Emotional Ascension: Saying Goodbye To Say Hello

For those that are awakening to their own soul yearnings, it can be a somewhat bitter sweet experience.  The sweet part is feeling how life is so much grander and limitless than the one you had been previously subscribing to.  Or a least a part of you was.  This part of you, your 3D self, was made necessary to interface in this density to survive and yet also grow.   Different souls have been awake or awakening a long time, while others are just now being popped into it by some special circumstance that may be still a mystery.  Either way you are here and life in 3D, and maybe even 4D, just isn’t jiving with  what you know INside to be what you want or were meant to be.

You can be involved in so many things that are meant to help open up more in your soul domain.  Yoga, meditation, retreats, reading, etc.  And they most certainly do! I know I would not have the context and tools necessary to continue my soul growth if it wasn’t for them.  But as you continue to enlighten your soul, there is also the reality of the Heart. You can only fly so far when you are tethered to an emotional pain.  As much as a part of you would love to transcend or simply release the internal struggle, the truth is it just won’t until we face it with a willingness to feel it.

This can show up mostly in our relationships, or lack thereof.  Relationship to mates, family, friends, work, community, geography, and even ourselves.  The list of our emotional connections is wide and vast.  When you desire to really go ¨all-in¨ to your spiritual ascension you will inevitably be confronted with the reality of these relationships.  If you are to really thrive and be in joy, as your soul really wants for itself and you, it becomes harder to be in the energy that once kept you down.  Kept you small.  Because now you are waking up to your bigness.

Since we are all energy, the energy you find ourselves among has a great effect on your ability to raise it…and for good.  Not just for a brief period of time to get over certain humps.  The hard part is that you may find yourself then realizing that some of those around you may have to be let go of if you are going to truly grow and feel alive.  This includes all possibilities…even your children at some point.  This is not talked about often as there is so much energy tied up in the binds that hold us together.  Whether it be conditioned, familial, or karmic.  The sacred cows of our emotional pasture.

The power of this bind is grounded in fear.  A fear that you will hurt someone irrevocably and the guilt felt by a part of you.  A fear that you will get a harsh reaction and a rejection.   A fear that your self-image will take a big hit.  I remember this all to well in my early process and can feel the same energies if I were to have to complete a relationship that no longer served my growth.  It is a difficult process to enter into but one that ultimately leads to the best for all involved.

IF what you really desire lies beyond what the state of what your current relationships offer, then it is the most integrous and loving thing to do to see where the ground between you and another can deepen or complete.  You get to honor all of what as been between you AND invite for something more.  Otherwise you are just keeping the same energetic tie in the same frequency that no longer brings you the joy you are wanting.  I say this with the knowing that it is not easy to come to these realizations, as I have had to do the same.  I advocate for feeling this as I know what lies on the other side of this most challenging of crucibles for the part of you that is so very attached.

This is a negotiated process that is held in compassion and not just lightly felt.  It is a one-felt-step-at-a-time journey.  Getting to know the part or parts of you that have their own reasons for not wanting to bridge the emotional and spiritual gaps that are currently in your space together.  This is honored and felt.  Your large heart and soul hold the space for this walking through.  As you emerge from these exchanges a freer and more authentic version of you gets to inhabit all those soul gifts you have been accessing and watering.  You begin to take flight with a more healed heart and a new timeline that will hopefully include the ones you had to cut ties with as they too see what growth you are expressing.  In that way you have just made some quantum effects.

This was inspired by all those that have been moving through these crucibles and those that are in the midst of them.  It was also inspired for those who are feeling the struggle within and can sense change is on the horizon as you can no longer stay in the status quo any longer.  I honor all of the choices as ones that are meant for this moment as they lead us to the very next one.  SoulFullHeart is here to offer the heart space to make these epic changes a bit more sane and with as much love as you can possibly let in.

Healing Our Way To Sacred Romance

There are times when we need love to not be so ¨nice¨ and instead be very direct and real. Matter of fact, true love shuns nice, as that is only a cover to something that is trying to avoid what is real and protects self-image. Love can be compassionate and gentle, but that is not the same as nice. When offered a mirror with direct love and advocacy of self and other, we are able to see what lies unseen and unfelt by our very own heart eyes.

It is an awkward moment and can press on a lot of other buttons that can only serve a shut down. When this reflection is held within a larger container of a desire to grow and let in more love then we can be with that reaction in a way that moves us from closed to open. From fear to more love.

As a man exploring and choosing to inhabit sacred romance, the layers of what holds resistance come to the surface in a way that is no longer avoidable if you no longer want to continue doing the same things that have kept real love from entering your kingdom. We have to be willing to face some hard reflections but how we are with those reflections are what set us in a new direction of openness instead of contraction. It is the old way of how the patriarchal parts of us have related to intimacy. As each one of us chooses to go in and heal that part or parts of us, then we in turn heal the patriarchy itself.

I do not come at this with judgement toward myself or others. That only continues the cycle. I hold this with an open heart and a desire to let go of what has, and no longer does, serve my desire to heal and see my inner King. I am very grateful to the women in my life who have helped me to see this and to the one man I have met that has so boldly gone where most men fear to tread. This is a new day for me as I go forward into the deep waters of what Love was always meant to be like.

Today I AM in a sacred union mateship with another beautiful female soul that has the courage and passion for the same. And THAT is what I have been calling for. Time to let that in and see how much fun can be had beyond what parts have believed is possible.

Entering Conscious Intimacy

Entering into new intimate relationship, whether romantic, soul friendship, or with a community, there is an immediate rush of excitement and healthy fear.  There is an awareness that life as you now know it will not be the same.  Our soul knows this and advocates for this as it is never meant to stay in stasis.  We may have been praying for this for a long time consciously, or sometimes it just hits us out of the blue (at least to our conscious self anyway).  When it does and when it is something that is truly meant to be a game changer, there is inevitably a rumble that enters the emotional body that brings up layers of resistance even among the excitement and curiosity.

For some this is a time to walk along the river bank, noticing its terrain, and its taking in the rivers’ waters.  Stepping on each stone with reverence and caution.  Maybe at some point one hits that certain stone and just slips right in and away they go!  For others it is a full-on dive into the unknowable and letting each twist and turn arise with what they need next for their growth.  Either way something sacred is being entered into and will assuredly change us in ways that we can never fully know.

The guide here is our own vulnerability.  That is the life vest.  It keeps us current of each step, and of each turn.  The more we are able to bring our fears and resistances, the more we are able deepen our relationship to ourselves and others.  To be in a process ground and community like SoulFullHeart, you are given handrails and heart support all along the way.  This is through both human and ethereal relationship.  It is a brand new paradigm for our protectors to let in that we are not in this alone.  That even in the fear of losing everything, the greatest gift is feeling that all the way to its core to find the You that is holding it.

This new conscious intimacy that makes way for more ground of deepening and expanding is a magic in itself.  Those that have started this process can attest the epic ways in which life has been forever shifted and changed.  Those that have just begun can tell that this is unlike anything they have ever encountered and are taking each new step as they come.  And there are those who walk along the bank waiting for that moment when it feels safe enough to enter.  All is part of the process set in motion long before we had any awareness of it.

I felt to take stock of what this conscious intimacy has been leading in my life and the life of others as we enter other unknown group call. What new depths will others become aware of?  What new connections will be made?  Who will be guided to answer the personal call for healing and community?  Or who will be enjoying the rushing waters of the SoulFullHeart energy and feel for themselves what their next steps are?

This all part of the dance of intimate relationship and how it has the power to make great changes no matter how far one ventures to walk.  It is Love that is leading the way and what ultimately happens is all in service to that Love we find ourselves so aching to feel.

The New Man Card

Entering my twenties I learned that there was some odd man code that included a figurative card that apparently could be taken away from me at a moment’s notice by the random judgement of another ´man´ based on said code.  While joking in manner to some degree, it held a lot of information about what constitutes masculinity within the collective consciousness.  This is a very 3D memory but it feels important to recall as it had an effect on a part of me growing up aching for what true masculinity was about. The impetus behind this phenomenon feels rooted in the deep need for the wounded boy to be accepted by a father who couldn’t accept or love himself in a way that would transact real love in between him and his son. To be shown the doorway to his authentic masculine heart.  

How much of this affects the way we hold our spirituality and our relationship to the feminine?  Both of which are inextricably entwined.  In what ways are we not accessing the fullest bandwidth of our expression as sacred human males?  To that I can only answer we burn the card at the gateway of our vulnerability and walk through it with the open question of what our most authentic manhood looks and feels like.  What old memes and programs still exist in us that hold court over our truth and emotions?  In what ways are we holding back or fearing the change that is ready to take us to new levels of empowerment and relationship?

All these answers lie inside the relationship to our deepest fears and pains.  Instead of being held and controlled by them, we hold that we are bigger than them in a compassionate way that doesn’t look to railroad over them or fix them, but to own and love them.  This is a difficult yet rewarding place to go as it frees up all the energy that stuck inside this exceptional male body in all its forms.

What can begin to arise is a new Man code with a new card that is in service of the Love that has been let in in the letting go.  The card now states that there is no revocability by no one other than the card holder.  It stays in good standing for as long as one has an open heart and can bring all their truth in any way that holds it may not be right, but it is never wrong in its realness.  That with the strength of courage and willingness to feel it will always be valid among the sacredness of brotherhood.  This new card is a reminder of what once was and is now on its way to BEcoming.  I look forward to connecting with those that are seeking an emergence of the new and what that may offer both of us in our journey of ascension.

Truly And Purely Serving Love

When you are coming from serving love….truly and purely coming from serving love….the questions of ‘how’ are no longer an issue. The questions of what you can ‘do’ fade away as you come from response, as you are responding to the love that is coming and being drawn to you. You can truly and purely come from serving love as you feel the aspects of you that have resistance, fear, doubts, pain, trauma around service and around sharing your gifts and around BEing your soul purpose here.

These frequencies live in the undigested places in the emotional body and in the soul field too from other lifetimes. They always have GOOD reason for being there that is based on REAL feelings that need to be felt. Bypassing them or trying to go around them or transcending them in order to serve others creates a foundation that is shaky, that feels forced, or just doesn’t lead to the fulfillment and nourishment that you most deeply want at the soul level. It usually collapses eventually, under the weight of what has gone unfelt and unaddressed or what had tried to be disowned. The parts that have been ‘holding up’ this service ‘burn out’ or ‘give up’ or ‘want to shut the whole thing down’ because they need the rest and just can’t do it anymore.

Serving love to self and all your aspects then leads to an overflow to serve love WITH others. There is no strategy to this, ultimately, as it is the opposite of strategic. It is the authentic essence of YOU meeting and dancing with the authentic essence of OTHER, bringing out the authenticity in each other, bringing out the soul, bringing out love. I am discovering this more and more lately as I am serving more love in sessions as my daily reality now. There is a joy in this service, even when the tones and textures are difficult and painful that come up to be felt in the heart and soul for the women I am holding space for. The joy comes ultimately in just BEing me, without seemingly self image around it after many years of working with parts of me that HELD edges and fear and self image. I am just serving love, and watching as it brings light to the dark, love to the fear, and possibilities to what has previously felt impossible!

Calling The Knights Of Vulnerability and Passion

I feel an ache in Man.  A desire to be vulnerable with everything that is moving in him. So much bottled up wanting to have expression.  Or the ache in Man that wants to land his heart and soul passion somewhere that is reflected back, resonated, or even challenged to go deeper and higher.  In all the day to day machinations lies a wanting. Something unfulfilled that is looking for reSOULution.  Exaltation.  But all the outer exploration can be consumed by a void.  A true feeling space that is felt in relationship with Himself and his inner landscape of emotion.  Who sees You?  Who feels what You are trying to express?  Where does the true power of Man get to reside when it is not in contention for righteousness,obligation, suffering, or the need for acceptance?

Man is an unfolding mystery that begins with the first steps of feeling what it is he truly wants and all the ways that he blocks himself from creating it.  Man is a creator, a steward, a teacher, and a lover.  He is no longer accepting Status Quo as payment for his existence.  He wants to break free from the binds that keep him safe and secure but needs to access the fuel of feeling to propel him there. Those that shun the comfort and the usual are seeking those that are ready and willing for the same.  These are the new Knights of Vulnerability and Passion.  A new era of masculinity that is so ready and wanting to be birthed into a new timeline.  

Raphael and I are forging a container for the exploration of this arising and shifting masculine heart and soul.  It begins now and continues on in a desire to hold court for whomever feels drawn into diving deeper into this territory of Feeling First to access the true essence of the Man that resides withIN.  The passion that is aching to come to the surface and claim its stake among the fertile soil of the emerging ground of Love’s new communion, and the Queen that is there longing for her King to return.

Healthy Spaceholding

I’m meeting with a new person later this morning for the first time. (a ‘facilitant’, as we call them in SoulFullHeart, as ‘client’ is too business sounding and ‘patient’ is way too broken sounding) I’m feeling how I know little about this man who’s asked and paid for a session, and there’s a mixture of feelings going for me, as I’m sure there must be for him.

It feels like our Higher Selves are having a pre-meeting sorting through where we can and will go together later today. Then there’s our conscious selves who will be entering the dedicated space later who are also sorting through some things. As I tune in my guides, and feel myself, and open my heart, I feel them reassuring me that it’s a lot like wooing a woman, to find your mutual ‘heart, soul and body talk’ dance together, something you can’t pre-plan, but only flow with and respond to with desire leading. Ahh, that always helps to feel.

Serving someone in this way is really an authorization by the person to serve them. I claim an ability and gifts and an open heart, but that only gets the opportunity to happen with the person I’m serving to the degree and on the terms and pace that they authorize me to be that for them. One of the key things on my mind going into a session is looking for some kind of indication to the question, ‘So, how can I help you?’ While it may sound a little business like, it’s actually a key grounding piece to finding our way together in a spaceholding relationship. Sometimes people are drawn to our energy, even to the point of paying for a session, but don’t have a deeper conscious need that is leading for them. This then narrows the ground of where we can go together, or puts an unfair pressure on the spaceholder to be something more for the person than is natural or even healthy for the spaceholding relationship. The spaceholder can only serve, healthily at least, with the facilitants’ need and desire leading.

When there is a presenting need that is leading, it creates a natural direction and grist for a way into deeper process together.

In my own experience of having a spaceholder for my own emotional body awakening process over 3 years, meeting twice a month, I was served by 4 different facilitators who were part of a community and paradigm that were part and parcel of the awakening, 2 of which were women, one of whom was Jelelle 🙂 .There were deep things I wanted to open out and let into my life and decondition from. I knew for me it was more about the things that didn’t appear to need fixing in my life that were the very things that I wanted to experience freedom from. I recall over this 3 year treasured experience, it wasn’t so much about the spaceholder being any kind of super magician, (though their open heart was truly magical in another way), it was also about the paradigm of the healing offering itself and the reflection of that in community that was just as much the juice that created the movements for me, week after week, month after month.

So meeting with a new facilitant for me is like a date to feel what the attraction, juice grist is between us to find a deepening into a new way of life for the facilitant as much as it is about helping the person find relief or healing in the moment. Ultimately, in SoulFullHeart, we feel the process is the healing and the process gets the results, and facilitators and facilitants simply work the process, albeit in a magical and heart open ‘arising’ kind of way.

A huge part of the SoulFullHeart process and something we offer in all of our writings and video offerings, which hopefully a potential facilitant has felt into before contacting us is how we heal and awaken through getting to know and feel parts of ourselves. This ground is so key to the movements SoulFullHeart can offer to people, that also so releases the facilitator and facilitant from the pressure of ‘fixing’ anything broken. Nothing needs fixing. All things move on the ground of feeling. Our current ways of relating to life are held as energies by parts of ourselves and all they need to make huge shifts and changes is to be felt and experienced by a heart open ‘other’. This ‘other’ is your growing feeling you, differentiated through the parts work illumination process, whom the facilitator only templates for a time, giving you back to you, one session at a time.

Which is another cool thing! The whole process is a ‘pay as you go’ and I would say also a ‘validate as you go’ process leaving the facilitants’ autonomy fully intact from start to finish, as is so necessary in any kind of a healthy deconstruction process. Power can never be taken, but only surrendered, and then only as it is an act of the powerful sovereign self choosing the surrender.

Okay, time now to pause and get ready a bit more for an exciting session ahead. I’d love to hear from you if our process calls to you and to where life is leading you. It truly is magical and finds its own way when you are ready for it.

Healing Inner Patriarchy, Guided Meditation To Connect With Your Inner Protector/Mother Mary/Magdalena (Video)

This is the recording of the women’s group call yesterday with Kalayna Colibri and I. I recommend this for women AND men, as I discuss quite a bit about the patriarchy (wounded masculine expression) and how this energy LIVES inside of us as parts of us, which we come to love and embrace. This dominating energy (which we have ALL chosen on a soul level to live out its dominance as a collective) lives in our soul legacies too and the themes that we are exploring in other lifetimes. It also impacts (and can block) our experience and access of connection with Divine Mother and Divine Feminine guides in the deeply personal and visceral way that is possible. I talk about how the SoulFullHeart process and access to and healing with the emotional body allows for the healing, integration, and transmutation of these patriarchal energies in the emotional body and in the soul field to allow more inner feminine to arise and to BE.

I also offer a soothing yet powerful guided meditation to connect with the frequencies of Mother Mary (as healthy Mother) and Magdalena (as healthy Queen) to infuse you with Divine Feminine energies to replace the ones that you have let go off from 3D birth family relationships. You also connect with your Inner Protector during this meditation, the part of you that guards and protects the ‘castle’ of your essence, your inner femininity, your inner child, etc.

The personal sharings are edited out of the call recording, yet, really, THIS is the HEART of this experience of BEing on one of these calls. It is the sense that you are NOT alone in your journey to grow, to heal, to arise, to remember, to CHOOSE your soul and higher self. Each sharing brings in a different frequency, a vulnerable presentation of what is real, inviting ALL out to share too from this space. I finish these calls with a sense that not just the women IN the call have been served with love, but the collective ONE has been as well and all who are connected to us through our heart chords. I feel blessed, honored, and grateful to hold the space for this energy of vulnerable bravery to heal what is real to go out into the collective!

Looking Inward To Experience Our Sacred Feminine Essence

So much effort and money spent on creating femininity on the outside…. so many messages of what to wear, how to look, how this is all going to make us feel if we do it properly, use the right products, stay with the trends. A grab bag of potential personal styles, looks to pull from, ways to feel more “feminine”, and yet… did we? In the deeper sense of what it means to be a woman, did/does this make us feel more whole?

We stitch and pull at body parts, pin back our hair, shave or wax parts of our bodies where hair grows naturally. We do this to feel more attractive. We often have no other sense of attractiveness living inside of us… until we do. Then we may enter phases of rebellion, pushing back against all of this. Or our daughters do. This is another necessary phase of the yin rediscovery, just as necessary as the stitching and pulling. It’s a journey back to who we are in our essence, putting on layers only to peel them back again, go back in again, find that stillness we’ve always had somewhere inside the inside of us, where our truest sacred femininity dwells, cradled in a nest of fire, water, earth and air.

It’s a call we feel in different life chapters, floating in and out of our consciousness. We heal from being in the shadow of our mothers and sisters. We heal from being in front of the media and mirrors. We begin to actually love what and who we are, finding the bristles and thorns we’ve been avoiding and loving them too, eventually… the process is a process inside of a process, and it’s all worth it to find that Queen who is spineful yet not spiteful. Who is still and yet moves with deliberate grace, despite the necessary mess of finding more to heal inside.

She is here, she is there, inside and beside you, waiting to be rebirthed into a reality that is becoming firmer and friendlier for her to float in and out of. She is there and she has no sword. She is a naked Queen, in all of her curves and natural essential ISness. She IS. As you and I ARE, man or woman. And there is SO MUCH love for every leg and every river of this journey back inward.
