Energy Update: Geomagnetically VERY Active Month Of September Begins W/SOULar Wind Streams/Auroras

Two SOULar wind streams are coming into Gaia’s atmosphere, flowing out from the ‘hole to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. The first one is already here, September 7th through the 8th, with SOULar winds up to the 500 km/sec range. The second one is following on Sept. 11-12th. Auroras will be bountiful during these winds, along with the approaching Equinox on the 22nd of this month.

The Equinox brings with it cracks that open up in Gaia’s magnetic field. These are fissures in Gaia’s magnetosphere and SOULar wind can move through these cracks that they open to create brilliant Auroras, like the one in this photo. Opposing magnetic fields of North and South inside the SOULar wind partially cancel each other out, opening a crack. This happens with greatest purpose around Equinoxes with September being one of the most geomagnetically active months of the year, according to spaceweather.com.

HIGH geomagnetics and SOULar winds amplify inner polarizations….just like Gaia’s opposing North and South magnetic fields. You have opposing forces/energies inside of you too. Templated from 3D life, culture, and conditioning that holds a constant tension of ‘good against evil’ and ‘light against dark’ paradigm. Templated from your caregivers, who inherited THEIR inner polarizations from their caregivers, who got from their caregivers, etc. This is the legacy of charged reality that has been 3D living.

These geomagnetic energies can illuminate these forces….the Punisher voice ‘against’ the innocence/shame…..the inner empath ‘against’ the inner narcissist. These parts can be brought into peace and harmony through your inner ambassadorship with them, between them….and these energies help to hold that space, even as they act as a mirror for you to see these dynamics.

These geomagnetics also offer activations of masculine frequencies. The Divine, sacred ones from the Cosmic Sun provide clarities of soul purpose and courage for next action steps to live that out. These frequencies LIVE inside of our inner masculine too, once he is freed up from guarding, being overly protective, trying to keep us safe, suppressing our inner feminine (in whatever forms that plays out.)

Your inner masculine can take the form of what we call the Inner Protector, who plays this ‘role of vigilant guardian as a complete necessity for surviving 3D consciousness experience and experiment. The Protector is as necessary as a space suit is to surviving in outer space. This is not a part of you to banish or resist…..yet rather to embrace and get to KNOW. I can feel in my own masculine activated by these geomagnetics, who is quite softened from many years of process with him. He is the ‘other half’ of my expression, more and more in balance with my feminine. They flow together, with much less charge than ever before…..and ultimately he trusts ME to hold the space. I can feel when there is tension in my masculine though and it usually relates to change/transition and the ongoing unfolding of SoulFullHeart as my soul purpose expression here. Moments of heart space connection with my masculine allow him to rest again, to collaborate with me, and to move into deeper frequencies of trust.

These ongoing and VERY necessary sacred masculine activations can be experienced in body pain, interrupted sleep patterns, intense emotional feelings and outbursts. The degree and depth of this is connected to how much needs to be cleared, felt, and digested in your emotional body and Metasoul. Conscious connection with your masculine aspect(s) can hugely support the riding out and letting in of these energies with more grace, flow, and ease!

Energy Update: Digesting Mega August 2018 Energies And Timeline Shifts

August 2018 is complete and we move into September with much to digest of the INTENSE energies that have been offered during this month. I have called certain times ‘mega months of energies’ before, yet THIS month really lived up to the sense of being ‘mega’. The eclipses, the Lion’s Gateway, the full moon, a CME (which I described here: https://soulfullheartblog.com/2018/08/24/energy-update-coronal-mass-ejection-offers-mirror-of-inner-polarizations/), geomagnetic storms and high SOULar winds, spikes in Gaia’s resonance and magnetic levels…..this is A LOT of energy to respond to, feel, and calibrate to. You may be feeling sleepy, tired and just ‘out of it’ as these energies swirl in your soul field and flow into your chakras too.
There are definite effects on timelines (which are not actually linear even though we call them, ‘lines’) from ALL these energies coming in. The impacts may be more subtle or more obvious and profound. If you are shifting consciously into your highest timeline by making geography shifts (as I am preparing to do)……or transitioning out of a previous career/business into your soul purpose work….or completing a long-term relationship…then, you feel very personally how timelines are shifting. You can feel the energy it takes to move into the higher one….choice point by choice point.
As you receive these higher vibrational frequencies, you can energize your higher, more love- and soul-based timeline. You become clearer about what that even IS for you. You become more connected to your soul purpose and can envision, feel, and even teleport to the timeline play out of that purpose. These energies help you to separate from the fear and resistance that might keep parts of you anchored to the previous timelines. They provide infusions of Divine love that lift parts of you out of content and into a more spacious sense of bigger picture context.
What I have noticed in sessions recently is that ALL timelines are more accessible right now for the healing and transforming of any traumas that keep you anchored to your old timelines. What you would call the ‘past’ from this life is available to be accessed, even memories that have been deeply suppressed or buried and especially those connected to intense traumas….such as early childhood sexual abuse and abduction woundings.
Also, becoming more reachable are timelines where your Metasoul aspects (fragments from the same soul source as you) are stuck in karmic suffering loops. Timelines such as ‘Ancient’ Egypt, Atlantis, Dark Ages, Draco/Reptilian are more bridgeable, more reachable than ever before. The more this timeline is energized and attached to by the collective, the more the necessity for you to feel the Metasoul aspect/fractal of yours that is still anchored to it. You do a collective service of love in this internal movement, which I have palpably felt when this happens in sessions.
Access to your Metasoul timelines becomes more possible as you connect with your Gatekeeper, a mostly 4D Metasoul aspect that has been in charge of access to your Metasoul timelines/other lifetimes. Your Gatekeeper plays such an important role here as the timelines move into more porous accessibility. Your Gatekeeper allows for the bridging to these timelines where your love and compassion can connect with whatever Metasoul aspect is in pain and suffering. You can offer them an ‘escape’ out of their timeline, assist them to move into a higher vibrational frequency, and feel their tears/fears/pains in order to let go of the karmic cycle that has been playing out. This kind of quantum healing at this level hasn’t been possible before coming from our current consciousness ground…..yet NOW it is and is a key aspect of the Ascension process.

I am really feeling too the necessity of digestion and integration of all these energies. The need for breathing, rest, going inward, bringing Divine Feminine stillness into your field to hold space. This may not be a time or phase to receive more activations from others, yet rather to check in and feel what YOUR soul wants to offer you and what is often already in your soul field just waiting for integration. A time to feel and see what YOUR higher dimensional soul aspects have as gifts and guidance for you.
There is also a need to connect with your masculine (that usually includes the more 3D-based Protector and Inner Punisher), which may be quite overwhelmed and even discouraged by how to respond the sense of ‘to do’s’ that can be pushed up by the invitation to move into your higher timeline. The masculine may be uncertain how to respond to the pushups of fear, sadness, and pain as trauma vibrates in your BEing in order to receive your love. A balanced feeling sense of feminine and masculine can arise as you relate with and bring into inner sacred union the aspects of self and soul that hold these previously polarized frequencies.

Energy Update: Coronal Mass Ejection Offers Mirror Of Inner Polarizations

A CME (coronal mass ejection) hurled out of the sun a few days ago and the energies from it are coming now into Gaia’s and our atmospheres. A CME is like a cannonball of plasma, propelled forward in a single, sustaining direction…..an immense cloud of magnetized particles hurled into space. These particles travel over a million miles per hour and take usually three days to reach Gaia. These are different frequencies than a SOULar flare, which can last minutes to hours and contain tremendous amounts of energy. Flares traveling at the speed of light take eight minutes to reach Gaia. We are in the midst of an eleven year ‘soular minimum’ phase when it comes to flares, so geomagnetic storms and CMEs are much more likely right now.

The distinctions of these different SOULar frequencies feels important only to the extent that it helps you discover and track how you respond to these energies and what they are offering you as connected to your ongoing awakening process. Plasma offers an activation of polarized particles….seeming to mirror polarizations that can exist INside of you and in the collective too. The 3D consciousness experiment is formed on polarizations…’this’ negatively charged force pushing against ‘that’ positively charged one. This negative against positive dynamic can be seen and felt everywhere in 3D society and the 3D matrix runs on the fuel of this polarization. ‘Good’ against ‘evil’ is the stuff of so many super hero movie plot lines and mass consciousness thinking as well.

As you awaken beyond 3D consciousness, you can start to feel how this polarization lives inside of you, how you have been conditioned to it, and how it impacts you. You feel how parts of you have formed to fit this good versus evil picture, how they have ‘chosen’ to play these roles….and how these dynamics play out in other timelines as well. Your consciousness starts to rise ‘beyond’ just black and white thinking filtering of reality and playing roles connected to it.

You see how the substance of life is more in flow, a dance, and a spiral of energies. How both the light and the dark are needing to create life. Parts of you become less charged in your reactions to life, relationships, and situations. You feel less like things have been done ‘against’ you or feel anything as actually evil……yet rather connect with growing trust to the Divine purpose in it ALL. You feel less polarization between masculine and feminine energies (as modeled to you in 3D life) and more sacred union within and with others.

I keep being shown the yin/yang symbol lately in meditation…not in static form as captured in pictures, yet rather in movement and motion, like the gif I shared here. This feels like an encouragement and reminder to move into more balance and ‘go with the flow’ from within and related to life. Less compartmentalize, less charged reactions, and more flow with trust….

These increasing plasmas offer an opportUNITY to feel these inner polarizations and recognize when they are being triggered and charged through parts’ reactions. Going within, especially to check in with your inner masculine, can be SO helpful during them and provide often much needed sense of inner balance as MORE love comes into your heart and every part of you that needs it!

Energy Update: HIGH SOULar Winds Bring In Sacred Masculine Activations

A steady and strong stream of high speed SOULar winds have been blowing in for the last two days (August 20th and 21st). SOULar wind speeds reached the high 600’s km/sec yesterday (where typical speeds are more like 200 km/sec). These winds are forming into minor to active geomagnetic storms in the mid to high altitudes. Beautiful Aurora codes are lighting up the arctic skies in the early morning and can be connected to in the astrals too.

You may feel these SOULar winds as a higher intensity of energy moving through your body and your chakras and inside of your BEing. There is such a range of reaction to them, unique to each person. For some souls, these energies bring a sense of being ‘high’ and giddy, feelings of euphoria, bliss, and a renewed mental clarity and sense of purpose. Yet, some people may feel depression, fatigue, and sense of hopelessness….restlessness for parts of them over their current life trajectory, especially if there are still parts of them who are anchored to 3D traumas. These higher frequencies can also cause difficulty sleeping, headaches and light headedness.

Gaia’s atmosphere is the primary receiver of this stream of SOULar energies flowing out from a very wide coronal hole in the sun’s surface.  Gaia could be inside this stream of SOULar winds for days, even through the rest of this week, according to spaceweather.com. This stream brings in a high level of plasma with it….a mix of positively and negatively charged particles at extremely high temperatures, becoming more gas-like as these energies leave the sun and come closer to Gaia. Gaia’s magnetic field protects us from the severe damage that these particles could do and acts like a shield, repelling the plasma and redirecting it into the atmosphere again.

I was guided to study a little bit more (which I honestly hardly ever do, preferring to lead with my intuition) about the dynamics that are happening during high SOULar winds and how they can impact our telecommunications systems and our internal systems too. I have the sense when reading about mainstream science’s take on them of much undigested fear about the ‘destructive’ elements of the sun’s energy. Gaia’s magnetic field feels so fragile in this mainstream picture….repelling these powerful SOULar forces with only Her flimsy shield protecting us from all the possibilities of mass destruction and damage that could burst through at any moment.

There is some way in which this seems to represent the overall fear that comes up in response to the power of the sacred masculine. The sense I have been offered about these SOULar energies is that they are actually much needed by us right now. There is much awe and reverence to feel in the powerful force that these energies are….they serve as a reminder of the powerful force that lies latent inside of each of US too. The masculine CAN do damage and be destructive and violent too….yet overly fixating on that expression creates a repeated, self sabotaging cycle of its play out. Forgiveness of this abuse of power capacity in the masculine and genuine remorse from the masculine is possible as we connect with the masculine parts of ourselves that SO need our love.

These SOULar frequencies activate our sacred masculine, allowing for the collective healing and transformation of the wounded masculine that is MUCH needed during this phase of awakening. The wounded masculine is NOT just in men, yet in each of us, as embodied in our masculine parts in this timeline and from other timelines where we chose male bodies. This is truly a collective invitation to move into healthy masculine expression that each of us can personally take into our hearts, souls, chakras, and even physical bodies.

You have your own versions of magnetic shield, held by your Inner Protector, that can repel the energies when they are too strong and could do damage. Your Inner Protector so bravely and loyally holds these ‘shields’ in the face of 3D onslaughts of fear polarization, separation wounding, and disconnect/unworthiness playouts too. Ground these SOULar frequencies into the heart of your masculine. Allow your masculine to have a voice and energy in your life. An integrating sacred masculine brings direction, heart-based action, clarity, and healthy boundary setting. The repression/suppression/diversion of your inner masculine energy is what can create lostness, confusion, inability to focus, lack of clarity about soul purpose, poor boundary setting, and projection of masculine needs ‘outside’ of the self.

Embrace these sacred masculine energies as they blow in. Surrender to where He wants to take you. Ride the wave and notice how momentum can move through your life. Allow dynamic things to HAPPEN and the next level to MANifest in your world. Trust that love is holding it ALL and wants to bring it back into balance again….

Energy Update: Digestion Of Eclipses/Lions Gate As SOULar Winds/Geostorms Come IN

A stream of fast SOULar winds (close to 500 km/sec) are blowing and came into Gaia’s magnetic field during the late hours of Aug. 15th and on into August 16th. Green Auroras burst in the arctic skies as active geomagnetic storms are coming in too, according to spaceweather.com. As always with geomagnetics and increasing SOULar frequencies, you may be feeling them in your physical body as light headedness, interrupted sleep patterns, nausea/indigestion, headaches and body aches. You may also just feel a good kind of surge of renewed energy and passion for creativity and service of love….and a desire to ‘dig in deeper’ to your own awakening process.
You are STILL probably in recovery and digestion from the Eclipse season and Lion/Lioness Gateway portal of the last few weeks! These energies brought a visceral feeling possibility of unity abundance with them….whatever that means to you and your soul. You may actually have been gifted with some tastes of the abundance of your higher timeline…….manifesting in new and deepening soul connections, sacred union romantic relationships, improving geographic and home shifts, and money abundance that is more connected to service of love for you.
You may have received the collapsing of things that are NOT as based in abundance for you (which is about love, trust, and surrender). Expressions in your life that are more based in survival mode, fear-based safety and comfort, are in transition…with rumblings of conflict, frustration, even rage as the truth of your unhappiness and discontent that parts of you have held comes bubbling up. This could show up in perhaps sudden completions in jobs/careers/businesses and more 3D-based relationships. Overall, more CLARITY came to you during this last month about what your soul most wants and what you don’t. The transition phase and choice point steps to your higher timeline is becoming clearer.
The three eclipses worked especially on the physical body, offering detoxes to release denser frequencies in order to let in MORE light. Eating cleansing foods, lighter foods, such being lighter in the body felt more in alignment with these eclipse energies. While the Lion’s Gate seemed to invite a kind of inhabitation of the human body and the joys of it. These energies encouraged feasting and even light partying…..even eating of denser foods if wanted and needed. The Lion energy had a decadence to it and celebration of all that is abundant too. Celebrating a coming together in unity, in community, in sacred union….to energize the higher timeline expression of these soul-based bonds, celebration of your tribe forming inside and out.
ALL of these energies seem to offer that what has been emotionally and energetically anchored in 3D density frequencies of fear, trauma, and separation is coming into our heart space awareness to feel and transmute to higher vibrational love frequencies. Memories of childhood traumas express as a traumatized vibration that your Protector can help you feel and let go of…….along with traumas (with sticky karmic roots) from other timelines/lifetimes being accessible to you through journey to them where you can change the timeline outcome with your Metasoul aspects that live in them.

Cosmic Christmas Lions Gateway 8/8 Brings Unity Abundance Within & With Others

Lion/Lioness Gate opening today 8-8-18 and it feels, on some level, like Christmas for those of us tracking and feeling the ascension energies. Christmas in the sense that something NEW and exciting is happening in this now on both the outer and inner cosmic levels. Christmas too in the awakening and expansion and BIRTHing on a deeper level of the higher heart, Cosmic Christ Consciousness Heart, inside of us and collectively.

You may be waking up this morning with a sense of anticipation and even can’t sleep because there is this feeling of goodness and CHANGE coming in. Feelings of GIFTS coming in from the Universe to enliven, enrich, and ultimately transform us all. These gifts, it seems, are being offered to those souls who MOST need them….whether long on the awakening path or just begun or haven’t awakened yet. For all of us, there is a boost of our desires, our alchemy, our passions, our clarities in the codes coming in.

As I tuned into the energy of this gateway and asked my guides/higher consciousness aspects about it, the main piece I received was that it offers a ‘Unity Abundance activation.’ The Unity activation is from within primarily…an invitation to unity between each of our aspects and parts WITH each other. The unity within of masculine and feminine healthy frequencies to move out of wounded and congested expressions of the wounded matriarch and patriarch that have played out for so long. The unity offered as we become conscious of our Metasoul/other lifetime aspects and bridge to them ourselves and WITH each other. This bridging is what heals the polarity within our soul field and our emotional body. Polarity exists between opposing energies that have not yet found or discovered the unifying energy of LOVE that unites all things together.

Unity within is offering LOVE to yourself primarily and firstly to those parts of you that most NEED you. Some examples of inner, fear-based polarity that can create push-pull and suffering experience of life are between the Inner Punisher part and a corresponding shame part/reaction. The Punisher-Shame reaction INside can then be projected outside onto others and suffering loops firmly fixed in place as this runs on unconscious cycles. Another example is between Metasoul/other lifetime aspects that are working the same soul theme/CORE wound healing yet from seemingly opposite angles. An example is a Metasoul aspect that is deeply religious, such as a Priest or Nun aspect….and a Metasoul that is deeply connected to Goddess worship such as an Avalon Priestess, etc. Being a love ambassador to these aspects and ‘getting in between them’ allows for the opposing energies to find common ground within your heart. Activation of Unity frequencies as offered by the Lions Gate opening is also about connecting the ‘Me’ to the ‘We’. Even as you are engaged and focused on your own Me healing and transformation, so you are feeling the impact on the We collective. The Unity activation offers a deepening realization around the important of ‘healing the healer’ in order to serve love from overflow WITH others. Rather than offering from martyr or self sacrifice, you are serving from abundance that flows from within, self love currents and self worth flows that flood the banks of your emotional body. You are at a saturation point of love for which you will naturally turn within when something inside you needs your attention, trusting that the service outward will flow out from this when you are filled UP again.

The healing of the collective Metasoul is coming into the Now too as the veils thin and reveal more and more the fluidity of time. Timelines merging and unifying together brings in a unification of previously compartmentalized realities and civilizations such as ‘ancient Egypt’ and Lemuria….Atlantis and Egypt as well. The gifts of this integration are obvious as the ‘best’ of these civilizations can be offered and shared while the trailing edge woundings and shadow play outs can be healed.

Moving into 5D frequencies brings a sense of abundance on ALL levels…love overflow in the forms that most supports the service of love in the specific ways that we are each meant to serve it. Again, this is mainly an inner activation as love moves through and invites us to feel the lack and scarcity in our emotional bodies and in our Metasouls to come into FULLness again. It is from this fullness place that you can abundantly share with others your gifts and service of love. The angsts and frustrations move into trust and surrender.

You can bring these Unity Abundant codes into your BEing if you want to amplify the effect.

Go within into meditative space. Visualize a space of pure, white light. Ask to connect with whatever Divine guides you most resonate with…… Ask to receive the Lion/Lioness Gateway codes through your stellar gateway chakra/your ‘personal sun’ (about two feet above your head) from the Great Cosmic Sun/center of the Multiverses.

Feel these energies move through all of your chakras, through your body’s every living cell, and ground out again into Gaia through your Earth Chakra (about a foot below your feet). Bring these energies in as many times as you feel that you want and need to. Hold space for any emotional reactions that are pushed UP from this, although, mostly you will probably feel rejuvenated, boosted, enlivened, and expanded OUT. You can draw these energies in anytime today and for the rest of the ‘month’ as it is especially strong, pulsing, available to ALL.

The Divine is saying, “You are the LIGHT. You are the LOVE. You receive what feels like is from outside of you in these ‘cosmic energies’ what is actually already INside of you as your essence. These codes activate that arising of dormant love and light. You are Unity already too. It just feels like separation exists inside of you. Yet, you become unified again as you let love IN and you share love too with others. You feel how the abundance of love unifies you WITH other and you are no longer separate in those moments of love’s exchange and transaction. The more you transact in this unifying abundant energy from within, the more you can share it with others.”

Energy Update: Intense Waves Prep For Lion’s Gate

The energies really have been so intense during the last 24 hours! Waves of higher frequency light are being delivered/offered through star family connections…..Sirian and Arcturian especially. Activations during this week of Lion’s Gate opening (light language, contact through dreams, and star DNA too) are preparing us for what we are calling, ‘Cosmic Christmas’ on Wednesday, August 8th.

These energies are sort of pressing down and in on 3D reality in order to move it out. This pressing down has created a heaviness in the body and a sense of being ‘very sleepy’ or just ‘out of it’. And, we are ‘out of it’ in terms of 3D reality and it can really be felt during energy flux UP phases like now.

I actually needed to pull out the pendulum today to ask it (and my Higher Self) which superfoods to eat right now and which to take a rest from as my body is so sensitive to everything and responding with indigestion at times. Even that which is super nutritious is being amplified right now and a little can go a very long way. Eating very light, fruits and fruit-vegetables (such as tomatoes and avocados and cucumbers) can support the body through this upgrading process. Anything denser than that (salads and simple soups may be OK) can be difficult for the body to digest when it is focused on letting in so much light.

This out-of-it-ness may extend to your emotional body too with the purges and surges of lower frequencies of 3D traumas from this life and other lifetimes/timelines coming up. As these come up for processing and you move more into your higher timeline, you may draw fear-based frequencies from others in the form of conflicts, tensions, passive aggressiveness, and even outright attacks. Trust that anything that comes is a mirror for you and not ‘against you’ even if you don’t want it in your field and life anymore. Trust with love and set boundaries with an open heart from there that you feel that you need to.

I feel a heartline extending to ALL of us from our higher selves and galactic/angelic aspects/guides, who are RIGHT THERE surrounding us and offering help. The degree that you can feel this support and help is related to how ‘fused’ to your lower frequency aspects that you are. This fusion with your Inner Protector creates a sort of defensive energetic shield that their love can’t penetrate. Allowing control to run or anxiety or rage without holding it and BEing with it can push your support team away from you and even into the ‘other room.’ or even farther away. Bring ALL of you in closer and what you are feeling and your loving guides/aspects can come closer too and HELP you hold it with you. Your higher self and galactic/angelic guides/aspects are amazing heart healers and want to help you with this important work of healing the physical, chakral, and emotional body.

Anchoring into your heart line even as you surrender to the ‘out of it’ reality can allow a flow UP and in and out with what is coming in to support our continual global/collective awakening and your continual personal awakening too.

Allow into your reality the timelines into the New that want to unfurl before you….riding them ‘out’ even as you detach from them. BE with all that is coming UP and coming in and coming out with LOVE………as it is offered in so much love!~

Energy Update: Ramping Up To Heal 3D Wounding, Other Timeline/Lifetimes (Ancient Egypt)

These are the days and nights of near constant energetic influxes coming into Gaia’s atmosphere through Lunar/SOULar/planetary sources (that represent our inner cosmos and galaxies and star systems too.) There is a sense of ‘ramping up’ as we move into the total lunar eclipse tomorrow on Friday, July 27th and Lion’s Gateway on August 8th. This ramping up is personal to each of us, offering what we most need to see/feel/become aware of to move more into alignment with our highest timeline.

The ramping UP energies could be an illumination for you of more 3D-based and anchored woundings/traumas from this life, often held in parts of you such as your Inner Protector, Inner Child, Inner Teenager, etc. Life situations and relationships can come up to mirror these woundings and offer a way for you to become aware of them through getting to know the parts of you that hold them. Soft, compassionate, curious spaceholding toward these parts of you and becoming separate from the energy of them helps to emotionally digest these traumas.

Many 3D anchored parts of people are being triggered right now in response to these more intense energies….sometimes in sudden outbursts and conflicts or with strong emotions such as despair/depression, acute anxiety, rage/anger…..all coming up to be felt. This is the ‘trailing edge’ of your BEing, the deeper core wounded frequencies of your emotional body, that just want to be loved, bridged to, and integrated into your growing Divine Self.

The ramping up energies could be lifting more of the veil of amnesia for you to see/feel/remember other timelines/lifetimes in your Metasoul (your personal Higher Self soul source). These timelines can be strongly bleeding through right now, especially with whatever frequencies the Divine is amplifying for collective/personal healing. That seems to be the ‘ancient Egyptian’ timeline in the moment, especially as we head into the Lion’s Gateway. This timeline is not actually in the ‘past’ nor ‘ancient’, yet energizing in the Now and contains many dark/difficult/polarized frequencies in it. As we relate with these timelines in the current and feel their present day influence on us, it helps us to separate out from them.

I have been connecting the last week with my Metasoul aspect/sister from ‘Ancient Egypt’ named Ashme. She is not just a ‘past life’ and she is not ‘me’, yet rather she is a sister from the same soul source, a fractal (if you will) from the same source, that is alive in the Now. As we bond together, I feel her life in Egypt, where she belonged to a cult of Sekhmet (a form of Divine Feminine Goddess that has strong warrior/wounded masculine tones in its representation).

As I go into her timeline with her through meditative visits, I am able to help her heal the textures of patriarchal abuse and misuse of Divine Feminine magic/energy that she is needing relief from, along with a co-rescue from this timeline into a higher dimensional space (for my Metasoul, that is almost always to 4D Avalon). As Ashme lets go into my heart space and trusts more all of our Metasoul sisters that have awakened, she releases her gifts of higher dimensional consciousness to me.

It is this gift exchange between us and our Metasoul aspects that heals and releases karma on a quantum level as unification of the soul happens on a profound and deep level. This is also the work that we do in session space with people to connect with their Metasoul aspects and the timelines they are living in.

While karmic timelines can come forward, it is also possible right now to connect more fluidly to higher dimensional timelines such as Sirius frequencies. These are being activated with the Lion’s Gateway as the planet Sirius comes into its closest proximity to Gaia all year. ALL of this ramping UP is an opportunity to move more into embodiment of your higher self in your body and in your heart. It is an opportunity for sacred union within as the masculine and feminine relationship within you from parts/Metasoul aspects of you to each other is revealed and healed. It is an opportunity to BEcome service of love in an embodied way without transcending or bypassing your humanity.
