A Bigger Purpose For Your Healing: A Poem

The gift of your healing efforts
Is the revelation
Of your own healing gifts.

Those divine energies
That support you
Are also invited
To move through you to others.

What else could our healing be for
Besides nourishing ourselves enough,
Reuniting with our souls enough,
Embodying our divinity and humanity enough,
So that we can truly support others
To find that they too
Are ‘enough’,
And arising together
In purer and purer
Heart frequencies?

Expressing our gifts
In an egoic,
False light,
False God way,
Tells us that ‘enough’ doesn’t exist,
That perpetual suffering is ‘normal’,
That in order to lead
We must be worthy,
We must be infallible,
We must be elevated
By projected perfection
And pictures of
‘Enlightenment’.

In all of this
Parts of us forget
That being humble,
Real,
Transparent,
Desirous of our true selves,
Needy for the Divine,
Hungry for pure love,
And messily striving
For more intimacy
And resonance
With others
Is the truest,
Deepest path
To healing
And
To offering healing
In all ways,
In all relationships,
While living into our capacity
To be that heart that others lean into
As they rediscover
And purify
Their own.

The wounded heart and soul
Within
Is meant to move
To softer, gentler
Landing places
Where love truly reigns
And the suffering you’ve felt
For oh, so long…
Can finally find its way
Back to the bliss
And blessed joy
That your soul remembers,
That your parts ache for,
That your Divine Self
Is anchoring
And wanting everything within
To ask for,
Need,
And let in.

Beloved,
This is your birthright…
To heal and let heal,
To love yourself
So you can truly love others,
And to expand
Your consciousness
As you wake up
And shake off
The sleepy lullaby
Of the Matrix world…
Remembering
And rediscovering
Everything that is truly amazing

Womb Healing & Activation: Women’s Group Call, Sunday, Aug 21| Jelelle Awen & Kasha Rokshana

The womb is a powerful space of creativity, alchemy, stillness, and a bridge to our ancient and pure Sacred Feminine empowerment origins. Our wombs can hold the seeds of creation, gestation, and birth of our Divinity in human form. 

However, our wombs have become filled instead with pain/trauma layers and also been hijacked by the 3D/4D control Matrix so our access to the pure power essence of our womb is often covered over and not fully activated. This hijacking also impacts what we experience within our wombs during often painful and debilitating ‘programmed’ menstrual cycles. Our wombs can be filled with false mother/false god frequencies; Patriarchal/wounded masculine energies; transmuting other people’s energies as empaths; ‘aborted’/still gestating/blocked creative projects and expressions; and suppression of our truth.

In a two-hour women’s group call on Sunday, August 21st at 5:00/17:00pm WEST (Lisbon/London)/12:00pm EDT/9:00am PDT, SoulFullHeart Sacred Feminine Teachers and Facilitators Jelelle Awen and Kasha Rokshana will explore womb healing and activation through sharing our personal journeys and also experiences in supporting women through our SoulFullHeart quantum healing process. In this twenty-second video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Jelelle Awen is joined by SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Kasha Rokshana as we explore Sacred Feminine Embodiment over the next five videos. Kasha and Jelelle have held many women’s group calls together exploring these topics through teachings, guided meditations, and taking in sharing from female participants on the calls.

In this video, we share about the importance of womb healing and Matrix/unplugging to the overall process of sacred feminine embodiment. We share about our personal experiences of womb healing, including working with our wombs directly as a part of us, processing traumas from this life and previous lifetimes with her, and regular womb energy clearing as she can hold so much of others and the “cries of the world”.

Energy Update: Blood Moon Eclipse Impacting All Wombs/Haras, Stirring Awakenings & Action-taking

The collective womb throbs and hums, expands and contracts. It is working to help us through our death and rebirth. It is co-creating with us the world we want to live in, while helping us collapse the one we don’t. It is moving and swaying in time with the music of the waves of collective awakening. It is clearing itself out and making room for what wants to come through…

This week’s Blood Moon Eclipse connects us to this collective womb in an intense way. It’s a harbinger of what’s already happening and the intensity of what’s to come too. The moon, I feel, is not a pure connection, but a hijacked one. Meaning, it has its role in broadcasting the Matrix that is peaking now, which impacts us all, and to the awakening soul that is shaking off what’s left of its slumber, this particular broadcast from the moon this week could be felt in very uncomfortable ways.

The continued push of the v. bioweapon agenda is a scary one. In many ways it’s a direct attack on the womb, on the human heart, on our children, on the physical body vessel and the soul it houses. It’s getting worse and continues to peak. This creates a lot of stirring and shifting in every womb/hara space in every individual, for we are all connected and no matter what is happening and where, we ARE going through it together. 

Within your womb, you may be experiencing cramping, bloating, fatigue, and a feeling of overall physical discomfort. Emotional edges may be peaking, especially anxiety and a feeling of hopelessness or even restlessness. Whether or not it’s directly related to your own cycle, there is a frequency connecting all of our wombs at this time. The hara in men may also be feeling impacted with its own symptoms. 

My own womb has been humming in deep response to everything that’s moving… as I feel her, I feel what she’s been holding. I feel the tension of getting ready for the next phase of her cycle, but also the tension of what’s breaking down and breaking open in the world. I feel my own process of feeling into how to respond to that and also feeling how it connects to some pieces in my soul and my this-life parts too. 

Connecting in with my womb, I feel all of this and the discomfort of the confused collective that is trying to break through the ceilings of a consciousness that has long been held as ‘normal’. I feel my own personal ceilings I’m breaking through as well and how challenging that can be at times. Overall, I feel my connection to Divine Mother through the portal of my womb, which offers me all of this context I’m sharing with you now, even through the physical discomfort and emotional peaks I’m feeling inside of myself. 

It all feels like the energy of death, but laced with hope. It feels like a deep reboot of our sense of what’s true and how to respond to it with love, care, compassion, and when necessary, urgency.

As the collective Dark Night experience intensifies at this time, you may be feeling stirred to take urgent action and make swift life changes that have a huge impact on how your next phase unfolds. It feels important to not over-process or analyze this urgency right now and the intensity you may be feeling about it all, instead offering it plenty of air and giving space to the reactions parts of you are very reasonably having.

As women, sometimes we need our inner masculines to ‘kick it into high gear’ and help us move on and into more personal safety, choosing to follow the flow of the resonance that calls us, even if soul family feels physically far away. With more lockdowns, more shunning of those who choose love over fear, more risk of becoming ‘stuck’ in situations or geographies that are so clearly dissonant to your own values and what your heart and soul believes to be the truth underlying everything that’s happening, it’s paramount to listen to that voice within that encourages and empowers you to find a way out.

Our wombs/haras carry many codes for us of our personal awakening journeys and alchemy. There’s so much we can receive from them when we connect consciously to them and feel how whatever is moving through us is also moving through the All. The Divine womb that holds us all is expressed in each of us and it’s so vital to our wellbeing to embrace and understand that. 

As the collective ‘womb’ we all share continues to move the energies of what’s burning UP through her, we’re not only being offered a dystopia but also hope… it was our co-creative power that brought in the reality we’re living out and allowed it to seed the way it has. That means we also have the power, which starts individually always, to move into another phase of co-creation now that we’ve learned so much from this one.

I feel how important awareness of these pieces is right now, to be able to digest and feel them. Fear and the parts of you that may feel it is never ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’. Yet, it’s the relationship to fear that is also important to feel and get real about… feeling and holding parts of you and Metasoul aspects in other lifetimes who vibrate in it moves all fears into trust eventually, with dedication to them and to your womb, who helps to hold them all. Blood Supermoon, Lunar Eclipse Energy Waves Impacting Womb Healing & Clearing

This week’s Blood Supermoon is also a lunar eclipse and is already bringing with it waves of energies to digest and move through even though it’s still a few days away…

It’s been a few days for me now of womb discomfort and other physical symptoms I associate with PMS, yet the intensity of these physical symptoms has had an uptick… focus is challenging, fatigue sets in quickly and then can move just as quickly, digestive difficulties that are growing in intensity along with intense bloating, and physical pain in many parts of the body yet especially the head/third eye and crown chakras. This is aside from the emotional pieces too, which have also been amplified and difficult to track in moments, though I’ve found that being with parts of me and soul aspects as well has been so helpful!

I get the sense that this is not only about how my own womb is being impacted by collective energies and the dark night we’re all wading through together… It’s also about how we are all connected in it through our wombs/haras and how we can’t help but be impacted by what’s moving (or not) in each of our womb spaces.

We’re trying to birth a new world through all of our wombs and yet we also have to detox and move the energies that live in her first. There are energies that we’ve consciously and unconsciously allowed to be stored in her; like fear, disempowerment, and over-holding/transmuting of others’ traumas and pains which we were never meant to do.

There are also parts of us that cling to her with shame and guilt and other parts that have been protective of her for good reason. There are Matrix plug-ins to her that also need to be looked and felt, that connect us all to the unfelt/unhealed pain passed down through many generations of women.

Our wombs carry many codes for us of our personal awakening journeys and alchemy in service of love and co-creativity with the Divine, and its suppression has felt like being ‘womb-punched’ at times. The plight of the collective womb for women is real and always has been in this dimension.

This suffering ground is being backlit now especially by the ‘shots’ of poison and nanotechnology that are being chosen out of fear of a loss of freedom… something that pings in our wombs because of the Matrix plugins there that have already bound our wombs’ energies and sense of true freedom. These ‘shots’ include a direct attack on the womb itself and in turn, all those around it.

The reality of this is tragic and sad… and is being amplified by this Supermoon lunar eclipse that happens to be the ‘Blood Moon’, especially as the fears don’t seem to be ebbing and are instead being stirred up more. There is no doubt that these energies are powerful, yet there’s a reality to this ‘moon’ that feels dark, especially in what it is showing us all. Whether you feel that the moon is purely divine or hijacked by the Matrix (or both, for nothing can be separate from the Divine itself) the energetic impact of it has many sides to it.

At this time of a profound Dark Night of the Soul collectively, we’re being invited to truly see what’s being offered through the lens of our very sensitive bodies that are both physical and ethereal.

It feels important to cleanse the womb/hara on a physical and energetic level, to move light through yet also to offer a space for her to feel with you what she is feeling and moving within her. SoulFullHeart Avalon Updates: Issue 11

Blessed Easter weekend to you!

Today we shared our latest Avalon Update, featuring a piece by Jelelle Awen in which she talks about the ‘hijacked’ womb that has been influenced by what she refers to the “Ursula Consciounsness” or a false feminine/wounded matriarchal overlay.

“As sensitive empaths and star seeds, there is a tendency to take this Ursula energy within us and try to transmute it to love again. There is often a soul contract/agreement as well with family members that we will serve this role within the family line, bringing light to the darkness of the ancestral wounding. However, this unconscious taking in and ‘holding’ within our wombs of this toxic energy has a cost to us, creating cycles of physical chronic illnesses (including PMS and menopausal symptoms), codependency/abuse in relationships, suppressed sexuality/sexual desire, avoidance of relationships and ‘lone wolf’, disempowerment in expression of soul gifts/struggles with manifestation/alchemy, and more.“

The Over-holding Of Others In Our Wombs

Connection with our wombs on a daily basis is so important to our health and well-being on all levels as women, especially right now.

My womb, ‘Vesica’, showed me this morning how much she has been holding… and I know she is not the only womb holding much more than she needs to.

In her, I found and felt the cries of the world; the cries of those I love that are going through a challenging time; images of what’s moving in my soul and heart lately; desires that are peaking and perking up; needs that are going unmet at times; feelings of my depth and capacity to hold and offer love to myself and others.

My heart-shaped rose quartz crystal ended up laying on her without me consciously choosing to place it there.
“I need clearing”, Vesica said to me, “I’m holding too much. I’m not designed to hold as much as I have been. You’ll feel clearer if I’m cleared and you’ll feel calmer too. I’m not designed to hold any human being beyond gestation and so I cannot hold all of the people/souls that are in me right now”.

This struck me as a deep reminder of how much we need to be aware of what we’re holding and to move energy out of our wombs… from the collective of which we are a part yet not responsible for; from the beloveds in our lives whose soul-destinies we cannot ‘know’ or control for them; from any fears that parts of us hold about our well-being and our path in our life (or death); from the Matrices (3D and 4D) that still have a foothold on our wombs and what moves into and through them and decide how they’ll be ‘used’ too.


To connect with your womb deeply can take time and much clearing. There are parts of you that are protective of her, and rightfully so, depending on what you’ve been through in this lifetime and others too. To truly connect to the stillness and beauty that IS your womb space takes a dedication and deep desire for her to be free and to arise in her essence within you.

There’s a darkness to this shadow exploration and a depth to it too, yet it’s truly amazing what our wombs can and DO transmute when given the proper care, attention, and love. Going into the womb space is to connect with the infinite roots and origins of our Divine Feminine essence. When we connect to our wombs with much care and love, in a personal and intimate way, we then receive access to the pools of wisdom, compassion, creation, and empowerment that she contains.

Yet, our wombs have so often been hijacked and ‘taken over’ by energies of false feminine control that are dominating, possessive, draining, and more. This is what I have come to call the “Ursula Consciousness”, as represented by the Evil Witch octopus character in the movie Little Mermaid. The Ursula energies present as feminine and yet are a distorted version of wounded masculine frequency that is hooked into the 3D/Lower 4D control Matrix programming.

This Ursula energy is seductive, manipulative, and wants to ‘own’ the innocence within us…jealousy and competition can be an element of it. And also she both hates/resists men and and wants to have codependence with them. This creates a resistance for the true feminine essence within us to arise and a deep protection of it and our womb from our inner masculine Protector. This can be a deep polarity within us and so confusing, especially if our feminine caretaker/mothers had this Ursula energy with us. We can also have an Inner Ursula who plays this role of evil queen/witch within us.

I have explored and been healing this dynamic within myself in experience with my birth mother (who had Ursula tendencies) and in many sessions with women over the years. I have supported, with assistance from the Divine Mother and Divine Self, the inner feminine essence (in all her different forms) to unplug and heal from this Ursula energy and also the wounded masculine frequencies in fathers/brothers/lovers etc as well that mimic this. We also connect with the inner masculine who has often been ‘crushed’ by the Ursula energy and he moves into trusting the feminine again, more empowerment, from overly protective guard to collaborative partner.

As sensitive empaths and star seeds, there is a tendency to take this Ursula energy within us and try to transmute it to love again. There is often a soul contract/agreement as well with family members that we will serve this role within the family line, bringing light to the darkness of the ancestral wounding. However, this unconscious taking in and ‘holding’ within our wombs of this toxic energy has a cost to us, creating cycles of physical chronic illnesses (including PMS and menopausal symptoms), codependency/abuse in relationships, suppressed sexuality/sexual desire, avoidance of relationships and ‘lone wolf’, disempowerment in expression of soul gifts/struggles with manifestation/alchemy, and more.

In our next women’s group call over Zoom on Sunday, April 4th at 5:00pm BST, Kasha and I will share more about this womb hijacking dynamic and how it may be showing up for you and healing around it. In our meditation, we will be connecting with our wombs to feel/see what the hookup may be within us to this Ursula/Matrix energy. We will then do a clearing of your womb and unplugging of this hookup at whatever levels are available to you at this time by our Divine Self and soul.

With the assistance of Grandmother Anna and Mary Magdalene and the cleansing Red Spring waters here in Avalon, we will pull in the resurrection/rebirth energies of Easter and connect to the Cosmic/Divine Mother womb available to us all. I do feel it is SO timely to go into these areas of healing, for empowerment of the Divine Feminine within us that also serves to free those souls who have played the ‘role’ of Ursula in our lives to be freed as well. A great mercy and mutual forgiveness is available to us to embody and broadcast then to a world that is deeply in need of it.
