Seventh Year Anniversary Of Group Calls & 2024 Intentions Group Call 1/7

Our first group call together teaching, leading a guided meditation and responding to participant sharings was SEVEN years ago now. I remember feeling so nervous before it, like a stage fright feeling, and then it just dissolved into the service of love space that always seems to open up.

We were in our simple and (often) quite noisy in the background apartment in Mexico back then…..so grateful that it went well and that people actually showed up. We even had to provide instructions on how to download Zoom because people were barely using it then! And, I used to script and write out our guided meditation before hand and we would read them during the call!

And, now, several years and hundreds of group calls later with hundreds of participants from ALL over the world covering a WIDE ranch of topics/transmissions/parts-soul aspects, we are feeling a maturation and deepening of our service together in this form of gathering community online for two hours. We are more spontaneous, freed up beyond needing to teach much mentally, and more engaged with just responding to what comes from others in the moment. And it is all in flow with the moment and barely stretched out at all, the addition of the crystal bowls has opened up the space even more beyond the mental.

We experienced this last night during our 2024 transmissions group call, the first for this new year. Everyone who attended had come to previous calls and/or is in ongoing sessions with me or Raphael, so that deepened the SoulFullHeart energy transmission (although those new to us and the process are welcome to attend/purchase the recording).

We asked everyone to share in the chat what their intentions for 2024 are in terms of the Divine Self BEING essence that they want to embody more of. And then, what their life looks like to support that essence (such as geography, relationships/including counterpart/Divine union mateship, service/livelihood, etc.)

The responses were so rich, eloquent, and resonant for all. Raphael and I then shared our intentions for this year (as a couple and individually) to be received and land in the group energy….to be in more seat of embodied service, to grow SoulFullHeart esp in offering to men, to expand out our bond and sexuality!

We then played our crystal bowls and offered a meditation/transmission to connect to the 2024 portal as a bridge to this Divine self essence embodiment intention. Healing harmonies flowed out of us as well, along with light language.

We then had sharings from some on the call on video and in the chat. Big celebration check in with our current SoulFullHeart new (in this phase anyway) couple Raianna Shai and Jasper Meadows as he plans to join us in community next month!

Recognizing, Reconciling Our Kings & Queens Within: A Poem

You won’t always know
A King when you meet one,
For his legacy has been buried,
Hidden,
Sometimes denied,
And sometimes disowned
Out of confusion
Of what it truly means
To bear the crown
Of sovereignty
And surrender.

If you do meet a man
And you see his King
Deep within him,
He won’t always know
Or feel
Or see
Or understand
Exactly what that means for him.

He may struggle
To hold his bejeweled crown,
His heavy, velvet robes,
His long forgotten treasures
Within his courageous heart
That are meant to be shared,
To catalyze,
To penetrate,
While coming from a Matrix world
That has told him
To suppress his truth,
To hold back his righteous passion,
To either soften too much
Or not at all.

Within that struggle,
His longing for a Queen
Also rumbles and shifts,
Pressing him into explorations
As she also longs
To be wanted by him,
Remembered by his soul,
And offered passionate declarations
By his clearing
And enlivening heart.

You won’t always know
A Queen when you meet one,
For her legacy has been buried
Beneath patriarchal influences
That tell her
What she is and isn’t,
How she must dominate
In order to be seen and heard,
And how she must be in control
Though her nature is to lean,
Surrender,
And respond.

If you do meet a woman
And you see her Queen
Deep within her,
She won’t always know
Or feel
Or understand
What becoming her
Truly involves for her.

She may struggle
To understand
How to open and soften
After so many years
And lifetimes
Of suppression
By a Matrix world
That wants to keep her power
Hidden,
And tell her instead
In forms exaggerated
That she isn’t worthy of womanhood
Unless she looks,
Acts,
Or is perceived
A certain way.

Within that struggle
Her longing for a King
Moves with a current
Of desire to be met,
Wanted,
And treasured,
Inviting her into explorations
As he also longs
To be needed by her,
Remembered by her soul,
And offered a responsive heart
To hear and feel him
As his own heart
Opens more to her.

It’s the sacred awakenings
Of both the King and Queen,
That moves the inner union
Into openings of more love
While the outer union
Is drawn
Into this space made within
For all the karmic edges,
The loving softness,
The receiving of all dimensions
Of romantic reunion
And the places
It calls you
To explore.

It’s the reseeding
Of the King and Queen seeds within
That forge a new foundation
For a renewed experience
Of life
And love
And the Divine Beloved,
Bringing all beloveds
In soul family and soulmates
Together
Through paths
Sometimes brambly and challenging,
But always meant to be fulfilling,
Worth every moment,
And alive in every way imaginable.

May you feel even a moment
Of your King or Queen today,
Stirring within you,
Waking up again,
Realizing that today
They are invited to become
All of the love they came here
To embody
And the reunion of sacred union
That they ache for.

Ode To The 3D Self

I have been feeling recently my 3D Self emerging out of the intensity of the 10/10 portal and eclipse passage. She is represented by the entire waveform of my birth name, Bianca Gieber, and has come out of the peaking of/immersion in the 3D/4D matrix that I had been feeling inside of myself that I shared about in my last post. Besides her, I have also been feeling my Reptilian aspect again, as both these aspects are actually intertwined with each other and I could feel that wrapping up in each other when feeling both of them. Feels like these two energies have been behind my Gatekeeper aspect that I had been sharing about and she had been protecting my 3D Self all along, with so much care for her.

When I started feeling my 3D Self, I felt a lot of shame/self-hatred, a filtering of life through the lens of it not being good/safe, self-doubt, unworth and that there is no goodness in life, that life is difficult and everything has to be fought for and that she has always been alone, left alone, especially by the Divine. That way, being a huge aspect of my Lone Wolf that was reflected in corresponding life choices. With that filter applied, the goodness that had been in my life, was not able to be received and seen as such but rather made into something bad or rather not real. A very painful mechanism.

I have been feeling with her the legacy of my birth name, particularly the last name, that is carrying all these frequencies and she has worn them like a very thick coat. But I could also feel that all of those frequencies/layers are not really her, her true essence.

I was able to feel with her her own rich and deep connection to the Divine, and specifically to Mother Mary, who she and my entire soul seem to have a special connection with.

In her connection with Mary, she came through as clearly and deeply as never before, yet in such a real and grounded way and with authentic emotions. The experience I’m having now with Mary is much more personal and intimate. The connection I have had before with her, as Bey Magdalene, was a bit more airy/lofty, but my 3D Self feels like is the uplink to a real and grounded embodiment of Mother.

Through her struggle of not feeling the goodness in life and feeling almost in a quandary about her loyalty to that feeling, the very clear and visceral message/intuitive feeling came through that Mother IS an aspect of me as well and deserves to be felt just as much as it is necessary to feel the difficult things.

The reunion between her and Mother was very deep and teary, both weeping over having missed each other and finally having found each other again. My 3D Self was claimed as a Divine Daughter and Mary apologized to her too that it has been so difficult for her and that she wasnβ€˜t able to feel her and connect with her, even though she has been right there all along, all my life.

The forgiveness frequencies between these two have been so powerful and have had a powerful impact on my spiritual and emotional well-being.

Her question and lament, why she had been plugged in so deeply into the matrix, has been answered inside of myself too. Along with the pain that, despite being a 3D Self, she never really felt that she was particularly good at it/equipped for it. It seems that she is needed as an ambassor to those in similar circumstances and if she would have been really good at navigating 3D life, she might not have awoken. Yet I could feel with her how this dimension/reality has always felt strange to her and that she didn’t really believe it herself.

A deep filtering of life through compartmentalization is falling away as a result as well as a need to ‘be by the book’ and a new flow and responding to every moment is coming online and ready to be embodied.

I can feel her letting in that reframe and new Divine/Soul purpose and how it is helping her heal her relationship to the matrix, her family and geographical origins that were both VERY dense as well as heal her relationship to the Divine.

I could feel so much care coming online in her that she has always had, yet had to numb because it was too painful to care and there hasnβ€˜t been a container/energy to be able to digest all this care with up until now.

This care coming online now and my heart coming online through it in a much deeper way is such a gift that Iβ€˜m getting from and through her that Iβ€˜m so grateful for and that is so needed too as I have been wanting to feel my care for the world and humanity in these unprecedented times that we have never seen before. Yet a care that is grounded in and answered by the Divine inside of myself, to be able to digest and hold the pain too that comes with this care.

I can also feel an interesting relationship between my Inner Teenager and my 3D Self that is just starting to get a bit clearer. It feels like she has been a bit of a reluctant parent to her, yet also protecting her out of care for her. I have been wondering why I hadnβ€˜t been more rebellious as a teenager, yet my 3D Self offered that it just was too dangerous to do that, with such a dark and abusive birth mother, whose energies and transmissions she had been taking in and absorbing over the years, shaping her, β€šmessing her upβ€˜ to quote her. So she felt it was much safer to comply, even if it was very begrudgingly.

I feel my 3D Self came in/was formed in my early teenage years as well, as a response to those very challenging and dense energies on the outside. That was also around the age my 3D Self had started to reach for alcohol to numb that darkness and abuse that came her way in order to numb it/cope with it. Yet only feeling that pain and answering it with Divine Love, will actually bring healing to it while anything else just covers it up.

Now that she has been felt and freed up more and her presence/existence deeply acknowledged and recognized as very much needed in order to complete me, miraculous shifts have been occurring inside of myself, as she is an important aspect of myself that had been anchored in 3D and thus was resisting to move into soul purpose with me and partake in the goodness frequencies in my life so far. Only through connecting with these aspects of us that feel they cannot partake in the goodness, the spirituality, the soul purpose expression is how we are actually able to do and embody that.

She is an ambassador in her own rights and we already started that journey in meditation space this morning when she and Mary organized an apparition in my hometown in Austria that is so dense, in so much pain and that doesn’t seem to have a lot of hope and Divine Inspiration. Casting those beautiful Divine frequencies over my hometown felt so healing and felt like it inspired something in its residents and at least planted a seed in them. A remembrance of their own Divinity.

I’m so curious to go more into her relationship to my Reptilian as well as my Inner Teenager as I can feel it is a very rich ground. Some of that will be covered in today’s group call, I’m sure, that will be about the Inner Teenager. I can already feel more teenage sass coming online through connecting with my 3D Self and healing all the layers of pain that have been guarding her heart. I feel her off to the Galactic too, being a galactic ambassor and Galaxy trotter, with the Cosmos being her home.

Lion’s Gate 8:8 Update & Message From Sirius: Separation Is The Illusion; Unity Is Real

Today, August 8th 8:8, is the Lion’s Gateway, peak of the galactic alignment with the planet Sirius. As Sirius rises in the sky, Orion’s Belt aligns with the Pyramid of Giza. From our viewpoint from Gaia, Sirius (as the brightest star in the sky) comes closer to us. We have often called this day “Cosmic Christmas” for the gifts that it can bring on the soul level.

Sirius is a STRONG and powerful source of soul activations, upgrades, and Ascension frequencies. As we connect to our soul aspects from Sirius, we can receive codes that bring us into our next levels of awakening. They often appear as feline beings with blue skin tones, although that can vary. The veils are lifted during this gateway and the capacity to see/feel/know these soul aspects and other lifetimes and timelines is revealed.

As I meditated this morning, I connected with Sela, my blue feline-humanoid Lionness Queen from Sirius. As we touched third eyes together, She offered me waves of calm support and spacious grace as always, especially connected with my Inner Queen who is feeling relief and goodness as we settle more deeply into our ‘light ship/house’ here in Central Portugal for longer term…serving love from here.

I also felt Sela through my cat Ravyn, who is being very attached to me the last 24 hours, sleeping next to me and laying on my chest and in my lap a lot. I shared about her in my post yesterday and the temple cat and deep theta frequencies Ravyn transmits to me. Connection with a Earth Plane Feline aka ‘house cat’ is powerful today if you have one in your life.

Sela as a Sirian aspect always seems to deeply feel and understand the energies of death and rebirth going on for humanity right now, as her species has gone through the Ascension process bliss mess phases and stages as well. She offered compassion for the messy transition we are in as we stumble and fumble through the dark to find our way into the light.

Sela encourages you to feel into whatever messages you receive from your Sirius aspects on this day, offering that they are specifically connected to the Lion’s Gate frequencies and the upgrades available during it. I could sense too how in tune we were with them during the Lemurian age, precious allies and friends of ours from the stars.

I’ve been feeling a lot of activations and transmissions from Inner Earth Lemuria as well, especially in the Hand Pan music that I’ve been listening to. And today I gifted myself with a handpan and am excited to feel the transmissions that come through me when it arrives in a couple of weeks! I was deeply guided to listen to the wombic, cosmic, playful yet deep frequencies it transmits the last couple of weeks and it felt really right to get one on Cosmic Christmas! I look forward to sharing it with you as the music and sound healing comes through (along with our crystal bowls and light language.)

The Sirius energy (and Inner Earth Lemuria) reminds us of the bigger picture that can be lost with so much contentious content and polarization. They form a bridge to our galactic nature and the remembering of the assistance and support that is ALWAYS there for us. As we are vulnerable and ask for it, so we can then receive it as love from the Divine in whatever forms and ways we most need.

Sela says now, “Trust the light that you are emerging into as you wake up from your long sleep.

Remember that the dark has been a necessary illusion.

Forgetting is the illusion.

Separation is the illusion. Fear is the illusion.

Love is real.

Unity is real.

The Light is real.

The Divine is real.

The rest is a play out of the illusion that is dying and being slowly reborn into what is real.

This process of dying illusion is happening within you and in your world.

As you can see this process, you can separate from it and connect to the love that you ARE in any moment.”

Womb Healing & Activation: Women’s Group Call, Sunday, Aug 21| Jelelle Awen & Kasha Rokshana

The womb is a powerful space of creativity, alchemy, stillness, and a bridge to our ancient and pure Sacred Feminine empowerment origins. Our wombs can hold the seeds of creation, gestation, and birth of our Divinity in human form. 

However, our wombs have become filled instead with pain/trauma layers and also been hijacked by the 3D/4D control Matrix so our access to the pure power essence of our womb is often covered over and not fully activated. This hijacking also impacts what we experience within our wombs during often painful and debilitating ‘programmed’ menstrual cycles. Our wombs can be filled with false mother/false god frequencies; Patriarchal/wounded masculine energies; transmuting other people’s energies as empaths; β€˜aborted’/still gestating/blocked creative projects and expressions; and suppression of our truth.

The process of detoxing and upgrading the Light Body is very real and can be very intense, especially with the incoming energies offering support for this as an essential part of our Ascension journey!

SoulFullHeart Museletter: Feb 18, 2022

The waves of humanity’s death and rebirth process continue to ripple through, sometimes leading us to openings and at other times into even more intensity. Without question, there’s much to digest nearly every day at this time, as shadows reveal themselves globally and personally.

This week we have a featured piece by Gabriel Amara, where he illuminates the context of what’s rumbling through humanity at this time and what the shake-ups are offering us as choice points and portals to enter for deep healing and reconciliation, especially within each of us.

With the Samhain/Halloween/Day Of The Dead passage moving through, there’s a continued illumination of our shadow selves and other pieces of ourselves, our parts, our essences too that have been hidden or tucked away. This week we share a few writings about shadow exploration and what it invites and involves, plus we have a new group meditation call coming up this Sunday, Nov 7th, focused on Shadow Exploration.

Featured this week is a writing/transmission from Jelelle. It’s an invitation to your shadow from your Divine Self, to encourage it to come out of hiding and to support it as a sacred part of you and your soul, though it may not have ever been treated that way. Jelelle reads this transmission aloud in the featured video with her and Raphael, where they talk some more about the upcoming Shadow Exploration call and what they will be offering through it from their own explorations and discoveries.

Along with some writings about processing with your own shadow, you will find other digestions of what’s moving in the world, and a sharing from a beloved community member and facilitant, Bey Magdalene! Bey shares about her own SoulFullHeart journey and what she is currently moving through and into as she continues to embrace all parts of her and her soul essence too.

Shadow Exploration Guided Meditation Group Call w/ Raphael & Jelelle Awen: November 7th, 2021

Your shadow – or that which is currently not conscious to you – often contains aspects of you that have been disowned, put away, judged, rejected, protected, forgotten about and suppressed. The shadow is not evil or harmful, yet it can contain β€˜backed up energies’ that have been judged as not appropriate such as rage, shame, suicidal thoughts/tendencies, sexual impulses, and more. In this backed-up unconscious state, these shadow frequencies can bleed through in patterns of destructive behaviors toward yourself or others, suffering loops, heaviness and depression, anxiety and panic attacks, addictions, and much more.

Also in shadow can be your soul gifts, soul purpose clarities, and your ‘power’. There are always ‘good reasons’ for this putting away into shadow based on conditioning you’ve received from 3D life and even other lifetimes/timelines, in addition to undigested traumas and karmic patterns.The Ascension process invites you to uncover, feel, and integrate your shadow aspects with love, compassion, and curiosity. Rather than bypass the shadow, it is about embracing it with self-love and Divine support. It seems very timely to be exploring it with so much of it coming UP in our collective right now!

Raphael and I will co-host a Shadow Exploration group meditation call over Zoom on Sunday, November 7th, 2021 at 5:00pm/17:00pm WEST (Lisbon, Portugal timezone)/12:00pm EST/9:00am PST. Gabriel Amara and Kasha Rokshana also join us to share their experience of the meditation, along with their own personal deepenings in shadow exploration.

We will talk about how we define the β€˜shadow’ and how the SoulFullHeart process opens up access to these previously inaccessible and veiled grounds through a gentle yet powerful negotiation with your Inner Protector or Gatekeeper. The Inner Protector and Gatekeeper are hesitant to go into the shadow as they don’t want you (or other parts of you such as the Inner Child) to become overloaded and overwhelmed by these energies as they come through. Through a negotiation with your Divine Self leading, the Protector will then allow you to connect with these shadow aspects as needed, from this life and other lifetimes, in a way that is empowering and manageable. We will also share about our personal experiences with deepening grounds of shadow exploration from this life and other lifetimes over the last 15 years together as a couple and as individuals in our processes.

During this group call, we will provide a guided meditation journey in a safe energetic space to meet or connect with your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper. We will then go on a β€˜deep dive’ into your consciousness with powerful and proven imagery/visualizations that allows for new revelations of whatever wants to come through of your shadow to connect with you. We will also repeat β€˜recoding’ affirmations as mantras, together as a group and with the Divine, that assist in this exploration and healing.

You can receive these frequencies live with us (highly recommended) or take in the recording afterwards. If you attend the live group, you’ll have the opportunity to share with us about what you experienced during the meditation and receive feedback/next steps of integration from us.
