Going Yin: How Women Can Help Men Awaken To Their Feminine

Great question today duringΒ Jelelle Awen‘s Livestream this morning from a woman asking, “How can we (women) help men get in touch with the feminine energy more?”

Whenever Raphael and I have written about the topic of men and ascension/awakening there has been a huge response from women around this very subject. There is a deep desire for men to go into their shadow for healing and to encounter and embrace their inner feminine. Now, I do feel there are many men that are actively engaged in this very thing. However, what seems clear is that it is not quite at the numbers and passion of the numerous women that are feeling so much rumbling in their inner worlds. These women are reporting from an individual and collective perspective.

To address the question “How?” really comes back to what each woman feels within herself. When a woman goes into her own heart and soul and connects with her own inner masculine she goes on a journey of finding her deeper feminine. This eventually creates a dance between the two within and offers an inner romance that can be quite profound and exquisite in its own right.

The feminine within a woman can only invite the men in her life to feel what it is she needs and wants, without tug or plea. The choice to Go Yin (as I have called it) lies in his own personal and sovereign desire. When Jelelle and I were divorced yet still connected in heart and soul, as well as raising Raianna, I sensed a great change in her being. I found myself intrigued and curious. I would ask all sorts of questions but eventually, she drew a boundary around that, for it was up to me to go into the work and no longer pull at her for answers for they were within me. We had little communication outside parenting until I chose to do the work.

This landed me back in me, while she advocated and continued to do her own healing and growth. That is the help. That is what you can ‘do’. Go into You. Heal your inner energies (that we offer through parts work) that bring you to the place of being a shining beacon for others to be gravitated to, yet hold a self-living boundary as to how much you give. Continue to invite but not problem solve or care-take.

Raphael and I will be continuing to explore and invite other men into the healing ground that we both hold so dear and believe can offer so much in personal power, self-love, and sacred brotherhood and romance. The courage that so many women are garnering within to shift their personal timelines is an inspiration and deeply needed by men everywhere even as parts of them may react with fear and/or indifference. Thank you for your service of love by embarking on your next steps. They do make a difference.

Recreating HIStory: Day 3- Atlas Loved

In my journeys inward I have connected with several different archetypes. Kings, knights, soldiers, warriors, artists, magicians, and many others that we all know about. These archetypes can be related to on a personal level as a part or an aspect of us that holds the specific emotional tone. In my last blog post, I connected with multiple warrior/soldier timelines, taking them from the battlefield and redirecting them to the lovefield of New Camelot.

There has been one archetype that has stood out quite a bit in my life and that has been Atlas. His story is one of rebellion against Zeus, and his consequence of holding up the heavens. It is the image of Atlas that holds the frequency of what feels so embedded in the male collective. It is also representative of the masculine in women as well. There is the energy of burden, consequence, responsibility, shame, guilt, control, and lack thereof. He seems to reflect the underbelly of what our inner protectors really feel when they get a chance to actually be felt.

As men, our inner Atlas has taken on numerous duties and obligations in the name of providing, repentance, and distraction. He bears the weight of our light and our shadow. He is a Titan that has been quarantined and sequestered as a result of his transgressions. These can show up in 3D life experiences and those in the metasoul. A deep sense of wrongdoing from a great inner punisher. He is destined to serve out his eternity in debt.

This service of debt is a karmic burden that weighs down the soul of man in his greatest expression in the service of love. Love for himself, for others, and the divinity within. He is in conflict with himself as he IS the stars and the cosmos. Atlas has been in this semi-frozen state for a very long time. He longs to be felt and released into our huMan heart. He embodies strength, courage, passion, and resilience without suffering in its purest form.

See him inside you. Imagine where he lies in your heart. Maybe hidden away in a far-off land or maybe front, center, and undeniable. Look into his eyes and let him into your heart. What does he say to you? What does he not say to you? Maybe he just needs you to be present in his Jesus Christ Pose. Your willingness to be there and feel is what helps him to let go. To give you his fears and his reasons. There is something so powerfully beautiful about this β€˜broken’ man.

Feel him as separate from you, yet a part of you just the same. He can put down the World he has created in the name of Love. The World that was never his to begin with but was assumed over time. Be with the tears, the pain, the guilt, the fear. Let the flood of your love and the Love of the Heavens reign down upon him, and hold the axis upon which his shoulders once rested. Fold him into the bosom of your feminine and begin the healing of so much Time.

In his recovery he will arise as the center of all that you had forgotten was You all along. Let that be a sacred healing that extends to all the hearts and souls of men everywhere. He will need to reconcile with his Punisher, but for now, he needs to let in all that he received from your courage and grace. Atlas no longer shrugged. Atlas loved.

Recreating HIStory: Day 2- Seeking The Brothers Of The Battlefield

A few days ago, with the assistance of the divine feminine guidance of Jelelle, Raphael and I took a meditative journey into lands that seemed to shift and change. It was difficult for me to determine a specific timeline. It was as if multiple timelines were presenting themselves at once. But the theme was the same. A carrying out of orders for an emotionally and spiritually devoid leader. Not following our own heart, but projecting our own power unto the throne of dictatorship.

Death was all around. Bodies strewn across a battlefield. The energy in comparison to my own frequency was quite intense. I saw my own β€˜brother’ taking things from other fallen men. We were guided to turn β€˜off’ the scene, remove the war vibe, and connect to these souls in trauma. In their eyes, I could see and feel the PTSD. The insanity of it all. The vibration of the violence still lived inside. To feel the serenity of the stillness was a stark contrast. At that moment, these men could feel the depth of how far they had β€˜fallen’, how much they had given away in their own search for power.

It was important to stay separate from the scene. I have tended to dwell on the story when all that was needed was to β€˜grab’ the brother out of the situation and place him in another frequency that is much lighter and higher. It is not about just releasing the energy either. They needed to be placed almost in an ICU environment that Raphael and I are calling New Camelot, a more 5D frequency. This gives these lives a new lease on a new life. A new timeline to integrate.

What I learned from this experience is that our β€˜past’ lives, which are really happening right Now, are energetic imprints in time/space. That is where the karma lies. In this rescue mission, led by our Higher Selves, our Protectors/Gatekeepers, and other guides such as Metatron and others, we are seeking out this karmic energy so that it can be transmuted into love and integrated back into the Metasoul. The gifts of these lives, no longer stuck in the karmic swirl, are the increasing sense of true power that is centered in love and not fear.

Raphael felt, too, that it will be important to bring these lives back to their original timeline(s), so that there can be a completion of the ties that bound the hearts and souls to the leader. A loving β€œfuck you” and an invitation to bring them and the other men into the fold of our Higher Heart. That is where shit gets collective!

Wow… I am seeing this whole new world of what our imaginations are capable of! We truly have the gift of recreating the world from within, one cluster of lives at a time. This is going to be a wild ride. I feel a possible series of writings coming from this experience that will invite other men to seek their own inner quantum multidimensional healing journeys. That is a mouthful, but more importantly heartful and soulful. I look forward to what is arising and will arise in me as we continue to unfurl what lies at the core of our male story.

Our imagination is the portal to our healing and our greatness. It is the receiver and transmitter of our multidimensionality. The stories we create, witness, or both, bring us into a relationship to our selves and our other lives living in this Current of Now. There is no knowing whether these stories are β€œtrue” or not in the 3D scientific way. They are just embraced and felt. It is the feeling of the story that brings us to the precipice of healing.

This can be difficult for many men, myself included, to lean into the intuitive imagination as a guide to where the healing lies. It has direction but it is rarely linear. A more skeptical part of us may have a hard time just trusting what is being seen, or even β€˜seeing’ at all. And then, of course, is the fear of witnessing what we may not want to see. A hidden or repressed reality that lives within us in our consciousness in protected and/or locked places in our heart and soul.

My journey has taken me into a deeper realm of my unconscious, my shadow. It has been centered around truth-telling and care-taking. In my initial explorations, I could feel a deeper distrust of my own power in relation to others, women, and life itself. This comes from a part, or parts, of me that feel to keep a lid on the volcano within in fear of what it may expose, or harm.

When I felt more into it, I could sense a collective male dimension to it. The over-expression and under-expression of true male power. There was a feeling of many timelines where power was abused and lorded over. It was both claimed and given away. It feels like a necessary journey for any man to come face-to-face with his own conqueror, demiurge, and killer, as well as the dominator and suppressor of the feminine.

This is not to assume singular responsibility of guilt for the collective, but rather to feel where power and love were not aligned with each other in our HIStory. Where do we have brothers in our soulscape that are experiencing the horrible events that have caused so much suffering and death? Where have we felt deep shame and guilt that have caused our truth to remain contained in the depths of our being? Β 

This is a cosmic rebalancing act of ambassadorship. A quantum, multidimensional service of love. I feel to stop here and let this digest as I have written more about a meditation experience that I had with Raphael and Jelelle recently. It is proving to open out the possibility of a longer arch of writing that will focus on the journey of discovering and feeling the heart and soul of men. Feels like a big thing to take on but I can follow the feminine in me telling me to take it one step at a time.

Going Yin: The Healing Gifts of Our Relationship to the Feminine

Today is International Women’s Day. Now, of course, every day is Women’s Day, and vice versa. It is a reverence that just IS. It resonates and harmonizes with the feminine inside the masculine. It is clear that the 3rd-dimensional matrix upon Earth (I use Gaia for its 5D reference) is that of a patriarchal energy. Why else would there be a day to celebrate women? It feels important to let in what the feminine means for all of us men and to feel where our personal shadow may be in relationship to Her.

Since our β€œfall” from a more balanced union with the feminine there has been a force within the collective wounded masculine that has sought to dominate the feminine in one form or another. It has shown up in personal/social relationships, religious texts or their interpretations, the need to gain control over nature and consume Her resources. In this, I feel a deep fear of separation. The feminine has had a much stronger connection to Source, possibly due to their ability to give birth. It just understands creation and is a vehicle for that in a much more visceral way. I can feel this existential territory the collective masculine has navigated. In this fear of the unknown and unknowable, of which the feminine is so intimate, it seems likely that this need to control would play itself out. It also feels true that the masculine was more influenced by these darker energies and that this β€œinfluence” was coded into the DNA/meme of the masculine blueprint. Again, playing here, but something feels true here. The main point to me feels like, as men who have more of the masculine energies in us, that we are a part of that coding and it has had influence.

To truly ascend into what we are calling our Sacred Humanity we must feel any blocks or denser energies that can anchor us into 3D, or wounded densities. Our relationship with women is psychospiritual and has many gifts even in the shadow. By going inward (I call in going β€œyin”) and feeling the parts of us that hold more β€œnegative” feelings about women, rooted in our relationship to mother and other important influences, we can begin to see what lurks in the background operating system of our projections. Our mothers/female caregivers hold a huge part of that reflection. What was the dynamic between mother and son and how does it play out in our current relationships and perception of the Divine Feminine? I know it is a bit Freudian but it is extremely important. I don’t feel it can be glossed over in regard to ascension.

The era we find ourselves is requiring us to inhabit a more Feminine frequency. We can not control this thing. It is a surrender to Love Spirit that cannot be contained but seeks a container to move with and through. That is tough knuckles for the wounded masculine energy that wants to control and issue its own parameters. I feel it in my being as the days progress. I am still working with it on some level as the Light is shining more on what needs healing. That is why I am being guided write this. But the gift of going in and feeling our relationship the feminine we are given the gifts and guidance needed to make our way into our more natural expression as a Sacred Masculine Human.

We are blessed with the ability to dance in the unknown and the aliveness that that brings to our present experience of life. We are opened in our hearts to let in more of this exquisite love juice that is lapping up on our shores every second of infinity. We are delivered into union with Her impeccable sensuality and sexuality as a portal to the All That Is that careens this magical energy all up and down our chakras. We see with heart eyes with reverence for all of life in all its bountiful and beautiful expressions both of, and outside, this world. There is an unlimited capacity for imagination and creation that sends beyond the machinations of our limited consciousness. She is the Queen of our King.

Gaia is looking for her Kings of Heart to arise out of the necessary ashes of 3D and embody the truly majestic essence of our being. We need to do our due diligence of feeling all there needs to feel in relation to Her and the Feminine. There is a correlate in women as well, but I will leave that to my feminine counterparts for that discussion. I am exploring this with an open heart and I don’t claim to have any definitive truths. I feel the heart says it all and is willing to feel more. Thank you for taking this in today and a special Love shower to all the women, feminine etheric/galactic BEings, Gaia, and Divine Mother on this day. I am in awe and reverence of YOU.

Going Yin: Writing A New Constitution From Within

So much unhealed masculine taking front stage in the collective. Maybe no more or less than in the past. It is just becoming so obvious in all the geopolitical rhetoric and turmoil. The Right vs. The Wrong. The Ahead vs. The Left Behind. The Truth vs. The Fake. It is wreaking its own havoc in the emotional and spiritual bodies of all that participate. I used to be so deeply involved in the daily mill of the Info Wars. I used to listen to talk radio programs that would send out a barrage of rage and abomination. I would end my days in my own swirl of undigested fear and anger.

This could have only happened because it reflected something in me. I was attracted to the war which parts of me were waging inside. In my disgust of all things political, there was the same disgust going on in me. This was one of the single biggest awakenings for me in my journey.

I needed to meet my inner Bully Pulpit led by the Majority Whip known as my Inner Punisher. They all existed in me…and if you feel a rage against the machine, they exist in you as well. This is an ongoing process of feeling your own personal shadow that leads to a shift in the inner workings of your emotive governance. Pulling out of the din of the 24 news cycle was a much needed Motion that allowed me to feel the reality of this landing in my consciousness and heart.

I write this as the wounded masculine finds Itself a prime candidate in a presidential role. For this is actually a gift. We get to stare right in the face of what is left unhealed in our collective heart. This is exemplified not just in the U.S., but in many countries around the world. It is a spiritual thermometer, and we have a fever. Β 

As those on the leading edge of a Great Shift, we have an opportunity to help heal this one by taking responsibility for our own healing. Our own rewriting of an Inner Constitution that raises the bar on what it means to have power WITH and not OVER. These power struggles all occur on the inside first. They are tender and delicate in their root. They are an abused and neglected child. A son or daughter in desperate need for a father who could love them and initiate them into a world of integrity and vulnerability. This rewrites HIStory and merges with HERstory.

Going Yin is as much a political movement as it is a spiritual journey. Β It invites all of us to feel our own roles, our own misappropriations, as well as a compassion for ourselves and others. It invites us to heal ourselves out of the old and into something not new, just forgotten. We have access to our own Higher Council that lives on a completely different ground yet the same floor. I choose to be a part of this new masculine reLOVEution in the spirit of what it means to be kings of a sacred humanity. Β I hope you will join me.

Going Yin: Claim Your Gentle AND Your Power, Man!

What does it mean to be a gentleman?

This came up for me this morning as I was digesting a post by Jelelle yesterday. She was advocating for the energy of gentleness in our lives, in the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. There is so much going on that has abrasive and abusive energy to it, even as it is coming in the name of β€˜love’. I could feel where there are edges still inside of me that still feel a defense and a need for contention at times. I can feel a wound and a hiding of power. One in need of healing, one in need of claiming.

To be gentle does not necessarily mean soft or nice. There is a way in which we can bring our truth that holds a compassionate directness and an openness to be challenged otherwise with respect and goodwill. But this is a reflection of how we feel about ourselves as men, and as the masculine in women. Β For some, the Gentle Man is a buried part. Put in shadow due to life experience that told him it was weak or unsafe to be so. For others, the Nice Guy comes out as a way to ward off the hidden anger and inner jackass that has been suppressed out of fear of harming and guilt. An inner rage that is in deep need to be felt and heard. In either case, a big part of what what being a true gentleman might be is tucked away in the recesses of our wounded masculine heart.

Our gentleness is a gift and a strength. It is a sensitivity not just to women in general, but the feminine within. There is battle that wages inside, and collectively, around the balance of our gentleness and our power. In our soul’s HIStory, we have much to atone for and be willing to own. This is a lifelong process of choosing to claim our own shadow and to heal that which has been hidden away out of fear and guilt. There is great Protector and Punisher that has had its reasons for being the way they have been. It is responding to these parts with our gentle hearts that brings the balm of healing to our conscious reality and transforms them into guides and lovers.

Under the wounded outbound expression of our power resides our truth, discernment, and passion to love and create in unison with the feminine. It is a strength and a force that is responsible to its consequence yet steadfast in its resolve. Β The IN-fighting becomes an INviting with open heart, clear boundary, clear intention, and INtegrity. The Gentle Man is not push-over or a bully. He is an enigma to himself yet knows what it feels like to be both, and refuses to be either.

There is no badge to be earned. It is a process of choice and desire. It is about being real with all the parts and aspects of you that are tired of the battle and the inner war. It is about choosing something new where the warrior, knowledge-seeker, and unworth get to rest in the bosom of your sacred gentle heart. It is being reborn and remembered back into the true sacred power of your masculine BEing one truth, one claim, one tear at a time.

Finding And Following The Quest Of Your Own Truth

β€˜Could it be that a part of you has a very good reason for feeling depressed?’

β€˜Why does conflict seem to pop out of nowhere?’

β€˜Why do I see repeating patterns of abuse or neglect in my relationships?’

Deep QUESTions like these are powerful, and taken to heart, they can lead you on a powerful quest, to the heart of your power and self leadership, and self response-ability.

They will lead you to your truth to the degree you are ready to make the quest, your quest.

Remaining comfortably subscribed to someone else’s truth, in an effort to fit in, or in an effort to avoid rejection, when you can see and feel the growing disintegrity of those β€˜truths’ can only now provide you with a discomfort in the diminishing sense of belonging.

Choosing to really discover your truth will take you to the edges of everything you belong to, and invite you into seeing what you belong to and why, in a new way.

The first question above took me on a spiritual and emotional journey that I was ripe for in my life, where I simply knew that I couldn’t live with myself, if I didn’t allow the QUESTion to fully take me on its quest.

For me, the only picture that could satisfy my degree of what some might call a β€˜maniacal’ quest, was the picture of what is known as β€˜Parts Work.’ In fact, I couldn’t even embrace the quest very far without seeing and getting to intimately know the various parts of myself and their investments in my current life structures and relationships. For me, any and every spiritual path and emotional path that couldn’t, or wouldn’t recognize and make central, parts of ourselves, felt to me like they were a band-aid of denial over the screaming reality in the room. The quest took me through a path of one self-lovingly negotiated step at a time of changing my relationship to everything in my life, and it still does to this very day.

Discovering your truth will call you to the edges of everything you’ve believed in and why. I sure wouldn’t wish or advise such an experience on you if you couldn’t open up to feeling the parts of you and their investments in your life as you currently know it.

Your truth will sort you, and everything in your life like nothing else can.

It sounds serious, and it is, but it’s also your funnest fun!, …that you came here to discover and become.

Choice: The Arena Of Our Growth

The whole point of coming to participate in 3D life and this dimension here is not to escape it, or transcend it, but to get the point of it, which has to do with choice. Nowhere else are our choice points so stark, and so greatly leveraged for our growth.

We chose this after all, didn’t we?

In so called higher states of oneness or bliss, we get to feel the source that we are and the source that we came from, and we need these reminders and feeling states, but they are not the arena of our growth.

Your life right now, and how you are choosing to live it, and the beliefs and values you subscribe to, in order to hold it together, or to make changes to it, are where your growth and β€˜Ascension’ are most grounded.

I would so rather be in relationship to someone truly surrendered to where they are, and what life is presently asking them to feel, than around those claiming and flouting a higher dimensional experience that doesn’t feel real.

I share about my ‘make believe’ or fantasy life which actually felt more real than ‘reality’. I feel now this was a sign of my third eye especially being quite open, traveling to other dimensions, and communicating with higher selves of other people even as a child.

I also talk about my experiences in jobs and careers that reflected my soul expression coming through (as it always does in some way), such as being a medical assistant/nurse in a cancer center; a small business reporter/editor; and a life/business coach/manager. It can be interesting to look at our ‘job history’ this way and connect it to our soul purpose expression now.

My main soul awakenings really began with the parts process and have expanded and deepened over the last 15 years with dark nights, bliss and Oneness, non-dual and kundalini and cosmic awakenings, Divine Mother connection, conscious community, falling in love with Raphael, healing abduction wounding and my star seed, creating and offering SoulFullHeart, etc.
