The Pearl Of Great Price

All I need and want is found inside of me?

Who’d have guessed it was so stunningly simple?

Who’d have guessed all that external searching would have returned me to me in a great and tearful and fearful homecoming to my own heart?

All the gods and Gods of your own searching will only and ever bring you back to you to reclaim the majesty and sovereignty of your own heart.

Contrary to what you’ve heard, this actually IS a journey for the faint of heart. The universe of you had to wait for you to tire of other lovers who held your mesmerized attention intact until it could be safely returned to the unutterable greatness of you. Only as you come to this precipice of complete failure and exhaustion would you ever find what is needed to choose yourself. Only now will you find the courage to be truly and authentically no longer ‘faint of heart.’

Jesus spoke of the parable of a man who discovered a field in which was hidden a pearl of great price, who when he discovered that field, he went out and sold all that he had in order to purchase that field. That field is you. But in order to obtain you, you must sell all that stands between you and this ‘pearl of great price’ new version of you.

This means that all that exists in your current expression of your life is malleable (expendable) to what you really and truly want…you only and ever give away something lesser to obtain something greater, and you don’t need to do business with any other to obtain what is your birthright. Ultimately, you only will need to do business with yourself. This is because the universe, divine source has already completed its side of the equation. All of you is accessible to you now.

Truly astounding inner experiences that powerfully reshape your life as you’ve known it are available to you if you are ready to claim the power of your desire and your choice. None of this which Jesus spoke is available to the ambivalent. Desire and choice always offers you a going on point that your inner guidance confirms to you is your next step into your pearl of great price. Movement occurs when grounded choice answers grounded desire. All the experience that led to this moment of choice was only intended to garner desire and choice. It may be a small choice, but that choice inevitably guides and opens out the next one, and the one after that.

Our lives as we currently know them are built on the choices we’ve made up till now. New growth in the infinite depths of self love await us, but again, these new vistas wait for new choice to form new expressions of our utterly magical lives.

Here, in desire and choice and ongoing returning and homecoming is where all that was lost is returned to you. No matter how great the darkness or fear, or self loathing that currently lives in you, no matter how far it feels like you have wandered, you are offered this sacred path of acting upon these ‘homing’ desires that live in you.

If you need a glimpse of what your future might look like, look to those who have raised your desire, who have stirred a longing in you, who have mirrored to you powerful glimpses of your own essence. The hero that lives in you recognizes the true heroism that lives in others.

Who’d have guessed! Who’d have guessed that I can drink of this deeply nourishing stream in any moment, in any circumstance? Who’d have guessed all the paths and saviors who sought my allegiance to something outside of my own heart were actually just afraid of their own greatness and sought to have some misery and company in their need to control? Who’d have guessed that this love that I live and breathe IS me now? …simply awaiting my deeper discovery? Who’d have guessed that my safe place, my ark to sail through the most painful times currently upon us as a species, is this ‘pearl of great price’ me offering me not only safe passage into new births, but also the most exquisite of experiences imaginable?

Who’d have guessed that this mission to rediscover my own heart is actually my deepest super abundant contribution to others? Who’d have guessed that my true selflessness is actually found in this true heart based return to self?

So what choice is love and life infusing you with the clarity and power to actually act upon? Are you ready to move? The universe is watching YOU at the edge of its front row seat!

Collapse and Disclosure As A Reflection of Our Inner World

Disclosure is a hot topic in the 5D universe and beyond.  I have not delved as deeply as my SoulFullHeart friend and mentor, Raphael Awen, but I have taken in a bit and have wanted to feel it from a more contextual level.  It is easy for the masculine/linear side of us to go into the deep details as there is some incredibly fascinating information being unearthed.  So much has been hidden from us in regard to our contact with star beings, repression of technologies, and the influence of darker forces that have been at the helm up until now.  

In 4D consciousness there is a deep anger and resentment at all that has occurred.  Many people have been in the Disclosure game for a long time.  They are the messengers that have worked tirelessly to get this information out there.  There is a lot to react to.  For me it began with the story of Collapse.  The one that picked up speed after the 2008 financial crisis.  So much was happening before then but that feels like a pivot point.  There are other stories before then as well but that could be for a later discussion.  The time of Collapse in hindsight feels as though there was a collective internal collapse happening.  The structures that we were trying to hold up inside were no longer finding any solid ground to support it.  The thread of our collective tapestry was unraveling and the world was not behaving the same anymore.  There was a big outbreath of WTF?.  

More people began to wake to the reality that there was a charade going on.  But since as above, is below there must also have been a truth in that for each of us individually.  It feels reflective of a false world inside of us that was created in response to the false one on the outside.  We all created together because we just didn`t consciously know better.  But somewhere deeper we did.  We cannot play victim to it as then it takes away the power that is inherent us all.  We created it and we had to collapse it.  We couldn`t bare it anymore.  

Individually, this represents a time when we come to an awakening inside our emotional body.  The mental body just loses its grip.  For the wounded masculine, this is a very difficult process.  It has been so used to suppressing its emotions for the fear of feeling it.  I get that this is a general statement and not meant to cover individuals.  The power structure outside did its very best to hold up the house of cards, and so has the wounded masculine.  But this is was a great event!   It has helped to wake up even more men, and women, to the nature of our circumstance.  The realization that there is something happening inside us that was put to sleep in the control matrix.  

Now we are in the throws of the Era of Disclosure.  Another awakening into the deeper machinations of what has been going on behind the veil of deception.  But I feel it important to emphasize we have co-created it in order to learn from it.  This keeps us empowered.  We are not only hearing of a trove of information about technologies and alliances, we are learning more about the nature of our Reality.  Forget about economic collapse.  This stuff changes everything!  If we look at this time as a spiritual Disclosure, we can see that we are being shown how amazing we ARE and that we are a part of a vast experience that expands the territories of our limited consciousness.  It is more than social justice, it is social evolution on a galactic level!  So with each piece of information that is being shared, it is like a ray of light that is entering our BEing to upgrade our current operating system.  This new `information` sends up old emotional congestions that need healing for integration that opens up more space for more light and love to enter our true sacred, crystalline bodies.  

But it is not an easy process.  A  lot of this energy may not be ours personally and it can feel like we are moving mountains.  As men, we have tended to be a bit less connected to our emotions, so this back up can be a difficult one for some.  I feel it at times myself.  I have done a lot of work to clear my block and open my heart as much as I can but there are still things that come up and may still but it is all about how vulnerable we can be in each moment so we can heal all the block inside.  This is what we do daily in the SoulFullHeart community.  I don`t mean we are suffering. I mean we are feeling ourselves and what may come up for ourselves that need attention and process if needed.  There are many ways that we administer this healing to ourselves and with each other.

So for many men, Disclosure is first a mental digestion, then an emotional and spiritual one. This is the 4D Man.  The man who feels that there is inner work to be done, to embody more of his 5D or Cosmic Sacred Masculine.  As one who is on this daily path of continued healing, awakening, and embodying, I offer my heart and experience to those that are feeling that rumble inside.  That palpable discomfort and excitement  from disclosure.  The veil continues to lift each day and we will find ourselves in new territory as human men, and of course women.  More will start to surface and if you need help navigating that I would be honored to serve that.  Thank you for all the work you are doing now during these times as it helps us all to heal faster and easier.

The Financial Area Of Life: Indigo, Crystal And Rainbow Souls Blog Series

There are some souls who have signed up to become masters in the domain of money and finances, and some even become financial wizards at very young ages. Then there are some who seem to not ever get a foothold on having a financially stable lifestyle; juggling multiple jobs, bills, family members to provide for, and a seemingly endless list of troubles. There are those who dance in between these two as well, and this is sometimes where we will find Indigos, Crystals and other souls like them. When I feel these souls, and also when I reflect on my own ongoing journey and healing with regard to money, I feel the tug ‘o war between old conditioning that we have been raised by, old systems that are collapsing, and the arising desire to keep blowing up these systems so we can live in an economy that is gift-based and involves living in conscious community with shared resources. This writing today is mostly for those who feel as if money is an area they struggle with. It is VERY possible to be of these soul groups and NOT feel as if money is a challenging topic!

There is a reality to ground into when it comes to current financial systems in place, and then there is also a more desirous way of being and transacting in life and in relationships that is more nourishing, and that is not only a dream but is something we are actualizing right now – if we can begin to let that in. This is the place where I feel these unique soul groups seem to have a lot of struggle. There is still a need for money to some degree, and money itself, after all, is only a piece of our overall consciousness about love and exchange… our very personal relationship to it, is what makes it either come into our lives in abundance or keeps us feeling as if we are victims, always needing more of it and never seeming to get ahead. Choosing what it is we want to do with the money we have (i.e. what we want to invest it in) is actually an area where we have a lot of power.

 

We often have a rebellious streak that wants to avoid the whole thing of having to find financial stability to some degree in our lives, and also we may feel entitled to free help or services. I’ve definitely had a lot to feel around entitlement, wanting things to happen YESTERDAY and sometimes also wanting financial exchanges (like food and rent) to be WAY lower, if not free. I also leaned into birth family for a chunk of my early adulthood for financial help, which they felt obliged to give me at the time. During my healing process though, I was guided to end this cycle and start taking care of myself… that’s where my real growth started to take root, in more arenas than just this one. At some point, I had to choose to invest in myself in a deeper way. This is also where SoulFullHeart came in, and because I was choosing to invest deeply in ME and the timing was right to do so, the money for sessions just sort of worked itself out somehow and, because it was the right path for me, the growth was (and is) exponential and paying off in many, many ways.

 

Though part of me didn’t want to work anymore unless it had to do directly with my soul purpose work, it turned out that life was actually trying to show me that for a phase, I needed to have a regular job to offer me the healing I needed in order TO be able to fully inhabit my soul purpose work much later. The main gift of this, I am now realizing, was being able to land more in my much needed personal healing. I needed the grist of having a job (or several) in order to feel myself and parts of me more strongly, to have them pushed up to the surface by their different reactions so that I could feel and heal what I was being asked to during this phase.This also taught be how to navigate and flow with life while engaging in deep inner work. This created a profound lifestyle change that is still evolving today, right along with me. There is a bigger trust in life that I didn’t have back when this all first began, but in hindsight I can now understand it… I needed to trust deeper that if this is what life was showing me I needed to do, there would inevitably be something big in it for me. Perhaps one of the biggest gifts I can cultivate from having gone into the gift of every single job I’ve had as an adult, is that I can now digest it in writings like this one, with a desire to help you find your own way to more trust in the choices life is offering you (regardless of what soul group you belong to!). Finding stability is an act of self love and care. We may need to make choices that de-stabilize us for a phase too, but we ready ourselves for that by allowing ourselves to actually HAVE stability for a while, laying a healthy groundwork inside of ourselves to be able to find our way with sanity.

 

It’s easy as young people fresh out of university or college, to feel imprisoned by debt. There can be a lot of guilt around wanting to bail on it or maybe some self-image pieces around declaring bankruptcy because of it. I feel strongly like debt actually IS a prison sentence that we are ALLOWING to be real for us. It is another way to be distracted from our true healing and soul purpose work by feeling predominantly like victims to the systems we are trying to shift and change. Well, what I feel to be more and more true these days, is that these systems are already collapsing in on themselves, because they were always meant to. Love has already won. There is no real battle to fight here, we just have to find ways to climb out from under the rubble. Feeling angry or upset is so normal and expected and indeed, for phases we do need our outrage (I’m especially talking to Indigos here, feels like) in order to help move things along, yet, if you think about it, who is that outrage meant to ultimately serve, but YOU? Whatever, wherever it leads you to, it is the path you are choosing and the path you most need at this moment. Feeling knocked sideways by the realm of money, is a symptom of something inside of US that needs to be felt and healed. As we choose to go inward, the systems will be and ARE collapsing outward. Your outrage is a roadmap to your inner world of pain and desire, both, and you DO have an effect on the collective on different levels whether you decide to go in and heal or not…

 

This philosophy is so applicable to any area of our life where we feel we would like to experience more abundance or an easier flow. Going inward about it is where we can feel and experience our true power and alchemy. We are infinitely creative beings, all of us. Though it’s difficult to understand at times why we seem to be struggling to get ahead, especially if we are conscious at all about the HUGE souls we are and the importance of what we came here to do and lead, we must stop looking outside of us for answers, for we are literal packages of goodies and shadow, both, that need love and care to unpack. We are hardwired for being a part of the deconstruction and reconstruction of the changes going on in this world, and as such, we must be grounded by doing this from the inside, first and most importantly. ❤

Kings of Heart: Arising of the Sacred Masculine Blog Series

This moment we all find ourselves in is extraordinary.  We are in the midst of a great awakening from all that we have been asleep to.  We are being exposed to more light codes, rising vibrations, and a thinning of the veil between dimensions.  These are all meant to assist us on the next phase of our journey with Mother Gaia and our own growth as a soul toward more and more remembrance as our essence of Love.  Much is discussed about our general human relationship to ascension, all of the ebbs and flows, ups and downs, but it feels important to feel into our dualistic expression as male and female to see how it can affect how we experience and engage in these energies.

At the core we are All One.  But we chose to partake in the dual as a way to experience Love as Other.  To be a conduit for Love to experience itself in its infinite possibility.  In that dual state we chose to learn in a more masculine or feminine form.  The lessons and challenges are the same on a very human level but there are others that lend themselves more specifically to one or the other.  This is the path we chose to walk out.  

This is a time of a great rebalancing on Mother Gaia.  There has been an over abundance of wounded masculine, or Yang, energy that has served as a wake up call to our need to balance with the more Sacred Feminine.  This energy exists in both men and women, however has been more energized in the male form. I do not judge Yang energy as negative.  It is vital to all of life and is sacred in its purest and most healed expression.  There was a purpose behind this disequilibrium.  It will all be more understood as the nature of our “past” and “future” find themselves in our current state of NOW.  There feels to be a connection to our Atlantean and Lemurian inheritance that may be at play here.  At least that is how it is coming to me in my personal discovery with my guides.  It is all play here and part of the masculine healing is to feel and engage in intuition, while taking in what has already been learnt about this dimension.  

During this “time” of great peace and abundance, there was a more balanced male.  Leaders and creators of great reverence and wisdom, co-creating in tandem with the feminine.  Somewhere there was great influence by more negatively polarized BEings that caused a shift in consciousness that brought the end of this civilization.  The psychic grid lowered in density and thus the veil emerged to eclipse the conscious memory of what once was (and still is).  However, its legacy lives on in our DNA.  We have been affected by that time, I believe, as well as numerous others.  In our masculine expression, we lost something so near and dear to us.  In the collective male psyche, I am exploring the ways in which we may have a suppressed emotive digestion of all that happened and how that has influenced our 3D experience.  The theme, or archetype, is that of The Fallen King.   

In honoring of the lyrics I posed at the beginning I want to bring this “closer to the heart”.  Even if the Atlantis piece doesn’t resonate I feel this theme does.  At least it does for me and I believe I am here to explore it more and with those that feel it too.  There is a particular feeling tone that brings it to the surface of our emotional body.  It may come out as shame, guilt, control, fear, judgment, aggression, and depression.  As the energies I mentioned earlier increase, the “oil” of these repressed emotions and memories will surface.  The question is, how do we as men respond to this influx of emotion that is currently underway?  How do we see ourselves as leaders and co-creators in this dawning Age of Golden Earth?  How do we relate to the Sacred Feminine as the vehicle for our ascending Sacred Masculine?  Where is it that needs healing to fully inhabit this new role similar to, but different from, our intra-dimensional experience?  

These are all questions that I want to explore myself and have you join me in.  I am not an expert on Atlantis and am being guided to feel more than research but I am certainly open to whatever you feel may be of importance.  As part of the healing community called SoulFullHeart I will be using that lens to bring this topic into heart focus.  We are in an epic time and I feel we are on a journey together.  A journey of exploring,  remembering, and experiencing ourselves beyond the limited consciousness we have found ourselves in and are currently awakening to. The feminine is imperative on this journey so I encourage you all to join along.  It is through your heart and soul that we rise again and seek co-creative “power with” through your Yin nature.  Together as men may we arise to embody our Kings of Heart.

An Intro To The SoulFullHeart 7 Key Areas Of Life For Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow Souls Blog Series

In this writing today, I want to take you with me somewhere. Actually, I’d like to set my internal compass for that, with everything I write to you from now on. So this is the invitation: come on this journey with me. See what there is for you to feel into for yourself. Everything I say to you is grounded in my own experience and guidance. This is a personal thing for me and I want to share from this place in my heart that digests and feels everything happening in my own world and then, in turn and yet simultaneously, the world around me. Nothing that I say is “Bible” and everything is “near as I can tell”. That being said, do come with me and collaborate with me! Let’s grow these ideas and experience our own growth and consciousness expansion TOGETHER!

In SoulFullHeart, there are 7 areas of life that we hold to be key for our healing and understanding of ourselves. They are ways in which we can check up on what’s going on for us and how we are relating to life and even ascension. With each of the entries in this series, you may immediately feel a niggle or knowingness of some kind and some doorway into your most inner reality that maybe you haven’t quite gone to yet. Maybe you have actually explored these places before, as I did before meeting Jelelle and Raphael and starting my own SoulFullHeart process. If you can let me, my words, and my energy in, you will be letting in a huge gust of SoulFullHeart love and support for you to continue this exploration into the depths of yourself.

As we talk about ascension, this is where the work must always begin to be on this journey in the most grounded, thorough way possible – inside ourselves. If you follow my favourite show on gaia.com called Cosmic Disclosure, you will have heard Corey and David talk about this need to go inside and heal our hearts or our service to others won’t be as centered in the heart as is necessary right now. I can already feel that this is something so important to each of you taking this in… it was, is, and always has been for me too. This is why I engage so deeply in this work on myself, so that I, in turn, can serve you with love and serve love WITH you, too. What you are receiving now, is an infusion of the overflow of love coming straight from my heart, finding its way into yours. I know that it has often been hard to trust when someone says that they “love you”, especially being the sensitive, huge, inter-dimensional souls that you are, knowing full-well that sometimes we can say that to each other and not really mean it. It’s okay if that’s how you feel. Love is coming at you anyways, from me, from angels, from star beings, from Mother Gaia, and even from you and the love you are made of already.

The 7 key areas of life that I mentioned before, and that I will talk about in depth throughout this series, are: financial, environmental, social, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. I will offer you some words around each of them so that you can let in how we see and feel each area through the SoulFullHeart lens, and how I feel each area applies to you as an Indigo, Crystal, Rainbow, and/or Starseed soul. You might feel some overlap with other healing paths you’ve looked at or been on before, but you’ll also get something brand new out of the experience if you’re open to it. Actually, I suspect I will too, as this is something I’m digesting for my own healing as well. Each area can carry with it some intense challenges for us, as some of us have reincarnated many times, yet some may have not and could be brand new to life here with Mother Gaia. Some areas may also been easier for some of us than others, and we’ll have a look at that together too. As much and as often as possible, I will tie everything back into ascension, since that’s actually the main reason why all or most of us have chosen to incarnate here at this time. You’ll notice that as we ascend, there are different ways in which each area will express in our lives, and I will touch on that as well.

I am a teacher and guide yet I am also a student, and we are all big souls here, learning how to really step into our bigness and express our soul gifts from our ever-healing and expanding hearts. There are many, many places we can go together on this path, and I’m hoping to start some conversations with you who want to learn more but also with you who want to offer how it’s all been for you from your own perspective.

‘Golden Earth Now’ – New Vlog Series with Raphael Awen

I am very excited to announce my new video blog series entitled ‘Golden Earth Now’. The first installment is the video below.

It’s been in the idea stage for a while now, the idea being a place to share via video, the teachings and the flow from my own heart with others who are drawn. In 2016, I experienced a deep visitation experience to Golden Earth that left me longing for more, and left me irreversibly changed. That longing I was told would be fulfilled as I naturally gave myself to sharing freely what I was given and am being given.

This is the beginning of that…

The times we are presently in and entering deeper could not be more alchemical and changing, both for us personally and us together as a collective. With deep change comes both the fear on one hand of tipping over into chaos that doesn’t resolve and leaves us diminished and small, and on the other hand, the exhilaration of the possibility of truly changing and moving beyond what has felt like impenetrable barriers. Staying the same is no longer an option. How do we ride such waves?

In this first video of a new series called ‘Golden Earth Now’, spiritual teacher Raphael Awen launches an intention and makes an invitation for others to hop on this bus that is about to leave the station.

This series will explore heart, words and energy on a regular basis that will point us all in the direction of our true heart and soul home – Golden Earth or New Earth or 5D Earth -, while letting us feel and heal fears that keep us living below our birthright.

The Love “Misfits”: Ascension And Healing For Indigo And Crystal Souls

I come from a thing called “Gen Y”. I feel this name is apt, because myself and those in my age group ask the question “why” an awful lot! I’m not sure when exactly I started asking this question, but I’m sure I was pretty young at the time, maybe even just learning to talk… 

My sense is that we’re supposed to be the generation who does this asking questions thing, or at least get the ball rolling on it. Millennials have the chance to deepen this questioning even further, and so many of them are doing just that. When I see what’s going on with them and how they’re often marginalized by older/other generations, I get why they would be. They, and those of my generation too, are meant to be game-changers. Many of them feel drawn to activism, veganism, community, and/or just generally making different choices than anyone who came before them, with a deep knowing inside them that the systems in place now NEED to shift and change.

Early in my “seeking”years, which really began around age 14, I was labelled as an “Indigo” because of my age, my determination, my desire to share my soul gifts, and the things I was passionate about. I did really identify with this label for a long time, as it explained a lot about me and actually helped me understand myself a bit better. These days though, as I go inside and heal more and more, I feel a more crystalline essence coming through that is transmuting my passion into compassion, my anger into understanding, and my entitlement around sharing my soul gifts or having what I want, into patient gratitude and trust. Through working with inner-punishers and learning to love them, I’m finding that my judgments toward self and others is shifting into healthy discernment with love, helping to keep me from going back into the same frustration loops, that were only ever about making myself suffer anyways. There is much shadow to be worked in the archetype of the Indigo, it feels like to me, at least in the way that most of us have related to it up to now, and ascension is the perfect way to bring that all to light for each of us.

 I stand aligned with Mother Gaia in heart, soul and body and have felt that I am more deeply impassioned and aware of issues regarding her stewardship than some others, which is another trait we as Indigos and Crystals seem to commonly share. In meditation the other day, I connected with Mother Gaia and felt deep tears as she held me with her love, reminding aspects of my soul that worry about her, that she is okay and can take care of herself, ultimately. I feel her inviting us all into a space of feeling love with her in mutual care and reverence, and that all of the anger we have put out towards those who exploit her resources has actually been a negative output of energy that has been more warrior-like than necessary, even while standing in peaceful protest. She does not need an army, but she does need and desire for us to remember the love that we are and are here to offer as we ascend with her and help others do the same. Many of us have forgotten our true power and where it comes from, and have needed to do this for a reason. However, we all have much power to reclaim now and we have SO much support being offered to us to do so, even from Gaia herself!

 Coming into this life as Indigos, Crystals, Rainbows, Starseeds (or a little bit of everything, as it feels like we could be many of these at once), means we have come in to remember who we are and find our way back to the power and powerS we have always had access to in our home frequencies. So much in 3D reality has densified life with our permission, but we do have the choice to start lovingly recognizing this and pushing against it like a springboard. It’s my sense of it, that if this tweaks you, there is some seed inside of you that needs some love-watering and some wounding that needs to be felt and healed so that you can remember more of who you ARE. I don’t think that any of us were ever meant to remain in a long healing process, as we have the innate capacity to heal deeply in short periods of time whenever necessary. There is definitely pain to move through together though, and we aren’t meant to do it alone.

 If this lands in you, it may be that I am meant to serve you. If I am, there is so much heart ground I look forward to navigating with you as we work together to help you remember what you are here to remember! Regardless of the path you choose for your healing and growth, know that your soul and heart capacities are being seen and felt, and that your soul purpose will not go on without you, even and especially while you take time for YOU, to go inside, heal your heart, and express fully from that beautiful place you’re now re-discovering and uncovering!

Honouring Our Necessary Doubts In 4D Consciousness

Though our souls feel drawn to the light and to the most exquisite colours and textures of love imaginable, there can still be a bubbling up of necessary doubts. Necessary in the sense that this is an aspect of us that needs our center to feel, hold and guide it and also, there are plenty of ways in which love actually pushes up these doubts within us, asking us to discern for ourselves what it feels like it is in our lives. Feeling ourselves in this way can really open up a whole other experience of love (and the light of illumination that comes with it) and land it deeper within us. In terms of ascension, we can talk about this as being in 4D consciousness, where there are many questions on our way to our own inner truth and certainty.

Those times of wanting proof, desiring something tangible to land in, looking for a concrete playout of love in our lives and in the world, is something we seem wired up for and it also feels like an invitation to eventually come to a place within ourselves where love can express deeper and more fully, first within us and then outside of us. Sometimes the most incredible and grounded hearts and souls who become spiritual teachers are the ones who have undergone awakenings on many different levels – and I can almost guarantee you that they weren’t afraid to have their doubts along the way.

What is a quest but a journey filled with questions and many different corners to turn and paths to draw and take? Some souls are so big and ancient, that they need those very intense periods of doubt and density in order to find their way through it and into the love polarization again, but this tme, in a much bigger, brighter way than ever before. They are just another expression of love finding its way back to itself through hardships, abuses, and other numerous and often very challenging life circumstances. None of us who are living into embodying ascension are souls who have “had it easy”. Letting this in, we can feel so much more compassion and also reverence for all souls everywhere, no matter what they have chosen. No matter the ways in which timelines shift, we are infinite and we are playing something out for our own growth and the growth of the collective consciousness we are intrinsically connected to.

Doubting is just as sacred as believing. Sometimes these doubts bring us back into the conditioning that many of us were raised with (by culture and birth family), that the more negative outcomes are the ones more real than the positive outcomes. This is also sacred, though that may feel a bit thorny and hard to swallow. For those souls who find it easier to trust that the worst case scenario is always the most likely, that is something that often needs to be walked out and is just as sincere an expression of their power as those souls who choose optimism. There is a thought pattern of “what goes up, must come down” that feels so central to 3D belief systems and is not only about the law of gravity, but also the feeling that being in a higher in vibration and more IN love will ultimately have a big come down and even a crash. There is a way that yes, this has to be true for us at times on our growth paths, as going upward also means coming back down and going inward when necessary, that is, until we don’t need this anymore, which I like to hold that someday will be true for all of us and that for some of us, this is already what’s true! If we can claim that those “crashes”, often signifying some wounding that we need to be with, is just as important as the high of healing, then we offer ourselves and those wounded parts of our hearts and souls a big pillow to land it.

So at the end of the day, as real as “days” are ;), there is nothing to really keep us down and in doubt but ourselves and what we’ve signed up to experience and learn from. In my experience, it feels like as we heal, we can feel more and more a growing center that wants to stay in the more natural “highs” of healing and love flow. If we exclude our doubts from our inner worlds, we could be denying ourselves some healthy discernment and also some more doorways into a deepening experience of what it truly means to be Infinite Love embodied. It seems also, that these doubts can then surface as self-sabotage and more negative play outs if they aren’t felt and negotiated with in the moment. I also feel the Archangels offering me in the moment, that not feeling even these feelings of ours, can actually block them from accessing and truly knowing us, more so than the feelings themselves might! THAT feels like real Divine love to me… a willingness to help us be with what we are feeling and arise with it, rather than bury and rise above it.

You are goodness and love embodied, carving out its way through this world through moment-by-moment choices. Your chosen expression of it is yours alone and every single thing you are feeling through is just as important for your personal growth and ascension as any books you may read or teachers you may lean into. ❤

Negotiating The Soul’s Desires For Change

Your soul stirs, drawn forward by deep impulses. Like a magnet, your soul is drawn to the light, drawn to love, drawn to growth, drawn to inner transformation that arises then in external manifestation. Your soul wants to move out of suffering and into LOVE, even as the ‘suffering’ is held as a necessary ground of growth until it is time to let it go.

This soul draw is PURE and connected to your higher self, the fractal of you from Divine Source, your Divine expression, your sacred human. This draw is resonance, that vibration of “yes!” that vibrates in true tones. This draw is compelling, it invites you to return to it over and over again.

The push and pull, the openings and closings…these are reactions in your 3D self, within parts of you that have learned to modulate desire and draw. These aspects hover over the aperture of your heart and soul; opening and closing, adjusting based on their perception of safety or comfort or fear of getting hurt again. This adjusting of the aperture can be largely unconscious to you and happens in seconds in reaction to many triggers.

Your soul negotiates, feeling compassion for the push and pull aspects of you. Your soul understands and feels with compassion the fear of change, the fear of being hurt again, the fear of rejection, the fear of re-union because there might be more loss that comes, the fear of the unknown. Self love and compassion in response to the fear is what heals the fear, this your soul knows and remembers.

With loving negotiation, the parts of you that are in fear can move into love and trust. This I have witnessed in myself and others over and over…….when fear is held with connection to it, with desire to understand, with TRUE and PURE compassion for self and others then it can let go INTO love and so becomes love.

Yesterday, during a spaceholding session with a beautiful soul, we could feel together how all of the life changes she had made very quickly had moved her toward her soul and were inspired by her soul’s awakening. Yet, there was a part of her that was still ‘shifting through the rumble’ of her old life. Ah, it was so tender to see and feel this part of her who was now ‘homeless’ and in shock in response to so much abrupt change. This part was definitely oriented toward 3D life, and yet, had so many soul gifts to offer her too! I invited her to connect with and feel compassion toward this part of her, to ‘collect’ it from the rumble site and give this part love so that it could lean into trust with her (the higher self frequency that comes through when we ‘separate’ from the fusion). We also felt that any future changes and shifts in her life could be negotiated with this part of her so that less shock would occur and more acceptance.

Life, the Divine, the Universe, Gaia, your soul family, your soul mates, your own soul desires and awakenings will invite you into making changes and going into the unknown. At first, it may be primarily motivated by getting relief from suffering and yet, also it will be motivated more and more by experiencing more LOVE. To bring the push-pull aspects of yourself WITH you is to consciously connect with these energies inside of yourself. Not to make wrong resistance and fear, yet to feel it and love it is what moves it and heals it.

From roots to wings, integrating the ‘this life’ emotional reactions and feelings and woundings with the soul frequencies, karmic playouts, soul gifts of other lifetimes, galactic selves, higher self expression, etc. is the space that we template and create with you and that you experience on your own more and more. It’s a beautiful thing!

The soul will stir, desire, be drawn….it is ‘peeking through’ in some form of expression in ALL of us. The degree it can vibrate and express AS you is related to how you navigate its desires and longings and draws and the resistances that come up.

Eclipse Of The Heart: Shiftings, Re-unions, And Completions

The moon passes in front of the sun, the warmth of the rays are blocked for these moments, and the energies shift across our world. Most of us will not be able to actually see and view the eclipse happening on February 26th, 2017 (unless you live in the Congo, Argentina, Chile, Namibia, Botswana, etc.), yet our souls will feel it, our galactic selves will feel it, and our higher selves are already calibrating to its influence and energy.
 
Most of my focus as a teacher, healer, facilitator has been on the inner cosmos, especially on healing and awakening the emotional body as it integrates and weaves with the soul expressions and embodiment of the higher self. So, my focus has not been so much on reading the grids or cosmic connections or astrology, etc. Recently, though, I have been integrating more and more aspects of my star selves, connecting with my star family (especially the Archturians and Pleidians)…..this organic process has infused me with more cosmic awareness, more sense of connection OUT there which is really rooted inside like everything else.
 
I have become more sensitive to how playouts and movements and events in the stars impact our emotional states, spiritual awakenings, ascension process, and our relationships. I feel that as an emoto-spiritual teacher that it is important for me to bridge what is happening in the sky with how it might manifest and relate to what could be happening for you inside of you, in your personal worlds, in your inner cosmos.
 
When I feel into the eclipse, I get this sense of covering over and then revelation again of the sun, mostly in the heart domains. Just as the sun gets to ‘arise’ again after it has been obscured by the moon, what has been ‘veiled’ over wants to be seen anew. Experiencing darkness in the middle of the ‘day’ is a waking up to what you may be taking for granted. What has been in the dark, wants to come into the light. While the soul awakening frequencies have been amping up and up for so many on this ascension path, these eclipse energies feel PERSONAL to the heart, getting to the real heart of the matter for most people.
 
The comments and questions that I have received lately have mostly been about relationships and specifically romantic unions that have been energized for many years, even decades. Within these relationships, there can be a sense of ‘living with’ what has been while consciously dreaming and desiring MORE….more love, more connection, more resonance, especially in the soul areas. There can be ‘living with’ what has been not as nourishing and even settling for shrinking of body, heart, and soul desires that are blooming from within, yet cannot express in the current ground of the relationship.
 
What you experience on the outside is a reflection of you and, often, in your romantic patterns with your partner (and other close relationships with friends and family), you are experiencing a version of you that wants YOUR attention that is represented by them. If someone feel stuck to you or not awake or not in synch or depressed or too linear or much more literal….you can look inside and FIND that you have a part of you that is JUST LIKE THEM, but has been suppressed. The part of you that is judging them (even if there is true discernment there, you can feel it is judgement when love is being withheld, primarily toward yourself!) is actually deeply judging the part of you that is JUST LIKE THEM. I am emphasizing this being just like them piece because it can be such a suffering loop and trap to feel what your partner/friend/family member is somehow NOT just a reflection of some part of you. You become in argument and fight against them on some level then, just like is happening inside of you from one aspect of you to another.
 
As you can bring the reflection that your partner (or friend or family) is offering and find the place inside that is like them, connect, and heal and feel this aspect…THEN the ground of TRUE discernment is available to you. THEN you can feel if you want to continue in the relationship ground or not, even as there is still love there. It is possible that the relationship ground will collapse and complete once you feel the part of you that was needing to be felt and being expressed by your partner. Although it is also possible that a whole new ground will arise between you and the partner as it clears of the projection energies.
 
If you feel as if you are settling in relationships, this you have allowed until you no longer need to allow it because you are connecting to and healing the previously suppressed part of you that you NEEDED to have reflected by your partner or friend or family until you didn’t any longer. This need to have this reflection is what people can mistake for resonance in relationships, when actually, it is what a client recently called ‘sticky’ or codependent at its roots. Sticky relationships are based primarily in subconscious unfelt need RATHER than health and soul bonds.
 
The SOUL, the 5d higher self, WANTS to seek for revelation inside AND outside. The SOUL is OPEN to eclipses of the heart. For things to be revealed and in that revelation to arise new or to fall away and complete. The soul doesn’t want to spend moments settling; it wants to move on and experience the possibilities of growth that come from letting go of what needs to be completed while love remains in the heart.
 
ALL phases are sacred, of course, and necessary for your growth and are there because you have allowed them to be there, on a higher level. YET, there is so much support for this revelation into honesty, to take an honest look at your relationships and feel them from this ground of heart AND soul nourishment. And then to take action, make changes, based on what you see and feel. This transition, if it leads to completion of the relationships, can be held with SO MUCH self love and love for other. It is a difficult and painful transition to be sure, as the unbinding happens of the hookups and connections AND the goodness that is there too. I do not offer this is in a casual way as relationships and relationality are, to me, the PRIMARY ground for which our soul growth and awakening moves and I hold very high reverence for them. The relationship within which then expresses outward being the main ground for transformation….
 
The eclipse offers us a symbolic picture of what can happen inside of us; the obscuring of the light, the re-emerging of the light into our experience…the digestion of the ‘event’ which then brings about shiftings that lead to re-union or to completion. And ALL of it held by love in service of love.
