Deeper Intimacy With Self Through The Explorations With Money

Wow, what a topic money is. I feel so many layers and parts wrapped into the explorations with money. One of the things that Jelelle Awen offered in the SoulFullHeart Free To Be Two group call about money this week, was how some can relate to money as a false god. This landed straight away as what I experienced within my family, how earning money gave meaning to life and felt like the only meaning to life as there was no spirituality or religion in my upbringing. I feel how my Inner Masculine, David, took this on and how my Inner Child, Yazzy, was stifled by this. Since she was always so multi dimensional, she didn’t believe this to be true, but as there was no one bringing any other meaning, she became capped by that.

I remembered a time when a male family member said to me that ‘money is the only thing that matters in the world’. At the time, I was blown away that anyone could believe that. As I feel it now, I feel so much density in that picture of our world, the lack of joy or spaciousness in it. As I feel David, I sense this energy within him as the conditioning he received from birth family members. 

Right now I am in a transition into a new way of being and earning money, that is bringing light to David’s relationship to money.  I hold and feel a lot of trust around money after years of transitioning and exploring money. This transition has grown into a deeper awareness and understanding of a greater meaning of life, as well as what abundance looks and feels like to me. 

I have learnt that abundance is many things. Not only money, but time, connection, vulnerability with others, space to BE. These all feel like abundance to me. I am coming to know and feel that my inner feeling of abundance is what draws abundance on the outside including financial abundance, even as that is still growing. For David, I feel him seeing this abundance coming in and seeing money coming in for offering my Soul Gifts, but he still does not FEEL abundant.

The group call has helped me feel this with him, his reality more of distrust and lack that he has been in and learnt throughout this 3D experience, sure that has been the 3D experience. One of the core beliefs I feel held in David is, ‘there is never enough money’., I see how much this creates that reality for us because he is so focused on ‘there is never enough’. He cannot appreciate or acknowledge it as it is coming in. I feel how it is the ability to be grateful for what IS, in the moment, that draws more of that thing to you, which of course is a journey, not something you can create through bypassing feeling the lack of gratitude. 

I feel how this lack of money belief is actually a cover up for lack of love, connection, communication and boundaries, it feels like. Money becomes this huge focal point when there is no other meaning to life. Money has become this huge elephant in the room, where we think about it, worry about it, are anxious about it, but we do not really honestly talk about it, at least in my experience and in this culture of my current geography. The shame, the guilt, the resentment around money is of course going to make it heavy and joyless. This feels like it creates blocks to, and a push/pull within us and our relationship to money, as well as abundance in general. 

I feel the lack of joy the Inner Masculine can hold around life in general, which then seeps into his relationship with/to everything else in life. I feel David feeling joyless, I feel him longing to experience joy as my other parts do, his sadness that he cannot seem to meet them there. Yet I feel how no one has ever asked him what he likes, what the meaning of his life is, and how he has been disempowered throughout this 3D experience too.

So now there is this new ground to walk out with him, where he is included and wanted, where he gets to feel and heal too because he is valued by me through this process. So this is where talking about money leads us, perhaps not straight away to more money, although I feel that coming in but to deeper connection, understanding and intimacy with our parts, and with each other eventually too.

Becoming Conscious To Our Relationship To Money As Love

The first topic in our upcoming SoulFullHeart Free To Be series (beginning tomorrow) is about money and soul purpose work. It feels like an important piece to feel through, especially during these very volatile times. 

There are so many facets to money and our relationship to it, like a multi-headed hydra. It is called a ‘necessary evil’. It is said to be the ‘root of all evil’. There is no doubt money itself has a big impact on our lives. It is the 3D currency of exchange…for now. A big topic right now is that of a UBI, or Universal Basic Income, as well as a Global Currency Reset. These things are certainly making their way through consciousness, yet they are not here in the physical quite yet. 

Instead of going into the minutiae of these specific ideas and plans, I wish to turn the spotlight inward. What is your current relationship to money? Let’s take the paper and digits out of the equation and focus on the energy and feeling. 

Money represents basic survival in its lowest common denominator. This could be held by our more 3D parts such as the inner mother/father, Inner Protector, or even the Inner Teenager if they had to be self-sufficient at an early age. All of these parts have their own concerns and needs that tend to go to a very existential place. Meeting them there helps to get to a bedrock of existence that has been projected onto money itself. 

Energetically, with that fear in our field, the ebb and flow of money itself will morph to that narrative and belief system. It will make the case for this part of you that it is scarce and difficult to attain. If you dig deeper, you may find that what these parts of you are really after is to feel loved. For what we really want is more than just to survive. It is to feel alive and it is Love that provides that, not money ultimately. 

This may be compounded by many Metasoul lifetimes that are currently living in scarcity, poverty, and/or squalor. Meeting these aspects and bringing them into a higher love frequency, held by You and your Higher Self, can help the flood of these energies into your Now. 

One way to get to some bedrock places around your relationship to money is by completing a simple sentence frame in as many different ways that come to you. They may seem varied because each part of us holds a different relationship to it. You can parse that out later but for now just write.

Money always….

Money never….

Now those are very polarized sentences but it is on purpose. It is meant to draw that out if it lives inside of you. An exercise like this really helps to separate You from your Reaction. The Reaction is a fused state of consciousness. It is really unconscious. As you take a step back you begin to actually become more conscious of it. THIS is where your power is. Not so much how you can earn more or get more but how you relate to it that really gets the wheels of manifestation greased. An interesting thing to do when you are done is to replace the word ‘money’ with ‘Love’ and see what happens. 

Love and money are strange bedfellows. They seem like they live in different universes let alone galaxies. The thing is everything lives within the domain of Love. Money, sex, violence, joy, bliss, scarcity, abundance, and, yes, evil. The quest is, can we start to unravel the story that parts of us have fused to around money and truly feel we live in Providence…the state of being provided for by The Divine. If we find ourselves gripping on money, we need to feel the part of us that does not believe that Providence exists.

Feeling In Every Moment Changes Your Life

Sometimes there’s more to feel than there is to ‘do’. Actions born of your deepest feeling spaces are the ones most connected to your heart, parts, and self-care. They happen while you take yourself with you in all ways.

It feels so natural to me now to be in any situation in my life and be feeling my parts or Metasoul aspects while doing so. I love taking them all with me. It doesn’t feel crazy or weird to me anymore and it doesn’t feel overwhelming either. In fact, learning to feel myself in this way has helped so much with the overwhelm I used to feel in my daily life.

If you’re someone who identifies with anxiety or depression or anything like it, imagine a reality where you can feel these things as parts of you that need your love and attention. Imagine being in a social situation and feeling the activation of the social anxiety a part of you has, but not feeling like this anxiety IS you and instead is something you understand and are learning to love deeply. What if this anxiety comes because you’ve needed it, parts of you have needed it, as a reason to pull out of less-than-nourishing relationships, even for a brief time to collect yourself?

Having a deep consciousness and awareness of your emotional reality on a soul and heart level opens up whole new worlds of understanding your reality, why you’ve drawn what you’ve drawn, and how to start shifting it into health, balance, and more love within and outside of you too.

There’s an invitation and opportunity to dig in instead of accept what has always felt to simply be ‘true’ about you… and to give something brand new the chance to be birthed. Life and this ongoing Ascension process do not want the ailments, pain, and difficulty to endure or remain. Yet, it’s up to your sovereign choice whether or not you are ready to face and heal the trauma by feeling it deeply and giving it air and room to become something different.

Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life – Financial Area: From 3D Money To 5D Abundance

In this third video on the financial area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their perspective on shifting from 3D money-focus to a 5D abundance-focus. They share openly about their experience with contributing their income to and sharing money as a conscious community and how this is made possible through parts work – being with the parts of you that have different reactions to money and different conditioning around it too.

Ascension invites you into a different picture in all areas of your life, including the financial area. Moving from 3D to 4D to 5D is a process of being with all of the tensions from parts of you as you deepen your awakening and healing experiences and integrate them into your life. Money making in a 3D sense can become an anchor for parts of you to hold on to 3D as a reality, meanwhile your soul has other plans and desires. It is important to navigate and create a bridge between your deepening and expanding journey back to the love that you ARE and your life as you’re choosing to live it right now. This definitely applies in the world of finances and can’t really be avoided, as this is an area that often leaves parts feeling powerless and victimized.

Moving into 5D abundance, as Gabriel and Kalayna experience and offer it, means that you are able to see, feel and experience true abundance that comes from within. You’re able to feel a flexibility when it comes to going where your heart and soul are being called to go and investing financially in your healing, however necessary for your next steps. Being with parts of you helps to free up the flexibility, creative thinking, intuition, and resourcefulness you’ll need to truly inhabit a 5D abundance, service-of-love based consciousness.

Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life – Financial Area Personal Process

In this second video on the financial area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their unique perspective that is based on their own personal processes in this area. This area is one that parts tend to have the most reaction to and therefore it is an excellent area in which you can explore who you are now, have been so far in your life, and who you’d like to be as your process deepens.

The financial area challenges you, like all other areas of life, to feel what you are truly worth and what it is your most deeply want. As Kalayna and Gabriel share in this video, the process in this area is one with many steps and layers as you wade through, feel, and negotiate ongoingly with parts of you that are invested in it in one way or another.

In her personal sharing, Kalayna talks about layers of entitlement that parts of her have had around money-earning or being able to somehow automatically live a life dedicated to her vocation as a healer and have that be the main source of income. Her process has been one of digging deep within to feel and be with the parts who have held this energy of wanting to skip the step of finding financial stability that could provide her with the means to truly invest a growth process that she very much needed. She offers that parts have deep conditioning around what it means to have to work a “3D job” even while you are having profound awakening experiences.

Gabriel shares about his personal process with moving out of a 13+ year career as a tenured elementary school teacher and the dwindling nest egg of savings that part of him had great attachment to and anxiety around. He offers some key pieces to feel around the idea of letting go of 3D-based money-earning and savings from a 3D-based job or career in order to let in the new possibility of earning money with the intention of deepening your awakening experiences and helping them integrate into your life, not dampen them or try to shut them out.

Both Kalayna and Gabriel are part of the emoto-spiritual conscious community of SoulFullHeart, earning income as online ESL teachers online while also earning donation money through their work as SoulFullHeart Facilitators. This money that they earned is shared among the core Facilitators and Teachers and somehow they have found their way in this picture for almost five years now!

Shifting From 3D Money Earning To 5D Abundance

Ongoingly throughout your personal Ascension process, there are challenges brought to you in all areas of your life. The financial area of life is one in particular that likely holds much charge and reactivity from parts of you, especially parts that make up the 3D Self, and understandably so given the amount of conditioning there is around it and the amount of suffering too. Parts can truly become attached to the suffering as a sort of handrail. It’s that idea of comfortable discomfort again, which as you continue awakening, becomes only more and more obvious to you!

To enter a more spacious ground around money, it’s a good reminder that truly satiating abundance does not live in numbers… it lives in deep heart and soul nourishment, soul and heart “food” of exchanges with others who you are in deep resonance with on all levels. There is a depth to real abundance that does not show up in the ways that your 3D Self parts have been conditioned to believe that it will. It can only be experienced in your life through your willingness to say “no” to everything that doesn’t feel like it comes from true self-love and worth and all that you are now outgrowing too.

Awakenings are challenging enough… and then there is the money world that you are supposed to somehow navigate as well! There can be SO much energy of money being “against” spirituality, especially coming from the 4D Self and what it could be that your own soul has witnessed or been a part of related to money in other lifetimes/timelines.  Yet, it can be a grounded support of your spirituality and expanding consciousness in this current world where we still need it and an opportunity to help sustain and even boost our spiritual growth trajectory. Money earning sets an intention. It can fuel your deeper awakenings, not dampen them, by being invested in processes, inner work that feels like lifeblood to you, and invested too in helping you make MORE space for yourself and your needs, not less. It is there to be invested with energy and love INTO love.

We feel there is still very much a need for an energy and intention exchange between us as Facilitators and those who choose to become Facilitants. It becomes a big part of your heart and soul trajectory and healing. Money is a thing we can tangibly see, touch, smell. Yet it is only one level of the reality of what you bring with you into your overall picture of your desire to heal and to deepen your ongoing Ascension process. The old 3D picture of money-earning is one of a cycle of earning money only to spend it and often to maintain a lifestyle that only goes so deep for you… the latest smartphone tech cannot feel you. Dinner at a fancy restaurant with friends or your spouse cannot satisfy you if these connections are not based in having your deepest heart and soul social needs met. Money cannot ever buy parts of you the love that they want MORE of… the heart and soul “food” nourishment that can only come from resonant soul family connections and a deepening connection with yourself, your parts, your galactic and Metasoul aspects, too. Though, when invested in YOU and in your growth path, it CAN and WILL help you draw the resources you need to keep moving inward and UPward, and the most satisfying experiences of love you can imagine and beyond, to boot!

Whatever the current money picture is that you are living out… at the end of the day, this whole process is all about self-love and worth and inhabiting your truest sense of power in the world, and any process that provides you with THAT ground, is one that will truly lead you to where you most want to BE, who you most want to BEcome, and the resonant hearts and souls you most want to BE with! This is 5D abundance in a tangible form. And this is what makes it all worth it. ❤

Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life – Financial Area Intro

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, discuss the financial area of life and the different ways in which we relate to it from the perspective of our 3D, 4D, and 5D Selves. There is so much projected onto money by parts of us that relate to it in many different ways, often with a lot of charge, fear-polarization, and unworthiness.

There are many different ways in which this area of life is related to and for each generation, the approach is a bit different. For Kalayna and Gabriel, their processes around money and the financial area of life have been very different yet have had some common threads. They share some pieces of their personal processes in this video, though they will share much more in the next video in this area.

How parts of us feel about and relate to money is also how parts of us feel about and relate to love. If it doesn’t feel as if it is in flow and if it feels like a tighter budget means less happiness, then there is likely an over-attachment to money representing love, self-worth, and overall abundance capacity. There is so much self-punishment in this area and acute unhappiness. To genuinely feel the true abundance of life, which encompasses and flows into all areas including the financial area, is a process of really feeling with parts of you where the focus on “lack” is rooted in your templating from birth family, friends and culture, and overall 3D conditioning. Moving more into 4D can mean more financial “crises” arising, as you choose to transition away from jobs/careers that do not match your emerging sense of soul purpose, or as life presses you into moving away from these jobs, sometimes without the open negotiation between you and your parts happening first. Ascending into more of a 5D consciousness in this area means that you are drawing abundance in all forms and do not feel an over-attachment to money as love or an expression of your self-worth. If you are in 5D consciousness while money is still necessary in your life and where you are living, there is an inherent trust that it will work itself out, that you have everything you need, and that you are willing to be with the parts of you that don’t feel this, that aren’t with you in 5D just yet, recognizing how the dips and valleys and layers of this feeling space are what offer you deeper and deeper healing and a deeper conscious connection to abundance of love at the heart of it, once the other side of the process is reached. Actually, this applies to all areas of life from the 5D Self’s perspective!

Patreon Money UPdate: January, 2018

The last moments of ‘Enero’, or January as its known in English, with our dancing moon today, and it feels like a wave of gratitude again for a changing expanding timeline in every way, including financially for us at SoulFullHeart. We’ve been feeling and having ‘surplus’ and some giant new desires to go with that surplus.

We began ‘trans-parent-izing’ our money picture each month a few months ago with a ‘Month End Money UPdate’. The desire and experiment in doing this is to offer a grounded picture of our world to those who are drawn to us and our world, and would like to be a part of it financially. There is a way, as they say, that ‘money doesn’t lie’. So today, again, allow me to ‘show you the money’. 🙂

After a few year long trajectory of radically ‘deconstructing’ our relationship to money and career, and patiently letting in a new and arising one, including coming to the edge of several ‘cliffs’ along the way, and even taking a few guided cliff jumps as well, we are now in an arising ‘constructive’ phase of SoulFullHeart creation and community.

This month saw 5 or 6 new Facilitants choose to enter weekly SoulFullHeart process and sessions, as well as several new people planning on beginning sessions. At the moment we have eleven active Facilitants. We also had one person join us for a life changing ten day immersion visit, (we were all changed) that we see happening more and more. We also formalized our plans for the ‘UK in May’ as I’m calling it at the moment. Our beloved cocoon of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico is drawing to a close. We are now planning on relocating to Glastonbury, England, this year, where we feel a whole new layer of SoulFullHeart finding its way in the world.

Ultimately, we’d like to draw more heart interest, more love and the more money that comes with that, and roll it all back into, yet again, more love.

The ‘UK in May’ budget currently stands at around 21,000 USD for the five us, and 2 dogs. The items in this amount, in order from largest to smallest are: airfare, first and second months rent, dentist, clothing, some debt to pay off for recently purchased computer equipment, 3 used Macbook Pros and a used Iphone, luggage, visa entry fees, and veterinary.

SoulFullHeart’s Monthly Money UPdate for November 2017

The 5 of us lived comfortably this month on $740 USD per person!

This is a product of an ongoing deep reboot with our relationship to money and career.

I know how crazy $700 a person sounds for a comfortable enough living arrangement to Western ears, as we used to live in Canada on much more.

We are very much looking to increase our income to enter some new timelines, and even return soon to Canada, and that will take some new money flow for sure, but I can’t tell you how great it has been to pull the plug on an old relationship to money. Some years ago, Jelelle and I (2 of us as opposed to 5) used to live on 10 times that amount while longing to put our deeper sense of calling first in our lives.

We very much can feel this new money timeline arising, and we wanted to document it and share it as we go, on a monthly basis with these Patreon posts as a way of transparentizing our own ongoing shifts in our relationship to money out to those we serve to help foster people’s own similar shifts.

Here’s a look at our money flow for this month: November, 2017.

(all figures in US Dollars)

$3,701 – Total Revenue for November (which was just over the recent 7 month average of 3,543).

Revenue breakdown as follows:

$2,271 – Gabriel and Kalayna’s English Teaching through VIPkid.

$202 – This month there was a bit of money from some online work gigs through UPwork that Kalayna and Raianna did with a little help from Gabriel and I.

$1,032 – Sessions Donations are back on the way up as a new wave of people are responding. We ask for a minimum donation of 55 USD per weekly session.

$140 – Group Call Donations for our one Group Call this month. Minimum donation is 11 usd to participate.

$42 – General Donations through Patreon and Paypal. We received one new monthly supporter this month for $25 usd.

$14 – Book Sales of Jelelle’s Books

On the Expenses side of things, we have:

$685 – Total Rent for 3 living spaces

$30 – 2 Zoom accounts for Sessions and Group Calls

$91 – Bank Service Fees and Payment transfer fees

$8 – Netflix

$75 – Internet – Total for 5 modems (where else can you get internet for $15.00?)

$97 – Monthly payments on 2 new laptops

$10 – Website Hosting

$996 – Total fixed expenses!

The rest ($541 per person) goes to food, clothes, a tiny bit on fuel, a bit at Starbucks and our wish list for home and recreation, etc..
