Karma As Love Discovering Itself

When we hear about karma, we hear it through our collective conditioning and it lands in us as something akin to punishment, or the universe paying you back with like for like, to teach you a lesson, with a big finger wagging thrown in.

What if what we call karma is actually about your soul’s choice to work certain themes of realization and discovery, and thus the theme is recapitulating itself in your current timeline, wanting to bring you goodness rather than any kind of loss?

The Sanskrit origin of the word is ‘action, work, deed and fate’ telling us something about how our actions, work, and deeds are powerful creators that generate a ‘fate’ – a ‘thing spoken by the gods’. Here, the ‘god’ is you and I, and the arena of manifestation is our lives.

Our Higher Self doesn’t see difficulty in the same way we do, as only something to be avoided or overcome, but sees it as a motivator for us to realize in real time the reality of love. The divine itself needed to participate in something less than love, so it created duality as a way to discover itself, and the divine does that through you and I. Our mistakes are grand experiments of learning and feeling what the divine couldn’t feel and appreciate in the way it wanted to. Our realizations are dramatizations of love that love needed to discover itself.

When you feel that appreciation, you feel the whole point of the karma, which is all about more, not less, about gratitude, not entitlement, about love, not fear.

Star Family Reunion Message & Invitation

I’ve been remembering more, putting more together, about my Star Seed essence and how it’s come to express in this lifetime, or be buried too in phases just as sacred as the remembering.

I wanted to write and share more about that, and I likely will in a future writing, but for now, this message wanted to come through. It’s from my Star Family, your Star Family… OUR Star Family, to your ever-awakening and integrating Star Seed essence (and mine!). ❤

Beloved Star Seed YOU,

Are you starting to see, beginning to understand, why you’ve been invited to inhabit this planet at this time? Are you putting together the pieces of what has been at the heart of humanity’s suffering, feeling the pain of the world move through your sacred heart space with more and more compassion every day? Are you feeling your place in that suffering, as an unconscious contributor to it and the pain YOU hold as well?

This density you’ve lived in, been a part of co-creating and perpetuating, has felt sometimes to parts of you like a game of ‘seek and find’ to locate your next portal of awakening. It has felt sometimes as if we, your Star Family, are far away, waiting for your worthiness to catch up to you in order to BE with us again. Yet, instead of seeking and never really finding, or not finding what can truly last and integrate inside of your being and your life, we want to invite you into the energy of ‘arise and remember’. Not a game, but an opportunity. An invitation that remains for the rest of your days on this planet, this arising and ascending Gaia. 

We are only ever as ‘far away’ as your next quest inward. You’ve often related to us as being ‘outside’ of you, yet this is also 3rd-dimensional conditioning that tells you we are ‘other than’ you. Yet, inside of you, inside of the beacon and portal of your Star Seed essence, there is where we live, for in our dimension(s), we are able to reside inside of you.

We ARE you and you ARE us. Your neighbour, your friend, the person in the next room or next home, the homeless man or woman you pass on the street, the addicts who are also trying to find their way back to the dimension they came from, they are all you too as you are them. Yet, the separation energy, the duality of your 3D life, tells you that you must remain in a consciousness that tells you that they are NOT you. That we are not you. But Star Seed… we ARE. 

You’ve been given choices, to continue to venture inward and find us through finding your essence, through healing deeply, through choosing to look into life’s mirrors even and especially when that feels hardest to do. You’ve been given reminders of your power, manifesting so often in shadow, in things that parts of you would rather not see until they are ready to see them.

These choices to heal instead of cope are what open the doors back up to US again. To feeling, truly feeling, the depths of your precious Sacred Human potential, the compassion you must learn to have for yourself just as we have for you. Choosing you, choosing inward, choosing stillness and quiet, choosing action when needed, choosing love, bring you back to the truth of your Star Seed essence and story in this lifetime and others. You can begin to put together the pieces that build your pathway back to us from within you. 

We LOVE you… and every step of your journey, no matter how it looks or feels or manifests. We understand the messy process you’ve undertaken, to ascend not only as one being, but as all beings at once. We offer our support, our love, our compassion, as a human parent would to their child learning, nay, remembering, to walk… again.

In some ways, this message is simple. Yet for some of you, it will feel complex. You are complicated beings with much pain to feel through, yet feeling through it you are, healing through it you are, with an array of many more choices to make as to what unfolds next, with how much consideration of you, yourselves, and how much healing of your inner worlds you feel to commit to in each sacred moment.

With so much love, beloved Star Seed…

Remember who you are.

Remember why you came here.

And remember, as often as you can, that we have never left you. We will always be here for you and with you. And someday, when you’re ready, you’ll feel us expressing AS you. Your ‘homecoming’ is imminent and is really a coming home to yourself… and with each step you take, we offer fathomless love and invite you to call on us, to remember us through the depths and challenges of coming to remember yourself.

Crop Circle Update: Incomplete Circles Mirror Humanity’s Transition – June 11, 2020

Crop Circle UPdate: The first formation of June appeared today, June 11th, in a field in Wiltshire, UK! The most interesting thing about this one to me are the two broken circles in the main formation. I don’t believe I’ve seen incomplete circles before in a formation over the last few years.

The sense I get from this is that the circle is not quite formed or complete yet. There is room for exit; there is an opening for entry. There is a flow in and out. This creates a feeling sense of movement and yet, also, some instability, which is exactly what we are experiencing right now in the fiery and conflicting narratives running in 3D/4D.

This is a key transition point for humanity in which many choices are being made at the soul level and filtering down to the human consciousness level. As Gaia moves out of 3D frequency, the gap is closing on Her availability to offer the 3D density and duality/polarity experience any longer. Those souls who still need and want that 3D experience for growth are being moved into death/rebirth frequencies of choice.

I get the sense that this formation is an acknowledgment of the process that we are undergoing and that it is a temporary yet necessary one. Eventually, the circles will complete, balance will be found, and love will flow.

Remembering Our Starseed Essence

Every week the parts and themes we are feeling and connecting with through the ‘Free To Be Two’ group calls seem to be naturally interconnected, offering me a much bigger picture of myself, the world, and the Universe. 

My Inner Teenager, Yasmin, feels so connected to the collapse of the 3D Matrix. Feeling her is helping me collapse the matrices inside at the same time as I’m witnessing them collapse on the outside. Feeling where she was ‘plugged in’ through the school systems and birth family templating is helping me unravel all the beliefs and ideas she holds about who she is meant to be. 

Last week I could feel her in the school corridors, overwhelmed and unprepared for the huge transition that it was. I could feel her innocence, as she carried my Inner Child in her arms wearing PJ’s and holding a teddy bear. She quickly learnt to ‘grow up’ and hide her Inner Child and innocence so she could ‘fit in’ and ‘survive’. This created so much depression which I can still feel here now, as hidden with her childhood innocence was also her curiosity, her creativity, her sense of purpose, and her multi-dimensional connections.

Something that feels so rich within my Inner Child is this connection to the magic, to the mysterious, and to the stars. As life got denser through living in 3D, I forgot about the magical essence of my Inner Child as she seemed to get further and further away. I am now remembering her and feeling how she has been there all along as the one who was questioning everything and longing for Home. 

She feels like my Starseed, who is revealing herself organically as Yasmin is deeply digesting her experiences this life. She feels expansive, curious, and open to all the possibilities in this Universe. She restores the magic in this existence and reminds me of the bigger picture of all that is happening in our world right now. 

Connecting with my Starseed brings me into a deep peace within, as she helps me remember I have never been alone and that those who I have longed to go home to were always here with me, inside me, every step of the way.

I’ve been asked many times over the years for a book that would put everything altogether in terms of what we are offering with the SoulFullHeart process and about navigating Ascension. We go to so many places and at such depth and breadth with what we offer that I so get why that it is useful to have an overview and summary of the content in ONE place. This book is THAT place!

I needed to serve in 1:1 sessions and groups and within our community for the last several years for the clarities in this book to arise. They truly were inspired by and come from the amazing souls who tried out and leaned into this process in whatever ways that they did. I so thank those women especially who did 1:1 sessions with me over the years as you informed and enriched this writing and this offering in so many ways.

Remember, Star Seed, where you come from. This is not an ‘outside of you’ place, somewhere in the Cosmos or another planet or another Galaxy. Yet, rather this is a place that dwells from within you.

THIS place is your cosmic consciousness, where your humanity meets the stars in an embodied way. Your cosmic consciousness can feel and move beyond the 3D programming and conditioning that you have received all your life from the Matrix system. Your cosmic consciousness can extend beyond five sense reality filtering into multidimensional access.

Your cosmic consciousness lives in your cells already…in your DNA, in your glands, in your auric field, in your chakras, in your heart, in your mind, in your soul. It is just WAITING for activation, for connection, for bridging, and for watering.

Remember, Star Seed, who your family is. This is not the birth family that has raised you in 3D reality. Yet, rather a Star Family that KNOWS your galactic nature intimately and personally.

THIS Star Family has been in contact with you for your entire life, in ways both subtle and obvious. There is not one moment of contact in the physical to wait for, yet rather, it is happening all of the time, to whatever degree you can see and feel it.

Your Star Family Unity Consciousness lives within you already and can be activated in a more conscious way whenever you are ready. Your Star Family has never really left you, been witness on your difficult journey on the 3D Earth Plane and they are here to support your Ascension into sacred humanity in a more conscious way to you Now.

Remember, Star Seed, WHERE you really come from, WHO you really ARE, and the Star Family that you belong to. As you remember, so you become a beacon to the rest of humanity to awaken and find their way home starting from within them once again.

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter:The Sovereign Process Of Freeing Yourself From The Matrix

This week in SoulFullHeart, our theme was about unplugging from the 3D/4D Matrix and all the parts and aspects of us that are still invested in it. This is a big part of the ascension process and can create a lot of inner rumbling and turmoil. We focused most of our efforts to this theme. You can read it here.

Power and pain
Passion and heartbreak
Love and fear

I hope for a change
For our parts to be felt
For our hearts to be healed
For our voices to be heard

I dream of a new world
Of peace and joy
Of compassion and understanding
Of healing and awakening

I see us hand in hand
Fighting no longer needed
Shame and guilt fading away
Unity and community in spades

I believe in us as humans
To dive into our shadow
And rise into love
To reach our collective ceiling of fear
And burst into the unknown of trust

I desire so much for humanity
To feel the violence inside
And the violence towards others
To heal it with kindness

The Sovereign Process Of Freeing Yourself From The Matrix

Our unplugging from the already collapsing 3D Matrix and even the 4D Matrix and all of its shadowy soul themes too, is always a sovereign choice. There are many different phases and stages and they come around when we’re ready, as we’re ready. We’ve spent more ‘time’, more lifetimes and timelines attached to it and its workings than parts of us often realize or appreciate, so there’s a lot to have patience around and a lot to process and feel through as well.

When I ‘look’ at the 3D Matrix, I see a gilded cage with an open door, showing me that we are all free to leave it but then again, some parts of us have been so used to the ‘cage’ that it’s hard to do so.

Behind that gilded cage is a giant, sticky spiderweb, which is what the 4D Matrix looks and feels like to me. It’s so challenging to free ourselves, our Metasoul aspects working/living out some very charged and painful soul themes, from its grip and the more they ‘fight’ to free themselves, the more ‘stuck’ to it they become.

What we’re moving through now has a lot to do with this stickiness and this open cage door. We are fumbling, as a collective, toward the light being cast through the openings. Individual souls are awakening to their deeper trust in the invitation and initiation being offered. It’s so easy to lose heart when things get hard and all we see on the news is more pain, as if the pain is all there is to validate. Of course this is, in a way, a game of mirrors from the Matrix itself and those who are invested in it staying intact somehow creating optical illusions meant to try and keep us in the ‘cage’. They also flex their influence by showing that the solution to the ‘problem’ at hand is one thing, usually whatever popular/mainstream opinion says it is, when it’s really another.

There are necessary phases of anger. But we aren’t truly evolving and ascending beyond the Matrix if we don’t also make our way to compassion. It’s this process though that is THE most humbling. Anger is not vulnerable or humble in its energy, but the hurt and the unexpressed soul and heart passion beneath the rage are. These are the energies that, when accessed by feeling and relating with parts of you like your Inner Teenager and Inner Punisher, for example, really DO create a deeper sense of emancipation from everything that isn’t you and never has been you and moving into the embracement of what IS.

There is also a lot to feel in the Metasoul, with all of these themes being activated because other timelines are bleeding through onto your current one. Everything you feel in reaction and response to any current event runs through you because of the experiences your parts have had in this life and the experiences your soul has had in other lifetimes.

The good news is, it’s all moveable. You’re feeling it because you have the growing capacity to BE with it, feel it deeply, make a home for these parts and Metasoul aspects inside of your heart, and move with genuine gusto into a NEW space within and in response to the world. Compassion for others, which is so needed right now and always, can only really be birthed from growing compassion within.

The Matrix, which is crumbling with even greater pacing now it seems, doesn’t stand a chance and never DID stand a chance against our awakening souls and healing, opening hearts. It was never meant to. Our approach to this healing is individually and sovereignly chosen, but it IS being chosen even when we don’t consciously realize it.

We are already free. Free to choose our path to even greater freedom from deep within ourselves. The layers to this are colourful, fascinating, and never-ending.

The cage door is open. The spiderweb is only there to hold you until you feel able to stop struggling and just keep feeling. The invitation is always there and the choice is always yours if you feel ready to see what’s possible and move consciously and curiously toward that, with even more embracement of each step, of each and every feeling there is to feel along the way.

Within this process lies the rebirth of your Divine trust, through which you can experience your deepest healing yet. And eventually… you find yourself flying. You find the ‘cage’ laying dismantled on the floor and the spiderweb swept away or at least much less intimidating as it can now become a curious place to visit as needed or desired.

This is what it means to become free of the Matrix in all its forms and energies. This is what it means to truly be free, to lean into love, to remember who you really ARE. ❤
