Preparing For Contact With Star BEings: From The Inside First

There is a scene in the movie, E.T., that has always brought up tears for part of me. It’s one of the last ones when E.T. is returning back to his light ship to join his Star Family. Elliot, the boy that has connected so deeply with him on many levels, begins to yell, “E.T., take me with you! Take me with you!” It is Elliot’s anguish at losing contact with E.T.; it is his despair at having to stay on Earth rather than go to travel in the stars and into unknown realms. It is the realization that he would never just be an ordinary boy again. His Star Seed consciousness has been awakened as E.T. becomes a part of him and he part of the benevolent and kind Star BEIng.

I didn’t identify until the last few years why this scene was so emotional for part of me. When I began to wake up to my galactic origins and my connection to the stars, I realized that what had previously been blocking my openness to Star BEing contact had been traumas from what my 3D Inner Child had experienced or filtered as ‘abductions’ with them starting at the age of 8 and continuing until I was about 17 years old. Although I had been working with my emotional body through parts work for many years by then, I was amazed at the depth of pain that came up connected to this wounding.

I realized eventually that it was a complicated pain that went beyond parts of me feeling like I had been taken ‘against my will’ by them. It was actually also rooted in a deep desire and longing to return to the frequencies that felt more like ‘home’ to my Metasoul….the higher, Unity Consciousness frequencies that most benevolent Star BEings seem to vibrate at. It was also sourced in a deep sense of having being abandoned and ‘left’ by them to suffer here on Earth with parents that were often difficult to relate with.

Through my healing process of many years connecting with my 3D Inner Child, she eventually transmuted into magical frequencies of what I now feel is our “Star Seed” essence. As I processed Aurora’s (my Star Seed Child’s name) multi-layered pain around what we both now remembered were actually ‘visitations with Star Family’, we were able to open up relationship with Metasoul Aspects such as my Arcturian Metasoul sister named Binkh, Pleiadian named Leeza, and, just yesterday, a Blue Avian named Beslopha (plus others). Aurora started to remember the adventures she had experienced on their light ships when I was a child. She recalled floating and flying around, freed from gravity, and playing with the endangered and even extinct animal species that they keep on their ships, serving like a Noah’s Ark to protect them during Gaia’s rocky Ascension phases until they can be transplanted back here.

I feel access to the Star Seed Child is a critical piece to open up contact with Star Family. The ‘doorway’ into that access seems to be through your 3D Inner Protector, who forms a protective shield around the 3D Inner Child due to undigested traumas that you experienced during childhood AND your Metasoul. Through conscious negotiation with the 3D Protector, you gain more feeling sense of your Inner Child helping them transmute from lower frequencies of hurt to vulnerability; from shame to innocence; from anxiety to trust. Once the Inner Child is unanchored from 3D reality, your Star Seed 4D child arises into your awareness.

They become a key bridge to contact with Star BEings once their woundings of abandonment are in process of healing. This often takes, then, negotiation with the 4D Inner Protector, who is transmuting into what we call the Gatekeeper – or bridge to access your Metasoul and other lifetimes, Star Family Aspects, etc. The Star Seed eventually vibrates higher and higher and seems to integrate into your 5D Self as your Crystalline Child seated in your Merkabah or Light Body. Contact with my Star Family has recently been only through meditation and Astral visits, rather than in person. It’s been offered to me that they are honoring the sensitivity of Aurora and other parts of me that might not be ready yet for in person contact. They also feel that the contact experience actually goes much deeper for me into my higher consciousness when I do not bring my body along….yet, anyway. They are definitely preparing me for that, though, as each awakening connection with another Metasoul Star Family Aspect deepens my trust, resonance, and understanding of what they are here to offer us during this intense phase of death and rebirth with Gaia. Eventually, they have offered that I will become even more of an emoto-spiritual, galactic love ambassador to many Star BEings (which they seem to prefer to be called, rather then “Aliens” or “E.Ts”) in addition to continuing to support others to create this bridge from within themselves.

Preparing for contact with Star BEings is primarily about preparing on the inside, in your emotional body, in your energy body, in your Metasoul, and with parts of you that have resistance or fear to it. You may feel a very strong desire for contact, yet, parts of you may feel very differently about it. Accessing these mixed feelings and which parts of you they source from clears the channels. You can negotiate with the energies and hold space for the exploration to eventually open out to what you desire.

Contact with us is beginning in more earnest now as benevolent Star BEings prepare the phases of disclosure about their existence and legacy with us. You may experience contact primarily through dreams, where often your subconscious cloaks them as animals or people that you know. And, you may experience sudden activation of Light Language or Star Language. Many of your ‘guides’ that show up as Angels may actually be Star Family. Depending on your Metasoul’s relationship with the polarized to fear Star BEings known as Archons or Annunaki, you may go through fear-based experiences such as the sense that you are being attacked by their energies. These energies actually originate from inside of you and your Metasoul. Love-based connection with your Reptilian Metasoul Aspect can create a healing bridge to these energies, where you discover that you can transmute these energies from fearful to magical. Disclosure of Star BEing influences, alliances, and even peaceful interventions feels like it will be coming in the next couple of years on a collective level. Many more souls will be woken up by their Star Family to this reality. Souls still anchored to their 3D Self and 3D fear-based picture about “Aliens” may experience great shock and terror in response to these disclosures. You can offer a compassionate heart light to these souls fused to the parts of them that feel pain, distrust, and confusion. Initiating and deepening the contact process from within allows you to navigate with more trust and, also, to lead others as the Star Seed BEacon that you are during this time of such massive consciousness shiftings and transitions!

Energy Update: 2018 – A Mega Year For Revelations & Shiftings

All those toasty and roasty codes coming in still through the portals opened wider on 11/11. All that physical, emotional, chakral detoxification and purification to receive the UPgrades. All that shadow coming into the light on stages of Hollywood, political and governmental too. All those merging and overlapping timelines as the veils continue to thin INside as our every living cell is activated to vibrate higher and higher.

The continuation and extension of this offering seems to be through 12:12 specifically yet, also, ongoingly as we transition into the ‘year’ 2018. What I’ve been offered about 2018 from Archangel Metatron and my Metasoul/Higher Self Aspects is that it is going to be a ‘mega year’ with many revelations in 3D mainstream culture that will rock and shock many people. This is the year that many people’s every day lives and lifestyles are going to change, at the very least internally in how they relate with reality.

The curtain will be pulled in sometimes quite dramatic fashion to reveal the ‘powers that have been’ and their fear-based agendas and manipulations. Those leaders who have looked like clowns or ‘bad guys’ will be revealed to have been working actually to overthrow those that have done great harm and abuses. Everything will feel upside down in many ways. It will feel like a movie to those souls who hadn’t woken up to all of this information before now. It will feel surreal and to some like their worst nightmare coming true.

It feels like surprising structures will fall too, even some known or perceived as ‘spiritual’ and of New Earth. What cannot be denied is the higher heart’s truth and as more souls embrace their Higher Self in their body, they will see clearer and feel more deeply what is genuine and what is not. The shields and defenses of the Inner Protectors (needing to be created to survive 3D incarnation) will feel more obvious. The judgements without love of self and of others from the Inner Punishers will become more abrasive. The hypocrisies in action (not walking your talk) performed from a place of emotional immaturity will become less tolerable. The overlay of falsity that comes from spirituality that only embraces the light, that is avoiding the integration of the dark and the emotional body, will also become more evident.

If you have already woken up to this reality and are digesting/integrating it in your emotional body, you become an asset to those who are newly awakening. You become a light through the shadow lands of death that they will feel as their 3D self and its entire world come crashing down. You are a beacon to them of what is possible on the other side of the valley of shadows and death, even as you may still be traversing it yourself. You represent the rebirth that emerges as you let go of the false to embrace the real and authentic. You become an example that you CAN survive having layer after layer peeled away and that what emerges is actually more love in embodied form.

You will also need support to navigate through these transition times. Your 3D Self was born and bred and fed on 3D reality. As much as you have learned and grown and brought your soul into your consciousness, there still may be aspects of you anchored to 3D reality. These anchors pull and tug more as you vibrate higher. You feel the drag more and how it lowers you. You notice it in repeated patterns of suffering and pain. You may go ‘in and out’ of the 3D timeline still, especially connected to the holiday season and your birth families, long-term friendships and romantic relationships. It is often the social area of our lives which is most anchored into 3D reality.

Support for you comes in the continual choices toward love and realness. Toward no longer settling and shrinking in your relationships. Toward claiming, naming, and focusing on your service of love purpose here – even if it is to heal yourself, serve love TO yourself in order to overflow in a genuine way to others eventually. Toward no longer hiding your light under anyone’s perceptions or expectations of you.

Support also comes in the deepening and expanding of your connection with the Divine, your Ethereal Guides, and your Metasoul Aspects (especially those that vibrate at higher frequencies and can infuse you with frequencies of Unity Consciousness.) The ascension process is shapeshifting in the New both collectively and personally as we continue to let go of the old on ALL levels. Energy Update: Overlapping And Collapsing Timelines, Plus Activations Of Higher Ones

Overlapping, collapsing, and activations of higher timelines are all happening with more acceleration as all these light codes keep coming in this month and through the next month too. Merging and overlapping timelines feel like multidimensional realities are overlaying into your current one. Standing at the kitchen counter and ‘seeing’ yourself aboard a Star BEing light ship is one example of this as your Star Being Metasoul aspect realities fuse into yours. Another example is talking with someone and suddenly light language pours from your mouth. Or, you may see a scene from another era overlaid onto your current one, giving you ‘peeks’ and ‘glimpses’ into other lifetimes. You may hear and even smell this overlapping timeline too as you enter it in those moments.

There is also an emotional body aspect of this as sudden, intense reactions are triggered by things that are not usual for you. Watching a movie about an epic event in ‘history’, for example, and suddenly bursting into tears of recognition, mourning, and grief as you access the experiences of a Metasoul sister or brother who is STILL living this event out in the now. Or, you wake up in sobs of tears from experiences during dreams that are very intense and feel ‘real’. These peek-a-boo timeline bleed through moments can happen more and more as you open up your upper three ascension chakras, heal your 3D emotional body, and connect consciously with (what we call in SoulFullHeart) your Gatekeeper, who holds access to your Metasoul and other lifetime aspects.

The increasingly strong light codes flooding into our atmospheres are illuminating the ‘yellow brick road’ of your highest timeline path. They are amplifying your intuitive connection with your Higher Self, who increasingly BEcomes you as your frequency rises and ‘meets’ your Higher Self consciousness. Also, as you integrate gifts from your Metasoul, multidimensional, higher dimensional aspects. Following this yellow brick road is where the often most challenging aspects of ascension come in. Following this higher timeline can push up often very mixed feelings and polarized reactions from within you. One part of you is very excited and enlivened by the soul’s purpose of expression here in ALL areas of life. This is usually your growing into 5D self within your body.

Then, another part of you is resistant and fearful of the changes. This is usually your Inner Protector, the part of you that necessarily came into BEing when you incarnated here and encountered such harsh 3D density. This part of you may block and obscure your intuitions and make you ‘doubt’ if they are real or viable. It may delay, divert, and stall your progress by clinging to 3D-based relationships, careers, belief systems, toxic patterns, and addictions. This Inner Protector can be a significant portion of your outward personality and persona until connected with directly and consciously, as we offer a process and path for doing in our SoulFullHeart work.

Your Protector is primarily concerned about how it will impact younger, more vulnerable aspects of you to go through the catalytic and necessary death and rebirth process to align with your higher timeline. Your Protector often sees YOU as a teenager or a child that it needs to take care of and is responsible for. It is also protective of your Metasoul and feels the situations that created traumas from other lifetimes where aspects of your Metasoul were persecuted or killed for expressing their gifts, seeking love, or leading something radically new.

Collapsing timelines happen as you consciously choose one timeline over another. As you transition your life out of the 3D anchored one that parts of you have needed to create and BE in and conform to. This is also a form of ‘unplugging from the 3D matrix’ that has been collaboratively (on a soul level) been created with fear-based Reptilians and other Star BEings. This 3D matrix timeline is collapsing and you can see and feel it in the recent political rumblings, Hollywood disclosures, with much more coming. It is a bumpy transition to the higher timeline collectively, especially with so many souls still anchored deeply to 3D reality.

Collapsing timelines can be felt most dramatically during personal crisis, such as leaving a marriage or long-term relationship; getting ‘fired’ or leaving a long-term career or retiring; a sudden death or serious illness; changing geographies. Sometimes these collapsing timelines can feel like they are ‘happening to you’ as parts of you (usually, again, your Protector) may be in understandable fear and resistance to the changes and UPheaval that they bring. This is ash in the air with often deep valleys and dips of despair, depression, and mourning, as the old timeline feels like it is being ‘burned to the ground’ and parts of you along with it.

As you consciously make choices following your yellow brick road timeline, love comes in more and more to hold the space. You feel how ALL of the rumbles, quakes, burnings, and collapses are in order to clear out what is no longer supporting your highest expression. You support resistive parts of you to feel this trust at deeper levels too, inviting them to join you in the journey toward the realization of your dreams manifesting in ALL areas of your life as you increasingly align with the Divine in purpose AS your highest timeline service of love here.

Energy Update: Revelation, Healing, And Integration Of Shadow Frequencies

The energies ARE personal. As personal as it gets as you ARE energy. You are a multidimensional, galactic BEing inside of a human form. You are connected to higher dimensional expressions, star BEing aspects of your Metasoul (soul source). You are BEcoming and merging with the consciousness of these star BEings from other timelines, other dimensions, other planets, other galaxies more and more in a process that is MEANT to impact you personally as this happens.

Does it feel sometimes like the ascension energies are outside of you? The gateways and vortexes opening? The stargates activating? The sun flares and geomagnetic storms churning? Does it feel like these things are happening outside of you in a distant, vast, and irrelevant outer space with little impact on your daily reality? If so, this can lead to a sense of distancing from the ascension process and that it is less meaningful on a personal level.

All of these energies swirling around in the cosmos, all this galactic activity, is also represented inside of you. Making it personal, taking it personally, is where I feel the REAL gift of awareness about cosmic energies comes in and goes in. Connecting what is happening ‘out there’ with how it is impacting your emotional body, your process, your experience of experience leads to more self awareness and capacity to digest what is happening. Providing some context and overall picture to hold what you are living out can help with the digestion of the experience.

There is A LOT happening in the now, in the cosmos, that impacts us as a collective and on a personal basis. It is a major phase of transition for us as the shadows, the darkness, the underground and underbelly, are disclosed and exposed. There is no ‘going around’ this process as what has been so polarized during the 3D experiment needs to come back into balance. The only way is by going through it with manifestations of chaos, upheaval, and death and rebirth happening through intense weather patterns and political/social/cultural crises.

Finding our balance again requires the revealing and eventual release of the dark energies that have had so much underground influence on our culture and the formation of our 3D self AND on our Metasoul too. Making this process personal is feeling and BEing with the traumas created from all this polarization to fear-based frequencies. These traumas can remain undigested in your emotional body in your 3D self AND also in your Metasoul through repeating loops of suffering patterns and cycles and karmic binds.

All the photonic light generation activities in the cosmos creates a SAFE container for the revelation and healing of this shadow on a collective and personal level. The HIGH frequencies provide a padded room for the bombs to explode when needed; the fuses to ignite; the storms to roar….until they run out of fear to fuel them. This padded room of pure love and light is also provided to YOU as a shield from these necessary outgasses. You can connect with your safe padded place through meditation, through connection with your Ethereal guides/aspects, through commUNION with the Divine (and the Divine Mother esp.), through service of love, through BEing in relationships that are nourishing, soul resonant, through drawing the support that you need. This doesn’t mean that you transcend out of whatever necessary shadow revealing and integrating process that you need to go through. Yet, rather, you have a sense of being held WHILE you are in this exploration. You are not just becoming the shadow or the darkness OR suppressing it either (that is the old way), yet you are holding space FOR the aspects and parts of you that are overly polarized to it. You get to know and connect with these aspects and invite them into the safe, padded room of your HEART and soul, where they can finally feel safe to share, to be felt, and to BEcome something real….and, eventually, then to heal.

As you digest the shadow revelation that is happening ‘out there’ feel how it is impacting you on a personal level. Feel your reactions inside to what comes out. Feel if your ‘safe padded room of love and light’ is available and if you are using it. Feel what support you need to navigate your own process of shadow revelation. Feel the taking of it all personally and what that means for you in a way that also allows you to FEEL held by love during the process. Feel the integration that wants to happen inside of you as the shadow meets the sun of love and finally finds it way home in your heart.

Halloween Message: Responding With Love, Not Fear, To Your Shadow And Spirits

“It is precisely because we resist the darkness in ourselves that we miss the depths of the loveliness, beauty, brilliance, creativity, and joy that lie at our core.” ~ Thomas Moore

Resisting anything in ourselves just leads to more pain, more resistance, more pushing out of life and not letting it in. Resisting the darkness is understandable when we have been taught in 3D culture to fear that which we don’t understand, that which isn’t socially acceptable, that which may hurt or harm others or ourselves. We have been taught to fear our fear and the fear of others as well. This fearing of fear JUST leads to more fear being generated. This creates a fear fueled energy cloud that rumbles inside of us and through all the strands of the collective emotional body web for fear-based BEings to get more energy from.

On this ‘day’ of Samhain’s and All Saint’s Eve, Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, Diwali…..the shadow is actually acknowledged, recognized, and even celebrated within our cultures. The shadow sides can come out in costume; they can put on masks that are actually more REAL to their frequencies. The darkness can roam a bit without fear suppressing it. Souls that have left their human bodies and passed on can be opened up too and be felt by their loved ones without the fear of ghosts or being haunted blocking the connection.

As we BEcome more of our higher self in our human body, gifts of mediumship naturally arise and become less afraid of the spiritual realm. We see, feel, and hear Ethereal BEings such as Angels, spirit guides, spirit animals, and more. We can connect with our passed BEloveds through our common Metasoul threads and heart cords as none of us really cease from being energized in the Now in SOME form. We can connect to other Metasoul partnerings and playouts with these SAME people, yet in different dances. Maybe, someday, we’ll be able to change or alter timelines to prevent dying and live out in Infinite Awareness with no time together IN a human body that will no longer age or get diseases.

With the veils between dimensions becoming so thin already in this now of intense phototonic light activations, it feels like there IS an opportunity to connect with spirits in a much deeper way today. To lead with your heart and your intention and ask to receive communications, being open to these contacts coming in unexpected ways, and trusting that love wants to see this happen for your own healing AND theirs.

There is also more support to being open as well to how your shadow aspects might be needing you, wanting you. Your shadow often contains sources of power, soul gifts, soul purpose clarities…once the fear and resistance frequencies have been felt, cleared and healed, then these powerful soul gifts can be revealed. More of your power can be revealed and, often, more of your vulnerability as well.

All of this discovery may require negotiation with the part of you that protects and guards your shadow, what we call the Inner Protector in our SoulFullHeart process. The Protector (and also the 4D Soul Guardian) may not feel that you are truly ready to connect with your shadow and embody your soul power expression. They are in a stance of keeping you ‘safe’ rather than allowing you to risk feeling something painful and difficult (even though they will often allow and even contribute to repeating suffering loops inside you).

As your higher self comes into your body and your higher heart opens and expands, you become able to bring love to ALL the fear places inside of you. You can then also bring this love to the fear based energies in others and serve as facilitator to this clearing of fear process in them too. This bringing love to fear then reverberates and expands throughout the entire Universe and the collective emotional body too. Bringing light to the darkness is above all about offering energies of compassion, forgiveness, understanding, and willingness to FEEL what is real.

Becoming a ‘warrior’ or going to battle against darkness just perpetrates the cycles of fear meeting and matching with more fear. This is often just the Protector in another form of ‘light warrior’ that is ultimately based in nonvulnerablity and resistance.

Help parts of you to put down the swords, share with you WHY they are holding them, WHY they are afraid to go into the shadows with you, and you’ll open your heart UP even that much wider, able to experience the love that makes up the essence of it ALL, including your shadow!

Conversation With My Spine: Day Two- The Turbulence Of Calibrating To Love

In this exchange with my spine, I refer to my daemon, or soul protector/guardian. It is the 4D aspect of us that is connected to our other metasoul lives. They are a big part of the healing process in SoulFullheart that can also be linked to the bleed through many feel as the veil has been thinning and lifted. A connection with this aspect can assist in huge movements and clearings of the energies that are still stuck in other time dimensions. You can read more about them here.

M: Good morning, Spine. How are you feeling for talking some more? I had a great feeling about where this could all go for both of us.

S: Yes, I am. I felt some great place and energies we could ‘tap’ into together.

M: You just started where you left off.

S: Yeah. It is good to keep this thing a little loose around the edges, man. When a spine gets too stiff and rigid…well, look what happens.

M: Point taken. I can feel where a part of me has been a bit tense with all the changes going on for me personally and then you add in the cosmic theater and it gets to be one big alchemy party.

S: There is a lot going on for sure. There is a lot of rebalancing happening. The prior grid structure that you were linked up to via the spine is in major dissolution. It is dissolving. No longer able to maintain its former control hold. You have many metasoul lives that had been connected to the Paintrix and they are looking to you to lead them into a new world without it. It is a turbulent time for this awakening and that can show up in all kinds of physical (i.e. emotional) manifestations.

M: I feel the largess of that picture and can see why my soul protector got a bit overwhelmed. I see a dam that has held back all the realities of my soul and the cracks are opening up to holes in my felt consciousness. My daemon (soul protector) has been acting as the foreman on this operation and is sounding the alarm bells.

S: Lol! That is a perfect analogy. I don’t mean to laugh in judgment. It just clearly demonstrates what it can be like for some. He needs to be relieved of the duty and the feeling of responsibility. Lots to navigate and the picture is not as severe as he may make it out to be. There is a lot of self-love around letting in these lives and how to be with them.

M: I feel your compassion for him and what he has held. That is a whole new avenue to walk down with him day to day. Feeling it all in the moment as these lives begin to bleed into waking consciousness. This whole experience has really helped me to feel the wounded masculine energies that are held in the spine. The restructuring of the spinal code if you will.

S: Yes, most definitely. There is a whole lot happening at the quantum/galactic level that is beyond the consciousness of your knowing mind. What is important here is to feel what is happening with your heart and intuition. This moves WITH the current of Love and the old system was trying to work against it, but was really an actor FOR it all along. I think you can sense what I mean. There are actually no bad guys here. A grand story that is experiencing itself. The spinal restructuring is akin to seeing that there was another story undergirding this one all along and that creates a bit of a shock to the system.

M: This is getting out there, man. Whew! I want to see about bringing this closer to home….to the heart.

S: Yeah, totally. I can get locked into the mental picture sometimes as I too am in recalibration mode. You have much to feel with the part(s) of you that have been invested in the old way of being in the world. It is another personal awakening phase, but this is an awakening into something less tangible and more fluid. It is not getting to locked into “this or that”, but following the intuitive sacred heartmind and getting lost in the flow so that you can’t even begin to track mentally. This is presses against a control mechanism that is built-in for safety and protection. Keeping the gig going. You are being asked to realign the spine to the heart instead of the brain.

M: That is a weird picture, but I get what you mean.

S: I can sense that. The literal interpretation makes no biological sense. This is the new wild frontier partner and there is a new sheriff in town and his name is Lovie McLovin.

M: Seriously….I think it is time for you to get some rest. That was just awful, yet somehow funny.

S: You giggled. You can’t hide that. I am feeling a bit better apparently. Getting my goof on. That is a sign of realignment to the flow of being. Okay, let’s call it for today. I have enjoyed this. Not sure what we said but it felt good.

M: Yeah me too. Time to let this all integrate with a sandwich and a massage.

S: Now that just sound weird.

Wounded Masculine And Arising Feminine Energies Coming UP For Healing And Revealing

There seem to be many themes running in the moment for us to see and BE with as we continue our ascension journey into embodiment of our sacred humanity…not NEW themes, yet more like another cycle around the bend into a deeper level and strata of healing and feeling. One theme is that the wounded masculine frequencies that have formed the foundational energy to fuel our 3D culture are being exposed and disclosed…to be seen, felt, come into the light. They have seemed so powerful, yet, are now running on fumes as the old paradigm structures start to collapse to begin transition into the new. The wounded masculine runs on compensational behaviors to cover over core feelings of unworthiness and core disconnect/separation. It operates on lack of vulnerability and lack of transparency using diversion and distraction strategies. You can feel and see this in the exposure happening now of false kings in the entertainment industry, government, banking, etc. how they are now being dethroned as their wound-based actions toward the feminine are revealed.

It can be tempting to lash out at this wounded masculine as it is exposed….to feel bitter and resentful, to turn on it. Yet, this outward outrage actually stems from inside and only feeds the fires that can hurt and burn. Going within to feel deep compassion for the wounded masculine WITHIN us is a key aspect to moving through this disclosure process with love. To feel how parts of us have felt like both perpetuator AND victim this life and in other lifetimes too. Not going to battle AGAINST these energies, yet seeing and feeling how, underneath it all, they are just seeking and want love. Being open to the recognition that these energies live inside of us and seem to express as our Inner Protector aspects, plus Inner Punisher and Inner Mother/Matriarch or Inner Father/Patriarch can help huge with this holding and response.

After many years of working with different parts of myself and with others, these are the energy tones that I feel most represent the wounded masculine as conditioned and formed into our 3D self. Working with these masculine energies is what allows the feminine to arise in an authentic way, freed finally from the warrior and overly masculine tones that are NOT hers to hold and energize. As the Inner Protector lets go of its stance of protection through inner negotiation, the feminine (in both men and women) can come into BEing as the seed of her expression receives the water of self love and love with Divine Feminine guides/aspects such as Magdalena, Mother Mary, Kuan Yin. Directly connecting with these aspects through journaling, guided meditation, and ‘dropping into ‘their energy during sessions is what we offer through our SoulFullHeart process. There is a deep connection in this collective wounded masculine disclosure process with the dissolving of the 3D matrix created out a fear-based (yet previously necessary for growth) collaboration between us on the soul level and some Reptilians/Archons/Anunnaki. Their wounded masculine-based timeline of dominance and suppression ‘over’ us is collapsing as more of them choose love over fear. The implants and hookups that we previously needed in our soul fields/chakras are loosening or dissolving as this choice point happens. I have written many times about the choice points they are being offered as a species on soulfullheartblog.com….relocation to a beautiful, tropical environment planet as they choose redemption and rehabilitation. It seems to be important to support this process by letting go of fear-based and polarized energies against them…this becomes yet another battle ground otherwise (that actually, again, stems from within). Connecting with your inner Reptilian aspect (which can form another layer of Inner Protector) allows for the flow of compassion and to act as ambassador to their choice points toward love with your support.

If you are in a relationship, you may be feeling the stirrings and churnings of this wounded masculine/arising feminine within your relationship. This can lead to more conflicts, disillusionment, and even desires for completion of even long-term relationships. The gaps in your transactability are revealed as what has been able to be covered over can not be anymore. If you have been awakening and your partner has not, resentment from parts of you may be growing around this and, also, authentic desire for more soul resonance, vulnerability, and to service love together (which is ultimately the reason for being in relationship at the higher soul level.) These frequencies of wounded masculine as they live inside of us and are being moved in the collective also play out in our relationships, impacting how we experience our partners, what parts of us are related with each other, and what we project onto them. Becoming conscious of your own parts allows you to navigate the relationship in a very different way with a new level of consciousness and emotional maturity in responding to your partner.

As the wounded masculine continues to transmute and transform into a higher vibrational frequency of sacred masculinity, the possibilities for balance and union between the masculine and feminine become revealed to us. We discover and BEcome this from within and we can then offer this to a world that desperately needs it as it transitions from polarized and fear-based expressions of gender into NEW expressions of a conscious duality dance based in LOVE.

Energy Update: Veils Thinning For Multidimensional Access; Personal Impact Of Collective Disclosure Process

The veils between dimensions have felt so thin lately, in the last few days especially. This thinning out by amped UP frequencies of light creates a sense of ‘being here and NOT here’ (best way I have come to describe it). The bleed through of Metasoul aspects from other lifetimes is strong right now too, if you are tuned into that. It can feel like you are walking around your life with the other lifetime energies suddenly super imposed in front of it.

Maybe you are standing at the kitchen counter and you suddenly see the bright glistening waters of Atlantis or Lemuria in front of you or you are in the light filled corridors of the spaceship with your Arcturian Metasoul aspect. You are in the ‘scene’ then of these other lifetimes with the aspects from your same Metasoul source that are living it out in the now….not ‘past lives’ at all, yet energizing now as their timelines merge in with yours. This can be an intense experience and is one of the ways that the personal disclosure process is ramping up, preparing us for eventual, everyday connection with star BEings. What has previously only been accessed by past life regression hypnosis states or near death experiences or taking ayahuasca or peyote is coming into our consciousness without any of these being necessary as we just tap into these realities as our vibrational frequency rises.

Along with this veil thinning, there is a feeling of ‘building up to something’ in the collective disclosure process. It may feel like a slow process, unrolling and unraveling at a less rapid pace then some souls may like or want. It feels like a leaking out of information, stories, revelations, rather than a one time BIG gush or flow. However, it feels like (at the soul level) it is being done with so much compassion and consideration for the collective and at a rate and pace that our consciousness can handle. For those souls very attached and connected to (still ‘fused’ to) 3D life and their 3D selves, the disclosure of the previously invisible and hidden shadow energies in the government, entertainment industry, suppression of star BEing connection and technologies, etc. will be difficult to digest….truly shocking and very upsetting. It will literally feel like the ‘end of the world’ for them as it is the collapse of the world that their 3D self has known and found beloved.

Even if you have long been aware of disclosure, been on your own awakening path….you may feel this shock and upset too rumble through you as it does in the collective too. Rather than staying in a ‘cave’ and remaining at high vibe ALL the time, I feel that those of us who are called to serve love are meant to bridge for and to the newly awakened. The main way we ARE this bridge is by being open to feel what there is to feel in reaction to what is happening for the collective. To feel compassion for others even as we offer heartlines and lifelines to navigate through and out of the fear-based fray. To feel how we have aspects of ourselves that are connected to the 3D world and NEED us, no matter how high up we may see and feel reality. If we were truly meant to JUST be at high frequencies all the time, we would not have chosen to serve love and to be here in a human body with Gaia at this time of such intense transition and change.

The collective has an emotional body too…I like to feel it this way even more than that there is a ‘collective consciousness’, which also feels real, yet ‘collective emotional body’ has a more visceral, relatable sense to it. We are ALL connected to the collective emotional body; we are ALL impacted by it. We feel what the collective feels. The degree and depth that you can feel this depends on how awakened you are to your own emotional body and your Metasoul expressions that hold unity consciousness/one mind frequencies. You may have pushed away from feeling the collective as you differentiated 3D from 4D, as you left the ‘mainstream’ to find your own soul stream. It is not about going ‘backwards’ in your consciousness here, yet about being open and responsive to what remains inside of you that is triggered by the ongoing collective experience of disclosure and ascension. Remaining open in this way to your own process allows you to be truly compassionate in response to what is happening for others.

The veils are thinning to allow a higher vibrational consciousness into your field, so you can remember and eventually kNOW again your own multidimensional, galactic, and Divine self. Experiencing this essence while in the human body seems to be a new phase/step for us, as previously we could only access these states while out of the body. Added onto this is the invitation for the collective to come along in this ascension process, each soul choosing for themselves what means growth for them. Energy Update: Collective And Personal Disclosure Process Underway Offering Important Mirror To Us All

The disclosure process is underway. All of what seems like a BIG mess happening on the global stage, world events, and even weather patterns is all an important aspect of ascension. This disclosure process is happening on both the collective level (conscious and unconscious, awakening souls and NOT awakened yet) and the very personal, intimate level too. What has previously been hidden in any way becomes exposed as Gaia continues Her climb, transition, moving into New Earth, New And Improved Gaia-ness. Higher vibration frequencies and energies can’t cover over….they are like the sun seeking out the shadows. They shine their love light bright to illuminate what has been in the dark and reveal what has been shrouded.

So many awakening souls have been looking for signs of disclosure beginning. They have been waiting for the curtain of the 3D matrix ‘out there’ to be pulled back and the ‘real’ to be exposed and shown. Maybe you have claimed your role in this collective disclosure process too…as an advocate, truth teller, and waySHOWer. The corruption, manipulation, power games of the wounded masculine in both men and women have found roots of expression, serving as a mostly invisible ungirding for much of the 3D world. These roots are starting to be dug up now, names being named as the reigns of the false kings and queens and their empires start to fall, and those who were previously ‘kept’ quiet finding their voice.

The collective disclosure process has much to run out and through, many layers to reveal and heal. It will be a shocking and traumatic experience for those souls connected and attached to the 3D matrix as it begins to crumble, dissolve, and collapse in front of them. The ‘world’ that their 3D self has invested in will be declaring bankruptcy in the currencies that matter the most in New Earth: transparency, integrity, and authenticity. It feels unfortunately likely that some souls will leave their bodies, unable to handle and adjust to the shifts and changes. Some will go this way and perhaps they will be offered an alternative timeline and planet to play out the rest of the growth experience needed in 3D reality. I don’t get a sense of a definitive split happening here into two parts or bifurcation, as others have offered. It just feels like there are too many variables here with so many individual free will choices to be made by so many souls. The ultimate choices of love over fear in every moment lead to the highest timeline playouts is what I have been offered around this. ‘Highest timeline’ is both different for each of us AND unity consciousness draws us like magnets to each other to form soul family communities based on 5D or New Earth frequencies.

As collective disclosure happens, you can gauge your own inner disclosure off of it. What reactions come up in parts of you to what is exposed and revealed ‘out there’? What needs your compassion, and feeling of it? What has been formed in your shadow out of necessity that is difficult to see and be with, yet deserves your attention? Because we are ultimately ALL connected to each other, it may be surprising to you the reactions that come up in your emotional body to what happens collectively, even if you have known and been awakened to the 3D matrix for awhile. The disclosure process is MEANT to be both collective and personal. It is meant to shake UP and shake out. You might need to track the news (finding sources that work for you at an energetic level) so that you have some sense of what is happening as it offers a mirror for what is happening within you too. Many of us stopped connecting to ‘mainstream’ news as a necessary choice to unplug and to pull out of the false presentation there. However, now, mainstream is shifting into a transitional stream and some connection with it may serve you in feeling yourself and feeling others too.

Holding space for the inner reactions, feeling where they come from and why, seeking out support and guidance when needed….these things can help navigate the rumbles that come from your deepest inner grounds becoming exposed. As we become more porous and attuned to higher vibrational frequencies, we actually become much MORE sensitive to collective energies. This means we feel more compassion in a personal way related to what others are going through as we feel it more for ourselves at the same time. Feeling compassion at this level (beyond empathy….we need a new word for this) is a sort-of merging sense. Merging with other to feel what they are feeling WHILE still remaining an individual consciousness.

I have come to call this, ‘conscious duality’. I experience this deepening as I gain more access to my multidimensional, higher frequency aspects and their access to unity consciousness downloads to me…..and through many years of working with my emotional body through integration of my 3D self and 4D self aspects too such as Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Child, Soul Guardian, Metasoul/other lifetime aspects, etc. As I know myself at such deeper levels can I then FEEL and know others at these deeper levels. We are meant to FEEL what is happening here with the disclosure process, especially as it relates to our own. ‘Me Too’ Naming And Claiming An Opportunity For Compassion

The naming and claiming of ‘me too’ status here on FB or twitter as someone who has experienced sexual abuse, harrassment, etc. can be such a big step for some souls…a coming out of something that had been hidden, that maybe parts of them felt great shame around or even denial. For many souls, especially those still attached to 3D life, the naming can be an advocacy for starting the process of healing from the wounded patriarchy from within that it seems likely we ALL have inside from our 3D experience here.

For others, the ‘me too’ may be a kick out in anger, in outrage, at injustice….it may come from pain that bursts in this stage of feeling it as it moves eventually into the deeper hurt that wants to be felt and the wounds that remain undigested until it is time to feel them. More vulnerability, softness, and even acceptance comes over time it seems as this digests more and is felt by compassionate others.

It feels like each soul has their own process here around the naming and claiming of what has happened to them…to label ALL of it as just victim mentality (as some are doing) or that it is ONLY empowered action doesn’t allow for the very individual experience that all processing of experience ultimately is.

I do feel that ultimately we chose all on a soul level what we experience here (some souls signed up for SO much!) and the remembering of this can be a very empowering thing as we reconnect to our power as a fractal from Divine Source. Offering this isn’t meant to diminish the very real anguish and pain that is experienced on a 3D level though. Parts of us may need a phase of saying we were hurt and harmed too. The invitation is to move through this to make different choices, to end toxic patterns, to no longer draw abuse or violence from the outside as we have healed the INNER abuse and violence going on from one part of us to the other. Our unhealed inner violence no longer draws the outer violent circumstances as it no longer needs to.

I feel compassion for all those ‘me toos’ and the cycles of abuse and violence expressed by the wounded masculine in both women and men…as I’ve felt for my own experiences too and the parts of me that have needed me. All of us ARE ultimately much bigger than these shadow playouts, yet we are in the process of healing, feeling, being real, remembering our way to this and, in the meantime, it can get and IS messy. Yet, it is ALL held in love and by love for us to ultimately return, again, to the love that we ARE in our essence beyond what we have experienced that might tell us otherwise.
