Lion’s Gate Offering Unity Abundance Activation With Archangel Metatron

Lion’s gate opening today 8-8 and it feels, on some level, like Christmas for those of us tracking and feeling the ascension energies. Christmas in the sense that something NEW and exciting is happening in this now on both the outer and inner cosmic levels. Christmas too in the awakening and expansion and BIRTHing on a deeper level of the higher heart, Cosmic Christ Consciousness Heart, inside of us and collectively.

You may be waking up this morning with a sense of anticipation and even can’t sleep because there is this feeling of goodness and CHANGE coming in. Feelings of GIFTS coming in from the Universe to enliven, enrich, and ultimately transform us all. These gifts, it seems, are being offered to those souls who MOST need them….whether long on the awakening path or just begun or haven’t awakened yet. For ALL of us, there is a BOOST of our desires, our alchemy, our passions, our clarities in the codes coming in.

As I tuned into the energy of this gateway and asked Archangel Metatron about it, the main piece I received was that it offers a ‘Unity Abundance activation.’ The Unity activation is from within primarily…an invitation to unity between each of our aspects and parts WITH each other. The unity within of masculine and feminine healthy frequencies to move out of wounded and congested expressions of the wounded matriarch and patriarch that have played out for so long. The unity offered as we become conscious of our Metasoul/other lifetime aspects and bridge to them ourselves and WITH each other. This bridging is what heals the polarity within our soul field and our emotional body. Polarity exists between opposing energies that have not yet found or discovered the unifying energy of LOVE that unites all things together.

Unity within is offering LOVE to yourself primarily and firstly to those parts of you that most NEED you. Some examples of inner, fear-based polarity that can create push-pull and suffering experience of life are between the Inner Punisher part and a corresponding shame part/reaction. The Punisher-Shame reaction INside can then be projected outside onto others and suffering loops firmly fixed in place as this runs on unconscious cycles. Another example is between Metasoul/other lifetime aspects that are working the same soul theme/CORE wound healing yet from seemingly opposite angles. An example is a Metasoul aspect that is deeply religious, such as a Priest or Nun aspect….and a Metasoul that is deeply connected to Goddess worship such as an Avalon Priestess, etc. Being a love ambassador to these aspects and ‘getting in between them’ allows for the opposing energies to find common ground within your heart. Activation of Unity frequencies as offered by the Lion’s Gate opening is also about connecting the ‘Me’ to the ‘We’. Even as you are engaged and focused on your own Me healing and transformation, so you are feeling the impact on the We collective. The Unity activation offers a deepening realization around the important of ‘healing the healer’ in order to serve love from overflow WITH others. Rather than offering from martyr or self sacrifice, you are serving from abundance that flows from within, self love currents and self worth flows that flood the banks of your emotional body. You are at a saturation point of love for which you will naturally turn within when something inside you needs your attention, trusting that the service outward will flow out from this when you are filled UP again.

The healing of the collective Metasoul line is coming into the now too as the veils thin and reveal more and more the fluidity of time. Timelines merging and unifying together brings in a unification of previously compartmentalized realities and civilizations such as ‘ancient Egypt’ and Lemuria….Atlantis and Egypt as well. The gifts of this integration are obvious as the ‘best’ of these civilizations can be offered and shared while the trailing edge woundings and shadow play outs can be healed.

Moving into 5D frequencies brings a sense of abundance on ALL levels…love overflow in the forms that most supports the service of love in the specific ways that we are each meant to serve it. Again, this is mainly an inner activation as love moves through and invites us to feel the lack and scarcity in our emotional bodies and in our Metasouls to come into FULLness again. It is from this fullness place that you can abundantly share with others your gifts and service of love. The angsts and frustrations move into trust and surrender.

Metatron is offering that you can bring these Unity Abundant codes into your BEing if you want to amplify the effect. Go within into meditative space. Visualize a space of pure, white light. Ask to connect with Archangel Metatron, who feels and looks like a ‘thin Santa’/father figure. Ask to receive the Lion’s Gate codes through your stellar gateway chakra/your ‘personal sun’ (about two feet above your head) from the Great Cosmic Sun/center of the Multiverses. Feel these energies move through all of your chakras, through your body’s every living cell, and ground out again into Gaia through your Earth Chakra (about a foot below your feet). Bring these energies in as many times as you feel that you want and need to. Hold space for any emotional reactions that are pushed UP from this, although, mostly you will probably feel rejuvenated, boosted, enlivened, and expanded OUT. You can draw these energies in anytime today and for the rest of the ‘month’ as it is especially strong, pulsing, available to ALL.

Metatron says also, “You are the LIGHT. You are the LOVE. You receive what feels like is from outside of you in these ‘cosmic energies’ what is actually already INside of you as your essence. August Lunar Eclipse Energies: A Pause With An Edge

Opportunity beacons in the possibilities of serving love to yourself, with others, and for the Divine in every moment even the ‘down’ moments of emotional upheaval and purging out and UP. You are being invited to open to the possibilities that come from what has previously been unknown becoming known, seen, and felt as it emerges out from darkness and into the light of your heart.

Like the eclipse happening in the now/today, the brightness of the FULL moon temporarily/partially obscured by Gaia’s shadow and then becoming visible again, so a you to you unveiling occurs when the dark appears to partially block your light. In this blocking, you feel where you still have to go and want to go and are being invited to go inside of yourself.

A pause with an edge, that’s how these energies seem to feel. The edge is an invitation to feel the edges within and what gives them fuel and where they are sourced from…which parts of you feel them and why, which Metasoul aspects feel them and why. The pause is a taking the space, holding the space for this process lead by a deep curiosity about You by You.

The edges and instability of this now seem to also be about all this cosmic activity happening to accelerate the collective process and then integrating into that collective. Those of us on the leading edge of this all (some of us BORN awakened even) are so sensitive to these energies, although the full dose of them is ‘not meant for us’ in some ways. The full dose of these energies is for those tipping over point souls, who are about to awaken and have signed up to in now. These souls need these extra doses to give them a boost and extra motivation to wake up and begin the process of coming home to their souls again.

Tempering the energy dose may be self loving right now for you if you are long awakened. Tempering by BEing in nature, connecting to animal guides and animal pet friends, grounding the ‘extra’ energies out a grounding cord and into Gaia, maintaining boundaries around dramas that other souls just need to play out right now. Feeling intuitively what is calling for your attention and passion and what can ‘wait’ until the energies have settled down a bit (when they do.) Maybe not a time to make major life decisions and changes, even as clarities may illuminate for you during this temporarily down and dark time.

Magic can be downloaded from these energies, yet filtered through your higher chakras and higher heart and higher self coming into the body, so it lands in a frequency that works for you. My guides/aspects are offering that this tempering and filtering can be helped and supported by your guides/aspects if you just ask them. If you have quite a bit of backed up emotional body energies to feel, then it may be unavoidable to go through the life circumstances that will push this up for you to trigger, digest and heal it. Living Out Timelines, Bridging The Gap Of Emotional Immaturity And Soul Bigness (Video)

I was in another timeline most of the day yesterday….you may do and BE this more than you consciously realize. I was – on one level – ‘researching’ and exploring into a shift in geography for our community and possibilities around that. It was a ‘future’ timeline in one way yet, also, I could feel, sense, taste, kNOW, what it would be like to live there. I was IN it and living it. Also, I was in the complete unknown related to ‘how’ this would happen even as some pieces of possibility seemed to be coming together.

I spent ‘time’ BEing this and then….I let it go. I have let it go today and maybe it will come back to me or maybe it will go on and unfold. I feel as if I have already lived it out anyway. The old way of manifesting and alchemizing has to do with ‘force of will’ and ‘making things happen’. The old way is dependent on money and often lots of it to fuel the way. The New Earth way is about energies coming together, sharing coming together, resources coming together and the timeline arising because it is meant to in the bigger picture. I am surrendered now to this bigger picture of serving love and find, also, that letting go of any of my own attachments to it WHILE feeling my own desires is a big aspect of this deal now. Also, I am arising into what it means to be a co-leader of a growing community where collective needs ARE, more and more, reflective of my personal needs and desires too.

I can’t put into words how to BE this way around it….this is what has arisen from inside after many years of working with aspects of me that had been conditioned by 3D reality in frequencies of lack, sacrifice, anxiety, tension, over self sufficiency, control. All these frequencies lived inside me and in parts of me and in my metasoul….still do. And the process is to keep feeling them, keep BEing with them, connecting to them in the best way that I know which is through parts work and metasoul aspect work. To BE and allow these energies to flare up and then move out. To let my higher self frequencies to come into this physical body and illuminate the now moment.

The energies really have been so intense it seems the last few days, pressing down in the ways that I’ve described in other writings. This pressing down has created a heaviness in the body and a sense of being ‘very sleepy’ or just ‘out of it’. And, we are ‘out of it’ in terms of 3D reality and it can really be felt during energy flux UP phases like now. This out of it-ness may extend to your emotional body too with the purges and surges of lower frequencies coming up as I described yesterday and even drawing of these fear-based frequencies from others in the form of conflicts, tensions, passive aggressiveness, and even outright attacks. Trust that anything that comes is a mirror for you and not ‘against you’ even if you don’t want it in your field anymore. Trust with love and set boundaries from there that you feel that you need to.

I feel a heartline extending to ALL of us from our higher selves and angelic aspects/guides, who are right there surrounding us and offering help. The degree that you can feel this support and help is related to how ‘fused’ to your lower frequency aspects that you are. This fusion creates a sort of defensive energetic shield that their love can’t penetrate. Allowing control to run or anxiety or rage without holding it and BEing with it can push your support team away from you and even into the ‘other room.’ or even farther away. Bring ALL of you in closer and what you are feeling and your loving guides/aspects can come closer too and HELP you hold it with you. Your higher self and angelic guides/aspects are amazing heart healers and want to help you with this important work of healing the emotional body.

Anchoring into your heart line even as you surrender to the ‘out of it’ reality can allow a flow UP and in and out with what is coming in to support our continual global awakening and your continual awakening too. Allow into your reality the timelines into the new that want to unfurl before you….riding them ‘out’ even as you detach from them. BE with all that is coming UP and coming in and coming out with LOVE as it is offered in so much love!

I felt inspired to offer a video today as a digestion of these ‘megamonth’ energies of this August (already!) and how these frequencies offer a connection and bridge to your emotional body and realignments on all levels, to fill in ‘missing gaps’ in emotional maturation….. Responding With Compassionate Boundaries To Last Grasp Attempts Of Fear-based Energies

‘Last grasp attempt’…I used those words yesterday in this article to describe lower frequencies (fear-based) that may come up as the high vibe energies increase during this now passageway/corridor that we are experiencing as a collective that is moving us into more extreme choice points of love over fear. This last grasp attempt to retract into fear again, to go asleep again (at least for a phase) can be related to with love (as can everything!) It’s not really the ‘last’, of course, but it feels like a significant turning point. The energies perhaps inside of you and from outside of you that are doing this are not EVIL, yet, rather are scared and frightened to go into the new. The new is unknown and, therefore, acutely uncomfortable.

Compassion with boundaries of self protection is the energy that I’ve been encouraged to embody when experiencing these fear frequencies in myself, in others, in the astrals and in the cosmos. Compassion is the opening of your higher heart to feel WHY the fear exists and where it comes from. Compassion is being curious about this and to lead the discovery about the source of it inside yourself and with others. Compassion is the embodiment of Divine Feminine motherly energies that our 3D world has long suppressed and been afraid of actually….because it offers a powerful frequency of transmutation and transformation as love always does. When our response is compassion to anything…… ANYTHING becomes possible.

The last grasp energies inside of us, the dense frequencies, may grab at doubts, tensions, anxieties, flare up of old core wounds of abandonment, unworthiness, and rejection…..these energies are important to come up though as they anchor us in the old and the dense and 3D. Responding to them with compassion (even naming them as a part of you and having a relationship WITH them) can move them into the new. Resisting the density and even ‘using’ spiritual strategies to transcend them usually just leads to a temporary pause on the deeper healing that wants to (and will eventually) happen. The more you have been with these lower frequencies inside of yourself and embraced them with love…the less you will be impacted by these energies coming from others and then experienced as ‘attacks’ or ‘take downs.’ We can only experience from outside what we have not healed from inside as it then needs to act as a trigger and a mirror for us.

Compassion WITH boundaries means that we are feeling what works for us and what doesn’t INside and with others in relationships……we are feeling what is nourishing and what isn’t, and choosing what serves love as the expression of our soul purpose here and what doesn’t. This may mean completion with some souls that have been BEloved to you as you just can’t be at the their frequency anymore without cost to your own growth. I wrote about that yesterday too and many times as it is such a big crucible right now.

This completion may happen with Ethereal BEings too (even those you might experience as ‘guides’) or with your own energy system as you start to feel the ‘implants’ and ‘devices’ and other things you signed up as a soul to experience in your field. No else ‘did’ this to you related to implants. You chose every object and where and how you would experience it. When you are ready to ‘remove and release them and see them’, you will and your self love will dissolve them away. You may need to consciously complete with your Archon and fear-based Reptilian self, dissolve your Reptilian brain stem, etc in a very self loving way to fully ‘unhook’ and move on from these energies…

Ultimately, there is nothing to fear of fear as it can all be transformed with love and actually wants to be! The last grasp attempts are a sign of how much we are moving into the new, into love, and into light. We can see them as a sacred aspect of this process too when we respond to them with compassion.

Listening To The Lion: Time To Lead With Feeling

The last few nights have been super intense emotionally for me.  I have had waves of doubt, self-punishment, and anxiety arise in my field that began to overwhelm me.  Hard to fall asleep with the intense energies and I needed to connect with the Divine energy to move through some of it.  Through my SoulFullHeart process I know they are not mine but coming from something within me that needs to be felt.

It has taken form of a MetaSoul aspect of mine that is living an Atlantean lifetime.  I had a beautiful group session with the help of Jelelle to feel this aspect and begin a more balanced relationship with him and his intensity.  Last night I began to feel energies that didn’t feel connected to him and could be another aspect of my soul coming through around anxiety.

What the heck is going on?

I felt to tap into my guides and intuition since I couldn’t sleep and was told that this is a very intense time for many.  I have known about the current lead up to the Lion’s Gate portal for a while now, and I am starting to piece some things together for myself around it.  What I received is that this is a time of great confluence.  Many energies are coming together that may feel like a squeeze to some.  It is thinning out veils and the gap between what is authentic and not.  It is bringing in codes that feel to be bubbling up old unhealed lower frequencies that are preventing us from moving into our next growth places.  These frequencies are held by parts of us as well as Metasoul aspects that are bleeding in at this Thinning.  It can be a crazy-making time if there isn’t a larger container to hold all of it in.

It may be advised to just ride out the wave and be kind and gentle to yourself.  I agree with being self-loving to yourself is key right now.  But I also feel there is great opportunity for growth and letting in more of the love we came here to experience.  It all brings up the unloved energies within us that are needing to be held and felt to make room for more.  It is like the altitude is changing and the old denser energies are needing to fall away.  But there is an invitation to actively participate in this process, and not just passively let it go by.  This is the leading edge of consciousness we are stepping into!

I feel that this is the message of the Lion.  He is inviting us to lead ourselves into a new relationship with our experience of life and Gaia as we have known it.  He is about finding our courage and strength and feeling all that we need to feel during this highly transformative time.  What wounds and pains, both this and other lives, are looking to be heard and felt at this time? What resistance is showing up inside of us that keeps us from fully inhabiting the largess and love sponges we are?  This is not an easy choice to make going INto the pain, not to suffer, but to heal.  To reveal. To discover.  It leads us into our jungle and arise as the king and queen of our truest dreams and inner knowing.

You may be pressed to make some difficult choices along the way.  We can not have things stay the same and expect them to be different.  Leading your way into your next emotional and spiritual growth terrain is what Leo is offering and guiding us toward. Healing your way to passion, purpose, and the remembrance of magic.  From denser energy to higher vibration. From care-taking to self-actualization.  From being alone to being in community and sacred passionate romance!

SoulFullHeart offers a pathway and a community that serves this growth and expansion of love.  We are here to lead this way of life into the world to those that it resonates with. The Lion is a huge totem for us and what we came here to do and be.  I am listening closely myself and feeling what it is that needs my attention to enter into more expression of Love and Serviceship.  We invite you to do the same.  Be kind and gentle with yourself during these days and months to come.  And we are here to serve all that is arising in you should you feel the call of the wild of heart and soul.

Narrowing Energetic Corridor Offers Movement Into The New

All night long during my brief conscious moments and during sleep too, I was walking down this corridor….a long hallway. The ceiling was getting tighter and the floor rising up to meet it. Not a pleasant feeling…this ‘narrowing’ passageway feeling. Yet, also, I could feel there was LOVE in this movement somehow and that at the ‘end’ of the hallway were wide, OPEN spaces filled with Infinite Possibilities.

As I digest this in the now moment, it feels like a pretty good metaphor for what is happening energetically on the inner and outer cosmic levels. In this now called “August 2017” is a ‘mega month’ of energy activities…eclipses and the lion’s gate opening that peaks in a week on August 8th. There are many writings about this cosmic activity and its impact, messages, and what it is offering us during the ascension process on sites such as Lovehaswon.org. My focus and soul purpose service of love is about bridging the emotional body with the spiritual and soul awakening process while being aware of how what is happening in the cosmos may be impacting this ongoing process, specifically from a parts work and Metasoul aspect perspective. I am actually surprised that so many souls seem to resonate with this perspective as it is certainly different, yet perhaps also deeply needed and been a ‘missing’ piece in the ascension picture.

The narrowing corridor I was shown feels like the old life and the previous versions, the 3D self versions and masks and personas, are being ‘pressed down’ in order to move them along. It is becoming increasingly uncomfortable and cramped to be less than who you are and you are feeling it more acutely now on all levels. The physical body is releasing pain and resistance in the form of ascension body symptoms such as ringing in the ears, changing sleeping patterns, dizzyness, nausea, appetite changes, body aches, hot flashes, etc. Some of this is resistance and some of this is just transition and adjustment to so much more light coming into every cell and igniting previously sleepy DNA.

It is becoming increasingly uncomfortable too within relationships where previously you were the ‘big fish in the little pond’ or the ‘tall one in the rooms with shorter ceilings.’ What this means is that the settings, relationships, and careers where parts of you feel VERY comfortable within your comfort zone are now feeling cramped and confining. Your soul self (higher self coming into the body and healthy emotional body) wants to fly, wants growth, wants to be challenged, wants mirrors to see yourself, wants to stand tall, and is ok to be the big fish in the big pond with other big fish.

There could be a feeling of crawling right now as you travel down the corridor of this old, feeling your way through as previously suppressed pains and wounds from your emotional body and Metasoul greet you and come up. Crawling is ok though, as is pausing and just sitting still and BEing with the discomfort. Crying the tears that need to come up. BEing with the fears too. All this is temporary….a pressure cooker, compression point, narrowing corridor reality that invites you to keep choosing love in every moment in order to keep moving through it.

Some souls will become immobilized, stuck, or choose to leave their bodies. Even those who are more awakened or newly awakened may lash out with fear and retreat….going back down their hallway and into their comfort zone and safety again. In this case, all you can really do and BE is compassionate love for them, invite them to come with you and keep going forward yourself. If you try to ‘go back’ for them or stay with them, you will lower your vibrational frequency to fear and potentially ‘fuse’ to parts of you that will put you back to sleep again. There is heightened temptation to do this as the fear-based energies reach out in a ‘last grasp attempt’ at our trailing edges of BEing.

There is actually something at stake and at risk in relationships right now. It is probably the stickiest ground when it comes to the ascension process. ‘Going down’ with someone in order to ‘save them’ is a trap that could keep you looping in suffering and co-dependent patterns. Clinging on to ‘capacity’ rather than being real about transactability can keep you hanging on to others, staying stuck, and even parts of you in delusion, such as what happens often in the Twin Flame paradigm. Really asking yourself what you want in relationships of all kinds, what is healthy and nourishing for you, who is a healthy mirror of you and being open to feel all that comes up in parts of you that cling and why can help you navigate this sticky ground.

Better to mourn the completion of these lower frequency relationships, let go, and keep BEing the light that you are, feeling yourself and your own healing as your first priority. This choosing of yourself and your own heart creates a beacon that draws the souls that are in your soul family tribe to join you and your TRUE sacred union mate as well. You may be walking, crawling, and BEing alone for a phase though as you truly leave behind your previous life to enter your new one.

It is a time of choosing love over fear in every moment in ways both subtle and perhaps very dramatic and profound. It is a time of change…both on a very personal level and as a collective. It is a time of a waking up on a grander scale then we have seen before since choosing our collective slumber and amnesia. At the end of each of our hallways is VAST, open space filled with Infinite Love and Infinite Possibilities. The Divine waits there to embrace us in Love again even as It is with us always in every moment as we crawl and find and arise into the love that we ARE.

Timelines Merging And Veil Is Thinning So We Can BE With Aspects From Other Lifetimes

Timelines merging, veil is SO thin, and what has been called ‘past lives’ is NOT past, yet these energies are in the now. There is so much bleed through of other lifetimes that then triggers our emotional body reactivity and ‘hidden’ woundings. It creates a ricochet effect that can be confusing and intense. These eras and legacies and civilizations (Atlantis, Lemuria, Avalon, etc.) are energizing and ALIVE in the now. The mind (and part of you) might want to make them the ‘past’ so that they don’t have as much impact and influence as they actually seem to on your experience of reality and your emotional reactivity and outward manifestation.

Our definition of what is ‘real’ and ‘reality’ is being hugely altered, shifted, and turning upside down from what 3D has said and taught that it is. Our hearts ‘get’ it as they are not linear and they feel every moment as the now….they get stuck sometimes in a moment or scene and need us to help them move beyond it again, to become fluid again…to free up the flow of love, compassion, gratitude, and goodness. Our hearts are what is needed in this now, with so much crazy making (this is a TRUE mind fu*k! reality) realigning of our realities.

Energies of Atlantis are coming in and offering us a storyline to go down that comes alive with our openness to feel and heal it with the aspects of us that are living it out. The ‘fall of Atlantis’ is a wound in our personal and collective consciousness. We are experiencing this in deeply personal ways in our processes in SoulFullHeart, and Raphael and I too in our relationship. There is the Raphael-Jelelle timeline of usness experience and there is the others, the counterpart matings and pair bondings that span planets, species, and timelines. The Atlantis ones seems to be the most intense with themes of sovereignty, separation, power struggles, matriarchy vs. patriarchy playing out. Sorting through what is what through the terrain of the heart with the higher mind helping too (yes, I believe there is a higher vibrational frequency of thought and that the mind is not bad, just can vibrate at different levels of consciousness). This can be a tricky process with self love and compassion AND for other needed to hold the space.

This can feel like a ‘soup’ to navigate yet the process of parts work and metasoul aspects helps in such a huge way. It provides a life line and a heart line too….and a soul line too actually. It is the way we live our lives and what we offer others too, and how we led yesterday during an all day group session with some very touching and important and DEEP process happening for all that were there!

Be open right now to what has previously been labeled as ‘impossible.’ Be open to letting in energies of what you may have felt were not ‘relevant’ or ‘in the past’. Open your heart to all the aspects that need you…..even if (and especially if) they exist in another timeline. As you are open to this and curious, you become more able to ride the waves, experience the gift of them, and integrate it ALL into your wholeness expression.

Energy Update: Activation Of The Higher Heart And Healing The Healer

Heating UP, Amping UP…..I have described these energy influxes we have been experiencing as being like a ‘pressure cooker of LOVE’ turned to its highest setting. This seems to be increasing in the last few weeks and as we head into August, an intense month with a lot of activity on the cosmic level. All these energies are putting the pressure on, in a good way, for you to have realizations, come to choice points, and make changes related to your OWN healing as being the priority of your life in order to serve love. The pressure actually comes from INside, from the soul and higher self frequencies coming into the body and igniting the higher heart. This embodiment process creates a pressure inside, a revelation of what needs to be healed….that leads to the changes on the outside.

Igniting the higher heart, the cosmic heart….this is the GRAND awakening and cutting edge of the ascension process. The higher heart is your healing heart on a personal level that then can connect into the unity heart or collective heart as it becomes more healthy. A very important aspect of this healing of your heart on the personal AND the collective level is through accessing your emotional body. Your emotional body contains so much undigested pain and woundings (often mostly NOT conscious to you yet perhaps hugely expressing in your life), which lowers your overall frequency and esp. lowers your heart beacon or frequency. Your heart frequency allows for intimacy, vulnerability, gratitude, and TRUE compassion for self and for others. The higher it vibrates, the more you can BE these things with yourself and with others and towards the WORLD.

Healing the heart is healing the emotional body, which has been largely ignored in most spiritual practices. Mainstream psychology and psychiatry mostly ‘drug and numb’ or ‘talk and block’ in response to the emotional body woundings and how they express. In SoulFullHeart, we connect with the wounded frequencies as parts of you and offer a deeply compassionate and loving way to BE with these aspects of yourself very directly and with feeling tones, not through the mind. As you respond in love (with the support of your SFH facilitator) to whatever fear is within you and your emotional body, so does it heal and move. This healing happens organically and beautifully over time as your soul self/higher self coming into your body holds space for this process. Parts of you don’t need ‘anti-feeling’ drugs; they don’t need numbing and distractions; they don’t need to analyzed without feeling…..what you most NEED is love and the capacity to BE there for yourself and to feel yourself and be felt by others who have done this parts work too on the heart and soul levels. I met for a session yesterday with a beautiful soul/facilitant yesterday who has been an energy healer/angelic channel for others for many years. It became very clear to us that while she has offered loving and soothing energies (such beautiful gentle presence!) to others and with animals too, part of her has been blocking her from offering these healing energies TO herself. Everyone else has been the beneficiary of her soul gifts and soul self OTHER than her. We felt together how important it is for her to offer energy healing to herself, meditate and connect with guides and her own parts, and be her own space holder around this every day.

I believe this is very common for healers/teachers and relates to the Inner Protector who is concerned and resistant to you feeling your own pain. It is OK to offer these gifts to others (it brings in money, it feeds a self image as a ‘healer’, it is good work and service), yet to focus on yourself is often a missing gap. You can feel and see signs of this gap if you are struggling to financially provide for yourself through offering your soul gifts, if you are in toxic or push-pull relationships with others, if your physical body suffers from disease or illness….and in many other ways.

These high vibe frequencies are supporting the ‘healing the healer’ phase for those who are stepping into and claiming their purpose to serve love here. The beautiful piece here is that the more self healing that happens through a process like parts work, the MORE pure love you can then offer to others. If that process of self love doesn’t happen, you are actually SHARING your lower vibrational, unfelt and undigested energies and emotions with the people that you are serving! I feel it is a BIG responsibility of ANY healer to go within and do their ‘inner work’ (to me, that would need to include parts work to truly be effective) to continue to qualify to offer healing with others. This especially relates to their emotional maturity and health of their emotional body which, again, has been mostly left out or bypassed in spirituality.

It is a phase of not bypassing anymore what is in need of our love. To recognize and relate with yourself FIRST, offering the love and support to YOU that parts of you have so been aching and craving before. You may even be ‘giving to get’…meaning giving others the love and healing that YOU are so needing actually. The Divine love and light energies are raising your capacities to provide this love and for the primary receiver of it to be YOU.

Energy Update: Going Into CORE Wounds In The Emotional Body, Metasouls

Sometimes I share about current energies and it is a download from my higher self/angelic aspects/Divine Source that describes more of a collective experience. I am more like a NOW caster, sharing what MAY be happening for many souls on the ascension and awakening path at the emotional body, soul, and physical levels. With these messages, it is not always personally happening for me as I may have cleared those aspects in my Metasoul field already or healed it in my emotional body. It’s not that I am ‘done’ with healing, it’s just that I am in a different phase perhaps having been on this path for awhile and starting ‘ahead of the curve’ in some cases, signing up to be an early adopter.

Yet, THIS phase of where the energy seems to be bringing many of us, I AM also strongly feeling and experiencing myself. I spent yesterday in space holding for myself and some healing and BEing with one of my core wounds that I haven’t felt triggered in awhile yet life set up the perfect storm of situations for it to come up. I didn’t come to our group call yesterday to BE with me and the Metasoul aspect that seemed most connected to this wounding, Mareeka, who is an Atlantian aspect. Her Atlantis timeline and my current one are bleeding through to each other in ways that I have not experienced before (another aspect of what these energies are offering us.) So, the core wounding for me in my emotional body AND as a Metasoul theme for me is around ‘rejected daugher’ or ‘unloved daughter’ for which my soul gave me plenty of opportunities to feel this life…I have been ‘working’ this one for many years in many layers and ways and I was grateful to be able to move another piece of it yesterday.

Through my personal experience and what I’m witnessing in others, I feel THIS is a phase of going into these wounds in a more ‘real’ way than many souls may have before. I offer in the video below about how these high frequencies of photonic light, intense cosmic activities, and PURE love waves are pushing up woundings in our emotional bodies and Metasouls to be felt, healed, and LOVED and how to BE with all this through parts work.

This process is continuing and seems to be accelerating. MUCHO accelerating. CORE wounds are different than energy tones and that we might identify as emotional reactions or emotional moods. I believe they exist in our emotional bodies and our individual, personal Metasouls yet, also, in the collective emotional body and Metasouls.

CORE wounds run DEEP…..very deep. In my experience, they cannot really be made into a part or subpersonality as we do with other frequencies such as depression, rage, anxiety, control, etc. They are visceral, without language, they ooze OUT and WITH the frequencies for which they have been formed. They are beyond the mind, cannot be talk therapied or hypnotized or cleared through energy sessions (although these things can help.) The main way to heal them seems to be the continual connection to the outer and downstream expression of them, which is the persona aspects such as the Inner Child, Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Teenager, 3D Self, Inner Matriarch/Patriarch, etc.

It is connecting with these persona aspects and getting separation between them and YOU (your soul self, authentic self, higher self coming into body) through verbal dialogue, written journaling, creative visualization that then clears enough ‘out of the way’ for the CORE wounding to come up. This is the process SoulFullHeart facilitators bridge to you during sessions and the ‘work’ you do on your own as differentiation only happens INside you and not through others, although a guide through this murky and sometimes difficult terrain, who is going through it themselves, can be critical.

As this separation happens from these persona aspects…..THEN you can begin to feel the CORE wounds that lie beneath. Deep pools of oozing CORE unworthiness, disconnect, abandonment. These words don’t really suffice as descriptions, yet they are the closest that we have. When these CORE wounds finally come up after much self love holding space AND differentiation/negotiation with the persona parts, there isn’t much that can be DONE but to feel and BE with it. There may be stories and scenes associated with these CORE wounds coming up but, often, there is not. There may be connections to this life, childhood experiences with birth family and especially parents, but this often the surface stuff.

The deep dive into this CORE wounding is what we seem to be supported to GO INTO with these high frequencies of loving light. With a more palatable sense of our ethereal guides/aspects, we are able to feel more safety to go there then we have before. It was easier to be distracted before by the ‘surface stuff’ of reactions and triggers and projections. Still, many souls are being distracted by these things and NOT going deeper to feel how this lives inside of their emotional bodies. Yet, for those who are open to going within, THIS seems to be the time and phase to do so and there are MANY rewards for doing so, the biggest one being the OPENING of your upper heart to receive and give love with self and others.

I feel that these CORE wounds can be bypassed and often ARE by many, even those who are teachers and WAYshowers. And, that’s ok, in a way, because there is still service of love coming through the parts of them that are ‘in charge’ of the BEing and aren’t ready or wanting to go there yet. I’m just here to bring and offer a bridge through SoulFullHeart to these deeper spaces and especially to and with those souls that FEEL there are woundings in them that they want to FINALLY feel and heal in their emotional bodies and Metasouls and want to offer this healing to others too.  The feeling is usually that a ‘ceiling’ of some kind has been reached on awakening and especially related to the emotional body.

ALL this talk of CORE wounds does not mean that we are broken or need fixing. We HAVE wounds, yet we are NOT actually our woundings. It can SEEM that way when they remain hidden away, yet exist as an underground operating energy in so many areas of life, impacting so many areas of our lives. Our Infinite Love essence can illuminate and hold these woundings and invite them to integrate and into the light of Love that we ARE!

Disclosure Process Is Accelerating: Message From A Recent Crop Circle In Cley Hill

“We are ascending through a collective experience of disclosure that grows from within.” I was offered THAT during meditation recently by my guides. I was in a pretty high UP place energetically in which it becomes difficult to mentally track what I am experiencing and being offered. It becomes challenging to even remember much of what I’ve experienced and, very often, I pass out/crash nap as some kind of ‘rewiring’ is going on to really let it in beyond my conscious mind. ALL of this makes it challenging to write about and share what comes through, so I’m going to ask for help from my guides to help me out here and clear through the fog.

I started this meditation/journey by focusing on and letting in the latest crop circle that appeared in England sometime during the night of July 17, 2017 to be discovered on July 18th. Of course, this date ‘pings’ for us as it offers a sense of portal or gateway…..7/17/17….THAT is a lot of seven energy. Rather than go google what that means, I felt to check in with my guides about the crop circle, the message it offers us, and the significance of the date when it was offered to us.

I felt myself swirling around in the various sacred geometric shapes offered in the crop circle and I really FELT them and let them into my heart rather than tried to mentally understand them. I had a wood cutting of the flower of life figure on my third eye with an amethyst to help with this experience and a metatron’s cube cut out on my heart chakra with a rose quartz on top of it. I like the physicality of these shapes on my body and feel them much more this way in combination with the energy of the crystals. I haven’t ‘read’ anywhere to do this, it’s just what has felt natural and good. Whatever works and doesn’t harm anyone is my sense about these things. NO real RULES in meditation or when connecting with guides and higher self guidance.

The pyramids in the crop circle felt like alchemy, change, death and rebirth…..forces of change peaking UP and coming through. They also felt like gateways that can be ‘activated’ from within and of course represent the going UPward of our consciousness as what happens during ascension. The merkaba is the spirit light body, the vehicle to multidimensional travel and such a well-known symbol of the ascension process. When I felt the one in the crop circle, it was a collective merkaba, one that is available and possible for ALL of humanity.

The collective merkaba offers the sense of our multi-dimensional essence and aspects, including Star BEing and angelic aspects/guides. The message came in strong then (fortified by the flower of life) that ascension is for ALL of humanity. Not just a select few choosing a higher timeline reality. Not just for those polarized toward love and light. It didn’t seem to mean that we NEED all of humanity in order to live New Earth in the Now as that is each of our individual choices toward love and not fear. Yet, the invitation seemed to be to remember that we are ALL ONE, so even when it feels like we are going a different way from so many souls in mainstream consciousness…..on another, higher level, we COULD all go together, we are ALL invited to come along, and we ARE all ascending if even one of us is.

The symbols that look like eights actually turned into the infinity symbol….elongated and stretched out, seeming to offer an invitation into our Infinite Love and Infinite Awareness sacred human essence. The infinity shapes (six of them) are side by side with six circles. This felt like a representation of the Infinite Circle of Life that lives in each of us and for which we are connected and sourced from. Along with the infinite possibilities available to us ALL….again, the energy was of a collective invitation to experience this sense of the Infinite inside of each of us as the Source of our existences.

And then, Metatron says, “There’s my cube!” or a modified version of it anyway and seemed proud of this and surprised. I asked him then who offered this crop circle to us and he replied, “Some friends. And friends of friends,” and then winked at me. I got the sense that the gift and message of this circle was not just from benevolent Star BEings/ETs who are waiting for us to BE more ready as a collective to begin the disclosure and connection process….yet, also, humans who are in the ‘know’ with the star BEings and working with them toward this end. I’ve heard this called by David Wilcock as The Alliance, so it could be that.

The sense of humans and star BEings ‘working together’ was a sweet one. Metatron shrugged a bit at the awe these crop circles produce as, in another way, it’s fairly ‘simple’ technology from a Star BEing perspective that creates them. Like that movie, The Gods Must Be Crazy, where the natives go crazy in awe over a coke bottle since they’ve never seen one, so we humans ‘go crazy’ when presented with something in our 3D reality that is NOT explainable by current science or the prevailing worldview of five sense reality filtering. At the core of us lives the indefinable mystery for which we are made and long to return and a deep sense of curiosity gets triggered by ‘unexplainable’ things like crop circles.

I LIKE that we can be awed though and I felt how much LOVE was in the offering of this crop circle too. The use of such obvious sacred geometry is like a bill board loudly announcing that the process of disclosure of Star Being reality is accelerating and collective ascension is continuing to be underway in the NOW. The main energies I felt were hope, Infinite Possibilities, and a deep, abiding love for humanity spiced with an acute eagerness to begin the collective collaboration process that WILL change our lives for the better and for all of the galaxies too!

I feel that this crop circle is also an invitation for each of us to meditate on it and hear, feel, see the message from it that we are meant to receive. It could be deeply personal for you in this phase of your ascension or it could be more a collective message or vision, as I received. No messages are ‘right’ or ‘wrong’. The main sense is to trust that whatever comes is what you are meant to receive from your higher self and multidimensional aspects as you feel into ascension through the collective experience as it continues to bloom and grow from within.
