The 4th Dimensional Grand Reorganizing

Each day our Mother Earth ship takes us perilously into the Light of the Next. It is not so much the New as we have been there before. We are There Now. It is just New to the current consciousness of our 3D conditioning and protection.

Why do I say ‘perilous’?

Because to this part of us, it is so. It is being lovingly and compassionately dismantled in order to let in all that we have been dreaming of and have known to Be outside of our 3D perspective. The reactions to this can show up in a myriad of ways from physical, emotional, and spiritual conditions.

All that this transitioning consciousness used to see as real and abiding, are coming into question and many times in very painful and confusing ways. There is a 4th Dimensional Grand Reorganizing underway and that can trigger a whole list of existential and traumatic feelings.

This is a time to love this part of you deeply. To hold space for its sacred death and rebirth process. It is not a time for fighting. It is a time for feeling. You are in transition. Be kind to yourself. Give yourself all the love and support you can find both within and from others that are on and have been on the same journey. Resonance is the life blood of the new family bond.

3D or the “Third Dimension” tends to be given a lot of blame and criticism, especially by those who are aware of Ascension and are making their way through their Ascension journeys out of 3D consciousness. As souls we have all experienced much pain as we’ve lived in this dimension and many veils have been placed over us until it was time to awaken, yet too, there have been gifts offered by the 3D ‘Matrix’ including the growth that it has been a part of individually and collectively for all of us. Featured this week is a piece by Gabriel Solais where he offers appreciation to 3D for what it has held, its pleasures and lessons, and the gifts and the challenges of having lived in it:

On Friday, June 21st, 2019 at 10:00am PDT, Jelelle Awen will lead a virtual group transmission over Zoom to celebrate the seasonal Solstice, which is an energetic time of seasonal transition into summer for those in the southern hemisphere. The Solstice often acts as a portal gateway to your Next Level of soul expression, soul activation, and transformation. Jelelle will guide you in a meditative space in which you can connect to the Solstice codes and bring them into your Ascension Chakras with your Protector and other parts that may join in. You will journey to Stonehenge, where the Solstice is ritually celebrated.

Two of them are from Gabriel Solais who invites you to join him out in nature. During the first video, ‘Give Yourself A Mu Day’, he offers some digestion of the Lemurian energies that are in abundance here in Victoria, BC, and a powerful Light Language transmission as well. In the second video, ‘The Frustrations Of Ascension’, Gabriel offers a way to feel compassion for yourself and your parts if/when your process has you facing new layers of something you thought you had already moved through or healed. He also offers a guided meditation to reconnect your Inner Masculine and Feminine aspects so that they can be felt in their own versions of how they relate to this process of moving through new layers within you.

Raphael Awen has launched a new video series this week! It is called ‘Inspire’ and this first video is an introduction to the series plus a guided meditation to help you connect inward. Each video will be a real-time open and honest look at growth, at desire, at inspiration, and what stands in our way to inhabiting that more and more. Each video will feature a guided meditation as well.

While on a recent trip to Salt Spring Island here in BC with Raphael, Jelelle Awen recorded a quick Light Language activation video while showing off the beautiful landscape surrounding them in that moment. Through the pain,

Through the suffering,

Through the aches

And the joys and bliss too.

You are returning to who

You are

Through the feeling-scape

Of that beautiful,

Opening,

And healing heart.

Finding your way

Often through brambles

Sticky saps

And tugs from the past

Yet supported

You walk

Even while stumbling.

This humbling path

Of your healing

Brings the by-product

Of ascending.

Moving into frequencies

You know

More than you may remember

In this or any moment.

Flow onward loved one,

Give Yourself A Mu Day

Yesterday I went out to a beautiful place in Victoria called Mt. Douglas where I could tap back into the tree codes and Lemurian energies that overlay and undergird this geography.

There are times when it is just so important to reconnect both with and out in nature. I was calling it Me time yesterday but then I felt the phrase ‘Mu time’ come up while I was out. And that it was.

Smelling, listening, sensing, feeling, and letting in all the majestic energy of Mu and her delicious and loving container. Felt like going to a well for a part of me and filling back up as well as realigning and integrating.

I recorded a brief message and light language transmission to ground the energy inside of me and share it with you in overflow. I hope that you too are able to find your Mu time whether it happens outside or inside. We can connect at any time and place but it does help when we can be in nature.

Much love to you on your journey this day and as always we are here to serve and support you in whatever may be moving through you at this time. Happy Mu Day to you.

A Letter To The Third Dimension

Dear 3D,

I felt inspired to write to you because I can feel my own reactions to you at times as well as the collective on their healing journeys. There can be a lot of frustration with you about how difficult, slow, and dense you can be.

I know that there is a lot that is projected onto you. We can make you a scapegoat for all the things that we feel inside about ourselves. So much desire and passion that want to be expressed and created without limitations in the way. I feel this most poignantly when it comes to money and law. I feel it in entertainment and consumerism.

I feel that when I curse you, I am cursing myself. Choosing to become powerless for the sake of my own fear and unworthiness. I am no longer responsible for my own God-given creative energy. I make you an oppressive parent and me a defiant teenager. Where does that get either one of us?

I am realizing through my own healing that I, with the rest of humanity, created you…willfully. You are the ‘prison’ of our own making. I am realizing that your gift was to be a playground of my growth and empowerment. I get to see and feel myself not in spite of you but BECAUSE of you.

So in this moment I want to say thank you. Thank you for the difficulties. Thank you for the shitty jobs and the small talk. Thank you for the relationships I needed to draw boundaries with. Thank you for the jail time and the education. Thank you for the chocolate and the ability to pay back my debts. Thank you for the bankruptcy. Thank you for all the challenges that I set up for myself so that I could overcome and heal through them.

I can now “see” you for what you are. You are what I get to cooperate, coordinate, and create with. You are my teacher and my biggest fan. I feel that now. This is how I would rather be in relation to you. I want to work with you and not against you. From here on out…amen.

The Need For Belonging, Forgiveness, And Acceptance At The Root Of Our Collective Pain

“We are not just the Light but the shadow that it casts as well. We are all looking to find love and be felt in all the pains that we have experienced. We all seek forgiveness and to be forgiven. We need to feel a part of something and to be told we are beautiful just the way we are.”

I watched a documentary last night called Jihad where the documentarian Deeyah Khan interviews different muslim men in the UK that were led to extremist Islamic groups by a particular man who fought in the war in Afghanistan against the Soviets. This former leader, known as the founding father of the Western jihad movement was interviewed as well.

Deeyah Khan’s focus was to get to the heart of the man of whom she was interviewing to understand what it truly was that led them to this extremism underneath the politics. It was a riveting and touching account of our humanity and our deep desire and NEED to feel like we belong and are accepted.

Now this is a VERY rough and tumble lower 4D energy that is hard to feel, YET for me it got to the core of something intensely profound in our collective. It has roots in our veiled perception of separation and how we have experiences that have left parts of us all feeling very alone and deemed unlovable. What Inner Protectors do to assuage that pain range from benign to extremely destructive, either toward self or others.

It is easy for this parts to get sucked into the vat of polarized politics. Even in the New Age movement there is “spiritual warfare”. This is polarized spirituality with deep roots in our own personal traumas and pains. If we were to be like this interviewer and sit down with our parts that are feeling rage, trauma, fear, angst, or frustration we can get to the deeper and more vulnerable pain that undergirds this polarization.

When this was brought with compassionate curiosity, the leader of this jihad group found himself in a flood of tears that cut to the core of his pain. His innocence and humanity were left on the table and Love was finding its way. I felt similar frequencies in my Orion self when going into the myriad timelines of galactic destruction.

The most provocative part of it was when she asked this leader, after stating that he had forgiven the people that had killed his family as a child, if had forgiven himself. This was the most powerful moment as he still had not gotten to that point and the tears and pain flooded in once more.

This act of self-forgiveness is where the road to true self-love and change begin. It is where the dreams of what is desired and possible are permitted to flourish and gain traction. When these men were asked what they wanted for themselves, each one of them could not answer. They had not thought about it their entire lives. Coming from my experience that left me sad and yet hopeful that they would find their own personal heaven within.

Watching this film brought an expanded awareness of where my humanity and spirituality meet. We are not just the Light but the shadow that it casts as well. We are all looking to find love and be felt in all the pains that we have experienced. We all seek forgiveness and to be forgiven. We need to feel a part of something and to be told we are beautiful just the way we are.
