In this eighteenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the Light Body activation process that is occurring during Ascension as we shift the proportion of light within us. We share about how to activate your light body through detoxing from 3D energies/foods through fasting, clearing/activating your Ascension Chakras, and breath work/yoga/pranayama.

There is a ‘death’ occurring of our 3D body vessels, a mourning process, and letting go as we move into our higher dimensional bodies. We also share about how the relationship with your body shifts from shame/judgement to more loving acceptance and Ascension symptoms are also lessened through this activation process.

In the guided meditation, you connect with your 3D body in its pain, disease, death throes process in order to offer grieving space. Then, you tune into your 5D Light Body and begin the process of merging the two.

In this seventeenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about what we mean by becoming your I AM 5D Divine Self. We talk about the 3D, 4D, and 5D selves and the qualities such as gratitude, forgiveness, compassion, curiosity, openness, joy, willingness to feel, etc. that are the essence of the 5D Self.

We share about how the I AM is an invitation for embodiment of the Divine within you and not looking to an ‘outside’ source to experience and bridge to the Divine, as has been offered by the False Light Matrix. This is a process of transmutation from the ‘ground up’ of your 3D self meeting the higher dimensional aspects of 5D and higher in a middle place.

In the guided meditation, your Gatekeeper joins you on an exploration to raise your frequency by climbing up stairs to a higher dimensional space. Once you reach the higher 5D space, your 5D Divine Self is invited to come in, along with any higher dimensional soul aspects or star/soul family members.

From Warrior To 5D Ambassador Guided Meditation: Video 16 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this sixteenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the shift and movement from Warrior to 5D Love Ambassador that occurs as you heal the warrior and battle ground energies from within you with your Gatekeeper. We talk about how the False Light can project this need to be a “spiritual warrior” and go into battle with the dark in a polarized way rather than into the Ambassador energy that leads with compassion and seeks peace.

The matrix narrative in the C and V rollout is bringing out a lot of warrior/fighting energies rather than remaining non-judgemental even while personal choice points are clear. We offer from the Ambassador’s perspective, all roles/sides are sacred and there really isn’t anything to fight. If you do feel a strong fighting/battling energy toward someone or something, it is a mirror of a battle that is going on within you. We do honor that it can be an important phase to become an advocate and activist ‘against’ injustice as it was probably not allowed in other lifetimes and needs to express without persecution.

In the guided meditation, you journey with your Gatekeeper and the Divine Mother & Father to a battleground within your emotional body/soul field. You connect to the warrior who is expressing on that battlefield or protesting and invite them to go ‘above’ the battlefield. On a hill above, you invite your Ambassador to come in to meet your Warrior, who is invited to rest in a hot pool of warm loving energy waters with the Divine.

Ascension Energies & Chakras Guided Meditation: Video 15 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this fifteenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the Ascension Energies coming in through solar winds/flares, Equinox/Solstice and Repeating number dates/gateways (such as 8/8 and 11/11), Gaia’s frequencies that support the seeding/birthing of sacred humanity and New Earth/Lemurian. We talk about how our Divine Self needs support from these energies in order to Ascend, reactivate our DNA, and embody our essence as Divine love.

We also talk about how the feminine tends to be more open and receptive to these energies and feeling how impact the collective and personally. This can be because this sensitivity in men has been hijacked by the Matrix to some degree to suppress the feminine and therefore suppress the ‘feminine’ gifts within themselves. We talk about how important it is to be intimate with your chakras, energy fields, and bodies in a very conscious and emotional way that is led by you and your Gatekeeper rather than going to someone else for ‘energy healing.’

In the guided meditation, your Gatekeeper guides you through each Ascension Chakra as we tune into them starting with your Personal Sun/Stellar Gateway through the Soul Star to the Causal down through the main seven chakras. We bring in white light to each chakra, use selenite to clean them & readjust the spin of them, and recode them with “I Am Love” mantras.

Even for those of us who have been in the process/way of life for years are benefitting in powerful ways from the ways these videos break down the processes and offer guided meditation journeys to lean into for each topic.

Longtime facilitant and community member, Raianna Shai, offers a digestion of this video series from her perspective as our featured piece this week. She paints a very sweet picture of what these videos have offered her so far and invites you into your own journey of taking them in and discovering more depths inside of yourself and your own process.

1:11 Portal Inner Flame Re-Ignition Process

The fire of love lights up your sleeping limbs and illuminates where to go next inside of you. It brings you into new levels of awakening to how and who you’ve been and what you’re truly called to become. It is the Divine inviting you to be truthful, real, and alive.

As the fire of love burns within me, it burns within you. I feel the flames rising and peaking at times and calming and fading at others, but always burning. There is no deep inner or outer change without being willing to burn brightly or even, at times, get burned.

This 1:11 passage continues to move through as we witness even more truths coming to light in our inner and outer worlds. The flames of transformation are being fanned in a huge way by the Divine within each of us… there’s so much we are invited into for our next levels of self-love and love of others and how both are embodied and expressed.

I feel from the Divine:

“This is not the time to douse the flame, however it burns inside of you.

Perhaps the most misunderstood aspect of having inner fire is that it’s not just about anger or fighting for or against something. It’s also heart warmth, feeling alive in the skin you’re in, your soul and heart both being lit up with passion and desire, and a deeply passionate and catalytic love that has to be shared. Parts of you may try to ignore or control it, yet eventually the restlessness stirs and something inside and outside of you needs to be seen and shifted. Sometimes this requires a flame turned up to 100, sometimes only 10 will do. You are loved and supported in all of your expressions of this flame, as no matter what, it eventually (or quickly) moves all that needs to move for the truth to be revealed and your true power to be found.”

This is such a deep and recent learning of my own… embodying my own flame more after a while of feeling the dial turned down. Over and over again I’ve had to feel parts/Metasoul aspects/my Gatekeeper in why this is and I’ve felt reminded over and over again about how keeping this flame down or hidden does not serve love in the way I signed up for, though the dimming was necessary for a time. I had to let it come up and out on 1:11, to serve and move beyond myself. It wouldn’t be real for me to pretend that this hasn’t taken much inner work to let it move through me and this alone is so humbling so feel!

It’s the fire of my truth, whatever it IS in the moment. It’s the blazing flame lighting up my heart, penetrating deeper layers within. It’s the beacon of Divine Mother moving through my ever-purifying channel. She is the match that relights what may have been deliberately or unconsciously dimmed inside of me so that I can see with new eyes what is really going on for me and for others.

This fire inside cannot be faked or even conjured. It is already there, waiting to be fed, with love and responsibility for how it moves you and others. And it does so much more than destroy, hurt, or harm… it enlivens in ways that are deeply transformative when the energies are allowed to be so, when parts of you feel truly done with controlling them and the catalytic nature of what burns inside of you.

There are so many layers to feel about how your inner fire has been related to and why… and in some ways, the discovery of that may never truly end. It’s what we came here to embody and unleash as we truly remember the love we came here to BE.

In this fourteenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the star seed and star family activation process that happens over time as your Gatekeeper opens up access to feel and heal your visitation/abduction experiences, your inner child 3D traumas, and Matrix unplugging.

We talk about how important it is to ground into the galactic consciousness in our soul to experience healing in an embodied way connected to our emotional bodies. And to also access your OWN star family and light language transmissions rather than looking to outside sources to activate for you in a way that can be transcendent and part of the False Light.

With the current Matrix narrative (V and C), there is a strong need and importance to unplug our Reptilian self and become an ambassador to any other galactic aspects that need that (including those connected to the “Negative Alien Agenda”.) Healing this polarity within your Metasoul allows more grounded, balanced, and less polarized response to the events happening now.

In the guided meditation, you connect with your Gatekeeper and Divine Mother & Father to create a white light safety bubble as you go in to connect with your Star Seed. Your Gatekeeper also creates a bridge to feel if your Star Family Ambassador would like to come forward to meet with you or an aspect that is plugged into the Matrix that wants to be seen by you.

A Digestion Of The Deepen 2022 Video Series

This SoulFullHeart video series is such an incredible way to get to know yourself to an incredible deep level. They’re full of teachings and meditations that are so valuable for discovering who you are, why you feel and react the way you do, what your gifts are and how to heal even your deepest wounds. I’ve been doing this series for the last two weeks or so and even the more “basic” videos have been so enlivening and core to my current healing process.

There’s something special about connecting to 31 different videos that slowly but thoroughly help you dive into any and all places that need your attention. They can be taken in at any pace and at any time which allows you to go deeper into any process that feels relevant.

I have been on a deep journey of discovering my divine empowered woman and these videos have brought so many connections to light inside of me. They have taught me how much my inner mother wants to care take everyone to the point where it doesn’t allow others, or other parts of me, to live into their bigness and grow into the person they’re capable of. They have taught me that my inner teenager is ready to blossom and become a woman capable of setting boundaries and advocating for herself and the capacity of others.

They have woken up my inner protector enough for him to realize that he can’t keep me small and locked in my bedroom anymore. This journey has strengthened belief in myself and what I have to gift others. I have been able to dive into my shadow in a way that I was way to scared to before and recognize patterns that have been so detrimental to my own growth as well as those around me, even if for a good reason.

So thank you Jelelle, Raphael and soon Kasha and Gabriel for providing me with the tools I need to love and care for myself in a way that serves both myself and the collective ❤️

In this thirteenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the Metasoul, the individuated source of your soul and all of the fragments that project from it into other lifetimes/timelines. We explain how the Metasoul is non-linear, beyond time, and accessible in the Quantum Now through a bridge created by your Gatekeeper. Connecting with your Metasoul aspects in an ongoing, intentional way allows for mutual karmic and trauma healing, gift exchange, and quantum upgrades.

We also talk about how the current Matrix narrative is triggering the separation wounds in our Metasoul and the collapse lifetime experiences (such as Atlantis and Lemuria) as well. Metasoul access in an increasingly conscious way allows for you to digest what is occurring with this narrative in a deeper way and navigate choice points with more clarity as well.

Unplugging From The False Light Guided Meditation: Video 12 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this twelfth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the False God/False Light Matrix on the 4D level that hijacks the natural soul awakening that occurs in order to keep the incarnational trap going. We talk about how energies of self-empowerment, self sovereignty, self worth, forgiveness, are missing in False Light movements/teachers/relationships and instead replaced with energies of shame/blame, manipulation, deception and lies, dependency, and power dominance.

We emphasize how the false light has been necessary until now to allow us to fully immerse in the Matrix experience and yet we are now awakening beyond it to experience the true love and light of the Divine essence within us. Experiencing the False Light/God and healing allows for us to experience unworthiness, separation wounds, and disempowerment so that we can heal and complete these cycles.

In the meditation, you and your Gatekeeper are invited to connect to the pure frequencies of Divine Mother and Divine Father. You can then feel what may be blocking this connection from coming through as you journey to the “God Room” representing the False Light/False God setting for you this life or another lifetime. As you you connect to this God Room, you are given the opportunity to bridge Divine Love to this part/soul aspect/soul pattern in order to heal it.
