Digging IN
my heart remembers
what it only can with you.
And what’s always true
is the plan of living
and the exquisite pain
of letting in
while also letting go.

Ecstatically
the heart opens and closes again
echoing thoughts and words within
the pulse of beating hearts
and timelines crossing timelines.

Instinctually
the forbidden mind
starts to mine
the experience of the heart
and integration of lined-up soul pieces
that flow and flee and double-back
into the next full circle
of healing miracles
within.

Reflections, ALL
move inside the current being
now seeing
what couldn’t be seen without them
moving into the heart space and out again
leaving me with more gain
than loss.

No matter the next
and next
and next
reflections and reactions and reactivations
the following places
pace in a dance
that races then recedes
in a way wild
uncontrolled
and absolutely
ALIVE.

9/9/9 Portal Opens Up Access To Lower 4D Matrix/Karmic Healing/Metasoul Timelines: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Sept 9, 2019)

The 9/9 portal this week has opened up many doors to our soul patterns and karmic cycles that still need our love and attention in order to heal. In this week’s featured article, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Co-Creator, Jelelle Awen, invites you to feel how the thinning of the veils through this portal have been inviting you to feel your own Metasoul timelines and how they are influencing your life now, in order to truly go into them and heal them. There will be another Group Transmission in October. The focus of this group on Saturday, October 12th at 10am PDT is to learn more about the light body activation process that is ongoing as our carbon-based, 3D conditioned/programmed physical bodies transition into crystalline, living on prana/light energy bodies. The process of this seems to come in phases and cycles of detoxification of 3D chemicals and toxic food digestion energies along with activation on cellular, DNA, levels. They will especially focus on what the best fuel as food is for the light body to support its transition.

We will be having another four-day community gathering this December 2019 for the Winter Solstice. The gathering starts at 10:00am on Wednesday the 18th of December and goes through 5pm on Saturday the 21st (each day’s events are from 10:00am until 5:00pm).

Karmic Timeline/Lifetime Healing Group Transmission Event Over Zoom Tomorrow September 14th

Feeling the energies coming through already to share with you during our group transmission tomorrow! These energies support the exploration of soul themes, timelines/lifetimes, relationships and dynamics…it’s the exploration of how soul patterns show up and express in your current life. Making these conscious connections and feeling/healing these dynamics can HUGELY transform your life and your experience of it.

Energy Update: Full ‘Harvest’ Moon Supports Recovery/Moving On Process

Energy update: DEEP tears last night before going to bed… Felt so fully held in the arms of the Divine, especially Divine Mother, bringing more waves of them to feel and help clear the cluttered heart. Tears of purging and detoxing, rebirth and renewal, they were. Body shaking, quaking, sobbing. This is the state I so willingly went to as I returned last night to my tenderness, femininity, woman’s heart after an intense journey interfacing with this new life phase that seems to be opening up wider this week… and had my masculine activated in a more defensive or protective way than a way that lets my femininity BE and be vulnerable and breathe more too.

Today’s Full Moon is bringing something to full illumination inside. Sometimes these moons bring these tides of tears that aren’t always about pain but simply about rising again for yourself, to yourself. Sometimes parts of us get so backed up in our busyness throughout our work weeks, explorations of connections with others (especially any new connections where parts will likely feel especially self-conscious and reactive), that once the more feminine space within can be accessed, they can burst open again like a broken water pipe, sharing everything they’ve been feeling this whole time, and the Divine is there holding the bucket that catches it all.

Friday the 13th energies feel like a wrap-up and renewal opportunity that also comes with the Full Moon energies bringing pieces to full circle. It’s definitely a time of rebooting. Of completing one phase and beginning another, even just internally. It could be a time for you of ‘harvest’ as this is the Harvest Moon, which brings in energies of encouragement and support to feel who you truly ARE right now after the journey you’ve been on so far.

In all of this deep feeling release that’s possible right now, there is an opportunity to continue to move on, to move UP in frequency and upgrade your desires for more love in all areas of your life too, especially within, because without that harvest, that cultivation of deepening inner love, the deepest and most healing movements cannot be what they most need to be.

Energy Update: Palindrome Dates, Friday The 13th Harvest Moon, 9/11 Digestion/Disclosure, Plus 9/9/9 Portal

This is a dynamic and intense time for energies right now! September is already creating a sense of momentum and acceleration. It is a high frequency month geomagnetically due to the Equinox and we’ve already had some strong geomagnetic storms and high SOULar winds moving through with more to come.

I already shared about the 9/9/9 portal gateway that extends through September 18th and how it is offering more access to clear and feel karmic binds and energies from Lower 4D timelines and lifetimes. Also, starting yesterday and through 9/19/19, this is a week of palindromes for those who use the month/day/year format, where the numbers of the dates are the same forwards and backwards. Example…. 9/11/19 is the same forwards and backwards (such as the word ‘madam’.) This is considered a blessed and fortunate energy that offers the opportunity for karmic reset and completion of soul patterns that have been playing out in this-life situations.

Yesterday was September 11th as well….a date that holds a lot of energy in the collective memory of sorrow, loss, and outrage for those in America and around the world. The September 11th violent events bring up a mix of mourning, loss of individual privacy/invasion of governmental monitoring, AND disclosure of the true causes of them beyond what has been reported by the ‘mainstream’ 3D media. 9/11 is one of those ‘lynch pins’ that as it is pulled by more and more awakening souls begins to reveal the true web of corruption, control, shadow-based Lower 4D energies that exist behind so much of the governmental, banking, and cooperate structures in the 3D world. Many more souls will be following those bread crumbs of discovery as guided to by their Higher Self.

We also have Friday the 13th tomorrow and a harvest full moon occurring on that date or on Saturday, Friday the 14th (depending on where you are in the world.) Friday the 13th amplifies whatever energy is coming up for healing due to the collective focus and projection on it. Good or bad, unlucky or blessed….this day can be a matter of the collective consciousness creating its reality. A full moon then, as always, offers illumination of this energy that needs to come out of the shadows in order to be seen and felt.

All of these energies may be creating a feeling in you of being unsettled, disorientated, and just ‘off’ from how you normally are. Because what is in the subconscious is being amplified, it IS an opportunity to learn and feel something new about yourself and your soul. It can be helpful to move into personal exploration during intense energy times like this rather than tune too much into the collective energies that are moving through.

For those of us who are so sensitive to ALL energies, the collective process of disclosure and digestion can be VERY intense for us to feel. The push and pull of the newly awakening (although we have been through it ourselves) can be overwhelming as we hold and make space for more of our own veil to lift and more karmic healing to take place from within our own souls.

To radiate love from our higher heart space, to feel compassion for those who are newly learning about difficult realities, to forgive those who have chosen to play the challenging and polarizing roles in this experiment. These are ambassador of love energies we can offer to ourselves and to others, as templated for us by the Divine Mother. Trusting the Divine on the timing of all of this as an alignment (even if it feels like a misalignment) that the collective needs as we move into the higher timeline year of 2020.

To go into the more feminine heart space offers more sense of inner peace right now. To be in the overly masculine mind trying to ‘figure it out’ can be challenging and lead to more distrust coming up, more anxiety, more reaction from your masculine Inner Protectors. Connecting to sources of compassionate calm in the storms both inside of you and from outside creates a beacon for others of how they might navigate through it too.

Becoming The Author Of Your Own Story

When you are no longer controlled by outside forces, you are the author, possessing the author-ity for what your life is about.

Becoming the Sovereign of your own life in this way is a scary proposition as it leaves us completely responsible for own lives, leaving us the challenge of owning all of our lives – all that’s in our lives, and all of our lifetimes.

There’s no one to blame. There’s no circumstance to point the finger at; no lot in life, that doesn’t originate in you.

The idea of having whatever you want is only novel and exciting until you realize that’s what actually been going on this whole time. The challenge is coming to terms with your authorship, deciding the story that you actually want; deciding and negotiating between the parts of you that want different things.

You are not your circumstances. You are not your relationships. You are not your job. You are not your bank balance. You are not even your health. You created all of that, but you are not that.

You are the creator.

Maybe like me, you set your sights on healing your anxiety or your depression. You did that, only to realize this was much to small a goal for the Sovereign you actually are. No longer being in the depths of anxiety or depression is nice, but that alone can’t fill the expansive sails of your being.

You are called to experience yourself in continual curiosity and childlike wonder and learning. You are ever called to more.

What does your more look like? What is wanting to mature and manifest in your life, in your world, in your magical story?

What have parts of you been afraid of, in order to enact the changes that you know are ripening in your story?

How can you lovingly reconcile and negotiate these inner differences?

Energy Update: 9/9/9 Portal Opens Up Access To Lower 4D Matrix/Karmic Healing/Metasoul Timelines

Energy UPdate: We are in the midst of the 9/9/9 portal that opened it feels like on 9/8 and  continues now for the next nine days until 9/18. Being in the ‘midst’ can feel like a swirl and a twirl….a sense that you are in the middle of a process that you may only be somewhat aware of on a conscious level. The nine energy often feels like a completion that is happening at the same time as the New energies are coming in.

It feels to me like much more upgrading, activating, and rewiring is going on beyond our minds, beyond our consciousness, beyond our this-life human body structure than we can possible understand right now. This can actually bring a lot of comfort as you lean into your own soul (or Metasoul as I call it, your individuated soul consciousness or also called Monad.) Your Metasoul/Monad has immense intelligence and access….it as close to Divine source as can be and still be individuated.

Your Metasoul holds and contains the experiences of ALL the expressions of its fractals projected out into numerous lifetimes and timelines. All of these projections are happening in a simultaneous moment in the Now and ongoingly. This is not ‘past life’ at all or ‘ancient’ or ‘from another era’.

This 9/9/9 portal is offering a feeling sense of the multidimensional frequencies of our Metasoul beyond the linear structure that the 3D mind has placed it in. These simultaneous and parallel timelines are hugely influential to our current life experiences. They are often the source and root cause of the emotional reactions, triggers and even the situations themselves being drawn to you.

The recapitulation of soul themes and therefore the healing of them is the underlying REASON for WHY your soul has set up what it has for you to experience this life. Every choice seems to pivot on this existential context of the Metasoul’s healing, which ultimately connects to collective unconsciousness healing as well. Healing of the duality/polarity experiment back to Oneness.

Conscious healing of these timelines and lifetimes is a crucial phase in our ongoing Ascension process. We now have the opportunity to heal karmic patterns that our Metasouls have been playing out for infinity. We truly can complete the need to incarnate into 3D and lower 4D timelines at all anymore if we don’t want to or need to. We can truly end the suffering of repeated traumatic and traumatizing situations in all their different forms and expressions.

Understanding how the Lower 4D Matrix holds and contains these karmic patterns, archetypal energies, and the collective unconsciousness can be an important step in the process. Unplugging from the Lower 4D Matrix is to become aware of your soul themes and patterns and HOW they express and play out in your current lifetime.

This happens as you create a loving and understanding relationship with your Metasoul aspects/fractals from other lifetimes. Not just as a ‘past life’ of yours that you drop into the trauma of in a one-time regression, yet as living, breathing, and very often important energies and personalities that you need just as they need you. The gift exchange between these soul aspects of yours can be huge as they are often anchored into and expressing many soul gifts even as they are experiencing patterns of persecution, suppression, etc.

The key to accessing the Lower 4D Matrix and lifting the veil to get access to your own Metasoul happens as you connect with your Gatekeeper. This is an aspect that we have worked with for many years in our SoulFullHeart process, who seems to be the aspect of the Metasoul that is in charge of the veil of amnesia. Getting to know your Gatekeeper opens up access to these other lifetimes in a way that is self loving at a negotiated rate and pace that you and your Metas can both benefit from. The Gatekeeper opens the doors, lifts the veils, and allows free flow remembrance of ALL lifetimes.

9/9 Cycle Completions & New Beginnings

No matter the portal that’s open or ‘time of year’, we get to look at ourselves, reflect on what we’ve walked out, and choose to see the next steps into who, where, and even WITH whom we would like to be. By this I mean, we get to choose if we’re ready to embrace the steps in front of us toward our next romantic soulmate bond, a new depth of soul community experience, new approaches to money/livelihood alchemy, and above all, new ways in which we can BE with ourselves.

Sometimes as we complete one cycle we begin another one right away. Endings breed beginnings, always, as life moves through us in these cycles. These can include karmic cycles where we’re being reflected the same themes over and over again even as we reach and go into the next layers of completing these patterns. These can include patterns of how we’ve been in relationships of all kinds too, romantic, friendship, even at work. Cycles exist everywhere and they include the many patterns we’ve lived out both consciously and unconsciously. It feels as if this 9/9 day is another significant opportunity to SEE patterns and where they’ve originated and we get to choose if/when we’re ready to deeply feel them.

I always get a sense especially of ‘karma’ around the number 9. It’s a number that is both an open and closed shape in one. It’s a number that to me shows a cycle that isn’t quite complete but may be in the process of completing. This is so true on a collective and personal level, where we’re feeling and seeing some pieces heating up but there IS a sense of completion coming too. Or at least more opportunities to become complete with something, some cycle or pattern, if we’re truly ready to show up for that.

9 reminds us somehow that we do have an array of choices before us, that we do get to find our power and act from there, but also that we need surrender too. We do have to show up at least halfway for life to truly respond to us and our deepest needs, but the real work sometimes is in the surrendering to life at the same time, and to a much bigger picture that we can’t possibly fathom just yet.

I feel this for myself as I continue to explore my alchemy and what I’ve drawn socially too. I continue to be challenged to feel my parts in their resistances and defenses but also see my progress and just how open my heart is these days, whereas even just a couple of years ago that would have been much harder to really see or feel as true.

In my process now, I can feel my parts in the midst of completing a cycle of taking things personally that has felt ENDLESS and so heartbreaking over and over again for many years. This has helped me feel my heart even more open and compassionate toward others and where they’re at right now that may not be in resonance with where I am, but that doesn’t take away from my care for them. This has drawn some interesting interactions, ranging from going deep very quickly to being kicked by parts of them that are in reaction. The reality of an open heart is that we can draw either extreme… at least until parts of us no longer need that reflection from life. This is where I’m going with this now, to feel why these extremes are what’s happening versus a more mellow and easily digestible experience of connection with others.

On this 9/9 day, whatever you may be feeling as a completion or a new beginning, there’s plenty of alchemy to go around in either direction and sometimes in both ways at the same time. And, as always, there is SO much love with you that wants to support you through all of it. ❤

Death & Rebirth During Ascension: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Sept 2, 2019)

There is an ongoing process through Ascension that has every one of us, including Gaia Herself, going through different ‘death and rebirth’ cycles that are all sacred and all meant to bring us to renewed places within and in our outer lives too. Jelelle Awen shares in this week’s featured article, some vivid descriptions of this process and the ways in which it might look and feel for you and parts of you, personally:

“What has previously been and felt alive….what has been kNOwn as a life…..is going through death throes as the soul’s higher frequencies come through, shine through, and rumble through. These parts of you feel sad and lonely and like no one else in your world ‘gets it’ because, in many ways, they don’t. Those people so beloved to you in your 3D life (and even to your 4D transitional self too) are suddenly not able to resonate on the same ground as you. You are speaking now a foreign language and are forgetting the one you used to be so fluent in. You are compelled to attend inner funeral services that they don’t see the reason for. You are becoming a ghost to them even as you become so much clearer to yourself.”

The next virtual Group Transmission with Raphael and Jelelle Awen will be on September 14th at 10:00am PDT. The focus of this group is to learn more about karmic healing through unplugging through the lower 4D matrix, which is the control matrix created by the collective unconscious’ unprocessed and undigested karmic soul woundings, trauma playouts, good vs. evil battles, and archetypal projections. Unplugging from the Lower 4D Matrix is the ‘next step’ in awakening as you consciously life your veil of amnesia with the help of your Gatekeeper, an aspect of your Metasoul that guards and protects all the timelines/lifetimes that your soul has fragmented into.

SoulFullHeart Co-Creator/Teacher/Facilitator/Divine Feminine bridge Jelelle Awen will be hosting a virtual group over Zoom to provide a transmission of codes to assist you in your ongoing process of sacred feminine embodiment. You can receive these frequencies live with her (highly recommended) or take in the recording afterwards. If you attend the live group, you’ll have the opportunity to share with her what you experienced during the meditation and receive feedback/next steps of integration from her.

There will be another Group Transmission in October. The focus of this group on Saturday, October 12 2019 at 10:00am PDT is to learn more about the light body activation process that is ongoing as our carbon-based, 3D conditioned/programmed physical bodies transition into crystalline, living on prana/light energy bodies. The process of this seems to come in phases and cycles of detoxification of 3D chemicals and toxic food digestion energies along with activation on cellular, DNA, levels. They will especially focus on what the best fuel as food is for the light body to support its transition.

The Door To Our Inner Garden

And for how long we longed after some door external to us to find our magic, our light, our sparkle, when the door was in our own inner garden all along. 

If this is true, then what seems to predispose us all to look outward or to an other?

We have been convinced that the self is ‘selfish,’ an inherently bad word and a very bad thing, when in truth until you become truly and deeply selfish, youcan in no wise inherit the kingdom of God, for this kingdom and queendom is inside you.

To be fully selfish is to do and be what brings you the fullest and deepest pleasure. How could that not be to the fullest and deepest pleasure of all of life and every living thing around you.

Shortchanging yourself is shortchanging the world and everyone around you. 

Your problem isn’t that you are self centred, it is that you are not centred in yourself enough to the true degree and depths of that which you really are and with what you really want. 

Give up the pretence that you have no self-interest for when in fact, as a self, that is all you have.

Show me your most noble self-less act, and then show me how you are not deriving a personal return from it. 

Until we reconcile this inside of ourselves, the door to our own inner garden of our magic remains sealed.

How could it be any different?
