You Keep Opening Up To Love: Invitation To Heal Your Inner Child And Other Parts Of You

You keep opening your heart to love. You do, because it is WHY you are here. To open, to share, to risk….even, sometimes, to break. So it feels like…..your heart is breaking into pieces and the parts that seem shattered speak to you then, saying, ‘This is me, all broken up. Will I ever come together again?’

These parts of you speak of hurt and loss that runs deep, much beyond this moment and even this present timeline and this current situation or circumstance. They flash you the slideshow scenes of previously forgotten pain that is now acutely aching again so you can understand it better, feel it, BE with it…..eventually help them be FREE from these frozen in fear moments.

These parts of you cry with you their tears that often weren’t allowed, permitted, or felt in the moment the pain was caused and harm received by others. These parts of you…..sometimes so, so young, precious, and innocent….can then be held by your and the Divine Mother’s forgiveness and compassion. They can become pure again until the light of your loving sun.

You keep holding the space for this process….BEing with what is real, allowing space to feel it ALL with ALL parts of you. You keep feeling because, on the other side of this pain, is the joy that is contained in every part of you.

On the other side of the fear, is the love that is the essence of every part of you.

On the other side of the shame, is the sense of innate goodness in every part of you.

Your Divine Self keeps finding support to trust this transmutational process. You trust it because it always moves to the other side eventually. Every movement offers the opportunity and possibility of moving on….even if it looks like ‘going in’ or looks like mourning. You hear ‘it’s time to move on now and let it go’ and so parts of you do, your previously occupied heart now empty, vacated, and ready to be filled up again by love…

You keep feeling the love that life is bringing, holding, offering you and these parts do too until they become more and more whole and integrated. You keep listening as Life says, “Keep opening UP, BEing with what is real and trusting the process. All that you desire and deserve is here, waiting until you are ready to receive it.”

‘Dying’ To Who You Were To Let In Who You Are Becoming

How many deep soul and heart callings do we try to avoid because of the fear of ‘death’ and not necessarily body-death?

When we make a choice no longer based on 3D reasoning but based on awakening and expanding, we ‘die’ to what was. This can be a dramatic or traumatic experience yet not always, as long as the time and space are claimed to be with the fears and tears along the way. As long as you are still giving ample love to the parts of you and soul aspects that need you…

When you choose yourself over another, usually that relationship then must enter a death and rebirth.

When you choose to land in the process of living on light and prana or even just letting go of meat, sugar, processed foods and adapting a more compassionate diet for self and planet, a whole way of life (which is what ‘diet’ means) is laid on a funeral pyre. It is something that parts of you may fear they can never revisit for they might just be forever changed by the new experience.

Whenever I enter a new phase with new choices, there’s a fear (less and less so over the years, yet still present at times) in parts of me that now we are becoming even less relatable to others or even relatable to ourselves. Meaning, will I, as ‘Kasha’ become a different being now with less tolerances for certain foods, energies, etc and what does that mean?

This is the sacred process of our personal ascension… to continue to awaken, to choose self-love, to choose compassion, to choose the higher frequencies we know we are born for and come from in our souls, and to let go of that which can’t or won’t come with us…

This death and rebirth process is frequent and sometimes painful for the parts of us that aren’t ready… their readiness though, shifts if you can feel them, not drag them. This is my experience even today, and the gifts of holding that much love within are truly immense!

The entire planet has been in a Great Awakening experience and none of us are exempt. We all must experience our own versions of ‘death’ and it’s up to us, to our individual souls and hearts, to choose whether or not we can lean into the phases of ‘dying’, trusting that the ‘rebirth’ experience will always be worth it.

Energy Update: Galactic Activations Through HUGE Sun Spot/Possible Flares, Eclipse Window & Winter Solstice Conjunction

Energy Update: My attention is being turned toward the cosmic in the last couple of days, which I haven’t been tracking as much in the last months due to so much going on in my own soul family activation process since coming to Avalon and what has been happening collectively in current events as well. This draw toward the galactic usually signals there may be more activity going on, including a next round of activations and upgrades through the usual sources.


There are most likely some strong solar flares coming as an ‘awakening boost’ for humanity’s consciousness as we currently go through the deepest densities of the disclosure process. These may be provided by AR2786–the biggest sunspot in years! This sunspot is now forming light bridges that are bright fissures ~15,000 km long, about as wide as Earth (pictured). These light bridges may be preparing to erupt into solar flares as they are highly explosive or they may disintegrate, according to spaceweather.com.


It feels like cosmic support is coming too in the upcoming full moon lunar eclipse happening on Monday, November 30th and the subsequent total solar eclipse on December 14, 2020. An eclipse window is usually a powerful time of clarities, galactic consciousness openings, and revelation of our next timeline manifestations. Both eclipses won’t be visible to very many of us physically, yet can be tuned into virtually to experience a powerful download!

I can already feel the energies building toward the winter solstice as well, December 21, 2020, with a sense of anticipation/importance about this date growing in the Ascension community. This winter solstice offers a powerful conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn, which happens once every 20 years. I’ll be feeling into this winter solstice event more with my guides around what it specifically offers us in terms of our ongoing embodiment of our Divine Self process during Ascension. We are already planning to hold a group transmission call by donation on that date with more information coming soon!

These cosmic activities feel like they can be a huge support right now during this dynamic and catalytic time! Parts of you may be feeling quite a range of emotions during all the ups and downs post-Election and with Covid restrictions/lockdowns becoming more intense again. There can be moments of huge excitement about FINALLY things being revealed and more souls waking up from the Matrix of mainstream conditioned reality. And, then, frustration at the controls being put even tighter in place as a ‘last gasp/last stand fight’ by these Matrix/Cabal energies. There can be hopelessness and even despair connected to that as well, that you may be feeling as a collective empath that have been vibrating within humanity’s collective emotional body since the fall of Atlantis/Matrix takeover.

Hold space for yourself as first priority….feeling what support and loving heart response parts of you need as navigation (not to transcend yet rather to FEEL it ALL). These cosmic sources from ‘outside’ also provide DNA and code activations from inside that allow access to a bigger perspective. Connect to the quantum field of Unity Consciousness within yourself as a new ‘anchor’ rather than 3D polarized reality.

The New Earth Story Centered In Ease

At any moment we can feel an ease or an unease. Choosing to consistently not feel and transmute the unease can lead to dis-ease, a store of this unhealthy energy.

While we are in the midst of global feardemic, the unease continues to rise with each news cycle and governmental decree in order to manage it, albeit in a haphazard way with no real clue as to what they are really doing other than adding fuel to dysfunction and dystopia. The unease barometer climbs.
So where can you find ease in this environment that is laden with traps everywhere you look? You know. It can only really be found in you. Always.

It can be found in breathing.
It can be found in giving.
It can be found in feeling yourself.
It can be found in connecting with animals and nature.
It can be found in meditating and music.

It can be found in tuning out the very things that bring that unease and tuning in to the parts of you that have been used to that uneasy feeling because it has always been there like a best friend, yet you didn’t realize it.

I have come to an awareness recently that unease was the way a part of me interfaced with the world. It was instituted at an early age and in my Metasoul. It became institutionalized inside of me and therefore nearly unconscious. A Pavlovian response to Life and Love.

I have had to see it and feel it. Hold it and love it. I had to ceremonially say goodbye to it as if it were a long-time lover. What would life really be like in ‘ease’ when all there has been is unease?

That is where we all get to co-write the New Script, not just edit the old one. Burn that shit up cuz it has no happy ending no matter what you do to it. Let’s start again…from the inside. Rewrite that code from the core of your being and let that Love Bug be the new virus.

With ease…

Invitation To The Sacred Magdalene Path Of Initiations, Healing, And Ascension

The sacred Magdalene path holds initiations and awakenings both foretold and unknown. It is a process where the phases of pause and reflection and inward-turning yield always to more openness for where service leads you on the outside… in all relationships you cherish and in this world that so aches and asks for that overflow of love.

This path is a model. It’s imperfect in a sacredly feminine (and masculine) way that humbly seeks healing, offers love in a purer and purer form, and invites the Ascension process within every individual to deepen in ways unexpected. Any seeking of perfection must fall by the wayside, to make room for what’s real, intense as that might be in moments… yet always moveable with the support of Divine love and compassion.

To claim your initiations along this path is a lifelong vocation, not ‘certified’ in mere days or even a few years of diligent study. Initiations align more so with intentions and surrender and less so with the tension of a fervent seeking sourced in unfelt pain, unworthiness, and ego-centered needs, though these are sacred portals if they are seen as such with care and curiosity.

Your mess, your bliss, every part of you, every Metasoul aspect, are ALL welcome in their willingness to be real, to be held, to let IN love. There is no outward ‘acceptance’ needed to be a part of this path. The acceptance, as with all Divine alignment possibilities, begins, unfolds, and ends within…

Your dedication to love in all its expressions, edges, comforts, and realness is the path.

Sending Much Love To Our American Connections On ‘Thanksgiving’

I’m not American, but I have many sweet American connections on here, so I wanted to say that I hope you have a blessed Thanksgiving… 

I know that this year has been intense for you, to say the least. It’s been extremely catalytic as so much is rumbling and shaking and the USA seems to be at the epicenter of so much of that. It’s a time of recognizing and reconciling the rebellion within, feeling all of the pain that’s come up (some which may not even be YOURS), and likely parts of you have been feeling quite powerless and confused in many moments.

I feel like my heart just wants to simply say, you’re felt. You’re landing, even in the messiness of it all. You’re held, even when it feels like everything is coming apart at the seams. What’s coming undone is meant to… what’s coming together, even without you knowing it consciously, is meant to. What’s being illuminated needs to be, on all sides of everything. Nothing was ever black and white to begin with, and now even more so. Sometimes the grey areas, the uncertainty, the inner conflicts and awakenings, are the most uncomfortable to be with, yet you do have the tools you need inside of your heart to navigate through it ALL.

Also, I want to thank you for the courage of your souls to choose to live where you are, in the midst of all of this! So many of you are shining lights for others and for yourselves. So many of you are coming to terms with what has always been true and not often believing or wanting to believe it, perhaps. Yet, here you are, setting your sail for fairer waters still and trusting, somewhere in your soul, in the process of EVERYTHING that is and has been unfolding. 

So today… and every day… I wish you love. I wish you a sense of a balm, a shelter in the storm. I wish you realness. And, I wish you fulfillment beyond Thanksgiving dinner, beyond any placid or placated connections with others or within yourself, and beyond what you can or cannot see happening as a result of the deepest love imaginable moving through your reality.

I Cannot Make You Grow With Me, Only Invite You To Come Along: Navigating Relationships During Awakening

I cannot make you grow with me, only invite you to come along………’Shrinking to fit’ in relationships with others is one of the biggest ways that we can cap our soul bigness and keep our hearts more closed related to transacting intimate love with ourselves, others, and the Divine. These shrinking dynamics happen when parts of us conform to others expectations, ideas, and roles about who we are rather than being who we really are.

Instead of shrinking to fit to maintain the ‘old’ and comfortable ground of transaction, we begin to stretch and challenge that ground as we awaken and heal into more expression of our authentic self. I am seeing in sessions lately that this realization of shrinking to fit is especially happening during this time of Covid, political polarization, Matrix disclosure/collapse etc. as souls wake up to a deeper truth beyond what they have been programmed to believe.

As you share this dawning truth with your family, mate, and friends, there can be quite a backlash, vilification, and even completion of relationships as the dissonance of consciousness can’t find ground to transact any longer. The previous contracts/agreements of you holding the ‘black sheep’ or ‘healer for the family line’ or ‘mate that is awakening ahead of the other’ etc. have now been outgrown and run out of ground.

This can be a very painful process of loss and completion for parts of you, especially the Inner Teenager and Inner Child, with much opportunity to feel the deeper aspects of ourselves that were being mirrored and projected in the relationship onto the other person or people. Much shame can come up in parts when they are judged harshly by previous beloveds. Sometimes parts of you may feel like convincing, proving, and tugging on them to get them to ‘see’ what you do as a form of protection and fear to loss the bond.

Inviting the souls in your life to ‘come along with you’ as your soul awakens comes from an energy of self love and trust. You are trusting that whatever happens will be held by love for both of you. You are moving beyond previous contracts and agreements and into new arising grounds of love beyond them. You are leading with what your soul desires for yourself while letting go of that you know what that choice should be for another person. You are setting a clear boundary about how you want to be seen and treated and advocating that you ultimately require resonance in your relationships.

This can be very challenging to inhabit until you have negotiated with the parts of you inside that struggle to let go of control, fear, and attachment in relationships. You can only invite others into and with a loving, clean, and pure energy if you are inviting yourself and all your aspects into this ground of exploration. So as you experience it inside, so then can you naturally then invite others into it as well.

Ascension: Bringing The Unconscious Into Consciousness

In my continuing process of growth, many times the things I need to ‘work’ on are the things that I cannot see. They are brought to me through mirrors, reflections, or circumstances that make it clear I have had a blind spot. An unconscious tendency toward ego, unworth, or any innumerable things that keep my next conscious leveling up at bay.

As I am brought to these junctions, I am beginning to realize the ground on which our unconsciousness resides is giving way. The veil that has kept it hidden is loosening and thinning. It will be an effort to keep it all in place. As that barrier begins to crumble under the weight of Love’s eminence, there arises moments that you become aware of the parts that are trying to stay in control, keep the narrative going come hell or high water.

Well, if the high water is coming and the resistance stays in place then hell it is. I once had an image of a sandcastle. It represented all that parts of me had and have built up over time that represented what I thought was real and true, only to find the tide rise and sure enough it was gone. Just…like…that. Wooosh. This could be a Dark Night experience or it can be just another round of the wheel of ascension once you get used to it.

The Reality is that we are the sand and the water playing in this epic drama of construct and deconstruct. What was unconscious comes to the surface and will knock down that castle just as the sun rises and falls. So when it does, the deeper question is how do we integrate and navigate that process so that there is less need for these moments and their reactions.

In my ongoing journey with SoulFullHeart, it is all about feeling and exploring the deeper layers inside that are in reaction, suffering, or unconscious states. This is done not just through self-reflection and exploration, but of other-reflection and deep mirroring. That is where things get to be seen that we could not see ourselves. That is not easy for parts of us, but it is catalytic and alchemical. Life can never be the same tomorrow as it was yesterday when you are on a conveyor belt of ascension. There is no attainment, just attainING and learning. An ever growing and expanding ground of consciousness.
