SoulFullHeart Museletter: Metasoul/Karmic Healing Brings Clarity To Your NOW

Another ‘week’ has completed now, with so many more fluctuations and movements happening in the individual and collective emotional bodies and spirituality too. Featured this week is a piece by Facilitator, Gabriel Heartman. Gabriel highlights the importance of feeling the Metasoul/karmic timelines at play here and now for each individual soul, in order to keep healing in our current timelines and usher in the new:

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Finding Your Place Within The Fire

What a dynamic week this has been! A lot stirring up in the collective due to so many influences both terrestrial and cosmic. This week was a big focus on the Inner Teenager, truth-telling, passion purpose, Schumann resonance, crop circles, and the events unfolding in the US. You can read it here. 

Featured this week is a piece from Gabriel Heartman. In it, he addresses the riots that are underway in the US. He focuses on how the riots and the situation that sparked them are all a reflection of the suppressed violence within each of us and in the collective emotional body. He also offers that each of us has our own journey in response to these events:

What action and power do each of us have in these times when it feels like it is all coming unglued? I think that is one you have to ask yourself. What feels like the most aligned with your purpose here? If it is to advocate and protest, then I say do so with all the Love you have to muster. That is possible. If it is to hold the space for the Kali phase of this death and rebirth then hold it with the might and compassion of your heart and soul. If you are to shine the Light of the New Earth then shine that Mother with all the power and glory that is within you without compromise.

Related to this, is the suppressed truth and pain of the Inner Teenager that was felt in the last Free To Be 2 Group call on Wednesday, May 27th. There are writings that talk about our personal relationships and teachings about how the Inner Teenager influences our current lives and emotional body. 

The next β€˜Free To Be’ group call series begins this Wednesday, June 3rd @ 10am PDT. The third call of this series will focus on the 3D/4D Matrix/Cabal Collapse. The 3D/4D Matrix and Cabal/Illuminati/Global Elite revelation and collapse that is happening now pushes up much to feel for the 3D Self that has needed to be plugged into this Matrix. There can also be a Reptilian Self plugged into the 4D AI Matrix on that level. You will connect with your 3D Self or Reptilian Self to offer them a deeper unplugging from the Matrix into liberation during the guided meditation.

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Bigger Picture Of The Covid Global Awakening Event

The weeks continue to be catalytic and expansive. This one no less than any other. We began the new round of Free To Be Calls with the topic of Money and that set of a firestorm of process for all involved. There were many digestions, awarenesses, and movements as a result. We also continued to feel the current energies of the Coronavirus and the New Moon on May 22.  You can read it here. 

Featured this week is a piece from Jelelle Awen. In it, she takes an eagle’s eye view of the Global Covid Awakening Event and what different timelines are presenting themselves and how compassion is an important aspect of these times:

All of us who came to Gaia at this time have chosen to experience a phase within this 3D Matrix consensus reality for the growth it offers to go through it and emerge out of it. Some of us became more bought into it than others and sometimes have been deeply plugged into it for multiple timelines. Before you would judge and condemn others who are still β€˜asleep’ or label them as β€˜sheep’, you can feel with compassion the parts of you that needed to go through that phase too and WHY they did. For many awakening souls, it is possible that they STILL have parts of them that are plugged into/corded into this 3D Matrix (for example in birth family relationships, mateships, and jobs). You can lovingly invite these parts of you to be felt and help them unplug through healing the emotional/soul traumas that may be keeping them stuck and plugged in.

The next β€˜Free To Be’ group call series begins this Wednesday, May 27th @ 10am PDT. The second call of this series will focus on the Inner Teenager and his/her relationship to what is currently happening in the world today. With the shifting times, there is an opportunity to share your truth and that can create waves in your social world that may trigger the ‘black sheep’ part of you that has experienced social rejection for being different. We will share about how to digest the trauma around this invalidation experience from this life and other lifetimes. You will connect with your Inner Teenager in meditation to open up negotiation and collaboration during these shifts.

Happy Monday! This week there were big shifts in the SoulFullHeart community with the emergence of Kalayna Solais back as a Facilitator and Jelelle Awen taking a step back from facilitation to focus on the larger context and future of the community and offering. Featured this week is a piece from Kalayna Solais. In it, she feels through her own personal experience of the ongoing healing of the darkness and opening into forgiveness as true ambassadorship of love:

β€œThere is still a very strong narrative playing out right now of light dispelling darkness. Yet, darkness cannot be destroyed. Your own darkness cannot be destroyed. It needs room to be felt and understood, a chance to make its case and be heard.”

Our featured article this week is from Raphael Awen, who invites us to feel the reactions of our different parts during this time, whatever they may be feeling and moving through around it all. He also invites us to feel how all of us have co-created the events we’re facing now, fully in our power, and that it’s up to us how we respond to it, especially from within:

Β “The Coronavirus, whether the virus itself or the scenarios created by our layers of reaction to it answered a call we didn’t even know we were making. Playing victim to the virus and the circumstances may be the phase many are necessarily in, as they need a bringer of death to life as they’ve known it, but can’t admit it. Others with awakening consciousness see and feel that the changes and deaths are what they and life itself called out for. We are in a funeral and a birth canal at the same time. Life as we’ve known it will not be the same in so many ways.

SoulFullHeart Museletter: Coronavirus As A Smokescreen For Major Reboots

Featured this week is a major energy update from Jelelle Awen, digesting what could very well be happening ‘behind the scenes’ of the ‘outbreak’:

“What I’ve been offered about this virus and what feels true to me is that it is actually a smokescreen. Its purpose is to create diversion so that the next phase and stages of collapse of the 3D Matrix can be implemented without creating even MORE fear and mass panic in the 3D collective. China has an important role in the next phases of rebirth, especially to lead the emerging out of the old money systems (debt based to a new world currency to eventually service-based exchange).”

Jelelle also talks about how this is such a vital time for all of us who have been doing much inner work to bridge from our more centered heart and soul spaces to others who need us and who are just now going through some major waves of awakening. She shares a link to recent guided meditation video she created as well, where you can feel your parts and start to move into your own personal bridge to 5D consciousness reality, which is very apt for the bigger picture transition going on at this time.

Our next virtual event is a women’s call with Jelelle.

The focus of this group on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at 10:00am PDT (Vancouver Canada) over Zoom will be on healing the mother wound that lives in our this-life and other lifetime experiences with women. Jelelle will talk in the call about what our relationships with our birth mothers (and other female caregivers) may be mirroring and reflecting to us.

In this issue, we celebrate the Sacred Feminine that arises from deep within the heart and soul of every healing woman, in honour of International Women’s Day and beyond too. Jelelle and the Magdalenes lead the way with a piece that truly evokes this sense of celebration and a deep reclaiming of the feminine within too:

Jelelle Awen continues her video series β€œDeepen 2020”. This series will be offered on an arising basis, rather thanΒ every day for a set period of time, and will be responsive to current events/cosmic energies/personal & collective process, etc. Every Deepen 2020 video will offer a teaching and a guided meditation.
