In The Darkness The Queen Is Born

It’s hard to share and write as much when I am in the depths of feeling darker emotions and shadow aspects of myself. It feels so vulnerable for my parts to show the depth of grief, unworthiness, self loathing and entitlement they are feeling. For younger parts it can feel dangerous to show these feelings, as they are so conditioned to be good, nice and keep quiet. Yet to show up as the woman I know I am, this process of welcoming, owning and revealing the darkness feels like a key part of maturation and embodiment.

As I danced this morning with the darkness, I could feel how alive and juicy it feels to dance, feel and express these darker emotions. There is a power within them, that feels so connected to embodying and stepping into my Queen. To push intensity and darkness away, to hide from it and make it ‘not ok’, I feel like I am pushing away essential parts of myself as a woman. My passion, my pleasure, my joy, my purpose are all being suppressed along with them. 

There have been times these past weeks where my parts feel like they are drowning in the darkness, like they will never find their way through. To be honest that can still feel like the only reality as I, Deya, am still growing my capacity as a space-holder for my parts, and am still becoming the container that they can rest into and feel held within, rather than becoming them.

I don’t think I have ever felt so shaky in my life. Even as I feel a strength in sharing these words in the moment, once they are out in the world, the unworthiness, fear and anxiety will surely arise as they keep doing. The more I am choosing to step up and shine, to be more authentic, to follow my desire to be in service to Love and to be in intimacy with others, the more these shadows are being revealed.

It feels like there are now no other options, no more hiding places; there is no way to go but IN. To be authentic, to serve and to live in joy includes all of the uncomfortable emotions, to Love and be in intimacy with myself, with life and with others includes them all too. To be a Queen means being willing and brave enough to face the shadows. To be a Queen means to lead by example with a loving, empathetic heart to the feelings of others, because she is in a deep, real and intimate relationship with her own and knows the challenges that will be faced on this journey through her own lived experience.

Remembering Our Starseed Essence

Every week the parts and themes we are feeling and connecting with through the ‘Free To Be Two’ group calls seem to be naturally interconnected, offering me a much bigger picture of myself, the world, and the Universe. 

My Inner Teenager, Yasmin, feels so connected to the collapse of the 3D Matrix. Feeling her is helping me collapse the matrices inside at the same time as I’m witnessing them collapse on the outside. Feeling where she was ‘plugged in’ through the school systems and birth family templating is helping me unravel all the beliefs and ideas she holds about who she is meant to be. 

Last week I could feel her in the school corridors, overwhelmed and unprepared for the huge transition that it was. I could feel her innocence, as she carried my Inner Child in her arms wearing PJ’s and holding a teddy bear. She quickly learnt to ‘grow up’ and hide her Inner Child and innocence so she could ‘fit in’ and ‘survive’. This created so much depression which I can still feel here now, as hidden with her childhood innocence was also her curiosity, her creativity, her sense of purpose, and her multi-dimensional connections.

Something that feels so rich within my Inner Child is this connection to the magic, to the mysterious, and to the stars. As life got denser through living in 3D, I forgot about the magical essence of my Inner Child as she seemed to get further and further away. I am now remembering her and feeling how she has been there all along as the one who was questioning everything and longing for Home. 

She feels like my Starseed, who is revealing herself organically as Yasmin is deeply digesting her experiences this life. She feels expansive, curious, and open to all the possibilities in this Universe. She restores the magic in this existence and reminds me of the bigger picture of all that is happening in our world right now. 

Connecting with my Starseed brings me into a deep peace within, as she helps me remember I have never been alone and that those who I have longed to go home to were always here with me, inside me, every step of the way.

I’ve been asked many times over the years for a book that would put everything altogether in terms of what we are offering with the SoulFullHeart process and about navigating Ascension. We go to so many places and at such depth and breadth with what we offer that I so get why that it is useful to have an overview and summary of the content in ONE place. This book is THAT place!

I needed to serve in 1:1 sessions and groups and within our community for the last several years for the clarities in this book to arise. They truly were inspired by and come from the amazing souls who tried out and leaned into this process in whatever ways that they did. I so thank those women especially who did 1:1 sessions with me over the years as you informed and enriched this writing and this offering in so many ways.

I am blessed as a soul gift to be able to somehow download and assimilate experiences into a paradigmatic offering as I do in this book. This book is also the assimilation of my own awakening journey for the last 15 years and my sacred union experience with Raphael Awen and within community.

Deeper Intimacy With Self Through The Explorations With Money

Wow, what a topic money is. I feel so many layers and parts wrapped into the explorations with money. One of the things that Jelelle Awen offered in the SoulFullHeart Free To Be Two group call about money this week, was how some can relate to money as a false god. This landed straight away as what I experienced within my family, how earning money gave meaning to life and felt like the only meaning to life as there was no spirituality or religion in my upbringing. I feel how my Inner Masculine, David, took this on and how my Inner Child, Yazzy, was stifled by this. Since she was always so multi dimensional, she didn’t believe this to be true, but as there was no one bringing any other meaning, she became capped by that.

I remembered a time when a male family member said to me that β€˜money is the only thing that matters in the world’. At the time, I was blown away that anyone could believe that. As I feel it now, I feel so much density in that picture of our world, the lack of joy or spaciousness in it. As I feel David, I sense this energy within him as the conditioning he received from birth family members. 

Right now I am in a transition into a new way of being and earning money, that is bringing light to David’s relationship to money.  I hold and feel a lot of trust around money after years of transitioning and exploring money. This transition has grown into a deeper awareness and understanding of a greater meaning of life, as well as what abundance looks and feels like to me. 

I have learnt that abundance is many things. Not only money, but time, connection, vulnerability with others, space to BE. These all feel like abundance to me. I am coming to know and feel that my inner feeling of abundance is what draws abundance on the outside including financial abundance, even as that is still growing. For David, I feel him seeing this abundance coming in and seeing money coming in for offering my Soul Gifts, but he still does not FEEL abundant.

The group call has helped me feel this with him, his reality more of distrust and lack that he has been in and learnt throughout this 3D experience, sure that has been the 3D experience. One of the core beliefs I feel held in David is, β€˜there is never enough money’., I see how much this creates that reality for us because he is so focused on β€˜there is never enough’. He cannot appreciate or acknowledge it as it is coming in. I feel how it is the ability to be grateful for what IS, in the moment, that draws more of that thing to you, which of course is a journey, not something you can create through bypassing feeling the lack of gratitude. 

I feel how this lack of money belief is actually a cover up for lack of love, connection, communication and boundaries, it feels like. Money becomes this huge focal point when there is no other meaning to life. Money has become this huge elephant in the room, where we think about it, worry about it, are anxious about it, but we do not really honestly talk about it, at least in my experience and in this culture of my current geography. The shame, the guilt, the resentment around money is of course going to make it heavy and joyless. This feels like it creates blocks to, and a push/pull within us and our relationship to money, as well as abundance in general. 

I feel the lack of joy the Inner Masculine can hold around life in general, which then seeps into his relationship with/to everything else in life. I feel David feeling joyless, I feel him longing to experience joy as my other parts do, his sadness that he cannot seem to meet them there. Yet I feel how no one has ever asked him what he likes, what the meaning of his life is, and how he has been disempowered throughout this 3D experience too.

So now there is this new ground to walk out with him, where he is included and wanted, where he gets to feel and heal too because he is valued by me through this process. So this is where talking about money leads us, perhaps not straight away to more money, although I feel that coming in but to deeper connection, understanding and intimacy with our parts, and with each other eventually too.

Welcoming Everything In Closer, Sacred Union Within

This past month has been a deep dive with my Inner Teenager, Yasmin. We have been digesting so much together and navigating many timelines collapsing and arising. 

It has been a very tender time of feeling the reality of her experiences in this life, especially how she has been in relationship with others. Yasmin has always been such an open book, I have felt in this time of less sharing how her openness hasn’t always come from a place of self love. I’ve been feeling how she has shared such deeply intimate details of her life with others, with anyone really, because she so deeply longed to be felt, seen and heard… something she didn’t receive much of.

As we digested together, I have been writing but when it has come to sharing publicly, I am becoming more sensitive to her vulnerability. I am learning that instead of sharing, I can let her land more inside of me, letting her feelings be felt and validated by me, by Jelelle Awen and by those closest to me, who I feel safe with. Rather than trying to understand, I am learning to listen. To listen to her stories, the ones she has buried deep down and disconnected from. Feeling all the things she could not feel in other times of her life because she wasn’t safe to.

I am realizing all she has ever truly wanted was to be welcomed in all that she is and all that she feels, rather than only being desired, wanted or welcomed in certain energies of who she is. Her tears were so close this morning. I feel how other parts of me have learnt to try to fix her or push aspects of her emotional reality away. I feel how she also experienced this in all of her relationships to varying degrees.

As I moved and danced, I welcomed all of her in closer than ever before, all her tears, all her longing. She felt unsure at first, as tears have always been hard for her to feel without someone else holding space. As her tears were always hidden and not welcomed, it has taken me a long time to realize that they can be. As I grow through this process as a space holder, I am able to offer her a new narrative around tears and sadness, as I see more and  more how her longings and tears are the doorway to our desires for life.

She cried. She let go into me, resting more into the pain in her heart. It felt beautiful. It feels like the beginning of a new relationship, except this one is just with me. I want all of her because I know how much she has held alone, how much wisdom she holds because of that. I feel how deeply she loves when she is welcomed in all of who she is, and how the pain of not being welcomed has broken her heart open to life.

I sense some deeper layers of heartbreak arising, feeling the pain of relationships that didn’t work out and the times it has felt to her that people wanted her but only certain parts of her. The feeling of not being wanted in her fullness touches these tender tears. There is a growing sense of gratitude to those people who weren’t ready for all of her. I am a stronger woman because of it, who feels love for and loved by every aspect that makes up this expression of me. I no longer have to be more than or less than. I can be me, this beautiful bliss mess embodied as a woman. Trusting that as I love myself and see myself more and more, I will attract others who can only show up for the same.

Energy Update: Light At The End of The 3D/4D Tunnel Timelines

There are many timelines playing out right now, running concurrently to each other, overlapping and entwining each other. The timelines you are tuned into and tracking are the ones that offer something to your soul in terms of digestion, connection to soul purpose service, and personal process. Making these timelines PERSONAL and feeling them as a portal for self discovery moves you beyond just tracking mentally what is going with them or reacting in strong emotional states without consciousness around WHY you are reacting.

Many souls are riding waves between these timelines, dipping in and out of them, and some finding their anchor again in 5D energies that feel most like home to their soul. There is a lot of reactivity going on in parts of people connected to these timelines….strong contentions and arguments as well, even a rise in domestic violence occurring and many fights erupting online as well. This transition, this ‘crisis’, is offering a discovery ground within relationships where there is deeper resonance and where there is dissonance. The previous compartments no longer exist and truth can be seen. When life ‘as usual’ pauses, it is an invitation to notice and discover what has been going on in all areas of life that maybe being busy, doing, and the 3D routine were covering up. It is a polarizing energy to feel in the contentious energy that is coming up and yet these are the base tones of humanity’s experience in duality here in 3D that need to come up and out.

At the same time, there is a stronger desire and intention toward creating and becoming the higher 5D timeline of New Earth that is arising in many souls right now. Souls that are tuned into and awakened to 5D are feeling the opportunity that this shut down and detox from 3D life is offering all of us. We are coming together in virtual soul tribe gatherings and even finding each other 1:1 in increasing rates. Soulmates in particular are drawn to each other right now…or relationships that were more based in fear and codependency are falling apart and completing so that soulmate bonds can come together in service of love. There is a growing sense of arising out of the ashes of necessary disclosure and collective awakening on 3D levels to the come together as sacred humanity to live out our higher expressions of Infinite Love inside human bodies.

The recent Supermoon served to bring in amplification of these emotional states, both the bliss and the mess and the range in between. The moon’s Divine Feminine energies of illumination and revelation helps to bring up what needs to come up right now, as messy as it may be and even painful. There is so much that has been suppressed, numbed out, and coped with in the collective emotional body that is overdue to be felt and processed that can now more be seen and felt as the 3D self and Inner Masculine slows down from the usual routines of doing, earning, accomplishing, etc.

This is what I am seeing and feeling is going on in the specific timelines right now in these current phase of much that is still remaining hidden, soon to be revealed.

3D Timeline – There is a growing restlessness in accepting everything at face value as presented, especially as the information is becoming increasingly contradictory and dissonant even from ‘mainstream’ sources. Who to trust on the outside as a reliable source is coming into question, which brings the soul back into themselves, to discover their own truth, to connect back with their intuition. What has been a source of security for many people their entire lives in shifting now into being questioned, which is uncomfortable for them.

There is most likely a growing anxiety in many people over practical concerns, getting basic survival needs met, pushed up as the usual sources of income and money are not as available. Businesses are closing down now, probably not to open up again. This is uncomfortable for the 3D Self that has sought safety and security above all else. They are needing to be more creative, in some cases to ask for help, to look to community for support, to be more vulnerable in their needs. Family relationships in 3D may be becoming strained as well, when those who been used to being apart most of the time and in their compartments of work/school/social life are now put together in one living space.

The rumors and whispers (which are becoming louder and louder everyday) of a possible very effective treatment for the coronavirus in hydroxychloroquine are starting to come through, with glimmers of hope to the completion of this lock down/shut down phase to move on. The contentions around this treatment are revealing the darker energies with previously hidden agendas (such as the Cabal/Deep State) for more souls to digest. My sense is that this treatment will eventually become widely available to all who want to take it and this will release the constraints on social, economic and daily life realities….when the timing is right to support the other timeline that is going on.

3D/4D Timeline – Light at the end of the tunnel…this is the deeper ‘battle’ going on beyond the virus ‘pandemic’ as presented and hugely inflated in 3D. In this timeline is the ongoing activities and processes (the operation or mission) toward the take down/collapse of the Cabal or Deep State, long operating behind the scenes in most of our economic/governmental/entertainment, etc. systems for thousands of years. The Cabal members are being arrested, detained, shut down by an Alliance formed of Q, Trump, and other governmental allies. The Deep State have often been public players with hidden and darker agendas that are now becoming exposed.

One of the big operations going on in this timeline is the rescue of many abused children and women from underground tunnel networks and military bases used to hide them by the Cabal. This is where 3D meets 4D as the satanic belief systems that fuel these dark activities are also revealed. Those souls in the Cabal answer to those in higher up positions and are being programmed/manipulated/mind controlled at a 4D level of AI from the Archonic Group. The Archonic Group itself has been in a disclosure process with more souls becoming aware of them and how they ‘work through’ humans at a 3D level through the 3D/4D control matrix. I’ll be sharing more soon about downloads I’ve been receiving from my Reptilian aspect Simone related to what is happening in the 4D Archonic dimension around a collapse and rewiring and exodus of them to other timelines as humanity awakens and unplugs from the 3D Matrix. This is an important mutual liberation process going on that I’ve been sharing about for the last few months.

This process of revelation feels like it will become much more public in the next few weeks, in whatever ways suit the overall process and probably in controlled amounts that can be digested. More proof of this narrative will be provided so those who have long seen this timeline are no longer in the position of proving it and defending it. No longer being called crazy and conspiracy theorists, yet rather to be seen as being ahead of the collective mainstream because their souls chose to serve this role for others. This is a sort of redemption time for the black sheep of humanity’s family…the visionaries, the empaths, the star seeds, and the sensitives so long abused and ostracized and misunderstood. We are moving into a deeper role of leadership and being wayshowers for others newly waking up.

From a 5D perspective, there is a neutrality, an observation of all this going on with love and compassion and without taking any sides. I am feeling to track these timelines right now in ways that still allow me to preserve my own energy and not overhold too much around it, to remain in frequencies of goodness and even bliss in moments. My focus is on my service of love expression to myself, those in my community, in sessions/group calls, and to the collective. In this focus, I take in what information that I need in order to share about it, yet not to get lost in the often very intense and dark energies that are flying around right now.

I feel we are learning discernment as we go into deeper levels of this transition process. Souls that are more anchored to 5D are finding their way ‘back’ there as they adjust to the personal transitions that may be coming as a result of this process….and land in Divine trust and surrender again. Feeling and holding space for parts of you that are in reaction, may still be anchored to 3D realities and are now detoxing, connecting to timelines with collapse trauma can help to digest what is coming up during all this.

My overall sense remains that we are being held with MUCH LOVE during this process. There are collapses happening, deaths and rebirths too. Yet, these are changes needing to be made to move us into our sacred humanity evoluntary timeline that is waiting for us and available within at all moments. The Divine is there for us, within us, as we seek in more vulnerability for support…we will always find the Divine answering it with reassurance, compassion, and love.

VIPKid/PalFish: Teaching ESL Online w/ Kalayna Solais & Raianna Shai

We’re living in uncertain times, and both Raianna and Shai and I are deeply grateful for our online jobs that are sustaining us and have sustained us for years now. We felt to introduce them to YOU as a possibility for you to feel into if you’re feeling insecure about money or just want to feel into a job that allows for a lot more flexibility in your daily life yet also pays really well! This makes it ideal for anyone who is transitioning to heart and soul purpose work or wants more space to focus on their own healing without also having a day job that takes up a lot of energy and ‘time’ and is feeling less and less aligned with who you ARE at your core as you heal, evolve, and ascend.

In some ways, you could say that teaching ESL online has been a β€˜best-kept secret’ for a few of us in the SoulFullHeart community, though not really a β€˜secret’ since we’ve mentioned it a few times in other videos too! It’s been a blessing since it’s supported us to serve love through the SoulFullHeart process, whether holding space for ourselves/parts of us or others, without any stress or pressure on SoulFullHeart itself to provide for all of our needs (though this is the ideal dream for sure).

Raianna and I share about our experiences with teaching on different ESL platforms called VIPKid and PalFish. We want to offer a series of videos on this topic, giving you some tips if you do decide to apply for either (or both) companies and also offering a sense of what it’s been like to work for them, what the perks are, and how to get yourself going in this job. We also discuss the requirements and qualifications needed for the job, the hours you’ll likely be working, etc.

In this issue, we celebrate the Sacred Feminine that arises from deep within the heart and soul of every healing woman, in honour of International Women’s Day and beyond too. Jelelle and the Magdalenes lead the way with a piece that truly evokes this sense of celebration and a deep reclaiming of the feminine within too:

Healing And Transmuting Trauma With Love

Trauma is coming up to be felt and healed in this clearing out year of 2020. Trauma creates a dense frequency vibration in our emotional bodies, our physical bodies, and our energy bodies and we ALL have it as a residue from the experience of being in 3D reality. Trauma can be deeply subconscious and hidden by our veil of amnesia. Essentially, trauma cannot ‘come with us’ into the New Earth timeline, personally or collectively. Healing trauma is KEY to our ongoing Ascension process into 5D sacred humanity.

The trauma can seem bigger than you……esp. when you are shaking with it, quaking with it, and ‘fused’ to it in those situations that trigger it. In the moments and memories of trauma acting like magnets to keep parts of you stuck in looping around the same suffering seconds over and over again even as your body ages and time ‘goes on’. With the PTSD symptoms that can seem so overwhelming as they move through.

When it feels like the trauma is bigger than you, then the pain becomes more real than joy. When it feels like the trauma is unhealable, the fear claims more ‘real estate’ and space than love. When it feels like the trauma is unknowable, the confusion overcomes any clarity.

You may doubt your capacity to hold space for the feeling and processing of trauma as you haven’t been templated and shown and supported to do this. 3D consciousness offers the next drug, the next diversion, the next quick fix, the next substitution as an answer to this trauma. Even spirituality can answer healing trauma with methodologies and means that actually just create MORE and NEW trauma.

These fixes then will somehow try to take the place of your SOUL big and HEART big presence that is MOST needed here. These things will try to provide a poor replacement for the richness of SELF love that is MOST required here.

During these moments that caused trauma (from this life and other lifetimes), the parts of you that experienced them felt like they were alone and they BECAME the traumatic experience with no way to digest it, especially your Inner Child and Inner Teenager. As you become a loving, compassionate, non-judgemental presence that can BE with them during these traumatic moments, supported by Divine energies and higher dimensional soul aspects/guides, these parts of you can digest the trauma and move into a new timeline beyond the experience of it.

The ONLY energy that offers true transmutation is love. Anything lesser or denser or coming from a fix it/judgemental place can’t offer the transmutation of trauma that love can. As you become this loving transmutational energy, so are all parts of you and their traumas able to become the LOVE again that they truly are in their essence. This can happen miraculously, in the moment when love is offered to the parts of you of self and soul that most need it….even lifetimes of patterned trauma can transmute to love in one moment. I have seen this happen again and again in just minutes in session after session.

The transmutation of the trauma, the lightening up and healing of it that you experienced from this life and other lifetimes is an essential aspect of your ongoing Ascension and awakening process. As you transmute it into love again, so you are able to raise your vibrational frequency TO love.

Head/Neck/Shoulder Pain Increases With Causal Chakra Activations & 3D/4D Matrix Reboots

Galactic activations are accelerating and deepening with the rebooting process going on in the 3D and 4D Matrix control systems. This rebooting process seems to be allowing more souls to get free from the Matrix. Many of you shared in the comments about feeling the head/neck/shoulder pain that often indicates a causal chakra/galactic consciousness activation that is coming through to support this reboot.

These activations through light codes provided by the Divine, your soul, and your galactic family then encounter the Reptilian brainstem/3D Matrix infrastructure that remains and AI/One Mind Lower 4D Matrix plugs and caps that I shared about in this writing: https://soulfullheartblog.com/2020/01/20/unplugging-liberation-of-the-3d-4d-matrix-reptilian-timelines/

The pain can be the relationship between these blocks in your auric field from being plugged into the 3D control matrix for so long AND ALSO for your Reptilian Self who is plugged into THEIR AI Matrix at the 4D Level. The back of the head, neck and shoulder pain is often related to these blocks and sometimes the recovery after the plugs have been dissolved through awakening (although it’s usually not as sharp of a pain, yet rather more like an ache that wants some warmth, like a sore muscle.) Sometimes this pain is ‘bleed through’ from your Reptilian Self’s timeline.

The top of the head pain, center of the skull piercings, and third eye/forehead aches can be about the caps and helmets in the auric field to block the pineal and pituitary glands and the calcification that happens of them within the 3D and 4D Matrix. These glands want to expand into their full size and capacity yet there is a detox process around that, plus eventual need of removal of any caps to continue the Ascension process. These glands activating, plus the causal chakra upgrading and opening wide, plus ALL of our DNA activating makes for a fully empowered sacred human anchoring into 5D reality WITHIN the body. It makes for our Ascension.

The pain is literally a portal though in that as you respond to it, you are able to discover these means of blocking and suppressing that your soul has chosen on a higher level in order to immerse into 3D reality. In this way, your Reptilian Self has chosen the AI/One Mind programming to experience THAT and both the suffering and the growth that comes from being liberated from it.

Many of you resonated and appreciated my recent message about the mutual liberation, forgiveness, and love that is needed to be offered to the Reptilians during this next phase of our Ascension process. You appreciated the less fear-based and gentler approach of what I was offering that comes from my own personal exploration of these grounds with the Reptilians within my Metasoul. Once I learned about the Matrix reality and the Archons several years ago, I quickly shifted to a love-based approach to offer healing for my own soul and as a bridge for others to navigate and liberate themselves (and their Reptilian selves!) with love rather than stigma and fear.

Not to go to battle with each other or to see them as purely β€˜evil’, which just continues BOTH of our enslavements…..yet rather to find resolution together that allows for the highest timeline for us ALL.
