Energy UPdate: Sirian Energies Offer Hope/Possibility/Forgiveness During This Time Of Peak Fear & Violence

“We see you. We know you. We were once you. And we are HERE for you.” This was the message from my Sirian metasoul aspect/fragment named Sela this morning.

Sela is a glorious, blue Feline/human looking hybrid, a Queen in Sirius, who I have been connecting with for the last two years. I was feeling her in my field after watching the new Lion King movie and crying through so much of it as I took in the beauty and struggles represented in it that mirror humanity’s current cycle too. The movie provides an activation of Lion/Lioness energies during this Lion’s Gate portal too!

I first became connected to Sela two years ago shortly after the Lion’s Gateway portal opened up access to Her. This is what I wrote about that profound and beautiful opening to abundance unity codes that she offered to me at that time: https://soulfullheartblog.com/…/abundance-unity-begins-fro…/

Today when I connected with her during meditation, her tears were flowing along with my own. We were BOTH crying for humanity, for our struggles, for our triumphs, for our fears, for our desires….and for our violence. We were feeling the cries of the world, which is necessary to do as you move into your 5D ambassador of love self and a key activation that is happening during this Lion’s Gate passageway. You open up your heart space to feel the cries of the world without BECOMING the cries of the world.

I reached out to her for a sense of how to digest the 3D/Lower 4D Matrix being revealed-to-be-healed process that is pushing up MORE violence, especially in the form of terrible mass gun shootings in the last couple of days. These shootings were all by men under 30 (I believe) and you can feel the pain they were in, the disconnect they felt from 3D society, the hate that parts of them stewed in, and the shadow in their souls from other timelines/lifetimes just waiting to be triggered into action.

These shootings are happening during a high energetic influx of light codes from the recent eclipses, the Lion’s Gateway, Gaia/Schumann resonance spikes, AND very high SOULar winds (up to almost 700 km/sec today). These feel like the strongest energies this year and perhaps EVER offered to us since the fall of Atlantis/Lemuria.

What I received back from Sela today in response to my heart cry were waves and waves of love. Acceptance. Forgiveness. And deep compassionate understanding. Her message was, “We were here too. We Sirians have been through many dark nights and peak fears and end times. We almost destroyed our planet as we played out these expressions of duality and polarity against ourselves and toward other species, such as some from Orion, some from Vega, and others too. We have tried in the past to influence humanity such as in your ‘Ancient Egyptian’ timeline. We learned and we found love again. This is why we are so passionate now about providing a bridge of hope and possibility to you during this time of your Great Shifting back to the light.”

As she mentioned, ‘your great shifting back to the light’, I felt my Higher Heart chakra activate and pulsate. I could FEEL where her species had been and was NOW, firmly anchored in 5D and higher lifestyle and culture. I could feel how the radiance coming from her was a result of darkness being revealed, felt, and forgiven on both the personal and the collective levels. I could feel how her deep compassionate wisdom combined with strength had been cultivated from suffering through the aftermath of violence and the temporary power it offers through destruction…..and saying a final ‘no’ to expressing power in any way that harms others.

She offered me a feeling sense of our sacred humanity and the codes in our DNA (including Sirian frequencies in our Metasoul). She provided me a feeling sense of the potential and capacity that we have a species for love, for goodness, and for coming together as a community for the good of ALL.

It can be challenging to feel this goodness capacity of humanity during this time of matrix revelation/collapse; this time of peak fear in order to heal; this time of shadow coming up to receive the light. Feelings of rage, injustice, despair, hopelessness, and deep sadness may be coming up for you and parts of you right now, especially if you have chosen to live in the United States, where so many of these energies have been ‘pooled’ for healing.

This process of trusting goodness begins from within. It happens as you feel/heal/connect with the aspects of yourself and your soul that are living through and in violence, experiencing traumatic deaths, living in shadow, harming others in different ways, and being harmed too.

As you become a love ambassador to yourself and connect to the aspects of your Metasoul that can provide you a feeling sense of your own soul’s transformational journey from 3D into 5D (like the Sirians), you can FEEL in your heart then the goodness that lives and breathes in EVERY soul.

As you serve yourself, so you can serve others. As you end violence from within, so you can end it with others. As you forgive yourself, so you can forgive others. As you love yourself, so you can love others.

I feel so much possibility and opportunity for the opening of our higher hearts AS a collective during these intense completion times of 3D and moving into 4D. NOW is the time most challenging to continue to feel, to heal, to BE, and to love. Yet NOW is the time it is most needed and required.

Energy Update: Support To Breathe & Digest Through Lion’s Gate Momentum

It’s good to sleep/rest as much as you can right now to help ease the activations in… taking space for yourself feels so necessary and IS so necessary to give you space to feel and BE even if your life is typically ‘busy’. This breathing and feeling space is meant to give you the opportunity to heal AS the activations continue, because what they are activating is not meant to make you or parts of you suffer, though the ‘pressure cooker’ feeling of these activations that can spark some sense of urgency about your next steps is very real too.

This urgency though, is not about something outside of you giving you an ultimatum (though that may manifest if necessary to help you move into something new). Rather, this urgency is coming up from inside of your heart and soul. It’s showing you that what you’re living right now is not enough in many ways. Parts of you may feel guilty that their loyalty to different things, jobs, people is being challenged by new desires arising and being REALized too.

The arising of the truth of what you’ve come here to do and become is not something easily ignored, especially during such activating portal phases as Lion’s Gate. What feelings about your life have parts of you been working so hard to bury or put aside? Reactions of anxiety and depression, if they’re coming up rather strongly right now, are also pointing you in a direction of feeling the GOODNESS of feeling these emotions! They are such spectacular markers of what’s not going the way your soul needs and wants it to go in your life. These feelings are from the rumble within and the fears of parts of you that either things are always just going to be the same, or change will come too quickly. The best thing you can offer them is space to feel with you, to be loved by you, in all they’re feeling… every ounce of fear and disdain, resentment and hope.

There’s always deeper to dig and more layers to feel.

A lion’s ROAR cuts through the din and exposes the truth. And the roar of our Sirian beloveds is here to encourage us to keep going inward to find the truthiest truth within.

Your truth of heart and soul longing and needs is being brought forward, supported, amplified in ways unexpected. There’s so much support available to bridge you to your new timeline. All of the grieving and potential loss is worth the discovery of your vulnerable strength and resilience that comes from deep within… places that have often not yet been explored or felt.

Energy Update: Galactic New Year Completes 7 Year Cycle, Resets For The NEW

Happy Galactic New Year! Today, July 26th, is the Galactic New Year as offered by the Mayans/Star BEing elders/founders. It marks the completion of an intense 7 year cycle of preparation that has been about truly becoming your service of love self. This transition to the New Year seems to offer feelings of being in the void, assessing your life, feeling in-between timelines new and old. A time of reset & renewal as the Ascension process offers ongoingly.

There is a feeling sense as we enter this new cycle of more ease going forward to embrace what resonates with serving love and letting go of what doesn’t serve love. These last seven years have often felt like trudging through mud while your house is burning down. Massive amounts of bush whacking as we go, laying a new trail down on sometimes unfriendly ground and offering our growing truths about a possible New way of living and loving to often silent and unresponsive (and even sometimes hostile) rooms filled with people we used to resonate with.

2012 launched the accelerated Ascension timeline that so many of us started to orient our lives to. In ways both big and small, we shifted our priorities and our choices toward this New Earth timeline. We dove into our emotional wounds, no longer ok with ‘being traumatized’ vibrating in fear, and the patterns of behavior that come from that. We swam into our soul’s waters, wanting to experience the depths there, emerge out of the murkiness beyond the veil and into the light.

These seven years have sometimes been spent in a closet in terms of outed expression during this exploration. Undergoing the process of awakening in secret as ‘regular life’ went on. You may have maintained relationships that didn’t fit your awakening self in order to provide the safety and space in 3D to dive into the deeper soul waters. There are always soul agreements on the Higher Self level around this…..both in terms of when to stay in relationship with others and when to complete and split apart for the growth of all. You may have had more tastes of your service of love self during these last seven years than full embodiment of this energy at all times yet. Tastes of experiences of offering your soul gifts ‘when it was safe’ and when you felt supported to do so.

So many people have lived in ‘two worlds’ during this last 7 year cycle: one where they are awakening and the other attached to 3D still. As we move into the new cycle, you may now really be experiencing that you can no longer do this. You can no longer ‘span’ dissonant energies with resonant ones. You can no longer hide. You can no longer keep your ‘crazy’ back and away from others that would judge it as such. You can no longer live life in secret….nor do you want to.

This next cycle moving into 2020 and beyond is about becoming the outed, powerful expression of your authentic essence in ALL areas of your life. This current passageway between the solar eclipse in July and the Lion’s Gate on 8/8 seems to be providing a ‘reset’ to this new cycle. This allows for more clarity about next steps, completions that are necessary to be made, and bigger picture sense from your soul to support you in these movements. 

It is interesting to feel into and remember on this New Year Galactic day what you were doing 7 years ago and, also, who you were at that time, how you related to your awakening (if you were consciously then), etc. What awareness and alignment did you have then to your soul purpose? You could connect to your self from seven years ago too during meditation, creating a bridge to them in order to connect your ‘past’ to your Now and feel what might need to be digested and felt from the last seven years.

Seven years ago, Raphael and I were living part-time on a magical Gulf Island here called Gabriola Island. I was connecting deeply with my Gatekeeper aspect/guide to my Metasoul at that time and this is when I received the name ‘SoulFullHeart’ to call the spiritual and emotional healing work that we were doing with a few people in the Vancouver area. ‘SoulFullHeart’ came forward to me in its exact spelling, representing the fullness that we experience when the soul is filled up/made full by the heart and the heart is filled up/made full by the soul. It speaks to the ways that the healing of our heart (emotions) is so essential to our soul’s awakening and vice versa.

I was getting a sense of beginning seeds of what SoulFullHeart would eventually become and bloom into back then. Seven years later, I am currently writing my fourth book called, ‘Embrace Your Humanity, Embody Your Divinity.’ It offers a grand overview and bigger context of the SoulFullHeart Process and how it fits into the collective Ascension process. This book is based on and inspired by these last seven years of serving love in hundreds of sessions with others, within myself on the self and soul levels firstly, and in our community too. It is the perfect timing I am realizing now to be downloading and offering as this cycle completes and a new one begins!

Being In 5D Now

In 5D NOW…every moment that love is chosen over fear. When the resistances are moved through and out of to experience the openings afterwards….forgiveness replaces grudges and hurts. Compassion transmutes anger and judgement to passionate truth telling.
 
In 5D NOW….in relationships with others. When the conflicts are moved beyond to experience the resonance that can arise. Vulnerability allows the sharing of the fear of intimacy and what it pushes up for you on a soul level, for parts of you from this life too.
 
In 5D NOW…as activations from Divine Masculine Sun and the Divine Feminine Moon…..held in the womb space to gestate with Gaia Mother. As those previously sleepy 10 DNA strands wake you up again to what feels like your super hero sacred human energies.
 
In 5D NOW……you are and can be whenever you chose to. And when you can’t feel it or are in fear or in pain or in turmoil or in conflict…..allowing those feelings to be a portal and to go into them with as much willingness and openness as you embraced the joy and the bliss and the magic.
 
I took this photo yesterday when I was with Raphael in the woods of the in 5D NOW energies creating rainbow crystals around the sun, streaming down to us constantly, as much as we can let them in!

The Alchemy Of Being Real

These are alchemical times. We are being defined, refined, and aligned. All of these celestial events are markers and signposts along the way. Just as lead is turned into gold, so is the process of our spiritual and emotional maturation. Our impurities are not judged but rather loved into transmutation and integration for nothing is truly impure in the heart of Love. 


Along this journey, you may hit roadblocks, detours, traffic circles, and U-turns. You may get a flat tire, road rage, and blown engine. That is okay. Each is an opportunity to become more aware of yourself, your traumas, your fears, and your desires. I am personally coming into this state as I allow myself to step further into my leadership and my truth. My relationship to both have been in ebb and flow. A going within to feel what is at stake and being willing to become more vulnerable from whatever place I am in at the moment, even if it does not appear to seem ‘higher’ or ‘spiritual’. We are meant to be real first, and then feel where we have places to go. 

This is the definition and refining period. This is where the ‘rubber meets the road’. Where you are meant to catapult into the New without leaving any rock unturned. There is no skipping steps. No ‘getting ahead’. Just getting real. 

This alchemical process is held in Love with the Divine and your Higher Self alongside guides and Star Family. You have support ‘here’ too. Seeking loving mirrors that can support and aid in that transmutation and birthing process. That is what I do for others and for myself daily. It is a way of life this way of being, seeing, and feeling. It is an ongoing journey. It is getting in touch with the You within you. Or maybe more specifically the Yous within you. The parts and metasoul aspects that make up your tapestry. Your Alchemist’s elementals. 

The disclosure of all that lies within gets purified by this alchemy and you arise renewed and re-membered back into Love.

You Have What You Need For Your Higher Timeline/Self

It can feel like grabbing hold of a pull-up bar when you don’t realize you have the strength yet to hoist yourself up and onto it.

And then you do. And you realize that everything you’ve been through up until now is what’s giving you the strength to muscle your way up, aligned with heart, breath, body, and soul.

And you realize… that everything and everyone you’ve BEEN, every part of you that has led your life in ways both obvious and underground, has also brought you to this place. This chance to take a leap and fly.

The choice now is yours. If you’re ready now to sacredly sprout and grow your own wings with the support and love of the Divine and Star Family too… releasing any expectations that someone will lend or hand you their own and trusting that yours will be ready when you are.

Energy Update: July Is ALREADY Offering Rumbling, Strong Energies

Even though July is just beginning, you may already be feeling the intensity of energies that are available and ramping up since the eclipse on the 2nd…..maybe in your stomach, in your head, in your spine/back, maybe in ‘every living cell’ that is being activated right now. The chakras connected to these regions of your body are coming more in synch with the physical and whatever is clogged, plugged, and congested in both is moving out for healing and releasing. You may be feeling sleepiness that is not explainable or addressed by hours of ‘usual’ sleep time.

You may really be feeling these higher energies particularly in your stomach/solar plexus chakra. Your stomach rumbles and even bloats when the not quite right frequency of food/energy is offered. The more sensitive this process of digestion is on the physical level for you, the more likely that the energies are HIGH. More photonic light is available in these moments to download and let IN with less 3D food source needed. What calls to provide fuel is no longer based on cravings or comfort, yet rather about the purest energy available….superfoods, organic in-season fruits and vegetables, purified water.

The surges of energy are going to be and have already been HIGH in July leading into the peak energy of Lion’s Gate 8/8. These come in what is probably best described as ‘waves’, as there is a sense of crest/peak and then some receding/resting before it starts over again. These energies are working directly on and with Gaia…..and Her every tectonic plate and inner crest rumbles with the receiving of them. Fairly strong Earthquakes in California and here on Vancouver Island were shaking in response on July 4th…..with an elevated Schumann/Gaia spike coming through for about 12 hours today, July 5th.

If you are used to grounding with Gaia to a certain, reliable OM frequency, this is transitioning and variable now. What you ‘get’ when connecting with Gaia is the same sense of metamorphosis that you feel in yourself and your own process. It is the frequency of SHIFT that She is broadcasting now.

We are in an eclipse window, which always brings in stronger energies…..the first eclipse on July 2nd was a total eclipse of the sun in which STRONG energies of death and rebirth could be felt. We were offered our NOW timeline to fully feel into WHILE getting a feeling sense of our higher timeline emerging out just as the sun did again behind the shadow of the moon. The 3D self is experiencing sometimes profound shiftings inside of relationship to the 3D world they have created. Feelings of unhappiness, suffering, flatness, loss of purpose are being amplified…all 3D frequencies, are coming UP now to be felt so that ACTION can be taken.

Our next eclipse happens on July 16th, a partial lunar eclipse. The Moon should be about half-covered by the Gaia’s umbral shadow at maximum eclipse. This will be the last umbral lunar eclipse until May 2021. This feels like the Divine Feminine offering an influx of lunar energies to support Gaia in Her ongoing transition into 5D frequencies that includes a necessary phase of shadow revelation.

The ongoingly INtense energies in July will invite all of us to go deeper than we have before……into our 3D self, into our shadows, into our emotional bodies, into connection with our physical bodies, into our Metasouls/other lifetimes/timelines. This exploration will be held with MUCH love and support by Divine Mother, in whatever planetary, etheric/Divine, and even human vessel forms you most need/want to experience Her.

The Divine is turning the heat up……and She is there with Her steady heart to embrace the tender aftermath of this ongoing transformation into the NEW.

Feeling & Being Felt Clears The Way To Your New Reality

The heart space clears as tears fill the chambers that were once closed off and sealed.

Sometimes giving yourself space to cry, to just let out what’s been pent up or buried for so long, is the deepest gift.

Frustrations need space to come out from parts of you who feel they’ve been used and neglected, who’ve needed to be incredibly walled-off and protected from a world that has seemed quite heartless and cruel in their experience of it.

To be able to trust another with these tears as they hold space for you to have them is powerful… to be felt deeply and tenderly by another who is qualified to hold this space by their capacity to hold space for themselves and who hold a NEW legacy from their own space-holders who have felt them deeply too.

It can take a long time to trust this shared heart space and there are so many very good reasons why this has been true.

The new sense of what it means to be empathic and to feel another, walking with them on their way to healing as they become more and more empowered to hold that space for themselves too… and eventually others… this is what makes the journey of refining who you are as a ‘healer’ in this world worth it and the journey of serving love that constantly challenges you to keep serving and receiving love from yourself, from the Divine, to yourself, worth it.

I’ve been moved so many times by those I’ve held space for and it always helps me find movements within too. To me, the part of serving love that fills me up the most is to hold and offer the energies I give myself and also receive from those I love and trust. Feeling the love move through and from me to someone in a session, helping their cup fill back up again, is not only rewarding but always clears my heart space out too, making room for me to feel whatever is next for me to feel for myself and my own parts/Metasoul.

And so is the new INvitation to heart-led, vulnerable leadership and healership too… so is the journey into 5D/Golden Earth reality. Though the road can seem long and winding, we ARE in this together, and we are moving upward with every sober yet alive step inward…

And every vulnerable, aching tear our parts are willing to feel as what hasn’t been that reality moves more and more out of our fields and current reality.

Post Eclipse Digestion W/Your 3D Self & Bridge To Your Higher Timeline Guided Meditation – Many souls are experiencing major life changes right now or thinking about making them, especially during this eclipse passage. I felt to offer this video with teachings about the process of deconstruction/collapse with big clearings/purgings that may be happening for your 3D self (and I talk about what a 3D self/ego even IS) as a support during this time.

This process of life change seems to be accelerating with this current eclipse passageway going also into Lion’s Gate 8/8. In this video with SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Jelelle Awen, you explore and connect to your your Ascension chakras during a guided meditation (which starts at about 10 minutes in), bringing light codes into them to activate your 5D sacred human ‘tree’ or violetprint.

Jelelle also explains about the 5D self and the differentiation between the 3D/4D/5D selves and how she (and other SoulFullHeart Facilitators) work with them in the SoulFullHeart healing process. This meditation is intended as a boost to your 5D self, your ‘service-of-love self’.

Your 5D self becomes more embodied as you connect to these chakras, heal your emotional traumas from this life and other lifetimes, raise your frequency in ALL areas of life, and separate from your 3D self. With all the intense energies coming in lately through the recent SOULstice and upcoming through the eclipses/Lion’s Gate, visceral and meaningful connection with your 5D self can be VERY helpful.
