Moving With The Inner Fire/Glow Cultivated Through Lion’s Gate

This Lion’s Gate birth canal has been real… it’s been a ride of moving through fogginess and opening up again to clarity on the other side of that. It’s been a time of feeling set aglow and even on fire… the burning away of what was false but also the lighting UP of the renewed heart and healing soul. The fire needed in order to set healthy boundaries with passion and compassion too. The fire needed in order to make changes from the inside out that have been baking and shaking things up from within in response to our outer worlds too.

When I took this selfie, I had just been feeling my own timeline transition, inside and out. Saying ‘goodbye’ to a beloved geography and letting in where I’m physically going (finally) after months of delay. The sobriety and the excitement are both real, in their full range of inner experiences. There’s uncertainty but there’s desire. There’s a new glow and flow yet too, there is always powerful process to be with.

I can feel how everyone on this planet has had their ‘pot stirred’ by the energies coming in… how at times there are few words to really describe this experience but it’s all very real and visceral too. Sometimes the emotional waves move through and it’s hard to trace or track it (parts of me have tried) but we can all trust that they’re leading us somewhere good. We’re in mourning and shock too collectively and individually as more truths get unearthed and in that experience we are feeling all sorts of reactions and responses. There’s also new waves of bliss that we can access in support of feeling through these reactions, which are necessary to give air to.

I feel the ‘Lion Pride’ we all share and are part of as sacred humans, agreeing to these experiences we’re walking out together in unity at times and in ‘separation’ too when necessary. We’re all here for reasons we can’t always track or understand, but at the end of the day, as long as we are cultivating the flowers of love, even and especially in the dark hours and phases, we are doing just fine… ❤

The Sacred Wound Of Intimacy And Vulnerability

Intimacy and vulnerability are the benchmarks of our sacred humanity. Without them we are avoiding our whole being, shadow and light alike. These are by far the most difficult parts of the healing process in my personal experience. Parts of us feel more comfortable on their own, with animals, or connecting to the stars than they do with other human beings. Given our vast soul stories, it is easy to understand why.

Authentic and conscious feeling is something that we have been conditioned and protected from doing. In feeling and owning what is real, there is a fear of being seen, of losing everything we have built up around us, or of getting swallowed up in the pain, and maybe even ecstacy! Being vulnerable is bringing to the surface that which is uncomfortable and/or sensitive.

At the core of this fear is a sacred wound that many of us are being drawn to heal. At the soul, or Higher Self level, we may find ourselves drawing situations that are meant to bring us to the precipice of this wound for in order to truly grown and evolve we are meant to face these wounds/fears once and for all. For me this is what has brought me into deep community with SoulFullHeart.

As I have moved back into closer proximity and soon heading off to Glastonbury with everyone, I am reminded that this is not just spiritual tourism. It is an opportunity to heal my intimacy wound as well as the Metasoul lives that are still in play in the 4D geography of the UK. What other lifetimes exist within me that struggle with intimacy? Being ‘on location’ brings me closer, more intimate, with these lifetimes and Metasoul brothers and sisters.

This becomes a prime example of how each moment is a portal into our sacred humanity if we chose it to be. We have access to so much inside of us yet we chose to acknowledge just a thin slice. Again, for very good reason. The true courage is not in the solving or the fighting, but in the feeling. The human heart is the first and final frontier. It is the doorway to our soul. The thing is, it has been through a lot of shit. A lot of fucked up experiences. It may still be. Yet, its healing IS our salvation, not the ignorance of it.

Life Phase Completions From The Inside, Out

Sincere ‘goodbyes’ and epic ‘hellos’…

We don’t really ever ‘complete’ phases of life or relationships with others unless the cycles of reaction to the completion and the relationship or phase itself completes with parts of you.


This only really happens when we INvest in relationship to them, which is a deep love relationship with ourselves. It’s the end of suffering loops and telling the same stories over and over again to try and digest what happened. Looping tells us that parts of us haven’t moved on yet. And from there we get to ask ‘why?’ and feel their reasons for hanging on so tight.

For a ‘goodbye’ to be sincere, to a geography, relationship, job, etc, there’s a need to feel the ‘goodbye’. This is what lets in the next ‘hello’. This is what sets the tone for the next phase of truly letting in the new. That doesn’t mean that old reactions or stories won’t come up. But it does renew our commitment to continuing to show up for ourselves and our parts in all of that.


Feeling this as I continue to complete with my geography and householding life phase here in Canada, as well as complete some loops that parts of me are still going into in moments with souls I’ve recently completed my relationship with. It’s all a deep journey and even in the emotional waves, my god, I wouldn’t want to be doing, being, or feeling anything else!


Much, much love to you during this epic time on this epic planet, where suffering within all of us is invited to come to deep completion and new waves of the realization of the love we all ARE can come in anew!

Lion’s Gate Crop Circle Update: Sacred Masculine Activations To Heal The Love Of Power – August 9, 2020

A new and dynamic crop circle formation has been reported today August 9th at Woolstone Wells, Nr Uffington Castle, Oxfordshire, UK! This one ‘appeared’ most likely overnight during the peak of this Lion’s Gateway that we are still within.

I felt a strong activation from this formation immediately, stimulating energy already running up and down the spine as it comes in/downloads through the upper chakras (Personal Sun, Soul Star and Crown). I felt a sacred masculine frequency to this (rather than Kundalini/Divine Feminine) that seems to originate from the Great Cosmic Sun in alignment with the powerful Sirius energies.

These are energies of Divine Father support, love, and goodness to heal the wounded masculine that impacts and effects and lives within us all personally and collectively. Sirius Lion energies are of the healthy, noble, and humble leader…..the empathetic, compassionate and vulnerable king.

Healing the love of power seems to be an aspect of the energies being offered right now during this Lion’s Gate as we see so much of this struggle in our world right now. The Matrix is fed by the love of power over others and the ‘attainment’ of it. It collapses as each of us chooses on a soul level to align with the power of love instead….the only TRUE and INFINITE and PURE power in the Universe. All other forms of power are illusionary, temporary, and ultimately dissatisfying to the soul.

Each soul is walking out this journey of discovery for themselves and in their own timing. Those of us who have been anchored into the power of love frequencies through a LONG deconstruction and purification process over many lifetimes can radiate out this possibility to all those who need to receive it.

Radiating out love rather than absorbing fear supports us too during this transitional time.

I feel so much love for the masculine with this formation and available with Divine Father in this Now, with our soul aspects who are masculine, with the Lion Sirius energies, with men and for the inner masculine within us all!

Lion’s Gate & Crop Circles Update: Cosmic Christmas & Galactic Activations Available NOW

Lion’s Gate & Crop Circles Update: Today, August 8th 8:8, is the Lion’s Gateway, peak of the galactic alignment with the planet Sirius. As Sirius rises in the sky, Orion’s Belt aligns with the Pyramid of Giza. From our viewpoint from Gaia, Sirius (as the brightest star in the sky) comes closer to us. We have often called this day “Cosmic Christmas” for the gifts that it can bring on the soul level.

Sirius is a STRONG and powerful source of soul activations, upgrades, and Ascension frequencies. As we connect to our soul aspects from Sirius, we can receive codes that bring us into our next levels of awakening. They often appear as feline beings with blue skin tones, although that can vary.

The veils are lifted during this gateway and the capacity to see/feel/know other lifetimes and timelines is revealed. Our soul aspects who live in ‘Ancient Egypt’ become visible and knowable to us especially during this time. These aspects are often more tuned into these higher spiritual energies that have often been covered over in our modern times. There is much to learn from soul gift exchange with our Egyptian aspects. So if you are drawn to that time period, especially right now, this is a sign of that connection being ripe and available to you for exploration and discovery.

As I meditated this morning, I connected with Sela, my blue feline-humanoid Lionness Queen from Sirius. As we touched third eyes together, She offered me waves of calm support and spacious grace. As I’ve been going through some deeper layers of trauma wound healing with my inner child (pushed up by a recent dental procedure) and some more death/rebirth phases too on a soul level, her frequencies felt soothing and expansive. I had this sense of cool water flowing over little fires everywhere within and to the places in the world where fires are literally burning as the Cabal/Matrix collapses.

Sela seemed to deeply feel and understand the energies of death and rebirth going on for humanity right now, as her species has gone through the Ascension process bliss mess phases and stages as well. The peaking of these energies seems to be these last weeks leading up to the pivotal U.S. election with increasing violence, contention, riots, protests, shut downs, indictments, division, etc. She offered compassion for the messy transition we are in as we stumble and fumble through the dark to find our way into the light.

She then showed me flashes of the most recent crop circle formations, all appearing in the Wiltshire, UK area over the last few days. Sela encouraged me to share them with you and invited us to feel into whatever messages we receive from them, offering that they are specifically connected to the Lion’s Gate frequencies and the upgrades available during it.

The crop circle formations and Sirius energy remind us of the bigger picture that can lost with so much contentious content. They form a bridge to our galactic nature and the remembering of the assistance and support that is ALWAYS there for us. As we are vulnerable and ask for it, so we can then receive it as love from the Divine in whatever forms and ways we most need.

Sela says now, “Trust the light that you are emerging into as you wake up from your long sleep. Remember that the dark has been a necessary illusion. Forgetting is the illusion. Separation is the illusion. Fear is the illusion.

Love is real. Unity is real. The Light is real. The Divine is real.

The rest is a playout of the illusion that is dying and being slowly reborn into what is real. This process of dying illusion is happening within you and in your world. As you can see this process, you can separate from it and connect to the love that you ARE in any moment. “

Lion’s Gate Energies Activating Higher Timeline Process From WithIN

BIG Lion’s Gate LOVE to all!

This is my favourite time of year, even though (and because) it comes with some profound and growthful challenges, inside and out. We’re always invited into our next steps for our growth, healing, and Ascension during these intense waves of energy during Lion’s Gate and beyond too.

Your beloved Sirian-Lyran/galactic lion(ess) aspects are here to help anchor you into your highest timeline… which always starts from within. Your highest timeline isn’t something that can be grabbed onto, though it can be claimed, and this claim happens from deep within. This claim of what you most desire to become and live into comes not from anything flashy or any outer mark of ‘success’, but from inner work, being willing to feel what is often challenging to feel, and being in your humanity while you also let in your Divinity.

There have been some big activations of our Divine Selves coming through lately, reminding us of our magical essence and capacity to hold the context of what’s happening in our inner and outer worlds, while also navigating the content and being with any pain within that needs us. Doing this through working with parts of you and also Metasoul aspects in other lifetimes is effective and deep. It is a matter of committing to your expansion and awakening through the heart and through some big shifts in lifestyle and relationships which support that ongoing awakening and take it all from ‘theory’ to ‘practice’ and eventually into ’embodiment’.

When I feel my Sirian aspects, which for me are a male and female lion and and lioness named Ortho and Ineerah, they are so embodied and majestic from the inside out. They sparkle and shine with a blue shimmery light. They offer a grounded energy that is also always connected to the Cosmos. They bring my parts and I a lot of comfort and vast empathy, yet they also are very CATalytic. Every year at this time, they invite me into my next level of leadership and service-of-love embodiment while encouraging me to keep detaching from what that looks like or what the outer ‘results’ could be. They are the epitome of royalty and stately presence without flash or glamour. They simply just ARE this energy.

I feel the template they and all Sirian aspects offer all of us in this way. The heart-based leadership and compassion that is always an example of what’s possible for all of us, we just need to keep choosing to move towards it in whatever ways feel accessible to us personally at this and any time.

Relating And Responding To Global Death And Rebirth

My heart is still swirling from the event in Beirut a few days ago. Add to that a larger Event at hand with a pandemic of fear, hate, and rage making its way around the globe currently, it can be easy to feel an apocalypse underway. The narratives of Good vs Evil, Us vs. Them, Just vs. Unjust are all coming to a head on the world’s stage and the collective psyche.

There is no doubt in my mind and heart that a collapse and a revealing is underway. The bigger question is how are we relating to it? When events like what happened in Beirut occurred in my past, I would find myself in a sudden shock and heart pain, but then not too soon after rushing to analysis and conspiracy. There are also many who go down the despair road where the totality of the world’s ills cover them like a dark cloud. I have had those times too.

I choose to honor the deep emotional reactions to these events so that I can be with the feeling first. Let them be held by a ‘bigger’ me that is rooted in a greater context, yet doesn’t go there to bypass the feeling. There is something that gets lost in the analysis/finger-pointing and the despair. There is a personal relationship to what is happening externally as a portal to what is occurring internally.

That may seem like bypassing for many. Sticking our head in our heart is not the same as sticking it in the sand. It is about seeing where our wounding and fears lie in the soularium of our being. What timelines and aspects are triggered with all of these events and information coming at us at warp speed? When we react without first feeling the root of the reaction, we fuse to these timelines and aspects and wind up recapitulating the same scenario all over again.

For me personally, it is this feeling that we, as a collective family, may never heal into our most divinely-appointed timeline. That the fear and hate will envelope us all into a dystopian pit. Then I take that even more personally and can feel the timelines in which I have had aspects in apocalyptic/dystopic timelines. Lots of fear and trauma.

As I connect with them and get to feel what is theirs, then I can feel more of me, and what is mine. This sorting out brings a different perspective and energy from which to act. More love can enter the space and that helps to create the timeline we ultimately want, even the ‘evil-doers’, believe it or not!

We are responsible for our own apocalypse (revealing). We are responsible for which timeline comes into our reality. We get to choose how to relate and how to respond. If we don’t believe that (and I can understand why) we have given away our Divine-given power to truly create a heaven on Earth in the name of righteousness and fear.

Full Moon Illuminates The Need To Be An Ambassador Of Love To The Dark

Last night’s full moon drew me out of bed in the wee hours. It was obscured but oh so mesmerizing as always.

I was reflecting on a session I just had with someone in the afternoon, where we met an ‘entity’ that has been in her room for a few months, usually connected to in sleep. It has not been necessarily foreboding, but a bit of a trickster, yet some understandable fear from the inner child.
She was offered to have it ‘removed’ by someone, and that didn’t quite land square with her heart. Nor mine when I felt it. Many times these energies are seeking to be felt and connected with, they just don’t have a good sense of how to make that happen. Plus parts of us get fear triggers and that can distort the need as well.

We were able to feel together how this being was actually a part of another life dynamic that was connected to another Metasoul sister of hers in another timeline. He was actually seeking forgiveness and needed an ambassador of love to bridge to this timeline and her.
By looking through the lens of love and compassion, something new illuminated. Where once this foreboding figure seemed dark, somewhat scary, and mysterious, it now felt very human and very tender.

This felt to reflect so much of how parts of us see and react to the world around us. In fear, we light and dark. In love, we actually see varying shades of possibility, potential, and compassion with curiosity. We get to choose how we want to relate to that which we either don’t understand or that which we have a deep reaction to.

We are creators within the One Great Creator. Ultimately the Creator Itself experiencing Itself through our consciousness. With all the darkness coming to Light, I wanted this to be a reminder of what we can choose to see and feel about everything around us and in us. Therein lies the true north of our deepest desire to be in Love, with Love, as Love.

The Biggest Conspiracy Theory Of Them All

There’s a lot of growing conspiracy theories floating around lately.

I’d like to float an even bigger one – that the biggest conspirator was and is love, as in The Divine, as in you and me.

Love became narcissistically and hopelessly focused on itself, as it was all there was. ‘All one’ became ‘alone’, landing in the antithesis of itself, it entered through its dis-ease and unease, a death, knowing that a rebirth would follow. It saw no other choice. In dying to itself, it gave birth to a firstborn, a perceived other, something seemingly enough outside of itself, to open a new playground, with a necessary game of good and evil, a game of masculine and feminine, a mind boggling game of epic duals and duality.

A game that would involve much hardship and pain, all of which could only be justified by the paling comparison to the stunning grandeur it would, if successful, bring about in the process – a perfect marriage of masculine achievement and feminine beauty.

You and I, Jeffery Epstein, Ghislaine, Bill and Hillary are all part of it. We’re ‘all one’ and ‘alone’ in it together. There isn’t actually two of us in the game and that’s why none of us are off the hook. We’re all responsible to the price tag on this endeavor. We all have great remorse to bear and great beauty and forgiveness to let in.

My reconciliation to the Divine is your reconciliation. None of us arrive fully home until the last one of us arrives fully home. The experiment isn’t over until it’s over.

The greatest of evildoers, those seemingly the furthest removed from the light, are actually souls with the deepest trust to take on the darkest parts of love’s mission. To see this any other way, to see an evildoer as an ‘evildoer’ is to leave ourselves excluded from reconciliation, from completing the circle of love’s mission. For if I’m not as bad as Jeffery Epstein or Hitler, then I can only lay claim to that claim by measuring myself on the yardstick of good and evil. My claim can only be a claim of not being that evil.

Perfect? No, but not ‘that’ evil. Sorry, but perfect only accepts perfect.

This leaves the judged and the judge both outside of perfection, and for the duration of that sentence, both in the same jail. This leaves the All One, you and I, alone, somewhere on the same yardstick that measures separation from perfection. Here we are, in our two track reality, perfect beings, in our perceived imperfection, reconciled, but yet, for all intents and purposes, awaiting reconciliation.

This state of relationship between us and other, between us and The Divine, is also mirrored exactly inside of us where parts of ourselves are left in 4D hell of separation, awaiting the love ambassador that you are to show up, and begin a magical reconciliation process.

Love changed everything and love keeps on changing everything. We are that change. Love is just having its own fun, and we are all invited into it, where no pain is denied, no level of hell on earth, but is instead felt profoundly in the minutest detail of hurt and separation for the portal that it is, for what it restores in us and to us, even expanding on the perfect love that originally undertook such a quest, as only infinite love can do.

We are perfection, improving on perfection.
