A Time For Sorrow And A Time For Joy

A time for sorrow and a time for joy. Collectively, it feels very much like we are entering a dark night of sorrow and loss of life.

As we mourn the loss of life that we are now being faced with on an unprecedented scale from the experimental jab designed to reduce population, and come through the necessary reactions of fear and anger and waking up, we come to a threshold of sorrow and mourning.

Beautiful beings of all ages, on all continents, of all genders, full of life force are dying. Many are being permanently injured. The jabbed and the un-jabbed are being faced with affronts to their immune systems on a scale that can’t be known or measured.This means that life as we’ve known it is all up for profound reconsideration. 

Like the patient who receives a prognosis of a very short lifespan, what made sense yesterday, doesn’t make any sense now.

At first for many of us, the rumbles will be disbelief. The comfort of our familiar life and the threat of change will be like the people sailing on the Titanic. Who wants to get in a cold lifeboat at the direction of some fear monger when the ship still looks and feels so much better, and so indestructible and has the guarantee of so many experts.

Personally, having landed in Portugal this past week, having threaded a needle, arriving here without a demand to quarantine or a test, I feel my heart breathing into this grief. Reading about the injuries and deaths and the expectation of a huge rising tide of more of the same feels staggering as I ask for guidance about the set of my sails now. What matters now? What does service look and feel like now? What does a fear based self preservation response look like that seeks to minimize personal loss look like?

All of us strangely are being asked to give up aspects of life as we’ve known it, and be participants in this death. The refusal to let something die will only speed up its demise.

New life is coming and it comes through death. Mourning is what allows the reconciliation to be expedited in you and those around you.

From Stone Circle To Crop Circle: Messages & Seeds Of Divine trust & Ongoing Support

On Monday, Jelelle, Raphael, Gabriel, and I set out for our second visit to Avebury Henge, the largest ancient stone circle in the EU, which we had been planning for a while. We had planned an overnight trip together so that we could take our time at Avebury and then see what arose for the next day. None of us were very clear on what we wanted to do or were being guided to see, we just felt that Avebury had more magic to offer us since our very first trip there at the beginning of our time in the UK.

Well, it turned out to be a major gateway into the new for us… the deepening invitation into Divine alignment and trust as we make our way into our next phase in Portugal. It was sweet, tender, comforting, and grounding to touch the stones… not so activating as it was the very first time we visited. We are more calibrated to these lands now, it seems, and we’ve definitely gotten the soul discoveries, awakenings, and healing experiences that we came here for and to serve love from.

On Tuesday we were on our way to what we thought would be our next destination visiting Uffington and the White Horse etched into the hill there… but then came an intuition from Jelelle to check out Crop Circle Connector. We had been hoping and praying that since we were staying where crop circles usually show up this time of year, we would be able to go to one while in the area… well, as soon as I checked online, there was a crop circle waiting for us about 34min from where we were! It felt surreal at first, yet the reality of the adventure, the brand new experience, set in quickly and everything inside of me felt excited and ready.

Finding the coordinates for the circle took a bit of effort, and when I did finally find them, there was a tiny ache of doubt in my heart that they would work out in the end. Even though they seemed ‘verified’, there was a small fear that for us, for some reason, they wouldn’t work, and the magical experience that we all wanted to claim wouldn’t come true.

Well, that’s sort of been my experience of life lately, even though I’ve had such deep trust in the Divine and in life that has truly led me through many challenges and into very new experiences, synchronicities, and a magical rediscovery of my very own soul. So much tension has had to move through my physical body, manifesting in pain that had me in tears. Completely locked up were my muscles, fascia, joints. I’ve very consciously been holding this process of moving from tension into trust… a trust that has to go deeper than ever, as the unknowns of living in the growing intensity of peaking global fear and reactivity as the Matrix continues its collapse needs to be navigated.

I felt my Star Seed all lit up though as we entered the field, and I knew she knew that our connection to Star/Inner Earth Mu family would lead us to it, even when doubts would creep in.

I eventually started walking directly behind Raphael who I could feel had a strong intuition he was following on where to go. I could feel my god-baby self toddling along behind his, ready to discover magic. Sure enough and soon enough, we arrived… and that feeling was like a WOOSH of energy passing over the body! Relief, validation, and a reminder that trust and intuition are key, all waved through and over me at once.

The gently lain crop looked like ocean waves and rivulets rolling through in perfect harmony. They were bent but not broken. An outer will had been applied to them, but they had collaborated and not fought against it. Harmony, yes, that’s a great way to describe their energy.

When we entered the centre point, there was a toroidal, spiraling pattern created by the gently bent crop. It culminated in the absolute centre where the energy was strongest. We all paused to sit in a circle around it and feel what we were being offered in the moment. My Inner Earth Lemurian aspect, Myren, came forward with a message to share about the sweetness and innocence of desire for magic and the trust that actually can feel quite natural. Trusting the guidance while also taking care of yourself, feeling yourself, along the way.

I felt her and my Star Family, especially the Pleaidians who it feels like helped create this circle, validating the experience of doubt and tension along this ongoing journey of unplugging from the Matrix we were born into and are meant to help collapse with love. I felt them honouring the leap-of-faith that is required to remain here on this planet while also reaching for the higher-dimensional experiences we also need to continually let in. I felt how much love and support we are all being offered, always, and how they leave these works of art as a transmission and reminder of that ongoing support.

It’s comforting to feel that, isn’t it?

I feel all of this and so much more still integrating from the experience… the codes offered by such a creation are both subtle and obvious, as they go into us on so many levels at once! It feels as if they offer us all such personal messages that we need to hear and feel, yet also they offer such global and collective ones that can be interpreted in many different ways.

We have access to such healing and love, and we have only to ask for the support to help us let it in as it seeds something new from deep within us that can only grow, bloom, and spread with proper care.

A Reminder Of Magic And Home: My First Visit To A Crop Circle!

I’m still digesting my first visit to a crop circle formation yesterday after connecting to them etherically and sharing about them for many years! I’ve been here in Glastonbury, UK since September, near the areas of Wiltshire and Hampshire, where most of the crop circles appear, and just missed the crop circle season in 2020 due to covid related flight delays. After patiently waiting through lockdown and winter/spring, the crop circle season seemed to be off to a slower start than previous ones, most likely due to heavy rains in May delaying crop growth. There was growing concern that we might not be able to visit one before leaving the UK for Portugal on July 1st.

This is the one we visited!


On my birthday June 1st, I prayed and asked specifically for a crop circle to visit that was near us. My deepest connection and guidance lately has been coming from Ruma, my Lemurian aspect living in Inner Earth at this time. Ruma reassured me that the ‘perfect’ crop circle would be coming and I would know it when I saw it, with life then supporting an easy visit to go see and feel it. My life is aligned to Divine soul guidance such as this, so I did feel a trust and surrender about it.


And finally on June 8th (appearing within the passage of my birthday and Raphael’s on the 13th) a beautiful formation was reported only 90 minutes drive away from us! This crop circle drew me in right away…the 12 lotus-petal looking ridges on the outside, the circle of circles on the inside. My whole being lit up as I took in the aerial footage of it and that familiar sense of Divinely guided knowing moved through me. We also felt guided to go visit on June 10th, the day of the solar eclipse, to also receive amplification from it.


On our drive there (after getting the GPS coordinates from a crop circle FB group I belong to), I mentioned to Raphael how wonderful it would be to have a drone to take some aerial footage of the formation that we could include in our videos within it too. And, right there seemingly waiting for us, was a very sweet family from Brazil and the father Rodrigo had a drone! He helped us locate the actual crop circle by flying his drone over it, which was very hard to find when wading through 4 feet tall barley walking on the tractor tire trails. He also shared his drone footage with us! We will share our videos edited in with his tomorrow once Gabriel has put it together.


Once we were actually in the formation itself, I could feel immediately an energy difference from the area around it. The energy within it was more charged and activating. It was challenging to put thoughts together or think logically. I felt a deep sense of peace and rest. So much so that I wanted to just curl up and pass out within it and felt sleepy the rest of the day. I really felt it like a ‘nest’ where our inner star lemurian seeds can come to rest and be held by something bigger.


The barley within the circle somehow felt transformed as well. It was not crushed or pressed down and didn’t feel manipulated in any way. Yet rather seemed to be bent over in response to another energy. Like it had CHOSEN to go into a design programmed into it. There was a sense of freedom and aliveness about the crop within the circle, as if it had been awakened!


We filmed a lot of video as we were walking around it, sharing our impressions, and also took a moment to sit in meditation in the center of one of the circles. The message that came through for me was one of validation to always follow my dreams as connected to Divine guidance and the ‘realization’ of own happening in that very moment. Also, there was a reminder that even though the 3D Matrix can FEEL like the ultimate reality, magical possibilities are available to us and we can connect to higher consciousness in every moment…in that sense ‘creating the reality that we most want to live and be in, regardless of what is around us’.


It was very clear to us that this formation could not have been made by man. It was challenging even walking to it and the pure scope, size, and precision of it is not something that man is currently capable of. We estimated it was over 200 feet wide! When I ask Ruma specifically about how they are formed, I get a vague answer about the crops themselves are ‘programmed’ into formation through an outside remote activation. The closest I could get to understanding the technology was comparing it to using sound waves like radar to change the molecular structure of the stalks themselves temporarily into something new. Ruma simply concluded that the technology was currently beyond my understanding, which felt fine. I got the sense that this crop circle technology was activated from Inner Earth and not from above such as in the form of orbs or space ships, although maybe others are. And that it is a quite ‘common’ technology to the Lemurians and other Star Beings, even as it appears ‘magical’ to us on the surface. They will not directly interfere with our ways of living, yet the crop circles are like a talisman they can offer to those of us needing one.


The question of how they are formed was not very pressing when I was actually standing in one. Then, I was only aware of how much MORE there is beyond what we experience in our limited perspectives within the Matrix. I felt humbly surrendered to how much I don’t know and don’t actually NEED to know. Being in the unknown and in awe of the Divine is the most self empowered way to relate to life, whether in response to the ordinary OR the sublime.


I felt a sense of deep longing within my being activated by the formation and also some dissonance of contrast being ‘back’ in the 3D world again. That led today (as I digest the experience more) to feelings of wanting to ‘return home’ again to that higher frequency. An ache of homesickness to be in a higher consciousness bubble of reality again.


Yet, also, the crop circles are such a powerful reminder that our soul’s remembrance IS in ongoing process of becoming manifest in our physical reality. And that we are here to assist with that process by our every choice toward it. They are also a reminder that Gaia is ascending in every moment to a higher frequency in which these formations provide a sometimes necessary proof of that transition.


I am so grateful in my heart and soul to have experienced this magic in the physical! I hope you too can feel the transmission through these words, the photos and the videos to come. And, of course, by connecting within yourself to the aspects that can provide the bridges to these energies.

Arise, Sacred Human, Arise: Message From Your Divine Self

It is a time for burning and churning of what just isn’t going to come along with you into the new. If you’ve been ‘tempting’ fate and living in energies that are overly ripe for and needing change, now is when destiny reaches out Her hands to you and invites you to step UP.

Sometimes this feels like a shove and a push. Sometimes this feels like an irresistible embrace and you fall right into the lap of love.

You can no longer live on the outskirts of your highest timeline.

You can no longer sit in the back rows of your own life.

You can no longer shrink to fit in with those that are content to stay small.

You can no longer be defined by that which makes you suffer when you also hold the CURE.

You are so needed to come into your full bloom in the service of love. This is why you are here after all….during this time of so much shifting and changing, during this grand transition of humanity into new forms of expression! You are needed here….for the inner healing that extends to the collective. For the collective healing that benefits the individual.

These are Ashes In The Air kind of life phases. These are deep mournings, forgivings, and moving ons. These are dark nights of the soul that open out into more awakenings. These are completions that make new openings more possible.

These are funerals to celebrate what is now gone. These are ceremonies that celebrate what feels to be lost arising again in new forms. These are bifurcations that call you to make difficult choices.

SOULar energies of healthy masculine/Divine Father activation serve you to make the choices that are resisted by parts of you. These geomagnetic winds blow in new possibilities of shiftings and changes. The Matrix peaking brings life as you’ve known it to its edge/end so that you can reboot again and unattach from the previous forms.

The Divine Mother is here in whatever form you most need Her. She will hold the match and she will be the balm to soothe the burns and the swelter too. Call Her to you and She will come. Yet, you have to make room for Her and room for yourself too to let in the form of you that She represents.

Words No Longer Enough As Our Throat Chakras Upgrade

In this 5 month… I feel so much stirring in communication, in the 5th/Throat Chakra.

Communication through words is becoming more challenging and this feels necessary as the mind lets in that there’s far more going on than maybe you’ve realized or than is actually being talked about openly. It’s also becoming challenging as the world awakens, to cover up the true intention and energy behind the words being offered. “Finding the right words” was never really that easy to begin with, as words are really so limiting, and yet it’s become even more challenging as there is so much emotion and reaction moving through the planet, that our words alone are no longer enough to quell or heal or answer any of it.

I feel the stirring of this question as I feel all of this today;

What would happen if we all were silent for a day?

If the world could only hum its presence and the media could use no words?

What would happen if, instead of conversing and convincing, we chose instead to pause, to remain silent together?

To take the space to FEEL together?

To actually feel fears and the parts of us that hold them, and not act or react on behalf of them… to feel the heartbreak of a thousand lifetimes on this planet and others, witnessing the same growth edges, choice points, and soul turns that haven’t been truly made… yet.

All of the din of influencing and being influenced, of facts and figures, of debates and arguments, of words of love that don’t match the energy and true intention of the ones speaking them… mutes the heart, dulls intuition, dims the soul, and leads instead with a wordy brilliance learned through survival and often a need for manipulation too.

If you chose to be silent for one full day, your heart may begin to open more and your world may start to change from the inside out. If the whole world went silent for one full day, it just might begin to see itself differently, it just might begin to open up to the bigger picture of what its going through, and it just might start to heal, with ownership, all that it’s been a part of co-creating which we are individually responsible for as well.

The Divine hand, even as it stirs all it does on our journey of Ascension, offers us that we will always be felt, whether we are feeling or not. We will always be held, whether parts of us feel they can lean in or not.

And we will always be heard… whether we are silent or not.

Our communication/5th Chakra upgrades this month and beyond may feel like a downgrade in moments… yet being rendered silent for the sake of pure feeling to live in us again, is actually a way to heal even deeper than we’ve ever imagined before. All times in which I’ve experienced this and held space for others in this, magic happens and a door opens within when feeling is not explained but felt instead, and the Divine is let in through your broken-open heart.

From Self-Created Smallness To Embodying Your Vastness

The pain can come from being small. From learning to act small and conform to the smallness around you. The suffering comes from their projection of smallness onto you and the acceptance of this that then becomes your reality….and theirs too. It is a co-created agreement to be and remain in smallness.

The smallness is the 3D agreement of filtering. It makes up the veil of amnesia and the belief in it keeps the veil in place. The pain comes from the long term fusion to this sense of smallness as the truth of who you are. It comes from the forgetting of the truth of your VASTNESS.

Parts of you form to support this smallness picture. These parts of you repeat the message of it over and over in self punishing tones and voices. The unworthiness message battles your body, your emotions, your spirituality, your choices….whatever can be picked on or is vulnerable to attack.

This punishing frequency forms layers of protection and guardedness over your innocence. Your innocence becomes covered over with shame and feelings of wrongness. Your trust in life and yourself gets layered over with distrust. Your sense of goodness about yourself becomes buried over with unworthiness and self hate.

These parts of you feel then that they ARE unworthy, are shameful, are wrong by their very nature. So much suffering in this usually unconscious looping of the punisher part and the corresponding reactions of shame in the younger parts of you. This is a well oiled and fuelled system inside designed to keep you small, created to cap your growth, and reinforced to maintain itself. It is designed to keep you protected, even if it is limiting.

There is not some evil force of aliens or demons or negative entities or abusive spiritual teacher that keep this personal hell in manifest form from within you. This is not being done to you BY others, even as it can very much feel that way. The others in your life that reflect and reinforce this smallness picture are there only to offer you a reflection of this inner polarized state for it continue to come into your awareness….over and over again if necessary until you wake to it as being sourced from INSIDE of you.

This is a self created smallness that your soul chose for good reason….until it is the time and phase to complete it. Only you can realize when that time is and only you can end it.

You end it by bringing love to all the parts of you that have felt so unworthy, including the parts of you that punish, judge, attack, and shame you and others. You separate from these parts in order to have a relationship with them and not just become them in their routinized reactions.

This creates an increasing sense of your goodness, of your worthiness and….of your vastness. This inner ambassadorship to all frequencies inside of your BEing connects you to the truth of your bigness again. To your innate goodness again. To your innocence again.

Who ARE you? You ARE Infinite Love in human form….arising into your bigness expression for the service of and because of love. Any picture less than that is ripe to be loved into this infinite love realized manifestation state again.

Welcome back to the VASTNESS of you….love can show the way!! ~

Divine Alignment Through All Necessary Darkness

“Thy harmful will be done”…

~

‘Thy will be done’ doesn’t feel like enough these days as a declaration of surrender to the Divine within and without. There’s a lot of harm going on in this world. There always has been, yet it’s all become amplified and the veils have been dropping at increasing rates around what’s been hidden. 

The Divine is aware of the great harm and pain unfolding. It holds us with a desire for our well-being, yet won’t caretake us in the process. We’ve asked, consciously and unconsciously, for an upgrade to our planet and our consciousness and we’re in the throes of getting just that. In order to move into more light, we have to see what hasn’t had light shed on it. We have to care, deeply, about the state of things… ALL things. From everything that’s happening in all areas of our personal lives, to the torture and killing of animals and other humans, and to the insidious nature of our governments, medical systems, and other ‘powers that be’. The Divine has a hand in it all, from the painful expressions of it, to the dismantling of it, to the co-creation of what we really do want going forward.

In order to collaborate with the Divine within and without, to express our deepest form of surrender to what’s unfolding and NEEDS to unfold, we have to admit to ourselves that Divine will needs to cause harm in some form. It needs to destroy to helps us rebuild. This is not without our mourning and grief for what was and for the loss of lives and ways of life also being honoured and made space for, however. We aren’t expected to transcend all of our pain and just let the Divine do its thing. No… we’re invited to aid in the destruction and recreation of a world that needs dismantling…

To move beyond polarity and division, we need to see it. And in order to see it, it all needs to be allowed to reach its peak. We get to hold on to the side we feel most resonant with, yet we also get to learn how to open our hearts to ALL sides… because the battling and arguing is meant to get boring and tiring. 

To move beyond being controlled by a Matrix that, innocently enough, we have ALL contributed to in its creation and perpetuation by refusing to see what’s real, especially within. The great ‘cults’ of culture, in birth family, friend groups, spirituality, and even whole cities and countries, need to be seen. Not all are ‘bad’, yet all need us to feel our sovereignty, ultimately, and choose consciously what we want and who we want to be around, now more than ever.

To move into the Ascension that we all want to move into, to co-create New Earth… to feel, in our humble worthiness, our equality with all great teachers who have come before us like Yeshua, St Germain, Anna, Mary Magdalene, Buddha, Kuan Yin, etc… we are invited to feel ALL of our personal rumbles around this process and the arrogance that has taken the place of the humility in reaching this mountain top of Divine Alignment and embodiment.

We all have big choices to make and need to be sober about them. We will need to cause hurt and harm at times as we take care of ourselves and find what most resonates. We will need to align with the sometimes harmful will of the Divine as we break down and break open, always in growth, and always on our way through this sometimes rather gruesome Ascension process.

You Are Your Own Sovereign

You are your own sovereign.

There’s no one above you. Your power is yours by right of being. It cannot be taken away. It cannot be transferred to another by force or by gift.

But there’s also no one below you. You don’t have power ‘over’ any-one or any-thing. All the ones and things around you are equally sovereign, by right of their being.

So what’s the value in sovereignty then, if I can’t feel powerful, and command or demand over something?

The value is found in the shared experience. We are all equal sovereigns, lords of our own kingdoms and queendoms. The only company that we could ever truly enjoy is with our own kind – Kings and Queens.

Only those who possess this kind of sovereignty can experience true surrender. True surrender is an even deeper sharing in this profound kind of knowing that my power is mine, and only I can lay it down and pick it up at will, when and as I choose.

Surrender is a most powerful expression of our power.

True surrender is not the same thing at all as what we’ve called ‘giving away your power’. Your ownership of your power cannot be signed over to another. It can only be denied or disowned by you as long as you are unaware of your power.

But you are re-membering now. The dis-membering that preceded this remembrance was all about a full circle learning curve to come to terms with the infinite power you hold, and always did.

How does this remembrance that’s happening now want to express in your life as you know it right now?

What choices are before you asking for your most honest truth? Who and what in your life needs to be informed of that truth? What manner will you assume as you share that truth that isn’t about the old grounds of power or dominance over others, making them feel small and controlled?

Now, you are in true humble worthiness surrender territory. You’ve surrendered your choices and truth declaration to the world around you, and you’re ready to accept their truth declaration and choices in return, that may well be to your loss, the loss of something you’ve worked hard up till now to not lose.

They may not want to or be ready to take the journey you are taking. Their time and manner of remembrance may not be in sync with yours. You are choosing to let go a kind of false power over them of pretending to be in resonance with them when in fact, the ground underneath your relationship has been getting smaller and smaller of late, leading to this choice point that arises now in your shared story together.

You acknowledge your oneness with them and your utter  inseparability with them by breaking off contact with them as you know and feel that nothing real can be lost.

Here we see and feel the shared sovereignty reality. We wondered how there could be a room full of Kings and Queens without any subjects to make it all real. Now we see and feel that we are all subjects of the Kings and Queens that surround us on all sides. You are a complete sovereign in relationship with complete and total sovereigns.

You surrender to that with the ownership of your sovereignty, as you hold it in love, in surrender, in deep humility, in the willingness to let go of what no longer serves you or them.

When you find yourself feeling dominated or lorded over by any kind of power, be it social pressure, 3D governmental power structures or people in authority, spiritual teachers, or your boss at work, you are being invited to feel the power of your choice that can never be taken from you.

Even if you end up in prison, feeling most of your freedoms taken from you, you are invited to feel the power over your own being that is yours and yours alone. This power doesn’t need security fences or noisy alarm systems to protect it, for it cannot be taken away or lost. When you know this in life, you know it in any and all circumstances, and it radiates to everyone around you boldly, even to your jailers if that is the circumstance you find yourself in.

The entire world awaits this awakening in you. Jailers, kings, queens, philosophers and ploughmen, each must play their part in their own awakening, spurred on by your awakening.

There’s only one of us ultimately, so there cannot be anyone above or below. This one of us needs to remember its own power simultaneously through your and my individual remembrance of it. None of us get to be fully home until all of us are fully home, again because there is only one of us.

You get to be a forerunner in all of this if you’d like to be, a shower of the way. It will however call for the ongoing surrender of many things, things you once held onto dearly and even fiercely in the process of learning what power and sovereignty is not.

This is what makes it real, what makes it royal, is that you as a King and as a Queen give up false power to truly serve the loyal subjects that surround you towards the awakening to their own sovereignty.

Anyone who tries to suppress the power of those around them will forever be surrounded by stunted beings, reflecting to them their own seemingly inescapable smallness of being.

Anyone who champions the power of the individual around them, will forever be surrounded by testaments of their own true power and sovereignty.

This is the story, the drama that is unfolding on the stage before us now. You and I are the actors, the playwrights, the audience, the investors putting in the capital, and the janitor who must clean up after the show.

This is the dharma in our drama right now. You are the examplar and the sampler. This is the greatest story ever told.

Context, Content, And Deeper Feeling

There is a sacred process happening on this planet. I feel it, you feel it, we all are feeling it. But are we reacting to it or REALLY feeling it?

There is a way that parts of us can go into a particular ‘modus operendi’ when it comes to deep feeling. When I used that word above I am getting I really meant ‘sensing’. First, there is an intuitive or even an obvious sense of what is happening. And then there is going into feeling.

How we respond to that feeling is varied. We can research, protest, get paranoid, paralyzed, positive, or proactive. I find myself doing a little of bit everything depending on what part of me is in the forefront.
All of it is a natural flow of our emotional body. It is all welcomed and necessary. They are all portals to access our Divine Self. That essence of each of us that has a larger perspective and understanding, while at the same time hold space for the deeper feeling that emanates from our fractured selves.

Finding context in the midst of it all can open some more space to breath. That context is one that lives in you that may find resonance in different places. It gives parts of you something to lean into. That context is really You. Your Higher or Divine Self lens.

Yet, context also provides the space to feel. When we are locked in content, we are fusing to the more wounded aspects of us. They lose sight of a bigger heart and soul picture that takes them to sobriety and even hope.

When you can feel or at least see from a wider or higher vantage point, those deeper feelings (parts) are given permission to unfurl and unpack. They let go into deeper vibrations of loss, grief, fear, and rage while not getting wrapped up in them. They become rivers and not dammed up energy. Interesting…dammed and damned.

I continue to feel deeper layers of my feeling that lie under my reactions and responses. The clouds look thick and foreboding from a certain vantage point. There is also infinite sun shining on the other side of those clouds. Both are true in our full spectrum of awareness. It can be hard to see the forest for the trees, especially when it feels like the forest is on fire.

Ascension Update: 3D Mainstream Consciousness Moves Into Lower 4D As 5D Upgrades Come In

Ascension Update: Intense clearing energies as 3D ‘mainstream’ collapses, 4D Karmic healing intensifies & 5D upgrades come in. This is such a truly unique time to be alive here now with ALL that is happening on physical/emotional/spiritual levels for humanity both in terms of what is releasing, collapsing and what is upgrading.

You may be feeling these intense energies on the physical body level, prompting a need for fasting or eating very lightly. It can be of great assistance to put all of your energy toward this clearing/upgrading process rather than toward digestion of physical food. Eating just fruit (with high light/water content) can also be helpful. Being very sleepy, need for rest and long naps, passing out and going ‘off line’ are also happening now along with various aches and pains occurring too. Chronic illness and deep toxicity may be coming up now too…feeling ‘worse before better’ as the cells clear it out and there is no longer need for it. Our immune systems are also being upgraded to ‘survive’ whatever is coming next.

What we are experiencing now since the Covid narrative began to accelerate a year ago feels to me like it is the 3D mainstream collapse that so many of us have been feeling will happen, yet in a different form than perhaps we imagined it would. I’ve been seeing ‘collapse’ scenarios for over ten years now. I was attached to the Lower 4D picture/program of industrial collapse for awhile… we even relocated to Mexico for a time to create a sustainable sanctuary to live on an off-grid ranch in community. We were motivated then by the sense that it would all fall down and wasn’t sustainable, sensing that it was being fuelled by energies that were more about control and dominance than they were about balance and love in tune with Mother Gaia.

Then, during my time on the ranch, I awakened to the false AI-generated Matrix reality that has created our 3D ‘mainstream’ culture for so long. I felt that it would collapse, yet I didn’t initially see the bigger and darker agenda going on around it at first that was actually controlling THROUGH the technologies and dependency on energy grids. Understanding more now about the motivations of the Cabal and how it connects to the overall Ascension process for humanity, I could ‘place’ it more into that picture with trust in the Divine plan around it all….and include support/technologies being released eventually from Star Beings as part of the solution to what seemed like insurmountable problems otherwise.

3D culture has created a numbed and drugged sense of false safety, where self preservation and material attainment are the number one goals. Social media, mainstream media, education, and easy streaming entertainment 24/7 lulls us into compliance, easily programmable by all that we watch and take in. It was hard to imagine how it would collapse without ‘pulling the plug’ of the electrical and technology grids that fuelled it.

Yet, Covid has been a mercy in that it has woken us up out of this slumber. It has interrupted the routines of eat/sleep/work repeat; threatened financial security (as the money systems need to collapse too); and put physical ‘safety’ and the fear of body death as the most pressing motivation for ALL personal choice and governmental decisions so we could reconcile and heal our fear of it. Covid and the ways that it has been used and leveraged by the Cabal has brought us into the Lower 4D, collapsing the 3D world that was an addictive dream one in comparison. The ‘true’ dark Lower 4D agenda of depopulation, AI-control, transhumanism and genetic/DNA modification is being revealed now…aided hugely by poisonous mass v@ccinnations/gene therapies being pushed on us all.

Being in the Lower 4D reality now AS our collective consciousness for the last year has dropped many awakening souls into deeper states of depression/suicidal temptation, ego death, dissonance with their families/friends, chronic illness/body toxicity, soul karmic bleed throughs, difficulties/separations in relationships, and overall despair over how it will all resolve. This has been so challenging to navigate.

Yet also there is a sense of liberation going on here as the Dark timeline gets ‘so bad and so obvious’ it finally motivates many more to change. Being tuned into the Divine Mother, I always felt it would be an intense death/rebirth process that would be necessary for us to wake up and choose New Earth realities. It would take A LOT of collapse and deconstruction for us to choose something that is unknown to us, unsupported by the mainstream, and draws so much resistance/fear projection from others. It felt important to stay soberly grounded in this, even as I experienced a lot of joy and bliss on an ongoing basis as I embraced this process.

Yet, also, in this willingness to die and let go of something old in order to experience something new….we are met with so much love and support from the Divine that it is always ultimately worth it. We are increasingly coming to trust that loss is part of the process of being reborn. We are able to grief and mourn as needed, celebrating the new as it arises.

This is then what the death of 3D culture, our rebirth out of the Lower 4D transitional grounds and into 5D New Earth realities from WITHIN us looks and feels like. The densities of 3D toxic living and eating need to clear out and be released; the karmic soul patterns and traumas need to be consciously connected with and integrated; the 5D and higher energies that most support our light bodies, our Divine Self to embody and our heart open/expand need to be brought in and allow for upgrading.

It is challenging right now not to get stuck in the sticky web of the Lower 4D as it moves into mainstream collective experience. This can lead to over focus on the ‘outside’ and what is happening or not happening. This can lead to engaging in battles over the old rather than focus on creating the new. This can lead to ongoing suffering over being rejected, misunderstood, and vilified by others.

Most souls are not yet able in this moment to be conscious of how this shift into the Lower 4D is impacting them; the timelines that are opened out and now bleeding through: the karmic patterns that their soul has engaged with life after life. They have gone to others, such as mediums/psychics/spiritual teachers/channelers for this ‘information’ about themselves with mixed results and sometimes abuses occurring as they hand over their sovereignty to others with more ‘awareness’ than them.

We are meant now to go within for this information about ourselves. We can lift our own veils. We can channel our own Divine guidance. We can connect to any lifetime and timeline that is relevant for us to know and feel. We can hold the space for our own healing. These awarenesses and this access is becoming more available to us through the activations that are happening on DNA/cellular/body/heart/chakra levels that move us into deeper embodiment of our sacred humanity.

Awareness of how our ‘base reality’ as a collective is shifting can help with navigating this. Finding resonance within yourself and with your soul family provides a support bubble (of the truly best kind) to buffer you as needed from the intensities going on while you access this information for yourself. Discovering ‘outside’ help that is in integrity and empowers your sovereignty can assist in reconnecting to your higher knowledge. Seek out temporary bridges as needed and models in human and etheric form as you are guided by your higher heart to.

Surrender to the overall process that is happening here and Divine love can flood into your being…offering the sense that love is holding it ALL and always has.
