Energy Update: Receiving And Letting In Love As SOULar Winds/Geostorms Come In

We are receiving love from the Divine in the form of increasing SOULar winds in the moment (up to mid 400s km/sec.) We are receiving love in the form of active geomagnetic storms today and tomorrow (7/20 and 7/21) bringing in Auroras in high altitudes.

We are receiving sacred masculine activations from the coronal ‘holes to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. We are receiving divine feminine energies from Gaia’s vibrational frequency rising and in flux.

We are receiving love in the form of being PREPPED for the total lunar eclipse coming one week from now and the Lion’s Gate on 8/8. We are receiving love in the form of signs and visits and connections with our galactic star family, especially from Sirius.

These cosmic/energectic/galactic transmissions may not always feel like love to parts of you. The next level UP invitation that these energies offer can bring up feelings of resistance, tension, and anxiety too. This resistance is sometimes the pain and aches in the body. It is the not able to sleep tightness. It is the ‘past life’ memories that can haunt and feel like ghosts. It is the repeating patterns and cycles of toxic/abusive/unfulfilling relationships.

Letting in these UPgrades AS the love they are asks you to create a bridge from your heart to the parts of you that are lagging behind, stuck in fear. These energies lift the veil so you can become conscious of the other timeline karmic playouts in your Metasoul and how they impact/overlay your timeline now. These energies invite you to remember what your Metasoul has chosen over and over as lessons and learning and what you are ready in THIS lifetime to heal beyond. This going from 3D consciousness to 5D IN the body is a new journey for us. Our soul aspects/fragments in other timelines/lifetimes are tracking what is occurring here and how we flow with it. Our star families from many galaxies/dimensions are witnessing too.

We are invited to let in the LOVE that this ALL is on so many levels and so, in this letting in, connect to the deeper/bigger/important process that is happening here. I felt to share this message that I received a year ago from my guides/Metasoul aspects….an invitation to ongoingly LET IN LOVE!

“Let In love. Let it into the places that are needy, that have felt almost greedy and TOO hungry in their need for it.

Let In love…creating a loving place inside for the parts of you that have been too afraid, peeking behind doors and hiding in the shadows, to come out and receive.

Let in love. You’ve given SO MUCH to others. When is it your chance and your turn to receive? What else can you give when you truthfully feel empty inside at times?

Let in love. You deserve it……even as you’ve received so many messages that offer that you don’t and that you are wrong or off or not enough or not worthy.

Let in love. As you and TO you and from you…this is the source of love that can never leave, never go, never abandon, never shut off. YOU are the Infinite love source that you have always been seeking and looking for from others.

Let in love. Feel the places inside that protect and guard, that keep loves flow modulated and paced….because they are afraid to let go and afraid for more pain. These parts of you are so loyal, they need to feel that it is OK to let go into love again, they need to feel that you are there now to be in the flow WITH them and no one will drown.

Let in love. You are a love sponge….you forgot this, only because you became too dry to remember and so changed your requirements of love to fit this. Your capacity to let in is infinite and boundless, ever wanting more AND able to give more too.

Let in love. It is the next piece, next step, the call to answer and BE in ascension and to GO into the next place of sacred humanity that is calling you forward.

Let in love and you will find, over and over, that MORE love answers you and you are able to GIVE and serve love so much more too. It is not a finite amount to offer, yet infinitely bountiful and it is YOUR time to receive.”

Energy Update: Collapsing And Emerging Timelines

These HIGH energies leading up to the July 27 eclipse and Lion’s Gate are moving us through so many places in such a quicker pace than we have ever known or felt before. Timelines and REALities are collapsing AS the new is coming into manifestation. This overlapping is happening more and more with what is collapsing not even consciously known sometimes before it starts to shift and change.

Perhaps just as you are feeling there is something to let go of here, you are beginning to feel the rumbles, you are preparing to mourn……then, the NEW is already coming in and starting to manifest in your life. There used to be more gap in this process of death and rebirth, it seems…more ‘time’ for the process of it all.

NOW, this gap is seeming to be greatly narrowed where in some cases JUST as you realize that you need to change something, the NEW is coming in to take its place. Just as you are feeling a need to shift and change something, the opportunities and possibilities are coming in through synchs and connections leading to quicker implementation of choice points. I am seeing and feeling this happen in my own life and in the lives of others in our SoulFullHeart community.

The inner negotiation around ALL this becomes so important. To bridge all this change (even as it is into the good, for your good, and for your growth) with the parts of you that (of course!) are feeling resistant, afraid, tense, and anxious about the transition. The Inner Protector especially is ‘charged’ with making sure you don’t experience harm and to warn you of any ‘threats’ coming. The NEW can feel like a threat to the protective part of you, even if YOU deeply want it.

You showing up to negotiate with your Inner Protector can allow for more fluid of a transition and processing of the previously harmful experiences that occurred in the past. The protector can then rest more and allow the NEW to come in at a rate and pace that YOU want and then you able to let in the goodness that is coming to you in a deeper way too. The NEW can bring up previous trauma experiences stored at the cellular level, to BE with as the water of love that washes out the ‘oil’ of what has been stored in your emotional body. As the cells UPgrade to crystalline they release the toxicities and lower frequencies absorbed through 3D experience AND in the Metasoul line too. This can be A LOT of stored toxicity and it doesn’t seem to make much difference how physically healthy your body is related to how much has to come up…..although being physically vital can help.

As you move into the NEW from the OLD at a more rapid pace (as what seems to be happening right now), your cells can vibrate faster and it’s like a wet towel that you whip around in a circle…….the faster you go in your circular motion, the more water flings off. The more love in the form of NEW coming into your world and at a faster rate, the more is released that needs to be.

The Divine is offering SO MUCH trust and support in our capacity to handle this accelerated rate of death and rebirth and this increased cycle of cellular release of toxicity. As so many of us are being fast-tracked right now in this ascension process to lead the way, we can lean into the Divine to surrender the outcomes and preconceived ideas parts of us might have of what the NEW might look like, even as we hold our desires and wants with tenderness and care!

Leaning into the Divine in whatever forms work for you can bring so much ease and grace and trust in the overall process and the increasingly rate and pace of it. Trusting the feeling how, indeed, ‘we are never given more than we can handle (even of the good!)’ and that it is ALL held with much LOVE!

Energy Update: Powerful Divine Feminine Energy Passageway

This is a POWERFUL passageway we are moving into Now! These energies amplify sensitivities on ALL levels ~ emotional, physical, mental, social. The degree and depth that you feel these energies is related to where you are in your ascension/awakening process and what you most need to see/feel now. You may feel like you are ‘floating above’ them in some ways as you ride waves of bliss and love. Or you may feel like you are ‘knee/heart/soul deep’ in heavy and intense emotional states. This range of experience is ALL sacred with none being better then the other.

The partial solar eclipse yesterday offered a preparation for the deeper and stronger energies to come as we head into the total lunar eclipse on July 27th and through Lion’s Gate 8/8. As the moon ‘took a bite’ out of our sun during the solar eclipse, it felt like the Feminine lunar frequencies were making themselves KNOWN in our inner solar systems too. The moon, the sun, and Gaia being temporarily out of alignment during the eclipse can mirror your inner alignments/misalignments of masculine and feminine. This inner mirror reveals and reflects polarizations inside of you from your masculine and feminine, usually a masculine Inner Protector energy in relationship with your Inner Feminine. Also, these powerful energies invite you feel how you experience your daily life….bringing up questions such as: is your life as you live it EVERY MOMENT in alignment with your soul and service of love? Is your life compartmentalized with aspects of your BEing not able to express in every area of your life? Are parts of you hiding your TRUE purpose here, your passions, your desires, and your light in order to fit into and anchor into a former 3D way of BEing? Are your  relationships in alignment with your soul and service of love or are they not?

The GAP between what your 3D Self/Inner Protector has set up and arranged and configured as your life….to what your soul mostly deeply WANTS for your life….is getting more pronounced with these energies. The GAP can be honored and patiently/compassionately related with even as you are more and more letting yourself feel what you really WANT. Divine Feminine frequencies invite you to feel what is real about your life and the sadness, lostness, confusion, disappointment, and denial are pushed up to be seen and felt.

I connected this morning with my Sirian Metasoul aspect/guide Sela and this was the main message she offered me about these energies. The Sirius energy is being activated as we move into the Lion’s Gateway on 8/8 so you may feel their presence more strongly yourself. I’ll be offering more about connecting to their beautiful blue ray Lion/Lionness energies as the gateway approaches.

The message I received from Sela about these current energies was about BEing in surrender to what the Divine Feminine is inviting you to see/feel. This allows for a deeper INtegration as previously deep traumas heal from this life and other lifetimes/timelines too. You can experience then the stillness, the grace, the compassion, the surrender of YOUR feminine (for both women and men) into the natural, arising state of receiving. You can let in how HELD you are in the arms of the Divine Mother as you undergo this death and rebirth process into your sacred humanity.

There is SO MUCH coming into balance now that has long been off balance. Embrace this process with much love and feel the parts of you (esp. your Inner Masculine) that may resist it, offering them a bridge to experience these shifts in an ultimately self loving way!

Relationships Are A Mirror: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (July 2, 2018)

“You realize, then, that EVERY relationship in your life is a reflection of relationships going on inside of you….from one part of you to another. The polarization with other people represents polarized realities inside of you….the inner child and the inner mother/father, the Punisher and the inner child/inner teenager, the inner feminine and the inner masculine. These parts of you seem to be ‘against’ each other in some way due to not being connected with, seen, and felt. The inner conflicts rage on unfelt and, so, draw the same dynamic on the outside. You realize that the outward relationship would not be there if you didn’t need to SEE this inner relationship. Every relationship with another person serves as a mirror in this way. Energy Update: July Energies Ramping UP As Eclipses Approach

Already, even though July is just beginning, you may be feeling the intensity of energies that are available and ramping up…..maybe in your stomach, in your head, in your spine/back, maybe in ‘every living cell’ that is being activated right now. The chakras connected to these regions of your body are coming more in synch with the physical and whatever is clogged, plugged, and congested in both is moving out for healing and releasing. You may be feeling sleepiness that is not explainable or addressed by hours of ‘usual’ sleep time.

You may really be feeling these higher energies particularly in your stomach/solar plexus chakra. Your stomach rumbles and even bloats when the not quite right frequency of food/energy is offered. The more sensitive this process of digestion is on the physical level for you, the more likely that the energies are HIGH. More photonic light is available in these moments to download and let IN with less 3D food source needed. What calls to provide fuel is no longer based on cravings or comfort, yet rather about the purest energy available….superfoods, fruits, vegetables, water.

The surges of energy are going to be and have already been HIGH in July. These come in what is probably best described as ‘waves’, as there is a sense of crest/peak and then some receding/resting before it starts over again. These energies are working directly on and with Gaia…..and Her every tectonic plate and inner crest rumbles with the receiving of them. Volcanoes are already waking UP to respond to this rise…..as most likely will there be earthquakes and corresponding tsunamis too.

If you are used to grounding with Gaia to a certain, reliable OM frequency, this is transitioning and variable now. What you ‘get’ when connecting with Gaia is the same sense of metamorphosis that you feel in yourself and your own process. It is the frequency of SHIFT that She is broadcasting now.

July is offering us two eclipses…..the one occurring on July 27th will be the longest total lunar eclipse in the 21st century. During this eclipse, the moon will pass through the center of Gaia’s shadow. This feels like the Divine Feminine offering an influx of lunar energies to support Gaia in Her ongoing transition into 5D frequencies that includes a necessary phase of shadow revelation.

This transmutation of shadow into the light is happening both collectively and personally. Within your relationships with others and with relationships from one part of you to another. MUCH compassion is needed to coax the shadow out of hiding, so it can start to show the underbelly of vulnerability and need that is always there. So that it can give up its ‘gifts’ that were previously felt not safe to share. The outward expressions of fear cover over the hurt, unworthiness, and disconnection/separation at the core. The core brings up compassion. This compassion you can find in yourself and for your own shadow aspects, both from this life and other lifetimes/timelines. This compassion you can offer to others in an overflow that comes from this inner embracement and unification without judgement.

The shadow is the most revealed in response to the energy of the Divine Feminine. It is the most healed when received the compassion of Her forgiveness. It is the most transformed when experiencing the unconditionality and infiniteness of Her love.

The ongoingly INtense energies in July will invite all of us to go deeper than we have before……into your shadow, into your emotional body, in connection with your physical body, into your Metasoul/other lifetimes/timelines. This exploration will be held with MUCH love and support by Divine Mother, in whatever planetary, etheric/Divine, and even human vessel forms you most need/want to experience Her.

She is turning the heat up……and is there with Her steady heart to embrace the tender aftermath of this ongoing transformation into the NEW.

Energy Update: Heightened Solar/Lunar Energies Offer Balance

SOULar wind speeds have been high lately, close to 600 km/sec the last two days. With winds THIS high, anything you are experiencing seems to be amplified. The highs and the blisses. The ‘lows’ and the messes. The fluctuations of emotions created by the waves and movements in between the two. If you are taking in denser, harder, more difficult energy it may feel like it is more challenging to move it out and return to your ‘normal’ flow. OR you may be feeling that you just are much more sensitive to the energies and frequencies around you.

These higher winds bring in SOULar frequencies of sacred masculine activations and continual UPgrades on all levels. That seemingly growing coronal ‘hole to make us whole’ (as I like to call it) is releasing SOULar energies and the winds bring them into Gaia and us….also creating some active, in this moment, geomagnetic storms. The geomagnetics seem to work on/impact our INNER poles too, creating a shift toward ultimately MORE balance on all levels and all bodies – physical, emotional, hormonal, social, mental.

Gaia’s frequency responds to these geomagnetics with spikes and pulses upward too in the last few days especially. If you are used to ‘grounding’ into Gaia’s frequency, this continues to be a fluctuating experience as her frequency moves up and down in new ways.

The FULL moon offers another aspect of amplification….this time by the Divine Feminine frequencies of lunar love. We know full moons are coming every single month, yet where we are in our personal journeys/processes can be impacted by these frequencies in varying ways each time. The feminine is about coming into more BEing, more stillness, more FEELING…being real about what you are feeling and not denying the pain/suffering/unhappiness that is there in the heart and soul. The feminine holds the space for traumas from this life and other timelines (your Metasoul/Higher Self Source) to be responded to with compassion and self love. The feminine doesn’t deny emotion, yet rather INVITES it in with vulnerability and compassionate accountability.

In the journey toward balance INside of masculine and feminine is the feeling and experiencing what is currently OFF balance. These kinds of heightened energies invite the feeling INside of your inner masculine (usually the part that we call your Protector) and how he relates with ALL parts of you, esp. your feminine. Deep polarization can exist between these parts of you and much tension too. These SOULar/Lunar energies can illuminate that tension…..as can this polarization be reflected in relationships too with others. If you are experiencing heightened difficulties and conflicts in relationships with others, this is offering you a need to explore/discover how these frequencies exist from within you.

Relationships INside and outside are wanting to come into balance, into resonance, into transactability. The previous cycles and patterns of conflicting, disconnecting, not being in alignment, avoiding and denying, codependence……these are wanting to shift and heal. As you feel how these patterns in relationships with others are a reflection of relationships INside of you from one part of you to another, so your draw and experience changes in outer relationships.

With high SOULar winds and a full moon, it is a time to be self loving…..even as it is an opportunity for inner unity in ways/means that we have never known before as individuals and as a collective. Be sensitive to the energies you are taking in, around, and contributing to as the impact will be amplified right now. Start to connect with your inner family as first priority above all others as now offers a beautiful frequency of masculine/feminine union to truly explore the gifts of inner sacred union.

Energy Update: Sunspot Spitting Out Flares To Amplify Ascension (6/22)

There is a sun spot that is growing in size and increasing into SOULar flare activity too the last couple of days. I’m sharing about it as you may be sensitive to flares and the sudden energies they bring into Gaia and our atmospheres. “During the past 24 hours, sunspot AR2715 has almost quadrupled in size, growing two dark cores larger than Earth. The active region is now crackling with low-level solar flares ,” from spaceweather.com.

Feels Divinely timed for this sunspot with the SOUlstice gateway bridging into Lion’s Gate on 8/8…esp. since it is a ‘solar minimum’ phase ‘usually’ for sunspots/flares. There is no ‘usual’, however, during this amplifying, accelerating, and fast tracking Ascension phase where waves of SOULar energy have been coming and so many of us sense many more are on their way.

The extra influxes of SOULar energies ARE needed as a boost for those of us already on this path…and as a wake up for the many souls that have signed up to awaken this life. Such a universal way to deliver these upgrades/activations/codes through the source of LIFE for us on Gaia.

Take care of YOU during SOULar flares. Connect with your physical body, your emotional body, your chakras with love and compassion.
