Putting Your Energy Towards Creating The NEW

Creating the NEW takes energy to happen. It takes conscious choices in every moment….to BEcome more conscious if you have slipped out or into something of the old. Conscious of when fear is going unfelt inside of you. Bringing in the NEW to yourself, your world, is like cutting trail, bush whacking and weed pulling….it is seeing a path where there wasn’t one before and DARING to follow it without kNOwing where it is going, yet only that it leads AWAY and into something NEW.

Sometimes creating the NEW is crawling through mud, one millimeter at a time with seemingly LITTLE sense that anything is changing. The NEW beacons you on though, in these moments, it reminds you in your soul what is possible. It pings and rings of the truths that your heart kNOWs. And, at times, there is only the surrender into the collapse of emotions that have to come up and out…the fears and their tears, the substance of so many previous experiences. Holding space for these emotions to come up also creates the NEW because it cannot be paved over an undigested foundation of the emotional body. It wants to be purified as the ground is laid.

SO much energy has been invested in the 3D world….the choices to be in the ongoing experiment of it by so many souls. To BE something NEW, to offer New Earth now frequencies of higher vibrational consciousness needs a force of energy too from you. Because you are going against something even as you are just BEing in stillness AS the NEW too. It is NOT just reading about it or passively taking it in or letting your mind contemplate or learn only. It is NOT just meditating and doing yoga. It is ALSO energizing what you feel that it IS and understanding what your ROLE is in the creation of the NEW. Energizing through choices to serve self and with others. And through claiming your responsibility to heal, feel, transform, move INTO in ALL areas of your life serving love and the NEW. Making CHANGES that reflect the NEW back to you.

Parts of you are connected deeply into 3D energies…they ARE these energies, as they have had to be in order to survive here. These aspects are conditioned to be protective and guarded and to ultimately be alone and survive alone (no matter how many others may be in your life.) SO much energy invested in protection…it may be the number one energy created in 3D living. BEing with the part of you that is protective, getting to know your inner guard who is on alert at ALL times to ANY threats….allows for the NEW to come into your life and into your heart. It allows access to the Inner Child frequencies of innocence, joy, magic, self worth, connection….all frequencies that are often stuck in lower vibrations of shame, depression, sadness, shyness, flatness, lack of reverence, unworthiness, disconnect. These frequencies change as the guardedness drops more and the ALIVEness can come back in. NEW can come in from the emotional body then.

BEing the NEW takes energy to BEcome it. To experience relationships that are based on soul resonance and heart vulnerability takes energy to show up for because it is SO unknown to our 3D world. To CHOOSE these kind of relationships over those based in fear and comfort takes energy too….sometimes a whole lot of inner power and strength to let go and move on, especially when no others seem to be with you in that desire for the NEW. To choose a NEW CommUNITY, soul tribe coming together, leaving behind your lone wolf existence (even, again, if you are surrounded by other people), leaving behind being maybe the ‘biggest soul’ in the room…..all THIS takes energy.

There is SO MUCH support from the Universe and Divine Source to energize the NEW inside and with Gaia. You can re-energize yourself, fill up again by letting these frequencies of love and light into your heart and soul. By connecting with the aspects of you that are afraid of the NEW (both from this life and other lifetimes), you are able to more deeply let these PURE Divine energies in more and more, like the LOVE sponge that you ARE. As you energize this choice for NEW every moment that you consciously can (and self lovingly accept when you haven’t), you draw those souls that can support and BE with you in the NEW too. You find each other….across miles, across continents, across language barriers…..you find, discover, CREATE the NEW, your energizing of it exponentially impacted by the coming together of FORCES for change….all in service of the NEW that is based in LOVE.

Wants, Desires And Needs: Essential Aspects Of Our Ascension

My ever-healing heart and the energy of Mary Magdalene, want to share this invitation with you today…

You are so beloved…why are you afraid to desire?

You are created for adventures… why have parts of you, soul aspects of you, decided that it’s safer, cleaner, not to claim your needs and wants?

Do you, arising sacred human heart, feel how this is what keeps you from entering the processes you most need and want to, in your soul? Those sacred upheavals of emotion and soul bursts that show you what you need to feel and heal next? These feelings of ‘I will never get what I want’ are actually a shout crowding a gentler whisper that says, ‘I’m afraid I actually might get what I want…’.

Want. Desire. Need. These are loaded words, oft kept in a box, labeled ‘danger!’ and rightly so… this Pandora’s Box is a life changer, the love you eventually can’t ignore though parts of you may try so hard to do so. There is nothing wrong with the delay of feeling what you most want, for you are wired to want MORE anyways. You are in gratitude for what you have, yes, yet this gratitude needs more space for breathing too, for expanding into a bigger heart container that also holds desires for more depth of relationship, a more suitable geography, an impeccable soul and heart romance, soul friendships within conscious community, challenges to just keep going, moving, healing, diving in… Gratitude cannot really be used to suppress your desires, but can instead be used to enrich and enliven them.

Your most sacred terrain of change is in your healing heart. No true and lasting changes can be made on the outside without the inside leading the way. New wants, needs and desires rise up from process, as an aspect of feeling parts and soul fragments of you, as something to keep you heading along your path. They are meant to shift and change as you are, yet this shifting and changing need not be a dulling of your sharpness of wanting, your ability to create and co-create. If anything, it sharpens you further, clarifying with greater depth and breadth what it is you most deeply want NOW and NOW. If you are feeling yourself, if you are in a healing process, you need not worry about your desires being over-indulgent or false or harmful. As your heart heals, so do your motivations in every area of life, until life has no ‘areas’ or ‘segments’ or especially ‘compartments’ but is one life lived in and according to LOVE… where does LOVE want me to flow today? What does it want to illuminate for me in this phase, in this very moment?

The deeper fears of desiring and wanting, live under the resistance to feel them… they are the vulnerability of feeling that nothing in life is guaranteed and yet if your heart truly wants it, the path aligns to make it happen WITH you, not for or to you. The desire is the beacon, the light at the end of the sometimes long, long tunnel. It is the picture, the double-vision you can hold fast to while walking among hot coals of sometimes shadowy process grounds. It is the warm voice beckoning you to keep moving onward by turning inward, seeing for the first time that this voice is yours.

We are full-up of expectations from others that have somehow become our own. We are passed down legacies of withdrawal from life and ultimately from LOVE. We are given only the tools necessary to keep being safe and sound and secure, not loving ourselves through vows of cherishment and self-awe. This means deflecting that which doesn’t match a much duller picture, sacrificing dreams for ‘knowns’. Gratitude comes in the moments we realize that we are exactly where we need to be while on the path of the adventure to what we most deeply want. Gratitude is covered by inherited brambles when we wait alongside the path and don’t choose to step out onto it. Synchronicities send over invitations to keep walking, moving, remembering, letting more love in, yet we will only accept the invite if we are ready to recognize that this messenger is who we’ve been waiting for.

What is it that your heart most desires and needs for you and from you in this moment, on this day? Feel this, bring it inward to your heart with curiosity and love, as a parent to a growing child or a gardener to a blooming rose. Let yourself be taken, fascinated by your wants and needs. Allow in some moments of feeling all there is to feel and see what new places, on this very next step of your burgeoning, ever-ascending life, open up for you next. ❤

Freedom Comes From….

Freedom comes from feeling and BEing beyond self consciousness, self judgement, unworthiness….healing beyond the frequencies and energies that parts of you received from 3D life that created the binds and strains, the limitations and the doubts, the dampenings that these create INside. The self made prison of inner criticism, trying to live up to ideals of perfection creates a constant ‘not good enough’ message that forms walls and barriers to letting in love with self, with others, and with the Divine.

Freedom comes from realizing that YOU hold the key to unlock the prison doors. The key BEing your heart and its capacity for self forgiveness, self compassion, discernment WITH love, humility, and gratitude. NO ONE else can set you free and no one else can actually imprison you either. You are the creator of your prison and you are your liberator too.

Freedom comes from the sense of soul coming through…from living a life of purpose connected to serving love WITH others and WITH self. As you let go of self image-based needs for money earning, for material gains, for ‘proving and showing’ anything to anyone…..as you let go of conditionings that teach you ONLY about lack and scarcity…..as you realize that abundance comes from serving love in whatever ways and means YOU are here to do and BE…..freedom comes from this letting go in order to LET IN this soul purpose and align with it in each moment.

Freedom comes from feeling the Unity consciousness that connects us all together……feeling how you were never really separate, even as you sovereignly chose as a soul to experiment with that reality as an “I” here. Your independence day comes as you realize and feel the ways that parts of you have become OVERLY independent and self reliant. You are moving out of lone wolf, “I need to be alone and do it alone”…. more into commUNITY even as you are responsible for self in a deep way and your impact on yourself and others.

Freedom comes from BEing the LOVE that you ARE and aligning all of your life to and with love. So, you are free and so, you realize, you always WERE.

Into the OUTER expression of a bountiful experience on ALL levels, practical to transcendent, that connects itself back in ALL ways to our love.

Non-Linear Time As An Invitation To Quantum Responsibility

Linear time has been a hard one for my 3D self to let go of.  It is still necessary to keep track of “time” as I, like us all, have responsibilities that are connected to it.  I am healing my way into a more fluid relationship to it, but it can be a challenge.  This becomes so much more pronounced when I feel this in relation to soul history. I can feel the aspects of me that are so entrenched in this idea that things have already happened and cannot be changed or shifted.  It energizes a very hopeless and fearful reality that can bleed into my own consciousness as Gabriel.  This can be a bit crazy-making at times that only serve to lower my frequency and enable a timeline that is really not desirable.  

It has been suggested that we must “ride out” these waves and let them pass through us like a major weather front.  Or maybe we just find other means to bypass or transcend these “negative” emotions and only stay in the lighter half of our being.  There is so much more at play here that we are being gifted access to.  We are being given the opportunity to directly feel and heal our “past” in the Now and the karma that has been attached to it.  It is not so much spending years with these aspects but feeling the core of what is keeping them in a suffering loop and offering or open hearts for them to land in.  It is also about helping them to see another way of being that can shift the “timeline” that we are on together.  

When we see time in this way, that all things are occurring in THIS moment, and is not weighted down with concrete shoes, we arrive at an opportunity for Quantum Responsibility.  We are such powerful creators and not hopeless victims.  None of our aspects are.  We GET to remake this thing!  We are being offered this by all of our guides, angels, and star being selves.  They are looking to us to help co-create something new together by realizing we ARE both sides of the coin.  We are US and THEM.  All in this moment…right now.  

So as we go through our day we are also signing treaties, fighting wars, giving birth, inventing new technology, traveling in space, and losing and falling in love.  With an awakened sense of Self we can be with these lives and choose to be with them in a way that serves both us and them.  We may fall into a difficult time and just need to collapse into something and that can be supported with guidance and self-love.  We can also connect in sacred space that is more created.  No rules just feeling.  

What feels important is that we assume this role with a sense of Divine purpose and invitation.  We don’t have to be so serious about it that is consumes our life, but hold it as a daily feeling journey that brings more healing to our hearts and souls, and effects the the greater whole of our current NOW.  We are on the cusp of some great movements collectively and it all depends on our own personal willingness to feel it and shift it to a timeline that is more desirable than the one you may find yourself in.  It does not happen overnight but can happen exponentially more when intention and choice are made conscious as often as possible.

Collapse Experiences Coming Through From Other Lifetimes For Feeling, Healing And Recreating

Entire planets blowing up, others nearly being destroyed with mass exodus to new planets…..Atlantis crumbling and drowning, Lemuria sinking into the sea…..these images have been moving through my consciousness lately. I am receiving writings from others that help fill in some of the picture, along with visions offered during meditation while also accessing my own soul’s experience of these timelines.

It seems this is a phase of FEELING and BEING with the trauma that is in our Metasoul line by aspects of us that are experiencing these collapse timelines in the Now. With the overall lifting and thinning of the veils of amnesia, we can access these ‘memories’ with much more clarity and feeling sense then we could before.

These memories of planetary implosions and civilizations ending is in the cellular memory of our collective unconscious. It lives there inside of us, pulsating and vibrating at a certain frequency until we become more conscious of it, elicit it, connect to the parts of us in our Metasoul that ARE experiencing it.

We are invited to feel that these events didn’t happen in an ancient past, yet rather as time becomes less and less linear in how we relate with it….are happening in the present. This is not ‘ancient history’, as so many people offer. It is not something that happened 500,000 years ago or 1 million years ago or even 15,000 years ago, even as that can be hard for our minds to grasp and understand as we receive so much conditioning in 3D reality toward linear time.

Collapses of the old are an aspect of the death and rebirth process of awakening. they are an important aspect of ascension, whether they are happening on a global, planetary level or in our personal lives. It is necessary for that which has become outgrown, outdated, served its purpose, to no longer BE and to make room then for the NEW. We choose to experience this through our Metasoul in many different scenarios and expressions. This can be very difficult to reconcile without conscious connection and healing around it.

‘Bleed through’ from these others lifetimes is happening at deeper levels right now as the influxes of light and love support us to hold space for this soul exploration. These other lifetimes can bleed into our present life without us understanding WHY some of the emotions we are feeling or ways we are seeing the world or how we are experiencing relationships with others are there. Aspects of us in other lifetimes can feel like victims, be very highly traumatized, feel large amounts of guilt and shame and responsibility related to the ROLES they are playing relate to these collapse events. These undigested feelings and karmic binds then come through to influence and impact our experience of present day reality and our emotional responses too.

Our Metasoul aspects MAY be playing a major role in the collapse of civilizations. These aspects of us wear both hats; they are on both ‘sides’. This helps us to feel that no BEing is truly EVIL, just able to embrace and express more degrees of fear or love in any moment. As we connect with these ‘shadow’ aspects in our Metasoul line, we become more compassionate toward these expressions in this life. We can relax the ‘good against evil’ pictures, the need to ‘go to battle’ (even for love) against others, and we can more FEEL where the expressions of outer violence comes from and is ultimately rooted INSIDE in unworthiness, fear, disconnect, and undigested pain. As we understand and LOVE the expression of the demonic, we can more authentically and purely embody the angelic.

Without consciously connecting to our collapse experiences from other lifetimes, we can project ‘collapse scenarios’ onto our present world. The 3D timeline IS collapsing in many ways as more souls de-energize and raise their consciousness beyond it. Yet, the picture of worldwide collapse of industrial systems leading to scenarios of mass starvation and death CAN BE greatly influenced by unfelt collapse experiences in our soul legacy. This sense of ‘doom and gloom’ can also be planted there by fear-based BEings who have agendas toward creating these scenarios. This planting finds fertile soil in the unfelt and undigested trauma experiences from our souls.

In SoulFullHeart, we offer a process to connect with your Metasoul aspects during spaceholding sessions in a way that allows for mutual healing, gift exchange, and even complete ‘recreation’ of timeline experience around collapse. We negotiate with your soul guardian/Inner Protector aspect first to ‘allow’ access to your Metasoul line and your soul aspects, as often they are usually fiercely guarded and protected until we are ‘ready’ to remember.

I have been connecting recently with Mareeka, my Metasoul aspect who lives during the time of Atlantis falling. I experienced the ‘fall’ with her, collapsing rubble all around us and drowning in tidal waves of water. It was very intense and, then, I was guided by Archangel Metatron that we could ‘change the timeline’. I helped Mareeka let go of a relationship that was no longer serving her (with a Metasoul aspect of Raphael’s actually). I empowered her so that she could ‘escape’ the fall of Atlantis before it happened (which she felt was just her ‘fate’). We changed the timeline and she is now sailing on her way to the ‘new world’ and a different outcome. It will be very interesting to see how this impacts my present life experience of reality!

If time is not linear and if everything we experience is our creation, then it seems that we CAN alter ALL timelines and move into Infinite Possibilities of experiences from there. Imagine if more and more of us did this and we were able then to heal events such as the ‘fall of Atlantis’ from our collective cellular memory and collective emotional body? I feel this IS possible or at least this is the timeline that I am offering to those of you who resonate with it. As we remember our way back to Infinite Love, we can feel and heal the impact of the collapses that were necessary along the journey, yet no longer reflect who we really ARE.

Feeling And Healing Our Inner ‘Wounded Healer’ And Our Push-Pull In Serving Others

As we move through our own ascension processes, we may feel called to serve others in their own processes too. Actually, it feels like many of us are feeling this calling deeper and deeper and it’s becoming as loud as a roar while things ramp up in our world with collapsing systems and collapsing ways of life. As more and more of the inauthentic, power-over-others based ways of being and doing fall apart around and within us, there is a growing need to help each other sift through the rubble and find a way to keep moving forward through life and upward with ascension on all levels of our being. In addition to this desire to be a part of creating and building a new world, we feel called to be healers because somewhere inside of us, we NEED to be healers, for the sake our own growth and healing too. It becomes a crucible for healing just like any other. The more we open up to serving love with others, the deeper the invitation into our own growth as souls and sacred humans too.

A question I feel to ask today regarding this call to be a healer, is what qualifies someone to become the healer they’re meant to be? After all, for many (if not all) of us who are choosing to expand our consciousness in every moment, becoming a ‘healer’ is more or less a birthright. In my experience of it though, it’s not a role we’re entitled to, nor is it something that we can expect to just sort of ‘happen’. It seems to me that as healers, we tend to have the toughest life crucibles to walk out and also, we tend to have inside of us a deep reticence towards healing and serving others that also needs to move and heal… ‘healing the healer’ involves going deeply into this shadow of the ‘wounded healer’ and in essence our courage to go into this so feels like what qualifies us, above all else, to serve others with sobriety, deep empathic feeling, genuine compassion, and reverential awe for who they are in soul, heart and body. You won’t have authentic access to feel and hold others in this way while parts of you are still feeling very much the opposite. This could be subtle too, so this process of really going into and healing this can be tricky, making it very necessary to have help from those who have been there when venturing into this shadow territory. This is a key piece we offer in SoulFullHeart and one that we hold as critical for being able to truly embody our healership and genuinely serve love.

It doesn’t seem to ever get to the point where your energy can honestly say to others, “I’m healed so now I can serve you”. Rather, it’s more about getting to the point where you can open-heartedly claim, “I’m vulnerably working some pieces, but I am ahead of you enough on my chosen path of healing that I can serve you and help you find your way to where I am now.” It feels important to note that ‘ahead’ is not ‘above’ and if the healer you’re working with doesn’t feel like they are ahead of you and embodying something you too would like to embody, and is maybe instead posturing as if they are worth more than you are, this is a sure sign of an inauthentic claim of their healership and that they may need to check in with where their own love overflow is at.

Ultimately, what seems to ‘qualify’ us is so not certifications, though of course these initiations can help and can also lead us to the paths we are meant to be on. Instead, life is the ultimate qualifier, as well as humbled self-authority which is also necessary. Yet parts of us claiming authority on something we/they haven’t yet lived out or embodied creates a tinny tone to this claim and our draw of others to serve won’t be what we really want it to be. Push-pulls around people or humanity in general and also around living a healthy lifestyle where there is lots of space to really be with ourselves, our parts and soul aspects, and work on our own healing, are all indications of a need to go back inward to keep feeling that ‘wounded healer’ inside, which could be one or more parts of us grabbing at this role, and use our healing gifts to work with and love THEM first as our number one priority.

It’s a gift to really let ourselves, as healers, collapse into a humble need to continue healing on many levels and doing so can only benefit us and the people we’re called to serve. ❤

Feeling Your Inner Child To FREE Up Frequencies of Joy, Magic, And Innocence

In the heart of the woman is the daughter, waiting to be adored by parents who feel and WANT her. This inner daughter sits often in shyness, cast into the shadows to remain ‘safe’, not able to come out and play. She is freeze framed in her sadness, ‘stuck’ in the scenes that bring pain every time they are replayed by her mind, which is just trying to ‘clear’ them out.

Her voice is suppressed; her innocence is buried under shame; and her self consciousness leaves her unable to break free from the protective energies that judge and criticize her. She is a child without direct access to the JOY and magic that lives inside her as a seed that needs the water of LOVE to grow and bloom.

In the heart of the man is the son, waiting to be initiated by parents who feel and ADMIRE him. This inner son has masks to wear that play at ‘being a man’, even as he feels very small and insecure inside. He pretends to be a super hero, although protective and critical energies judge him as a coward.

This inner son learns to hide his vulnerabilities and his tears and, eventually, his heart behind shields and walls. He is trapped in the mind; in compensations and addictions; in reaction to inner energies that bully and criticism him. His WILDness is tamed by a world that wants him to conform, to wear a suit of conventional life, to ‘play by the rules’. He is a child without access to his childlike essence and the goodness and magic that lives inside of him.

Feel with tenderness this daughter or son inside of you. Invite them out to play with you, to leap with JOY again in every bound. Hold their hands as they cross the inner streets of busy mind and activities. Pass tissues to them as you FEEL their tears and sadness and their fears. Be interested as they tell you their stories. Bridge their hidden world with your outer one, making it safe for them to grow and learn.

Feel with openness where this youngness lives inside of you and the ways that it shows up in your ‘adult’ life. BEfriend this BEloved aspect of yourself as you BEcome what you have needed the most and didn’t have. Bring in Divine Frequencies of Mother and Father to provide Infinite Love energies to help re-parent them. Let Divine Mother wrap them in Her arms. Let Divine Father hold them in his protective embrace.

As you ARE the loving parental energy that these parts of you didn’t have in the way that they needed IN the painful moments that they MOST needed it during your childhood, the energies of your wounded child transform to health. Shame becomes innocence. Anxiety becomes trust. Shyness becomes humble confidence. Depression becomes creativity. Disillusion becomes purity. The wounded 3D Inner Child frequencies vibrate higher and higher, transmuting into the Magical, Star Seed 4D child and eventually into your 5D Crystalline child, who occupies the seat of your Merkabah or light vehicle.

Places of immaturity in your gender expression are then able to mature INTO the mature Queen and the mature King. As the child energies vibrate higher and you show up as an adult more and more to SEPARATE from these energies, you mature in your emotional body, your sexuality, your capacity to transact intimacy in all relationships. BEing with the youngness inside and loving it is what frees UP your mature feminine and masculine, along with letting in frequencies from the Divine to template how to embody and BE this.

Feel the Inner Protector who guards your Inner Child. With fierce loyalty, this protective part of you had to show up probably very early in your life when life was deemed ‘not safe’ for the innocence and purity of your heart. Negotiate with this Inner Protector, get to know them, form a bond and invite them to rest eventually. As they feel and see YOU there being with your Inner Child in a NEW way, your Inner Protector will start to trust and let go more, drop the guards and the walls, allow more LOVE into your BEing and life. This inner family of yours is waiting for your connection and for your attention. As you embrace this INNER union with different aspects of yourself, you are more able to BE in your authenticity, open heartedness, open mindedness, feel Divine Love and love with others. As you open YOUR own heart, so does this opening flow out to and WITH others. It is from this overflow of SELF love with ALL aspects that allows for TRUE service of love that comes from humble and surrendered desire!

We are ALL Star Seeds With Star Origins And Family

I feel that we are ALL star seeds…coming from and made of stardust in our DNA. So many mixes and blends of different Star BEing types that we CANNOT, I think, even imagine how cosmically magical we ARE at a genetic level. YOU ARE A STARSEED. So, is EVERYONE that you know. So is EVERYONE….that is a truth that I’ve been offered anyway. I know many people feel that ONLY some souls are star seeds, yet this can set up a sense of some being better or more evolved then others. TO feel that we are ALL star seeds is a more unifying way to see it and, honestly, it just makes my heart happier to feel it this way!

To feel this, embody it, what it means to BE a star seed…. is to go into FEELING the blocks that come up to owning this. Some blocks can be the HUGE 3D conditioning we receive about Star BEings as ‘aliens’, therefore, foreign to us and ultimately dangerous. It does feel like some Star BEings are fear-based and have been collaborating with other fear-based humans (called Archons, etc.), yet feeling this can screen out the benevolent, loving, AMAZING ones that are just waiting to have contact and connection with us. This contact seems to start with visits through visualization during meditation with Star BEing aspects/guides, as our emotional bodies get ‘used to’ their presence and energy.

Another block to claiming our star seed origins can be in our emotional body, created around the sense of being ‘abducted against our will’, which can truly create big trauma for our Inner Child. As that part of us is felt and bridged to with our big heart and Divine love, we can begin to connect to our star seed 4D child and integrate, understand, what these visits actually were and remember that we agreed to them as a soul. I do feel the pain of abandonment and longing for star/higher dimensional experience is inside of us, and we draw certain circumstances to feel and heal it this life. It seems to be both existential AND circumstantial to this life.

Another block can come from our Inner Protector, the aspect of us that keeps life ‘safe’, watches out for ‘threats’ of all kinds, and can also be the gatekeeper and guard to our soul frequencies. This protective energy in us can be fearful and anxious if we would start to remember and claim our star origins, reactivate our star or light language capacities, telepathic abilities, remember consciously more of our other lifetimes, etc. Negotiation with this aspect directly (which we offer through private sessions, to help you establish this connection and feel the abduction traumas, etc.) can help to open up this access in a BIG way.

There is a natural awakening timeline around ALL of this too. You start to receive guidance and clues to follow as it is time for you to awaken and remember to it. Maybe many souls will not consciously remember their star seed origins until they leave their bodies and then, like a flash, it will all come back to them as they reconnect with their Star family.

My personal journey around remembering my star seed origins is offered in a book of mine, Keep Waking Up!, where I ‘went into’ my emotional body through parts work and creative visualization meditation to remember the ‘abduction’ experiences, work with an Arcturian guide/soul aspect, during an intense phase of awakening. I also awoke to one of my soul purpose reasons for being here this life as a galactic love ambassador. All of this happened while I was living on a remote ranch with NO facilitants/students, no one to teach and no audience to read my writings. Yet, from these experiences, I felt guided to leave the ranch, come into town, and share my writings and teachings with others over the last year. Death/Rebirth During This Great Shift W/Gaia

As Gaia ascends and raises the vibrational frequency of Her grids from 3D to transitional 4D and into 5D and higher, we are invited to ‘come along’ with Her during this Great Shift. Our capacity is LIT up at our most leading edges of BEing and the seed of our sacred human is watered by PURE love and light waves. At this leading edge of BEing, we have the potential to respond to these frequencies from Gaia with open hearts, minds, and souls. This embracement guides us into unknown and Infinite Possibilities of access to extrasensory perceptions and expressions of our ‘super human’ selves…becoming like the super heroes that we watch in movies.

Yet, the Great Shift is a death and rebirth process and is not meant to be smooth and easy. To bring in the NEW, the old must be let go of. The ‘space’ taken up by the current needs to be vacated to allow the NEW to arise. There are labor pains that PUSH OUT the birthing of NEW. For Gaia, there is the often tumultuous adjustment of raising Her frequency WHILE being occupied by seven billion humans, who are all in their own varying degrees of awakening. She receives support for this conversion through many Star BEings who seem to live underground and also stay in Her orbit, waiting to assist when needed. Ethereal BEings, such as angels and archangels, are flooding Her with light and support too.

It feels like the expressions of extreme weather patterns, global warming, ice caps melting, volcanoes erupting…these manifestations actually represent the Great Shift out of 3D disconnected and polluting and abusive relationship to Gaia. There is a way that this is an environmental collapse, yet one that doesn’t have to lead to mass chaos and collapse of all our current industrial systems at one time. As more souls awaken, their relationship with Gaia changes to more consciousness, love, respect, and mutual reverence. These tones from us allow collaborative solutions to come forward to respond to the energy resource and environmental issues in 3D.

Again, Star BEings are ready with many very technologically advanced solutions to our energy woes, many that seem to be available in the Now for us to use immediately once collective consciousness is more ready for them and to embrace Star BEings in their everyday world. Star BEings have already intervened MANY times in our modern era to prevent nuclear war, mass killings by fear-based groups (called Cabal, Illuminati, the Elite, etc.). An aspect of the current transition is the public disclosure of this group AND of the collaboration with benevolent Star BEings to move this group out of power. Learning more about this disclosure process as it relates to 3D life can help give a sense of how this all might continue to unfold.

You are probably feeling a parallel process of transition as Gaia’s. Even as you can perhaps see, taste, and feel in moments what your NEW higher vibrational life IS, you are still in transition to BEing this more. This, again, is not an easy changeover with much more ‘ash in the air’ than confetti. Your world has been connected into the 3D matrix and conditioning of your culture, of your birth family, of your friends, of your schools, of your jobs. Your body’s every cell holds the cellular memory of 3D living and your DNA vibrates to this frequency as well for most of your life. There is MUCH toxicity taken in through polluted water, chemicals in food, fear-based energies dominant in so many people.

Similar to Gaia you are ‘switched on’ when your ‘time has come.’ Your soul awakens in a very dramatic way with a one-time surge of Kundalini or Nondual or Oneness energies OR in a gradual, walking out experiences over time. Your soul and Higher Self energies flood your inner space, bringing new desires to learn and grow, to lift the veils, and to shed the ‘skin’ and ‘suit’ of 3D life that your 3D self has HAD to create in order to survive incarnation here. Some areas of your life fit this soul frequency right away and others are more difficult to transition.

This changeover from 3D to 4D transitional and higher can have ups and downs, ebbs and flows for you. There are relationships that you discover are more about your 3D self or personas, masks, or ego (what we call ‘parts’ in SoulFullHeart) that are most prevalent. You feel then an ache to just ‘be yourself’ more in relationships and if others around you are not awakening and shifting too, it becomes an intense and often painful ground of letting go, taking space, and completing WHILE love remains in your heart for them.

At some point in the process, settling and shrinking your frequency to fit in with others, conform to 3D expectations or reality…it just isn’t possible anymore. The previous 3D life runs out of ground and what you could formerly ‘tolerate’, you no longer can anymore. Even your 3D self is ‘done’ with it. This doneness allows ALL the areas of your life to more reflect your soul self.

The parallels to Gaia’s process of ascension and your own may provide illumination for you to gain a new context around what is happening to you AND in the world. Gaia will be ‘done’ with 3D reality too and maybe already is with those souls who still need to experience it going into other timelines on other planets.

There are times where the current world can seem a ‘mess’ and IS one in some ways. Yet, out of that mess comes the NEW. Out of your experience at times of emotional chaos and mess can you feel on the other side of it a clearing inside for the NEW. Going into the chaos inside, holding space for the death and rebirth, connecting with the parts of you that resist feeling it, and understanding WHY it exists, allows it to move.

Gaia and EACH one of us is being held with SO MUCH love to undergo this VERY brave conversion and birthing process. The support is there from so many sources and can be found by going within, becoming open then to drawing what you most need to continue this LIFE altering, death and rebirth shift into the NEW.
