Energy Update: Full Moon Energies Emitting From Tor Offering Feminine & Masculine Balance

Energy Update: Full moon energies are amplifying EVERYTHING it seems right now…both shadow and light. Being now on such an active energy center of Gaia here in Glastonbury, UK for the last few days, it is even easier to feel this amplification as I lay awake for long stretches last night feeling it move through me. Recovering now more from the journey here from Canada and beginning to land here, I am starting to tune into what these energies of Gaia’s heart chakra are offering in this Now of Ascension. More messages of that will be coming as my personal calibration happens.


When I first connected to these energies in the physical sitting on a slope of the Tor, they felt so comforting and familiar yet also very powerful. They offered a call to balance within and seemed to emit from the Tor like a radio signal broadcasting out to the world. Balance. There was an answer to the cries of the world’s heartbreak here. The Michael energy line as the masculine and the Mary energy line as the feminine entwined together. The way that they spiral upwards within the Tor and also flow away from it like rivers at its base seems to mirror the possibilities of our own energy as we move into more alignment with our light bodies and 5D consciousness.

There is also the overlay here in the physical of the wounded masculine’s attempts to both suppress and its longing for connection to the feminine. Each abby and church built over a previously sacred Divine Feminine site (like the remains of the church at the top of the Tor) is like a stiff embrace that both suffocates and honors Her. This seems to represent the masculine suppression of the feminine that has been occurring since the fall of Atlantis, keeping the control matrix running, and leading to so much suffering and polarity expression. As eventually so many of the churches fell into ruin or were destroyed, so is the feminine arising out of the ashes in our world’s consciousness now too in often fiery ways.


This feminine within us comes alive in the full moon and is called to go both wild and still. The masculine within is invited into surrender rather than into feeling threatened by this feminine power. Sacred Unions (as Raphael and I are experiencing already in our bond) are going to the next level of balance within and with each other to heal the previous patterns of suppression, resistance, or fear.

You may feel these energies stirring within you in response to this last full moon of summer, no matter where you are located in the world. For both women and men, there is a liberation movement happening from within…on collective and personal levels. It invites us to free up whatever needs our love and attention from within, both inner masculine and inner feminine….to find our balance again.

The Challenge To Feel (VIDEO): Conversations With Men

“Feeling is really hard! It is really challenging!”

These were words I spoke in the third video of the Conversations With Men series with Raphael Awen. In it we talk about the challenges for many of us, especially men, to get down to deep and vulnerable feeling. To actually feel our feelings.

Raphael mentions in the beginning that we are all emotive beings in constant feeling. The question is are we really feeling the feelings and being honest and vulnerable with them? What is feeling as opposed to reactions and/or states of being?

As boys (and girls, too!) we are conditioned to suppress our more sensitive emotions, our true heart reality. This suppression tends to result in anger or depression (numbness), or both! Rage becomes an emotion that is normalized in men rather than hurt.

The inner boy’s feelings are not welcome and sequestered to the shadow where hurt foments into rage. A protection forms that pushes away or shuts down in a myriad of ways. For the more spiritually inclined man, the activation of the upper chakras in cahoots with the lower chakras can create a bypassing of the most human heart chakra.

This may form as an abusive teacher/healer/mate. A narcissism is formed as a protection against feeling the pain of the inner boy’s trauma. There may be a self-destructive path that leads to addictions, self/other-harm, or possible suicide (one of the leading causes of death among younger men).

If we could create an environment where it is safe for men to feel what they are feeling as they are feeling it, with the ability to process those feelings as parts of themselves rather than being fused to them, I believe we would see a new calvary of men that have the wear-with-all to co-create a new world with the feminine in sacred collaboration.

A tall order? Maybe. A deep desire and need? Yes. I feel the challenges, I am challenged, yet with the support of like-hearted men and women in community, I am finding my way. I believe that other men too could find their way when the desire to truly heal the heart becomes the single most important thing they feel they can offer the world.

Lion’s Gate Crop Circle Update: Sacred Masculine Activations To Heal The Love Of Power – August 9, 2020

A new and dynamic crop circle formation has been reported today August 9th at Woolstone Wells, Nr Uffington Castle, Oxfordshire, UK! This one ‘appeared’ most likely overnight during the peak of this Lion’s Gateway that we are still within.

I felt a strong activation from this formation immediately, stimulating energy already running up and down the spine as it comes in/downloads through the upper chakras (Personal Sun, Soul Star and Crown). I felt a sacred masculine frequency to this (rather than Kundalini/Divine Feminine) that seems to originate from the Great Cosmic Sun in alignment with the powerful Sirius energies.

These are energies of Divine Father support, love, and goodness to heal the wounded masculine that impacts and effects and lives within us all personally and collectively. Sirius Lion energies are of the healthy, noble, and humble leader…..the empathetic, compassionate and vulnerable king.

Healing the love of power seems to be an aspect of the energies being offered right now during this Lion’s Gate as we see so much of this struggle in our world right now. The Matrix is fed by the love of power over others and the ‘attainment’ of it. It collapses as each of us chooses on a soul level to align with the power of love instead….the only TRUE and INFINITE and PURE power in the Universe. All other forms of power are illusionary, temporary, and ultimately dissatisfying to the soul.

Each soul is walking out this journey of discovery for themselves and in their own timing. Those of us who have been anchored into the power of love frequencies through a LONG deconstruction and purification process over many lifetimes can radiate out this possibility to all those who need to receive it.

Radiating out love rather than absorbing fear supports us too during this transitional time.

I feel so much love for the masculine with this formation and available with Divine Father in this Now, with our soul aspects who are masculine, with the Lion Sirius energies, with men and for the inner masculine within us all!

The Divine Self And The Death Of Fear

Fear is a deeply sacred energy. It feels almost encoded into our being to act as veil AND and portal into our essence as Love.

Recently, I had a beautiful experience of feeling an arising, embodied relationship to The Beloved and my Divine Self. A spark of Light and Love that is increasing within. As that expands and brightens, it acts as a poultice for all that is needing attention and transmutation into that very spark.

Pockets of anxiety, doubt, and fear come bubbling to the surface, like a moth that is drawn to a flame. It recognizes the growth, the warmth, and thus the ability to hold and receive love. At the root, Fear seems to be the change agent, not the anchor it once was.

Fear can be expressed in so many ways, both inbound and outbound. We live among a highly energized fear bubble. It is highly compressed and dynamic. With that energy afloat in the collective it can be hard to not pick up on it in our own emotional body.

This is where connecting with what we call the Divine Self comes into service. As I call to mine and connect with it/him, I can feel what my personal fear is about and how, or if, it is connected to the collective in any way. A sorting out process. I can feel how much the fear is centered around Death itself.

And by that I just don’t mean physical death, but that is a big one right now. It is also the death of a system of beliefs, assurances, and patterns that parts of us have grown attached to. They almost feel like us and so the death of them feels existential.

As we continue to be invited to more inner Utopia and less outer Dystopia, we need something to β€˜hang our hats’ on while the collapse and shift is underway. The Divine Self is the enduring self. It is the Alpha and Omega. It is the net by which we collect all of the things that are essential and release those that are not.

The Divine Self is the aspect of us that can hold the parts that are fused to fear and create a bridge back to Itself. A feedback loop that doesn’t judge when the fear returns. Just offers more compassion and celebration, as that is just another opportunity to open to more Grace and closer to The Beloved.

Fear is no longer resisted or covered over. It is honored, felt deeply, and transmuted back to Love through the Divine Self. This is the ultimate alchemy of the sacred human. Let’s expand that together and see where it takes us, as one and as all.

The Pursuit Of The Divine, The Great Beloved

So much energy and focus has been placed on drawing THE mate… THE soul purpose… THE, well, anything you can think of that you’ve longed for your whole life or at least since you began to awaken.
But the pursuit of the Divine itself has been at the heart of it all… or perhaps, better to say, the pursuit of letting IN the Divine in a deep and unending love affair that lives deep inside of you.


This has been true for me. And only in these last few days have I really come to deeper realizations about this.

Parts of me have sought out an experience of a bond with the Divine through so much focus on drawing my next Sacred Union experience as well as a much deeper validation, you could say, of my reason for being here, for living, for serving love. I’ve visited and hung out with these darker edges of searching on the outside for what has been needed from me to me and from the Divine to me and back again.


I’ve shrunk, or parts of me have, in order to fit in with different ideas and ideals, social and romantic bonds, forgetting in moments the Divinity within and the unseverable cord to the Divine, to the Great Beloved, to Love itself, that sees everything I AM even when parts of me aren’t quite ready to yet. And… to let in that I too can have this love affair in an ever-deepening way with myself.


It doesn’t matter what I β€˜know’. It never matters if I’m β€˜right’. It doesn’t matter if I gain or lose 20lbs or if my hair is straight or curly. It doesn’t matter if my yoga poses are in full power, if I’m a β€˜perfect’ SoulFullHeart Facilitator or a perfect spiritual student. It doesn’t matter… but my soul and heart’s relationship to the Divine within does. And this is what permeates all other things that I do, that I am, and that I am becoming.


The Divine really feels like the greatest lover we could ever conjure up in our romantic fantasies… the infinite love that sees everything we simply ARE beyond any facades, any fears, any window-dressing of self-image, and loves every inch of our bodies, every thought in our minds. It brings to us bouquets of compassionate flowers, leaving them at our heart’s doorstep every day. It’s the energy of being pursued with so much grounded and deeply loving gusto, that wants and persists in this wanting and claiming and pursuit.


This is so often sought through the false gods of relationships with false teachers, mates who cannot see us for they cannot see themselves, and even some spiritual or religious practices. This is so often not templated to us as something that is our birthright to have inside of us, from us to ourselves and our parts and back again.


We forget devotional practices so often, it seems… or what is at the core of them. We forget that in these practices of prayer, dancing, singing, meditation, we are also being responded to. We are not only worshipping and offering gratitude, we are being worshipped back. We are being loved deeply, no matter what we do or say. We are being met with equal desire for connection and alchemy. We take in nature and it takes us in. We take in love and love opens its heart to us.


As I let in the Beloved more and feel this energy live and breathe within me, I feel such a deeper sense of my authentic worth. This makes all else, all false gods parts of me have created out of a need and desire to experience God in an even more intimate way nearly fall away as I begin to truly feel how this is enough. I am enough. I AM. The Divine IS. My union with the Divine IS and always will BE.


And so it is, for you as well, for your preciousness as a heart and soul… And all beings on this planet.

My love letter to the Divine…within me, within you, with the beloved ascended guides/teachers that show us the way~

Oh Divine,
I am lost in all this maya
only real again
In your arms, in your gaze, in your attention
And in your claim.
Then I arise out of a smaller i
And into a bigger I
That finds a home only in your name.

Oh Divine,
Your love melts away my mind,
My thoughts, my scattered ideas
And purifies them ALL into a
Rarified reflection of your Consciousness.
Your love dissolves motives
Based in greed, based in fear,
Based in need or lesser desire
And reveals the only true motive
to serve your love
In all ways, in all moments,
And in all expressions of my BEing.

Oh Divine,
I had been lost in a fog
Of illusions, amnesia, and false memories
That led to so much suffering….

Initiation As A Rite Of Embodied Self-Realization

We are always in phases of initiation whether we consciously choose them or not. The cycles of initiation lead us to Realization. We may spend years in a cycle until we are ready to graduate and move on to integration, only to be met by another cycle of initiation.

The Initiations are varied, specific to your soul needs and wounding. Crucibles arise when we are ready to fully embody the lessons of the initiation itself. We face intimacy initiations, leadership initiations, truth-telling, boundary, and courage initiations. All of them meant to challenge our way to the next level of our growth and maturation as an ego and a soul.

Sometimes we choose our initiations and sometimes they choose us, all orchestrated by the soul. These are meant for the parts, or Metasoul aspects, of us still stuck in a suffering loop or pattern. These loops are centered around something usually very traumatic which makes it that much harder to go into to heal free from.

The emotional body is where you may find the biggest anchors, the largest obstacles to these graduations and self-realizations. We can all achieve temporal states of bliss and Oneness, but the bigger plan is to fully EMBODY Samadhi in the physical. To be walking, conscious Divinity in the Now.

So from here to there, we have work to do. Things to feel, trauma and fear to heal, desires to express, and dreams to manifest. We have initiations to attend to, graduations to celebrate, and integrations to soak in. This is a journey, not a rocket launch. Yet the more you let in what the heart and soul needs and wants, and walk out those initiations with self-care, the faster the healing and shifts can occur.

As has been said many times, it is not the product but the process, and that process is Initiation.

Healing False Mother To Let In Divine Mother: Women’s Group Call July 5

When I shared on social media previously about my upcoming women’s group call tomorrow where we will be feeling into healing the Motherhood wound/False Mother to let in Divine Mother, a question came up around, ‘who is the false mother?’ Exploring the answers to this question is where we will go within the call space….as it is truly unique to each woman and her Metasoul experience/lineage as well.

In general, the False Mother is any projections/archetype/’lineage’ and legacy/birth family line and other lifetimes experiences/karma that block and limit access to experiencing and letting in the energies of the Divine Mother. False Mother can show up in ‘presentations’ and packages of Divine Mother that are used in strategic and dogmatic ways, such as in religions, some spiritual practices, and even in New Age offerings. These energies can have a warrior energy to them, be seductive or overly pious, and fused to other lifetime archetypal expressions such as Priestess/Witch/Sorceress/Shaman.


False Mother usually feels impersonal, transcendent, non-relational, even punitive/punishing in frequency. False Mother can show up even in Goddess worshipping practices in which you tune into and even ‘obey’ the “Will of the Goddess.” False Mother is also something you are looking to on the ‘outside’ rather than experiencing from the inside in deepening ways.


These False Mother energies are actually usually coming from the lower 4D wounded/unhealed masculine energies and the AI Matrix. A Matrix is actually a womb yet the 3D/4D control Matrix has been about programming, conditioning and conformity and distorting light/love into a false version in order to keep many souls ‘stuck’ at a certain tier of consciousness. In a way, the Matrix has also been a False Mother to parts of us and soul aspects as well.


As the Matrix continues to collapse and the wounded masculine heals, there is more opportunity to connect with the pure and authentic energies of Divine Mother. The False Mother frequencies become revealed from within (such as those expressing in your Inner Mother), in relationships (with birth family feminine caregivers and in your Matriarchal family line), and in your Metasoul experiences.
As you identify, feel, and heal these false mother frequencies, you then experience the REAL Divine Mother of PURE unconditional love, compassion, authenticity, range of expression (from still to fiery as needed…..from deeply compassionate to unsentimental, etc.), passion, and template for embodiment within your sacred feminine human body.


You feel then the Divine Mother within YOU and come that much more into embodying Her AS you. As Divine Mother has told me so many times, “I am you and you are ME. Now, let THAT in!”


We will explore this more tomorrow in my monthly women’s group call over Zoom at 10:00am PDT through teachings/sharings with me, a guided meditation to connect to your Inner Mother/False Mother within through a bridge with Divine Mother, and personal sharings for those women who would like to. We will tune into the loving sisterhood circle created during the call to generate more of the Divine Mother energy.

The Sacred Growth Of Letting In & Letting Go In All Relationships

All we can ever feel with another being in this world is possibility, potentiality… nothing is ever a given, no matter how strong the vision of what could be or the depth of soul/heart connection that seems to just BE.


We are always sorting out and sorting through. We are taking in who we are through the reflection of another, directly or indirectly. We are choosing in every moment what resonates most for us right now, which may not resonate any longer in the next now. We are also this reflection, this point of resonance or dissonance for others, in relationship to them.


None of us are exempt from this sacred sorting out process or the growth that comes of it.
Let go, let in, let go again… be surprised, be enlivened, by new beginnings and even necessary collapses. Though there is always more to feel and be with in all of this, and many reactions pinging for parts of you, it’s all part of the process of deepening your intimacy with yourself and with others as well, whether they can continue to connect with you on the next leg of your individual journeys, or not.


Each and every time I walk this out… I’m surprised by what it opens out within me. The clarity of what I want next, the boundaries I need to hold with an open heart, are priceless to feel and honour. It’s always challenging in new ways, but feeling the trust in my own growth that I know is always available and necessary, that helps me sink and surrender into each crucible… and feel the Divine with me at all times.
