Light Body Activation Guided Meditation – Video Eight Deepen 2020 | Jelelle Awen

In this eighth video of my video series called Deepen 2020, I (Jelelle Awen, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator) talk about the light body activation process going on as we move from our dense, carbon-based 3D body to much higher frequencies of light being able to be embodied. I offer there seems to be these important aspects of the light body process that allow more receiving, integration and activation of light: detox for the 3D body, connecting with your Ascension chakras, letting in more light, and healing trauma at the emotional body and soul levels.

I describe why all of these are important and how you can tune into your process around them, which helps to accelerate your light body process and decrease the experience of painful and uncomfortable Ascension symptoms. As the cosmic energies around us increase (even going up to Space Age high levels), there is a real need to be intimately connected to your own light body activation process in a way that can allow for more activation with less physical body discomfort.

I’m hopeful that the guided meditation provided in this video will offer some feelings of physical relief and sense of lightness for your physical body as you bring golden white light in from the Great Cosmic Sun into your Personal Sun Chakra, into your Soul Star and Causal chakras, down into the crown and through all remaining chakras to your root chakra. You then ‘merge in’ with your light body to get the experience of being more attuned and connected to it.

Meeting your ‘Inner Orphan’ part of you is a sacred process that has been coming up for many souls lately. In this issue’s featured article, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator, Raphael Awen, shares open-heartedly about his own experience with this process and how it opened out for him:

“I simply tuned in Yeshua as a beloved guide, and dialed in a Golden Earth setting, and there in the magical outdoors, was Yeshua crouched down about 8 or 10 feet away, holding upright a (soon to be) eager toddler, who he then let go, as this beautiful baby focused his gaze on me and began to take his first steps crossing the space between us. Midway across, the name Bartholomew came as plain as day. I received him into my arms, and he readily received me. I intuitively knew that this Bartholomew would change my life, that holding him would require all the rigors of true parenthood and presence of being that this Orphan would need to transmute the pain in his heart, allowing both him and I to shift our destiny and to embody what we intended when we set out on our journey of ‘leaving’ the Divine.”

Inner Punisher And Shame Healing Guided Meditation: Video Seven Deepen 2020 Series W/Jelelle Awen

In this seventh video of my video series called Deepen 2020, I (Jelelle Awen, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator) talk about the often intense and largely subconscious relationship between an Inner Punisher part and a corresponding shame reaction in another part (usually an Inner Child or Inner Teenager). This dynamic of Punisher and shame creates a suffering loop that can lower your vibrational frequency, draw MORE judgement/shame from others in relationships, and diverts wisdom into judgements rather than discernment/intuitions felt with love.

I share about my own deep process to heal this Punisher-Shame loop inside myself (which was an internalized dynamic from my caregivers) and how I no longer experience these frequencies inside myself. I talk about WHY this dynamic exists and what the purpose of the Punisher-Shame loop is and it’s this investigation that allows you to ultimately offer compassion towards the parts that are involved in it.

In the guided meditation, I bridge to your Inner Punisher with Mother Mary and Yeshua, who provide a compassionate and forgiving energy of illumination and love to this part of you who can start to feel their essence as discernment and wisdom. We then tune into the part of you that is responding and triggered into shame in response to the Punisher’s judgement. We offer love to this shame-filled part so that they can start to feel their TRUE essence of innocence and goodness again.

Feeling Held By Divine Mother During Intense Life Transitions

As usual, when the world on the outside feels intense and hard to be a part of, I feel the arms of Divine Mother enfolding us all… encouraging every one of us to go back inward and start there before we try and ‘do’ anything on the outside, for if we can come from love (especially of self) and not despair or disdain in our action-taking, we are miles, leaps, infinite bounds ahead of the intensity of collapsing timelines and the pain of what’s burning up still in 3D life and conditioning.

It occurred to me yesterday that often when my own life is shifting, I end up making choices that are somehow rooted in wanting to dismiss what ‘isn’t working’ anymore or to have an energy of disdain or even despair and disappointment leading the charge. I began to feel into this as the way that parts of me have ‘had to’ lead decision making oftentimes in the past. But, what if that doesn’t ‘have to’ be true anymore? What if now I can come from a heart that is FULL of trust and love, understanding that sometimes things don’t work out the way parts of me were picturing they would, but that ultimately my soul is leading something GOOD?

And, what if this is an invitation not only for me but for others too? Because if I’m feeling it for myself, it’s definitely something that is rumbling through the Oneness that connects us all…

I know for myself that making space to go back inward and collect the parts that are feeling upset, distraught, unsure, uneasy, etc, helps to settle the energies, remind them that I am here, that they are supported, that they can trust me and trust the Divine. If I don’t feel like I can hold a candle for easing the distress they might be feeling, then I’m not taking enough space to feel myself and to create that Haven/Heaven they need to lean into inside of me.

This is the template that Divine Mother provides us through absolutely everything we face and walk out. She offers too, much much context to lean into if we can be still long enough to hear and feel Her when things feel overwhelming and hard and when life is in upheaval. Patiently she waits by our side as we pick up the pieces of our breaking hearts. Openheartedly she holds compassionate space for what we are learning to hold space for in ourselves and what we are learning to create with Her, with love, in our outer worlds.

So often, even when I’m in the middle of a deep fog and A LOT of pain is coming up from whatever part/soul aspects I’m working with, I hear her say to me, “You are finding your way…” and even when it feels as if I’m not, I know and trust that I am.

“You are finding your way” can sometimes mean we are fumbling in the dark for a while trying to figure out how to turn on the light. It can sometimes mean stumbling upon ‘roadblocks’ on our way to realizing our desires. I’ve never felt Her say to me that I shouldn’t want what I feel I want. I have only ever felt Her encourage me (and especially my masculine aspect who is used to finding ways to just ‘get it done’) to keep surrendering to the timing and the overall unfolding, but not to dismiss the dream altogether, for the ‘how’ is far less important than the dreams of the heart and the overall journey of the soul that we really cannot help but be on.

Stewing in thoughts or feelings finds movement when there is a you there who is willing to begin to feel what is stewing and why with curiosity and compassion.

Emotion and feeling are two words that speak their truth. One speaks of motion and the other of touch, or contact. Motion and touch create a ‘to and from’. Without this to and from, there isn’t a flow, and we’re back to the stasis of the stewing; stuck in a prolonged suffering over our difficulties.

Our difficulties are difficult enough. Why would parts of us choose to stay in suffering over our difficulties, rather than feel what is wanting to be felt, and thus let in the movement?

Could it be that to parts of us, the known suffering is better than the unsafe unknown?

Could it be that to parts of us, they’ve never been accustomed to an other with an open heart? Could it be that parts of us have been so long conditioned to a world without feeling that the prospect of feeling is a distant memory of an unsafe reality, that needs to be resisted for the land mine experience it was?

How could you find out what is true now for parts of you and why? Are parts of you open to a new experience of ‘flow to and from’ of whatever it is that is wanting to be felt in your sacred world?

Are you and parts of you ready to let in the next stages of your own largesse of being by feeling the most contracted and small feeling parts of you?

In this week’s Museletter, we feature a catalytic download from Jelelle Awen about connecting with a reptilian aspect and unplugging them from the 3D/4D matrix. She describes her personal experience with her reptilian aspect and how you can meet them with love and hold space for them in order to free them from their timeline:

“My Reptilian sisters told me that there is a dissolving happening of their One Mind Matrix and many more of their species is choosing to disconnect from humanity and Earth, to let us go….and go to the planet that has been offered to them that fits their make up better. This is significant movement for them and, therefore, for humanity as well. This process of the Matrices of control dissolving on all levels is a significant aspect of our ongoing Ascension process. In 5D, there is no need for control matrices any longer.”
