Loving The ‘Ugly Duckling’ Within

“Why do I feel so unlovable?”, this part of me says. “Why do I feel so ugly?”

“Who told you you were unlovable and ugly?”, I reply with compassionate curiosity.

“I don’t remember. There are just voices. Whispers in the wind.”, he says.“I don’t see you as ugly or feel you as unlovable. I feel you needing a reflection of Love so you can see and feel what you truly are. Is that hard to let in?”, I ask.

“It is. You can show me and yet the wind comes. Changes the reflection somehow. I wish that wasn’t true.”, he says as his head looks down.

“It’s okay, dear one. I will stay here every day, every minute, every second until you see the real you. The you that I see and feel. The you that doesn’t hold court for the whispers anymore. I will be patiently persistent because I love you. Always…and in all ways.”, I tell him as he looks up with tears in his eyes.

“I would like to see and feel that someday soon. It has always seemed so hard. So permanent. Like nothing can ever change and I will always be like this. I get that I have allowed this perception to persist as reality. I have not felt strong enough to choose otherwise. Maybe with you here with me, reminding me, showing me, feeling me, I can change how I see myself the way you see me. Thank you. I needed this. I may need it in an hour.”, he says with his head down again.

“Then in an hour I shall be here too.”

There are times when a part of us just feels ‘ugly’. I don’t just mean the physical kind but the behavioral and emotive kind. These are times we feel small and want to hide away from the world. It can feel like quicksand and get stuck in a loop.
When you can feel this as a ‘part’ of you then you can start to access a different flow of energy from Divine love source through you to this part of you. A stream of Love through consciousness.

Like the part of me said above, “I may need it in an hour”, then an hour I shall be there. It is an ongoing process of feeling and showing up that leads to healing and eventually a sense of liberation from the “voices in the wind”.

This is a practice at first and then just a way of being with yourself that is just natural and consistent. It is the alchemy of self-to-self love as well as Divine-to-self love. The transmutation from the duckling to the swan. The wounded ego to the Divine Self. All held in love and compassion, not self-improvement. Just self-feeling.

The Catharsis Of Soul Scream

Soul scream….

Hidden and lurking within can be an angst, an anger, a frustration so profound it can rock your world both inside and out.
We are all holding so much inside. Each one of us. Some more or less than others but it is all part of our journeys. Healing sometimes will bring you to the next layers of your soul pain.

This pain from an infinite variety of trauma is stored in the vaults of your soul to be opened and felt when the time is right. When there enough You there to hold it and love it.

Let it rip can be cathartic. It can also be a portal. To release the scream can bring relief, feeling and understanding where it comes from and why it is there can bring transmution and integration.

This Soul Scream can come from repressed truth, witnesses or experienced injustice, Kundalini surges/awakening, and veil lifting. It may be an essential part of our ascension to be intimate and vulnerable with this inner angst.

It holds power, creativity, alchemy, passion, and authentic voice. It is your hidden Real Self coming into contact with the Present. It is gather its sea legs in this dimension and reconciling the trauma and pain.

This is not easy or fun, but it may be necessary to move onto the next phase of growth and healing. When held in safe space such as community and nature it can have life-altering effects.

Serving Love With Women In 1:1 Sessions

There are so many reasons why I love holding space for other women…

One is that I get to share my cultivated heart and soul gifts that I came into this life to share with those who are resonant and in need of the discovery and boost of their own. Another is that I get to share the gifts of my beloved soul family community and the intimacy that lives here with them and within me, supporting others to come closer to themselves and to us if/as that unfolds. And yet another is that I have the honour, privilege, and deep blessing of being able to witness and feel big souls like Saule Ilona Bukauskas (her testimonial is below) open up to their own bigness more and more through feeling and healing trauma in the heart and soul.

I get to learn from every soul I serve love with and I grow alongside them. It’s sometimes wild and untethered, yet it’s always gentle in many ways. Sessions with any one of us in SoulFullHeart are catalytic and heart-opening, even when we have to wade through a dark swamp together on our way back to love’s shores.

Sometimes I have to pinch myself that I’ve been called to serve love in this way! Trusting The Ascension Process As Humanity Shifts Out Of 3D And Into Lower 4D/Dark Night

“Be in the world, not of the world, yet care FOR the world,” ~ Yeshua

So many times I have been offered this as a guiding light through this current c narrative and false medicine storm that humanity is experiencing. Being in the world is honoring that we have chosen on a soul level to BE here on this Earth Plane during this transition from 3D Matrix reality moving into 4D transitional/dark night phase and into 5D New Earth. Not being of the world is acknowledging that we are no longer in the mainstream consciousness flow or in resonance with it. We are no longer of it, even as we were ALL raised in it, by it, and of it. And many awakening souls still have many friends/family who are still of it Caring for the world though….ALL of it and ALL souls in it, is the piece that feels like it offers the next level of compassion and love ambassadorship.

As you tune into the Divine Mother and your Christ essence, your heart breaks open to feel the cries of the world, the cries of the womb/hara, the cries of the children. As you feel these cries, you DO care, even for those who judge you as crazy or push you away. You care even if you move out of saving or rescuing anyone and surrender, again, to the Divine holding of it ALL.

This is a collective dark night phase for humanity. This is the crawl and walk through the valley of the shadow of death. Dark nights are ALWAYS messy. They last as long as they need to and you can’t ‘control’ them. They are absolutely necessary for TRUE awakening to occur. Something false must die in order for the new to be born.

It does feel to me that 3D/third dimensional reality as we have previously known it is gone and we have actually ascended beyond it now as has Gaia. The comfort and security of 3D for parts of us, the eat/work/die familiar pattern of it has now shifted into something completely unknown to us before that is also unpredictable and volatile. It feels like we are now moving into a collective lower 4D reality as the ‘mainstream’ one….where soul awakenings can occur along with dark nights. Life as we previously knew it as ‘normal’ no longer exists, which is actually a good thing and IS Ascension…even if it feels rather like a dystopia to us; even if it isn’t how we wanted it or would prefer it to look or feel; or that it feels like it isn’t our choice or is happening ‘to’ us rather than with us.

While this is uncomfortable, it also feels like progress. To continue along in the ‘too comfortable’ 3D Matrix was to continue being suppressed, asleep, numbed, and drugged by it. This is messy now, yet it has woken up SO many souls by disrupting and interrupting their daily routines…and even lockdowns allowing for an unplugging from the daily living/doing/staying busy mill.

Even those previously awakening souls have had to question now how deeply embodied their spirituality actually IS as they lean more into it in real ways to navigate the unknown; how much they have healed in their emotional body as intense reactions come up; how much they have compartmentalized their spiritual essence away from the rest of their life as their social life becomes more difficult to navigate.

For those of us long on the awakening journey aligned with Divine Mother, we see and trust the value of these lower 4D dimensions. Yes, they contain some “hell realms” and dark energies/beings/timelines…yet the darkness needs our love, acceptance, and ambassadorship more than the 3D numb Matrix reality did. To move into 5D, we were ALWAYS going to need to go through 4D and reconcile what has lived there previously in shadow, in our subconscious, in other lifetimes. Any offerings/teachings/teachers that suggest we could have somehow avoided this are still plugged into a False God/False Light program that diverts us from actually transmuting and transforming (as it is meant to divert and distort.)

Now is the time where we have the support from Ascension energies, from the Divine, from benevolent guardian galactic beings, from guides/Metasoul aspects to TRULY transmute into our sacred human frequencies, to reactivate our DNA, to upgrade our galactic genes, to move into ‘supernatural’ gifts, to FREE up the immense powerful energies of our wombs/haras. We get to experience remembrance of bliss states and authentic joy as well come alive in us….holding the space as we courageously go into the mess over and over again for as many times as it ‘takes’ to heal.

This is what the journey to becoming free looks like….where nothing can be bypassed or wished away, yet needs to be gone through in order to reach the other side. It is this WHOLE journey that we have signed up to experience here as the growth possible from it is so appealing to many of us. It feels like there was a long sign-up line to be part of this phase of humanity’s Ascension on Earth. The best ‘show’ in the Galaxies in that way.

No longer resisting and being afraid of what lurks in the shadows allows us to embrace and understand the deep choice we made for our own growth and for humanity’s more fully.

Living In Love Over Fear: Navigating The Covid Narrative

The energies of divergence are quite strong right now. It really can feel as if you are on a different planet and plane of existence from others. How we relate to fear, and specifically the fear of body death right now, are revealing our different consciousness states. The covid narrative is revealing so much about a soul’s relationship to body death and how strongly attached to safety and known they are around that (even as we have been programmed to feel it is natural for us to die at a certain age when immortality is actually our human potential and capacity).

And, also where someone is in the process of claiming their own sovereignty, truth, and relationship of trusting surrender to the Divine. The 3D projection of comforting authority figure onto governments, health authorities, etc. is a phase in a soul’s journey out of parental dependence and toward self empowering Divine self realization.

Yesterday we went to a new grocery store for us that was in the town next to Glastonbury, which has been more mellow about Covid. The fear and control were palpable as soon as we walked in the doors of this new store. Signs all over the store and messages over the loud speakers keep repeating how we must ‘keep each other safe’, keep our masks on, keep away from each other, only shop with one person (this particular store had many signs suggesting that shopping with someone else was quite irresponsible.)

Raphael and I walked around the store without masks, as we are prone to do as a reflection of how we do not live in fear, especially fear of a virus that has such a low mortality rate. And that if we did catch it, we would trust that process and the messenger/mirror/portal that the virus offered us. We also do not fear catching this from others for the same reasons. We were the ONLY ones without masks in the entire store and I could feel the fear from others as we walked down the aisles….as if deadly germs would jump on them from us. I am used to drawing some attention when I walk around but usually it is a draw to the light in my field or the joy I am putting off. I felt sadness about fear toward us and tried to radiate love at them in larger amounts to meet it.

Raphael and I were in joy, we were in love, we were kissing and hugging whenever we could and excitedly looking at the products that drew us. This radiating of love I am hopeful was able to provide a moment, however brief, of relief to those living in so much fear and tension right now. I can feel how the Covid situation has just illuminated this consciousness difference of living in fear or living in love. I don’t feel this as a judgement toward others or a superiority, yet rather symbolic of the polarization and duality that we have all shown up to be part of.

The jabs/shots are another means to separate us as those who choose them really ARE moving into an unknown and untested place of compromised immune system and even what feels like altered DNA, etc. Interestingly, the shots feel MUCH more dangerous to the human body than the virus that so many souls are afraid of. I am personally never going to get one and I would advise against any light workers/healers/awakening souls to do it, even if that means not being able to do certain things which we can then surrender into for a phase of time.

The Matrix is amping up its ultimate control program of the Great Reset, especially here in the UK. I do feel that we in SoulFullHeart we meant to be in this country during this time even as it has been challenging in moments. We are here to offer a beacon of love, of community, of depth of feeling, of trust in the Divine, and a life lived of healing fear to let in more love. I also feel we are here to bring healing energies to the grids of fear and love ambassadorship to those dark energies that have been in control for so long.

I send love to those who are using the Covid situation to mirror fears that are needing to come up. And I offer love to parts of them who need to judge those of us who are not in fear as it is the only way they know how to be. And I also choose to live in love and non-judgement, to trust love, and to be a lighthouse for others to do and be the same!

The Joys Of Not Knowing

Have you ever noticed that those who claim to not know how to pray offer the best prayers?

So often, it’s our experience and familiarity with something that hampers our arising and new direct interaction with that something.

How could we return to a state of not knowing in order to have a first time experience?

Even asking this question is using experience and knowing as an attempt to return to the innocence not knowing. Isn’t it maddening when the mind gets in the way, even when it’s wanting and willing to get out of the way, but just doesn’t know how?

Wait! I think we solved it, no?

You want to get out of your own way, but don’t know how. Now, you enter the womb of surrender.

You have a desire for something that you have no power or knowledge whatsoever on how you are going to achieve that something. All you have is what you don’t have.

I feel this place where my assets of past experience don’t seem to add up to anything of salvageable value towards entering a new unknown, except for the one asset of not knowing. If I don’t know, then I get to admit that, lead with that, toddle out my first steps into the new thing, laugh goodheartedly at myself along with the others I’m entertaining in the process.

I believe you also, not too far down inside, can feel the place where you don’t know what you are doing.

What if this could be admitted, owned, and cherished instead of a thing of shame and resistance and hiding? Your not knowing is the real gold you came here to share and explore.

You enter the God-zone where even God gets to not know through you.And it makes you really interesting, fun and sexy, if you ask me. Know it alls are boring and dry.

The Womb Is A Portal To The Experience Of Womanhood In All Lifetimes

As women, all of our lifetimes of experience of being able to BE a woman or not, in every sense of the word, lives in our wombs. There’s a powerful portal within each of our wombs that connects us to these lifetimes where we may have experienced immense power, yet at a cost. This portal can also open us up to lifetimes of remembering what it was like to be a mother, mate, sister, and daughter, who was treasured and loved… or used and abused, victimized, and maybe even held captive for being female.

Such is the mix for the feminine in her depths of healing. So deep is the legacy we each carry within us of our need to heal and offer healing to others too from the depths of our femininity that has been hijacked sometimes and honoured/revered other times.

I often connect with this beautiful egg stone (in the featured photo), which my beloveds and I call the ‘Mother Stone’ at Glastonbury Abbey, ever since landing here in Avalon when we arrived 6 months ago, and I’ve been on a profound inner journey of awakening and healing (supported also by Her) that I couldn’t have done without the energies here. I feel in so many ways like a totally different woman and even a whole new sort of Priestess now than I could have felt like or truly claimed before. And, I feel how all of this journeying has come from my womb and returns back to my womb for integration.

Our wombs hold and house our truest soul and heart bigness. To clear her and activate her, means to meet with what has left her rather congested and full of frequencies she is no longer meant to hold. So vast and deep is the feminine pain heard and felt around the world for centuries, that these cries live in her too. To truly hear, feel, and transmute this pain on behalf of women everywhere is to dive into it from within, from the chalice of our own soul’s experience and need for this healing.

Serving The Feminine, Connecting With The Inner Mother

In absolute awe I am, of the depth and sacred intensity in the women I serve in sessions and the women I connect with daily in community as well. Our intensity always matches that of the passion borne inside the womb, that rumbles worlds as much as She creates them.

It’s always vulnerable to lead and be led, to hold and be held, as a feminine embodiment in this and any lifetime. The strength of our inner masculines serves to protect us and our feminine essences, as well as the parts who have felt victimized by this body, by this core of who we are as a heart and soul. Sometimes the inner ‘masculine’ is also a strong and powerful matriarch/wounded Queen/Priestess energy inside that finds it challenging to be vulnerable out of necessary self-protection. Even THIS intensity needs honouring, love, and holding; a recognition of her powerful presence while also helping her learn to feel again, as challenging as that has been for her until now.

I’ve noticed in recent sessions how this matriarch energy expresses in different ways inside of different women. Sometimes we call this the Inner Mother. In one recent session with a young woman in her mid-twenties, we felt how her Inner Mother holds frequencies of being tired and overwhelmed and also victimized by life, much like her birth mother has energized. Another young woman in her early twenties has been feeling how her Inner Mother is also an Inner Punisher who also has frequencies of a Sorceress at times.

I feel, as I serve this dynamic range in women, how much love there is available to continue holding it with an open heart and open hands too, to allow whatever needs to come up in the space to do so. These energies need and deserve to felt and heard, not diagnosed or labeled, even as mirrors are held up for them to start to see their impact on themselves and other parts, as well as relationships on the outside. This is the work of transforming the False Mother into the Sacred Feminine inside, while inviting in the Divine Mother, in whatever form and face is necessary, as the template for this process.

The deep dive inside isn’t actually possible without love and also without support of the Divine Mother, who is the ultimate model for us to feel the inner False Mother and help her heal into more of the healthy, heart-open, capable, and profoundly gifted Queen. It’s Her love that holds the space, really, for which I am but a humble vessel, supporting you to become your own. There’s really no end to this process of deepening this embodiment, no ultimate pinnacle of it, and every ounce of discovery and healing is so worth the journey of diving deep into what (and who) hasn’t felt worthy of receiving, let alone becoming, this energy of sacred feminine love within.

The Mirror Of Sacred Sisterhood

Spending real, intimate time with women is such a gift to my heart and soul. I am recognising that there has been so much in the way of deeper bonds with women my whole life; competition, insecurity, unworthiness and jealousy being some of them. I feel how hard that has been on me and my parts, even more so now as I feel how deep the need for union with women really is. The uniqueness of the connection between women is so special and I feel how we do really need each other in a way that is different to our need for and with men.

I always feel so inspired and enlivened after deep union with women and deeply nourished by where women can go together when they feel safe and can rest and lean into one another. We understand and feel each other so deeply in wordless spaces and ways, which is something I feel I have looked for in my relationships with men my whole life and has brought a deep dissatisfaction to parts of me. Only now am I recognising how men are not really meant to fulfill our need for each other as women.

There is healing that needs to happen to let women in and trust women again after all the years and lifetimes of competition and hurt that has been experienced between us. I feel the pain of having had to turn away from one another to survive in a world where we are led to believe that we cannot do it without a man. How dangerous it has been at times to be a woman and still is for many women in the world today, and I can feel what that has led and does lead us to do to one another to just get through it.

I feel how the need for connection with women is so deeply buried under a lot of pain and distrust that it can be hard to recognise that need is even there. I am being invited daily as part of life within the SoulFullHeart community to feel my needs and desires that have been deeply buried in order to survive, and then invited to reach out to ask for what I want. It can feel terribly vulnerable for parts of me to even acknowledge that they need others, especially women, and I am still not quite sure why that is. As I do this though, I am getting to experience something new with women that is so deeply nourishing and healing in ways I cannot mentally track but I feel it as it ripples through my body and creates a deep rest and sigh of relief within my womb. 

I feel so deeply blessed to have wonderful women in my life and for all the women who have helped me prepare to let all this love in that I am experiencing now with my closest Sisters. Everytime I meet in deep, real, intimate connection with women, I am changed, and I remember more of who I am and more about why I am here.

Healing, Activating and Freeing Our Wombs

My womb Sophia can be so still, so deep and so vast. She takes me to the beds of oceans and lakes, tucking me into the depths of my inner waters. She shows me wide open landscapes of infinite possibilities and connects me to the stars in my DNA.

She has gestated and birthed a million babies…in the forms of near constant alchemy ideas, many visions, thousands of writings and four published books, hundreds of videos and healing sessions, many transmissions through my voice, a growing community in Queenship/Kingship with Raphael, a beautiful being/daughter, and so much more. She is birthing with the Divine Mother my most precious service of love called SoulFullHeart….seeded by my beloved Christ-Magdalene lineage within her depths. She reminds me of sacred sisterhood and the power generated by wombs coming into synch with each other on ALL levels. She helps to heal any polarizations against the masculine and links me to the Great Cosmic Womb that unites ALL of us, men and women, as sacred human children of the Divine Mother and Father.

Even when in discomfort and pain from my monthly menstrual cycle, She is generative, hopeful, and inspired. She is fearless….clearing out years of Matrix programming and lifetimes of False Mother templating.

And she can hold….and hold….and hold….and hold. So much can she hold that she needs regular clearing and cleansing of energies to return what isn’t ours back to others; to allow the collective Ascension process to follow its natural course; to not get overwhelmed or frustrated.

YOUR womb holds all this wonder and gifts for you too. Parts of us can have an aversion and resistance to our wombs from receiving little to NO initiation in this life around how to BE with Her power and femininity. Our inner masculine wants to worship and revere her yet needs a bridge to remember how. Our inner Queen/inner Mother may have a matriarchal need to control our wombs rather than surrender to Her unknown and wild creative flows.

It is time for our wombs to rise, to be FREE, to be WHOLE, and to be held as SACRED once again!
