To You, Waking Up Soul

You, waking up soul…..you can SEE your wings. They are still there, even if not visible to your everyday eyes. Unfurling now, when for so long they had been pressed down and resting.

You remember your Bigness, your purpose, your reason for BEing here. You connect to the energy of ALL the angels singing in all the dimensions, hear their chorus calling you to join in. You find these angels in THIS life, human form, soul family reuniting. You share the song to remind others of what IS and love’s tune.

You, healing precious heart….you FEEL how tender you actually are. Your Inner Child is peeking out, wanting to come out of shy, come out of hiding, come out of being protected. To dance again in JOY, to feel the magic of every moment that is just waiting to be experienced and shared.

You have the capacity to FEEL your vulnerability, your innocence, your goodness COME back to you again as you transform and transmute the emotional energies that are NOT these frequencies with LOVE.

You, arising sacred human…you ARE a wonder of Infinite Love Possibilities in human form. Your body is becoming MORE light, infused with health and vitality. Radiating OUT with physical juice that flows from your care, your reverence, your LOVE for your fleshy self and every living cell.

Your sacred human IS the best of your soul, the best of your heart, the best of your body COMING together, being revealed as the layers of the OLD drop away and you ARE newly born!

Your Personal Disclosure Process During Ascension

To trust what you are BEcoming, to let go of what isn’t YOU and never really WAS in order to return to and remember who you REALLY are……this is the unfolding, arising surrendering process that the Divine energies all around you are supporting.

To let go of others that can’t see you, can’t let in your love, your light or ALL of what awakens as your soul comes through….and yet to invite them to come along, BOTH, yet without settling, shrinking, grabbing at them.

Your energy of open, ready, desiring, yet not compromising or playing games invites them to BE the same or to move on.

To no longer need of convincing, contending, or proving to others even as you teach, lead, respond, offer them your soul gifts, healing heart, growing sense of Infinite Possibilities.

As you SHARE what you are here to offer as a soul from a place of authenticity, so you become a mirror for those who are ready and meant to see and BE this as well.

To FEEL what is real INside of your heart and soul, what has been contained, restrained, reframed, conditioned and now wants to leak, peak, burst, purge, open, reveal AND heal. This revealing gives others the space and inspiration to be REAL too and NEW deeper intimacy can flow then between you.

Do you need support during these intense Ascension energies?

So much INtensity of energies lately and a BIG quantum leap being asked of us to unanchor from 3D everything and move into our higher timelines! These current energies (esp. as we head into the Solstice) so seem to support the feeling and bridging to stuck places, traumas, and soul karma with more ease and grace than ever possible before. I have been experiencing this in the bridging sessions that I’ve been doing in the last couple of months where souls are moving multiple layers and timelines at once through connecting with different parts of themselves in a natural way!

What has previously felt perhaps quite deep and even ‘unreachable’ in some ways (such as sexual abuse) is able to be transmuted through connection with the part of you that experienced the trauma (usually Inner Child/Teenager) and your Protector who ‘tried and failed’ to ‘save’ you from experiencing it. Lifting Veils Invite Feeling Parts/Metasoul Aspects

FEEL. Just feel. Let the textures of your heart come up to BE. Allow what needs your attention to claim your space and hold it with self love. In this feeling/allowing/holding space for yourself, you create NEW possibilities of healing and transformation.

The parts of you that need you…the little girl INside or the little boy INside, the HUGE warrior, the guard on duty, the controller/manager, the punisher/critic, the teenager…..ALL these aspects and their emotional reality are pinging and ponging from within you. It doesn’t really work to ignore this, although you can try and part of you may try VERY hard to suppress all this emotional activity from coming UP and out.

All these parts came and formed when feeling was not OK, when there was no space made inside for them and with them by those meant to care and guide, your caregivers and parents as they didn’t have this either. There was no space for feeling what you were feeling WHILE you were feeling it and so the energy gets stuck.

It is stuck in stories, scenes, and moments that your mind brings you back to often, trying to help your heart heal, yet unable to do it. Your mind brings you ‘back’, yet these moments live in the Now of the emotional body, continuing to play out and influence you. These moments need your heart presence in order to be ‘moved on’ from being 3D anchored.

In sessions lately, I have been hearing more from people who do not remember very much about their childhoods. Or they can’t remember after certain traumatic and painful events happen or before these events, especially those connected to sexual abuse experiences. This is not actually a matter of memory of the mind, but rather, the Inner Protector which has ‘shut down’ access to the memories because they would be too painful for you. The Protector becomes worried and concerned that you couldn’t ‘handle’ to remember and emotionally digest it.

This is the same thing with connecting to other timelines/lifetimes as well. The veil of amnesia is maintained and kept ‘down’ by the part of you that was tasked with doing this. We call this aspect the Gatekeeper and they need to feel that YOU are ready for remembering and connecting to the often very intense karma drama that these Metasoul aspects live in.

In the SoulFullHeart process, we support the authentic You – your 5D Self – to arise that CAN handle and wants to feel, to remember in order to heal, and to BE with the stuck places and parts that need you. You begin to remember it ALL (including other lifetimes with increasing clarity) AS you negotiate with the Inner Protector and Gatekeeper aspect. Negotiation with these parts allows for the pipeline of memory to open and trust grows that You can handle what comes as a result.

Your Protector may still ‘see’ you as a child and as you connect consciously with them, they start to lean into you and rest, feel you as more of an emotionally mature adult. FEEL. Just feel. It’ll be OK. It’ll be Beautiful even when it is necessarily painful.

So much support is coming from these bounding and bountiful energy waves right now to hold a space for the feeling of feelings.

So much support WITH love to go where love wants to go and couldn’t go in the moment, yet can in the NOW…..moving, transforming, and offering so much more possibility of love as you feel and, so, heal.

Energy Update: Deep Rest Needed As 3D Timelines/Lifestyles Collapse

HIGH energy frequencies coming in every day this week….not so much from any SOULar activities or geomagnetic storms or flares as things are quiet in that area. The energetic frequencies feel more like just PURE light flooding in…..that is available when we allow it into our energetic fields and into our Higher Hearts too. You may feel mega sleepiness as this light comes into every living cell. You can feel this drowsiness as the light increases your frequencies and invites any overworked 3D or masculine aspects to REST now.
You could call this ‘being tired’ or ‘feeling exhausted’, yet, really, it is an invitation to rest on a much deeper level than 3D lifestyles usually allow. Or as I have come to call them, “3D Deathstyles”. There is often so much going OUTward and so much doing that true and deep rest is not made space for.
The buzz of all this activity in 3D life often covers over the despair and depression and sense of meaninglessness that is vibrating on the emotional body and Metasoul level. When all finally stops and slows, these feelings come UP then to be felt and ‘dealt’ with as they cannot ultimately be denied or resisted. The Metasoul timelines/lifetimes bleed through too when outbounding slows down.
A higher vibrational life makes space and room for rest. It is flexible and responsive to your emotional body, your physical body, your chakras…..it is in tune with all these bodies and in flow with them and their current states.
A lower vibrational, more 3D anchored life feels rigid, it is ‘happening to you’ rather than you happening to it. It requires a certain level of what can feel like near constant OUTput without anything coming in to fill you back UP again. It leads to burnt out and depletion and resentful giving and self sacrifical service.
These lower vibrational timelines may be collapsing for you now, along with the relationships that previously held them together. The anxiety and tensions that provide often the fuel for them may be burning up (such as worries about money). Higher frequencies of light cause this collapsing as you let them in MORE and are open/willing to the shifts and changes that this brings on the inside AND the outside.
Anything running on the previous 3D fuels just can’t sustain as you continue to awaken and ascend. Your 5D self coming into your body needs different fuels and the main one is SELF LOVE that then flows out to others to share and exchange and transact. Your light body starts to need/require super foods, light and high water content foods, foods that are free of killing frequencies from eating animals. Your chakras need your regular attention and clearing/cleaning of them as they activate into ascension chakra vortexes. These energies get your attention and INVITE you to adjust your lifestyles and choices and actions to them. The Divine Feminine/Mother invites you into this deep rest on every level right now…..into the arms of Her loving embrace can your weary inner masculine start to let go, drop the vigilance, drop the intense doing, and discover balance anew. May Energies: It’s Time To Dream, To Remember, To Move On & UP

“It’s time to dust off your wings!” — I hear this today, right now actually, as I’m wondering about the energies coming in already so intensely this month!

Time to dust off your wings… this is the invitation to step into your gifts. Even the shaky steps are steps. Actually, the shaky ones, the ones where you are feeling the parts of you and Metasoul Aspects too that are scared of what could come your way if you do… these steps are the ones most worth taking. This means you aren’t out to conquer or battle but you’re bringing your heart with you. THAT is something that’s becoming more and more common these days, but not common enough just yet. You get to help lead that new movement. Woah. Not as tall of an order as part of you may think… because flying, actually, is way more natural for you than crawling along in a compressed 3D reality.

Your wings have known the exploration of the unknown. You’ve soared high above the capping clouds of the ‘normal’ and ‘every day’ even just in daydreams. You feel what’s out there and you feel how it’s not ‘in here’ just yet.

It’s time to go and get it, bring it back inward, feel how it all IS possible.

3D reality has taught parts of you to give up dreaming. I’ve never been one to successfully bury my heart and soul aches and desires for very long and I suspect you can’t really do this either, or you wouldn’t be taking this in. I see and feel YOU and what you’ve maybe had to put aside or give up for a while, but know that this invitation is for you… and that any experience you’re having of a prickly nest right now is meant to move you on from where you’ve been settled and settling. It’s time for what parts of you have only tolerated in your relationships, your career, your geography, to become intolerable. Reach for the stars again… go ahead. You’re ready.

Dust off your wings, beloved being. It’s time to fly. ❤

You Are BEcoming Your Service Of Love/5D Self

These ongoing SOULar winds/geostorms and heightened Gaia frequency energies are HERE to activate your Service Of Love Self. You could also feel this as your 5D Self…..Higher Self frequencies coming into your body AS you integrate 3D parts that can finally unanchor from 3D consciousness in response to your love. This is your service of love process with yourself as your primary focus that then overflows to serve love with others.

Every moment offers an opportunity, an invitation, to serve love. The service of love is the highest purpose for which we can engage here. Not service in a martyr way or self sacrifice way or to care take those around you…yet service of love FOR you AS you WITH you and BY you. Sometimes it may even feel like the service of love form that life is inviting you into is BEYOND you or at least the current version of you or the you that you have known yourself to be so far this life. This is the question you can hold in your heart in the moment: Am I serving love or am I serving fear?

The WHY of choosing fear is the deeper ground of exploration into your heart and soul and the aspects/parts of you that hold fear and NEED love to choose something else…..in order to choose something BEYOND the fear.

Other people/entities/’negative’ aliens can’t make you choose fear or to serve fear. Only YOU (and parts of you) can choose to BE that, to respond in that way, to feel fear in response to their fear.

The self empowerment here is that only YOU can choose your response, so what will it be? What IS your response and WHY is it what it is? Why do parts of you choose fear?

“WHY?” is such a powerful question….it is the WAY to changing your life, to going within, to defusing from conditioning, to choosing love over fear as you ask WHY and find your own answers inside. Our three-year-old selves were on to something big when they led with “WHY?” all the time.

What service of love looks and feels like for YOU is personal to you. No one can tell you what it is….you FEEL it when it is happening, when you are BEing it. Your guides and higher self can help you get a sense of it and tastes of it and offer synchs for you to connect with it inside of yourself and with others.

You feel when you ARE love, choosing love, and BEing love with yourself and with others. There may be a mode or structure or form of this service for you….as a healer, a teacher, a waySHOWer, a light worker, a writer, a singer….whatever form it is most likely already expressing IN your life in some form or another because you ARE love in your soul essence and it always finds a way to shine through.

BE service of love and so you become and so you draw others who want to BE in it with you more and more…..

Energy Update: EPIC Energies, EPIC Quantum Transmutational Opportunities

Vibrating, churning, spinning codes streaming in from the ‘holes to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. Coming in on SOULar winds up in the high 600’s km/second, these are bringing in geomagnetics since the 5/5 gateway opened UP access to our Higher Self, star family connection, and 5D New Earth experience too.

It feels like these higher frequency SOULar activations are staying around for awhile…at least through the end of May potentially. These energies are combining with Gaia’s churnings and burnings, Her volcanic offgassings/ventings and lava flowings….. with an elevated Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency for hours at a time in the last 24 hours to reflect this higher vibrational shift UP.

The resulting geomagnetic storms are being called, ‘minor’ again by spaceweather.com, yet, those of us sensitive (and meant to be sensitive) to these energies can feel them quite strongly. You may feel them in your body as acute tiredness or need to rest, to go within, to be flat on your back yet with your heart and soul open to receive what comes next. The aches and pains can move with this acceptance and going within too. Yet, too, you may feel excited and ALIVE…like blood is coming back finally to numbed limbs. You may swing between the two states of sleepiness and excitement!

The reason for all this Gaia and SOULar energy activity showing up is because of how many MORE of us are needed to step up and into our service of love purpose here. The transition into collective disclosure of fear polarized realities is intensifying across the board.

I know, parts of you may have so often felt like no one around you gets what you are seeing and feeling and awakening into. That it has felt at times like no one is listening or tracking what you’ve been offering. And parts of you may have felt quite alone at times in your dawning awakening, like you are shouting into an empty room. Parts of me have felt that way MANY times over the years and the corresponding despair and hopelessness and just wanting to ‘give up’ that comes with it.

Yet, there has been good reason for this going ahead of others….to BEcome prepared, to BEcome ready to respond with your heart, to serve as a bridge for those newly awakening and those others that have been for awhile and yet may need your specific frequency of love to be in exchange with them. Feel/discover/negotiate with the parts of you that have resistance, fear, and trauma from not being heard/seen/felt by others in the past (and in other lifetimes/timelines)….and move INTO what you are here to BE and do anyway. The reason for all this energetic activity is to reveal the places and layers and parts of you that need your direct connection and love with them. Yes, you have done loads of ‘healing work’ and clearing and releasing and awakening. Yes, this is true. And, you may have even offered tons of healing space with and to others.

However, this is NEXT LEVEL for ALL of us now. This is going deeper to the CORE of all of our 3D anchored and undigested woundings and traumas PLUS from lifetimes/lifetimes for which our Metasoul/Higher Self Source is experiencing in the now. This is doing multiple lifetimes/timelines of activation in ONE.

This is quantum now. This is galactic now. This is moment by moment choice to BE love in service, even if that looks primarily like to yourself and ALL parts that need you.

It’s not that you are now ‘behind’ in your healing and awakening process. It’s that the Divine is asking you to go somewhere NEW, BEyond where you have been before as a soul in ONE lifetime when starting from a 3D-based frequency.

Transitioning to 5D IN the body in ONE lifetime…..WOW! This is epic stuff. You ARE an epic BEing. Accepting and surrendering that you WILL have more thing to feel, heal, and be revealed is to connect to the actual epicness of what we are experiencing right now as a collective and as individuals.
