Energy Update: All Are Being Invited To Wake Up!

“All are being invited to WAKE UP!”…..one of those messages I received that feels like a newspaper headline broadcast from the Divine Source News Station that we are all connected into as souls. ALL are being invited to awaken to the remembrance of this connection and to All That Is and to No-Thing-Ness too. ALL are being invited to awaken to their sacred humanity, the embodiment of their higher self (a higher dimensional fractal from Divine Source that we ‘left behind’ when we came into human body here) along with the maturation of our emotional bodies and healing of our soul legacy experiences from other lifetimes.

The invitation for this waking up is coming primarily in the form of increasingly higher vibrational frequency love and light waves that we’ve all been feeling the effects of, in the last six months especially. The schumann resonance (which can read more about here: http://themindunleashed.com/2017/02/schumann-resonance-rising-reflect-higher-consciousness.html) has been peaking at 120 lately….THIS IS HIGH! We are still adjusting as it rose from its consistent 7.83 HZ to 15-25 HZ in 2014 and now THIS level, which has never been experienced in our history of recording it. It seems to be a sign, some ‘physical proof’ of the higher vibrational frequencies that are caused by and are helping to cause the awakening of humanity beyond our previous chosen caps, traps, and matrixes that limited our consciousness.

Our DNA is waking up too, those sleepy strands that we put to bed after the fall of Atlantis (which is actually STILL happening beyond the linear time picture). Waking up DNA gives us access to so much more of our capacity as Infinite Creators, Infinite Awareness, and Infinite Possibilities in human form. Waking up DNA helps us to remember, connect with, and integrate our multidimensional aspects that exist in the NOW, waiting to infuse us with expanded capacities in all areas.

Our bodies continue to adjust to these increases, upgrading from carbon-based to crystalline frequencies, transforming into light bodies at the cellular level. Our adjusting bodies ask us for connection…for us to feel and hear and respond to what their shifting needs are. To be able to sleep when needed, especially, as that creates a ‘reboot’ and integration time. To connect with nature seems to help our bodies A LOT through this transition. For me, it has been daily trips to the beach, to bury my hands and feet in the sand, take in the sun codes, feel the salty water and ocean breeze. If I had access to forests, I would walk in the trees, put my palms on the trunks, connect in with their root systems. Even meditating, journeying to scenes with nature and the five elements can help right now. We offer many guided meditations with these settings on our SoulFullHeart Experience You Tube Channel.

The increased level of light waves seems to create a sense of being juiced on caffeine, like there is all this EXTRA energy somehow if you tap into it from a soul place. It provides juice for creative projects, service of love projects, and clearer communication and access to the bigger picture and vision around these projects. For me, I have felt like I am constantly being downloaded creative ideas to respond to….I am getting better at navigating these downloads so I can also rest, meditate, feel the priorities, respond to service, be and feel balanced.

“ALL are being Fast Tracked!” is the other Divine Source news headline. Gaia is being Fast Tracked, so of course so are we as her human guests. Fast tracked seems to mean an acceleration of the soul awakenings that you’ve been experiencing as your consciousness raises out of 3D reality processing and into 4D. Decompartmentalizations and bursting bubbles too that your 3D self may have created around your awakenings. The previous compartments and bubbles that ‘held’ the awakening from creating a rumble or changes in your life can be dissolved and collapsed FAST right now with linear time meaning nothing in terms of actual processing and digestion and decision making. Your soul is being supported to burst out of ANY container and express through you in any and all ways possible that serve love.

All this changing and transition brings our attention to our emotional body and the aspects of us that are still anchoring into ‘past’ traumas and pains, freeze frame stuck there with feelings of fear, resistance, being lost, disconnection, anxiety. These aspects of us NEED our growing awakening self (our soul infused self) to BE with them, to feel them, and to bring them into the current with us, into the now with us, into the new timeline with us. ALL are being invited to wake up and to fast track this awakening. To enter this higher vibrational frequency timeline means letting go and most likely collapsing the one you are currently living. The Awakening Of The Sacred Masculine Heart

Awakening.  That word elicits so many different responses from so many people.  We know it is becoming aware of what we have been conditioned to believe as True.  We have chosen to fall asleep to our infinite power.  We squirreled it away somewhere so we can learn new experiences while on the way to remembering.  For some that path has been laid out with some pretty intense crucibles and circumstances.  All that were chosen by us to serve something in us that we just can’t seem to see yet.  But then one day that just changes and life as you once knew it, no longer holds the storyline that was attached to it.  YOU just popped a stitch and the pants no longer fit or even make sense to wear anymore.  

You are now seeing and feeling life differently.  Maybe you have been on a journey already and all of a sudden there is another moment of awareness that presences itself and you find yourself in need of something more still.  No matter where we are on this evolution of consciousness, there is always MORE to live into.  We are not static beings.  We need to keep growing, keep deepening, and keep widening our field and experience of love.  There are so many energies that we have available to us, withIN us, that can lend us the support necessary to guide us to our next places.  But sometimes those voices can be muted or even blocked by an energy inside of us that is protecting us from that MORE.  We cannot see that ourselves because we are not able to.  Maybe even not meant to.   We are drawn to circumstances and people that can mirror this to us.  Our Higher Self is working overtime with patient persistence.

I have been digesting the difference between women and men when it comes to recognizing when a certain timeline is just done with them.  It is not that more women are awakening, as it is they are just making choices that support that awakening.  They reach a tipping point sooner and seem to search for those that they feel can trust to begin this diffusion from the suffering.  This doesn’t mean they don’t have resistances, they are just more willing to make that first step.

The spirituality side of awakening feels lushly inhabited by both genders with all kinds of access points to our Divine and Cosmic energy.  Knowledge of ancient teachings, scientific discoveries, and powerful intuitions and downloads. I have such a hunger and curiosity for it all.  It is all a part of our human experience.  But then there is the emotional side of awakening.  The one that is inextricably tied to our human heart.  It is the center of what it means to be alive and human.  Not just spirit only.  There are so many examples of spiritual leaders that have deeply painful emotional existences.  This has a huge affect on those they are leading and serving.  There is an integrity of heart and soul bigness that qualifies our Sacred Humanity.

The human heart is a grand frontier too!  So much of our ability to experience a rich celestial life is found in our ability to experience a rich emotional life.  This is found with a YOU to YOU phase of independence and watering your own self-worth.  But as that fills up it naturally wants to find its way to others through service and sacred romance.  Those that have been serving may need a time of going in to feel their human heart again.  A time in which the only service is to YOU and you alone.  Or there is a time when a need for community and growth relationship is next on your spiritual docket.  It is all evident in where you feel stuck, paused, or ready to rock and roll.

To get back to the gender aspect, I feel that it is the domain of the vulnerable heart where men have found themselves in a status or frozen state.  A lot happening in the soul domain but his heart has been sequestered for the fear of feeling all there is to feel.  This holds true for all of us, but again more women are taking that first step into integrate BOTH the heart AND the soul into one clear expression of sacred human femininity.  The reality is, is that they are more spring-loaded for it.  They are more adept at the terrain of the winding winds of emotion.  And this feels like what will spark the heart of Man to go into what he needs to to match the growing tide of awakening women.

This does not make Man less than.  There is a LOT in our collective that we are working through in our own personal hearts.  As one man begins the journey toward emotional healing, it paves the way for others.  It affects the collective archetype and it begins to shift into a new arena of what sacred masculinity might look and feel like.  But it takes the desire to want something different and MORE.  To acknowledge that there are parts of us that are not in health and need healing because we can just feel it.  I believe men have been hugely affected by the journey into 3D but it IS what we signed up for.  Our next Hero’s quest is that of the heart.  To stand in our own power and self-worth.  To arise again into our Kingly stature and call to our counterpart Queen who is waiting for our arrival.  Together we take our bodies and souls with us into the New Golden Earth that is awaiting our full return and remembrance.

I am on that journey within myself and others.  Together we call to other men who feel that something is not being fully expressed in their lives.  That they know there is more to life than just being aware. It is to be fully alive in ALL areas of your expression.  It is a cavalry of vulnerable and impassioned leaders of Self and Consciousness.  To claim all that he wants from livelihood to brotherhood.  From wisdom to courage.  From romantic to ecstatic.  It doesn’t have to be done alone.  It was never meant to be.

A New Timeline Is Calling You To Heal And Feel On The Inside

Beginning again and again….YOU will emerge from the ashes of your purposefully burned down previously beloved life. The moments of your phoenix self emerging out and UP, those moments of being FREED UP from what was tying and binding and confining YOU.

So many hooks and binds fitted in and slotted in and configured in your 3D self that call you to unplug, over and over, feeling the places that are connected in. Aspects of you sitting around the living room of your conditioned life, watching the television of programmed reality, believing the timeline offered of suppression and smallness and suffering. Aspects of you ‘stuck’ in frozen moments of trauma and pain, living there still, freeze framed beyond time, still feeling the PAIN of this then. Aspects of you co-created with your birth family, them constantly energizing “this is you” and so the hologram like you arising from this projection and matching what they want and need you to be.

ALL these aspects of you needing YOU…..your love, your soul juice, your heart tones to help them leave the living room of programmed and conditioned reality……to help them turn off the old TV (literal and figuratively)…..to unplug from the matrix INSIDE…..to heal the grids INSIDE……..to unfreeze them in the stuck moments, to meet them there, feel them there, and then MOVE them on into the NOW moment…..to turn OFF the hologram you projection created by your birth family through boundaries and taking space so the TRUE you can arise.

These aspects of you and the stuck energy of them that manifests in rage, depression, anxiety, tension, despair, control, suffering, body pains, insomnia, toxic relationships…..can MOVE into the higher frequencies of joy, magic, bliss, trust, creativity, truth telling, sacred unions, and SERVICE OF LOVE frequencies for which YOU REALLY ARE.

This process of unplugging, deconditioning….it ALL is held with SO MUCH love and support by the Divine, by Mother Gaia, by your BEloved guides, by your soul family (who is witnessing on the higher soul level), by your sacred union mate (who is WITH you or is waiting), by your higher self (who is embodying into you more and more), by your star family and star BEing aspects…..they are ROOTING for you and want to support you in this process that can be SO Challenging yet inevitable too if it is what you have signed UP for to experience here.

This support and this love from others, from outside can come INSIDE more and more as you feel and heal your inner landscapes…it is the ONLY way to experience a new reality on the outside. A NEW life, a new timeline is calling you into these higher frequencies of emotional, spiritual, mental, physical, and social health, nourishment, and abundance….can you feel it?

It Is Time To Burst Bubbles And Make Changes In Order To Serve Love

Bubbles are being burst and compartments are being flooded WITH LOVE. These bubbles and compartments served you for a phase as your soul has been awakening and the frequencies of expansion beyond your 3D conditioning have been SO needed. They served the learning and exploration as your mind deconditioned from so much academic training and programming about what reality is and isn’t. They served you as the ground rumbled from within, quaking and shaking inside as you started to remember WHO and WHAT and WHY you are here.

These bubbles serve you until they no longer do. Increasingly potent waves of PURE love from Divine Source want to burst ALL the bubbles that remain in your life. Waves of PURE love want to swarm and reform the compartments that parts of you have created in your life to separate your soul alchemy from other areas that have not been ready to change and transform yet. A compartmentalized life is how the 3D self can cope with the awakening of the 4D self, it is how these frequencies are negotiated and even allowed to happen from within you. ONE area of life can change (maybe it is career or geography) but not ALL areas….this is how the 3D self ‘controls’ the process of awakening until it can no longer BE controlled.

An example of compartments in your life is going to spiritual weekend workshops and retreats to get your soul watered and then coming home to or living with discordant and even toxic relationships that no longer serve your soul. Your unawakening mate may agree to this compartmentalization for a phase too in an attempt to preserve the relationship..it’s OK for you to go to workshops, retreats, see your ‘healer’ as long as the relationship stays the same and isn’t impacted or changed. As long as you don’t ask or invite your mate to JOIN YOU in the awakenings, then everything is ‘fine.’ The two 3D selves ‘agree’ to this arrangement and the unawakened partner says they are being ‘supportive’ when really they are being suppressive and YOU are allowing them to be because somehow that serves part of you as well.

This compartmentalization can REALLY show up in birth family relationships as so much of the ground within them is based on 3D conditioning and role playing. Your birth family ‘doesn’t get’ what your soul is awakening to and even judges it as ‘crazy’, yet your 3D selves agree that the family bond gets to stay intact as long as they ‘support’ you in your path and you agree to remain in the family, do family events and holidays, not be ‘too crazy or strange’. Again, this isn’t actually resonant support but a compartmentalized and codependent agreement between 3D selves. This can be the same dynamic in friendships too that are based on ‘old’ and previous life phases that you are outgrowing and moving beyond.

Another example of compartments in your life is continuing to do a job that is deadening, toxic, flat, not reflective of your soul purpose and reason for being here even as you SAY that you are here to serve love, be a light worker, be a healer, be a teacher. This is SO understandable for a phase as you transition to the expression of your soul purpose as your means of livelihood. But, watch and feel for the 3D self keeping you stuck in a job that doesn’t reflect your soul in order to shrink your bigness and keep you ‘safe’. This part of you can use anxiety about money and existential trust issues to keep you stuck in a career and job that isn’t serving love, which is the ULTIMATE reason for the soul awakening in the first place.

This is what bursts the bubbles and floods the compartments that parts of you have created and constructed….the DESIRE, the URGE, the COMPLETE DRIVE to serve love in ALL moments and in ALL ways. The service of love THROUGH you and TO yourself and WITH others is what provides the courage to complete the job, to complete the relationships, to complete the ‘weekend warrior’ seeker mode and truly CLAIM your soul expression in all moments. The service of love THROUGH you creates the NEW space to hold the reactions of parts of you as they transition and let go of the old structures and the energetic bubbles that form a ‘second skin’ over your auric field are dissolved.

The GRAND collective awakening that is happening in the NOW that we all agreed to participate in as souls has a force and energy to it that can be tapped into and downloaded in a personal way. Connection with Ethereal guides in a way that is visceral and REAL for you, a way that allows you to ACTUALLY make the changes you need to make in your life (the practical changes that you NEED to make) is available and they are SO ready to help you. Your guides and higher self WANT to be life coaches for you, not just deliver higher frequency contextual messages all the time from ‘on high’ in some transcendent tones that doesn’t really provide much relevant application to your life. Your guides and higher self are VERY invested in you making the changes you need to make yet they can’t go against the ‘free will’ (or stubbornness sometimes) of your 3D self. ASK them to help you make the changes you need to make on the day-to-day living level, and then surrender into the transitions that are necessary to REALLY be expressing from your soul essence and stepping into and UP TO what you are here to BE and DO. Archangel Metatron in particular is a very effective life coach and project manager (he wanted me to add that!)

In all of my SoulFullHeart sessions with women recently, the main theme of our process together has been around what their compartments and bubbles are and what the next steps are to moving them forward. Feeling places and parts (we start with the inner protector) that have blocked their soul frequencies from coming in, rumbling the ground, creating and making changes, moving them on if needed from toxic relationships especially. This is ‘practical ascension’ and it is about REAL changes happening, not just reading spiritual articles online and sharing quote cards on social media or taking in spiritual phrases and ideals back and forth while you continue to suffer in your ACTUAL life. But TRULY changing what IS NOT working for you any more on a soul level. The higher self YOU already KNOWS what these changes ARE that you need to make….you have probably been thinking and feeling what they are even as you are reading these words.

Negotiation with your inner protector as you are supported by your most beloved guides allows for the moving forward of these soul changes. Your inner protector is the aspect of your 3D self that has been in charge of guarding and defending your most precious assets such as your inner child, your inner feminine (in both men and women), your inner teenager, your SOUL bigness and expression. This loyal aspect of you doesn’t need to be battled or overcome to allow these changes but rather felt and connected to….to feel that he can NOW rest and have YOU take over. Suffering in ANY areas of your life can come to a completion as you allow the frequencies that are available NOW of PURE love INTO all areas of your life. This means letting in and letting go, being willing to question and wonder about EVERYTHING in your life and WHY you have chosen it and feel into if it is serving love or if it is not. It is the willingness and openness to be REAL about what you have created in your life as you are NOT victim to any of it but rather THE grand creator that has drawn it all to you and for you. This means trusting in deepening ways that the changes that you ARE guided to make serve your soul essence as an expression of service of love in human form.

Going Into Your Darkness To Reveal Your Light

To look in the mirror, to REALLY look, is to be OPEN to seeing and feeling inside that which is hard to accept, difficult to love, and most in need of attention. That which lurks in the shadows of your soul, the tight corners of your heart, and the darkest regions of your mind.

Going into this darkness with FULL consciousness is what illuminates the soul spark that you are and reveals the Infinite Love that you are. Going into this darkness with willingness to feel it ALL reveals the Divine light that you are.

Sometimes life will bring you to this darkness and sometimes you will choose it…..whatever way you find yourself there, feel how it is the beginning of the true lifting of the veil that falseness has placed over you. It is the lifting of self delusion that keeps parts of you stuck in suffering and pain.

If you have not had this experience of the crucible of darkness, seek that which will guide you (as we do in SoulFullHeart sessions) in it and through it rather than letting parts of you cling to a light that is but an echo or glimmer of the real thing.

When what is false has been repeatedly burned away in a conscious process which INCLUDES embracement and transmutation of the dark, you can trust the light that emerges from it as being real and a reflection of the Divine spark that you ARE. ~

REALLY Showing Up For What YOU REALLY Want.

What would YOU show up for in life, REALLY show up for, given the opportunity?

Asking the first question leads to second one that goes something like this ‘Well, I know I have it in me to REALLY show up for something, but I know myself enough to know that I would only REALLY show up for something heart and soul, ALL IN, if it REALLY called to me,…so what then is it that I REALLY want?’

Awesome QUESTion! What IS it that YOU…REALLY… WANT?

The entire universe literally awaits your answer to that question. The next great literature of the world will be written from your ‘literalizing’ of this quest and question inside of you.

To enter this quest, and have life and love as your SPONSOR giving YOU all you need to undertake this quest depends upon your literalizing of this offer that life and love are extending to you. Life can offer and even offer inspiration, but it cannot go beyond that, or it would be diminishing your power and learning. What’s more, rescuing YOU in this way of choosing for you would kill the fun and adventure that YOU signed up for as well. Life sees YOU in an exciting and ‘funnest-fun’ kind of adventure. This of course appeals to all of us, from the part of us who may only be seeking a bit of medicative distraction from boredom, all the way to the part of us wanting to blow the doors off of our limited life picture who resonates at a deep soul level with these words.

My truth is that for everyone of us, if we are here and breathing, that breath itself is alive with opportunity that is calling to us, and it is calling us on an EPIC level to step into our next pieces. Only YOU can know what that is even if it’s just a sniff of your next step. The YOU-ni-verse is in that sniff. Until there is action on that sniff, YOU are actually telling the universe and your guides that YOU aren’t ready to move. YOU are using your sovereign power of your sovereign being to ‘decide, decree and declare’ to the universe and all of its subjects that YOU will be remaining where YOU are…that you’re not REALLY going to be showing up for anything.

So I ask again, what would YOU show up for in life, REALLY show up for, given the opportunity?

Can you see here that the question isn’t any longer about the ‘given the opportunity’ part? That was just a ruse coming from the part of YOU bent on staying stuck, making it look like that owning your power was predicated upon an outside chance opportunity coming your way, as if it wasn’t staring you in the face, impatiently waiting. Life itself IS the opportunity.

I’ve wrestled with this QUESTion time and time again. This one, you and I won’t ever actually ever fully get. You are an infinite being on an infinite exploration. THAT’S MAGICAL! You’re not going to run out of excitement, engagement and ‘next pieces’ if you take up this offer life is extending you. It will call upon every emerging ounce of your courage as you know it. Surprisingly though, you ‘blowing your wad’ on courage, going all in, won’t deplete your courage, but en-courage you to take on the next piece, and the next one after that.

There’s a certain amount of sanctity and sanity we preserve by NOT feeling, at least until the layers on top of our true feelings begin to give way and dissolve because of pressing life circumstances and swelling emotional reactions – THEN it can become insane-feeling, as chaos is created outside of us, pushing these feelings up even more as they call out for our attention. This is true for ANY soul ANYwhere. The piece here for Indigos, Crystals and Rainbows is much the same as for any awakening soul and heart – NOT feeling how we really feel becomes the much crazier choice than actually letting ourselves in. Yet too, there is something here that may be time-bomb-baked inside of us when we are in these soul groups, alerting us to this need for changes INSIDE of us at a much younger age because we are here to do so much work as leaders and healers.

I don’t hold any elitist sort of feeling around claiming I’m an Indigo. I actually feel it kind of lightly. For me it feels like a bridge and also a helpful explanation as to why I care so much about my growth and living into my soul purpose when I’m only just turning 30 this year. I became a “seeker” at age 14, which led me to a desire to serve others and feel my capacity to do so. However, this came in with some shadow pieces like arrogance and self-righteousness too and even in my already-cultivated self-awareness, I still wasn’t quite touching these and others, like entitlement, and narcissism, to name a few. This has been a part of the soul package I came wrapped in and some big things to work this life. I signed up for SoulFullHeart at age 24 because I wanted to work these things… taking breaks between then and now so that I could humbly go into life without consciously holding a process from time to time, which only illuminated more for me in the end. Once you sign up for the bullet train of deep healing, there really is no going back, try as parts of you might… 🙂

It took many reflections, some very hard to take in, for me to truly feel humbled, or rather, for parts of me to truly feel humbled and really start to feel what was really going on for them. There are soul wounds and also this-life, human wounds to feel too. These words of “arrogant”, “entitled” and “narcissistic” did NOT go in easily and there has been a lot of pain in even having to see myself in this light. What has been harder is feeling how  TRUE these words have been for parts of me who haven’t been challenged on their ways of being in life before! Until meeting Raphael and Jelelle Awen, I hadn’t had a single relationship with another teacher, healer, parent or friend who could bring these pieces to me and if they did, it wasn’t with love and compassion, but judgement from the parts of them who are the same way. I can’t explain to you the difference between these two experiences. It’s really something to feel for yourself. ❤

Feeling our shadow and what’s underneath it is an important aspect of the process of going within. What has appeared to be “in shadow” inside of us is actually a whole lot of pain that wants to surface and be healed. There are immense gifts on the other side of all tears shed when feeling our shame, hurt and even rage. As our layers of inner and outer protection melt away because we are finally safe enough to really feel ourselves and our parts, we feel these movements and realizations come to us with fluidity on waves of love that come from outside and inside of us too. It is a humbling process, to unravel deeper and deeper knots and layers protecting the precious yet strong vulnerability of the Sacred Human seed inside… the seed that is meant to grow, flourish and serve love to so many others!

Parts of me have needed to be how they’ve been – there is so much to push away from in our cultures and birth family conditioning and understandably, there is also a lot to protect ourselves from…until there isn’t, that is. Being emotional is still not a fully-embraced thing inside of many, though arguably it’s becoming more and more so as more of us awaken and can no longer deny how we really feel about anything or anyone, dark or light, or while in chaos or stillness or somewhere in between. During this ascension process, this is all being pushed up as light codes and astral influences constantly invite us to really SEE and FEEL ourselves in a much deeper way, illuminating the places where we still need healing and more authentic love flow. Indigos, Crystals, Rainbows and the like are at an advantage age-wise and also soul-wise. We signed up to wake up early and to draw to us the paths that would help with that. Becoming more and more humbled to where our paths are taking us and that we DON’T truly know ourselves in earnest until we’ve really felt our shadows be challenged by someone holding up a mirror with LOVE behind it, is so important if not critical if we are really here to help awaken and lead others. We must first awaken to OURSELVES, let alone ascension, let alone Gaia, star beings, or anything spiritual. The heart truly is where the journey deeply begins and where all legs of it ultimately return to. And there is no other path quite like the one that really embraces and supports an ongoing exploration of our inner worlds, without an “end” place where you can declare ourselves fully-healed, and with plenty of juice for the journey inward and upward. ❤

Why Must You Be Safe, Hidden, And Afraid?: Soul Cry Of Awakening

Oh, why must you be safe? Your heart is crying for MORE.
Oh, why must you be hidden? Your soul is aching to SHINE.
Oh, why must you be afraid? Your courage is wanting to LEAD.
Oh, why must you be settling or shrunken or LESS? Your BIGness is right there waiting.
Oh, why must you be lonely? Your soul family and your sacred union mate is inviting you to join them, to deepen with them.
Oh, why must you live in these ‘musts’?…these places that FEEL real and yet are not? The places of ‘shoulds’ and ‘have tos’ that just feed the conditioning self, the masks, and the personas.

Letting GO, Letting IN, Letting God, Letting LOVE…..washes away the musts and the shoulds and the fear and the hiding and the loneliness and the conforming and the shrinking too. This is NOT an easy thing….all this ‘Letting’ that replaces the “Musting” and the “Shoulding”.

This is SO painful at times to be almost unbearable, this process, and it can’t be floated over or bypassed or transcended or just made ‘light’. Letting Shadow, Letting Dark be illuminated by the LIGHT of your courage to love ALL of it that which is inside. To crawl into the deepest recesses, your heart beaming with love, and bring love THERE….even there, to the places and aspects that have been disregarded and disowned. To reparent them, to reclaim, to RE-member them back into love and reunion.

There are times in the awakening and remembering that you feel like you are cracking, the skin you have known is peeling away to reveal the REAL you, the essence that wants to BURST through. And loving even THIS cracking and THIS false skin and not feeling them as bad, just necessary for while they were to be in 3D frequencies.

Feeling how there are NO places inside of real evil or darkness, nothing to REALLY be afraid of or that can’t be transmuted by love. No pain inside that can’t be held and moved by love. And this changes too how you feel about the outside world, about others…how you feel and see everything outside of yourself as ultimately being worth love and forgiveness and made OF love.

Letting Go, Letting IN, Letting God, Letting REALness, Letting Feelings, Letting Love……THIS is the ground of awakening and remembering. This is the ground where the pain can be held and has a sacred purpose. The sacred purpose of being YOU into realness, into your bigness, into your emotional body being current, into your deepest ground of sacred union of self and with your mate, into the embodiment of YOU as Infinite Love.

Money As A Mirror Of Our Relationship To Love

Let’s get real for a moment about money…not ‘brutally’ real, but lovingly and honestly real with ourselves about money and its role in our lives.

While we’re at it, let’s break the cultural silence around money. Let’s feel money’s all too real, larger-than-life role in our lives, its limitation in our choices, and also, its potential for deep rebirth inside of us.

Let’s begin this worthy quest with some ‘quest’ions. What role does money play in your sense of whether you get to lead the life you really want to or not? How much space does anxiety about money take up in your life and dictate the options you feel you have or don’t have? How do you imagine your life would look and feel different if money were no object? What current relationships in your life would be different were it not for financial necessity? Do you love the country and location where you live, or is it also more about financial necessity? What about how you earn money in the world? Is it in alignment with your deepest sense of calling and purpose, or is it more about holding down a job that you dislike or even detest? How could these tough and sensitive money questions, and the truth-telling mirror that money is, be used to either set us free or keep us small indefinitely?

So many are finding the issue of money to be one of the strongest tethers or anchors keeping them stuck in a 3D reality while they are wanting and even aching to inhabit a deep ascension process of being in tune with their higher self, their guides, and their deeper gift expression in the world. So how do we enter a new timeline where money is concerned? How can we transmute this issue of money from one of the biggest hindrances to our ascension/awakening process, into one of our greatest means of awakening?

I’d like to share with you my own personal bigger-picture lens through which I’ve come to see money. See what resonates for you as your truth, and of course, as always, pass on the rest, or shelve it for further inquiry if you’re not sure.

My truth is that we are not victims in any way to money, or to the powers that be around money, or to debt, etc, All perception of ourselves as victims of a money system gone awry is in large part, in service of a part of us wanting and needing to stay small and secure in what it knows and feels as familiar. (I’m not saying that we don’t have a corrupt money system. I’m saying that we don’t have to be subject to a corrupt money system.)

Money itself and its role in our lives is a mirror that doesn’t lie and what it so effectively mirrors is our relationship to money and ultimately our relationship to love, which is ultimately what money is – simply a carrier of energy. Finding the courage to open out this truth alone can begin a whole new wave in your world around money. If this is true, then money and its role in your life is something in your direct control. I am responsible for the current circumstances in my life around money. I am not a victim in any way around money. Not all of me may feel this is true all of the time, but this too is in my circle of influence to change.

A key piece in beginning a significant shift here is seeing that money itself is not the issue, but instead it is our relationship to money that is the issue. It’s not the thing, but our relationship to the thing that determines what is healthy or unhealthy.

Let’s shift now to weave in some practicalities around money in light of this bigger picture.

If you feel stuck in a job you don’t like, feel into how a part of you must feel something desirable about this job from its point of view, or obviously you wouldn’t be there. In getting to know this part of you, what negotiations could you come to with this part of you that would either make the job more bearable for the time being or allow you to take steps to chart a new course for yourself?

Which leads to the next piece…what is it that you really love? What is it that you would do for no money just simply for the fun of it? And what if that expression of your gift could also be your means of earning a living? What is it that expands you out as you engage in it, rather than contracts you inward? What is it that you feel called to? The word ‘career’ comes from the latin ‘vocarre’ which means ‘to call’. None of us are without a calling, some of us are just haven’t consciously heart it yet. So what steps could you take to engage in this calling expression more and more in your life? My truth is that there is always a beginning place that one is aware of, yet beginning there is a negotiation with the part of us who isn’t quite ready to begin there. Getting started there at this beginning is being on the path of sacred calling that opens out the next pieces in terms of direction, courage, and recognition by others in the world. Why would we think that offering something less in the world than our deepest gifts would be a good idea where our wellbeing is concerned? Value always flows to need and back again in a continual loop. What are you giving in the world that others need? Giving yourself to the deepest needs are what provides a deep security where material needs are concerned regardless of what’s happening ‘economically’. Seek to start your own independent economy where what you supply in the world is in high demand! This could be as simple a beginning as cleaning up trash in your neighbourhood, and gifting yourself to Gaia in this way, and adding waves of love and beauty to the world around you as you do. Starting there will lead you to your next piece as you feel into your deeper guidance around calling and purpose. You will not be without remuneration for your contribution.

Another piece is to let go of the idea of ever ‘retiring.’ You will be ever in gift exchange and contribution in the world as long as you are here. Life, if anything is a symbiosis of life exchanging with life. Here, it’s actually impossible for life not to look after you. Life begets life. Retiring, in the normal way it’s related to is to take yourself out of the contribution picture which is really taking yourself out of the life picture. You may change roles and let go of a career path, but see yourself as a deep and profound contributor as long as you have breath.

If you are living on a so called ‘fixed income’ (or from a saved nest egg), you are going to want to ‘unfix’ it. The ways you can do that are all about changing your relationship to money. Some of the most anxious people financially are people with significant savings, where the amount of anxiety actually INCREASES with the more money they have, and the longer they have it. Money itself only does good as it is transacted. Money in stasis is dead money, like fresh fruit going bad, losing value and causing anxiety as it sits there. Money in motion on the other hand is a love machine. What gifts of love could you give yourself with that money that will actually increase your trust in a benevolent universe?

And what about debt? Why on earth would you stay in commitment to old debts that you have little hope of ever paying off? This is a big way that people stay stuck using a self image picture of ‘doing the right thing’ and commit themselves to a drudgery of debt. What deeper gifts are you justifying withholding from the world as you do this so called ‘right thing’? The only debtors prison is the one you willingly remain in while the door is unlocked awaiting your courage and choice to leave. Bankruptcy is way easier than most imagine. For many, even simpler will be Debt Repudiation – just walking away from accumulated debts. The blocks to seeing and feeling this are all emotional in my truth. What gifts could you give the world after you gave yourself your self permission to break an unhealthy commitment to debt? Again, I ask ‘how could any strategy for financial security be valid if it’s about giving something less than your best gifts in the world?’ Symbiosis simply doesn’t work inside of a withhold!

Another big piece you can feel into is to gift money-as-love into places that align with your soul purpose and path. Giving money is a powerful way to plant seeds into the soil you desire to rebase your life direction and growth into. Money is only energy and all energy is sourced ultimately in love. Again, it’s the flow of love and the flow of money in a seedtime-and-harvest reality that moves our worlds, both internally and externally.

Another big way to move your relationship to money is to see every expense you have as a ‘gift of you’ instead of a bill to pay or an obligation. You are now gifting the power company money in exchange for the gift they gave you of electricity piped into your home. Wow! You are gifting the grocery store with love-money for their love gifts to you that nourish your body. What could be more sacred? You just got all this benefit, just by giving them some digits from a computer screen or some magical pieces of paper! If you can’t give this gift with joy, you are corrupting the gift, along with your own alchemy. Maybe you should more integrously consider refusing their gift and setting up your own solar system or growing your own food if that feels more in alignment with your deepest love expression in the world. Can you feel how big this is to stop ‘paying for’ anything, to be instead in a love gift and deep gratitude exchange with everything you acquire in the world for your wellbeing? Talk about entering Golden Earth Now…! and doing it all from a change in heart…

The old ways of relating to money may still have some inertia as they continue to move through your life, but the very big difference is that these movements are diminishing, as new ways are arising. You are entering a new world at a rate and pace that is in alignment with feeling all there is to feel along the way. It’s in feeling this ‘all there is to feel’ as blossoming sacred humans that change happens. It is here that our inner and outer worlds are transformed.

The Springing Of A New You

We are on the cusp of another equinox.  Leaving the longer, darker nights of the      winter´s season.  The phase of our cycle that had us going in.  Into our more darkened corners.  It was a time in many cultures when not much could happen externally due to the cold weather.  So it was a time of reflection.  It was also a time of destruction.  Life itself was taking a long slumber.  Letting go of all that had been alive and returning it to the earth.  Much was dying in order to be reborn.  

But now after much darkness and stillness, the light itself is finding its way back to a fuller state.  It brings with it more awareness and a warming balm.  That which was uncovered in the shadows becomes the seeds for new growth, new possibilities.  The days are longer in radiance and there is a renewal and clarity in the air.  Rains may come and go to bring the love needed for the integration and sowing to take hold.  You are being born again, and this time the roots are bigger and stronger.  More closely aligned with your truest nature.  

These inner cycles can occur at any moment and at many times.  They occur in an hour or over the course of a year.  With each passing turn of the wheel, something deeper arises in you.  Some more determined.  You are done with what used to be considered ¨usual¨ and are moving into a new season of authentic.  Or another layer of authentic.  A more You than you ever thought you possible because you now hold the key.  The willingness to see where you have been compromising and permitting.  To not hold judgement but compassion for why, but now no longer need or desire.  

You see the 3rd dimension in the rear-view, the sun setting on this old way of seeing and BEing.  The old connections and patterns that no longer serve.  It was the winter of your unconscious heart and now the birth of new life inside sees a new vision of how it could be, how it was always meant to be, and currently IS.  New life is blooming inside and the rains give way to the freshness of air, the clarity of sight, and the magic of rainbows.  There is a kNOWing that all will never be the same.  There is a birthing of new relationships, new geographies, and new sense of inner fullness and peace.  Storms come and go but the roots are firmly in the ground.

The High Summer of our New Earth lives inside you.  Being showered with LoveLight daily as you clear that which has blocked your leaves from its sustenance.  Your RISE higher, with each influx of saying NO to that which no longer serves, and YES to that which fuels desire and dreams.  It is the Love that you are made of that now imbibes you with the will to BE HERE NOW.  Flowing with the winds of your lover´s heart the tune of your galactic symphony.  
The cycle will soon no longer be for you will have entered a new river of existence.  A previously forgotten world of divine inspiration and circulation.  The time of No Time and the swirl of pastel colors among the sea of a starlit stage.  A time of Love´s eternal grace that recognizes it never began and can never end.  It the dawn of a new season of the Sea of Sun.
