Drop Your End Of The Rope

Good and evil aren’t actually enemies.

Light and dark never actually got divorced.

We were just necessarily conditioned to see it that way for a phase of our consciousness evolution.

We needed to experience duality, the dual of one side polarized against the other as a prelude to coming back to feeling how consciousness itself is the upstream source of both, and All, and duality itself.

It’s sort of like a football team owner owning both teams that are against each other on the field level, but at the owner’s level, it is being played for purposes beyond winning, even beyond more money, having more money than he or she knows what to do with.

In time though, this upstream essence absence of duality is registering on the players, and they lose steam for the purpose at hand, become disillusioned and eventually, seek a new relationship with the energy of life that wants to flow through them. If what they were conditioned to see and feel as the game, the purpose, isn’t any longer the game, then what is the game?

Many now just want to take their toys home and quit playing. We are at such a turning point of disillusionment.

And we are at this place personally as well as collectively. It’s true intra-psychically as well as extra-psychically.

What once magically got us out of the bed every morning is no longer doing it for us in the same way. There is a growing nervous scramble to swap out the fuel system on our engines before we lose all forward momentum.

The very idea of the hero and the villain aren’t felt and seen and defined as they once were. We are watching virtually all of our greatest public heroes of the past come to be seen in a greater light, revealing their hidden darkness. We projected our own heroism onto these figures for safe keeping, kind of like a central banking scheme, now gone corrupt, except the corruption is actually a remarriage of what we tried so desperately hard to separate ourselves from. Our darkness has chosen now to ‘corrupt’ our light and thank god for it!

The darkness, whether inside of you, or external to you is not separate from you. So much of our magic as human-god-star Beings is contained in our darkness. Many pieces of our essence needed to be stored for safe keeping in our darkness and related to as part of our potential for a time when it could be watered back into known and felt and experienced reality again. We for-got in order to re-member.

It’s time now to heed a call to ambassadorship. We are still for so many practical purposes quite isolated. We’ve just got the memo, but it also doesn’t feel very true, or look very true when we look out the window. Understandably so. We’ve been conditioned deeply to live and survive in another story and the story is changing.

The genesis of this ambassadorship is within yourself.

The loving personas you’ve adapted and adopted are just that, living beings doing life as you, on your behalf, fitted to the reality ‘you’ found yourself in, that your Higher Self signed off on, that your lower self may even be pissed about. It’s all you. But none of it can be related with or embraced as long as you don’t recognize the sovereign boundaries of differentiated selves within you. ‘You’ are not sane until you come to terms with your insanity. The height of our insanity is the charade of trying to keep together the appearance and false functionality of our single personality disorder. We are not one until we have reached out to all the aspects of ourselves and lived into new ways of relating and curiously, reverentially getting-to-know.

This reality mirrors beautifully now onto the global scene where the evildoers and hidden agendas are coming to the light. This isn’t some battle of good finally winning over the dark, but rather good being faced with its own darkness and vice-versa. If we await the evil being purged thinking it will be to the relief of our tension, we miss the deeper purpose of reuniting the separated. The tension we most deeply feel isn’t about the battle between good and evil, but rather the tension of any perceived ultimate difference between good and evil.

If I am of the good, and ‘they’ are of the evil, then I must keep up the effort to maintain this war. How well I do or don’t do in this effort is overshadowed by the fact of my entrapment on this one polarizing measuring stick, good and evil being the opposite ends of the same stick. The demons inside are me and await my vulnerable and honest admission of that.

Everything is sourced in love and comes from love. There isn’t 2 any things at odds with each other. The story of good and evil, just like the story of you and I, including any perceived polarity within us, or without us, needed to be dialled up like a great stage play to get this message massaged into our consciousness.

We are left with the perception and the deep feelings of separation that are not actually the case anymore. We don’t have to achieve peace, but rather recognize the peace that already exists. Drop your end of the rope and the tug of war dissolves. If the enemy wins, you do too, for they are you and you are them.

Only now can the harm stop, when the light no longer sees itself as superior to the dark, or separate from the dark. Only now can what each side wants and needs be negotiated in true ambassadorship that recognizes difference without superiorizing or withholding love.

This is the grander story. It’s the larger container, the theatre that holds the story, for the grand awakening.

I like to feel how none of us get to be fully home until all of us get to be fully home. You coming home to yourself is in service of this as we are all one.

Who’d have guessed that the whole enemy story was all written from a place of trying to come to terms with the infinite love that we are?

In this week’s featured article, SoulFullHeart facilitator and co-creator Raphael Awen writes about the unique process of working with parts of ourselves. He describes how we feel parts as fragmented aspects of ourselves and how we personify, feel and work with those parts. He advocates for the importance of feeling yourself as more than one personality, and how this can deepen emotional healing exponentially:

She also describes the period where you have let go of all that anchors you to 3D reality but have not yet found the next place that your soul wants to be, referring to this as the “void space”.

Learning To Fly

When the mama eagle decides it’s time for her eaglets to learn to fly, she rearranges the comfy nest into a thorn bush, and then a few days later proceeds to nudge them overboard. They freak out as they fall and voila, they are flying!

Life in this way seems to mirror nature and it definitely appears we are collectively and personally going through the thorny nest phase.

The chaos is being a bit pushy in asking for our surrender, running the risk of losing the point of the whole orchestration: prodding us for our surrender, while reminding us of our power.

Life isn’t demanding you surrender. You are.

You gave yourself the charades and dramas contained in life to help you see and feel your power in a way that you couldn’t otherwise. You knew and know that you lack not power, but rather a relationship with your power. You dialled up a scene of powerlessness, along with all the prickly nest feelings that go with that, as a perch from which to launch into your true power.

Life isn’t a competition of a bunch of wannabe’s trying to self realize, but rather a collaboration of the parts of one being, who chose fragmentation, and a journey returning to what it actually never lost, while becoming even more that it was at the outset. Feeling this, we can feel that life isn’t a sadomasochist hooked on causing pain and suffering, but rather life is in such possession of abundance, it isn’t afraid to spend it lavishly on lack, and dumpy living quarters if that’s what’s needed for you and I to come to a relationship with our essence.

The mama knows the eaglets can fly, but they don’t!

The universe knows stuff about you. Your higher self knows stuff about you. People around you can smell stuff about you.

You’re looking done with that thorny nest! It’s time for you to learn to fly!

Loving And Healing Your Invulnerability: The Gateway To Your Sacred Humanity

To a part of us, Love is scary as Hell. Our invulnerability, our protection from totally feeling what is churning inside of us, is the expression of that part. Or in-expression as the case may be. This feels especially true for men, yet women have their own version of it too. It can also come out in expressed rage, as there is something so very vulnerable underneath it…a deep feeling of hurt and rejection. Our outer defenses are both guarding something precious as well as preventing something precious at the very same time. It is Love seeking Itself inside of you.

What is scary is letting the guard down and exposing what has been hidden. It is the exposure of the hurt, the fear, the guilt, and the truth in all its edges and judgment. It is the fear of seeing something that feels “ugly”, which is only a judgement we carry in ourselves. It is the very real possibility that life will forever be changed and made unknown. The guard keeps the safe intact, while Hell itself reigns supreme inside the fortress walls.

There are aspects of us that have not seen the light of our own consciousness until we begin the deep work of inner healing. It is a journey into lands that are filled with creatures both of light and of dark. The shadow is a storage warehouse of sorts. An invisible doorway until we trip on the wire that is hooked up to it by our own experience. It holds all things unsightly and extremely sacred to us. All of our greatest power and potential resides in these lands for us to reclaim when we have decided the time is Now. Until then, the universe, in concert with our Higher Self, continues to send us what we need to continue this dance with Love, whether in resistance or unison.

As Gaia edges her way “forward” in her ascension and union with Love, we too experience the Light knocking at the door of our most guarded self. The guardian at the gates may feel an attack is brewing and will double down on protection by any means. Or it may just decide that it is done with the gig and look for help in the solace of your sacred human heart. We are key-holders, yet we must negotiate with our protector as we need their help in the reintegration of all that has been locked away.

Going IN, is ultimately the only way to go UP. Without fully seeing and feeling what is hidden will we ever truly feel what it means to be seen. To be altered and transmuted by Love. This is the ultimate invitation of sacred romance and intimacy. You can only go so far on your own as you need an other, in the deepest and scariest waters, to see what you couldn’t or weren’t willing to see or feel. Ascension is stillborn outside the gates of our shadow. Being vulnerable with your invulnerability is what takes you to the burning grounds of all that is not in your highest being.

Conspiracy Of Love

Wanna smoke some Wow with me?

Just you and me…okay….., and maybe a few others.

I’ve been drawn to the news story of the release of the classified JFK documents, the files sealed off from the public about the killing of President John F. Kennedy on November 22nd, 1963. The documents we were told needed to be sealed off for reasons of ‘National Security’.

Now, I was a 2 year old when this occurred, and then later in my teens, I learned about it all being controversial, as to the official story and it really never held my interest any further, as it didn’t directly impact my awareness or state of mind. Later in life, it felt quite true to me that ‘they’ killed him, rather than any ‘lone gunman’, another theory also cooked up by ‘them’.

Now, for many of us, and I’d suspect, most of you drawn to my words, that’s old news. You’ve seen a conspiracy in JFK, 911, and more recently the Vegas shootings and it’s kind of all old hat already in some ways. It’s kind of funny, in one way, that we become like the proverbial policeman waving people along ‘nothing to see here folks, just another everyday conspiracy’.

But, (and this is my first but in a list of buts) there’s the whole lot of people for whom this isn’t yet the case, who have yet to awaken from the official denser story line, and their awakening is yet to occur, and the bigger question now is, ‘what will the roll out of their awakening affect on consciousness be, and thus in life as you and I (the self proclaimed awakened) know it?’ Let’s honor that question by not answering it too fully and come back to it later (not to answer it, but to keep asking it).

If we’re out looking for a ‘See, I told you so’ kind of satisfaction, it feels like we may be disappointed as well as blinded to a much larger unfolding.

The JFK story today takes about a few hours on YouTube and it’s quite evident about who did it and why, (and that’s without any recent digestions from the unsealed documents that aren’t available yet) and the official story becomes so astounding, if only for its total absence of credibility and yet we’re left amazed with how the story could have satisfied consciousness for as long as it has. 54 years and counting, though admittedly limping along quite badly.

But # 2. If all ‘they’ wanted to do was to remove an obstacle to their agenda, they could have, just like Kennedy himself said, found Kennedy in church any Sunday morning and killed him there where the lone gunman story would have been far more believable, BUT instead a most elaborate stage was set, involving the height of the American dream, a presidential motorcade in Dallas, Texas, etc., etc. Why? Let’s leave that Question to breathe for a bit too.

This is a piece of the larger wow, dawning on consciousness now, how such a far reaching conspiracy could have been concocted. The story will soon be moving from denying a conspiracy to flaunting the conspiracy into our consciousness for effect, and I feel this is also part of the larger ‘conspiracy’.

Let me introduce a curve ball about now and ask you to see if it can hold water for you. If it can’t, that’s okay, but if it does, then you and I are onto something BIG! and that’s fun and I like fun… 🙂

Love itself has already won, and is the host of all duality. By that, I mean that the polarity of good and evil, or of light and darkness is all part of love. The dark conspiratorial evil that killed JFK, or much worse, that at present today is underneath the now being exposed pedogate and pizzagate realities is a reality already contained inside of love’s boundaries.

How in the hell though could love be playing host to something so horrid, to such unspeakable trauma enacted upon such innocence?

Okay, I know I’m out on a huge limb here, but I’m only asking you to see if this theory can hold water for you, not claiming any absolute truth for us to argue over.

If love has already won, then when our consciousness is drawn to the most abhorrent evil imaginable, we are invited to feel how this is only a part of the duality and polarity that was created within Love itself to attempt to showcase the length and breadth of love. Nothing can or has ever escaped love. Not even the nastiest Nazis no matter how dark and patient their agenda.

Now in our story-creating next trip to the movies, it seems we are writing a story to attempt to make this impression on consciousness; this deeper attempt at coming to terms with love…. That any judgment and punishment we attempt to exact on perpetrators stems from the judgment and punishment we exact upon ourselves. We can’t separate ourselves from judgment any more than we can from love.

There is only one of us inside of a ‘both are true reality’ of individuation inside of that oneness reality. If John Podesta rots in hell for the un-rest of his consciousness, then there is a way that you and I will also be a part of that torment. Only when we are ALL reconciled to the love that we are, are any of us ultimately and experientially reconciled to the love that we are!

So then, the dark side of our duality set us a big stage, back in 1963, 2001, and this year again… All of it inviting us into a wonder world of love that is so grand that any attempt to contain it in words here only produces a headache, the same way any pathetic attempt by darkness or evil could eradicate love.

Darkness or evil are not out to kill love, but rather to get you and I (that is consciousness) to see love. !!!

Okay, so how’s this holding water for you so far? I’m not going to attempt too much further to get you to ‘believe’ this because it’s meant to be felt, not believed. It’s meant to color the heart, not fill the mind, and THAT can only happen when you find the part of you who doesn’t believe any of this shit and wants the devils to pay and rot in hell until kingdom come.

Now the conspiracy has come home to roost and the grand stage of this planet (at least) is seen as a fractal in your own heart….what’s true in the macro is true in the micro.

Love wants to reconcile with you. Love is sending its ambassador to you in the form of the grand stories of our time and the grand story of your life. The victims and villains are all of our creation awaiting a you who can orchestrate their reconciliation based in an already complete and victorious reality called LOVE !

If this is true, then we’re onto a whole new conspiracy of much grander and epic proportions than JFK.

John himself was pretty set on fighting what he felt was evil and hidden, while cutting himself some slack around transparency in regards to his cast of mistresses, all a part of his contribution, offered on the altar of his life story, like yours and mine, where the discrepancies of our integrities and disintegrities alike are all apart of experimenting with coming into love’s light of day where nothing needs to remain hidden!

This includes the Bush’s, the Clintons, and all the trillionaire bloodline families, and any and all off-planet species and their agendas. They are all here dumbstruck by you and the love that you are and are becoming!

We are all awaiting THIS to dawn on consciousness!

Only now does the pain actually stop, and only now does love get to have its way with us!

It stops and starts with you.

Energy Update: Revelation, Healing, And Integration Of Shadow Frequencies

The energies ARE personal. As personal as it gets as you ARE energy. You are a multidimensional, galactic BEing inside of a human form. You are connected to higher dimensional expressions, star BEing aspects of your Metasoul (soul source). You are BEcoming and merging with the consciousness of these star BEings from other timelines, other dimensions, other planets, other galaxies more and more in a process that is MEANT to impact you personally as this happens.

Does it feel sometimes like the ascension energies are outside of you?  The gateways and vortexes opening? The stargates activating? The sun flares and geomagnetic storms churning? Does it feel like these things are happening outside of you in a distant, vast, and irrelevant outer space with little impact on your daily reality? If so, this can lead to a sense of distancing from the ascension process and that it is less meaningful on a personal level.

All of these energies swirling around in the cosmos, all this galactic activity, is also represented inside of you. Making it personal, taking it personally, is where I feel the REAL gift of awareness about cosmic energies comes in and goes in. Connecting what is happening ‘out there’ with how it is impacting your emotional body, your process, your experience of experience leads to more self awareness and capacity to digest what is happening. Providing some context and overall picture to hold what you are living out can help with the digestion of the experience.

There is A LOT happening in the now, in the cosmos, that impacts us as a collective and on a personal basis. It is a major phase of transition for us as the shadows, the darkness, the underground and underbelly, are disclosed and exposed. There is no ‘going around’ this process as what has been so polarized during the 3D experiment needs to come back into balance. The only way is by going through it with manifestations of chaos, upheaval, and death and rebirth happening through intense weather patterns and political/social/cultural crises.

Finding our balance again requires the revealing and eventual release of the dark energies that have had so much underground influence on our culture and the formation of our 3D self AND on our Metasoul too. Making this process personal is feeling and BEing with the traumas created from all this polarization to fear-based frequencies. These traumas can remain undigested in your emotional body in your 3D self AND also in your Metasoul through repeating loops of suffering patterns and cycles and karmic binds.

All the photonic light generation activities in the cosmos creates a SAFE container for the revelation and healing of this shadow on a collective and personal level. The HIGH frequencies provide a padded room for the bombs to explode when needed; the fuses to ignite; the storms to roar….until they run out of fear to fuel them. This padded room of pure love and light is also provided to YOU as a shield from these necessary outgasses. You can connect with your safe padded place through meditation, through connection with your Ethereal guides/aspects, through commUNION with the Divine (and the Divine Mother esp.), through service of love, through BEing in relationships that are nourishing, soul resonant, through drawing the support that you need. This doesn’t mean that you transcend out of whatever necessary shadow revealing and integrating process that you need to go through. Yet, rather, you have a sense of being held WHILE you are in this exploration. You are not just becoming the shadow or the darkness OR suppressing it either (that is the old way), yet you are holding space FOR the aspects and parts of you that are overly polarized to it. You get to know and connect with these aspects and invite them into the safe, padded room of your HEART and soul, where they can finally feel safe to share, to be felt, and to BEcome something real….and, eventually, then to heal.

As you digest the shadow revelation that is happening ‘out there’ feel how it is impacting you on a personal level. Feel your reactions inside to what comes out. Feel if your ‘safe padded room of love and light’ is available and if you are using it. Feel what support you need to navigate your own process of shadow revelation. Feel the taking of it all personally and what that means for you in a way that also allows you to FEEL held by love during the process. Feel the integration that wants to happen inside of you as the shadow meets the sun of love and finally finds it way home in your heart.

Halloween Message: Responding With Love, Not Fear, To Your Shadow And Spirits

Resisting anything in ourselves just leads to more pain, more resistance, more pushing out of life and not letting it in. Resisting the darkness is understandable when we have been taught in 3D culture to fear that which we don’t understand, that which isn’t socially acceptable, that which may hurt or harm others or ourselves. We have been taught to fear our fear and the fear of others as well. This fearing of fear JUST leads to more fear being generated. This creates a fear fueled energy cloud that rumbles inside of us and through all the strands of the collective emotional body web for fear-based BEings to get more energy from.

On this ‘day’ of Samhain’s and All Saint’s Eve, Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, Diwali…..the shadow is actually acknowledged, recognized, and even celebrated within our cultures. The shadow sides can come out in costume; they can put on masks that are actually more REAL to their frequencies. The darkness can roam a bit without fear suppressing it. Souls that have left their human bodies and passed on can be opened up too and be felt by their loved ones without the fear of ghosts or being haunted blocking the connection.

As we BEcome more of our higher self in our human body, gifts of mediumship naturally arise and become less afraid of the spiritual realm. We see, feel, and hear Ethereal BEings such as Angels, spirit guides, spirit animals, and more. We can connect with our passed BEloveds through our common Metasoul threads and heart cords as none of us really cease from being energized in the Now in SOME form. We can connect to other Metasoul partnerings and playouts with these SAME people, yet in different dances. Maybe, someday, we’ll be able to change or alter timelines to prevent dying and live out in Infinite Awareness with no time together IN a human body that will no longer age or get diseases.

With the veils between dimensions becoming so thin already in this now of intense phototonic light activations, it feels like there IS an opportunity to connect with spirits in a much deeper way today. To lead with your heart and your intention and ask to receive communications, being open to these contacts coming in unexpected ways, and trusting that love wants to see this happen for your own healing AND theirs.

There is also more support to being open as well to how your shadow aspects might be needing you, wanting you. Your shadow often contains sources of power, soul gifts, soul purpose clarities…once the fear and resistance frequencies have been felt, cleared and healed, then these powerful soul gifts can be revealed. More of your power can be revealed and, often, more of your vulnerability as well.

All of this discovery may require negotiation with the part of you that protects and guards your shadow, what we call the Inner Protector in our SoulFullHeart process. The Protector (and also the 4D Soul Guardian) may not feel that you are truly ready to connect with your shadow and embody your soul power expression. They are in a stance of keeping you ‘safe’ rather than allowing you to risk feeling something painful and difficult (even though they will often allow and even contribute to repeating suffering loops inside you).

As your higher self comes into your body and your higher heart opens and expands, you become able to bring love to ALL the fear places inside of you. You can then also bring this love to the fear based energies in others and serve as facilitator to this clearing of fear process in them too. This bringing love to fear then reverberates and expands throughout the entire Universe and the collective emotional body too. Bringing light to the darkness is above all about offering energies of compassion, forgiveness, understanding, and willingness to FEEL what is real.

Becoming a ‘warrior’ or going to battle against darkness just perpetrates the cycles of fear meeting and matching with more fear. This is often just the Protector in another form of ‘light warrior’ that is ultimately based in nonvulnerablity and resistance.

Help parts of you to put down the swords, share with you WHY they are holding them, WHY they are afraid to go into the shadows with you, and you’ll open your heart UP even that much wider, able to experience the love that makes up the essence of it ALL, including your shadow!

Letting In Joy That Comes From INtegration And INtimacy

Just feeling much joy in the moment, goodness about my life and where ALL this is headed….even when it is hard, dark, challenging, necessarily painful at times. THIS return to joy, the natural bubbling up of it that especially comes when you have gone in and through something difficult inside of yourself….it creates this sense of trust that it will be worth it to GO IN. To feel. To BE. To connect.

The veils continue to be so thin between other lifetimes that going in is doesn’t even seem optional at this point…esp. for those of us awakening. I have been in that inner process this week with a new Metasoul (‘past life’/other lifetime) aspect of mine from an ‘Ancient Greece’ timeline…that has been quite a bit to navigate at times. Feeling her tears and her fears…and in connection with a Metasoul counterpart from the same timeline of Raphael‘s which he shared about yesterday in his beautifully vulnerable posting about his process. These two Metasoul aspects had angst, power plays, are lovers and yet had little intimacy as they both tend to push it away. None of this feels like it is in the past or actually ‘ancient’ so these energies are strong and influential. As we bridged to them inside of ourselves, we then created a NEW bond between them….including beginning the process of changing a tragic outcome to their timeline.

The presence of these two Metasoul aspects of ours was around as we made love in the early morning, and I could feel them taking in the goodness, pleasure, heart connection, and soul connection that Raphael and I experience together. It is interesting to have Metasoul aspects ‘witness’ in this way, especially during love making, and it def. brings a wonderful, multidimensional frequency, a soul richness to it! And sometimes tears come as soul pain and karmic binds are washed out by love. It feels like such a blessing to have a partner go into these grounds with me, in the flesh, navigating all these dimensional realities and in life too.

The void can be an aspect of this process and may even be a necessary one for you, as I wrote about yesterday……yet, too, inviting self intimacy into your life with genuine joy and loving presence when you are ready then ALLOWS for intimacy to come with others in ways that are so nourishing, intimate, deep, and meaningful. These new textures of intimacy help wash away the trauma and pain from the previously dissatisfying experiences of relationships. Connecting with the parts of you that resist this intimacy, that want to protect you from getting hurt, that guard your heart, I feel is SO important to experiencing this intimate self relationship and with others too….it certainly has been for me and my Beloveds. Moving From The Isolation Of The Void Space And Into Being Filled Up With Love

Then, there is the void. It feels like many souls will be in this as consciousness continues to shift and change. Maybe you are in this now or, at least, in moments? The void is the space in between the dips of necessary purgings and clearings and the peaks of feeling connected to Divine love, All That Is, the sense of your Higher Self kNOWingness. The void is the place that is the ‘during’…….the AFTER of the old and yet BEFORE the new has fully come in.

I was reminded of the void yesterday and how deep it can feel and BE. My heart went out with compassion toward the walking out of this phase as I felt it during session space with a beautiful, brave soul who is navigating this ground and asking me to support her to discover what arises on the other side of it. I could feel a resonant experience of it for myself too and for how it feels like the void will become more and more the collective experience too as we move from 3D consciousness to higher.

How lonely this void can feel. How isolating. How crazy making. It can seem to get bigger and bigger, never ending, a chasm that you can’t possibly jump over. It can feel like there will not be something on the other side of it again. Nothing to land in, nothing that will rise up to meet you.

Parts of you may feel so lost in this void. It feels like living in an empty house. It feels like looking in a mirror and seeing NO reflection there. You may feel like you truly have NO IDEA who you are anymore.

This void grows in your life as you awaken, as your soul frequencies rumble through you. As you are vacating the previous 3D life that parts of you, your 3D self, built up so carefully. You are purposely tearing down, pushing away, letting go. Things are slipping/cracking/completing. The previously nourishing relationships running out of ground and feel more and more shallow until they just fade away. These relationships once ‘told’ you who you were and you may find that you can’t locate yourself that way anymore. Another person’s ideas of who you are no longer offer the outlines that they once did.

The void is when compelling careers and jobs (even the spiritually-based ones) are no longer able to be responded to and the new means of livelihood based on soul purpose expression have not been connected to yet. You may be financially ‘broke’ as you break away from money earning energies that don’t fit anymore. No self identify or self image is able to be propped up by the doing or showing up for the role anymore, so there is a drifting confusion about claiming a soul purpose expression. There are moments of feeling that you want to serve and share, yet a persisting lack of clarity about HOW and in what way.

It can feel like the void will last ‘forever’, yet, it is ultimately temporary. As you rewire your entire life, there is a necessary ‘lights out’ phase. If you are truly letting go of what doesn’t serve your soul, love WILL eventually come in to fill the space UP again. Love wants to do this. Love comes in to fill the void in the form of soul family connections that offer a deeper intimacy and realness, a true reSOULnance. Love comes in the form of self intimacy that grows as you embrace what is authentically you and no longer resist ANY aspects of yourself, responding to love all that is within you. Love comes in the form of synchroniticies and opportunities and resonances that you learn to trust, following with less doubt.

Love wants to light you UP again. Love wants to fill the voids. Let it INTO your life again in whatever ways and means it is inviting you to. Trust your opening upper heart to guide you through and out of the lostness. Trust your soul to find the way through. Trust love to show you the way to the NEW where the spaces are filling in, arising into Infinite Possibilities in every moment.

In this week’s featured article, SoulFullHeart facilitator and co-creator Jelelle Awen gives an energy update describing the emerging wounded masculine frequencies that are being disclosed and pushed up as the core of what 3D culture is based on. She explains how this gives us, as a collective, the opportunity to feel and heal all that this brings rather than reacting in anger. By responding with love and working with these masculine energies, she feels that we will be able to transmute these energies into a higher frequency of healthy sacred masculinity:
