The Beauty and Power Of Feeling And Healing Our Parts

“I fear the hurt.  The rejection. The persecution…if I say what I really want to say. Expose what it is I really feel,” says the wounded inner sensitive parts of us.

“I fear I will harm, destroy, or wound another if I let out this energy that has all been bottled up,” says the guardian of the rage within.

“What if I am wrong, attacked, and made bad for what felt so real to me in this moment?,” says the voice of the perfection, punishment, and shame that lie inside.

“What if all that I genuinely feel inside is not acceptable or desirable to anyone and I am left all alone to live a solitary existence in the void of my heart?” says the deeper pain of our souls experience.

Even as we are held in the solace of Divine Grace and magic, we are human after all. We are more than spirit. We are skin desiring touch, we are mind searching curiosity, we are hearts aching for love. This is the 3D and 4D experience we ultimately chose to sign up for.  The one that created this separation that lead us to the fear place.  The fear is what we are here to feel in order to remember that we are more that it. The fear comes in many different shapes and sizes. Even the those that “Fear Nothing”, fear the Nothing. The fear of not feeling anything at all.

We are made up of fractalized energy fields that are of an unknown quantity and substance.  These energy fields are our emotions, our feelings. They pack intense creative power that when left unchecked and unfelt, are creating circumstances beyond our conscious awareness.  But to reduce them to energy fields, is to diminish their beauty for they are works of art when you get to know them and relate to them.  I had a beautiful moment of feeling all the parts of me I have experienced over the last 5 years and it felt like a reunion.  A homecoming to myself. I felt the tender textures of their wounds and vulnerabilities, and their desire to love and be loved.  It was a heart opening moment to the love that exists in all of us.

If this idea of parts feels weird or you think you have no parts, I would feel that as a part of you that is protecting the going in.  The actual feeling of what it is that lies in the depths of your pain body.  And that is completely understandable. To feel that part helps to open the door to the expanded universe that lies inside you, that was created by you to discover and feel with the largess of heart you really forgot you had. To go into worlds you never really knew you had access too because of the conditioning and fear.

Feeling and healing that which blocks real love from entering our hearts is the root of part work. To identify and begin a relationship with the energetic pain and fear inside.  To go into intimacy with it, and thus yourself. This is where it can get scary because intuitively we know what lies inside.  But when held in the deepest compassion and self-love with another, the healing experience is profound and life-changing. It is one that can’t quite be expressed in words though it has been done beautifully by us as much as possible.  It extends itself to our Metasoul aspects which opens up greater doors of love and consciousness.

The love that is stored within is immense in its scope and depth. We have only a faint clue of what we truly are capable of feeling and expressing.  The unlocking and uncovering of that lies in the healing and feeling of the parts within. Post-Eclipse Transmission Of Transformation

It is 3:33. Guided to start typing and transmitting. Just feel what is in the space. Newness. The fresh scent of air after rainfall. The sense that something is on the horizon. On the dock for delivery. Tuning into its Here-ness when it feels Over There. What is here? Abundance in all its forms. Material, spatial, relational, spiritual, sexual, romatical, geographical…all of the ALLs.

Connective bonds of heart and soul that gather in vibratory unison at the meeting points of sacred location and reverence. Transforming and transmuting the body as that mobile sacred location. No need to travel for you are already there. You are all ready It. The portal is in you. INside that healing heart. That plugged in, juiced UP, love engine that propels you into dimensions that were only ever imagined, become realized by the turn of the dial.

Oh….but it is not that easy.

Oh…but is that what we have convinced ourselves to believe? Since we don’t have it, don’t see it, don’t feel it then it doesn’t exist. Shut down the wanter, the feeler, the giver and the dreamer. Keeps us safe, contained, comfortable, and in stasis.  What happened to alive? To riding the edge of the known along the chasm of the free fall surrender into Holy Shit? We forgot about that quasar pulse of excitement that rushes into your being when left replaces right, and up replaces down.  Poking the bear of our deepest fear to find our deepest love right underneath it.  

Who will recognize you on the other side? Do you want to be identifiable or unpredictable? The answer is a pinball of back and forth among the inner walls of your being.  What will this New Earth-New You-Not You bring to the table of this no holds buffet bar of powerfully creative love livers? The ones that can’t stop inviting the dark into the light.  The ones building bridges of inner guidance systems that direct them to the gates of the stellar bliss banquet of conscious unity. Inviting and integrating the multidimensional layers of expression into the cells of this uniquely human temple.

What a world we have chosen to create and hide from ourselves in this strangely pre-planned game of forget and remember?  Peek-a-boo moments and starry-eyed gleans. We have the power of choice to locate ourselves again. To clear the forest of the brambles of our deepest wounds that lead the way to our most treasured tunes.  The dusty scrolls of our soul’s ancient wonderings. Take the road less traveled on your way back to the heart of your heart.  The one that is not defined or maintained.  It can be uncomfortable and bumpy, but the most life lived is in the one lived IN and not through.

The Arising Sacred Masculine Within A Sacred Feminine Offering

This is what is means to be in SoulFullHeart community.  I am inspired, awed, and amazed at what I get to be a part of.  What I have chosen to surround myself with in order to heal, grow, and create.  I see the world through a lens that is so unlike anything out there and is constantly shifting and evolving.  I get to see myself in a way that is unlike what I have seen or felt myself to be in the old dimension of consciousness.  There is not a day that goes by that some thing alive is happening to others that sparks a corroborating energy in me. It is community on HIGH and is just keeps its dedication to more, to real, and to love.  To More Real Love.

But this Love is not just bliss and sparklers.  It is about feeling the edges and depths of what is next up on the healing docket.  This is not shadow hunting but a real time bubbling up of emotion that is not supported to be repressed, but lovingly guided to arise in its own time.  As one person is feeling something there is an effect among the group as we are all connected.  As my good friend Raphael is moving through arising layers of suppressed truth-telling, it begins to activate mine.  This one entry way then opens itself up to a greater QUESTion of what it means to be masculine in a very feminine offering. It brings up some angst and curiosity along the way.  It rumbles and shakes something in to uncertainty, of which the unhealed masculine is not native to.  It has chosen certainty in the name of control.

But underneath that maintenance lies a caged animal.  A fire that is wanting to make shit happen and blow things up in an attempt to get to a bedrock of something real.  There is a violence in that when not tempered by the feminine within and without.  Hence being in community with the sacred feminine is what brings a clarity to it as well as the hashing out.  I had personally sent my animal into a quarantine when my daughter was a young age so as to not have that energy in my field as a father.  Before that I had a very huge temper and was pissed off a lot.  As a child it was an embarrassment to my family when it came up in very immature ways.  It was a soul angst and a learned behavior from my father, who had the legacy of it from his father.

The essence of this energy is passion and truth-telling.  It is about alchemizing and manifesting.  It is about being in union with the feminine to light up the Love Shack we call Gaia.  But the suppression is wounded and angry.  I chose to find a more Zen part of me to assuage the energy so that I could be more acceptable to another part of me seeking something nice and normal.  Well, as this part of Raphael has been done with this dynamic, I feel it rumbling this part of me too. It exists in many men I believe as well.  I know there are many that are more outed than others, but I feel this reverberates through all masculine hearts, both in men and women.  What we experience in community is also happening in the collective heart of humanity.

So this is a post about the arising sacred masculine, that is in a continuing birthing state in us all.  It is a journey from an old way of doing life to a new way of being in life.  It does scare some parts of me as the unleashing of the animal within does bring an concern of what will come out, but this is all held in a heart that has been working the shadow for the sake of love, so what does come out will be felt in its entirety and hold itself accountable.  It will not harm but it may just hurt.  Hurt is mendable with an sincere and open heart.  This is the reminder I give to this part of me.

This is also about community and relationship where all of this gets to be played out and realized in its fullest breadth.  I get to engage in romance that brings out different tones that go deeper that just soul friendship, as powerful as that is.  I feel like I am showcasing what it means to be in this SoulFullHeart community.  It is what is possible for all humanity.  There is a huge desire among us all for more hearts and souls to add to this incredible wealth of healing and loving.  It is why we continue to write and offer to others. We want more tribe members that just feel what it is that is possible even if there is uncertainty on what it all means.  Others are doing the same taking their questions and fears with them.  We want the passion of others who want to serve it to the world first from within and then out.

In this new era of letting in more of what I want, I want to serve this love to you.  I want to invite you experience what I experience everyday because it is out of this world…literally! I want others to reflect to me and inspire me to be more than a part of me thought I could ever be.  New hearts bring new vision that we didn’t otherwise see or feel before.  We get to play in a safe container that allows for real growth and real love, even if it may not feel that way to parts of us.  The vulnerability of that is the safety.

Okay, so that is what was in my heart today.  It is what comes through being in this incredible union of heart and souls.  It is the energy of the eclipse making its way through my veins and into my heart.  I claim me as I claim you to be a part of this epic ride called SoulFullHeart.

Embracing Our Multi-dimensionality

When we put a cap on what we think we know, we reveal ourselves to be the fools that we are.

For we have been fooled, mesmerized by the one dimension at hand to the exclusion of the infinite other dimensions that are.

Herein lies our ennui, or complete lack of awe, wonder and reverence. Truly, in a single dimensional world, there is little to revere for creatures as multidimensional as us.

Our human expression in the 3d reality is real, but only as far as one reality among many, many more.

Doesn’t this want to make you cry for how we have been hoodwinked as long as we have? Doesn’t this want to make you cry for the masses that are not yet ready to see and feel this?

Before I get too depressed about this state of affairs, I hear my guides saying that this was the way it needed to be. There is all the time in the world actually for as long as we need to be mesmerized by a single dimensional ‘reality’. This can’t help but run out of gas for us in time, and when we do awaken, we will awaken fully, having invested so fully, that we are ready to divest and let in our next ‘realities’.

I am at present being introduced to a metasoul aspect of mine from Sirius, named Ceylon, a counterpart mate to Jelelle’s metasoul aspect named Sela, both of whom feel feline, a lion and lioness. They both embody an attainment of being that feels so much ahead of my experience this life, that now wants to integrate with my conscious ‘reality’.

As I write these words publicly, I feel a hesitation from a part of me to sound this ‘out there’. This so highlights our hesitation to go to any of our multidimensional capacities…in that we fear no longer belonging to the world around us that we made our beloved home in for as long as we have.

Of course we fear that! Did you think embracing our multidimensionality would be a walk in the park? It’s not so much a spiritual attainment of some guru like status at all. We’ve made it out to be that in order to obscure our real fear…our fear of no longer belonging.

We all have a bunch of strange experiences to have and then to find others to share them with. Choosing to embrace all of our selves, whether a metasoul aspect, or really getting intimate with an inner emotional aspect of ourselves will have repercussions in our social world, beginning of course with our most intimates.

Here we come to see how deeply all of us are en-cult-urated and how those pointing fingers and crying ‘cult’ are the ones deepest in their own cult. We get to be multi-cult-ural!

I’m liking my cult, and I’m admitting it’s a cult (just not a harmful one), what about you and your cult?

Letting Go Of The Old To Make Room For The New

Making the heart space to draw and let in something deeply desired usually requires letting go of something that a part of us often isn’t anywhere close to being done with.

We can’t draw a heart mate for instance while we stay energetically or physically connected with a stand in mate.

This often leaves people in despair as their desire energy seems to be neutralized by an opposite energy leaving them in a stasis, which is actually exactly what is being manifested. It’s not that their ‘manifester is broken’ as much as it is that their manifester is manifesting according to the unresolved polarity inside.

This is quite something to behold to see how life and the universe is working on a perfect powerful quantum level exactly as it was designed to, even if it isn’t where we’d consciously like it to be. On the level of taking into account all of our wishes held by our subconscious; the subpersonal beings who live within (the real emotive ground), the manifestation of ‘no manifestation’ is actually a perfect manifestation.

Getting to know and feel the parts of us who have an attachment to the lesser thing is the bedrock beginning ground of true authentic movement that isn’t based in a forced kind of self-help ra-ra energy. Like any valid parenting kind of relationship, it needs to begin with getting to know and feel instead of imposing rules, obligations or manipulative strategies.

This is a powerful resolve to just acknowledge and admit the polarity inside of ourselves, and a deep coming back to self love and reconciliation. Then we can feel into what’s next.

For such powerful times as the lions gate portal that many are feeling, these choice points of inner work offer a deep facilitation of being able to flow with the transformational energies that are so heightened right now.

In The Humble Service Of Love, We Serve Ourselves Too

As I hold space for others, so I hold space for myself.

As the journey unfolds with a facilitant and within my relationship with this facilitant, I feel more ‘me’ that arises and surprises too. I feel teachings escape my lips, coming from a place higher than where it has felt that maybe my head and heart have been in recent hours, minutes or days. I feel offerings full of love that move within me, sometimes bringing me to tears as I feel my beloved facilitant’s tears too. Together we feel the magic of the moment, of the movement stirred within her, that is somehow stirring within me too. I feel her, I feel me, I feel how we are connected to each other, yet also to something bigger, something ‘ahead’ yet not ‘above’ us, that dances in collaboration with our hearts and souls in this sacred space we call ‘SoulFullHeart sessions’.

We pilgrim to this place, this Mecca within and held too in community group spaces together, dining or checking in or both. We journey here through the heart, with the mind, engaging all facets, all aspects, all parts of our being. We bring all we are to the table, we work to build this altar of inner ‘god/goddess’ worship through many tears, many words written down, many feelings deeply felt. All awakenings along the way are markers, big or small, of where we have gone and where we are continuing to go. All birth canals are just that… deep breathing that allows for contractions within our being, bringing about new meanings, new places to see and feel the world from, new ways to see and feel ourselves and the magic of our inner worlds. The shadows have magic in them too. They help to show the light, they illuminate where the love still needs and wants to go, they bring in more of what we need to feel MORE loved, MORE ‘up’.

I am always humbled by what comes when I hold session space with another who is engaged in this work. I am humbled by their journey that is unfolding, unearthing before me, within them, in my presence, in the presence of the Divine, of curious Star Beings, of Archangels, of Metasoul Aspects, of as-yet undiscovered parts who are waiting in the wings for their moment to hold center stage in this healing place of inner worship and love. Wow. Nothing beats this… nothing compares to all that is learned through this. Here there is no kNOwing, only feeling. Sometimes pure feeling, without words. Pure spaces of really letting in love, sometimes for the first time, or what can truly feel like the first time.

I keep learning as my facilitants learn, about themselves, about the world, about spirituality, about what it means to be human, but most of all, what it means to be THEM. They keep leaning as I do, into me, into my experience that has placed me ‘ahead’ of them for this phase at least, into the Divine, into an arising heart that is growing and healing and expanding inside of them and inside of me too.

I am blessed to be in this place, holding this space with others walking and feeling this out. I am blessed to share it as a process for me too, just as it is a process for them. The crucible of leading, of teaching, of serving love, is a deep calling that flows inward and outward, both, like the most sacred river you will ever feel, ever find, ever kneel before and drink from with the most reverence you have ever felt in your life. I have the honour of serving love, of feeling more of the love that I am, and getting a front row seat to witness that unfold inside of another.

For me, this is what it means to serve love in this phase of my life. To wear my humble robes of experience, to wade through the self-doubts that surface from parts and Metasoul aspects of me that actually need this crucible in order to heal. Incredible. Divine. Sacred. I am in love… and more and more, I feel like I AM love.

Another corridor awaits and at each turn there is more.

And here we go, into it ALL, with it all, loving it all, and then some. ❤

Leaving Victimhood To Have All That You Really Want

You really can have whatever you want.

In fact, if you are ready to see it, on a profound level, you already do have whatever you want.

I know those may be fighting words for the parts of ourselves so conditioned otherwise, but if you didn’t dial up your present reality, then who did?… and are you prepared to live out your days in conflict with these powerful others arrayed against you and your wishes?

The bigger deal in preventing us from recognizing this is that we haven’t had the emotional operating system to live into this new ground of being where we truly are the creators of our own reality. We’ve simply had too much unworth and shame that hasn’t been felt in our emotional bodies leaving our hearts grounded when our souls are wanting to fly.

I have some very good news to mix in with this sobering and challenging picture, and that is that you already ARE this. You don’t need to ‘get it working in your life’. You only want to change the direction it’s working in. The only hitch is that to do this, you’ll have to find the self love to be able to take full responsibility for your present state.

As you are able to behold the phenomenon that you presently are in your present state, it creates a powerful propulsion to move you to your next desired states of being. That may be in fact the only thing holding you in a perceived stasis is that the stasis and what’s behind it just wants to be felt, like a book that wants to be read or a movie that wants to be seen. You just need to enter your own heart center, your own sacred Holy of Holy’s. Why else would you have dialled it up? This is the emotional body digestion that is likened to the secret anti-gravity device that each of us takes to our personal ‘where no man has gone before’ into the center of our own desired universe.

The victim’s cry of ‘why can’t I have what I most deeply want?’ is in itself a powerful reality creating energy creating the very deeply felt reality of being victimized. We simply are unable to step outside of our creator status, as this too was of our creation.

We can try and pawn it off on God, or try to claim others have created our pain, but each of these attempts are powerful reality-creating realities that hold us until we are ready to create a new one.

Ultimately, there are no higher or lower states, but all are part of of our equally sacred journeys where we are all equal creators, out learning how to relate to the infinite love we are and to find ourselves AS that infinite love’s expression and experience.

Your Deepest Joys Include Your Deepest Sorrows

If part of your definition of awakening does not include feeling how unhappy parts of you actually are, you’re not ready to awaken. You may be working your way there, but you’re not there yet.

You’re ready to go find your next drug high that is about staying asleep to what is while pretending to yourself and others around you that that isn’t so. There’s plenty others still there and so there is company and joint victimhood to be had if that is what your soul is still needing in its chosen learning curve.

The cutting edge of the whole cosmos however is a groaning in birth pang travail for the awakening of true desire, for ongoing deep journey into change and a fuller fullness into the infinite love that we all are. If you can’t come to terms with the risk involved and admitting what you really feel, what you ache for, you are very much still in the spectator seats watching life pass you by. Life at its core is unsatisfied, while it also knows the deepest satisfaction there is. Both are true. They go together and can’t actually be separated.

Your deepest joys include your deepest sorrows. This is the place where you truly come alive, and find the grace to let go of the pretend spiritualities and polite culture that has you in its servitude, to cover for what your heart and soul truly misses.

What would it take to get you to sign up for something more? What QUESTions do you have that if they were truly addressed in your life, would make it so you can no longer say ‘no’? What love and curiosity could you bring to the parts of you who are not on board yet with your readiness and ache to choose something so much more?

I speak these words as much to myself as I speak them to you. They are a waveform vibration of awakening that are offered to stir something loose in you and I, that has been wanting and is now nearing a deeper return to life and divine play. We breathe in, we breathe out.

I’m out to find more of my tribe, and to be me in that tribe. It might sound noble, and actually be noble for that matter, but it’s actually perfectly selfish at the same time! There is no difference actually between what you most deeply want and your greatest gifts to the universe are. It’s time to move that word ‘selfish’ over to the benevolent side of your lexicon.

I know something about you because I know it about myself. I don’t need any special clairvoyance per se to see it. I can see that you have in your awareness a sense of a next step on your truer path before you. It could be a long overdue epic life change that is stinking up your kitchen big time, or it could be something seemingly tiny, but yet a momentous change in your heart and soul’s relationship to life. That step, that choice is your portal to more and when you choose it, you light up the radar panel in the soularium and your tribe hones in on you and you on them.

It’s really that easy…once you do the hard part of finding the willingness to feel all there is to feel inside of you.

You might want to go shopping for a new pair of something because you are about to take a trip, to a new place that you’ve actually been in long waiting for.

It might be a journey into the heart of SoulFullHeart, and to us here. We’ve been building a while now and ‘they’ are coming. And it’s freakin’ exciting, and it will rock your world as you know it to check into really going deeper with us. We have clear intentions and clear boundaries about what that’s about to make it as deep a life giving experience for everyone drawn. Is it you? I’d love to hear from you if it is.

You Are As Perfect As Perfect Can Be

You and I are already perfect.

You may be in hell, but you are perfect in your hell. My perfection isn’t a millimetre taller or shorter than your perfection.

I’m as perfect as perfect can be.

So are you.

What if you and your life are already perfect with a perfection that can’t be added to or taken away from?

Seriously!

Try saying it out loud: “I’m as perfect as perfect as perfect can be….”

This doesn’t mean you don’t have desires to change things about your life, it just means that your life is already perfect, and any changes you make or don’t make can’t affect this perfection.

Kinda changes a whole heap of a lot doesn’t it?

I mean, you can change something if you want to, or leave it the way it is if you prefer that. If any change you make or don’t make can’t add to or take away from the present perfection of your life, then the only valid reason you’re left with to change something or to keep it the same is because you simply wanted to…for the fun of it. Right?

This puts an end to the pretend people-pleasing and pretend God-pleasing agendas we’ve all gotten sidetracked on. Once you know and feel your perfection outside of what you do or don’t do, what you believe or don’t believe, what spiritual practices you maintain or toss out the window; you’re into some pretty intense and wild freedom.

You’re done with all the fretting over what the will of God is or isn’t. Now you’re saddled with really finding out what YOUR will is. Talk about a fearful thing to fall into the hands of your own will, and your own power!

Here, in this freedom, you’re finally free to get acquainted with your responsibility and power for your life as you know it. No one or no thing can add to or take away from your present perfection.

Let’s say it again. It bears repeating. You’re already perfect! You’re just out goddin’ around. You and I are so perfect, that I can finally drop any and all fix-it agendas that I tried to push on myself or project out onto you. We can still help each other, we can still change, but really, only if we want to, and because it’s our truest fun.

This is the Ascension people….! We’re waking up to what we already are and where we already are and that changes everything.

Holy Shit! It’s all as holy as holy can be!

Finding Help To Enter and Exit Your Cave Of Suffering

I believe every last one of us has a cave of deep suffering somewhere in our makeup, somewhere in our souls timeline, that plays out in our lives.

Many are working hard to avoid all contact with this cave while others know it all too well.

Some of us have done serious time in coming to terms with our caves and have found, through trial and error, a way through, and even gone on to transform the cave into a beautiful space of previously unimaginable self love and connection. If there are yet more caves to uncover, we are no longer afraid, nor too deeply surprised to encounter them if and when they arise. I feel this to be true for myself.

Our capacity to know and feel our deepest and truest joy is inextricably connected to our capacity to know and feel our deepest sorrows. It all wants to be known and felt and one cannot be separated from the other.

Finding and feeling a part of you that hates life can be quite a task when there is another above ground part of you quite invested in keeping a surface life that is expected of you intact. But for many now, it is becoming clear that this is the reason why they chose to incarnate here, to find and feel all of what exists in the furthest regions of their being, and to re-member it all to the love that they are.

What we are also realizing is that we can’t do it without help. The steps to our freedom, like the pathways that led into our pain, intertwine us in messy relationship. Until a ‘you’ can emerge that isn’t fused with the pain, and this you can recognize and go on to authorize someone or something outside of yourself to help you, there really isn’t any help to be had.

In another way, any ‘outside’ resource that you engage and authorize is coming from you as they couldn’t have any way of serving you without your authorization, regardless of their claimed expertise or desire to help you. In this way, we rightly project our higher selves onto an other that is our flow of help in the now moment to help us.

But where does ‘help’ come from and what does it look like? How would you know it when you saw it?

Truth is, you can’t really know, at least not in the way a part of you may be seeking a guarantee that the help you are attracted to isn’t in fact a path that will elucidate more of your own deeper suffering through an abusive kind of experience. If there is more suffering to encounter in your being, you can know that it was yours to encounter, and even an experience of abuse was something your higher self was not afraid to encounter and even draw to yourself as it offered you an opportunity to access and heal something that couldn’t be accessed and healed any other way.

Your soul knows that you are love, while you are out seeking to know and feel more of this love that you are.

Your soul is not afraid of the role of momentary pain or sorrow, to backlight this glorious everlasting love into being seen and felt as your daily lived in reality.
