romance isn’t an achievement. It’s not a mark of success or failure (as parts of me have felt before), or anything that can be accomplished with some kind of magic spell or silver bullet that suddenly brings in THE mate you’ve felt a longing for. It’s a crucible, actually. It’s something to bear while you bare all in the depths of this intimacy.

And this intimacy starts within.

Your inner masculine and feminine need to start relating with one another… they need to see each other. They need to find a way back into a union, a romance, between them. This inner Sacred Union is the seed for the flower of outer Sacred Union. It’s the honey that attracts the bee. And sometimes it takes a while for the bees buzzing in harmony with your growing frequency to tune into your fragrance.

Whenever I feel my longing for all of my inner work to bear this fruit, I’m reminded to look to my inner masculine and feminine. I’m reminded that any validation that’s wanted on the outside, needs to solidify inside. I’m reminded that my inner Sacred Union needs to ‘buzz’ and hum in its own frequency or romantic satisfaction. I’m reminded that this is what brings some soothing energies to the void of missing and wanting ‘him’ on the outside and keeps any parts of me from grabbing at a man and instead letting us come together and discover each other when it’s truly time for that to happen.

This is an ongoing process. There’s not really a final place of arrival where the Sacred Union inside is perfectly set up now. It’s got its own ebbs and flows, ups and downs, ins and outs. It has its own phases of tension and conflict. It’s just as sacred to behold as anything that manifests on the outside. And, it’s the love that you will always return to, even if romantic love on the outside collapses or completes.

The Power And Gifts Of The Inner Sacred Union

The one thing that feels universal about our humanity is our relationship to our masculinity and femininity. In my past and current processes I have been in an exploration of this very thing within myself. It has been one of the most illuminating parts of my journey. It has not been all of it, but has been a good portion of it.

When I am out in the world I feel the ebbs and flows of these energies moving within and outside of me. Merging, conflicting, dancing, resisting, and hiding. Really fascinating! As humans I don’t think we can ignore this polarity that is staring at us right in the face. It has so much influence on how we relate, create, love, and hate.

I have come in closer intimacy with the complexity and simplicity of this dynamic within me. As a man that was always in some confusion about my own masculinity I am coming to terms with what that means for me personally as I become more familiar with my feminines. Yes, plural.

We so easily just want to make it one thing, like ‘my feminine side’. Very general and obtuse. But what if was more specific and acute. What then? What comes up to feel something inside that has its own perspective and needs? Its own voice and passion?

The same could be said about our own Inner Child. Tapping into their voice, their needs, their passion. Now a step further. What about an Inner Feminine Child? This just goes on and on! My point is that we are much more than ‘this’ and ‘that’. We are composition of so much more than we have allowed ourselves to be open to. Of course this goes into our celestial beings as well.

As a man, this journey is one that feels pretty important and alive. It is a journey that can help to rumble the foundations of the patriarchy by our own willingness to face what we have kept in our shadow. Our relationship to the feminine parts and aspects of us that have been sequestered for a very long time.

Let us be like the prince that woke up Snow White and see what she has to offer us in our heart, our intuition, our sexuality, and our masculinity. She is ready to be connected to and yet fears being rejected once again. Let us feel what we fear the most about her so we can begin to heal this global dynamic once and for all.

Moving Back Into 1:1 Sessions; Experiencing Grace & Support

My sessions with women that I have done over the last month here from Glastonbury have felt deeper and richer than ever before. There is an arising grace within me during the space holding, a sense of profound support and being held up by the Divine Mother/Mary energies here especially. As I fill up with these energies here in Avalon, I am able to transmit and offer these energies to the soul that I am in service with together.

After taking some months off from offering 1:1 sessions, to rest, go deeply within, focus on our group call series, and publish my book…there is a comforting familiarity yet also an arising newness in going back to 1:1 sessions now again. The ground of offering the SoulFullHeart process is so organic for me at this point, even as every single session is unique and different. The parts that come forward to be felt and connected in each session vary with each soul and yet have this consistent texture too that is beautiful to witness.

I am noticing that timelines and soul aspects/fragments are so ripe to be seen, connected with, the veil lifting, and soul gift exchange happens with them as karmic soul patterns heal and transmute. With so much collapse/transition going on in 3D, these soul frequencies can be a relief and yet also open up much deeper vistas of digestion.It is such a blessing and honor to me to hold the space for a soul’s unfolding and remembrance. It is my expression of service to the Divine Mother and I am humbly honored to BE it.

I have felt a particular call to work with the mature woman (over 30) who has been awakening for awhile, has engaged in deeper emotional healing work, may be a healer/teacher/wayshower/light worker herself, and wants to go to the ‘next level’ of embodiment of her Divine Essence in all areas of her life with the courage and desire to make life choices that support this process.

There is a sense more and more growing within too of wanting to draw our soul family to us as well, scattered as they may be across the world, which is happening at an increasing rate since coming here to Avalon. The sessions are really a doorway and initiation into that eventual community experience, a calibration and ‘practice’ for the relational realness that we exchange with each other. If you are drawn to the energy for which I/we share our writings/videos and all of us as well, perhaps it is the time for exploring and eventually reclaiming that soul family connection….starting from within and the healing of the inner family.

It feels as if so many of us have chosen this lifetime as the opportunity to complete long-standing cycles of incarnational suffering.Now is the time for the healing of fear at the deepest levels of self and soul. Now is the time to be in authentic expression of your Divine Self in all areas of life. Now is the time to complete patterns of suffering in relationships and move into resonant soul bonds. Now is the time to reclaim a frequency of purity that just needs to be uncovered.
