The Galactical In The Practical

After a blissful weekend with my beloved, I found myself immersed in the practical dimension yesterday. Filled with traffic, money, and sundry technicalities. Sometimes I could find myself starting to get prickly inside. From where I was energetically over the weekend, it could feel like a clash of dimensions. Sitting in dense traffic, I could feel how maybe there was a larger dynamic at play.

As Gaia continues Her ascent, so do we by proxy, or in proximity to Her. We are all inextricably entwined in this mysterious unfolding. The galactic cloud that we are passing through is creating all sorts of consequential havoc. It is triggering so much in the psychic soup we are all a part of. If we are fortunate enough to be aware of this, through reading and/or our own inner guidance system, we can get a perspective on it all and move through the emotional reactions as they come up as well as give them a context.

It is this context that carries us into new lands of consciousness. To just sit in a traffic jam, letting the irritation build and fester is a recipe for a frequency downer. What if instead you could feel the parts of you that have the irritation and feel what the bigger issue is? Underneath you may find a galactic aspect that is getting a bit worn down and tired of it all. The clash of dimensional dissonance. You both belong here and don’t at the same time.

Then when you see that we are all having that same experience at different consciousness levels and different rates you begin to see how extraordinary we truly are as humans. This is why we are so fascinating to our galactic ancestors, and frankly ourselves. We are all Star Beings trying our best to make sense of what we are truly doing here, some more clear than others. How we end up reconciling all of this is the Divine Mystery. Even God has Its popcorn out curious how this Grand Netflix show called Ascension will play out.

Here is where you get to feel the how the most mundane practicality can be the gateway into the most awe-inspiring reflection of your own greatness of BEing. Go meet yourself again for the very first time. It will surely take you beyond the practical and into the Galactical.

Energy Update: Pre-Equinox Geomagnetic Storms Amplify Timeline Bleed-Throughs And Galactic Awakenings

Timeline bleed-throughs and overlaps are becoming so much more prevalent and obvious with waves of plasma light geomagnetics flowing in from an increasingly expanding and jagged hole (to make us whole!) in the sun’s surface. SOULar winds are blowing these waves in today (9/17) and tomorrow (9/18) and are amplified by Equinox cracks in Gaia’s geomagnetic field, according to spaceweather.com.
These cracks allow even MORE light to come in as we head into the Equinox passage on the 22nd-24th. This flux of magnetics is bringing intense auroras, including rare pink ones – a sign of nitrogen molecules that activate at the lower levels (as captured in the photo below).
All these plasmas to activate our multidimensional consciousness can cause sensitivities and even pain/aches in the crown (top of the head), third eye (forehead) and causal (back of the head and brain stem area) chakras yesterday and moving into today. You may feel an overall, total body tiredness/fatigue as if you’ve been exercising a lot. Feeling drifty and just not ‘here’ is an aspect of calibrating to the altered sense of REALities that these energies bring in.
Awakening your galactic consciousness through reconnection with your star DNA and star family is the next level phase of Ascension for many more souls now. A visceral, supportive, and conscious connection with your star family provides a HUGE support as you experience so much shifting and changing inside yourself and in your world too. Star family connection can be blocked by undigested fears/traumas from visits (what feel like ‘abductions’ to parts of you) and also polarized fear reactions to ‘aliens’ that we’ve been conditioned in 3D to fear. Message From The Lyrans: You Are Part Of A Symbiotic Universe

Our Universe is symbiotic. We are moving through an intense phase in the moment with so much movement happening during this lunar eclipse and the upcoming Lion’s Gate portal. It’s for reasons that are occurring to us in small doses, at whatever level our consciousnesses, as they are right now, can handle and digest. We aren’t going through this alone and we aren’t going through this just for us, either.

I met with my Sirian-Lyran galactic aspect in meditation today. Her name is Ineerah and she is a humanoid Lioness/Tigress. She offered to me this important piece of universal symbiosis that she wanted me to share with you, as this is a bigger piece of Ascension and why it matters so much… why so many other groups of Star BEings are here to help us in whatever way they can and whatever ways we are willing and able at this time to let in.

β€œYou are part of a cycle”, Ineerah offers. β€œA cycle amongst yourself as humans and a cycle in the Universe you’re a part of. You [humans] have moments of feeling insignificant and tired and other moments of feeling as if you are the very centre of the Universe in which you reside. This is understandable, as you came here in forgetfulness in order to remember more and more that you are a part of a larger Whole and that not everything is about YOU. When you are infants, you must make the world around you about you for your survival. This has been especially true in 3D. Yet, you are growing up now and realizing there is more to your world than you were ever taught. For some of you, this is sparking outrage within as parts of you react quite intensely to this information and are tugging at the Universe and even at more localized β€˜authority figures’ for MORE truths. You already have the truth, though. This was never taken away from you, only veiled, and only for a phase. You chose to forget in order to remember. Why? You may never know the complete answer to that, yet a piece of it is certainly that it inspires humility, doesn’t it?

You aren’t human only for the reason of being fodder or something quite a bit lesser than you actually are for the sake of other β€˜powerful beings’ in the Universe. You have played out this scenario over and over again for those you regard as β€˜leaders’ in your world too. Perhaps the biggest piece of your forgetting passage has been that you have forgotten how big and important you actually are and that you are needed as much as you believe you also need us as β€˜higher aspects’ of YOU.

Symbiosis… you are an important aspect of this Universe, just as we are. Without you finding your way home to yourselves, we don’t get to completely find our way home to ourselves either. We watch you and learn from you as much as you look to us for enlightenment and inspiration. You are the ones we desire to communicate and collaborate with. We do not hold ourselves as β€˜higher’ so much as β€˜ahead’. We’ve been on the ground you now tread and have come out the other side… mostly. Yes, we still have work to do! Is that surprising, beloved human? Nothing in this Universe is ever perfect, yet is always in pursuit of perfection, just approaching it and relating to it differently than perhaps you can right now with the state of your heart and soul consciousness healing trajectory. You are IN it and ON it, no matter how β€˜far behind’ you (or parts of you) may feel in moments and that you cannot help, only be with as you continue moving on and forward.

This eclipse event and the fast-approaching Lion’s Gate portal event are creating a runway and launch pad for your reboot… a rediscovery of your Sacred Humanity, a reawakening into your larger purpose here and the truth of that too. There is much to feel for each of you, much left to discover about yourself as you also discover the Whole you are part. You get to have both, the individual you are and the Whole, and one serves the other in another expression of symbiosis. We, your Sirian-Lyran aspects, are here to assist you in this passageway which will be an intense experience for many of you. June Crop Circles Remind Us Of Our Galactic Families

Communications and bridges from our Star Families to us are increasing again….seemed to start with the 5:5 gateway open house sense. So many activations and UPgrades in this last month, including of our Star DNA. You may have NEW awareness/remembering of visits with star family from this life (as held often as repressed trauma and ‘abductions’ by your Inner Child.)

With this new awareness and reframing as you feel the part that previously held these experiences as traumatic, your galactic consciousness starts to swing OPEN and become connected again. 5/5 Gateway: An Open House Hosted By Your 5D Self, Metasoul and Star Family

We are awakening! We are UNIFYing! We are BEcoming connected again in the frequencies of the heart and the vibrations of the soul. We are celebrating our individualities WHILE feeling that MORE connects us then actually separates us. We are BEcoming New Earth in this Now and this one…..and this one too!

Om Mani Padme Hum……THIS is what is being offered to me by my star family and esp. the Pleiadians who seem to be activating all the bridges they have brought to us over our human ‘history’ for us to see and feel the connections to them again. They are preparing us for collective disclosure of our galactic consciousness in this way.

They are reminding us that in the heart of ALL religions is a GIFT of Divine reflection. In the heart of ALL religions is the message of our essence as Divine Oneness and the eventual and inevitable return to the Divine. How these gifts have been interpreted and filtered by our collective polarized 3D consciousness is what we are arising out of now to throw off the forms, binds, and structures and FEEL more the genuine essence that remains.

Om Mani Padme Hum…..all my star family is chanting this with me today, including a precious Metasoul sister of mine who needs it in her timeline….the ‘alien looking’ ones (like the Mantids and the Zetas and the Arcturians) and the ones that look like us only somehow brighter (like the Pleiadians and Lemurians). NONE of these BEings are better or superior than us, just in other timelines and dimensions and different stories than ours here on 3D transitioning to 5D Gaia. My Metasoul and all its aspects/fractals are unifying around this refrain, as yours may as well….

My star family is offering that sanskrit and mantras have their origins NOT in religion, yet rather are a GIFT from the stars to activate our DNA, our Unity Consciousness, and remember where we come from. Singing them extends BEyond any practices, theories, dogmas, and doctrines.

This is a beautiful recording of this mantra from Deva Premal….who SO feels like a Pleiadian/Human hybrid to me, such pure frequency and channel of their energy:

Today, with the glorious 5/5 gateway/stargate that is swung WIDE OPEN (think, like an open house for remembering and receiving and being activated), you can feel hosted by your 5D self and your star family and your Metasoul aspects in higher dimensional consciousness frequencies. Energy Update: Another New Earth Now Wave of SOULar Winds/Storms Coming In

SOULar winds incoming again starting today (April 18th)!! Maybe you are already feeling them? These gusties are bringing in a geomagnetic storm with them that is flowing out from WIDE coronal holes in the sun’s surface. This will probably extend for three days through April 20th. And, this is after last week when so many souls felt and were impacted by the winds and geomagnetics that came in with them!

You will probably experience these energies on a physical level again through light headedness, change in sleep patterns, even your organs and nervous/respiratory systems going through shifts and changes as more Star DNA is activated on the multidimensional level. There can also be rushes of BLISS and PURE joy with these energies too. Whatever is UP to be amplified in your feeling consciousness states in the Now is coming forward.

Aches and pains can continue in the chakra vortex areas that are being activated right now, what I am calling the Personal Sun, Higher Heart, and Gaia vortexes. I felt for over two years that the chakras were shifting and received a clearer picture of that in the last couple of months. Here is a guided meditation where I bridge to these NEW chakra vortexes to allow for deeper activation and integration of these recent ascension energies:

Actual SOULar activity in terms of flares and sunspots is minimal right now, so some are feeling that the activation waves are not what they were expecting as connected to the solar ‘event’ they’ve been anticipating for awhile now. My sense is that these winds are meant to bring in more subtle possibilities of transformation rather than a sudden and one time soular FLASH that changes all of society in an instant. I’m still not receiving that sense of a one-time ‘event’ that shifts everything. Many souls would not be emotionally ready for that and it could cause huge chaos and collapse of our current 3D-based industrial systems too.

Rather there is a sense of step by step, sometimes gradual and sometimes more accelerated, activations and then integrations that are available to us in waves. This is being paced, timed and calibrated to our collective consciousness and what we can actually let in and digest. AND, it is also individually experienced at the depths and levels of where each soul is at in their awakening journey. Your personal navigation is greatly respected, as is the soul’s choices around timing and pace. This process is held by our Higher Selves, by our star families, and by the Divine with MUCH love and compassion for the impact on us.

These waves of energy carried on these winds ARE powerful and can be life changing IF you are ready to take them in that way. They can provide a boost to your soul-based clarities, illumination of your deepest desires and passions, and support your need for deep self love. There may be more personal negotiation to do with your Inner Protector and other parts of you that are still attached to 3D life, relationships, and careers before life changes can be made or the next level of 5D consciousness truly embodied. To really anchor into 5D reality as your ‘everyday’ one requires that previous 3D anchors have been let go of and this can be a very painful and difficult process. So, while part of you may be impatient for New Earth consciousness to BE yours in all moments, there may be other parts of you that are still holding on for reassurance and safety reasons that run deep in your emotional body.

It seems that this is how disclosure of Star BEing reality, technologies, and alliances is being approached as well. There is much sorting through and negotiation of where, how much, and in what ways to bridge star BEing awareness to Gaians. This is being held for application to the collective consciousness AND in the approach to each person as well. Increased star family contact through dreams is happening for those who are ready for it. And some contact in the physical as well, although this is not the favored approach in the moment as it causes more emotional reactivity and even shock/trauma to parts of us. Also, etheric journeys through meditative states are providing ‘easier’ access to star family reunions, contact memories, abduction traumas, and abandonment wounding. This is an important aspect of ‘shadow work’.

I offer here a guided meditation to open up access to your shadow aspects and whatever needs to be seen there around this may come forward for you to feel:

These kind of self-lead journeys with your ProtectorΒ  aspect coming along release sometimes traumatic and sometimes very uplifting scenes and emotional states that have been previously buried in your subconscious mind and emotional body.Β  You are held with MUCH love and care during these movements by your Higher Self and Divine Guides/Aspects, so you can trust that you CAN handle whatever needs to come up and be felt by you.

Staying in heart-based appreciation and trust around these energies allows for a deeper letting in and embodiment of them. These energies are happening WITH you and not ‘to’ you or ‘against’ you. Ultimately, these energies ARE you.

Acknowledge the impacts of these energies on your physical/emotional/chakra bodies, yet also hold in heart that you are choosing to be impacted by them. Embrace the transformational shifts that come as a result of them rather than resist them. Respond with love to the parts of you that may be fearful or resistant or just distrustful of the Ascension process…or are afraid that they will be ‘left behind’.

You are BEcoming LOVE in this Now and as you more deeply realize this, gratitude becomes more and more your ready response.

Waking up to our Star Seed frequencies is happening now at an accelerated rate/pace/opportunity! Reawakening our genetics on a cellular level, that previously sleepy DNA, activates our galactic consciousness. The currently STRONG and POWERFUL energies from the vast cosmos and Great Cosmic Sun are filtering through our sun without interference as a hole in its surface provides an easy gateway of sorts. These energies are then being carried on winds and through a geomagnetic storm to Gaia and to each of us in a repeating cycle for the last month esp.

For those of us ahead of the curve in Ascension and meant to lead/show a way, our Star DNA is needing to become even more activated now for us to go to our β€˜next level’ embodiment of the gifts that awakening of galactic consciousness offers us.

Galactic consciousness is connection to the BIG picture. To see and feel ourselves as being β€œGaians” as a soul choice, yet not as a total summation of all that we are. We are not really β€˜humans’ in this way, although we have humanoid DNA and genetics. My Star Family calls me the β€œGaian”, which also acknowledges that I am connected to the planetary consciousness of Gaia, who is also ascending to a higher vibrational frequency. It is often great compassion and sympathy that they feel for me, the β€œGaian”, and all I have signed up to experience in this experiment of ascending UP with the body from such a place of density. They also remind me that this is a new process for us Gaians and truly challenging in its unknown factors and qualities! There is an energy of honoring our bravery to undergo this journey at all! Β Β 

I recently received such a more personal sense of my Star DNA…..those terms had been still more mental for me than visceral, not as emotional and more biological. Yet, I could FEEL and relate to my Star DNA as it was coming back into my Higher Heart space again. I could feel the stories and the lineages and the places/energies associated with it. I am a β€˜soup’ of different genetic codes and energies, including human, Mantis, Arcturian, and Pleiadian. The genetic play experiments that mostly the Mantids have been leading are not intended to take over humanity or reduce our β€˜pure’ human genetics to something lesser. Yet, rather, they are to blend the β€˜best of’ all these species and discover what the result is of it. To help us and to help themselves. I definitely feel the full cooperation and collaboration of my Metasoul in this process. It has actually brought MUCH clarity of purpose for me to feel these genetic influences and how they have played out in my life experience so far.

The primary way that Star DNA is activated is through an embracement of it rather than resisting it energy. There is so much out there and taught about the β€˜negative alien agenda’ and the Archons, Draco, Anunnaki, etc. I have discovered Metasoul aspects living in timelines where these galactic war frequencies are going on. Yet, I offered love ambassadorship to them and they chose to leave these timelines and unite with me and the rest of my Metasoul in an ambassadorship energy that offers a 5D unification possibilities for us ALL.

I feel that many souls who offer strong teachings about negative alien agendas are still in an undigested place around their experiences of this and β€˜fused’ in their consciousness to parts of them that are in battle, fight or flight, undigested anxieties and trauma. To get too fixated on these negative alien timelines can lead your energy and soul into quite an intense and dark place for which suffering loops can really take over. There is an immediate resistive energy that is generated by lingering in this viewpoint and seeing nearly everything that is from the stars as wanting to attack you, feed off you, and control you.

I have seen this in sessions with some people too where parts of them are just unable to trust ANY source of love (inside or outside of them) or let it in on a consistent basis. It hurts my heart for them as even when love is offered to them by me and by themselves too, parts of them can resist it and see it as coming from a questionable place. This can be a very painful cycle to be in……until it is finally ready to complete and the 3D Self/Protector ready to let love in from and with you. Higher frequencies of love come as you heal your emotional body congestions and woundings around abduction experiences (which were actually visits with Star Family). Through the process of connecting with parts of yourself (such as your Protector who allows you eventual access to your Inner Child/Teenager to heal these wounds), you can provide a bridge to greater healing and embracement of your Star Family again. You separate from the wounded filter of the β€˜abduction’ experience and actually feel how it offered gifts of reconnection and calibration. Often, actually, the most painful aspect is β€˜losing’ the goodness and Oneness frequencies that we experienced during these visits when we returned to our 3D life and families again.

The process of deeper embodiment of your galactic consciousness is not as much about receiving activations from others as it is about embracing YOUR relationship to galactic frequencies from within you and with all parts of you. It is to move away from clearing or removing all that parts of you are afraid of…..and into embracing it ALL with love and with compassionate understanding. To move away from removal of things such as implants to trusting that they will dissolve with love when they are no longer necessary. From a place of embracing, you are able to calibrate to the star DNA, have a relationship with it, and this is what activates it. LOVE is what activates it and, even more importantly, self love frequencies are what activate it.

SUCH an exciting time of remembering and embodying….a wonderful opportunity for union inside again of all origins and genetics that may have been polarized before. Healing polarizations of all kinds inside of you OPENS you up to experience the bliss, the clarity, the wonder of unification…..and the wonder of becoming and serving LOVE too as your main purpose for BEing here.
