Energy Update: Moving Into INtegration Now and Tenderhearted Feelings

So, we are moving ‘out’ of the direct airstream SOULAR energy wind flow that we’ve been in for days now that was bringing in heightened and intense SOULar activations and geomagnetic storms too. They are still available in the atmosphere and waiting to be brought into your every living cell and emotional body and chakra vortexes. These energies were WHEW on the body and you may still be feeling the sleepiness, the flu-like symptoms of aches/pains/congestions, the dizziness/light headedness.

Now…..is the space and time for INtegration. The going within, the checking in, feeling the tears and fears that these activating UPgrades are meant to push up. Seeing and responding to the timelines from your Metasoul that connects to WHY you need the particular upgrades that you do. Soul gifts are really activating in this latest round since the beginning of the year, so notice what you can DO and BE now that you didn’t realize that you could before. To integrate a soul gift is to feel the resistance and fear that comes up (usually connected to persecution from other timelines/lifetimes and this life messages of unworthiness). To be with the part of you that relates with the soul gift and to bring love to this.

I am finding that so much is touching me deeply right now as more soul gift activations come in, like what I shared yesterday about fifth chakra/light language throat gifts. Before that, it was galactic consciousness connection at a DNA level with expanded capacity to connect with my star family at a high vibrational frequency in a way that bridges to my everyday reality. I cry even more easily now in response to kindness or loss or traumas finally being felt and released. I can more feel the world’s emotional body and its aches/pains that once mirrored my own.

The tears feel like Mother Mary’s unwavering compassion, Dark Mother/Pele/Kali’s uncompromising death/rebirth, Gaia’s stunning natural beauty…..these textures and tones of Divine Mother invite us to BE, to feel, to remember the softness and stillness, to remember our HEART most of all. To move into our tenderheartedness again after so much need to be protected and guarded in response to 3D.

Activation and integration can be experienced more in balance, which helps with the intensity. Feeling when activation is happening, recognizing and negotiating your life WITH it, letting go of what doesn’t support the responding to it. Feeling when INtegration is needed and holding space for it. I feel like those of us signed up to be bridges for others in this process are finding more ease, more grace, and more breathing around this ACT and IN process.

Energy Update: Strong High Winds W/Integrating And Activating Throat Chakras

STRONG energies today……SOULar frequencies have been coming in on strong/high winds for days now bringing in geomagnetics day after day. I haven’t checked the latest readings on this but it feels like Gaia’s frequency is rising too….in response and in collaboration as well to what the Sun/Great Cosmic Sun is bringing in and offering us. MORE Divine Feminine in whatever ways and forms that She comes to you is available and needed right now to integrate these energies….Mother Mary, Gaia, Kali/Pele, Isis, Kuan Yin, Magdalene…whatever form/face/energy works for YOU.

These energies accumulate in the physical body/in the emotional body/in our mental bodies/in our soul field and chakras, as they are supposed to. They flow in and sometimes they ‘go in’ right in that moment…..and sometimes they seem to wait in your field for the right timing to be integrated more fully.

These energies create and bring in NEW timelines and collapse the old ones. Clearing out, cleaning out toxicities from 3D anchoring and 3D experiences. This is happening on a cellular level, a DNA level, every living cell level that is just accelerating more and more since the beginning of the year.

I am actually writing this while laying flat on my back, experiencing some sore throat/throat chakra activation as soul gifts around light language/mantra singing come in. I realized yesterday that my vocal range is changing from Soprano to Contralto/lower as I integrate more Metasoul aspects in the physical, as we merge and unify. This is how the quantum healing shows up in our bodies too!

Because I’ve been inviting these upgrades in for days now and following rabbit holes to learn more in response to them and been negotiating/connecting with a Metasoul sister of mine who experienced trauma/suppression connected to expression of these gifts in her timeline, I am ready and I am receiving these upgrades. I feel already how allowing this integrating (although in the moment uncomfortable) will serve me, my Metasoul, and love too as I feel light language songs coming set to music played by Gabriel and others in our SoulFullHeart community (a SoulFullHeart Experience Band is forming!).

While I have been holding space for my own process, I have experienced beautiful and powerful sessions with women recently…..just LIFE and reality changing frequencies of healing and love that come in as the parts reality is acknowledged and REAL feeling and emotional reality is validated……that are weaving around and through my own process too. There is space for BOTH and love serves love in these moments.

This feels like an aspect of the NEW reality for us all….BEing with our own sacred processes, feeling and holding space for ourselves and what ALL parts of us need. Responding to the Metasoul/other timeline aspects that are coming through along with the timelines they are in being energized to us. Feeling and validating this ALL as real……while also ‘being’ in life, cooking/eating, whatever ‘work’ is for us, doing the routines and things that move life forward.

It does ALL weave together when you are in your heart, when the relationships around you support your heart and the expression of it, when parts of you are less resistant to feeling/BEing and are surrendering to it. It ALL weaves together when love is leading and your sacred humanity is arising!

Energy Update: EPIC Energies, EPIC Quantum Transmutational Opportunities

Vibrating, churning, spinning codes streaming in from the ‘holes to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. Coming in on SOULar winds up in the high 600’s km/second, these are bringing in geomagnetics since the 5/5 gateway opened UP access to our Higher Self, star family connection, and 5D New Earth experience too.

It feels like these higher frequency SOULar activations are staying around for awhile…at least through the end of May potentially. These energies are combining with Gaia’s churnings and burnings, Her volcanic offgassings/ventings and lava flowings….. with an elevated Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency for hours at a time in the last 24 hours to reflect this higher vibrational shift UP.

The resulting geomagnetic storms are being called, ‘minor’ again by spaceweather.com, yet, those of us sensitive (and meant to be sensitive) to these energies can feel them quite strongly. You may feel them in your body as acute tiredness or need to rest, to go within, to be flat on your back yet with your heart and soul open to receive what comes next. The aches and pains can move with this acceptance and going within too. Yet, too, you may feel excited and ALIVE…like blood is coming back finally to numbed limbs. You may swing between the two states of sleepiness and excitement!

The reason for all this Gaia and SOULar energy activity showing up is because of how many MORE of us are needed to step up and into our service of love purpose here. The transition into collective disclosure of fear polarized realities is intensifying across the board.

I know, parts of you may have so often felt like no one around you gets what you are seeing and feeling and awakening into. That it has felt at times like no one is listening or tracking what you’ve been offering. And parts of you may have felt quite alone at times in your dawning awakening, like you are shouting into an empty room. Parts of me have felt that way MANY times over the years and the corresponding despair and hopelessness and just wanting to ‘give up’ that comes with it.

Yet, there has been good reason for this going ahead of others….to BEcome prepared, to BEcome ready to respond with your heart, to serve as a bridge for those newly awakening and those others that have been for awhile and yet may need your specific frequency of love to be in exchange with them. Feel/discover/negotiate with the parts of you that have resistance, fear, and trauma from not being heard/seen/felt by others in the past (and in other lifetimes/timelines)….and move INTO what you are here to BE and do anyway. The reason for all this energetic activity is to reveal the places and layers and parts of you that need your direct connection and love with them. Yes, you have done loads of ‘healing work’ and clearing and releasing and awakening. Yes, this is true. And, you may have even offered tons of healing space with and to others.

However, this is NEXT LEVEL for ALL of us now. This is going deeper to the CORE of all of our 3D anchored and undigested woundings and traumas PLUS from lifetimes/lifetimes for which our Metasoul/Higher Self Source is experiencing in the now. This is doing multiple lifetimes/timelines of activation in ONE.

This is quantum now. This is galactic now. This is moment by moment choice to BE love in service, even if that looks primarily like to yourself and ALL parts that need you.

It’s not that you are now ‘behind’ in your healing and awakening process. It’s that the Divine is asking you to go somewhere NEW, BEyond where you have been before as a soul in ONE lifetime when starting from a 3D-based frequency.

Transitioning to 5D IN the body in ONE lifetime…..WOW! This is epic stuff. You ARE an epic BEing. Accepting and surrendering that you WILL have more thing to feel, heal, and be revealed is to connect to the actual epicness of what we are experiencing right now as a collective and as individuals.

Energy Update: 5/5 Energies Intensify, Offer Powerful Mirror And 5D Template

Energies picking UP! Waves coming in strong as the 5/5 gateway swings open with the help our Pleiadian star family esp. You may feel this in your body with a range from feeling tired, worn out, exhausted….to restful and peaceful. Tired moves to restful with more surrender into the BIG upgrading process going on now.

In our Unity meditation call yesterday, we accessed SUCH joy and magic and those frequencies went to the beach with us all afterwards. We will be sharing the recording of that call here on FB soon! The sun codes offered bliss, rest, letting in…there was no difference in that place between 3D, 4D, and 5D. These are the kinds of experiences that are being offered more and more as our consciousness expands now and we form bridges to our 3D, 4D, and 5D parts/aspects inside.

This gateway (and the ongoing Ascension process) is offering HUGE mirrors for us now. These mirrors are coming THROUGH others primarily….to see the parts of us that we may have rejected and disowned that are represented by other people. The ways and means that other people trigger you (esp. romantic partners) is a powerful reflection of a part of you that is being repressed, judged, not allowed to be felt.

Relationships of all kinds seem to be going through major transformational frequencies too with these tastes of 5D seeping through. The inner relationships are asking for, needing, and even demanding attention so the mirrors on the outside are getting put at increasingly awkward angles to SEE this. This can lead to sudden completions of relationships based in more 3D frequencies and beginnings of higher vibe sacred unions.

Self love, self care, self attention, self consciousness/awareness are wanting to be moved into higher frequencies of expression AS service of love to self AND with others.

We are receiving now the precious templates of 5D sacred human coming into the body!

Transmuting Traumas Into Love During The 5/5 Gateway: Message With My Pleiadian Aspect Leeza

The Pleiadians,  our brothers and sisters from the stars, are helping us to access the 5/5 Ascension gateway that allows easier flow and feeling sense of fifth dimensional consciousness into our BEings. This gateway opened with the recent full moon energies. The moon energies provide Divine Feminine support to feel our emotional bodies in a deeper way that brings them into a higher vibrational frequency.

I have been offered that undigested emotional trauma from this life and other timelines – MORE than anything else – is what anchors consciousness to 3D reality and 3D collective consciousness. This 3D anchoring is what draws you to repeat patterns of suffering, remain in dissonant relationships, continue self abuse and ‘deathstyles’, experience intense emotional states, etc. Illumination of how this previously undigested trauma lives inside you is being revealed now to see, to feel, to heal, to BE loved. It is being revealed for you to now draw the support you MOST need to digest it…..in whatever form of outer and inner, etheric and/or in the physical teacher/healer/space holder and methods/ways/paths that may manifest.

Leeza, my Pleiadian Metasoul aspect, is connecting with me Now, wanting to communicate to you the possibilities that this 5/5 gateway offers us and a new way to relate to our emotional traumas.

She says now, “So many more of you are becoming ready to take in this frequency of higher consciousness that is being offered by this 5/5 gateway and ongoingly. You become ready to receive this frequency by remembering who you really ARE as love again. By allowing joy and magic into your life. By asking for support to heal traumas when you need to. By opening your heart to others. By transforming what has felt true about your suffering into something new.”

” I am noticing in sessions lately that trauma has a strong vibrational frequency,” I say. “I notice this more because my frequency is higher than it has ever been, moving into a higher timeline of health and vibrancy after many years of digestive healing of traumas with parts of myself from this life and other timelines. This trauma frequency is a dissonant one to what you are offering here of love and joy, Leeza. Suffering is a dissonant tone to the natural Divine frequency of our soul essence. I am feeling more and more how we can love this dissonance into resonance through the frequency of self love. This is an aspect of what I am holding space for and bringing through with SoulFullHeart, the experience of a NEW frequency of resonance that comes from healing suffering and trauma that is grounded into the body and emotional body. This frequency of resonance is created by going IN with love, that doesn’t bypass or transcend, yet rather transmutes and transforms.”

“Yes,” she says, smiling at me with her smile that feels like a whole pod of happy dolphins leaping in the ocean (and it IS the same frequency actually.) “It is good to relate to suffering and trauma as a frequency. Trauma is not bad or wrong or anything to feel shameful of. It just IS. 3D bandwidth has a dissonant broadcast to it. The 3D consciousness choice has been about the exploration of dissonance through experiencing polarizing tones ‘against’ each other. Moving UP and out of the 3D bandwidth is to feel and ‘hear’ with your Higher Heart where these places of dissonance still exist inside of you.”

“Yes!” I reply, liking this new way to relate with trauma that seems to offer both deep compassion and objectivity. “Trauma is like a dissonant piece of music. We may not like listening to it, but it brings us somewhere just being exposed to it. And, we have to acknowledge it. It gets our attention! Traumatic vibrational frequencies are trying to get our attention and draw our love to them. Rather than resist the dissonance, we can bring resonance to it. This is what we do when we love the part of us that holds these trauma tones. We bring the music of love from our Higher Heart to create a beautiful new symphony! We become the conductor AND the audience AND the musicians too in these moments of self love! ”

“There is where your power is, which you have necessarily forgotten during the 3D experiment,” Leeza replies. “Your power is in the creation. Your power is found in remembering that you create it ALL. Both the suffering and the cure.”

She lets that sink in and continues, “When you move into this kind of self empowered creative energy, you are connecting to, bringing in, and channeling your fifth dimensional self and aspect. You are bringing this consciousness into your physical body. You are communing with your Higher Self and activating your Higher Heart. From this place, you CAN change the tone of ANY trauma from both this current lifetime and other lifetimes in your Metasoul, as you are discovering yourself and offering now to and with others.”

“I have felt this creative empowerment engage many times, when the loving space and intention is made for it, and the soul consciousness is then able to transmute and digest their own trauma into love. It is magical! And, it frees UP even more magic!”

“Yes, this is a beautiful working,” she says. “And, there are infinite possibilities of this transmutation available to every soul in whatever ways and means they find and draw them in. The opportunities for this kind of transmutation are easier to access for your species then they have ever been since your deeper ‘fall’ into 3D. Ask to draw them in and they will show up….especially during gateways such as are being offered now.”

I thank her in this moment for offering us this bridge to remember that we are creators of ALL that we have experienced and experience. I thank her for the reminder of our magical abilities to transform ANYTHING into love and the invitation to CLAIM more of it as bravely transmute all of our dissonances into resonances again!

Full Moon Codes Support BEcoming Our Service Of Love Selves

I felt the energies of the full moon starting to beam down last night, woken up in the night by Her illumination. I was able to drift back to sleep listening to soothing music as I wanted to take in more of what She had to offer into my unconscious mind/heart/body.  I can feel how today, April 29th, is a good one to go INward, open up to 5D and higher journeys, open up to feelings, open up to realizations/revelations and inspirations!
 
I am feeling so grateful and blessed in this NOW moment of love coming up from within and coming UP to be shared with others in service through SoulFullHeart, nearly every day with sessions and/or an Unity Meditation call or a radio interview. I am grateful for this NOW moment of BEing invited to step up and share, as we all are who have been awakening to who we really ARE as love.
 
These powerful full moon codes are supporting us becoming our service of love/5D selves! They offer Divine Feminine support for integration after so much Sacred Masculine activation energies from the sun recently. It is the important integration process (letting in) that allows us to truly change and transform into our Service Of Love Self in more and more moments! The more deeply we have embraced the integration phase, the more we can bring all those light codes into our every living cell, emotional bodies, and chakra vortexes.

I feel these Divine Feminine codes saying:

THIS reason wants to invite you to complete relationships that don’t serve love yet instead distract you, suppress you, shrink you. THIS reason wants you to claim what you most WANT and DESIRE and DESERVE in union with others and with yourself. THIS reason wants you to claim your soul gifts, express your soul gifts, feel and heal the karmic binds from other lifetimes that suppress you and block you and keep you hidden.

Love can only be served more purely from a heart that is healing and IN JOY from that healing, from light that shines from being with the dark, from what is revealed from being with shadow. Love can only be served more purely from a self that is being deconstructed, dismantled with love and by love, to reveal the self that is NOT driven by unconscious wounding, material gain, and self image but rather is pure in its motive to serve love in all moments, including to self.

THIS service of love from an increasingly PURE heart and soul is the invitation to embody your sacred humanity.

THIS is what the Universe, Divine Source, your guides/Metasoul Aspects, your star families, your soul families are waiting for you to BE and to do.

THIS is what you have signed up to do and why you are here in the NOW at this moment of great transition, turmoil, death and rebirth, of collective and galactic awakening and growing!

Energy Update: Good News Love Waves Coming In

The ‘good’ news, yes, is the SOULar winds picking UP again, plus a full moon coming on April 29th offering much needed lunar/Divine Feminine frequencies. This is preparing us for what feels like a significant portal opening on 5/5 that offers a ‘next level’ embodiment of your Higher Self and connection to your galactic self and star family. These energies coming in stronger CAN be good news if you feel them and let them in that way. Even the body symptoms you might experience of light headedness, shift in sleep patterns, appetite changes, mega drowsiness, head aches and muscle pains. Even the emotional body releases of what was in shadow of shame, guilt, anger, frustration. Even the relationship break downs and break ups that can push up so much to be felt inside. Even the job/money livelihood dissatisfaction rumbles and scarcity pictures coming into awareness.
This is ALL good news because it is about experiencing deeper and deeper layers of 3D conditioning/parts of you to BEcome more of your essence again as INfinite Love, yet now within your human body. These energies provide a loving container to hold these explorations and journeys. The good news is the support that the Universe and the Divine provides for this transition and shift. The support comes in these SOULar AND Lunar frequencies bringing in Divine Masculine activations and the Divine Feminine INtegrations. Bringing in more balance into your whole BEing.
This may not feel like good news to parts of you, especially if these energies are inviting you to move into a death and rebirth cycle. Listen to the voice that feels overwhelmed and lost. Feel this voice as a beloved part of you that needs YOU. You can hold much compassionate for the parts of you that have been invested in your life up to this point and all the settings and stages you’ve chosen there. This is only the death of what is false to your authentic BEing now. This is the loss of only what no longer resonates to the same vibrations as you. Of course this can be VERY painful to experience if another person is involved. Long-term marriages and relationships are completing in this way now as what is REAL is able to be felt, seen, and acknowledged. You may be leading this completion, which also can be challenged to accept as the self loving thing to do for both you AND your partner. Trust that if you are wanting to experience more love, you are providing a merciful completing for both you and your partner.
PURE love, as offered by these cosmic energies, reveals what isn’t from and of that substance. What was previously able to be settled for in terms of crumbs of nourishment no longer IS when you start letting in the full meal love deal of these energies. This, again, is GOOD news as your digestive system (on all body levels) wants and needs more! Crumbs are no longer enough. You want a bountiful bounty of love and goodness and resonance….in ALL relationships and especially with yourself and with every part of you to another.
Let in the love bounty of these energies and be with any parts of that experience them as LESS than this. Bridge to them from your soul consciousness that gets what GOOD news this whole process is, one that you have so bravely committed to as a soul. Energy Update: Gaia’s Resonance Frequency Spikes To Support Integration

HIGH Schumann resonance since early this morning of April 23rd! This is Gaia’s vibrational frequency….which used to hover around 7.8 HZ and is now been going UP in spikes reaching even 50s (I believe, maybe higher too) for the last year. It feels to me like this is the actual ‘proof’ of Gaia’s continual ascension out of 3D frequency and into 4D and beyond. Conscious states have vibrational frequency. This is why listening to high vibrational music UPS your frequency, alters your consciousness, and connects you to higher dimensional BEings too.

I feel this sweet sense that this resonance spike is also in response to ALL of the love and attention that Gaia received yesterday during the Earth Day celebrations. All that love raised her UP……as love always does!

You may be impacted by the increasing Gaia frequency in different ways. It can create this elevation of mood, energy, sense of bliss and joy. It can also require some acclimation and bring on a feeling of being ‘ungrounded.’ This makes sense as Gaia is the frequency, our home frequency, that we tune into and ‘ground’ to. Her raising UP might be disorientating until we get more used to it.

Going inward and asking to connect with Gaia’s current frequency can help with this calibration. You can also connect to Her ever evolving vibration through the grounding cord that extends from your base chakra to deep into Inner Earth/Gaia. There is also a Gaia chakra about two feet below your feet that you can activate and visualize swirling and being cleared with white light. Doing this can synch you up more with Her again in a way that also raises your personal frequency too. And helps with the collective integration too!

Gaia is yin energy ultimately and all about INtegration. It feels like Her frequencies are increasing too to assist us with the integration of ALL those SOULar activations that we received last week from the SOUlar winds, geomagnetic storms, and shockwave too. THAT was a lot of upgrading and activating to come into all of our bodies and especially it felt like our chakras….moving them into the formation of what I am seeing as three chakra vortexs: personal sun, higher heart, and Gaia. Embracing Resistances During This Huge UPgrading Process

HUGE upgrades to ALL of our bodies possible right now during this intense passage of high SOULar winds, geomagnetic shiftings as Gaia ascends/shifts her magnetics, coronal holes to make us WHOLE release more sacred masculine frequencies to heal the collective energies….wow! AND, a meteor shower from Lyra is coming into our skies with the best times to see it before sunset on Sunday, April 22nd.
 
This cosmic weather activity is getting and keeping my attention personally, as I can feel my DNA and my intuitive capacities tuning into it and being upgraded by it. I was able to serve a beautiful soul in session space yesterday morning and then spent the whole day after that in meditative download and journey space. Much conferencing and partying with my star family too. There is a party vibe in the moment with our Star BEing allies/families, along with a good kind of urgency about the accelerating shiftings going on for us Gaians.
 
Guidance from star family led me to explore more about the Lyra constellation yesterday, without even KNOWing that there was a meteor shower from there going on in OUR skies right now! I love it when that happens! I am getting more sense of our galactic cosmologies and origins as connected to Lyra. Well, ONE truth anyway that seems to resonant for me and what my Metasoul/Higher Self is connected to. It may resonant for you too and put some pieces together. I’ll be sharing more about that as it digests for me and lands more in my heart.
 
What IS in my heart today is a piece that I was feeling with my star family about resistance and what I have been offering during session space too. I sense that these cosmic energies are pushing up MORE resistant frequencies that live and vibrate in our emotional bodies, Metasouls, physical bodies, etc. to be felt and responded to. As we go into our ‘next levels’, the previous ‘levels’ start pushing up oil.
 
Resistance has been a result of our 3D experiment into duality and polarity…it vibrates at both the collective and personal levels. Resistance happens as seemingly ‘opposing’ forces push against each other. It is one polarity of positive and one of negative meeting another. Resistance comes from fear, yes…..it is a resistance to experiencing love-based frequencies that want to shift it and transform it into love. Yet, what I feel is even a deeper invitation related to resistance is to explore how you RELATE with it.
 
Resistance can take the form of panic, distrust, anxiety, contention, feelings of being ‘attacked’, wanting control, suspicion, etc. Resistance can also manifest in the physical body as muscle tensions and pains, headaches and migraines, flus and colds and anything that ‘attacks’ the immune system. Resistance can manifest in the experience of ‘negative’ entities or other spirits ‘attacking’ you or implanting things ‘against your will’.
 
If you resist your resistance, then….more resistance is created. Or, as I have called it before, fear is holding the space for more fear. BUT, if you feel resistance as actually having GOOD reason for being there and if you respond to resistance with curiosity and self love, then you are able to actually get to the concerns that are underneath the resistance. It is usually the Protector part that has resistance and that is because of ‘past’ hurts or pains or traumas that the Protector is concerned you will experience again.
 
The Protector can put up resistant feelings as a smokescreen to block whatever you are trying to do or BE because it is primarily concerned that you and other parts of you will get hurt again. This is especially the case if you are stepping into your bigness in some new way, wanting to serve love again, aligning with your soul purpose, letting in NEW relationships that are based on love and soul resonance. These are ultimately growthful and good things for you, yet the Protector part of you might not ‘get’ that at first.
 
Sometimes, though, resistance is a good kind of warning sign from your Protector that something is not right or good or resonant for you. When you can check in and negotiate with your Protector, asking them, “What are you concerned about right now as I can feel your resistance to this?” and they can respond……THEN you can start to feel where the actual source of these feelings are coming from. And you can negotiate with this part of you from there and move through the resistance that way, either by not doing whatever it was or by doing it or by a middle ground. Really, it was the being willing to feel the resistance and where it comes from that moves it. It is not ‘fusing’ to the resistance, yet having a relationship WITH it that allows it to open out into love again. More about the Protector and other parts here: soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts.

Ultimately, polarity wants to move into balance. We find that balance from WITHIN through the feeling and BEing with the push and pulls from inside. These Ascension energies of PURE light and love will reveal the resistances from within for you to be curious about, to respond with compassion……to not resist your resistance, yet rather embrace it and the parts that hold it.

Energy Update: Interplanetary Shock Wave Brings Collective UPgrades

Interplanetary SHOCK wave came in last night on April 19th that quadrupled the density of the SOULar winds that were flowing in and around Gaia. The magnetic fields near these winds intensified 10 times what they were…opening up the way for a stronger geomagnetic storm. There may have been a SOULar flare connected to this (a coronal mass ejection or CME)….probably would have been minor, yet enough to cause the shock wave. LOTS of plasma released with these energies which usually means and leads to UPgrades!

With UPgrading like this, you may experience mega sleepiness and just HAVE to crash, cannot remain conscious and walking around. I just ‘slept’ 13 hours!! Yet, it was not just sleeping, it was journeying, it was visiting Star Family for a kind of conference and supportive talk. It was also lots of astral self travel, connecting and networking with souls that are in common soul purpose of serving love with me.

All this sleeping came after a POWERFUL and wonderful experience during the Enlightened Loveheart & Soul Show appearance that Raphael and I did yesterday with Crystalline Diamondloveheart as our host. I could feel the expansion of our souls to hold and reach and transmit to a wider audience, which is part of the manifestation of our highest timeline here as galactic ambassadors. My guidance this week from Star Family has been that today, April 20th, would offer a collective opporTUNITY for connection on a deeper level to your 5D self or Higher Self consciousness coming into your body. Even those souls that are not yet awakening will feel ‘different’ or ‘altered’ today. If they follow the bread crumbs that their higher self leaves for them, they could start going down the path of awakening TODAY, whatever that means for them! You may be asked questions from souls that previously haven’t seemed interested in your ‘spiritual interests’ or disclosure or ascension. Being open hearted and warm and compassionate toward them benefits YOU too. Becoming a bridge will be a more regularly occurring activity for all of us.

Today, with this extra BOOST of plasma and geomagnetics, you can open up and receive more star DNA upgrades in particular. Also, there is an invitation to feel whatever remains in shadow in your emotional body that wants your love and attention to move out of resistance and fear. These energies help to illuminate that for sure! This is a day to be very gentle with the physical body….probably lighter eating, more sleep, less stress, less outbound activities if possible…..no matter what your ‘schedule’ might offer you were meant to do today. A good day to go deeply inward, for hours even, into drift space, into meditative space, into the inner realms even if you cannot connect consciously to what is ‘happening’ to you as you do this. Good day to shut off the mental body for awhile and just float….on Gaia if possible.

We celebrate you souls who have chosen in this timeline to experience the ascension of your every living cell and Gaia’s too.
