Experiencing Soul Resonant Community During Our Equinox Gathering: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Sept 16, 2019)

We have a FULL Museletter for you this week, with two weeks worth of articles, digestions and announcements! Last week we held and deeply celebrated our first ever SoulFullHeart Equinox Gathering which was a heart-opening, soul-affirming, and deeply intimate experience for everyone involved!

Jelelle Awen leads this week’s Museletter with a sweet digestion of the overall Gathering experience and the many, many gifts it offered and continues to offer each of us:

We will be having another four-day community gathering this December 2019 for the Winter Solstice. The gathering starts at 10:00am on Wednesday the 18th of December and goes through 5pm on Saturday the 21st (each day’s events are from 10:00am until 5:00pm).

Jelelle will be leading a virtual women’s group call this Sunday, September 29th over Zoom. The purpose of this call is to provide a transmission of codes to assist you in your ongoing process of sacred feminine embodiment. You can receive these frequencies live with her (highly recommended) or take in the recording afterwards. If you attend the live group, you’ll have the opportunity to share with her what you experienced during the meditation and receive feedback/next steps of integration from her.

There will be a Group Transmission led by Raphael and Jelelle Awen in October. The focus of this group on Saturday, October 12th at 10am PDT is to learn more about the light body activation process that is ongoing as our carbon-based, 3D conditioned/programmed physical bodies transition into crystalline, living on prana/light energy bodies. The process of this seems to come in phases and cycles of detoxification of 3D chemicals and toxic food digestion energies along with activation on cellular, DNA, levels. They will especially focus on what the best fuel as food is for the light body to support its transition.

Energy Update: Powerful September Codes Ready To Be Let IN

As this powerful energy month of September comes to a completion, there may be much to digest and integrate into your physical/emotional/mental/spiritual/energy bodies. The 9/9/9 portal gateway provided more access to the 4D matrix and karmic healing through lifting of the collective and personal veils. We also experienced the palindrome (same backwards as forwards) codes for over a week, a Harvest Full Moon on Friday the 13th, September 11th collective disclosure/digestion, and the Equinox gateway.

September is always a strong geomagnetic month due to cracks in Gaia’s magnetic field during Equinox that cause fissures that allow solar winds to pour through….leading to some really beautiful Aurora codes. Today, September 27, we are in the beginning of another G1 to G2 strength geomagnetic storm now with solar wind speeds already up beyond 500 km/sec. As always with geomagnetic storms, you may be experiencing disrupted sleep patterns, vision/clarities coming through, light headedness, etc. Grounding in nature and in meditative space can help with navigating these higher geomagnetics, as can sound healing.

After doing remote/virtual work primarily with women over the last three years, it was amazing to get the opportunity to do emotional/physical/energy work with some of them this weekend at our Equinox Gathering. Being in the physical, I was able to stand in their auric fields, in their chakra vortices, and really feel/see what was going on with them related to these Ascension energies coming in and the deep emotional/soul work we’ve been doing together through the SoulFullHeart process. I negotiated with the Protectors/Gatekeepers that I have come to know in sessions to collaborate on what was needed now for digestion on an energetic/physical level. Even as SO much can move in the virtual (since we ARE energy after all), there is nothing quite like being in physical proximity to offer exponential healing.

What I noticed during my energy work with them was that there were ‘codes’ floating around in their crown chakra vortex, which extends far out beyond the top of the head to include the Personal Sun chakra (about two feet above your head), the Soul Star Chakra (about one foot), and the Causal Chakra (back of the head.) These codes were there ‘waiting’ to be downloaded and let in, very often to clear blockages and any disease/illness in the physical body. They were also there to support ongoing detox and activation of their light bodies. I was guided by their Star Family/guides to bring the codes ‘in’ to their crown for integration by doing a sweeping motion through their crown vortex, gathering them up, and offering them back to them.

Whatever codes you are most needing right now are very personal to you. They appear in whatever shapes, forms, colors, words, sounds, images that most work for you and your DNA/cellular/energy systems. For some people, codes float around in the field in the form of sacred geometry. For others they look like streams of numeric code like in the Matrix movie. Identifying what your codes are and what is ready to brought in (with help from your Protector/Gatekeeper and Star Family) can be very helpful to the activation of your higher timeline and embodiment of your Higher Self.

My sense is that there were many codes offered in the last two months….during the powerful geomagnetics and portals of September and the Lion’s Gateway of August. These codes seemed to offer a range of upgrades related to deeper embodiment of our sacred femininity and sacred masculinity (and healing of the wounded expressions of these); activation of our galactic DNA and healing of our Star Seed child; and clarities/visions plus experiences of our Higher Timeline self and life.

As we move now into October, we can allow the codes offered in September to light us up, to inform us, and to support us. We can bring more consciously into our awareness all the support systems that are available to us….both in physical space holders, soul family, soul mates, and in etheric connections with Metasoul aspects, guides, Star Family and the Divine. As we become more and more conscious of what is being offered to us, we can let in the opportunity that is available in this NOW to truly become divinity in our human bodies.

Moving From Care-taking to Care-giving

After raising or changing your frequency, you find and feel old energies present in your relationships that reflect the old you; the old you that doesn’t exist anymore, at least not in the same way, or to the same degree.

A natural tendency is to caretake those friends or family members rather than honestly and integrously bringing your truth, seeing them as kind of ‘grandfathered in’ into your life. Trouble is, grandpa’s dying or maybe even long gone, but you’re stuck with all of his unsorted stuff.

I don’t know of a greater or more effective cap on our growth than this deep rooted conditioning of caretaking.

Seeing to the core of this tendency, we see that the withhold of our truth is actually a withhold of our love; albeit in the name of love. A part of us is defensively caretaking the friend or family member out of fear of loss, out of personal need, rather than heart overflow.

This is why it’s called caretaking – it’s very much ‘on the take’. It’s living out of the absence and lack of love. It’s begging and fighting over scraps and crumbs.

Integrity asks us to be integrated, as in coming from one place, not two. This means purity; of one substance. Here, and only here, as well as magically here, the love that we truly give our selves (parts of us) is the same love; the same in character and kind that we have to give others. Nothing needs to be hidden. Nothing needs to be worked on to preserve the relationship. Relating is real and only real. Real has an energy of its own where the tendency to caretake naturally falls away and diminishes more and more as we integrate.

What truth of yours is wanting to come out into your relationships? What truth have you been disintegrously withholding in the name (and name only) of love? What manifestations of growth is a part of you afraid of while holding onto this shrinking pattern? What stress that is sourced in this hiding have you normalized? What would it feel like to bring your truth?

This is a brief video that I recorded this morning to offer a guided meditation to connect with your inner feminine. This is a taste of what will be a deeper exploration into the sacred feminine during my Sacred Arising Feminine Exploration (SAFE) women’s group call over zoom on Sunday, September 29 at 10:00am PDT. The exploration of the sacred feminine is very often feeling the layers of the false, the wounded, and the inherited that have covered over the authentic essence of her. This meditation offers a locating of what energy your inner feminine is most presenting as right now….whether wounded inner child, angry inner teenager, etc. or if she is quite protected by your Inner Protector too. This serves as a good prep to the deeper waters that we will explore during the call.

Feeling so full in the moment, still digesting SO much goodness, love and connection that happened during these six days of connection with the beautiful and brave souls who joined us during our first Equinox gathering here in Victoria, BC. Being in so much in-person heart space and in-the-moment service after three years of offering mostly virtually was so fulfilling!

I felt so lit up to be able to offer our unique ‘brand’ of SoulFullHeart energy healing in person to support the work we had been doing in 1:1 online sessions. Our energy work combines some reiki, pranic healing, ascension energy healing/light body upgrades/code retrieval, parts work/metasoul timeline connection, and MUCH more. I call it ‘reiki on love steroids’.

I will be sharing more about the transformations that occurred for ALL of us during these blessed and magical days as they continue to digest for me. The fears that transmuted to love, the old patterns that found new grounds, the connections within community that were nourishing rather than damaging. All of this sets a new template within each of us that goes out to the collective and brings in a template for New Lemuria in the Now.

It was so meaningful for all five of us living in SoulFullHeart community with each other for so long now to share with others the blessings of living in authenticity, emotional realness, compassionate truth telling, self awareness, and surrender to the Divine. We were backed up and NEEDED to share with others the gifts of living this way in order to embody it more for ourselves too.

Each soul that joined in our circle added their own unique flavor, tone, and energy to the lovely mix that we created each day through personal process in group circle, sound healing, and energy healing. Our SoulFullHeart field trip to Salt Spring Island was a magical exploration with a circle and altar space, taking in the Lemurian and Faerie codes, working with the five elements, and shopping at the market.

I just feel so honored that these amazing souls would come here to stay in our home, trusting the energy they have previously experienced in sessions to create a meaningful and worthwhile experience for themselves. The Inner Protectors/Gatekeepers in us all increasingly grew in trust as their fears and resistances, their protections of the precious little ones inside, any projections lifted and eased as love flowed instead of fear.

I feel grateful to the Divine for holding the space for us to come together….and personally holding me too as I worked with and connected with a new aspect of myself and she grew in trust inside of my own heart and in connection with others as the days went on.

The Equinox New Life Phase Flow

Whether you’re experiencing Fall Equinox or Spring Equinox, depending on where you are in the world, these transitional seasons bring powerful energies of inner transitions and also shed new light on your next pieces to address inside.

It can feel like you’re tumbling down a hill as you enter your next phase… like life is moving faster than you are. Your parts can be having reactions to this, understandably, as even in this next phase you could be feeling the crazy-making journey of letting go of something that has already been SO good, in search of MORE goodness. Trying to trust that you’re headed only into more love and not less, even though the letting go can feel like you’re giving up love.

But we cannot hold onto what needs to flow and move. Though parts of us may try, they cannot grasp onto love or a source of love (e.g. a relationship, food, sex, other ‘addictions’ or dependencies), control it, and manipulate to keep it forever even when it’s time to let it go, let it move on, and be with the pain of doing that while also letting in ALL of the Divine support you ALWAYS have to be with this process and move with life, not try to fight against it.

I get the picture of all of us sitting on the banks of a steadily moving river at this time. Our Inner Protectors and other parts of us know very well the momentum of changes and so on that this river represents. It feels like this current is super-activated right now during this Equinox, asking us to take the risk to step into it, to be with the unknowns that arise, and yet find our trust that we will, always, be led to a place where more love, more abundance, more self-love and appreciation is as possible to let in as we are ready for it to be.

Much love to you as you feel for yourself what it means to be exiting one beloved (or challenging) phase and entering another. ❤

To The Inner Child/Orphan Inside

To the little one inside,

The lost one that wants to be found,

The sad one that wants to be happy,

The hurt one that wants to forgive,

The earth bound one that wants to be in the stars,

The sensitive one that feels EVERYONE and EVERYTHING around them,

The overwhelmed one surrounded by energies they don’t understand,

The merging one that doesn’t understand boundaries,

The receptive one that accepts whatever truth offered to them.

To this precious one inside of you….

You are feeling their fears, easing their anxieties, and becoming a reassuring presence that they’ve always wanted.

You are shining the light on all the monsters under the bed to reveal the friends waiting there in the shadows.

You are offering the softest embraces, the kindest words, and the deepest unconditional love.

To the orphan inside of you…

You are becoming a healthy, consistent, and supportive parent.

You are healing from the wounded mother/father energies that were passed down to you through your family line. 

You are becoming the comforting authority that they most deserve and desire.

You are offering a home inside of your own heart where they can finally feel claimed.

 ~

This is inspired by the beautiful and vulnerable inner children receiving love, attention and care (sometimes for the first time) that I’ve been blessed to provide a bridge to connect with in sessions, here during our Equinox gathering/retreat that is going on now, and inside of myself.

Another aspect of my inner orphan child is coming up for attention and love during the gathering in response to the goodness of serving more in the physical with a group of ten souls moving into deeper healing waters. She is tucking more into my heart each day as she feels the resonance in others who have the same lost children inside of them that are now receiving love. I am so glad to feel her, to discover another layer of her in myself, and to love her. I feel the trust, softness, and preciousness she holds and that I then get to express with others.

As we feel the innocent and tender energies that the inner Protector, the Inner Mother/Father, the Inner Punisher are all guarding and protecting…..as they can interface more with our reality and with others, these parts of us can heal and integrate. They become our crystal children….free, magical, curious, and deeply compassionate. They sit in the seat of our higher heart and power our merkabahs.

As they find a home inside of us that they have never known, they become a bridge to our star family ‘home’ frequencies that we’ve been missing and longing for. Their bravery is able to lead us forward on many multidimensional journeys and discoveries!

Surrogacy W/Kuan Yin Offers Compassion, Forgiveness, And Stillness

For the last month, I have been experiencing a surrogacy with Kuan Yin (or Quan Yin), an aspect of the Divine Mother that holds a non-dualistic space and bodhisattva energy. A surrogacy with the Divine Mother is a visceral, daily connection space for a phase of time where you are letting in the specific tones that She is offering through whatever ‘form’ of Her that you will be most responsive to in the moment.
 
Kuan Yin is a beloved teacher for me, yet She is also a mirror for me. Her repeated mantra to me is often, “I am you and you are me.” This is an invitation to move beyond comparison, beyond feeling that I am ‘less’ than Her, beyond separation and into Unity. It also serves as a reminder that I am a Divine Spark in human form (as we ALL are.)
 
This latest round of surrogacy began as I started fasting and wanted to bring more prana/chi/life force energy into my body. I showed up in Kuan Yin’s etheric space, which is a beautiful oriental garden temple in the mountains of Japan. Kuan Yin connected me to a helpful mantra of “OM” (on the inhale) and “Ma” (on the exhale), which allows my mind and body to fill up with prana and then release it into my own energy field and the space around me. Om Ma is letting in the Divine in its Universal Form and exhaling Divine Mother’s expression.
 
I have also been connecting with a Metasoul aspect of mine named Lau, who is a disciple of Kuan Yin’s. As I have calibrated to the soft, gentle, delicate, and still nature of both Kuan Yin and Lau, tears have come up in moments. The tears have been about a mourning for a soft and compassionate feminine energy that I did not have or know with my own birth mother. There has also been hurt coming up for Lau in her relationship with her mother in her timeline that mirrors mine around not being seen for my soul gifts, my Divine presence, or my essence by my birth mother nor any of these gifts watered or initiated in me by her.
 
What I experienced of the feminine (as true for so many of us) was a matriarchal energy from my birth family line that had tones of control, manipulation, fear, and anxiety in it. There was little stillness, little love transacting, yet rather much frenetic energy that ‘filled the space’ and left no room for the authentic feminine to arise.
 
Over many years of processing this reality with parts of myself and having a very necessary phase of no contact with my birth mother, much of this wounding has healed. A healing that has been deep enough to allow a genuine flow of love and compassion from my heart to other women, especially those I serve in session space.
 
Yet, also this love transacts between me and my own daughter Raianna Shai at a rich and meaningful way, free from the angst, competition and controlling energies that I experienced as a daughter. When I started my healing journey many years ago, I knew that I could not authentically serve the arising of the sacred feminine in others nor be the kind of mother I wanted to be if I did not focus deeply and with complete intention on healing the difficult and painful experience I had myself this life and other lifetimes with the wounded feminine.
 
Kuan Yin’s energy offers a template for a feminine that is still, that is oriented first to BEing, that can feel the cries of the world without becoming them. I am so grateful for the Divine Mother and the many faces of Her that have been such a loving balm to all the parts of me that have needed them. And, it is Her energy that overflows to others in service of love so often when parts of them most need to feel forgiving, nurturing, and non-judgemental energies.
 
Kuan Yin reminds us that we are deeply loved for our essence….always and in all ways. We are Her and She is us.

The Bliss Mess/Push Pull Moments Of Awakening

Push and pull….wanting to love and then resisting love. Wanting to change and then resisting change. Opening UP WIDE and then closing in again. These bliss moments are of heart doors swinging open and your heart pouring out to touch ALL of life. These mess moments are the heart doors shutting and your heart retracting again in pain.

These bliss mess moments of push and pull ARE your awakening process of heart and soul. Why would it be JUST bliss when this is not what you have known here in 3D living? Why would it be JUST about the highs when this has not been the reality you’ve experienced here? And, what is really learned from only UPs with no downs?

It is during the climbs and the crawls for which you learn the most about the substance for which you are made….in contrast to that which you are NOT. 3D reality doesn’t honor the climb, the process, the journey….yet wants the results and the gifts immediately. It wants the quick fixes rather than the long term gains that come from unfolding process.

A patience for the process allows that with UPs there will come downs too and wants BOTH. Your soul can hold space for the part of you formed in 3D life to learn, to sort it out, to open up and then close down. Your soul has access to Infinite Patience in this process and understands that it ‘takes the time that it takes’ to heal and clear the ground of your deepest densities.

These deepest densities are valued by your soul, not seen as ‘lesser’ at all, but rather a precious aspect of your journey here with Gaia. Not judged by the soul, yet rather held with curiousity and much love so that the required densities, traumas, and toxicities needed to fit into a dualistic 3D world can be let go.

The soul helps your 3D self unanchor from what it has needed to become attached to. Your higher heart allows this process to be held with much love rather than inner battle and resistance loops that lead to suffering.

With a consistent heart and soul response from you to the deepest densities of your 3D self, it can let go of the push-pull it has known so often in your life and begin to let in LOVE more and more with less and less contraction away.

Mother Aphrodite Message Of The Catalytic Healing Power Of Falling IN Love

“Falling in love IS serving love.

It’s inhabiting its textures, its fragrance, letting it rumble through the chakras, feeling it raise questions about your next life steps, such as they are.

Falling in love can happen in any moment.

On the inside with parts of you. On the outside with a beloved soulmate or a friend or even with a complete stranger just because you feel their uniqueness in your bones.

Falling in love happens with nature, with the energy of the planet on which you live, with the forces of life and abundance and eternal movement with the galaxy surrounding you and the multi-verse you reside in at a larger scale.

All of this serves LIFE to happen in enriching ways that open up to MORE love… and that… that is serving love in a grand form that brings it inward, moves it in a flow that floods the heart of you and reaches toward the heart of others. It brings love to this planet, lets it download through the conduit that IS your soul and why you are here at this time.

And, with that, love cannot help but impact the world you live in in GOOD ways and boost the ongoing Ascension process of all that lives within you and everyone ‘outside’ of you.”

This message came to me yesterday as I connected with Mother Aphrodite (as I am feeling to call Her) in meditation yesterday. She is yet another face of the Divine Mother that we can connect with whenever we desire to. In fact, She does love to respond to our heart’s desires, as that is part of Her purpose and the archetype she IS.

I have been connecting with Her through and with a new Metasoul sister connection that I’ve made recently, who was a courtesan at the Temple of Aphrodite, offering her body in service to men who desired transcendence and also a connection with the Divine Feminine that they could not access themselves. Connecting with this ‘sister’, named Lysandra, has bridged me to this powerful and tender energy of Aphrodite, who feels very catalytic and who also seems to encourage us to go INTO love, not shy away from it, even if that means that the intimacy brings us to some messy places where we are in a soup of triggers and reactions or even ecstasy. I feel Mother Aphrodite in a more ascended form than She has been depicted in ‘Ancient Greek’ texts and so on. She even appeared quite blond to me instead of the usual red or strawberry blond hair colour that you most often see.

This message came as encouragement to continue to fall in love… whatever that means in any moment. It was an invitation to keep the heart open, to stay in curiosity, to hold patience for others as you bridge them to love too, and to trust that if you do feel genuine love flow between you and another being, human or otherwise, there is something more to surrender to in that experience… especially whatever this connection seems to be bringing up inside of you to be held and felt. I would not have access to this energy of Mother Aphrodite or this new Metasoul sister connection had I not been in a process of opening up my heart wider to others and feeling the kickback and defences of parts of me in doing so.

Mother Aphrodite is a bridge to both the glory and the gory when it comes to the passage and flow of love. She is a Divine poultice who it feels like can hold both the balm that love can offer and the catalytic craziness in moments that love can offer too as it stirs up so much inside of us, so much that we couldn’t have felt or healed without it being brought to the surface. Of course, there is also much She offers us in sexuality and sexual healing, honouring the pleasures of the body yet holding boundaries as necessary too to truly honour where you ARE right now and what feels good to explore and what doesn’t. This is something that has often been distorted about the energy She brings with Her and it feels like She would love to see this shift in the collective consciousness!

Much love to you and with you as you feel your own journey and recognition of the catalytic nature of love, especially ‘falling in love’, and the deep healing it can and wants to offer! ❤
