In today’s video, Day 11 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I am connecting to the codes that are available today. The 1:11:11 portal seems to be offering us support for our ongoing Metamorphosis and journey inward, upward, and onward into more experience of New Earth Now!
The majority of this video today is the offering of a guided meditation with me to bridge to the ascension energies that are available. Goddess Sophia and Archangel Metatron join us, providing Divine masculine and feminine support. You connect with the Great Cosmic Sun and also visualize and download the codes that are available to you from this source. Those codes come in whatever form you meant to see and receive.
I also invite you to visualize and connect with your 3D self, 4D self, and 5D self as well. This provides a sense for you of where your metamorphosis process is at and where it is going. It opens up inner connection along with a feeling of Divine support for this process!

1:11 is HERE and the ‘pregame’ show of energies leading up to the ‘main event’ has been intense, to say the least. The energies have been ramping up starting at the beginning of the year on January 1st and continuing on through today. I’ve been offered by my guides that January is going to a mega month of both activating AND integrating Ascension energies….completing with another Supermoon Divine Feminine illumination at the end of the month. These energies are impacting those of us who track them and are sensitive to them AND, also, it is bringing an accelerated pace of illumination to the ongoing disclosure process of hidden shadow for collective consciousness. All tracks and rates and paces are important and sacred right now for EVERY soul; none better than the others, even if some of us have chosen to be at the front of the wave and help lead the way.
One of the interesting things for me (and maybe for you too) is that the more amplified the energies are, the less my linear mind can track, my brain goes good kind of fuzzy, and ‘loose mind’ is the ‘disorder’ of the day. I have been drawn to the beach for the last four days and the more codes I take in through sunlight, the more this effect is amplified for me. It has been difficult for me to do ‘basic’ things such as count change or deal with money at all (cannot remember the exchange rate here even after three years!) as money is feeling less and less ‘real’; remember basic language, even English!; track what I have said or not said or who I have told what to; recall what happened yesterday or even earlier that day; track time in a linear way!
I have learned to surrender to this altered-ness as an important aspect of the process and what is actually more real to our multidimensional self, more true to our nature as sacred humans. I am blessed to be in a community where I can ‘lean in’ to those with more mental facilities at times and everyone is wonderfully patient with me! I enjoy these states, honestly, as parts of me trust the process that is going on and have let go in many of ways of any self image around ‘having it altogether’. Being in this place makes it challenging to track these energies though and then try to describe them in words to share!Β It is SO worth it to try right now to communicate though, because it IS an important time to share, to serve, and to lead for those of us called to do and BE so.
The Metamorphosis video series that I’ve been doing every day since January 1st has been interesting to engage with as such strong energies come in. I just ‘show up’ for it and words seem to flow out. I can feel those of you who are taking the videos in, even though it will be in a ‘future’ now from when I record them. Most days I forget what I even said during the videos and have to listen to the recording again in order to write the description at the end of the day! I am getting much help from the higher dimensions to deliver and show up for these every day, it feels like, and I am very grateful for it! Somehow I am also able to hold sessions because it is service; it is important, and my heart is leading and holding the space there with women that I feel honored to serve love with.
It is occurring to me in this moment that these 1:11 codes are Metamorphosis codes. These codes are being offered to wake up the caterpillars that are TIRED of crawling and WANT to transform; those that WANT to go into a surrendered cocoon state and then bust their way out of it; those that WANT to FLY and arise into the place of BEcoming a butterfly. Β In a recent video, I used the analogy of the caterpillar to describe the 3D self; the cocooning state to describe the 4D self (including the ‘breaking out’ stage); and the butterfly state to describe the 5D self (the higher self consciousness coming into and integrating into the physical body). These 1:11 codes wake up the caterpillars AND they also seem to be supporting those of you in lingering in the cocoon phase too. You may be discovering reNEWED desire and corresponding conviction to break free from the previous cozy caves and necessary void spaces. Parts of you may be feeling frustration at what before felt comforting. You are SEEING that the cocoon is there and it is starting to feel limiting. Oh, it felt safe and good for a time, especially when so much of the caterpillar 3D life was being given up and lost and completed.
That cocoon has been made of all the things you have learned; the lessons you have bravely walked out; the tears you have shed. That cocoon protected you at times from receiving even more judgement from others still anchored to 3D and the hurt and shame that can come up in parts of you in reaction to the rejection of your NEW you, your ideas, your visions, your inspirations. You became your own landing place for all this instead and baked in your own energies, developing and cultivating an inner support system to replace the 3D one that no longer served you.
Time to break out, bust out, come free of the cocoons…these 1:11 codes seem to vibrate to this frequency of break out. This is the phase then of rebirth, as it feels like 2018 will offer all of us. Being reborn and RISKING to move into the NEW you by being vulnerable and sharing again; by claiming again; by desiring again; by trusting others again; by revealing yourself again. This time, though, you don’t have to wear the masks that you used to need. You don’t have to hide your authentic feelings or soul gifts or sensitivities to everything. Also, you can find and draw and ‘hang out’ with other butterflies. You find your tribe. You call your pack. You claim your community.
This really in so many ways has been the process for 2017 too. 2018 seems to be taking it to another level of MORE in order to reach MORE. It is about actually LIVING the New Earth Now existence that your soul kNOWS is possible…in ALL areas of your life and in as many moments as is possible. To be real. To be authentic. To feel. To love. And to fly more…because your wings are ready and the skies are clear for taking off and UP!!

In today’s video, Day Ten of my metamorphosis series, I talk about the physical body changes and adjustments coming in response to the ongoing activation and integration of energies during the ascension process. You may be experiencing this through a varied range of body symptoms that are felt to be connected to ascension. I offer a perspective on how to relate with these shiftings from a place of curiosity, empowerment, desire to feel the deeper reasons and sources beyond just ‘ascension symptoms.’

The process of upgrading and crystallization of our bodies, DNA, glands, every living cell IS a mega one. Navigating this process can be served by negotiation with parts of you that may be in resistant and have understandable fear of it. Bringing these higher frequency energies into the body and experiencing altered realities while in the body (and not just during NDEs or astral travel) is new, especially coming from this denser 3D ground for so long. Our bodies have been the necessarily densest aspects of our BEing, so they are constantly trying to ‘catch up’ with what is happening. And, 3D has conditioned us to perceive reality AS only our bodies and what our five senses can feel, touch, smell, hear, and see, so we have to overcome this conditioning and programming as well.

The crystallization of our bodies also brings us through an intense detox leading to purification process. Toxicities exist, again, in our every living cells and are being cleared and cleansed out from our entire 3D experience here. These toxicities also have an emotional component to them as well since the emotional body is woven in with the physical.

I offer a different framing around the ascension process connected to what we experience in our bodies. Asking questions from a ground of interest when experiencing ascension symptoms shifts the energy quite a bit. The key thing to examine when it comes to our bodies is how we and parts of us RELATE with our bodies. Our Inner Punishers can often be quite harsh and judgmental about our bodies and, therefore, have a punishing relationship with the ascension process connected to the body as well.

In today’s video, Day Nine of my 33 Days Metamorphosis series, my beloved sacred union mate for almost ten years Raphael joins me to talk about sacred union and 5D relationships. Raphael shares about his previous life/relationship with his first marriage and feeling his whole life a desire and ache for deeper and more meaningful relationships.
He brings up his completion with his first marriage, plus leaving Christianity, and how difficult it was for parts of him to leave and complete it, yet, eventually he felt it was the best for both. We talk about how in many relationships there are parts of each partner that are ‘hooked up’ in the bond, which often flattens and neuters desire and sexuality.

Portals are starting to open in preparation for 1/11 coming up soon. You can see it in this photo that we took yesterday at the beach here and we are recognizing that the sun widens like this horizontally (looking like a space ship) when a portal is opening. As I have been tracking these cosmic Gateway and Portal openings for the last year especially, I can feel them now in my body, in my consciousness, in my heartβ¦less and less now from tracking any kind of calendar or reading what others are sharing about them. Metatron and my other guides/aspects keep me in the loop on these events too with a gentle nudge to go take in the sun codes or open up to the portals and gateways during meditation.
Taking in the sun codes yesterday at the beach, I could feel them speaking to my skin, talking to my every living cell. The codes were reminders of the process, that it is ongoingβ¦this Ascensionβ¦that it is an invitation to receive and respond to in every moment. These codes were activating ones to some degree and I felt altered afterwards. I am so often in an βaltered stateβ these days and it is getting more difficult for me to determine that as it is more the βnormalβ than the βold normalβ! If that sentence made sense to you, then you are βgettingβ how beyond the mindβs tracking this process is!
There was a peacefulness in the codes too, a softnessβ¦it made us all blurry actually and we βpassed outβ all five us lying in a row. We all felt afterwards that we had probably βgroup traveledβ somewhere in the astrals together, a trip to Golden Earth together where 3D really is left behind. The sounds of 3D fade away and blur awayβ¦this happens many times at the beach as it is a place where the βedgesβ of consciousness dimensions overlap. It is at the beach where I most feel how the dimensional consciousness realities could split off from each otherβ¦.3D separating into its own timeline reality and those of us in 4D and 5D and higher into ours.
As we go into this 1/11 portal, there is a feeling of truly leaving behind the old timelines and the previous 3D anchors. These timelines are wanting to collapse and maybe they already ARE for you or starting to. A timeline collapsing can feel like crisis or life changing events or live altering decisions. It can also feel like just βrunning out of gasβ on your old timeline as your tank is now empty to receive anymore of the old 3D fuel. Parts of you can no longer run on the fumes of the known and familiar.
What has previously been a struggle and a challenge and a contention can be soothed into resolution by these 1:11 codes if you let them in. Areas in your life that need it can be loved into completions if you are open to them. They offer a reminder to trust your Higher Self guidance, to trust your heart and what it wants, to trust your soul and what it kNOWs about WHY you are here and what your purpose is here. These codes can help with trust at that level AND can support parts of you that have difficulty with trust to move into those frequencies with you.
Tensions and pain may be coming up in your muscles especially as you adjust to these NEW codes and the NEW Earth life they are beaconing you toward. Parts of us energize in these muscles and the chakras associated with them as well. Especially in the head, neck, and shoulders. This is also where quite a bit of upgrading is happening as the pineal and pitutary glands crystalize, the throat, third eye and crown chakras all upgrade to more multidimensional. I am finding that a vinyassa flow yoga practice is helping alot to move these tensions and built up energy! In today’s video, Day Eight of my 33 Days Metamorphosis series, I share one of my most popular writings as offered from Metatron and the Divine:
I wish you could SEE yourself as I do. That you could SEE your light that wants to glow, show, come through every living cell. A star in human form, walking around star shine BEAMING, and star dust stuff in your every molecule of DNA.
I wish you could FEEL yourself as I can. That you could feel your precious human heart that is the JEWEL of your species, that which makes you a beacon in all the Universes. Every tear containing the codes to unlock compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and empathy. So many levels and layers to each feeling!
I wish you could BE yourself as I perceive you to BE. That you could be authentic without hiding, conforming, shrinking, or denying to anyone or anything. Your self consciousness or self judgement held by parts of you could be released and healed and your TRUE self FREE to BE in all moments.
I wish you could REMEMBER yourself as I remember you. That you could remember you are a reflection of Divine Source, that you ARE Infinite Love in human form. Your reclaiming of your birthright around this embodiment providing waves of trust and support as you undergo your journey of awakening and remembering.
I wish you could SERVE yourself as I serve you. That you could serve love TO yourself and all the parts of you that need your compassion, care, and re-parenting. That you could serve love to all the soul aspects from your Metasoul that are hurting, in trauma, suffering, all alone, existing in many timelines. ~
I talk about how this message is an invitation to your 5D Self to show up and see yourself as these higher dimensional BEings and the Divine does. This message is an invitation for you to share and serve love TO you and parts of you AND from that overflow, then, WITH others.
Parts of you start changing how they see themselves because of the mirror you show them, which is in more alignment with how the Divine sees you. I talk about the Inner Punisher part of you that may flatten desires, dreams, and filters your ability to see and feel your own bigness. This part is created due to our 3D culture that judges, contends, criticizes, and compares. Often the inner judging/punishing is a defense and protection that is going on inside of you and these energies are internalized to ‘put you down first’ before someone else can.
So much projection can be put onto God, the Divine, Angels, etc. that comes from a punishing energy inside that is projected onto the outside, saying that you need to be saved, redeemed, etc in order to be worthy of connection and access to these BEings. The message I’ve received and share here is about how big you really ARE, not broken, not needing fixing, and that the Divine wants to celebrate you remembering this. This message doesn’t have a punisher in it, doesn’t make parts of you feel shame; it is something that is based in love.
I also talk about transactabilty and relationality with the Divine and Guides and how much they want to ‘land’ and have their message go out. The gifts go both ways without anyone ‘losing, without a cost or with someone as the victim or ‘something bad’ happening. In 5D relationships, no one loses anymore and everyone (and every BEing) gains love!

I didn’t know this would be my topic today, but I had a lot of fun going full into a metaphor for the awakening process with the analogy of the caterpillar becoming a butterfly! In today’s video, Day Seven of my 33 Days Metamorphosis series, I talk about Metamorphosis – the process of transformation during Ascension. I compare the caterpillar to the 3D self, with its destiny just spring loaded inside to become a Butterfly, as it is in our DNA to become what we are meant to be as sacred humanity.
Your 3D Self caterpillar goes into the cocoon to bake in soul juices and soul frequencies. This creates the 4D Self…this is often experienced as a Lone Wolf Phase, cozy cave, and going into the void…..it can be a consciousness of frustration, wanting more than you currently have. 4D is not just a peaceful cocoon; it is also a mess and thrash, death and rebirth.
Cocoon phases can look and feel very different for everyone. Some are experienced within sacred union and community, as I have signed up and designed for myself. Or, it could be very important for you to be alone and in more isolation as you pull away from 3D relationships. 3D relationships are about comfort, safety, familiarity, and playing roles with each other. Staying in ‘locked in’ reality, not a lot of ‘play’ or to room to arise into anything new. Your Protector aspect may actually be ready for something new in relationship, while your Inner Teenager could be holding on.
I offer in the video an invitation for you to look at your awakening and all seven areas of life (emotional, spiritual, mental, social, physical, financial, and environmental) related to if you are being more of a caterpillar (3D self), cocoon (4D self), or the butterfly (5D self). Moving out of the cocoon phase and more into your Butterfly self happens not through force but through love in the form of soul family support, your Higher Self/aspects, the Divine, getting to know parts of you yourself, and you too!
This video today reminds me of a writing that I shared last month about becoming your Butterfly self!
“You are outgrowing that previously necessary cocoon. That safety place to bake, to ache, to create. That place removed, sometimes isolated, sometimes feeling dark void space. No longer able to be in a lesser 3D ground where others may be more comfortable meeting you there, even as you are growing taller than their imaginations can imagine yet.
You have been surrendering to the process of BEing the transforming caterpillar until now. Tucked into the birthing space, sometimes gestating, sometimes thrashing, sometimes searching for a deeper and wider understanding. Sometimes missing your precious forms, shapes, and ways that were in the known. You are becoming more comfortable in the unknown and in the space where Infinite Possibilities pose no obvious limits.
You are BEing created as you are creating the life and timeline that you most want and desire. The timeline shimmers like a mirage in the distance, yet it comes ever closer with every choice of love. With every choice to love even fear, even darkness, even denser, even differences. The timeline of your highest purpose to serve love comes closer with every shift of heart from comparison to inspiration; from judging to compassion; from taking to sharing; from polarization to unification.
You are BEing created as your Butterfly Selfβ¦.to eventually emerge, to burst out of any kind of safety or limits, to always be growing. You are BEing the metamorphosis into your arising Sacred Human in fleshy form. You are ready to be born. You are ready to spread your wings. Now, you are ready to FLY!”

In today’s video, Day Six of my 33 Days Metamorphosis series, I talk more about the process of working with, connecting with, and recognizing different aspects of self or parts or subpersonalities that we offer in SoulFullHeart. I’ve been sharing in my other videos about the primary 3D Self part, which we feel is the Protector aspect of us. They are a masculine feeling energy, warrior-like, guarded, vigilant, and loyal, in general.

βLeave your heart above your head and your eyes wide open.β- Zack Brown Band
These are words form a Β country band that I used to listen to in my βpastβ life. Or the life a part of me lived years ago. These words popped into my head as I was feeling into mindfulness with my guide Aris, who has a mix of greek philosopher and buddhist monk with angelic wings. The practice of mindfulness was a part of my spiritual journey earlier in my life that lead me to become aware of what was clearly an emotional disillusionment with my life at that time.
I had built a life on the foundations of what was reasonable and sensible for the typical citizen. A good career with a finger on the political pulse of the times. I was a well-loved member of a family and had close relationships to fill my days. But undergirding it all was a depression and a frustration. A need for something that I couldnβt quite put my finger on other than I was βoff-centerβ and misaligned in my passion and purpose.
This awareness led me to seek some form of help to change the course of what I was feeling but they were all mainly temporary band-aids. I could feel that there was something else I wanted access to inside myself. What was at the root of this underground well of heaviness?
The mindfulness practice turned into βheartfulnessβ practice when I began this journey with teh SoulFullHeart process. It led me to a fuller awareness of what was occurring in my emotional body through a multi-lensed frame of parts. This new mindfulness set in motion a slide into E-motion. I had so much backed up feeling that I had almost forgotten what feeling even was outside of anger, frustration, and depression.
From this actual real-time feeling space could I begin to access the core of my pain which became like a new sunset on my lifeβs possibilities. I began to see the ways in which I had kept myself small and hidden out of fear. Fear of actually being that which I was truly meant to be even in its uncertainty. I just knew what I was feeling wasnβt me. Mindfulness leading to heartfulness.
The rest of the story is one negotiated step at a time that continues to this day just on a different frequency and relational ground. It was the act of taking stock of WHAT I was feeling, WHY I was feeling it, and then actually feeling it in all its textures with the parts of me that held it. It was becoming aware of the conflict between one part to another that created a chaotic stasis. I was seeing and feeling myself in a ways that were both amazing and difficult. Truly a bliss mess. The becomes so much more understood once you journey into heartfulness.
I am grateful for the mindfulness that lead me to this new world of βfeeling what you are feeling as you are feeling itβ. The next step beyond the awareness into the land of vulnerability and deep healing. It is the bridge between our humanity and our divinity. It is the clearing of our carbon into translucent crystal. It is the portal that connects us to the power of real love and soul expression. This is the way of SoulFullHeart.
