Raphael and Jelelle were live responding to questions and comments about the 12/12 energies that came over FB on December 12, 2018. They talked what the 12:12 codes may be inviting YOU to feel about your future self and your higher timeline manifestation. They respond to comments and questions from viewers as well about star family, healing trauma from other timelines/lifetimes and more.

Deepen 2019: 33 Day Video Series & Weekly Group Sessions W/Jelelle Awen

Last year, I was guided/inspired to offer a daily video for 33 days straight starting on January 1st. Every day I showed up to offer whatever teachings about awakening, parts/Metasoul work, energy updates, emotional/physical/energy healing and sometimes guided meditations that came forward that day to share. It was a powerful experience for me…moving me into next level places of growth in my leadership and embodiment of serving love. And, I received wonderful feedback and sharings from many people who took in the videos nearly every day.

I am excited to be now preparing to offer a 33 day video series for 2019 called Deepen!! It will begin on January 1st, 2019 and run until February 2nd. Every day I will share some teachings and also a guided meditation. I was inspired to share a guided meditation every day this year as it offers a visceral experience of the Divine, parts/Metasoul aspects, ascension energy integration, and limitless potentials beyond that. I’ll be sharing these videos every day here on my Facebook feed, usually in the mornings PST….and also on my SoulFullHeart Experience You Tube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/SoulFullHeartExperience

These group sessions will be offered every Saturday at 11:00am PST during the series: January 5, 12, 19 26 and February 2nd, 2019. Recently, I chose to begin space-holding again after a several month break. In this video, I share about my most recent process and also about how I’ve related to service of love in different parts and layers of myself, for many years.

Sharing this video is a way to offer and invite ways to feel where you personally may also be needing and wanting to go inside of yourself as you prepare for service on this journey of Ascension. We are ALL needed to show up and bring our inner love flow to support one another and to hold space for others in their own self-discovery and healing. In order to do that, we need to plant and grow some inner love seeds and cultivate from our own journeys within.

Energy Update: 11:11:11 Codes Still Pouring In, Along With High SOULar Winds

Still IN the 11:11:11 portal…..opportunities for deeper and realer and MORE touching experiences of higher dimensional energies are continuing strong right now. We’ve also been in a high speed SOULar wind stream for the last two days with wind speeds close to 600 km/sec (‘normal is around 250). This can create a mix of being SUPER sleepy and not here feeling as the higher dimensions tug on your consciousness…..while feeling excited, blissful, and expectant. At the same time….an interesting combination!

Photographer Adrien Mauduit in Senja Norway captured this image of auroras forming into the shape of a phoenix!! Amazing! And we are like this right now through this 11:11:11 portal…..rising from the ashes, bursting into flight. This is a powerful time to rise into your sacred human form in a visceral way that bridges to your 3D self and all parts of you still anchored to 3D realities, still burning in the self created fires of awakening.

Raphael Awen and I hosted a livestream yesterday and spoke a lot about what ‘moving into your highest timeline service of love’ may look and feel like for you. Also, about how to let in and receive as the gifts of doing and becoming this begin manifesting for you.

We also co-led a powerful meditation (at about 23 minutes in) to connect to the 11:11:11 codes of higher timeline manifestation….creating a bridge to have you feel where you are NOW, what may ‘hold you down or back’, connect to your Inner Protector, and also dropping you into what your higher timeline feels and looks like. Seemed to be quite touching for those who took it in. This is it:

Ascension Chakra Activation/Integration Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen (NEW video)

I am excited to share this NEW guided meditation with me….just filmed this morning actually….offering interaction and activation of your ascension chakras, connection with your Inner Protector, and overall high vibrations! I feel this may help with ascension body symptoms esp.!

Here is the description:

Intense, ongoing ascension energies are being offered through downloads/upgrades/codes from our sun (through SOULar winds and geostorms mostly) and through Gaia resonance frequencies spikes/waves….and lunar full moons too. In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator and Ascension Guide Jelelle Awen offers teachings and a guided meditation to help you activate your ascension chakras and negotiate with your Inner Protector to allow more integration of these energies.

Blocks to integrating these ascension energies into your heart space can lead to some of the physical body symptoms people are experiencing such as lightheadedness, pain in the neck/head/shoulder area, ringing in the ears, tiredness, and many more. Jelelle invites you to connect to the relationship that parts of you have to these ascension energies coming in and to your overall process of awakening. Resistances and fears of moving into your soul bigness can be held by your Inner Protector that deflect these upgrades from coming in.
