Energy Update: SOULar Codes Invite You To Process Lower 4D Timelines To Anchor Into 5D Love

This is a photo I took of the sun yesterday! Wow!! Lots of codes downloading that want us all to really feel ourselves, really feel the parts/Metasoul aspects that struggle and react to the process of re-anchoring into higher timelines and more self-loving and compassionate frequencies.

It was nice on a high energy day yesterday to “log-off” and unplug for a while! When I came back online to check up on everything yesterday evening, it felt like so much intensity was moving through, almost more than usual in some ways. I highly recommend that if you are feeling especially reactive that you unplug for a while. Even in service of love there is a need to sometimes take a step back and not be on the “frontlines” (not always an easy one to learn or follow through with, I know).

This could be the peak (or one of the peaks) we are feeling in the 3D and lower 4D rumble… Where there is much to react to at every turn yet always an invitation to respond with LOVE and genuine compassion instead. Especially when it feels almost impossible to do so. If this is difficult at this time, the reactions need to be pulled back inward and parts of you felt in their pain and the chaos of their personal worlds.

It feels especially important right now to feel battle timelines in your Metasoul. To meet the Warriors and soldiers where they ARE and to be with what is moving through them instead of placing it all outside of you in YOUR life as you know it right now. This is key to anchoring more into 5D frequencies of peace and a flow of love and compassion that is genuine and integrative.

Personally, I’m feeling much more freed up from my own lower 4D process these past weeks. The energies of the Metasoul timelines I accessed and felt through are shifting more into hope, freedom, love, understanding, compassion… especially for themselves and what they’ve “done”, or in some cases, “not done”.

There are numerous timelines we all need to feel regarding these energies that keep us anchored ultimately into lower frequencies that can make us quite sick in body, heart, mind, and especially soul. They anchor us into hopelessness, fear, feeling like there is always something to push against, feeling as everything and everyone is ultimately against us, and in many cases this may have been true for a phase of your life, yet if it is STILL true, then why are you staying in these circumstances?

The answer to that question may seem complicated to parts of you, yet fear is the one that seems to anchor us all the most into feeling as if these frequencies are realer than the love that wants to come in and light us up, help us move through and heal each of these timelines, and help those Metasoul aspects of us from those timelines move into a new frequency where they can find the healing they need and yes, DESERVE.

Exploring And Honoring The Inner Feminine As An Integral Part Of The Ascending Masculine Journey

For some time now I have been feeling and acknowledging my inner feminine as a part of me. A very important and beloved part of me. There is a movement collectively for men to become more aware of their ‘feminine side’. This can be related to in a very general way that can just refer to our sense of sensitivity, caring, compassion, and intuition.

However, to take it a step further and give ‘her’ a name and thus a conscious identity within our physical masculine expression, can bring some interesting reactions inside. To claim our inner feminine is to relate to her in a very conscious way. It is to feel her feelings, her needs, her wounding, her story.

What has life been like for her in this male body in the context of a more patriarchal society?

If I explore this will I begin to question my own sexuality?

What will other people say if I claim her as an integral part of my being?

So to another part of me it feels like ‘coming out of the closet’. To my inner feminine part, who goes by Genevieve, this can be a bit unnerving as well considering the experiential history of feeling like she has not been welcome among other men in my life. Any hint of sensitivity that could be turned against her and me, Gabriel, was immediately thwarted by my protector.

There was a moment a while back when I could feel how growing up Genevieve would try to be a man the best she could to fit in. Doing and saying things that just weren’t her. When I actually felt this in my heart, we both had tears around it. I felt tears not just for myself but for all the other men who have these feminine parts doing the same exact thing. Men that I knew, that I friendships with.

In feeling her, I got to see and feel myself in a whole new way that actually has allowed my true masculine to emerge to the surface. Not the masculine prescribed by conditioning and trauma, but a more balanced and healthy masculine that can love and respond to his counterpart feminine.

I feel I am part of a band of brothers who live with this everyday but may be unaware or resistant to it for very good reasons. It goes beyond sexual identity and into what lives and breathes in our hearts and souls. I believe She is the next frontier of our collective male healing journey. She connects us to our Higher Heart, our sensuality, our creativity, our compassion, our intuition. She is a bridge to what lies in the shadow of the wounded masculine and his emergence into healthy strength and power.

There is more to this connection and what it means for us as spiritual male human beings. It is a beginning point for further feeling, exploration, and digestion. This comes on the heals of some pretty heavy Orion timeline bleed-throughs that need the feminine to hold and heal. I will be writing more about this as it seems fitting and necessary.

Thank you for taking in this very vulnerable and important part of my process and hope that it lands in the hearts of those it is meant to.

Love Transmission From Divine Mother On ‘The Day Of The Mother’

A Man’s Journey To Self Through Feeling His Relationship To His Mother

A man’s relationship to and with his mother has such a big influence in his relationship to women, the feminine (internally and externally), and his ability to let in the kind of love he yearns for. It also has an impact on his individuation as a man in the process of maturation and ascension.

As a man, this relationship has deep roots not just in this life but in our soul. So much of our wounding can be projected onto our mothers, as well as onto other women because of our relationship to our mothers. Unearthing these roots and entanglements takes a man into a sacred journey of finding his truth and his own inner feminine energy.

It makes it very difficult to feel that when in a wounded relationship to mom. This can come in the form of of the Inner Protector, Inner Teenager, the Inner Child, as well as our Inner Mother/Father. There is a natural and necessary phase when a man needs to unachor from his mother to find the depths of its wound and authentic transactability.

At some point, the Divine Mother replaces the deeper need a man has in his soul and a new, conscious relationship can arise between mother and son if each are doing their work. This more vulnerable and authentic relationship can inspire and inform a sacred romance with a woman that is not based in the recapitulation of this wounded mother-son wounding.

On this Day of Mother, I feel a desire to hold all men accountable to their authentic and conscious relationship to their mothers, the feminine, and the Divine Mother of all. Only then can real and true growth happen in the heart, the genitals, and the soul.

The Great 4D Reconciliation: The Orion Healing

There is a library of stories and information held in our DNA. There are more mental sections and more emotional ones. The power of this information is inextricably connected to the emotional state that it is currently in. So while one may understand so much physically or metaphysically, its use is affected by the emotional health of one that wields it.

I have been connecting with an Orion aspect of mine the past few days, and this very idea is what is coming to the surface of his awareness and digestion of such a violent and volatile existence. This connection has been more about his story. Wanting to get to the heart of the information. His said his species has been born and raised in Disregard. He noted that it wasn’t specific, just a general feeling of this nature. He could attach an object to it but the theme remained the same.

There is a high level of technological understanding, yet it sits in the heart of this disregard. The combination has resulted in aeons of violence unlike anything we have seen here on Earth. As we are a soup of this galactic DNA, we humans have this inside of us as well. It can conflict with our other stories from other star family lineages. This is what can produce some of what feels like we are insane at times in my opinion.

We may all have varying degrees of these aspects. Just looking at the political environment of our civilization you can see how this story line is trying to reconcile itself on our planet. It is a lower 4th dimensional loop that this energy finds itself in, like a dog chasing it tail. The polarities are stark and dark at times. The relationship to self, between male and female, and others of different racial, religious, and sexual orientations seem to be a part of this drama. It is where we get the fear that we may destroy ourselves and the planet.

Tapping into this consciousness as an aspect of yourself, helps to bring the energy into a different location outside the body and into the higher heart. Whatever the reactions are that feel intense, rageful, fearful, and/or uncaring can be heard within its story. A relationship to it can occur and the ambassordship of healing can begin. Orion is just one of those that we can connect to to help begin this Great Reconciliation within ourselves and our greater human family.

Conditioned By Our Conditions

It’s my conviction, at least down to the place of it being my working hypotheses, that any and all conditions in our lives, be they outward circumstances, inner emotional realities, relationship configurations, etc. – both the things we treasure and the things that we detest, that all of these conditions are there in our lives for a couple of very significant reasons.

One reason is that as a soul BEing, we chose these challenges. It’s like anyone can be a champion on an equal playing field, so we chose to tie one hand behind our back, just to redefine what true championship could look and feel like. We wanted not just to be challenged, but to be profoundly challenged.

Another reason these conditions are there is because a part of us actually wants them there and keeps them there. A limiting condition is a familiar condition. When we entered this dimension, from where we came from, nothing felt familiar, or known, so parts of us are left in trauma grasping for anything to call or make familiar or to know as ‘family’. We are meant to be comforted. Just because a part of you aches for something to be gone, doesn’t mean other parts of you want it gone.

When we take ownership of this immense power of our souls choices and take responsibility for the very understandable reactions going on for parts of ourselves, we then can recreate our lives in alignment with true self love. We move our being from being grounded in victimhood to the true power expression of our heart and soul. We lead a different frequency expression that seeds profoundly in the collective. We change the world as we change our world.

Our lives look and feel the way they do not by chance, or by the grace of any god, but by the power and grace of our own sacred BEing that we are either awake or asleep to.

May The ‘Force’ Of Love Be With You

Love is a power. It has a force. A volition and a trajectory. It has a purpose to attend to whether it is active or passive.

Love is a gentle breeze and a torrential storm. It stirs, it clarifies, and it calms. Love hurts, Love heals, Love exalts.

So where does the ‘force’ of Love take you today? Is it inside? Is it outside? Does it lead you to tears, to fears, or to cheers? Does it invite you to claim, to move, to lay, or to wait?

Love calls us to listen and to respond. To feel where the desire, worth, and creativity are wanting to take you. To courageously make those difficult choices and find that power we buried deep inside. So far in fact we forgot we even had it to begin with.

This Love is what draws us closer to our truest most essential nature. It connects us to those that we are meant to commune and divine with. It shakes the tree and bears new fruit if we sovereignly permit it to do so.

May this ‘force’ be with you always and in all ways. May it be your guiding light, your biggest advocate, and your most challenging teacher. May the force of Love lead you into the shadow cast by your greatest light.

The process of inner work is what leads us to how we relate to this power of Love in all its varied and dynamic ways.

Relation-ships – Me, You and Us

Every relationship that we enter, that we chose to remain inside of or that we choose to leave, has powerful effects on our souls healing journey.

Yesterday, I met with my sister, Brenda, after not having almost any contact for the past ten years. It was meaningful for a part of me to receive a mini update on my mother, two other siblings, my former wife, two daughters, nieces and nephews and even my own grandchildren whom I haven’t met, as well as more distant family.

In 2009, I chose to largely break off contact with family. I always felt and still do feel that what I was saying no to, was to meet inside of family gatherings where my own changing views of life, and particularly my leaving of Christianity were not welcome as part of the conversation. I also couldn’t expect any of them to be okay with any kind of demand on my part for them to be curious and genuinely interested. What moved for me recently was a desire to be accountable for any hurt I caused in my abrupt departure from family.

I came away from our coffee shop reunion feeling quite a bit of mixed emotions. I had an expanded sense of how all of us in this human experience gravitate to or away from relationships has so much to do with a deep wound we carry inside, mostly subconsciously of our feelings of having lost connection with the Divine, how we were birthed out of a bliss oneness place into individuated consciousness that leaves us with a deep residual separation inside and outside that we are left to integrate. This feels to me like the true hero’s journey, coming back into remembrance of our true essence, that we never actually left or lost any of our divine essence, but rather were given the perception of loss, as a deep wound, that when and as we heal from that wound, we grow into even more than we were in our original state of bliss and oneness.

On a more human level, I felt how ten years had gone by with my family, and how it was hard to see from my perspective where much in terms of growth had changed emotionally or spiritually. I know that’s a judgment on my part, but one I can’t deny. While in connection with family, I was constantly tugging on them to see beyond what I felt were limitations on growth. Even while inside of Christianity, I was constantly jumping camps and switching loyalties all in an effort to break out of something and to break into something more that my soul knew was there. I grew tired of that tugging and so did they, understandably. I get how each of us has a different clock speed setting for our growth, but yet, I believe that this too is something we can consciously shift if we desire to. We awaken to how much parts of us are allowing or disallowing in terms of our growth. We are not victims of fate, or of the Divine, but rather, parts of use the perceptions of victimhood, to govern the pace of our growth.

It was difficult to chose to leave the family circle, to face some of their angsts, to engage or not to engage in communication. I knew I needed and deeply wanted community in my life and I still know that. Community, at heart, I’ve been learning has to do with our kindness, acknowledging that despite our very real differences, that we are still of the same kind. Both are true. We are one, yet we are individual. We have resonance and we have dissonance in relationships. We came here to have that juice.

I am left with a deeper digestion that the relationships we keep and how we keep them is something profoundly sacred for each individual. Some relationships are given to us for the growth we will encounter in leaving them. Ultimately, every relationship we enter, we will leave on this earthly plane. Knowing and feeling that, we are invited to be present in the present with the present of what we have now – to hold it with reverence for the Divine in all of us. This is why we have funerals, a place to return to feeling for the reverence of all of life. We enter the feeling of death to more fully enter the feeling of life.

Deep profound deaths and rebirths are something that we can enter here in the course of our lives, without needing to wait for us to leave the body. I recently went through the most heart rending completion of my relationship with Jelelle, where we ‘broke up’ and have since magically found our way back to the deepest of reopenings, where the magnitude of the pain of loss only compares to the magnitude of joy on the other side. Losing my relationship with Jelelle also seemed inextricably intertwined with the losing of my beloved SoulFullHeart community that has been my family for the past ten years. It felt like history repeating itself all over again. I could also feel Metasoul aspects of mine who know the pattern of excommunication and we’re still stuck in their suffering loops and reactions around those dramas. Feeling these Metasoul aspects and helping them shift felt like it gave me a big gift in this dimension to go to my next places of growth.

I feel how we are all being invited, when we find our heart breaking, to let it break open, to parts of ourselves, to the Divine, and to one another – not with duty and obligation to old caretaking ways of being, but with love, transparency and our deepest desires leading the way.

This is the journey we signed up for; gain and loss; joy and sorrow, even the inevitable of hurting others and being hurt.

We return to our divinity as we return to our humanity only to find there is no difference.

I also see how we, at a deep soul level, don’t actually leave any relationship even if we break off contact or interaction. Our souls are so much bigger than what is or isn’t currently happening on the earth plane, conducting business for our growth regardless of how much of it we can see or feel, or from what paradigm we are consciously coming from.

The Need For Discernment AND Connection In Spiritual Healing

BS detectors are on High…but so is the desire for community, resonance, and support.

This is the message I got last night after Kalayna and I held our second in-person group meditation circle here in Victoria. It was an intimate gathering of hearts and souls that expressed their desire for deeper connection and context. While the focus of the meditation was the ascension chakras, we couldn’t also help to bring in the heart as the center point for any and all explorations.

This inevitably leads to the protective and defended layer that lives and breathes in all of us to one degree or another. The Inner Protector, individually and collectively, feels to have a very focused BS detector. They will not be lead into disingenuous territory not matter the “qualifications” of said organizer or leader.

This is probably the most important aspect of this work. The deep desire to serve must be precluded by the deep desire to see and heal the shadow. It is not shadow hunting as much as it is being aware or being brought mirrors of any energy that may feel out of alignment with the sanctity of genuine, compassionate service and leadership. In other words, light work is shadow work.

The deepest reflections and validations we can get from others are the ones that come from those who have this detector/protector on High. Now the detector could be turned on so high that nothing is able to get in and that has its own process.

When I talked about this last night there was a resounding collective nod that showed me that this is a big thing is the greater collective. It was a sign from the Divine to keep bringing the vulnerability and the realness to the table so that Love has a chance to be seen and served from within and in service of others.

We got very warm and genuine appreciation for the held space and the grounded heart-centered energy. It was a new level of service for us both and we felt a glow of joy that we got to bring our passion and love to others who were in need. Our own reflection and service of Love is why we are here.

What Is The Violence Telling Us?

The latest attacks in Sri Lanka have left another gaping hole in the heart of our collective humanity. I could feel my own initial numbness to it as “just another day in the news”. I really didn’t want that to be the case, but it can be hard when tragedy seems to strike in so many different places. I don’t take in too much of the details as I can get be a lot to let in, yet to feel what it is that is going on in our world, in our Heart.

We can’t help but to be affected by each of these acts of violence. They shake something deep inside of us even if we are not paying attention. Our soul knows what is happening. There is an underground river of despair that runs through our shadow. This despair can foment into so much need for resonance. Anything that makes one feel that they are not alone. There is a community that forms around this wound, this need for acceptance, purpose, and empowerment. The manifestation of this level of violence is a reflection of this depth of this pain.

Even the Lone Wolves seek audience.

We are a global community in need of feeling loved. Feeling like we belong to something greater even if that ‘love’ shows itself as violence. We have something deeply guarded in all of us that finds its way to the surface in one form or another. No policy, sanction, or security measure can heal that. It can mitigate it but not truly transform it. The only power we have is Love.

It is healing locally to shift globally. Nothing gets more local than you. What lies in each of us that is seeking our love? What violence still resides inside? What does Love truly mean to you and/or parts of you? Getting away from the chatter of the news cycle, the despair, and the rage, gives us a chance to go within to feel where Love still has its work to do.

I feel this as a sober reminder to myself that there is more to feel. More timelines that are recapitulating and recycling back onto the world’s stage for remembrance and reconciliation. Where do I live in all of that? What is still afraid to be seen in fear of retribution? This is the deeper work of our personal power and responsiveness to ascension.

Heaven is felt into, not fought for.
