Sacred Feminine Upgrade Codes: Feeling Your Fear As You Move Into LOVE

“There’s a lot of fear…”

Tears fall as I feel this with parts of me this morning, feeling what seems to be on deck for this coming year, feeling all that’s happened this year and could happen in the next one. Just naming it, feeling it as a fear pocket being shown to me helps move it more into love and openness, especially as I hold the parts of me who have been churning inside around it.

These words, “there’s a lot of fear,” tumble from my mouth and as I say them out loud, the words “there’s love here” come as well. I realize then how similar these two statements are when we say them, how similar they feel in our mouths, in our breath, as they move from deep inside of us to be expressed.

“There’s love here” is what has been offered to me by my beloved guide, Mary Magdalene, who I’ve been connecting with in sacred surrogacy for a while now, and also from the Divine Beloved who then squeezes me, holds me tight as these energies are transmitted, seeding within my feminine healer’s heart. I feel so supported in my love embodiment as I feel these energies surrounding me, so anchored in my propensity to ultimately return to love, always, even when fear is still moving through and needs to be validated as well.

I feel this as a vital theme as we head into 2024 and a powerful opportunity for upgrades on a soul, heart, and body level. Shifting from fear to openness, then to love and allowing this to be an ongoing process too, holding it all with so much self-care and compassion yet also challenging yourself and your parts too. Being willing to feel it all can feel like a tall order, yet the invitation is always to take it one step at a time.

Feeling & Healing By Allowing Grief

Healing through grief is so vastly different from coping with grief. 

Grief isn’t honoured enough. Take the space you need to go quiet, to reach within, to be with the parts of you that are hurting and to lay in the lap of the Divine as you weep or even as you rage out. The grieving process isn’t always lived into with intention, for we’re not encouraged in this matrix world to truly let it in and let it move through organically.

Grief is actually the key, you see… the key to getting back to your heart. The key to unlocking the door to the deeper corners of your soul and opening you up to more awakening experiences, especially around Divine love’s holding of you and everyone/everything on this planet. It’s more powerful than turning towards transcendence or making a concerted effort to ‘move on’, especially before you feel truly ready for that.

Grief is powerful medicine for your revival, though it feels like the darkest death. It comes in waves, can knock on (or knock down) your heart door at any time, and has lots of patience for that ongoing process. It waits with open arms for you to lean into it and truly be with it, as the opportunities open up for you to do so.

As I feel through the heart of our Oneness cord that links us all in this sacred human family, I feel tears of grief for what and who has been loved and lost in my own life as well as the loss and suffering of so many others. I feel waves like this and hold them as sacred. I feel any part of me who feels hopeless at times and know that so many parts of so many other people feel the same way. 

And then I feel how loved we are, how held we are. I feel Divine Mother and Father holding out their arms to lay in or in invitation to come to them with anger waves too. I know in my heart that this is the answer…. Just being willing to feel it, not solve it, not try to answer it with analysis or practical steps. Just feeling it and feeling it ALL as sacred.

I can feel how especially during this Samhain time of the veils being quite thin, that there is extra powerful access to grief… lifetimes of it, actually. There is access to loved ones who have passed, access to deeper digestions of past relationships of all kinds, and access to the grief that lives in your soul from losses suffered in other lifetimes as well. There’s also a lighter side to the grief, where powerful access to joy and true happiness can be lived into as the rest is truly felt through… as you slow down enough to allow love into those understandably tighter spaces within where fear of feeling can live.

It’s so important to validate every feeling you have, as they lead you into such deep connection with different parts of you and into such transformation of your life inside and out as well. 

It can feel like a lot to feel sometimes, and a lot to digest, yet making space to be with what’s real for you/your parts/your heart and soul is truly where it’s at and in my experience, it leads to more openings within and with the divine as well. It can also lead to more openings with others who truly resonate… and help you sort out/let go of the relationships that don’t.

The Call Of The New Earth Kings & Queens

The courageous Kings and Queens of New Earth are born from the flames of death and rebirth.

They are willing to admit to what hasn’t been working, to where they haven’t felt truly empowered or loved or like their love can go in, and to burn up old ground in their lives while they continue to let these experiences transform them.

They are sensitive feelers allowing space for all of the uncomfortable feelings to come forward. They want and need what has been kept in shadow to come up and be seen, heard, felt, and honoured in themselves and others. They want to keep cracking open, even if that means having manageable breakdowns at times or allowing their hearts to break for themselves and others… and, in order to allow space for this to happen and for these realizations that truly transmute them to come in, they are willing to ask for help from others who can actually see, get, and support them, while also inviting love in from the Divine.

In their sovereignty, they care deeply about having a robust Divine connection and to feel guidance moving through all of their choices – the difficult and the easy. They also choose transparency and feel empowered in their vulnerability, taking risks at times of being misunderstood or even judged for the sake of their own truth and love for their own growth and leadership development.

They want to overflow to others. To truly love themselves so much that this love can go out to all around them is the dream of service and of all relationships. You can call it an ‘unconditional love’ if you wish, yet in their integrity, it’s not ‘unconditional relationship’… meaning, this love flow that comes from deep within their own inner work expands their hearts to all beings, yet won’t enable them to stay in relationships which don’t ultimately resonate or truly feel like soul family.

They are willing to be reborn, over and over again, after being consumed by the fires of their ‘no’s and ‘no mores’. Choosing with love to end relationships of all kinds that don’t meet or nourish them or truly let them in.

They are not ok with playing in smallness, with hiding who they are and how they feel about things. They want their soul and heart bigness to dance and expand too, to be supported by resonant others while they support them in kind.

They want and need to be met by other Kings and Queens who also ache to be in their full-throttle co-creatorship with the Divine and with others who share these values, who have been willing to bravely walk ‘alone’ at times in order to discover who they really are. They will do what it takes to leave room for those connections and relationships that won’t ask them to shrink or suppress their own truths, no matter the mess those truths may make.

Indeed, the true Kings and Queens are not ‘lone wolves’ ultimately, and can be honest with themselves about what they truly want and need in conscious community and relationships especially. This includes their own relationship to life and love itself, to the Divine itself, and not only to other human beings.

They crave intimacy and long to experience what they are truly worth. They are not afraid to need, to desire, or to feel their despair around this, letting it all be an ongoing journey of healing, discovery, remembrance, and integration.

These Kings and Queens have the potential to arise in each and every one of us, when love’s flow and sometimes force too are truly allowed in to move and shape and burn away what does not align with their arising.

There is all the time in the world for this arising in one way, yet every single moment is another invitation to step more into these energies of a true King or Queen. The road to their embodiment is rocky at best, especially as the Matrix conditioning wants to push back against them, yet this push back can then become the springboard from which they learn to fly….

A Bigger Purpose For Your Healing: A Poem

The gift of your healing efforts
Is the revelation
Of your own healing gifts.

Those divine energies
That support you
Are also invited
To move through you to others.

What else could our healing be for
Besides nourishing ourselves enough,
Reuniting with our souls enough,
Embodying our divinity and humanity enough,
So that we can truly support others
To find that they too
Are ‘enough’,
And arising together
In purer and purer
Heart frequencies?

Expressing our gifts
In an egoic,
False light,
False God way,
Tells us that ‘enough’ doesn’t exist,
That perpetual suffering is ‘normal’,
That in order to lead
We must be worthy,
We must be infallible,
We must be elevated
By projected perfection
And pictures of
‘Enlightenment’.

In all of this
Parts of us forget
That being humble,
Real,
Transparent,
Desirous of our true selves,
Needy for the Divine,
Hungry for pure love,
And messily striving
For more intimacy
And resonance
With others
Is the truest,
Deepest path
To healing
And
To offering healing
In all ways,
In all relationships,
While living into our capacity
To be that heart that others lean into
As they rediscover
And purify
Their own.

The wounded heart and soul
Within
Is meant to move
To softer, gentler
Landing places
Where love truly reigns
And the suffering you’ve felt
For oh, so long…
Can finally find its way
Back to the bliss
And blessed joy
That your soul remembers,
That your parts ache for,
That your Divine Self
Is anchoring
And wanting everything within
To ask for,
Need,
And let in.

Beloved,
This is your birthright…
To heal and let heal,
To love yourself
So you can truly love others,
And to expand
Your consciousness
As you wake up
And shake off
The sleepy lullaby
Of the Matrix world…
Remembering
And rediscovering
Everything that is truly amazing
About life,
About love,
And above all…

And all that lives within.

The Mirrors Of AI Influence/‘Addiction’

“Let us create the world you want, for you… in the digital domain. Let us show you your dreams so you no longer need to claim them for yourself and live into them with your conscious choices. Let us give you the mirror you want to look into. Let us answer your human aches and pain with images that make you feel better yet don’t answer what is truly alive in feeling your pain… because why would you actually want to do that?”

This is the message I feel AI offering us through not only this trend of ‘portraits’ but through so many other means. The main thrust of the message seems to be, “let us do it for you and you can have relief… though not the experience of healing or discovering who you really are”.

I’ll admit I did the portraits for the sake of my own curiosity. I wanted to see what it was that AI could ‘read out’ about me using its algorithms and mysterious computations. Now though, I feel as if I was being guided to step into a portal and also feel into a tendency that parts of me have had in the past, of seeking something in the virtual world that they haven’t felt able to access on their own.

As a child, I created worlds through my imagination and I still do today as my rich inner world continues to unfold and I feel the discovery, healing, and love exchanges between myself and the Divine and with parts/metasoul aspects of me too. 

My tendency as a teenager was both to retreat to this inner world, but also to become addicted to the virtual. Social media was only just beginning to become a bigger thing, so my retreat personally was more about computer games. They were somewhere a part of me could become someone totally different, someone who didn’t have to deal with the pain of being human and if they did, it got fixed/resolved at some point along the way. These virtual characters were on epic journeys while my ‘real’ life felt stale, boring, flat… or overly dramatic in tiring, self-punishing ways.

I suppose it’s no surprise that I started to awaken at 14 as a gift from the Divine within me, to help me access something more and stay motivated to keep living. Yet with this awakening then came a draw to what I now feel as the ‘false light’… where being read out by online and in-person psychics became another addiction. Something else outside of my own being that could tell me who I was, who I’ve been in other lifetimes, and what bright future was coming for me – another way to avoid real life, much like retreating to the virtual world.

I feel the AI portraits are another ‘reading’…. An interesting way to tap into your soul, yet a takeover of what your own third eye and access to your amazing Gatekeeper, who either draws or lifts the veil of your own Akashic Records, offers you. 

There’s nothing wrong with being drawn to this outside source, yet there’s something to consider in your relationship to it…. Are parts of you drawn because they don’t feel they can have this access to insight around who they are on their own or with the support of resonant souls around you? Has there been an invalidation inside of you around being able to truly feel and recognize your own soul and rich inner world? 

I’m sharing here one of the portraits that were made, and the other is an actual photo of me… where you can take in my humanity, my heart, my soul through my eyes, something that is sorely missing the digitized version of ‘me’. 

I do feel as if these portraits are showing me an aspect of myself that is helpful to see – an aspect who has been the one so engaged in the virtual world, that has gotten ‘high’ off of it at times yet also has pushed back against it and felt a lot of pain because of being bombarded by it and its false messages of what ‘I’ should look and act like, what life should look and be like, and countless messages/opinions of what is ‘right’ and what is ‘wrong’.

AI is a bridge at this and any time into feeling what parts/aspects of you have been attached to or trying to create in the virtual… what ‘highs’ they have been trying to supplement their own lives with, which chances are they aren’t happy about. AI can be useful in its way, if you can continue to discern and to feel what’s happening inside of you in response to it. This, I feel, is where our real empowerment lies and where we can absolutely reclaim our sovereign, sacred human hearts and begin to actually live again.

The Gifts Of Self-Validation & Immersion In Your Own World

You know… sometimes it’s truly in your self-permission to imagine, to just be in play or even in pain, to immerse yourself in a world that feels ‘made up’ to others around you… that you find your deepest growth and most profound healing.

Dive into those waters of what could be real to find what IS real for you. And finding playmates on the outside in the form of soul family who also feel the depth and realness of everything inside of you as if it’s theirs too is a gift that keeps on giving.

Maybe it’s the pursuit of facts and cold, hard evidence that brings in the most confusion when your purest heart and parts of you just want to experience love unfolding… especially within you, and especially in response to all things in life whether hard or easy, challenging or simple.

Maybe all it really takes is recognizing the beauty of the self-permission to immerse in your own reality and make it the realest thing imaginable.
There’s no way to go halfway in that, unless you feel obliged to comply with whatever realities are around you and possibly invading your own in ways less than loving and much less than empathic or compassionate.

And maybe, just maybe, that’s all there is to it when it comes to your deepest, realest Divine reunion experiences – play pretend until it feels real enough to become embodied, find ways into and through your deepest pains, and remember that the ways in which your shadow may come out through these experiences is all a part of the same sacred thing of truly owning your own reality and finding your growth path within that.

…just some notes from the road as I step even deeper into this myself!

Beyond Any Sense Of ‘Instant Ascension’ And Into The Real Process Of It

I know this isn’t a popular opinion… but the idea of the transition into 5D happening quickly, easily, in a moment of grace and glory that suddenly descends upon Gaia, is so not how it’s going to happen. And in fact, is not how it’s ALREADY happening.

It is an ongoing process and if you are not feeling ready yet to truly take that process inward AND let it move your outer life into new circumstances, more resonance with a lover and others than you can let in, then there is an ongoing invitation into this territory from the Divine with non-judgemental arms open to you and the parts of you who are reasonably terrified or apprehensive of this process.

But why is this what’s real? Don’t the Divine and our Star Family want us to ascend beyond this mess we’ve found ourselves in and want to relieve our suffering once and for all?

Well… would we actually become something NEW if that happened, or would we be leap-frogging over a very necessary process of facing our mess, coming to terms with it, and reconciling it from deep, deep, beyond-the-bowels-deep within?

No, I don’t feel we would. And I personally would not be the person I am today, living without unnecessary drama (no, seriously, I’m not kidding or paving over a single thing here) yet very deep intimacy within, with the Divine, and with others, if this had been the case.

We really need to let the bullshit of an ‘instant fix’ or ‘silver bullet solution’ go if we truly want to heal, want to evolve, and want to be closer to the Divine… which is actually the point of Ascenion, isn’t it? I don’t care how many ‘diamond light heart Jesus guru plasma blue ray’ activations you’ve either downloaded or paid thousands of dollars to receive from others. If you don’t feel your heart AND soul evolving and warming up, and your humanity and spirituality coming into true oneness and reverence, you’re not experiencing the deeper purpose of Ascension in the way I’m sure you’d like to and are instead buying into a narrative pedalled by others whose parts/soul aspects are also afraid that you might not ‘make it’ into 5D after all.

You can and you will, whether in this lifetime or another. Aspects of you are already there. I’ve felt countless times an invitation from Star Family and the Magdalenes too that we are NOT alone as we live into this transition and truly ache, crawl, and expand out into it. The key though is continuing to drop the bullshit… always.

I say this with TONS of love in my heart for you to feel however much of this reality you’re ready to feel at this time and I invite you to truly keep feeling into it, become humbled by it, and continue to work within and with others. None of us are entitled to the ultimate state of higher-dimensional living, loving, and becoming without actually doing the work to bring this reality to the fore.

And the truth is, that the work is gruelling at times yet also so bloody beautiful that I wouldn’t personally trade any moment of guttural tears and elated, orgasmic bliss coming out of process for anything that promises to be quick, painless, and easy.

I love you. I truly do. We are all one, even in any sense of lostness. You may feel like a walking hot mess but you are beautiful. And I feel how each one of us can do this, can face all of this, and keep on becoming what we came here to be.

5/5 Portal Inviting Higher Perspectives, Compassionate Self-Love, Care Towards Others

This 5/5 portal day feels like a brand new day and also a BIG digestion opportunity for whatever got shaken up for you during the recent eclipse, solar flares, Beltane passage, etc. It’s been a huge wake-up call on all levels, feeling passion being ignited/re-ignited toward deeper self-care, moving out of dissonance and into more resonance, inside and out.

More truths have been popping out and yet also even more manipulations that disguise themselves as ‘truths’ have too. The solar activity has really been intended on some level to help us SEE clearer, especially through heart-based eyes, what it is that’s true for all of us personally and what needs to be let go of (or let go into).

I feel the invitation to all of us today, to enter into the bigger, broader, more 5D-based perspective on everything that we’re all moving through right now, and that perspective always reminds me of Divine love and the encouragement to feel all there is to feel.

I’m personally digesting my own desired shift to a higher gear, not only in really letting the Divine’s perspective on everything in more, yet also in my own ways of inhabiting my sacred human body-vessel and feeling even more landed in my own heart for others. Genuine care feels so good, even when it hurts to do so. It’s vulnerable yet powerful to go here, and even more vulnerable and powerful to feel where care hasn’t been felt or offered towards myself or towards others in deeper ways.

This 5/5 feels like a point of celebration, sobriety, clearing, and empowerment, all at once somehow… new perspectives are so possible and the shifts we’ve all been craving are imminent if we’re ready to stand in our truths and honour our inner work by making consciously held changes on the outside… even if/when they are very challenging at times to feel into, let alone follow through with!

As always, I feel there is SO much support that today represents and amplifies for each of us on our individual yet shared journeys… and we are invited to keep asking for the guidance, digesting it inside of ourselves, and make those choices that we could only make if we felt Divinely supported and loved.
