Ascension Energy Integration Teachings And Guided Meditation W/Raphael and Jelelle Awen (Video)

These high light energies in March and extending into April are recoding and rewiring us, our emotional bodies, our soul consciousness, the every living cell of our bodies….so much ACTivation in these frequencies to bring us up to a new consciousness level in everyday living experience! The INtegration of these activations is such an important phase of letting in, receiving, and allowing.

In our Unity Meditation call on Wednesday, Raphael and I offered teachings and perspective around integration and the CHOICE that this is to let in these codes/activations/energies/upgrading. Then, we offered a YINtastic guided meditation that brought in frequencies of Divine Sophia, Mother Mary, and Gaia to ease you into a letting in place, to connect you with the codes that are just waiting for you in your soul field, and to begin bridging to your Inner Protector to allow more receptivity. It was difficult to stay awake for us during the meditation and it seemed that most on the call fell asleep or got VERY peaceful letting in the energies.

One beautiful soul who attended the call commented to us afterwards, “I feel this deep space in SoulFullHeart groups where everybody’s higher selves and divine parts are sitting in the room making a huge “space” for loving supportive energies to come through everyone… It’s like having the “best of” everyone’s gifts. Deepest gratitude again for what everyone showed up with. Activation Of Your Ascension Chakra Vortexes Guided Meditation W/Raphael and Jelelle Awen (Video)

Our Unity Meditation call on Wednesday was our largest one yet with 40+ souls signed up and 26 joining in on the energy exchange in the moment. It was palpable to me, this coming together in intention and connection to tap into the Equinox frequencies and New Earth…even with those souls who choose not to share that day or could only join us for a little while. I feel it amplified the energies that were available through Raphael Awen and I during the guided meditation. People shared a sense of high energy, being energized…..or, they fell into a peaceful sleep that lasted the whole time! I always trust these things as what can be let in at whatever levels of consciousness is….and through the filter/lens of the Protector self.

The results and experience of this unity meditation call inspired us to offer them about every ten days or coordinating to any major cosmic events, portal openings, Equinoxes/Solstices, etc. We will try to have different days/times to catch those in Australia, etc. and also serve those in Europe. We have scheduled two more for April….one on Wednesday, April 4th at 4:00pm CDT (4/4/4) and another on Saturday, April 14th at 11:11am CDT. These will remain free to join in, yet we always welcome donations too as we save up to make our relocation to the Glastonbury, England area this year. Jelelle Awen guides you in a meditation to bring in and connect to the current STRONG ascension energies of March 2018. You may fall asleep, feel emotional, feel quite activated or kundalini energy moving through. Jelelle introduces you and connects you to what she feels are the chakra Sacred Human vortexes that are forming in response to the Ascension process, to replace the previous outdated 3D/4D seven chakra system. You connect with your Personal Sun Chakra, about two feet above your head. This chakra is part of the ‘Sun Chakra Vortex’ that includes the merging of the Personal Sun Chakra, Soul Chakra (about one foot above your head), Causal Chakra (behind your head), and Crown Chakra. I keep getting over the last year this sense of a column, like a tree’s trunk, that feels like the framing of the 5D Sacred Human. It’s been called our ‘violetprint’…higher frequency than a blueprint. It runs along our spinal column…..with roots extending down deep into Mother Gaia….a primordial connection, a grounded foundation, an anchoring of comforting solidity. And then with branches extending, reaching out, into the stars, into the cosmos, into the Infinite possibilities of galaxies, wormholes, stargates, so many Star BEings….up into the angelic realms. In this reaching out we feel the VASTness of our BEing AND how we are part of this vast network of liveforms in so many interesting forms. In the going down, we ground into our home with Gaia, who offers ascension frequencies to us in a frequency we can most let in.

The torso or main ‘trunk’ of our sacred human tree is the bridge between these two and where we are living out day to day life, moving through this invitation to expand and stretch from roots to wings in every moment, moment by moment. The torso is our chakras vibrating higher and higher, merging together now into vortexes that eventually won’t be differentiated from each other. The root, the sacral, the naval, the heart, the throat, and the crown blending together in a swirl of crystalline frequencies of love and light.

Anchoring it ALL is the cosmic heart, Higher Heart, the Christ/Mary Consciousness heart, the beating pulse of connection to ONE and ALL with pulsing compassion for self and others. The Higher Heart forms the pulsing center for which our Merkabahs launch and vibrate. We are sitting in the ‘driver’s seat’ as our 5D Self and our Star Seed/Healed Inner Child is in our laps, powering our Merkabahs with frequencies of wonder, magic, innocence, and JOY.

During our group calls over the last year, as I have been co-leading the guided meditations, I can feel this circle forming between all of us in the ‘room’….linking us within the circle is the activation of our sacred human column in which we all ‘look’ like pure white shining, glistening trees with our cosmic hearts pulsing pink and green energies. Rays of light are coming from this pulsing energy and they join together between us, creating a ring moving in a clockwise direction. It is beautiful!! Each of us an individual soul spark of consciousness while connecting in a ring of Oneness through the Higher Heart center. A sense experience of sacred humanity!

It is this UNITY feeling, yet recognition of our individual soul uniqueness that is created during Unity Meditations where intentions align. The recent ascension energies seem to greatly support this kind of coming together. Guided Meditation To Activate Your Higher Heart And Self Forgiveness W/Divine Sophia And Jelelle Awen

Sharing the love! Here is a NEW guided meditation by me, recorded yesterday, spontaneously and in the moment….letting Divine Sophia energies come through, flood into my space, and into yours. I’ve been wanting to record a guided meditation with Her since the music that plays in this meditation ‘found’ me a few months ago. There is a beautiful bridge of our divinity/angelic nature in this meditation TO our sacred humanity and the BEST of what makes us human….our heart’s capacity for FEELING, forgiveness, and compassion.

These frequencies of self forgiveness that can then extend to others are SO needed right now as we journey into the depths of 4D (fourth dimensional or death/rebirth) transitional consciousness as a collective and individually too. Sophia reminds us that ‘we are already forgiven’ by the Divine as there is NOTHING that parts of us or Metasoul aspects of us are doing or being that isn’t part of Divine align.

The main energy of this meditation is creating the space to FEEL, to be with what comes up….to fall asleep with peace in your heart or to sob out what needs to come up and be released. I have always experienced that the Divine holds space for this range of my BEing and feeling and I am sharing that cocoon space with you here….

Sophia is the feminine bridge for humanity during the ascension process. In today’s video, Day 31 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I guide you in a meditation to bring in the frequencies of the Blood Blue Supermoon Lunar Eclipse of January 31, 2018 – the first one in 150 years. I guide you through in the moment integration of these codes into your chakras and especially your higher heart. The higher heart chakra is an important one connected to Unity Consciousness and ascension to fifth dimensional consciousness.

I speak light language that feels to be from my Lemurian Metasoul aspect named Rae-Na. I linger in the higher heart to guide you in feeling your higher heart; how open it is or closed; what its pains are; what is aches/desires are. The higher heart activation leads to unification with all aspects of yourself connecting in love, compassion, curiosity, ambassadorship.

I also offer about the shifting from primarily processing energy through your third chakra (personal will) and to processing from your Higher Heart (service of love self). Archangel Metatron comes in to represent the Divine Masculine (the sun). Goddess Sophia and Mother Gaia come in to represent the Divine Feminine (the moon and the earth.)

In today’s video, Day 21 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about the codes/information/visions/messages/upgrades that are available through ascension energies of love and photonic light. An important aspect of opening up to these codes is to activate your ascension chakras. I offer a model here which I read about from spiritual teacher Diana Cooper and why it is important to connect with them.

I then lead you in a guided meditation to connect with Divine Feminine energies in Sophia and Divine Masculine energies through Archangel Metatron. You then connect with all of your ascension chakras, one at a time, starting with the Stellar Gateway or ‘personal sun chakra’ and moving all the way down to the earth chakra, two feel below your physical feet. You then run energy up and down in a channel flow which helps you connect to the cosmic energies while remaining grounded to Gaia.

In today’s video, Day 11 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I am connecting to the codes that are available today. The 1:11:11 portal seems to be offering us support for our ongoing Metamorphosis and journey inward, upward, and onward into more experience of New Earth Now!

The majority of this video today is the offering of a guided meditation with me to bridge to the ascension energies that are available. Goddess Sophia and Archangel Metatron join us, providing Divine masculine and feminine support. You connect with the Great Cosmic Sun and also visualize and download the codes that are available to you from this source. Those codes come in whatever form you meant to see and receive.

I wish you could SEE yourself as I do. That you could SEE your light that wants to glow, show, come through every living cell. A star in human form, walking around star shine BEAMING, and star dust stuff in your every molecule of DNA.

I wish you could FEEL yourself as I can. That you could feel your precious human heart that is the JEWEL of your species, that which makes you a beacon in all the Universes. Every tear containing the codes to unlock compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and empathy. So many levels and layers to each feeling!

I wish you could BE yourself as I perceive you to BE. That you could be authentic without hiding, conforming, shrinking, or denying to anyone or anything. Your self consciousness or self judgement held by parts of you could be released and healed and your TRUE self FREE to BE in all moments.

I wish you could REMEMBER yourself as I remember you. That you could remember you are a reflection of Divine Source, that you ARE Infinite Love in human form. Your reclaiming of your birthright around this embodiment providing waves of trust and support as you undergo your journey of awakening and remembering.

I wish you could SERVE yourself as I serve you. That you could serve love TO yourself and all the parts of you that need your compassion, care, and re-parenting. That you could serve love to all the soul aspects from your Metasoul that are hurting, in trauma, suffering, all alone, existing in many timelines. ~

I talk about how this message is an invitation to your 5D Self to show up and see yourself as these higher dimensional BEings and the Divine does. This message is an invitation for you to share and serve love TO you and parts of you AND from that overflow, then, WITH others.

Parts of you start changing how they see themselves because of the mirror you show them, which is in more alignment with how the Divine sees you. I talk about the Inner Punisher part of you that may flatten desires, dreams, and filters your ability to see and feel your own bigness. This part is created due to our 3D culture that judges, contends, criticizes, and compares. Often the inner judging/punishing is a defense and protection that is going on inside of you and these energies are internalized to ‘put you down first’ before someone else can.

So much projection can be put onto God, the Divine, Angels, etc. that comes from a punishing energy inside that is projected onto the outside, saying that you need to be saved, redeemed, etc in order to be worthy of connection and access to these BEings. The message I’ve received and share here is about how big you really ARE, not broken, not needing fixing, and that the Divine wants to celebrate you remembering this. This message doesn’t have a punisher in it, doesn’t make parts of you feel shame; it is something that is based in love.

I also talk about transactabilty and relationality with the Divine and Guides and how much they want to ‘land’ and have their message go out. The gifts go both ways without anyone ‘losing, without a cost or with someone as the victim or ‘something bad’ happening. In 5D relationships, no one loses anymore and everyone (and every BEing) gains love!
