Whenever I hear, sing, feel this song lately, I feel not only my own soul’s heartache and hope for what’s happening in the world, but I also feel the Divine holding out its arms in invitation to all who are ready to let in more love and support at this and any time.

I felt to share this song with you in my own voice (a very vulnerable thing for parts of me!) and I truly hope that the message/transmission of Divine love lands deeply in your heart, parts, aspects who may be suffering or simply feeling a ton right now.

Maybe it’s readiness
That draws the curtains on our fate.
And maybe readiness has never been about
anything missing,
wrong,
or unmastered.

Maybe readiness has always been about
Now letting in
All the love there always is to receive,
being willing to go in
and feel
Where, how, why
Certain pockets of our being,
Certain parts within our heart,
Certain aspects of our vast soul
Put aside love as any possible answer
To any pain, ache, or desire.

Maybe…
Maybe it’s the vulnerability
Of humbly feeling unready
That brings in the openings we crave and cave into?
Perhaps it’s mostly in our humility,
Our willingness to start all over again,
Our ability to feel it all,
Where we feel our Divine calling to love
And be love
To experience deep and soulful romantic love
To draw to us our fated encounters,
Our synchronized alignments,
And our most beloved unfolding
Into everything we are
And are now ready to claim
…And be claimed by.

The Divine, the Great Love that holds us steady
through the tumult.
The energy inspiring our growing centres,
Encouraging, always, our deepening trust in all there is to endure,
Brings us homeward to ourselves
In ever-unexpected ways
Through waves of grief, fear, longing,

We are everything

An Entirely New Future That’s In You To Choose – An Invitation To Men

In this video, I offer an invitation to men to step into an entirely new future that doesn’t represent the flatness or depression or anxiety of the past.

This is an appeal to the Lion King that lives inside of each of us, to embrace sovereign and autonomous choice to choose the resources you see around you to assist you in taking those steps.

I’d like to be a part of that support team in any way I can. This invitation today is particularly sent out to the men as they seem a bit reticent to step into the ground of heart based healing, compared to women, and honestly, I’ve been feeling how in some ways, I’ve been a bit reticent to serve that in men. That’s changing now, as we all resolve our sacred reasons for needing our time behind the veils that we did. I see a round table of brothers coming together, healing within meaningful risk taking community.

This is an invite to come into a closer orbit with myself, Soulfullheart, and as men, also with Gabriel Amara whose heart and journey is a HUGE resource to any man seeking to fulfill the soul journey they laid out for this life for themselves.

There may be a particularly troubling thing affecting you very profoundly, that feels like a deep hindrance to a part of you. I’d like to help you see the portal in that opportunity, and in that to find a grace and pace to help you move that reality into a new one, to move that timeline trajectory into a new one. That’s actually the easy part, the harder part for us as men is I find to ask for help, to vulnerably admit where more of the same life going forward feels depressing and uninteresting for you. That’s the beginning of adventuring into the unknown, adventuring into your BIGness and soul purpose which takes choice, vulnerability and leadership.

But I believe, that you, like me aren’t willing and wanting to settle for anything less. You’ve been there, done that and lost the t-shirt a long time ago.

The epic times we are living in can make for a very heightened vibration of anxiety as everything is unfolding in sped up timelines, but these times can also make huge steps into karmic healing, resolution, and ambassadorship into your soul purpose expression, and doing that connected to meaningful ongoing relationships that are deepening in transparency and aliveness.

Becoming A Lighthouse Serving Love As A Beacon For Humanity

For a couple of years, I had been receiving the imagery of a lighthouse up on a cliff with a stretch of beach as ‘refuge’ and crashing and rough seas below. We even used this imagery during group meditation calls in which the beach was replaced by a battlefield of polarized energies representing the bifurcation going on in humanity. We invited any ‘lost parts’ and wounded healers who were lost at sea or on the battlefield to join us up in the lighthouse.

The invitation from my Divine/Higher Self has been to truly BECOME this lighthouse and beacon for myself, my community, and for humanity. In this lighthouse energy, there isn’t a sacrificial healer who runs down into the ocean to ‘save and rescue’ anyone there. There isn’t climbing down the cliff to meet anyone ‘halfway’ and do the ‘work’ or healing for them.

Yet, rather, it is about remaining in the lighthouse, in the higher frequency, in the possibilities. And, to not abandon the beacon of safety that the lighthouse offers in order to ‘feel better’ for any kind of ego gratification achieved from an immediate rescue…..yet humbly wait with patience and trust for those who are truly ready to HEAL THEMSELVES.

My pattern (in my soul and in this life) was to become too much this kind of sacrificial healer and disconnect from my own needs, desires, energy, and TRUE feelings/truth as well. I would so deeply feel the person’s suffering and pain, especially of the young parts like the Inner Child, and hold too much of that in a way that was caretaking them, continuing service relationships too long beyond a place that was beneficial for both, and not being challenging enough when needed.

To become the lighthouse is to trust that those souls meant to be drawn in resonance AND reverence will be, with their sovereignty in tact and soul’s choice (and their Gatekeeper’s choice) leading them and yet too you ‘get’ to be yourself in every way that is authentic.

These soul family members will find and be drawn to the lighthouse energies as a means of temporary reflection of THEIR bigness and their light. They will then be ready to leave (to large degree) the suffering patterns and loops that have kept them stuck, suffering, in pain, feeling unworthy, and in fog/confusion for many lifetimes. The souls who are becoming complete with the churny seas of the Matrix reality and the rough waters of the seemingly never ending karmic cycle will lead the process themselves and all you are really doing is supporting and guiding when needed.

I now have the ongoing sense in sessions and in group calls of becoming this lighthouse. There is a renewed feeling of being grounded in Divine Mother’s heart and in my center, serving from there with transparency, being current, and direct with care…..even challenging if needed with lots of love and compassion. I can then open up with the Divine a higher dimensional safe space where the magical merging of chakras, soul fields, hearts, and wombs/haras happens just by closing our eyes and ‘going in’ together. In this space, there is quantum healing occurring on both the deeper personal levels and collectively as well.

During this communion during ‘sessions’, I may offer intuitions or insights that come in or channel soul/star family as needed….but truly it is a collaboration between me and the healer/higher self in that person. It is not a ‘reading’ in the typical sense at all, as what really empowers the healing of heart and soul is the discoveries made by YOU, not someone telling you information that you may or may not be ready to receive or even meant to receive yet.

We invite your Inner Protector and Gatekeeper to open up the spaces and access that is truly ready without bypassing them in any way. This allows much more opening and acceptance AND quantum healing/completions of deep patterns as the ‘defenses’ allow and amplify it.

I have received the message many times that I ‘get to stay’ in a frequency where I feel comfortable in service, a self loving and self worth based frequency I have earned through humble worthiness embodiment that has taken many lifetimes to be able to access and transmit in this life through the SoulFullHeart process. And I am always reminded that this is possible only because the Divine allows it and supports it…and to surrender and let go of it as well when guided, as I have in the past.

I get then to invite those who are ready, who are drawn, and who are wanting to leave behind and TRULY complete the suffering that they’ve experienced as human in the Matrix reality through accessing the bigness I AM Divine essence remembrance from other lifetimes. I am sharing this message with you as if feels like so many previously ‘wounded healers’ are ready to move even more into service from a place of self worth and self love yet also connected humbly to the Divine.

It was so interesting then to have received this image and dimensional reality/transmission of the lighthouse for so long and then to actually BE standing in the exact spot in the physical recently. The lighthouse in the pic below is positioned on an ancient fort on a cliff hovering over the Atlantic Ocean near Nazare, Portugal. It has been a beacon for hundreds of years of safe habor for those sailors needing it, literally saving their lives just by existing and shining a light. This lighthouse is situated above a coastline that produces the largest waves in the world and is considering one of the most dangerous spots as well.

Yet, standing there by the lighthouse on that windswept cliff with the memory of the massive crashing and booming waves in the energy field of the place, I felt only a sense of safety, of purpose, and of ‘coming home’. I felt chills/God bumps at how, once again, the Divine had offered me something in etheric form first so I could calibrate and negotiate receiving it before experiencing it in the physical.

And now, I can go to this place that is rooted in the physical yet accessible in the etheric any time I want. And there are no people/crowds there or 3D energies around!

You ARE a lighthouse too. You ARE a beacon for those who need safe passage through the rough Matrix waters. You ARE a light in the dark for those who are ready to see and receive it.

Tune into what diminishes your light and WHY it does. Connect with the parts/soul aspects who are still in rescuer and savior mode with clients, mates, friends and family. Negotiate and offer these parts/aspects with Divine support a NEW way of being in loving service without the sacrifice and suffering.

‘Can You Come Out To Play?’ An invitation from Marvin, Raphael’s Inner Child

What would it take for you to come out and play again?

I know deep down, you really want to. But something has you to itself right now.

Is it a sadness that the joys you once had so much fun with are gone now?… And you don’t know how you could ever have that much fun again?

Or is it that you can’t see who would want to be with you and have your kind of fun?

I’m not trying to figure you out. You’re way too big of a being to be figured out. I just want you to come out to play again when you are ready to.

I do feel something for you, if you’d let me share it with you?

I can feel that life as you once knew it changed somehow, and you knew some really cool joys in that old life, but that life dried up and went away. You found something really, really cool, and now it’s gone. Now, you’re sad, and that’s okay.

I think I know something else too that I’d like to share with you if you’d let me. And that is that when people lose things like you lost, they don’t actually let themselves feel what they lost and how sad they actually are. They keep their tears inside. I did that for a long time. It’s like we don’t arrange and attend the funeral. I think I know something too about why we tend to do that, that it is about how we are afraid the tears will swallow us somehow, and we will be no more.

If that’s true, then it means people do actually want to come out and play again, I mean, if they are afraid of being no more, right? Because being no more, would mean never to ever play again.

What if life is trying to bring you your next kind of play that really is your kind of funnest fun, but you aren’t sure you are ready to risk losing again?,…because you haven’t seen how losing isn’t as sad as it seems, if you let yourself be sad, then the sadness moves, and you get to come out and play again…

You didn’t have to find the play that you once loved so much. It found you, and fun is trying to find you again.

I think that’s just the way it is. People are afraid to be sad because they aren’t sure they are ready just yet for their next fun, their next play.

It’s okay if you don’t think so. That’s just the way I do. I can be sad with you, if you’d like me to…., to feel what you lost and then maybe we can share tears together, which is one kind of play I like to have whenever I need to.

I’ve lost lots of things, but I always find that new things are wanting and ready to come in.

The Desire For What Really Matters In The Ascending Masculine

I know some things about the ascending masculine, if I could call it that.

Men who feel a conscious desire to excel and grow and matter in life, in love, in their relationships.

I know these things about you, because I’ve come to know them in myself.

There’s always much more to come to know, and one of the growth points for this ascending masculine is the challenge and willingness to feel like a beginner over and over again, to admit that there’s so much that can’t be delineated, measured or accurately described with the mental body.

It can only be felt with the heart.

My heart wants to grow beyond what feels like present limitations. I want to grow in being transparent with my world, to hide my real self less and less and less. I want to radiate that presence in the physical world around me and into all the soul connections and timelines I’m a part of.

Nothing else ‘matters’, for all that matters comes from the divine ‘Ma-ter’, from where we derive our word ‘Mother’. She Ma-ter-ializes all things that matter to me. In union with divine father, we have a template for reparenting all the parts of us who long for reunion.

What is it that is calling for your heart attention and choice? Do you have a sense of what wants to be next for you? Are you willing to be transparent with yourself and your world about what’s not working, what hurts like hell and what you do know about your calling and being?

It is so interesting to feel how the feminine has been willing to lead in this domain of really feeling and really healing. Mateship offers a huge growth ground, especially when it’s mutually chosen for one’s deepest growth and learning. Maybe that’s a big one for you as it has been for me.

Mary Magdalene Feast Day: The Flow & Invitation Of Her Energies

Connecting with Mary Magdalene on her ‘Feast Day’…

She is the dance of a woman in love with the Divine Masculine in heart and human counterpart.

She is the rose of sensual pleasures in ALL senses, in all ways, guiding us toward a love affair with life, inhabitation of our sexuality, embodiment of our physical expression, all while letting in that we are also Divine.

She is the template of womb healing, clearing, and honouring… of feeling what has been held there, what new alchemy wants to birth from there, and of getting ready to welcome in the love of the Beloved in Divine and human form there.

She is the beacon of what comes on the other side of female competition, comparison, and control.

She is an exquisite model of what it means to surrender deeply to the Divine as a sacred human woman, being in flow with what is true now and what is yet to arise.

She is the Mother, Sister, beloved Divine Feminine in all energies and ways we wish to connect with her within us, outside of us, and in deep feminine bonds with others.

She is an invitation into what wants to be reborn and reunions that want to take place as this process of forgiving what was once true is truly and deeply felt in this lifetime and others.

She will always be a beloved guide to me, an energy which I love to bring through for myself and others, and such a loving support during all times of heartbreak, longing, desire, letting go, and letting IN too.

The Pleasure and Pain of Sacred Union For The Feminine In Union/Separation/Being Single

Pleasure and pain…..sometimes the two energies mix together at once in a bitter sweet release of previously pent up frequencies. The bliss allows for the flow out and letting go of the mess. It is the water that makes it safe and self loving to release the oil. I felt this experience in love making with Raphael this morning, which part of me feels a little bit shy to share about yet it is also what is real and in my heart space this morning. I still feel mentally altered from it as well, so we will see if words can flow out from this space.

The pleasure was easy, waves of yummy goodness in my body in response to the loving attention and focus from my beloved, my masculine, and so many years of laying out the familiar pathways of known pleasure with each other. All these years and there is the opposite of flatness and numbness in our sexuality ground. Rather we both have the sense that we are being invited in this next phase into an even deeper ground of sacred union/hieros gamos/vesica pisces exploration.

We are being beckoned back into the bridal chamber to merge ALL of our chakras connecting as our bodies create a bridge in the physical while retaining our individual pillars of light expression. We look forward to exploring this bridal chamber ground even more together during our vacation to the Ocean next week.

The pain came mixed in with the orgasms, a shouting of it from my throat without self consciousness and a flood of tears afterwards. It didn’t feel personal to me. I felt the cry of the feminine move powerfully through me……her womb roar for the masculine to meet and match her, her heart cry over feeling so much yearning for him and him being unable to respond and claim her, her laboring cry wanting to birth the potent possibilities of their reunion that lives inside of her.

My womb has been full with service lately, showing up for more intros and 1:1 sessions with women than I have in a while. And, the main energies that want to be seen and the parts that want to be felt are around this aching and yearning feminine for her masculine counterpart and the experience of this push-pull journey. It has been so poignant and humbling and an honor to witness this in the feminine heart/soul/womb lately in sessions and in our sacred union activation group call for women this past Sunday as well. I feel so blessed to have signed up with my counterpart Raphael to actually ‘get to be together’ this life and to feel such a full claiming from him of our exploration, not just initially yet in every moment that we share between us…even in the necessary separations we have taken. I feel a responsibility from getting to experience this ongoing union with him when so many others are in various stages of separation from their counterpart. ALL of these stages are sacred and part of our growth, yet it is still a painful thing to feel the tender pain and longing of the feminine around this.

As my yoni provided the channel to release these pleasure pain energies, I felt my throat chakra intone a feminine roar and then a flood of light language. It felt like for all of the feminine collective. Raphael answered me in the same language of our souls and we flowed out tones beyond the mind….. activating, recoding our union and others in our field with the possibilities and opportunity for reunion.

I can feel how much is moving through both my womb space and Raphael’s hara (he wrote a call to men’s greatness through exploration of their heart today) as a transmission for those souls ready to receive it. We truly feel, live, and love in sacred union. Even my service with women is not me on my own holding space, yet lands in and is held by Raphael’s masculine heart as well. It’s a sacred time of new beginnings, challenging endings, and fertile reboots too. One aspect of our lives which is experiencing this cycle is our relationships, especially perhaps our romantic ones. Current energies moving through are supporting whatever process we need to be in around this and around our own individual Sacred Union paths if that is something our souls are called to embody and inhabit.
