REALLY Showing Up For What YOU REALLY Want.

What would YOU show up for in life, REALLY show up for, given the opportunity?

Asking the first question leads to second one that goes something like this ‘Well, I know I have it in me to REALLY show up for something, but I know myself enough to know that I would only REALLY show up for something heart and soul, ALL IN, if it REALLY called to me,…so what then is it that I REALLY want?’

Awesome QUESTion! What IS it that YOU…REALLY… WANT?

The entire universe literally awaits your answer to that question. The next great literature of the world will be written from your ‘literalizing’ of this quest and question inside of you.

To enter this quest, and have life and love as your SPONSOR giving YOU all you need to undertake this quest depends upon your literalizing of this offer that life and love are extending to you. Life can offer and even offer inspiration, but it cannot go beyond that, or it would be diminishing your power and learning. What’s more, rescuing YOU in this way of choosing for you would kill the fun and adventure that YOU signed up for as well. Life sees YOU in an exciting and ‘funnest-fun’ kind of adventure. This of course appeals to all of us, from the part of us who may only be seeking a bit of medicative distraction from boredom, all the way to the part of us wanting to blow the doors off of our limited life picture who resonates at a deep soul level with these words.

My truth is that for everyone of us, if we are here and breathing, that breath itself is alive with opportunity that is calling to us, and it is calling us on an EPIC level to step into our next pieces. Only YOU can know what that is even if it’s just a sniff of your next step. The YOU-ni-verse is in that sniff. Until there is action on that sniff, YOU are actually telling the universe and your guides that YOU aren’t ready to move. YOU are using your sovereign power of your sovereign being to ‘decide, decree and declare’ to the universe and all of its subjects that YOU will be remaining where YOU are…that you’re not REALLY going to be showing up for anything.

So I ask again, what would YOU show up for in life, REALLY show up for, given the opportunity?

Can you see here that the question isn’t any longer about the ‘given the opportunity’ part? That was just a ruse coming from the part of YOU bent on staying stuck, making it look like that owning your power was predicated upon an outside chance opportunity coming your way, as if it wasn’t staring you in the face, impatiently waiting. Life itself IS the opportunity.

I’ve wrestled with this QUESTion time and time again. This one, you and I won’t ever actually ever fully get. You are an infinite being on an infinite exploration. THAT’S MAGICAL! You’re not going to run out of excitement, engagement and ‘next pieces’ if you take up this offer life is extending you. It will call upon every emerging ounce of your courage as you know it. Surprisingly though, you ‘blowing your wad’ on courage, going all in, won’t deplete your courage, but en-courage you to take on the next piece, and the next one after that.

Living From Our Gifts

Are you living from your deepest gift expression in the world? If not, would you like to be?

These questions have been a deep, ongoing, and significant process for all of us at SoulFullHeart. And If that desire is up for you too, I invite you to join in and track our journey. All of us have taken significant and guided steps over time to let go of careers in order to pursue our deeper heart and soul based career, and I feel we could help you walk that out too.

Below, I re-share a Facebook post from a few months back where i’m transparent about what’s going on for us around money. Our money timeline is already showing signs of significant shifts from the time of this post, and we are eager to land more on this new timeline!

Here’s that recent post:

The five of us, who currently make up the main backbone of SoulFullHeart, have been squeezing the last drops out of some old, tired and dated laptops, 2 tablets and 2 cellphones that date back as far as 2008. Beyond scuffed, they are dented, cracked, and even burnt, yet they are our current beloveds. These current beloveds go in and out of repair shops, and each other’s hands during a given day to work out logistics and work schedules between us. It has felt humbling to have let go of old money generating careers where these needs simply would have been taken care of by going out and replacing them long before they arrived at the state our current stuff is in. It has really ‘pushed up’ a whole new level of relationship to material things and our trust in the universe (or lack thereof).

What I’ve felt guided to do, in holding this desire and need, where the money isn’t yet here to go out and buy new stuff, is to creatively visualize the new stuff. This involves window shopping on line and REALLY FEELING into what it is we want and getting specific. And it felt important and it was part of the guidance as well to NOT be budget minded in this creative visualization. Now, I can be very happy with a second hand hand me down, but for this creative visualization, I was and am being asked to feel that even though we feel like at times we are experiencing a lack or a scarcity, that there is ultimately no lack or scarcity in the intelligent and abundant universe.

A big piece to feel in that is that if I am experiencing something like our current computer lack, then that experience is what the abundant and intelligent universe is abundantly giving me to experience at the moment. However, I am also convinced that I’m being asked to learn my way through to a new level of manifestation at the same time, and trust that the new will arise in perfect timing that I am also a part of effecting. The universe and I both are learning through my desire and my lack.

So, the online shopping, of the non-budget variety, after many options and needs considerations, has led us to settle on 5 Macbooks, most current versions, along with the current IPhones, and plenty of accessories. Then beyond the online shopping has been to go to actual stores and physically touch and handle these new beloveds which I’ve also done and continue to do.

Then, I also was guided to the ‘Akashic Bank!’ Who knew, huh?…not far from the Akashic Records building in Golden Earth is the most beautiful structure and surrounds that I related to as the Akashic Bank. It’s connected to the Universal Allness – Source of All that is. It was a tearful and fearful awe and reverence moment to feel this upstream source connection to all that is. Here, in this building, I was reminded that anything we desire here in this 3d dimension comes from Gaia! Every last bit of it…AND that there is no lack. If I obtain something beautiful, that does not mean less for anyone else…in fact, the opposite is true…if I learn how to draw abundance, I open the doors for others to do the same in the process.

I even imagined a brown clad UPS delivery guy stepping out of some alternative timeline showing up in my neighborhood looking for my address with a bunch of boxes for me.

He hasn’t arrived just yet, and if it comes in a more native way, or over some steps at a time, I do feel I am being asked to cooperate with the universe in holding deep desire and creatively visualizing the outcome.

It has felt at times scarily close to some edge to be living into these new ways of relating to needs and desires. And that edge is really a perceived edge that’s found in our deepest abiding and budding trust in a new way of relating to love, and abundance. I can honestly say that I’ve never felt more held and loved and less anxiety about money and needs than I have now, even as some of our needs feel more acute than they ever have.

Following The Clues That Your Soul Is Offering You

“Everything is data”….this I like to offer about the awakening and ascending and growing process. Everything that we are drawn to, every movie, every piece of music, every relationship, etc. Everything that we resist. Everything that we resonate with. Everything that we let go of. Everything that we experience in our emotional, spiritual, mental, social, and physical bodies. ALL of it offers us data and information about ourselves, our souls, our emotional bodies, our physical bodies, our healing process, our growth…… if we are willing to LOOK at it and FEEL it from this perspective with curiosity and self love.

There are so many clues and hints and signs that we are given by our higher self and guides/soul aspects. These are like breadcrumbs for us to notice, to pick up, and to follow on our journey to remembering who we ARE as SOULS here. These are like pieces to put together of our puzzle for remembering our essence as multidimensional BEings. None of what we experience is ‘just coincidence’ as we have been conditioned to believe in 3D reality. ALL of it is part of the BIG picture of the WHO, and the WHY, and the WHAT, and the HOW of our essence expressing here.

Because we chose amnesia and soul forgetting in order to really lean into and inhabit the 3D experiment, we have to become a love detective of sorts for ourselves in order to put the pieces of our soul picture back together again, in order to facilitate our own remembering process again. The love detective energy inside of us is curious……SO CURIOUS about it all and is also WILLING to question everything that we have in our lives from a soul perspective with an openness to let it go if it doesn’t serve our expression AS LOVE.

This love detective energy helps us move out of victimhood because it accepts that we have CHOSEN what we experience as a soul and it ALL serves our growth (no matter how hard or painful it is.) This love detective is building a case for our expression of our soul and is tracking down the clues that SHOW how our souls are peeking out at us ALL THE TIME (sometimes SHOUTING at us actually)….we just need to listen, to feel, and to take in.

Let me offer an example of this that has come up a few times lately in sessions with women. You may feel that your current job or career or business is not really a reflection of your soul. You may consciously feel that it is ‘dense’ or more ‘3D’ and very much feel a desire to leave it. However, I invite you to take a moment to feel what your choice of livelihood is reflecting about your expression of soul gifts as it always seems to be, in one way or another, to one degree or another. For example, let’s say you are a salesperson and you have come up with a new way to offer sales….really feeling what the deeper needs of the customers are and they even acknowledge and thank you for this. Your co-workers notice how your approach is different and maybe you are even being invited to become a manager to train others.

This example shows how your soul gifts of being a healer, being empathetic and feeling other people’s feelings, being a teacher and trainer of souls, is all expressing in this job. Is this job the long-term one for you in terms of serving love from a 5D energy? Probably not, but being curious about it from a love detective place offers you clues about WHAT your soul purpose is here and how you might express it. And it gives you a new way to hold it and think about as you transition to more of that soul purpose expression.

Another example comes up around the body symptoms that so many are experiencing related to ascension. There seems to be a collective and universal experience of these body symptoms as our carbon-based bodies transmute to crystalline, 5D light bodies. Many people express and comment and share about these symptoms. Yet, rarely, do they ASK their bodies what the specific symptoms MEAN for them. They often just write it off as ‘part of the ascension process.’ Yet, the deeper (and more interesting) ground comes up when you ask: What are these symptoms trying to tell you and have you FEEL about your body and also your emotional body and perhaps your chakras too?

Rather than just ‘asking for guidance’ to your Ethereal guides (which you may relate to as being ‘outside’ of you), try asking your BODY itself about what is going on. This can be done during meditation through visualization or through written journaling or both. Rather than looking outside for a read out on what is going on with your body or just commiserating about it, feel it for yourself and let some of the clues of your own process come to life for you. Also, listening to and taking in what your body is trying to tell you often greatly relieves, reduces, or cures the symptoms that are occurring.

Most of what I offer is a reflection of self permission for people to become their own love detectives by modeling and templating that for them during sessions, group calls, writings, videos. I am immensely and authentically curious about them and come from this place, often asking more questions than giving reflections (although sometimes that comes through if it is needed.) I offer an example of this because I LIVE this.

Everything is data for me about me in my life…offering a next piece of illumination or possibility for me in my process. A recent example is how I related to sinus congestion and allergy reactions that come and go for me, leaving me feeling ‘flu-like’. Rather than just saying, “I have allergies” (which is the mainstream 3D way to look at the body), I ask myself, “What are these allergies and nasal congestion connected to? What are they trying to tell me?” And then I go into ALL of my bodies (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social, chakral) to feel the answers. Sometimes I get more questions (new places to go) then answers, but always I can connect what is manifesting with something related to my process.

Rather than just fusing to the reality as it presents itself, you feel through the deeper meanings to it. This offers so much more magic, healing and love possibilities to your life. And, your love detective gets to respond and discover MORE and MORE, contributing to your arising embodiment of your sacred humanity here with Gaia at this time of great change and transformation.

The Springing Of A New You

We are on the cusp of another equinox.  Leaving the longer, darker nights of the      winter´s season.  The phase of our cycle that had us going in.  Into our more darkened corners.  It was a time in many cultures when not much could happen externally due to the cold weather.  So it was a time of reflection.  It was also a time of destruction.  Life itself was taking a long slumber.  Letting go of all that had been alive and returning it to the earth.  Much was dying in order to be reborn.  

But now after much darkness and stillness, the light itself is finding its way back to a fuller state.  It brings with it more awareness and a warming balm.  That which was uncovered in the shadows becomes the seeds for new growth, new possibilities.  The days are longer in radiance and there is a renewal and clarity in the air.  Rains may come and go to bring the love needed for the integration and sowing to take hold.  You are being born again, and this time the roots are bigger and stronger.  More closely aligned with your truest nature.  

These inner cycles can occur at any moment and at many times.  They occur in an hour or over the course of a year.  With each passing turn of the wheel, something deeper arises in you.  Some more determined.  You are done with what used to be considered ¨usual¨ and are moving into a new season of authentic.  Or another layer of authentic.  A more You than you ever thought you possible because you now hold the key.  The willingness to see where you have been compromising and permitting.  To not hold judgement but compassion for why, but now no longer need or desire.  

You see the 3rd dimension in the rear-view, the sun setting on this old way of seeing and BEing.  The old connections and patterns that no longer serve.  It was the winter of your unconscious heart and now the birth of new life inside sees a new vision of how it could be, how it was always meant to be, and currently IS.  New life is blooming inside and the rains give way to the freshness of air, the clarity of sight, and the magic of rainbows.  There is a kNOWing that all will never be the same.  There is a birthing of new relationships, new geographies, and new sense of inner fullness and peace.  Storms come and go but the roots are firmly in the ground.

The High Summer of our New Earth lives inside you.  Being showered with LoveLight daily as you clear that which has blocked your leaves from its sustenance.  Your RISE higher, with each influx of saying NO to that which no longer serves, and YES to that which fuels desire and dreams.  It is the Love that you are made of that now imbibes you with the will to BE HERE NOW.  Flowing with the winds of your lover´s heart the tune of your galactic symphony.  
The cycle will soon no longer be for you will have entered a new river of existence.  A previously forgotten world of divine inspiration and circulation.  The time of No Time and the swirl of pastel colors among the sea of a starlit stage.  A time of Love´s eternal grace that recognizes it never began and can never end.  It the dawn of a new season of the Sea of Sun.

On Top Of Being Manifestation, You Are Also Manifesting Being

Day 3 Yeshua

This is Day 3 of my new introduction to my soon-to-be, re-released book ‘90 Days With Yeshua’.

Here we explore together, in our easy dialogue fashion, how to relate to manifesting our desires, what blocks that, and why.

Raphael: Good morning Yeshua.

Yeshua: Hey, Good Morning my man, where are we off to today?

R: I’d like to talk with you about manifestation, cuz it feels like a bunch is wanting to manifest in my life and I’m a bit impatient about it too.

Y: Okay, tell me what you know so far…

R: Well, we’ve covered much of this before and I do feel how all of us don’t so much have a ‘broken manifester’ as some like to call it, or a ‘lacking manifester’, but rather a very well working manifester that is just busy manifesting things that a more conscious part of the person may well not like.

Another piece I feel how even my biological life in this moment is pure magic in manifestation. There’s not a scientific or medical explanation that can touch the magnificence of the wonder that I am on just a biological level alone. But I still feel I want to become a whole lot more fluent around learning how to manifest what I really want, like there’s some technology I’m missing, or is patience I’m missing, or some of both? Can you help me feel what I need to see and feel around this?

Y: Yes, we work this out together actually, co-creatively…. you have a desire energy moving through you, to learn more, and desire to manifest new things that are high on your appetite, and I have a desire to use this pregnant moment to not just hand you a fish, but to teach you to fish, anytime you want to.

R: So we’re both in the manifestation world then…

Y: Yes, and so is the rest of consciousness, always wanting to learn and feel new things it hasn’t felt yet, especially around manifesting things and expanded realities.

R: So it’s not just me and my desires?

Y: Well, yes and no, but we’ll get to that in a moment. First, can you tell me what you are wanting to manifest?

R: Sure. New laptops. New smartphones. Clothing. An oceanside retreat centre. More interest in SoulFullHeart and more income. It’s been a dearth over the past couple years that we are now evidently moving out of, which seems to make patience a bit harder, to have desires start to flow, if you know what I mean…

Y: I always know what you mean! I don’t ask you to explain for my benefit. I ask you so that our published dialogue can make heart sense to those reading this and land in more hearts.

I so get it, Raphael. Desire itself is moving through you. You tend to feel like these are your desires and then that you need to get better at looking after those desires. I want you to feel for a moment that what you are desiring isn’t just coming from your sense of self or wellbeing, or from that much maligned place called your ego. Desire couldn’t actually live in you unless it found ego attachment, so a key here to feel is that your egos desires are NOT what is ‘in the way.’

R: I like where this is going so far, but I haven’t a clue where it’s going next, consciously at least…

Y: Yet you are willing to look, willing to want, willing to risk not finding anything helpful or what you’d call a breakthrough. What do you say to that?

R: I do feel a residual place in me that is hesitant to even have this conversation because it takes work somehow, and there isn’t any guarantee that it will turn up what I want quickly…seeking instead some kind of quick fix. But, yes, I am willing to face the part of me that holds that feeling with an open hearted trust and compassion for whatever caused that kind of hesitation towards life and abundance, with a desire to feel what life is like beyond these current feeling boundaries.

Y: There you go. Right there, you scooped a big piece of what you are looking for today. A part of you not sure if you can find and have what you really want, if it’s worth any effort to pursue it. Now that wouldn’t work in your previous paradigm of working and earning the money for what you wanted to manifest. You needed to believe you could earn the money and the seller of the item you wanted to buy from would hold his end of the promise and come through. All of that worked on faith, just on a more common everyday level. You are seeking to manifest on a more refined level, but it still is led by your trust and faith.

And furthermore, you don’t want to win any kind of ungrounded lottery here, based in pure chance. That only puts you in some kind of freak show, where no one around you is helped by your shift in life. Life wants to move you along WITH others in tow.

R: That speaks then to the bigger picture….my desires aren’t just mine like I tend to feel them. I’ve questioned myself a fair bit for being caught up in some ego pursuit, wanting the best laptop money can buy, etc.

Y: Raphael, why wouldn’t the universe want you to have the best laptop money can buy?

R: Well, maybe there’s other things more important that I need to learn first, that getting the laptop would hinder my growth…stuff like that.

Y: Well, that sounds really pious and even insightful, and maybe even true….but can you see how holding it that way can be using a truth to accommodate an untruth?

R: …Like spending my time preparing to not have something I deeply desire, so that the disappointment is somehow managed…

Y: Totally. Now compare that to let’s say, in the old paradigm of obtaining things, you went out and earned the money, placed an on-line order for the thing and were now all excited anticipating its arrival. You wouldn’t tend to think your excitement about its arrival was what was bringing it to you, but rather that you bought and paid for it. You earned it, you would say. You paid for it, and therefore you can joyously anticipate its arrival.

R: I’m tracking…

Y: Good, cuz we’re about to take a leap here. Hang on!

In this old picture, you would have an expectation based upon the entitlement of having earned the thing and that would be powering your excited anticipation. But what I want you to feel is that it was your excited anticipation of having the thing in your life that powered you to do the work to earn the money…do you see that?

R: Totally…

Y: I’m not sure you do…

R: Okay, I’m not sure I do either…but what I hear you speaking to is something about the real ‘work’ of manifesting has more to do with the wanting the thing than it does with the method of obtaining the thing…

Y: Yes! You’re getting it. It always was and is desire that manifests, and the real work always was and is holding desire….no different now that you’ve retired from a money earning based career.

R: And you’re saying there still is work involved?

Y: Yes, but this kind of work takes different muscles…to move a different kind of energy movement…

R: …Such as moving that feeling reality inside of me that the universe may not want this for me, that it’s too ego based…etc.

Y: …that line of reasoning has been simply a great way to disown desire, and get yourself out of the work of holding desire….so what if a big ego needs to drive a big truck and is a workaholic to make the payments…he’s learning his way to manifesting his desire in the universe…

R: but it’s not healthy Yeshua to live like that…

Y: Maybe so from your perch, but who are you to judge the lessons he is spending his life to learn?

R: I guess the answer to that is someone feeling superior because of my self proclaimed more evolved way of relating to life…

Y: higher, lower…. It’s all still measuring on the same stick, just at different ends…

R: So what stick would you suggest?

Y: I would suggest letting go of the feeling that coming from any more evolved place, or moral place, gets you anywhere. That isn’t what moves manifestation. What moves manifestation is being willing to incubate desire inside your personal manifester – period.

R: Period?…I’m hoping you’ll say more because I feel like I’ve heard this before and it still has further to land in me.

Y: Well, okay, let’s see if we can lift that period a moment longer… I love your curiosity and need to know…. What I can feel you coming to terms with, from what we’ve been feeling together today is that effort or work is still involved. Just because you don’t go out and earn money in the old way and then in turn go purchase it, you still do very much ‘work for it’, so to speak. It still takes energy to flow, or what you call ‘work’, for anything to manifest. What’s different is that that the energy required is free in terms of it being super-abundant, but the energy only moves as you are willing to hold the desire. Desire, you could say, constructs the pipeline that delivers the object, regardless of whether it manifests spectacularly out of thin air, or is the result of a purchase using earned money. Willingness we could say is even greater than desire because desire isn’t hard to come up with. You just want the thing or you don’t. What takes the work is the willingness to hold the desire….

R: We’ve talked about this all before and yet, I feel like I still need to hear it and feel it some more…can you say more?

Y: Sure…what more needs to be said is the other side of this truth. We’ve been feeling where work comes into the picture. What is also true in this picture is that manifesting your dreams is natural, and even effortless. It may sound contradictory to what we just covered, but I like to call it paradoxical, rather than contradictory. All great truths are paradoxes.

R: I love truth that dances inside of a polarity….I hope those tracking this conversation can too.

Y: Well, this truth opens out paradox in a good way. Manifestation requires choice, and even work as we talked about to hold desire. It isn’t going to happen in a dualistic world without just that, some dual. On the other hand, a fight of any kind isn’t what brings manifestation about. Manifestation simply wants to manifest. It doesn’t need any of your efforts to make it happen. It’s a power of its own and will manifest effortlessly. What you can do however in service of this manifestation naturally arising in your life is to choose to let that in. Manifestation of your deeper desires is a timeline of events and arising circumstances that require your permission. The tree grows on its own, but you provide and protect a space for the tree to grow.

R: Man, you’re hot stuff!

Y: You’re feeling full up about now, right?

R: Yes, I am. This stuff so needs to be felt and lived into to digest and make room for more.

Y: On that note, here’s just one last piece for dessert before we close if you can find the room.

R: Always…

Y: Okay, good, because this is a lot today and I’d like to give you a nice little tote bag to carry this home.

R: Awesome…

Y: We’re talking about manifestation from the point of view of how to increase its working in your life, but in that we can miss the forest for the trees. The forest, if you will, is this. You ARE manifestation. Every cell in your physical, emotional, spiritual being IS manifestation. On top of BEING manifestation, you are also manifesting BEING. How you do that consciously, or unconsciously is what steers the manifestations on the levels we’ve been discussing it today.

Healing The Heart of Man From Inside Out

As more news about war comes into my awareness, as I do not read much anymore, I felt a ping in my heart and a desire to write about the nature of this and its relationship to the wounded masculine.  It was also inspired by an experience that Jelelle had that she will be sharing later.

In Heart of Man there wages a battle between so many different facets of himself.  The need for control over the desire to surrender, the will to resist over the will to live, the self-punishment over the self-compassion.  The Heart of Man is at a crossroads.  A place where the Soul of Man is to be claimed or refused.  So much of this inner struggle is playing out today in the Theater of the Wounded Masculine.  An ever present theme of triumph and tragedy.  Domination and aggression.  Withdraw and hiding.  This is all happening within.  If we truly want to be a part of another timeline we must first be willing to go inside and face our own inner battlefield.

Those that are in a position of ¨power¨ are mere projections of what lies in our shadow.  We must be willing to feel that if we are to truly change the energy that persists ¨out there¨.  These wounded expressions in male form are but uninitiated boys with deadly toys.  But they all have a higher self that is fully aware of this.  This is why it is so important to connect with your own as they represent a fractal of the larger sacred masculine energy in the universe.  When you feel your own unhealed inner boy and its reigning punisher, you can then begin to feel compassion for those who are in positions of power.  If we throw our angst and hatred at them we are really only doing it to ourselves.  The only power that heals is Love.

In the wounded boy lies his relationship to both the masculine and the feminine represented by his mother and father.  This plays out both this life and other lives.  The templating received by Dad in what masculinity is has a huge impact on his worldview.   The relationship to Mom and her feminine templating determines to a large extent how the feminine lives in Man.  This becomes an inner relationship inside of us that, unless becomes conscious, can have many unhealthy consequences.  This relationship to the feminine that resides within is a portal into our true masculinity and continued arising soul growth.  

Among the boy though, I feel a fallen King that has forgotten his true essence as a God.  Something happened that collapsed this union with the Sacred.  He split off from Source and there is a sense of longing, guilt, abandonment, and rage all swirled together.  When I visit a sacred grove of Sequoia trees that is my personal soul space I can feel many of these fallen Kings there.  They are wanting to be connected to and felt in their pain.  They represent a more subconscious energy that feels to inhabit a more lower 4D frequency. They know what is up but feel powerless and even worthless to do anything about it.  I felt tears for them as I have felt my own fallen king and continue to do so.  

But right behind them are our High King/ Angelic presence.  The bridge to our true essence as Love´s co-creative force.  The rightful heir to our Throne of BEing.  We ARE already that.  They are watching us and aching for connection, to free ourselves from the chains of our own making. One´s that can only be shed with Love and Compassion.  The more we can feel and connect with them the more of our true power we can embody.  The more self-love we can manifest and send back to the collective with open hearts.  

So when I hear of tidbits of news from 3D, I go into my heart and feel myself.  I feel the war raging inside others and send them as much love that I have to offer from my own well.  I feel each one as a sacred brother on their own journey of lesson and discovery.  With each new opening of love within myself ripples itself out into the Heart of Man.  Connecting to other High Kings to serve this love is my calling and purpose in whatever way that shows up, whether through my own journeys, writing, or spaceholding.  I feel the true masculine is a beautiful and powerfully creative expression of Divinity.  He so much more than we could ever imagine and  as we go into our own hearts and face our shadow, the true essence of Man is revealed in all His glory.  And a new timeline emerges….

INside Starts The “Day”

ying yang beach

THIS is the Yin-in time

before the penetrative sun

blazes high and hot

giving heat and depth to activations

of all who keep from blocking it

out.
 

This is the “time”,

the phase of a “day”,

when waves are gentler along the beach.

As we rise from sleep

We feel our first rumblings

of a day blessed

and starting from withIN.
 

How will we choose

to begin our inner “day”

“today”?
 

Sand love, ocean love, pigeon love,

SELF love…

ALL surrounding as I enfold myself

in me and in Gaia.

BEing in quiet…

except for the writhing and steady ocean waves

(the Yang needs to be here somehow

and so does the more penetrating aspect of Yin).
 

Words float in

on the wings of fluttering feelings.

An opening out of heart

after a few “days”

of cave-IN process,

BEing and FEELing some buried-ness

inside.

Providing a Yin nest for thrashings

wailings

tiring, running-out-of-ground

life strategies,

old, beating, relationship to self

that must be burned away now

to let in the balm

that was always waiting

with soft, warm blankets

and silk pillows.
 

I feel MY love.

I feel HER love

and HIS…

and I dream of a “his” love

that’s on its way

as he continues to find love

in himself

and me

in myself.
 

We wake up every “morning”

yet we wake throughout each “day” too…

in triggers

joys

ups, downs, flatness, no-thing-ness…

sleepiness, weariness, nappy-ness,

LOVE-ness…

ALL BEing-ness!
 

Invitation and love and ness

and THRIVAL beyond SURVIVAL,

sharing intimacy THROUGH self

WITH others.

No victims,

only powerful choices

with outcomes

and INcomes…

welcome and not

yet always, ALL ways

frought

with all we need

to enter a new birth

of renewed life

and rediscovered

recovered

Whispers Of Yin

The free-flowing

free-to-BE feminine.

 

In ALL her curves

uncontained, untethered, unchained

a Yin fireplace with no cap

a place for energy

to locate and rumble through

before it too flows onward

through the passageway

of allowance

encouragement

empowerment without icons

of false power.

 

To be worn loosely

without control

yet with the most exquisite

movements of unknown choreography.

 

There is no plan to the Yin dance.

No prediction so correct

no way of being so learned,

so educated, so minded, and bound…

 

Only free words on a page,

and unsaid in the air

in the energy of true lovers

in the worship and reverence

of the light between soul friends

sisters

student-teachers, teacher-students

brothers

and those kin who find their way.

 

The Yin is a journey

without beginning, end or in-between.

An arisement of forever ISness

and LOVEness

Lovely and beloved

yes

but also tepid, intrepid

curious, passionate

fiery when necessary

yet soft and supple at its

coreless, corsetless

core.

 

It cannot be packed into a bottle

or locked in a cage

wild and not

tame and yet still not

but an IS that cannot un-BE

and shall forever reign

rain

living, loving and dignified

in each self that claims

an arising desire for more of IT

for more of THEM

for more of that garden

of growth

and forever softening stillness.

 

The dance’s dancer, yes.

The musician’s music, yes.

The way of the no-way

and the inward-bound traveler

of perpetual flow

movement

and onward spiraling

in a circle of circles

and never-ending cycles

that change and upend

and give unto the weary

a renewed ember

of climbing fiery light.

 

There is no kNOwing, only kNOWing

this energy of all no’s and yes’s

that bring it all together

in any way it pleases

and any way it wishes

in support of your deepest

heart

and all it holds within it.

 

I am in your music.

I am in your words.

I am the co-creator

and the unknowing, unknowable

eager experimenter

wanting to help you SEE

what you can’t…

 

I am that energy you yearn for

A Heart-On For Sacred Romance

Okay. So that was a little provocative.  That´s alright.  It was meant to be.  I feel like there is something in the masculine that wants to push some boundaries.  Get a little rise…sort of speak.  So some inner teenager gets to come out and play a little bit.  That is all part of the fun of self-discovery and exploration.  On the road to the Men´s group call on Saturday I felt compelled to feel into some writing about the masculine and was guided to just write about what is in my space as a man in the moment.  

It is a time of stoking the fire of romance.  Feeling what that really means as a man.  So much is written from a female’s perspective about romance and the desire to be in deep union.  For me, it is a new way of wanting to relate to relationship and union.  In my past I can feel how there were many unfelt and unhealed energies in my emotional body that made it difficult for me to be vulnerable.  To get into the messy of what was real.  Just wanting to be in a comfort place even if it really wasn´t comfortable.  Those days are no longer as I have been on a healing path for over 5 years now and feel way more Me here than I ever have.  A self-love that is wanting to overflow to another.

I feel that deep down all men want this too.  As vibrations are raising and Love showering down on us every moment, we can´t help but to feel this draw and desire.  To leave the old conditioning and patterns behind.  There is a need in the core of our soul to want to grow and expand.  It can happen at great depth on one´s own, but there is nothing like romance to turn on the afterburners and propel us into the reflection of some of our hidden places.  Now, don´t get me wrong.  I feel resistance from a part of me around that, but it is met with more desire to be vulnerable to that and let it work itself out in relationship.  Scars and all.  

There is an experience of life and ourselves as men that we just cannot have unless we are in a romance.  I really believe there is a phase we all find ourselves in when we have been hurt and just need the solo time.  But I don´t feel we were meant to be that way for long, unless the soul signed up for it.  I still feel in our human heart we want to feel transactable love with each other on a ground that is ever expanding and never stagnant.  The resistance to it comes from a protective part of us that has a very good reason for feeling the way it does.

Romantic love turns your world upside down. We just know that on some level and that is scary.  I have been beautifully upended twice in my life that found me making changes and feeling things a part of me never thought I would.  In the words of Kalayna Colibri, it ¨rearranges your furniture¨…and then moves your house to a different country altogether.  Your inner house gets lit up and some of the things you didn´t know were there or were hiding become highlighted.

In SoulFullHeart we see ourselves working our vertical self, the me to me, first.  Then there is the transactable horizontal ground between a man and a woman that we call the Usness.  This is the juicy place of all sorts of magic, emotionally, spiritually, and sexually.  This is the Merkabah that is created between two hearts and souls that can traverse galaxies and back again.  The kind of after-glow that can leave you in a fuzz for days.

I long for this kind of relationship.  I know that it is not all honeymoon but a concerted desire to be with all that comes up personally and in response to another.  It is an alchemical ground that offers so much in way of a true aliveness of being.  I feel there are other men that long for the same and the road there is through your own heart.  Though this was written from a single man´s perspective I feel those that are in current relationships can feel this in their own dynamic with their beloveds. What is it that we truly desire in our hearts and in romance with another?

The Ascending Man: What Is 5D Masculinity?

5D man

We are learning so much about what we as human beings are capable of in regards to our potential and expression.  How we have so many gifts that lie dormant in our DNA and arising light bodies.  A power of creation that seems mythical in proportions to our current limited consciousness.  There is a general human frame that surrounds it and that is all true.  I have also been very interested in how this plays out in our gender expressions.  Do we just become less polarized this way and become more androgynous?  I certainly feel this when it comes to our Star Being brethren.  But does that mean we lose our humanness the way we know it now?  I suppose, like all things in this unknown and unknowable time, it all depends on where we come from and where we want to go.  

I feel we are being offered a Golden Age of Humanity.  One in which we live both in unity consciousness and individuality.  An individuation that is the Me within the We.  Being connected to Source and having an awareness of our integrated fractal expressions.  A higher vibratory dualistic experience.  So in that picture I see a New Woman and a New Man.  Or just remembering what it is we always were and even ARE currently.  I feel this Golden Earth that we are desiring to be a part of and co-create together, is lead by the return and rebalance of more feminine and yin energies.  This has been talked about for a long time and we see its need even more with the state of current affairs.  The more wounded masculine psychic overlay is seeing its consequence and demise.  Current disclosure revelations are showcasing the depths of this condition and awakenings are increasing.  

Men are scattered just as much as women among the dimensional consciousness spectrum but women are closer to the frequency of 5D, at least in my opinion and experience.  The awakening is happening mentally for most men and then as the vibration continues to raise on Gaia we are being invited to go more into our hearts, as that is what the core of 5D is. To live in the fullness of authentic BEingness.  There are no more 3D wound-based blocks that cap or prevent our access to our more crystalline nature.  So when we as men begin to heal the Heart what does that look and feel like?

Clearly we are honest with our emotions. We are vulnerable.  When a feeling arises we express it with clarity, certainty, and openness to perspective and counter emotion.  We are not afraid to get into the fray to burn away what is old and arise what is truly authentic.  We invite the shadow reflection as a gift to deeper understanding and healing.  There is a reverence for ourselves in the path of this integration.  There is no longer self-doubt and self-judgment.  We see ourselves as true Kings and proport ourselves as such.

The 5D masculine has met, wooed, and integrated his inner feminine.  This creates a self-contained and balanced male BEing.  The love and acceptance of the inner feminine reflects the reverence of the outer.  The healing of the mom wound feels vitally important as it holds the energy of our relationship to the feminine and our subsequent sense of power and sexuality. There is the need for union with Woman as an alchemical and powerful dynamic of intensely epic proportions.  This mating and integration of this inner feminine aspect brings us a more heart-open, softer, and less linear way of expression.  There is less DOing and more BEing.  Being with what arises in our desire and creative abundance.  We clearly respect Gaia in all Her splendor and weep at the sight of Her stunning beauty.  We are more connected to Her creatures and the guides and totems that they represent.  Meat eating becomes a thing of the past that no longer has a place on our plate…our diet just changes with the integration of this new consciousness.

One of the biggest pieces to me is the shift from competition to cooperation as we become more aware of our connection to All That Is.  We are One of the same so competing serves less purpose.  I can feel a healthy form of competition possibly but my jury is still out on that one. As men begin to heal their father wounds the more we begin to open our hearts to each other in beautiful male bonding that is alive with wonder, exploration, and leadership.  A cauldron of possibilities are shared and MANifested.  

No longer will men feel responsible to achieve, but rather responsive to the call of building galactic bridges and to co-creating with their feminine counterparts in sacred union.  The weight of the world and the need to control and provide are felt through and healed with love so that we can access our more authentic power that is in alignment with Source and Reverence.  The chains of our own captivity are melted away with the tears of remembering what we have always been and why we chose the density of 3D.  

This healing will open up our Galactic chakras and become more in tune with the energies of the universe.  Many men are being awoken today only to be left with the question of what it all means and what to do with it.  The grounding into Gaia and the heart feels like it will help with this feeling of uncertainty.  This connection between our humanity and our universality is what creates a powerful new conscious cosmic experience.  The heart opens up and grounds in.  The service to others becomes 5D man´s new frontier.  

I feel such a plethora of possibilities.  Our expanded heart consciousness will open new doors of  relationality among ourselves and our galactic connections.  The relationship to Gaia will be in alignment with Her consciousness and Love.  Living and breathing with and alongside her.  Setting off into unknown realms to encounter new and exciting territory with the desire to learn and spread more love.  Implementing and encountering new technologies and wisdoms.  It is a great time to be alive.  

But there is work to do on ourselves.  Some more or less than others, but needed healing just the same.  We are all in this together.  All looking for those who are resonant and can provide support, reflection, and love.  The old male collective is feeling the press of this continued flow of energy that is coming at us in Love each moment.  Following Yin is to respond to the pings that are going off inside and to meet them with a gentle curiosity that brings them out into the light.  No need to excavate or drill in the old way.  Feeling each of our desires and fears are what leads us the next choice point of healing and ascending above the what used to keep us down.  I look forward to this New 5D Man within me and within you to see what amazing experiences we can have together and with our counterpart 5D Woman.   Now THERE is something to show up for!
