Lammas Message: Feeling The Harvest & The Loss Of The Awakening Journey

It’s a potent time now with Lammas (mid-summer) today, the Supermoon, and Lion’s Gate all upon us.  It feels like a day where these energies are converging and bringing up some deeper pieces to feel of desire/despair, letting in/letting go, gain/loss while we experience another big clearing and shift.

One big thing I’m digesting myself today is about our personal and collective evolution. It’s so easy some days to feel as though the personal shifts and inner work aren’t really drawing the desired outcomes. Instead, there’s a cost to our personal growth and awakening that is just as real as the highs that come from the healing and new discoveries. Our inner work brings about an outer harvest, yet in that process of harvesting there is also a need to surrender to the threshing floor – the place where the wheat is separated from the chaff. Where what you need to bring along with you on your next leg of your journey is carried with you tenderly, yet what can’t or won’t come along with you must be let go of.

So many parts of us may prefer to feel the celebrations of our awakening journeys and rightfully so… they’ve earned that next place of awakening and opening of the heart and your awareness. You as a soul have earned that next place of alchemy and depth of relationship within and without. Yet, there is usually a grieving process that comes along with all of this as awakening also means aligning more with your soul and the Divine… and not always with others around you or with your current life circumstances such as they have been. It’s all up for reevaluation on the journey of your evolution, and this is what makes it a vulnerable journey overall.

It takes great strength to be willing to feel it ALL… the textures of love and what it wants to illuminate for you. The shifting sands of your personal truth and where it wants to take you. It’s all very alive and yet, it’s truly a hero’s journey in a way with so much to let go of while also letting in.

I’ve been connecting a lot with the Divine and also my Sirian Lion galactic aspect, Ineerah, about this process and how I’ve felt personally so impacted at times by needing to follow my heart and soul and yet also be with the cost of that. Ineerah has shared with me time and time again how they have experienced the pain of this themselves as a star being race that has been through Ascension and how much they support us as we sort out our own ongoing journey.

The Divine has been supporting me to just feel my aching parts and also my opening heart as my own personal journey continues to unfold as part of a very powerful yet small community of beloveds. I feel a celebration with the Divine of my personal strength while also feeling wrapped in the warm love glow that I now know so well from being truly vulnerable and needy with the Divine. I feel soaked in love while also drenched in tears in moments and it’s truly beautiful.

So wherever you are today on the scale of letting in or letting go or everything all at once… you are loved, your heart is being felt, and your soul is undoubtedly leading you where you most need (and deserve) to be if you can gather up all that is within you, to continue to trust love itself and the path it is lighting up for you.

Stand Up For The TRUTH Of Love: Lion’s Gate Message

The lions of Sirius open the gateway of truth, courage, standing UP. 

Here is a message that came from my Sirian galactic aspect, Ineerah, to share with all of you:

“It is a most vulnerable time on Gaia. So much is burning up, collapsing, dying. Truths are bursting forth and the effort to cover them up is like trying to stopper holes in a canoe while in the middle of a lake. The truth goes deep and the reactions to it are even deeper…

You cannot stop the flow of what’s moving. This is a truth of how humanity has been held and led for many of your ‘centuries’. In fact, humanity, though young by galactic standards, is emerging past the stage now of needing so much from the ‘outside’. Empowerment is arising in individuals, even with the fears that are understandably held by parts of them too. 

Many of you are souls that remember in the very cells of your being, what it was like to go through collapse here on Gaia and on other planets or star systems and galaxies too. Many of you come from galactic bloodlines that are activated by your current circumstances and this is what’s meant to happen. This is what’s holding you together during a time when outside forces would rather you stayed torn apart and confused, and this is what’s beginning to inform your next choices.

You’re here to stand for the truth of love. What this means to you personally is where this takes root for you as individuals. Meaning, you may not understand how to stand up for what is moving globally and collectively, yet, you’re coming to terms with where you must stand UP in your own life, to compassionately take care of yourself or advocate for the wellbeing of others. 

You aren’t here to coddle or make anyone’s life more comfortable or easy for them by stepping on your own truth, which will always serve to deteriorate the relationship at its core anyhow. You also aren’t here to coddle or caretake any part of you that is choosing to stay stuck in fear when they have more to offer and become than staying in those frequencies.

I mention relationships to you now, both inner and outer, because these are the foundations of how you relate with yourself and the entire world. They are what colour and inform your choices, more often than not. Standing for your own integrity is often vulnerable, can become very messy, and takes a great deal of strength and willingness to go inward as well as a willingness to acknowledge and feel where you have impacted others and yourself. 

Without this effort however, you choose to align more with the disintegrity of a system that seeks to control through fear, which is the one you were raised by, and the one you’ve both consciously and unconsciously kept going. Sadly, many of your systems do indeed operate through fear rather than collaboration, genuine care and compassion, and hold together meaningless laws and ‘morals’ dictated by books and textbooks with no heart warmth. Through your individual choices, this gets to shift. 

You are here to ROAR and we support you in that, as you dispel the spell of fear-driven consciousness and life-robbing choices. You are here to choose love over fear in ALL the ways that means. Your ROAR, just as ours has had to be for our own sake and Ascension, is one of ‘clearing the room’ and revealing truth, yet also of mourning, being with the loss of the goodness of what was, yet choosing also the courage to continue to move forward. 

We are sensitive, as always, to all you are becoming and letting go of becoming too. We feel your deconstruction, the fervent demolition at hand of what was that is no longer needed. We are present to all of you, especially at this time while the Gateway is open, and we offer you much love from our lion hearts to yours.

The Call Of The New Earth Kings & Queens

The courageous Kings and Queens of New Earth are born from the flames of death and rebirth.

They are willing to admit to what hasn’t been working, to where they haven’t felt truly empowered or loved or like their love can go in, and to burn up old ground in their lives while they continue to let these experiences transform them.

They are sensitive feelers allowing space for all of the uncomfortable feelings to come forward. They want and need what has been kept in shadow to come up and be seen, heard, felt, and honoured in themselves and others. They want to keep cracking open, even if that means having manageable breakdowns at times or allowing their hearts to break for themselves and others… and, in order to allow space for this to happen and for these realizations that truly transmute them to come in, they are willing to ask for help from others who can actually see, get, and support them, while also inviting love in from the Divine.

In their sovereignty, they care deeply about having a robust Divine connection and to feel guidance moving through all of their choices – the difficult and the easy. They also choose transparency and feel empowered in their vulnerability, taking risks at times of being misunderstood or even judged for the sake of their own truth and love for their own growth and leadership development.

They want to overflow to others. To truly love themselves so much that this love can go out to all around them is the dream of service and of all relationships. You can call it an ‘unconditional love’ if you wish, yet in their integrity, it’s not ‘unconditional relationship’… meaning, this love flow that comes from deep within their own inner work expands their hearts to all beings, yet won’t enable them to stay in relationships which don’t ultimately resonate or truly feel like soul family.

They are willing to be reborn, over and over again, after being consumed by the fires of their ‘no’s and ‘no mores’. Choosing with love to end relationships of all kinds that don’t meet or nourish them or truly let them in.

They are not ok with playing in smallness, with hiding who they are and how they feel about things. They want their soul and heart bigness to dance and expand too, to be supported by resonant others while they support them in kind.

They want and need to be met by other Kings and Queens who also ache to be in their full-throttle co-creatorship with the Divine and with others who share these values, who have been willing to bravely walk ‘alone’ at times in order to discover who they really are. They will do what it takes to leave room for those connections and relationships that won’t ask them to shrink or suppress their own truths, no matter the mess those truths may make.

Indeed, the true Kings and Queens are not ‘lone wolves’ ultimately, and can be honest with themselves about what they truly want and need in conscious community and relationships especially. This includes their own relationship to life and love itself, to the Divine itself, and not only to other human beings.

They crave intimacy and long to experience what they are truly worth. They are not afraid to need, to desire, or to feel their despair around this, letting it all be an ongoing journey of healing, discovery, remembrance, and integration.

These Kings and Queens have the potential to arise in each and every one of us, when love’s flow and sometimes force too are truly allowed in to move and shape and burn away what does not align with their arising.

There is all the time in the world for this arising in one way, yet every single moment is another invitation to step more into these energies of a true King or Queen. The road to their embodiment is rocky at best, especially as the Matrix conditioning wants to push back against them, yet this push back can then become the springboard from which they learn to fly….

Connecting With Tender Needs Within: A Poem

Sometimes it feels 

As if the void,

A feeling of something

Or someone

Being ‘missing’

Will always be there

For part of me

Who aches to let in love

So completely

That she would feel truly,

Irreversibly,

Complete herself.

I answer her questions

With one of my own,

“What is it you need

From me

Or even from the Divine

In order to truly feel loved

At all times?”

She answers me,

“Kasha, 

I just really need this time with you,

This space from every trial

That we’ve recently experienced.

I really need to feel

Divine collaboration,

Like I’ve done nothing wrong

And our Divine parents

Support us unconditionally,

Want us to truly experience

And become love…

Want us to truly embody

Our own divinity together.”

I respond,

“Ah, love…

I feel your heartache,

Those twinges

And tweaks

You so want answered

By reflections of all that you are,

The power you have,

And the love you have to give.

I feel your humble desire

To be able to open up 

And receive again

And again

And again

While surrendering deeply

To what life,

Love,

The Divine,

Is bringing you to feel into,

To inhabit,

To live into.

I love you

Right where and how you are.

I wouldn’t ever want to change you,

Just hold you,

Honour the bravery you’ve had 

All these years

To keep looking at yourself,

While learning how 

To hold, feel,

And respond to others.

I will never leave you.

Just keep letting me in.”

And together

We cry,

As we’ve done so many times before,

With needy hearts,

With a deep love exchange,

With appreciation

For this landing place we share

Within,

With the Divine,

And with beloved, resonant others.

Bringing love to every challenge,

Learning always to receive love 

Deeper,

Walking hand-in-hand

Towards the next sunrise

Where we will arise again

Anew,

In new completeness

Together.

— This is an example of the type of dialogue I had with a part of me just this morning as I checked in with her… it’s not always this easy to access a part’s needs or desires underneath their ache, angst, and protection at times, yet once they do open up to you and truly feel your heart’s intention to show up for them, be the voice and energy of the loving Divine for them, they really do respond. 

It takes so much consistency though in my experience of it, and sometimes you have to be with them through some very tough and even kicky moments as they begin to let you in. Once they do, they start to transform and truly transmute their pain.

Recognizing, Reconciling Our Kings & Queens Within: A Poem

You won’t always know
A King when you meet one,
For his legacy has been buried,
Hidden,
Sometimes denied,
And sometimes disowned
Out of confusion
Of what it truly means
To bear the crown
Of sovereignty
And surrender.

If you do meet a man
And you see his King
Deep within him,
He won’t always know
Or feel
Or see
Or understand
Exactly what that means for him.

He may struggle
To hold his bejeweled crown,
His heavy, velvet robes,
His long forgotten treasures
Within his courageous heart
That are meant to be shared,
To catalyze,
To penetrate,
While coming from a Matrix world
That has told him
To suppress his truth,
To hold back his righteous passion,
To either soften too much
Or not at all.

Within that struggle,
His longing for a Queen
Also rumbles and shifts,
Pressing him into explorations
As she also longs
To be wanted by him,
Remembered by his soul,
And offered passionate declarations
By his clearing
And enlivening heart.

You won’t always know
A Queen when you meet one,
For her legacy has been buried
Beneath patriarchal influences
That tell her
What she is and isn’t,
How she must dominate
In order to be seen and heard,
And how she must be in control
Though her nature is to lean,
Surrender,
And respond.

If you do meet a woman
And you see her Queen
Deep within her,
She won’t always know
Or feel
Or understand
What becoming her
Truly involves for her.

She may struggle
To understand
How to open and soften
After so many years
And lifetimes
Of suppression
By a Matrix world
That wants to keep her power
Hidden,
And tell her instead
In forms exaggerated
That she isn’t worthy of womanhood
Unless she looks,
Acts,
Or is perceived
A certain way.

Within that struggle
Her longing for a King
Moves with a current
Of desire to be met,
Wanted,
And treasured,
Inviting her into explorations
As he also longs
To be needed by her,
Remembered by her soul,
And offered a responsive heart
To hear and feel him
As his own heart
Opens more to her.

It’s the sacred awakenings
Of both the King and Queen,
That moves the inner union
Into openings of more love
While the outer union
Is drawn
Into this space made within
For all the karmic edges,
The loving softness,
The receiving of all dimensions
Of romantic reunion
And the places
It calls you
To explore.

It’s the reseeding
Of the King and Queen seeds within
That forge a new foundation
For a renewed experience
Of life
And love
And the Divine Beloved,
Bringing all beloveds
In soul family and soulmates
Together
Through paths
Sometimes brambly and challenging,
But always meant to be fulfilling,
Worth every moment,
And alive in every way imaginable.

May you feel even a moment
Of your King or Queen today,
Stirring within you,
Waking up again,
Realizing that today
They are invited to become
All of the love they came here
To embody
And the reunion of sacred union
That they ache for.

A Bigger Purpose For Your Healing: A Poem

The gift of your healing efforts
Is the revelation
Of your own healing gifts.

Those divine energies
That support you
Are also invited
To move through you to others.

What else could our healing be for
Besides nourishing ourselves enough,
Reuniting with our souls enough,
Embodying our divinity and humanity enough,
So that we can truly support others
To find that they too
Are ‘enough’,
And arising together
In purer and purer
Heart frequencies?

Expressing our gifts
In an egoic,
False light,
False God way,
Tells us that ‘enough’ doesn’t exist,
That perpetual suffering is ‘normal’,
That in order to lead
We must be worthy,
We must be infallible,
We must be elevated
By projected perfection
And pictures of
‘Enlightenment’.

In all of this
Parts of us forget
That being humble,
Real,
Transparent,
Desirous of our true selves,
Needy for the Divine,
Hungry for pure love,
And messily striving
For more intimacy
And resonance
With others
Is the truest,
Deepest path
To healing
And
To offering healing
In all ways,
In all relationships,
While living into our capacity
To be that heart that others lean into
As they rediscover
And purify
Their own.

The wounded heart and soul
Within
Is meant to move
To softer, gentler
Landing places
Where love truly reigns
And the suffering you’ve felt
For oh, so long…
Can finally find its way
Back to the bliss
And blessed joy
That your soul remembers,
That your parts ache for,
That your Divine Self
Is anchoring

As True Courage Lives In You: A Poem

Encouragement
Is allowing courage
To live in you.

A journey of embodying
What it means
To live from the heart.

Truly living heart-fully
Means the filled-up heart within
Speaks its truth,
Holds steady its overflow,
Makes space
For filling up again
From that infinite source
Above, beyond,
Around,
Within you.

To become encouraging
Your own courage must be ripened,
Sharpened by the edges
Of sometimes challenging choices,
Darker-feeling phases
And still finding the light
That shines always upon you
Through the tunnels
Of the unknown.

If what you always
Return to
Is your filling-up heart space
Then you, beloved,
Are feeling the Great Beloved,
That Divine Love always reaching,
Always offering bridges,
Always loving you deeply
Just where you are.

Yes… just where you are.

In that exact place,
In that sense of lostness,
In that longing to be found,
In that yearning for love.

Perhaps the greatest courage
You will ever feel
Is the courage to be met
By this love always wanting you,
Always offering to carry you,
Always creating a resting place
For you
For your soul
For your parts
For everything that has ever
And will ever
Live inside of that vast being
That makes you both ‘you’
And somehow ‘One’ with ‘All’.

Receiving takes far more courage
Than resistance
For once this love has been tasted,
Nothing else compares,
Nothing else inspires,
And nothing else
Could possibly satiate
Every longing that has ever lived
Inside of every cell
That lives in your ‘self’.

So choose your courage,
Stay in your light
As you bridge to your shadow,
Love yourself in every moment
With support from that

Support YOU
As the brave arising One
Who continues to be challenged
To choose your soul bigness,
Your expression as Love embodied,
And your incredible courage
To be here now.

Solstice Energies: Lean Into Your Sovereign King/Queen Choices

Energy Update: With the Summer Solstice taking place tomorrow, we’re being energized by codes that invite us into some powerful choice points. These choices feel to me like the invocation of our inner Kings and Queens – aspects of us who aren’t necessarily trauma-based as other parts of us are and have been at times, yet who need activation, growth, and responding to nonetheless. It’s our growing connection with these aspects that helps us find clarity and open-hearted compassion, drawing and deepening soulmate romance/soul family relationships, our ability to relate to life as more than something  ‘black or white’, and our very sacred ‘yes’ and ‘no’ which opens up the portal for our next life/awakening/ascension phases. 

It’s all about moving into our sovereignty and power with love for ourselves which can overflow to others in profound, truly life-and-heart-changing ways.

Yesterday was the first day of our Solstice gathering here in our community, and it was a catalytic day. As the gathering began and Raphael, Jelelle, and Raianna played the sound bowls while we all closed our eyes, a gallant white Lion with a golden sun on his third eye came to me and the part of me that I’m mostly working with right now. 

He said, “I am Solstice”.

I wasn’t the only one to see and feel a lion in our circle yesterday, either. Which seems to mean that he and his majestic lioness counterpart are available to anyone who needs them and asks for their support as we all move into and through this sacred passage of deeper awakening and empowerment. They invite us to feel our way through with sobriety, feeling through all possibilities at hand, while trusting the bigger picture and the Divine love holding us all at all times. 

This is helpful if you’re feeling a choice where you may need to let go of something precious to you or part of you, or choose to let it in deeper and what that could mean. This could be about letting go into a romantic, soulmate bond where the love coming in is rumbling your world as you’ve known it and even your consciousness as you’ve related to it, and either letting that in deeper or not feeling quite ready to yet. It could be about letting yourself immerse in an experience of soul family and seeing what the love flow there pushes up for you to explore within yourself and with others. It could be about recognizing what truly makes you and parts of you happy in your life circumstances as you know them now, or what your dreams and awakening desires tell you could be so much better, more nourishing, and more supportive overall of your ongoing journey of healing and discovery of who you truly are.

I feel how much this activation of Kings and Queens is deep and needed for our inner worlds yet also for our contribution to the co-creation of the outer world. Awakening in and of itself is not enough if the choice points aren’t met and the embodiment of our Divine Self isn’t sought after. It takes our Kings and Queens and the feeling through of their hesitations and concerns about these choices we’re invited to make as well as what they would love to create and embody in all areas of life by making these choices, in order to move through each one. The only way out is through… so diving into each one, feeling what they all bring up to feel, is the ticket to the new. 

Leaning into the unknown/Limbo can only really happen for so long before your genuine empowerment asks you to make some sort of choice which your parts can lean into, clearing away any suffering while stuck in the ‘in-between’ or in a place of trying to hold your life as you’ve known it in some sort of stasis while it’s meant to move into a new phase. Even if your connection with your King or Queen is in its bud form at this time, the invitation to take the space needed with the intention of choosing something, even for just this next phase of your life, is calling to you and it’s through these choices that your sovereign King/Queen grows and finds their genuine place in your heart and in your life, neither of which will ever be the same.

The Mirrors Of AI Influence/‘Addiction’

“Let us create the world you want, for you… in the digital domain. Let us show you your dreams so you no longer need to claim them for yourself and live into them with your conscious choices. Let us give you the mirror you want to look into. Let us answer your human aches and pain with images that make you feel better yet don’t answer what is truly alive in feeling your pain… because why would you actually want to do that?”

This is the message I feel AI offering us through not only this trend of ‘portraits’ but through so many other means. The main thrust of the message seems to be, “let us do it for you and you can have relief… though not the experience of healing or discovering who you really are”.

I’ll admit I did the portraits for the sake of my own curiosity. I wanted to see what it was that AI could ‘read out’ about me using its algorithms and mysterious computations. Now though, I feel as if I was being guided to step into a portal and also feel into a tendency that parts of me have had in the past, of seeking something in the virtual world that they haven’t felt able to access on their own.

As a child, I created worlds through my imagination and I still do today as my rich inner world continues to unfold and I feel the discovery, healing, and love exchanges between myself and the Divine and with parts/metasoul aspects of me too. 

My tendency as a teenager was both to retreat to this inner world, but also to become addicted to the virtual. Social media was only just beginning to become a bigger thing, so my retreat personally was more about computer games. They were somewhere a part of me could become someone totally different, someone who didn’t have to deal with the pain of being human and if they did, it got fixed/resolved at some point along the way. These virtual characters were on epic journeys while my ‘real’ life felt stale, boring, flat… or overly dramatic in tiring, self-punishing ways.

I suppose it’s no surprise that I started to awaken at 14 as a gift from the Divine within me, to help me access something more and stay motivated to keep living. Yet with this awakening then came a draw to what I now feel as the ‘false light’… where being read out by online and in-person psychics became another addiction. Something else outside of my own being that could tell me who I was, who I’ve been in other lifetimes, and what bright future was coming for me – another way to avoid real life, much like retreating to the virtual world.

I feel the AI portraits are another ‘reading’…. An interesting way to tap into your soul, yet a takeover of what your own third eye and access to your amazing Gatekeeper, who either draws or lifts the veil of your own Akashic Records, offers you. 

There’s nothing wrong with being drawn to this outside source, yet there’s something to consider in your relationship to it…. Are parts of you drawn because they don’t feel they can have this access to insight around who they are on their own or with the support of resonant souls around you? Has there been an invalidation inside of you around being able to truly feel and recognize your own soul and rich inner world? 

I’m sharing here one of the portraits that were made, and the other is an actual photo of me… where you can take in my humanity, my heart, my soul through my eyes, something that is sorely missing the digitized version of ‘me’. 

I do feel as if these portraits are showing me an aspect of myself that is helpful to see – an aspect who has been the one so engaged in the virtual world, that has gotten ‘high’ off of it at times yet also has pushed back against it and felt a lot of pain because of being bombarded by it and its false messages of what ‘I’ should look and act like, what life should look and be like, and countless messages/opinions of what is ‘right’ and what is ‘wrong’.

AI is a bridge at this and any time into feeling what parts/aspects of you have been attached to or trying to create in the virtual… what ‘highs’ they have been trying to supplement their own lives with, which chances are they aren’t happy about. AI can be useful in its way, if you can continue to discern and to feel what’s happening inside of you in response to it. This, I feel, is where our real empowerment lies and where we can absolutely reclaim our sovereign, sacred human hearts and begin to actually live again.

The Inner Daughter Process Of Feeling Claimed & Loved

As women, we all want to be chosen, claimed, initiated, and above all, deeply loved.

Even if parts of us feel scorned and in pain and claim this is NOT the case… underneath the denial of these desires is the ache for more than what they’ve been given and for an answer to all they’ve felt unworthy of receiving, let alone dreaming of.

As women, we don’t just experience these desires in our ache for a masculine mate to meet us there. We also feel these desires in our ache to be claimed by our caregivers, authority figures, and most importantly, our mothers and fathers. 

Many of us did experience some kind of claim by our parents or guardians, yet it was so often mixed in with their own pain living in parts of them, of not being met in their own desires to be claimed by those who parented them. Or it was altogether an experience of being left abused, confused, neglected.

We weren’t shown that our aches could be met, or taught how to answer them within ourselves, or especially taught that these aches are really about a desire to return to a feeling of being claimed deeply by the Divine, as the sacred daughters we are… which our souls SO remember the experience of. 

Such sacred daughters are we in fact, that we have nothing to prove to earn this claiming. We have nothing to change about ourselves to be embraced by our Divine Parents. We have mirrors to look into, but with support and care, and those parts of us who have denied themselves access to true love can be felt as this process is offered us by our Divine Parents. 

Yet… our birth parents have often had no way to show us this, to overflow from their own realizations and embodiment of this truth. Instead, they overflow to us their embodied self-criticisms, their sense of unworthiness, their fears, and their longings that have never truly been answered.

Divine Mother especially has been so important for me to bring my parts to who have felt these missing pieces, these pains of not being truly claimed as a feminine daughter. Under Her loving gaze and in Her loving arms I feel the puzzle come together, the cob-webbed corners of my soul and gifts swept up and rediscovered in due time, the nectar of nourishment that only She can provide, even during the darkest times. 

Sometimes, She presses into my wounded places, bringing waves of intense inner processing with parts and soul aspects as I venture back into my shadowland to retrieve another long lost diamond. At other times, the intensity is dialed down and the love waves and balms are much easier to feel and let in. The Kundalini rushes up from the base of my spine and I feel at home in myself, in my feminine body, all in Her midst. I feel inspired, enlivened, and whole. I feel more solid in my reasons for being here, no matter the adversity, and I feel supported to keep FEELING it ALL.

Divine Father has been so vital to my sacred daughter inside as well, in order to feel a template of mateship claim on top of being claimed as a daughter. His arms have held my heart and my parts through so many difficult phases and His hands have guided me through some intense periods of awakening. His support of my feminine spine has been just as important as Mother’s, as has his watering of my feminine heart.

My Inner Daughter process has been vast, deep, and involved the necessary movement out of relationship with my own birth parents and family. It’s been necessary to let go of other forms of the ‘false mother and father’ as well and to get very real about what is most nourishing for this essence within me and what simply isn’t. This is one of the most challenging truths to realize and reconcile with, as it can be a lonely road. Yet the void is filled up by the Divine when and if you and you parts feel ready to let in that energy and level of claim.
