Emotional Ascension: Saying Goodbye To Say Hello

For those that are awakening to their own soul yearnings, it can be a somewhat bitter sweet experience.  The sweet part is feeling how life is so much grander and limitless than the one you had been previously subscribing to.  Or a least a part of you was.  This part of you, your 3D self, was made necessary to interface in this density to survive and yet also grow.   Different souls have been awake or awakening a long time, while others are just now being popped into it by some special circumstance that may be still a mystery.  Either way you are here and life in 3D, and maybe even 4D, just isn’t jiving with  what you know INside to be what you want or were meant to be.

You can be involved in so many things that are meant to help open up more in your soul domain.  Yoga, meditation, retreats, reading, etc.  And they most certainly do! I know I would not have the context and tools necessary to continue my soul growth if it wasn’t for them.  But as you continue to enlighten your soul, there is also the reality of the Heart. You can only fly so far when you are tethered to an emotional pain.  As much as a part of you would love to transcend or simply release the internal struggle, the truth is it just won’t until we face it with a willingness to feel it.

This can show up mostly in our relationships, or lack thereof.  Relationship to mates, family, friends, work, community, geography, and even ourselves.  The list of our emotional connections is wide and vast.  When you desire to really go ¨all-in¨ to your spiritual ascension you will inevitably be confronted with the reality of these relationships.  If you are to really thrive and be in joy, as your soul really wants for itself and you, it becomes harder to be in the energy that once kept you down.  Kept you small.  Because now you are waking up to your bigness.

Since we are all energy, the energy you find ourselves among has a great effect on your ability to raise it…and for good.  Not just for a brief period of time to get over certain humps.  The hard part is that you may find yourself then realizing that some of those around you may have to be let go of if you are going to truly grow and feel alive.  This includes all possibilities…even your children at some point.  This is not talked about often as there is so much energy tied up in the binds that hold us together.  Whether it be conditioned, familial, or karmic.  The sacred cows of our emotional pasture.

The power of this bind is grounded in fear.  A fear that you will hurt someone irrevocably and the guilt felt by a part of you.  A fear that you will get a harsh reaction and a rejection.   A fear that your self-image will take a big hit.  I remember this all to well in my early process and can feel the same energies if I were to have to complete a relationship that no longer served my growth.  It is a difficult process to enter into but one that ultimately leads to the best for all involved.

IF what you really desire lies beyond what the state of what your current relationships offer, then it is the most integrous and loving thing to do to see where the ground between you and another can deepen or complete.  You get to honor all of what as been between you AND invite for something more.  Otherwise you are just keeping the same energetic tie in the same frequency that no longer brings you the joy you are wanting.  I say this with the knowing that it is not easy to come to these realizations, as I have had to do the same.  I advocate for feeling this as I know what lies on the other side of this most challenging of crucibles for the part of you that is so very attached.

This is a negotiated process that is held in compassion and not just lightly felt.  It is a one-felt-step-at-a-time journey.  Getting to know the part or parts of you that have their own reasons for not wanting to bridge the emotional and spiritual gaps that are currently in your space together.  This is honored and felt.  Your large heart and soul hold the space for this walking through.  As you emerge from these exchanges a freer and more authentic version of you gets to inhabit all those soul gifts you have been accessing and watering.  You begin to take flight with a more healed heart and a new timeline that will hopefully include the ones you had to cut ties with as they too see what growth you are expressing.  In that way you have just made some quantum effects.

This was inspired by all those that have been moving through these crucibles and those that are in the midst of them.  It was also inspired for those who are feeling the struggle within and can sense change is on the horizon as you can no longer stay in the status quo any longer.  I honor all of the choices as ones that are meant for this moment as they lead us to the very next one.  SoulFullHeart is here to offer the heart space to make these epic changes a bit more sane and with as much love as you can possibly let in.

Birthing A New You As The Old Collapses

It feels like a labor process is going on for Humanity as a collective and on an individual basis too with tightness, pain, and birth contractions, then bursts of joy, relief, soul bigness expression, and love. This is a messy process, as all births are……it can be like riding an edge of near devastating loss WHILE experiencing opening vistas of deepening love for self and with others. Letting go while you are letting in and the seemingly paradoxical feelings that come up from the emotional body as this is navigated.

There is a necessary gestation period, a necessary cocooning, within the awakening process. This is a time of growing and learning, becoming more aware and conscious about 3D life and the limits it has placed on your consciousness. This may happen mostly on a mental level for a phase of time, where you are finding new resources offering a picture that is an expansion beyond what you have been conditioned to believe about reality from your 3D cultural indoctrination called ‘School.” Your curiosity grows as your mind expands into the Infinite Possibilities that arise when the ceiling of five sense perception is lifted.

Then, your awakening moves into more personal grounds as your desires to end suffering and experience more love grow. There is much at stake then, in a deeply personal way, as the old timelines begin to collapse and new ones come into BEing that are fueled by your heart and soul desires for a life of authenticity, service to love, and BEing YOU.

What is at stake is the reality that parts of you have created and the rumbling caused by the question of, “Is this an expression of my soul or is it not?” What is at stake are relationships and whether they will go deeper into arising grounds of soul, heart, and mind connection or whether they will complete. What is at stake are previous means of livelihood that required you to shrink your soul reason and purpose for BEing here. What is at stake is comfortable geographies and living situations that keep you hooked into frequencies that you are outgrowing as a soul.

It, then, is a phase of letting go, as you feel what has been previously comfortable and safe begins to feel more and more confining to your Soul Self. The energies being offered by Divine Source are wanting to facilitate the birthing of the NEW you and the letting go of the OLD in ALL areas of life. This invitation is meant to manifest for you in a REAL and tangible way……in the physical, in the mental, in the emotional, in the spiritual, in the financial, in the environmental areas of your life. What has been put into or related to from a compartment becomes flooded by the catalytic waters of love. In this flood, you do not drown but rather learn to float, learn to surrender, learn to get used to the sensation of moving waters.

Your gestation period may be coming to completion. You are birthing a NEW you into a NEW world even while the OLD one may be collapsing around you. This can be a very intense experience and, in moments, can feel almost unbearable to navigate for parts of you as the world they have known is falling down. The sense of love with yourself, with others who are in soul resonance with you, and with the Divine offers support during this transition. Connecting and holding space for the reactions that come up in the emotional body allows for moving through and digestion. These love frequencies with self and others become the midwife of your butterfly self who has left the cocoon behind in order to soar the skies of a reality with Infinite Love possibilities!

Moving Beyond Scarcity To Embrace Infinite Love Abundance

Why does it feel to you as if love is scarce sometimes? As if there is only a finite amount of it in the world? A limited flow that parts of you then feel you have to guard and protect? To preserve and save and put away?
 
The 3D world offers to you that love is scarce and finite and on limited supply. Your birth family conditioning supports this messaging and programming. You experience as a child how no one around you seems to be flowing in love. No one seems to be living in abundant love. No one seems to be willing to share it very much, yet only in drips and drabs. Only in crumbs that they seem to reluctantly give in moments where it feels safe to do so.
 
3D religions only offer love if you are free from sin, if you ‘follow the rules’ of their punitive God, if you conform to the social agreements that they offer, if you buy into the idea that love is about sacrifice. This scarcity-based God frowns at you, pushes you away, and not much love at all seems to come from this source as mostly what you feel then is unworthy to receive what even IS offered.
 
The 3D world prioritizes not the abundant sharing of love in all forms (including money), but rather energies of getting and keeping; of earning and buying; of owning and having. Sharing only seems to happen in moments of open heartedness, between souls that trust each other, from one child to another when there is still innocence alive in them.
 
3D relationships run on the currency of giving to receive, on codependence, on needing each other to fulfill certain roles, on duty and obligation. They survive often on the fumes of promises of love; on the echoes of love’s exchange in moments when it can; on the wounded projection of self onto other that keeps it all stumbling and staggering along somehow. These relationships exist often on the ground of suffering and on push-pull dynamics that keep this suffering in place.
 
You’ve been offered scarcity in ALL these areas by a world that has run on love’s lack rather than on its abundance. But, this is not the TRUTH of what is POSSIBLE about love’s flow.
 
The TRUTH is that every BEing IS Infinite Love. That the Divine is Infinite Love. That energy flow IS sourced in Infinite Love.
 
Serving love from this flow of Infinite Love that you already ARE offers no limits on what can be healed and transformed by THIS love flow. Being in relationships in this Infinite Love flow allows them to arise anew, offering NEW grounds of connection and intimacy in every moment. Experiencing the Divine in accepting, loving, nonjudgemental frequencies as a reflection of this Infinite Love flow heals the soul experiences of It being anything less than THIS.
 
You are remembering this more and more as you decondition from what you have been taught and sold in 3D consciousness. You are experiencing this as you let this abundant love flow that is available in ALL moments into your life. You are BEcoming this as you separate from the parts of you that have received this scarcity conditioning and embodying your essence which kNOWs and IS this abundant love flow. You are BEing this TRUTH of the Infinite supply of Love as you overflow AS this with yourself, others, and the Divine more and more.

Holding Space For Your Emotional And Spiritual Healing

“Jelelle, would you please define, “holding space ?” I received this question from someone, as I mentioned it in my writing yesterday about trust and surrender as,”These aspects of you can ‘surrender into love’ WITH you holding the space for this surrender.”

I wanted to share my answer here as it is a distinctive and important aspect of the awakening process and our SoulFullHeart work specifically.

Holding space is the awakening aspect of us, the higher self coming into thebody, and allowing for the emotions to come and BE….allowing for feeling to come up, connect with as a part of us, and then heal, move, integrate. The conditioned or 3D self suppresses this process of holding space for feeling, doesn’t make ‘time’ for it. The 3D self (including our Inner Protector) stays busy, medicates with all kinds of things to stay numb and distracted because it is afraid to feel, afraid that we might ‘go crazy’ with the feelings.

Yet, when held space by us and with the Divine, the feelings can move. This is the process that we offer in SoulFullHeart and support the awakening self, help you differentiate the 3D self and other aspects (of soul too). We ‘hold space’ for your process and so you receive templating around how to hold space for this yourself too. You embody more and more loving curiosity, patience, forgiveness, compassion and humble discernment with aspects of yourself. This energy ‘reparents’ aspects of you that need this and also allows the parts of you that have been guarding and protecting to begin resting and relaxing into you.

Surrender into love, then, happens for parts of you as they feel the space held in safety for this surrender into your growing awakening self. They ‘let go into’ love with you. They ‘let go into’ love with the Divine. They ‘let go into’ love with others. In some ways, this is difficult to put into words, yet holding space BEcomes a state of BEing (rather than something you do) as your awakening self grows and your emotional body matures.

Flowing In And Flowing Out AS Love

Expanding out, wider and wider, to let others into the chambers of your heart. To let them in the places that you are clearing of the emotional cobwebs, the dust that has gathered, the shadows that have lingered. You are clearing out these heart places with your curiosity to explore INside. Your loving wonder about what is around the next corner of your deepest inner places.

Beaconing out, brighter and brighter, to lead others with the remembered wisdoms of your soul. Offering a mirror of possibility for what they TOO can remember as they unlock their soul doors. You are walking through the scenes of other lifetimes, feeling the edges and the gifts and the experiences that form the stories and substances of your soul legacy.

Going IN, deeper and deeper, to love yourself and all the pieces, parts, and aspects that you feel along the way. You are feeling your Inner Child in their school yard reality, stuck in a classroom or a childhood family living room, and bringing them into the current NOW with you and into the light of your love. Adventuring to the castles of your essence and meeting your Inner Protector there, offering him an invitation to rest and lean and trust.

Letting IN, more and more, that to serve love with others is your highest purpose for being here. You are feeling support from the Divine to express and to BE this purpose as you heal the fear, resistance and distrust within your emotional body and soul field that may block the expression and claiming of this. Inviting others into this space becoming more organic, natural, and authentic as you feel the Oneness from which we All originate and eventually return.

Flowing in and Flowing out, LOVE comes from this place of freed up frequencies of energy flow. You are experiencing this as you choose your most true path into your own heart and soul, drawing others then who resonate, feel, and BE with you too in mutual choice and reverence. In this abundant flow that comes from within, there is no scarcity here, no lack, and no need unfulfilled, as you experience the Infinite Love that ARE and always will be.

Energies Inviting Healing Of Healers, Service of Love And Relationship Shiftings

Increasing frequencies of love and light continue right now and have been strong over the last few days especially. They feel almost like a pounding into Gaia and into each of us, to whatever degree we can let them in. A pounding in a good way, like a thundering heart beat to pump more love blood to the souls that need it. The time lapse from desire to thought to manifestation is REALLY speeding up….especially if what you are desiring is based on your soul purpose to serve love here and connected to a genuine desire to heal. And, especially if this desire is coming from your higher self, sacred human self, embodying more and more your healing heart AND your healing soul.

Guidance from your higher self is more acute and obvious too….coming through a sense in the heart, feelings of soul resonance, dreams, visions, downloads, synchronistic events, other people, repeating number patterns, and important connections. You are being invited to internalize guidance more and to connect with it in a personal way, not just as ‘outside of you’ coming from a ‘higher source.’ You are being invited to feel how YOU are the higher source and the guidance is the remembrance of the wisdom you can download from the Divine whenever you want.

Those who seem to need these love frequencies the most right now are those that are meant to serve love, meant to lead, meant to be waySHOWers during the intense transition that we are undergoing right now from third dimensional reality to higher frequency reality experience with Gaia.

You may have already claimed your healing gifts in certain forms for awhile, perhaps as a Reiki healer or a card reader or a therapist. Yet, still, you may have been feeling restless too for awhile and wanting to serve MORE, to go deeper in your service with others and within yourself too. You may have a sense that you have ‘reached a ceiling’ in some ways related to your expression of service. Feelings of being tired as a practitioner, being weary of ‘going it alone’ as a healer/business owner (because that’s what it is even as it is a vocation), and sense of being ‘done’ with not having enough money either in the abundant way that you would like.

It feels like healers are being asked to go to their next level of embodiment of their most authentic self and to really engage in a process of ‘healing the healer’ in a profound way in order to step into their soul leadership in an emotionally mature way. The woundings that lie below in the emotional body cannot seem to be contained or put away by spiritual frequencies in the same way as they could in the past. These feelings come up to be felt, to be held, to be related with. This process can be about identifying when the ‘healer role’ has taken over, it maybe has become more strategic than authentic, and is blocking to some extent PURE love from coming through you to others. To feel when there is actually a guardedness and protectiveness inside of you, from a part of you (the we call a ‘soul guardian’ or daemon) that resists to lead from vulnerability and perhaps even transparency too. This can be an interesting ground to walk out during fourth dimensional explorations, dark night of the souls, complete reboots of your healing practices, or just very sudden shifts in what you are now drawn to offer and serve.

If you have not yet stepped into and claimed and expressed your soul gifts or service of love as your means of livelihood, the feelings of press around this will probably increase. The jobs and careers that you could previously tolerate connected to 3D reality are becoming more frustrating and your desires for soul expression increasing. The teachers you need or workshops or books or resources for expressing your soul gifts will come to you with ease and the money needed to pay for them as well. If it is to serve your highest expression of serving love, it will find support in your life. If not, it will probably be difficult and complicated until it is finally let go and moved on from.

This is possible in relationship as well. Those relationships that support your highest expression of serving love will have an ease to them, an unexplainable resonance, common ground, easy trust, good will, and mutual respect. Those based on ‘old’ grounds of karmic binds, codependent wounds, playouts between aspects of you, duty and obligation, fear….these relationships can become more complicated, more convoluted, and more conflictual until they probably just blow up, fade away, or arise into something much more nourishing. NONE of your relationships with family, friends, and mates will just remain the same….not if you are truly letting in and receiving the love and light energies that are coming in right now. If your SOUL is (even if parts of you may resist on another level), then the life as you currently know it IS going to shift and change as THAT is what LOVE does; that is what LIGHT does too.

That is the reminder and invitation to remember…that the shifts, changes, transitions, and transformations that are happening and will continue to happen (at probably an even faster rate) are being offered from a place of love FOR you and WITH you. If it doesn’t feel that way, that is probably a part of you that is resisting love or in fear about the next steps. You can be with and feel these aspects of you that are afraid, offering MORE love to them. Yet, you can continue to move forward into your expression of love and service of love as you experience more and more yourself AS love!

High Frequency Waves Invite Soul And Heart Claims On All Levels

HIGH frequencies lately….the kind of frequencies that can hold wonderful space for the emotional body processes that want to come up and be FELT as you continue to awaken your soul and bring your higher self into your human body. The word ‘gamma rays’ doesn’t mean much to me mentally, yet in the body it feels like a wonderful HUM, like a natural caffeine buzz that brings clarity, renewed focus, and increased energy juice for ANY activities that are connected to your service of love here as the expression of your soul purpose. It may be more difficult to sleep during these high influxes, yet being accepting of this and ‘riding it out’ seems to help a lot. Use the non-sleeping time to clarify and create the NEW golden earth life you want to experience more and more.

These higher frequency photonic energies are illuminating and making more vibrant the higher heart or cosmic heart bandwidth as it beams out in crystalline rainbow rays from the center of your chest. This open heartedness, so warm in the heart feeling extends to those who you are intimately connected with in relationship, those you are serving love with, AND the collective consciousness too. The cosmic heart opens as the 3D heart frequencies in the emotional body are healed and transmuted. These lower frequencies are there because of traumas and woundings that you experienced this life that didn’t get digested at the emotional body level WHILE they were happening. These traumas create stuck places or what we call ‘parts’ that are freeze framed there emotionally. During SoulFullHeart sessions with people, these stuck places are often projected to me and I can ‘see’ them and feel them even before someone shares them with me. It is usually the Inner Protector that ‘shares’ them with me in this way in order for them to be finally felt and healed and moved beyond. Through negotiation and connection with your Inner Protector, they begin to share WITH you too and you can go into these scenes with your heart open to feel what is real and so the energy that has stuck can be moved on, transmuted, and integrated. These higher frequency energies are also drawing soul tribe and soul family members together at a fast rate with immediate sense of resonance and connection. Like a honing beacon that ‘goes off’, soul family are discovering each other through following guidance, intuition, and paying attention to synchronistic events. The longing for soul community is being amplified in the collective, seeming to bring an end to the ‘lone wolf phase’ that so many people needed and chose during their awakening process. The ‘work’ of deconditioning from 3D experience of birth family wounding, from programming around duty and obligation, from karmic binds and ties continues to happen as you discover that formerly nourishing grounds in relationships that are based in these lower vibrations are losing their draw for you.

The compartmentalization that has been necessary to some degree while your soul woke up is being flooded by love waters in order to collapse the inner compartments that remain. Bubbles are being burst that your 3D self and Inner Protector have created around you so that your soul frequencies didn’t ‘disrupt your life’ too much. The ‘status quo’ parts of you have been able to maintain connected to 3D reality (such as careers, geographies, relationships) are being strained, pulled on, and pushed on. You may find that you are more frustrated, more consciously unhappy, and more impatient as this process is happening. These feelings are coming from the parts of you that are getting ready to let go of 3D conditioning and lower frequencies for good as you move more deeply into your higher dimensional expression here. Serving love is pressing on you as you feel the cosmic invitation for ALL of us to claim our sacred calling and soul purpose reason for BEing here. This invitation can bring up anxiety, fear, resistance, and tension in parts of you that, again, are trying to protect you from being hurt or ‘getting too big’. These parts of you remember and have access to your soul legacy and the strains and pains you experience in other lifetimes around expression of your soul purpose. Persecution woundings, fall of Atlantis and Lemuria experiences, dark night of the soul frequencies….these are some of the energies coming up to be felt by you as you navigate the claim of your soul purpose.

Plus, the emotional body can ‘kick up’ layers of unworthiness, Inner punisher messages of inadequacy and corresponding shame as you step into your soul purpose work. If you can connect your service of love with your soul family, it can help ease some of these things and certainly (as I am always advocating) to FEEL what is REAL in your emotional body and soul as it lives in these parts of you helps hugely too. Hold space for yourself during these energies, trust your intuition and higher guidance (however you experience that), allow your feelings to have space in your BEing, and reach out to whomever feels like your soul family community, risk to be vulnerable, risk to make changes into the unknown. From Filters to Wings: How Our Pictures Hold Love Back

So much goodness.  So many possibilities of love finding its way into and through our hearts.  An endless mosaic of dreamscapes that we can inhabit and experience.  As the depths of this ‘reality` begin to show itself more and more, I can feel the parts of me that can resist that somehow with old conditioned responses that served to block all of this out of our fear and lack of worth.  

This is an epic time in my personal life as well as SoulFullHeart.  A new possibility of sacred romance has lapped upon my shores and that has stirred up all sorts of reactions that serve only to squelch desire.  One thing that has come so clear is how a part of us can use a picture of how things will feel or look like when we desire something.  I can feel an openness to All Things but when there is a shadow piece that still lies inside of my heart, Love WILL expose it to lovingly test that openness.  

This is what the process of ascension feels like to me. Yes, the vibration of Gaia is raising, our collective consciousness is doing the same, but not without exposing that which still needs to be felt and addressed that hold us in a state of rigidness or fear.  To be open to letting IN and BEing Love, we have to let some pictures go of what that means to a part of us. Love has no plan or objective other than to love.  How that expresses is up to our willingness to surrender these pictures at the door.  We may not even be aware of these pictures until it just hits us.  

This is also happening in regards to my healing and growth.  I could tell you that 5 years ago I had no idea that I would be co-leading a men’s healing offering.  It just became a clarion call that I have responded to one step at a time.  I am learning to let go of what it will look like or BE like and who will respond.  All I can do is feel the desire, passion, and call and respond to that.  Listen to my inner guidance system and see what unfolds.  It WILL take me to challenging places and need to be with the parts of me that may have some resistance or doubts.  

The Call to BE, Enjoy, and Serve Love is a truly blessed offering.  It comes with its ‘requirements’ of feeling and making conscious all the ways in which we filter and block that invitation. Unless we are able to see outside of ourselves, we can be fused to this filter and need others to reflect back to us this energy of resistance.  This can even block or filter messages from our guides.  This is where being in conscious healing community offers so much to our growth and support with our ascension.  It doesn’t have to be done in isolation but in compassionate sacred space with someone who has been working their own process for years.  
I am grateful to be a part of this beautifully unknown experiment of Love.  I am being given another opportunity to feel and heal what keeps Love from sending me to the heights of Joy and Service.  I get to be felt, feel, and give love.  The filters and blocks are all sacred and honored as portals into my next timeline of letting in MORE love.  How could I not want THAT?!  Well, that is why I need to feel these parts and turn them into wings and open arms.

Exploring Men’s Inner Protector

There is a lot of beautiful writing happening around the feminine protector among women.  A sometimes fierce energy that has found its duty in protecting the supple beauty and divine creative power of the inner feminine.  It has arisen out of the need to keep this jewel safe in the invulnerable and aggressive world of the unhealed masculine energy that the feminine has found itself residing in.  But this was until such time when it was no longer needed and the more authentic and powerful BEing could emerge from its sheltered perch to relieve this sentry from his post and become more of an advisor and loyal inner guide, as well as a mate template.  

This picture feels so alive and clear to me.  But what of our male protection?  What has kept us in the more invulnerable state of truly letting our hearts be felt and expressed in a way that takes us into our hidden and not so pretty places?  Our fear and small places?  I feel how our inner feminine has been protected as well, along with our inner child in order to “survive” in a very outbound 3D reality.  Get to the heart of any man and you will find a pain of loneliness, disempowerment, and uncertainty of what the hell masculinity even is!  There is a rage of not being shown the “way” by a father who hadn’t the faintest clue himself in many ways.

For most men, the protection arose as either `fight or flight´. A more aggressive warrior technician scientist that could fear or control his way into a false sense of power and safety. This protection is meant to satiate the fear that lies in the inner boy or to even quell it as ‘boys don’t cry’.  This is a check against any outside force that would use this vulnerability against him as a ‘weakness’.  The fear of truly feeling what lies in our hearts is a difficult one for many men to bear.  This happens at varying degrees for each one of us.

The flight response, which tended to be mine most of my life is the protection of hiding.  In this form, the protector could be male, and it could also be female as in a very protective mother.  For those of us that were ‘mama’s boys’ with doting mothers, this would feel familiar.  Here our fight response has been muted and even castrated to some point.  An inner punisher voice can intensify the hiding if the father energy had similar tones as well.  Here the inner sensitive boy/feminine is much more aware and the protector will do anything possible to keep the boy from being put in situations where it would be vulnerable to attack.

For men, this protector is also found in the soul domain as a soul guardian and can serve this role very aptly.  Using spiritual gifts as a way to transcend or hide from very real emotional human pain and trauma that lies dormant in the emotional body.  This relationship holds many keys to our arising sacred humanity and access to even deeper embodiment of our soul purpose and gifts.

You can feel your protector when you feel pressed to produce, express, or manage in a very controlled or outbound way.  Or when you feel tight, distrustful, or anxious.  If you feel like you want to avoid something or just can’t find the will to even get out of bed.  Or maybe you just want to leave this dimension all together and find yourself back ‘home’.  The way we relate to the females in our life can show our protector if we find ourselves care-taking or pushing them away.  There are so many ways he, or she, can show up.

The main question to ask yourself is if you are fully BEing and living a life full of Joy and Possibility in any given moment.   To the 3D mind and suffering heart, constant Joy is an unknown yet this IS what is real in our essence as Infinite Love.  If we aren’t feeling a connection to this love frequency frequently, then there is a protection in between it and us.  I am continuing to unfold this for myself everyday.     

The protector of our male hearts is as valuable and tender as its feminine counterpart.  With a relationship to it, we can find ourselves softer and less aggressive, as well as more bold, provocative, and assertive with an open heart.  I feel so much more in my own power and masculinity than I did just 4 short years ago with this negotiation and relationship to that which has kept me hidden instead of outed.  Suffering instead of in Joy.

Energy Update: All Are Being Invited To Wake Up!

“All are being invited to WAKE UP!”…..one of those messages I received that feels like a newspaper headline broadcast from the Divine Source News Station that we are all connected into as souls. ALL are being invited to awaken to the remembrance of this connection and to All That Is and to No-Thing-Ness too. ALL are being invited to awaken to their sacred humanity, the embodiment of their higher self (a higher dimensional fractal from Divine Source that we ‘left behind’ when we came into human body here) along with the maturation of our emotional bodies and healing of our soul legacy experiences from other lifetimes.

The invitation for this waking up is coming primarily in the form of increasingly higher vibrational frequency love and light waves that we’ve all been feeling the effects of, in the last six months especially. The schumann resonance (which can read more about here: http://themindunleashed.com/2017/02/schumann-resonance-rising-reflect-higher-consciousness.html) has been peaking at 120 lately….THIS IS HIGH! We are still adjusting as it rose from its consistent 7.83 HZ to 15-25 HZ in 2014 and now THIS level, which has never been experienced in our history of recording it. It seems to be a sign, some ‘physical proof’ of the higher vibrational frequencies that are caused by and are helping to cause the awakening of humanity beyond our previous chosen caps, traps, and matrixes that limited our consciousness.

Our DNA is waking up too, those sleepy strands that we put to bed after the fall of Atlantis (which is actually STILL happening beyond the linear time picture). Waking up DNA gives us access to so much more of our capacity as Infinite Creators, Infinite Awareness, and Infinite Possibilities in human form. Waking up DNA helps us to remember, connect with, and integrate our multidimensional aspects that exist in the NOW, waiting to infuse us with expanded capacities in all areas.

Our bodies continue to adjust to these increases, upgrading from carbon-based to crystalline frequencies, transforming into light bodies at the cellular level. Our adjusting bodies ask us for connection…for us to feel and hear and respond to what their shifting needs are. To be able to sleep when needed, especially, as that creates a ‘reboot’ and integration time. To connect with nature seems to help our bodies A LOT through this transition. For me, it has been daily trips to the beach, to bury my hands and feet in the sand, take in the sun codes, feel the salty water and ocean breeze. If I had access to forests, I would walk in the trees, put my palms on the trunks, connect in with their root systems. Even meditating, journeying to scenes with nature and the five elements can help right now. We offer many guided meditations with these settings on our SoulFullHeart Experience You Tube Channel.

The increased level of light waves seems to create a sense of being juiced on caffeine, like there is all this EXTRA energy somehow if you tap into it from a soul place. It provides juice for creative projects, service of love projects, and clearer communication and access to the bigger picture and vision around these projects. For me, I have felt like I am constantly being downloaded creative ideas to respond to….I am getting better at navigating these downloads so I can also rest, meditate, feel the priorities, respond to service, be and feel balanced.

“ALL are being Fast Tracked!” is the other Divine Source news headline. Gaia is being Fast Tracked, so of course so are we as her human guests. Fast tracked seems to mean an acceleration of the soul awakenings that you’ve been experiencing as your consciousness raises out of 3D reality processing and into 4D. Decompartmentalizations and bursting bubbles too that your 3D self may have created around your awakenings. The previous compartments and bubbles that ‘held’ the awakening from creating a rumble or changes in your life can be dissolved and collapsed FAST right now with linear time meaning nothing in terms of actual processing and digestion and decision making. Your soul is being supported to burst out of ANY container and express through you in any and all ways possible that serve love.

All this changing and transition brings our attention to our emotional body and the aspects of us that are still anchoring into ‘past’ traumas and pains, freeze frame stuck there with feelings of fear, resistance, being lost, disconnection, anxiety. These aspects of us NEED our growing awakening self (our soul infused self) to BE with them, to feel them, and to bring them into the current with us, into the now with us, into the new timeline with us. ALL are being invited to wake up and to fast track this awakening. To enter this higher vibrational frequency timeline means letting go and most likely collapsing the one you are currently living. Shifting with love and inner negotiation into this NEW one with a NEW earth experience with an increasingly mature emotional body, experience of a deeply nourishing inner and outer sacred union, a light-based human body, and an inhabited frequency of our sacred humanity. A timeline which offers us increasing experience of our essence as Infinite Love walking, talking, and BEing here!
