Shelter For The Inner Storms

Shelter

 

Cloudy morning feelings

of going IN.

My heart beats through

impending storms

of ‘time’ mixed with LOVE…

 

The land goes through collapsing

timelines

every time the rain pours

and rolling thunder

precedes renewing lightning strikes

of electric and alive possibilities.

 

Ascending hearts meet rolled-over beaches,

ocean waves flushing foreign objects

up to the shore.

Remnants of old phases

needing attention.

 

Weather movements

bring land and sea purges.

Another chance for renewal

that Gaia takes hold of

every single time.

 

And so

the invitation to another this

inside of us

brings us forward

into new places,

lets in more LOVE waves

lightning storms

and churning, renewing

inner selves.

 

Your lighthouse self

grows with every beat

of high ocean tide waves

stirring around

the debris of kicked-up

journey markers

and intensely trodden paths.

 

The light within

is for you to have

be

as the direction of Home

guides you

inside all places

of high pressure patterns

and inner weather maps.

 

For the LOVE of it all

you continue to shine

while collecting windward

clues

and healing cues

for that beacon

you are meant to BEcome…

When Love Comes Knocking

It is HERE.  It is NOW.  The offer and invitation to fully embody all that we chose to embody.  There is no limitation other than the one that we have decided to subscribe to.  There are no obstacles other than the ones we put in our own way.  The ones that we have INside that are reflected on the OUTside.  It is a tough pill to swallow that we have all the power in the world to create the world that mirrors us.  It is so easy to merge with the feeling of powerlessness as that has been the pervasive force in this third dimensional playground.  It is us hiding from our own true power that creates this Land of Confusion.

When you choose a path of healing in earnest, you are asking the universe on a quantum level.  Not just in some ¨give me some peace and tranquility¨ sort of way.  That is what a part of you may want.  Usually the part of you that has been working damn hard to keep you from getting into too much healing.  The kind that turns worlds upside down and inside out.  But just enough to be in a sweet spot of enjoyment and fulfillment.  And that is certainly good medicine and sacred healing……until….something comes knocking on your door that wants to challenge that comfort zone.  In almost every case it is Love that came to remind you that you signed up for something different.

¨Oh,  hello, Love.  Nice to see you again.  Did I mention that things are good now and I don’t think I will be needing your services anymore?¨

¨Hmmm….really?  Okay, well it is hard to separate yourself from your essence, which is me, but I get why you may need some time to let me in a bit more.  I’ll just be waiting in the car.  Don’t mind me if I come back.  Just sort of my job to remind you once in a while.¨

¨That feels a bit pushy.¨

¨I get that.  It is hard to let in that you were meant for love and that you are love, even if it shakes things up a bit.  I have compassion for that. That is why I love you.  But I am also persistent because you ARE me and I am YOU and we were meant to find each other.  It is all up to you on the timing.  But before I go back to the car, can I ask you one question?

¨Hmm..okay.¨

¨Can you ask the heart you are protecting how THEY actually feel?¨

¨I don’t know who you are talking about.¨

¨Hmmm…okay.  I think you do but I can wait.  I’ll be back later to check in with you. I’ll just be sipping my green tea.  Good for heart you know.¨

¨Yeah…that is what I have heard.  I appreciate your visit but I am good thanks.¨

¨Sure..,see you soon.¨

Love doesn’t want us to suffer or remain in a status quo.  It want us to feel our deepest desires and respond to what arises, even if it pushes on some long standing sore spots.  The ones that rightfully created a wall to protect the wound.  They are sacred walls and served a purpose.  As Love’s frequencies are being dialed UP,  its wind starts to buffet these walls and the soldiers at the gates get at the ready.  It is a sign of the power that is HERE and NOW.  Not an enemy to be thwarted but the truest Joy and Passion that we have kept locked up in the vault of our wounded heart.

It is through feeling the part(s) of us that have felt the need to protect us from this ¨INvasion¨.  This unstoppable force of our highest expression and desire as sacred human hearts and souls.  These parts of us are dear to us and have served us well and can guide us on our further journey into the heart of Love.  The one we signed up for ¨so long ago¨ and yet have been experienced into forgetting.  If you are feeling a rumble in your life that is causing you to feel some anxiety or defense this could very well be Love coming to knock on your door.  It tends to come at the most auspicious of times and in the most unlikely of ways.  At least to the conscious self.  Your Higher Self sits back and just keeps on doing what you have asked it to do, even despite the protest and fear.

SoulFullHeart offers a way to go into this rumble and support you to feel it one negotiated step at a time.  We have been through many of these rumblings and even experience them today, and use the container of parts work and space-holding as the way to open up to our next vistas of purpose and letting in more love.  To learn more about this process you can visit here.

Healing 3D Aspects Of Yourself To Draw Your Highest Timelines

HIGH frequencies of light and love are coming in right now, offering an increasingly visceral and real sense of your highest timeline expression of your soul through your humanity. The NEW timelines don’t just happen to you though. They don’t just appear suddenly AS your life. It is the choosing consciously, the energizing consciously, the healing consciously, which creates the NEW. It is sitting in the Now and accepting it with gratitude as it IS. It is accepting WHILE desiring the NEW to unfold. You can feel both inside of you because that is where they live until they manifest as your outer reality.

As parts of you have settled for the current situations, present circumstances, life as you’ve known it so far….as this happens, so this is your choice. You ‘fuse’ to these parts of you and their emotional realities (usually subconscious) and so you ARE them. Even as your awakening self, your authentic self, longs and desires for MORE and for NEW. Other parts of you may suffer over what you want and what is not yet. Or feel at times hopeless or powerless or that the NEW is impossible. Or judge that what you want is not acceptable or that you are not worthy to have it. Or shut down possibilities with concerns, anxieties, and fears over being hurt or hurting others with your choices. So this creates a ‘push pull’ inside of you and very mixed feelings around the NEW and actually pushes away or stalls it from unfolding. And, this may even be happening at a mostly unconscious level for which you aren’t even aware of it.

These parts of you have been conditioned by a 3D world that operates on limiting, controlling, finite, and stuck energies. The prevailing worldview (esp. In Western cultures) is toward the external and the ‘out there’ thinking, orientation, and focus. It pivots self worth off of material gains, attainments, academic and mental achievements. It operates on constant distraction and numbing of feelings. Relationships are hot beds of codependence, clinging and binding, distancing and pushing away, shrinking and settling. All of these frequencies are sponged into you as you adapted and conformed to the environment you were surrounded by and raised in.

You may have mostly left this 3D conditioning and world behind in significant ways yet, inside, it has not ‘left’ the parts of you that been so deeply ingrained and impacted by it. You can see and feel how it shows up in your life when you look at it from a certain way and through the lens of not just a singular “I” or you at the center of your life, but rather many aspects and parts of you influencing and expressing in many different ways in your life. Even as YOU awaken, you remember more and more the soul reason and purpose you are here, and choose more based on this…..so do parts of you live inside that are still in 3D reality, 3D conditioning, existing and freeze frame stuck in a 3D vibrating emotional body. These aspects act as anchors to your ascension and your soul awakening. They draw situations and looping patterns within relationships from your ‘trailing edge’ of wounding. To the degree these parts remain in shadow and suppressed or undifferentiated, then so do their frequencies draw more of the same.

This is possibly why even those who are very into the law of attraction, thinking positively with intensity, are still drawing circumstances that aren’t what they most want and desire. They have a conscious self which wants to draw the new reality by thinking about it, yet that isn’t actually only what draws the NEW but rather the emotional body and the state of its health too. So you can ‘change your thoughts’ and yet at the deeper level of the emotional body, nothing has actually changed or shifted. So, you will you continue to draw what you most need to see and feel related to your own healing and growth. This is not ‘life’ or the ‘Universe’ acting against you when It doesn’t bring you what you want, but rather it bringing EXACTLY what you most need to heal and parts of you choosing not to look at that or go into it.

Even as you awaken and choose more from your soul self, there are still areas of your life which reflect the trailing edge or wounded frequencies. This may be in your relationships, with a partner that doesn’t ‘get you’ or isn’t awakening with you or where hot romance has been replaced by friendly brother-sister energies. Or it may be in your birth family and friend relationships, with them reflecting judgement at your soul choices and how you are changing, or them feeling abandoned by you or ‘left behind’. This may be in your career or job, your means for earning livelihood that isn’t connected to your higher purpose serving love here yet, and parts of you consciously suffer in this job. Or you ARE offering your healing service with others, but it is not enough to provide you with what you need and want and you are compromising in some other way, such as living with birth family, returning ‘home’ after you have left a 3D based livelihood.This may be in having physical illnesses and diseases and injuries that don’t seem to resolve even with holistic and alternative means of therapies.

BEing with, feeling, and connecting with these parts of you with MUCH love and curiosity moves their stuck energies into the NEW. Your awakening self forms a bridge to these aspects, bringing them higher frequencies of love to help them move out of 3D and into the Now. They integrate into your awakening self eventually; their energies merging in with yours. Your love of self grows exponentially as these previously suppressed and hidden aspects of you receive the goodness of your love. Your Inner Protector and Soul Guardian can then ‘release’ the floodgates of love to flow into ALL areas of your life, which then attracts soul family, soul mates, soul purpose-based livelihood, vibrant health, and whatever else is the expression of your NEW.

The ultimate surrender sometimes is to feel that what you are drawing in this now IS your highest timeline as it is the one that you most NEED for your own growth in the moment. EVEN AS the Universe and the Divine holds what is your most authentic and highest expression. Your higher self embodies this too, who you BEcome more and more as you separate from the 3D aspects that lower your vibrational frequency.

We are being invited into our highest timelines and manifestation of our highest purposes here to serve love. We are being offered HIGH frequencies of light and PURE love to serve this movement, this ramping UP, into the expression of our highest self in human form, our sacred human. We are receiving much support and guidance from higher dimensional BEings and our Metasoul aspects in many galactic forms, whatever forms that we most want and need and are ready to let in. In our willingness and openness to GO IN and BE with these aspects of ourselves do we BEcome what we ARE already, an expression of Infinite Love in sacred human form.

Letting Go Of The “Idea” Of Twin Flame To Focus On The Inner Mateship

I had not heard of twin flame relationships (where two people share one soul ultimately and are masculine and feminine expressions of that soul) until about a year ago, even though I have deeply been in spiritual awakening ‘circles’ for many years. It just didn’t cross my path of awareness until then. In many ways, I am glad that I didn’t know of it or what it offers before, as parts of me would have grabbed at it with previous partners before Raphael and I came together nine years ago. Part of me would have made every man I was in relationship with who shared soul frequencies with me or karmic binds or hot body talk or ALL of it into THE twin flame and I feel that much personal suffering would have resulted in believing that truth.

This can be a precious thing to parts of people, this sense of someone being their ‘twin’, so I want to say that I am offering an invitation to feel it differently and to let in a new perspective in order to bring some AIR and metaspace into it. In my feeling sense of it through what I have seen online and also in my work with people through SoulFullHeart, many parts of people use the idea of someone being their twin flame to loop in patterns of suffering, drama trauma, toxic codependence, and just overall to justify much push-pull in the relationship. By feeling that someone is your ‘twin flame’ and holding onto this very tightly, you are messaging that ONLY this person can truly see and get you. ONLY this person can truly make you happy and allow you to fulfill your soul purpose. ONLY this person can meet and match you. Yet, at the same time, when this person doesn’t show up for any of these things or maybe only some of them, they are proving that they are actually not the ONLY one and in fact NOT the one at all, yet parts of you then are in denial of this using the twin flame idea to hold on to the illusion.

The twin flame picture also focuses so exclusively on the CAPACITY of the bond and seems to ignore the ACTUAL transactability of the relationship in the very important domains of heart, body, soul and mind and also related to everyday living compatibility and just overall experience of goodness. It also focuses on needing the ‘twin’ as a mirror rather than the mirror that is offered of self BY self and through embracing your own healing and transformation ABOVE all else and ABOVE what any romantic partner can offer you, which is what feels far healthier. There is an advocacy for codependency in the twin flame idea and, also, that if it doesn’t work out immediately you are justified to wait for your twin for as long as needed until it does!

Romantic relationship, I feel, is THE most challenging ground to navigate with emotional maturity because it so triggers our deeper, unfelt subconscious wounds from childhood AND our soul karmic partners from other lifetimes. ANY mate for which there is the capacity to experience transaction in heart, soul, body, and mind domains is going to trigger and push up very strong projections from any unhealed frequencies inside of us. If parts of us are looking for the ‘ideal mate’ (usually this is connected to our heartbreaking and harmful experiences with our parents), then anything will be used to prove this point even when actual experience is not showing or offering us this.

I prefer instead to offer an invitation into sacred union grounds with a counterpart mate, which I feel is someone for which you share many other lifetime chapters and experiences as Metasoul aspects or Metasoul brother and sister expressions. I also am very open to that we have MORE than one counterpart mate and, also, to live fully into the experience as it is happening to us, as I do on a daily basis with Raphael. This is how I defined counterpart mate souls and the process of connecting with different Metasoul pairings within the bond, “Counterpart souls share many timelines together with corresponding Metasoul expressions in opposite gender pairings during these lifetimes. One seems to ‘choose’ masculine expression and the other feminine. Each connection with these Metasoul pairings infuses our this life relationship with expanding frequencies of soul connection, soul purpose clarity, healing of karmic binds and patterns, and can be linked to emotional wounding expressions from this life too.”

Whether you call it Twin Flame or Counterpart Soul Mate, though, it all comes back to the relationship that you have to the relationship. How are parts of you relating to the relationship? Is there a strong projection of dad wounding and dad onto your partner? A strong projection of mom wounding and mom onto your partner? Is there a grabbing and clinging and shrinking energy from parts of you onto your partner? Is there a sense of suffering over suffering in your experience of the relationship? Are there push-pull energies between you and many phases of openings and closings?

The answers to these questions reveal where the next places are for you to go within yourself and are actually NOT about the actual transactability or even capacity of the bond at all. The focus can be SO outward, parts of you perhaps fixated and even obsessed with the partner and being on ‘their side’ so much. This happens in order for part of you to divert you from going within, to distract you from going to where the pain is ACTUALLY originating from, which is NOT from your partner but actually from INSIDE of you. ALL relationships offer a mirror in that and an invitation to go within, whatever they are labelled or felt to be. The challenge comes in actual accepting and going into the crucible INSIDE that is offered from relationship as it is much ‘easier’ to focus on the partner instead.

Our most truly nourishing sacred union partner, ultimately, is ourselves. It is the partner that will never leave us and the one for which we are most meant to BE. It can take much process to feel that way about ourselves and the aspects of us that have formed into a usually subconscious partnership inside of us. Yet, as you become conscious of the inner partnership, as it matures through differentiation and feeling of yourself, so does the richest and MOST nourishing mateship arise from INSIDE. And then can this self generated nourishment and union of self connect with OTHER in a dance of two healthy “I’s” exploring the rich ground offered to them by their USness.

Here is another shot of SoulFullHeart love that will assuredly get your chakras activated!  Featured this week is a beautifully hearticulated poem by Kalayna Colibri that sends out a call to those who are on the edge of romance but have yet to make that impassioned claim to go all-in regardless of where the road may lead you.  It is the process itself that leads to new growth places inside ourselves and a possibility of deepening union with another.

Rediscovering That Creative Heart In Us, Beyond Self Punishment

When I was a teenager, creative outlets ‘saved’ me in a way… especially exploring my creativity in private, or at least as private of a setting as I could find. I was doing regular dance classes and you would think that was helpful too, yet there was something about being in a ‘class’ setting such as this, that stoked the fires of comparison to others for parts of me that I couldn’t feel directly. Perhaps if I could have, I wouldn’t have kept doing these classes, but it’s hard to say. They were helpful for many reasons and yet, they were painful too. It was more often the dancing, singing, performing that I did for invisible audiences (likely higher selves of soul family and maybe star being family and guides too at the time!) who would inevitably adore me and enjoy my performances with no cloaked judgments or making parts of me feel self-conscious, that I thoroughly enjoyed. These parts of me so needed this, growing up in this 3D reality where we are taught to judge others and ourselves for just about everything so soon in our lives, and always, it feels like, because our caregivers and teachers are overflowing with this judgement toward themselves first.

These times in my parents’ basement were so sacred… I even remember buying a headset mic that was meant for a computer, so I could wear it like a pop star! Sometimes I sang, sometimes I lip-synched instead. But it was ALL fun and most of the time, I somehow managed to free myself from self-judgment frequencies because from me to me, I had space to enjoy being with ME.

There’s something about our ways of expressing ourselves creatively that pings for me now, especially as just an hour ago I was singing my heart out a bit, for the first time in a LONG time and I have to say it felt really, REALLY good… my heart wanted to sing out in expression and love. Reconnecting with music that I used to listen and sing to many years ago. I could feel part of me feeling self-conscious, wondering if the whole complex that I live in could hear me singing… and worse yet, that they would think I was awful. And then, I also felt how in these precious moments I didn’t actually care if they did and if they judged. So both were true for me and that’s okay. It felt important to give myself permission to just BE in the music, let something roll out of my heart, have some FUN too. Give myself permission to NOT be perfect or seek perfection in any way. Just sing OUT. I feel there is so something in this for all of us, perhaps especially in this process of ascension that’s happening so quickly for so many of us and can have such intense phases physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc. Where did our creativity go that could carry us through and that was given to us to help life feel like MAGIC again and stoke our imaginations so we can blaze like the LOVE stars we truly are?

As our inner-punishment heals, especially through this work we call SoulFullHeart where we work with and deeply feel the parts of us who hold these frequencies, we can begin to be more in our creative magic again. This feels so important to me, because we ARE creating in every single moment as we really can’t help but do and BE this as human beings! We are creation constantly creating… we shift these frequencies of what this creativity draws when we reclaim our power and see what we’ve been drawing instead of what we actually want.

And so, I know that I hope this is only the beginning of me exploring art forms that once brought my heart out to play, though of course writing like this does that too! We are so meant to sing, to throw our heartbeams outward through dance and movement too, to let our lungs fully expel the old air and invite in the NEW. And to encourage everyone to do the same… without polish or perfection but just our human ISness that wants and aches to come out and play again, create and recreate a magical life again, love ourselves everything about us again and again and again…

Moving Out Of The Dark Night And Into The Dawning Of The Day

The sunlight from the Great Cosmic Sun is emerging over the horizon. It is cresting NOW into our world here with Gaia – spreading its light across all the darkened lands, seeming to melt away with its heat all the shadows that remain. Its rays are illuminating that which has been cloaked and unseen. Light is coming in now, offering clarity on that which has seemed like such a mystery, unsolvable, unknowable, and unreachable.

The sunlight is our healing hearts, our compassion, the BEST of our humanity beaconing out AND going in. The sunlight is our healing souls, our bigness, the BEST of our divinity coming in. We, our sacred humanity, is rising as a NEW day of the soul dawns offering possibilities to each individual soul and to us ALL as a collective. We are rising as we remember our capacities of both heart and soul, how BIG we can BE and ARE that takes no power from other, yet is WITH them and comes from within.

Warmth, too, is coming back to us after so long in the cold. Warmth comes with new tenderness for ourselves and with others. Warmth comes with new, genuine kindness for ourselves and ALL aspects of ourselves AND with others. Warmth comes with new compassion for ourselves and WITH others. Warmth comes with expressions and desires for a much deeper and REALER intimacy with self and with others.

It seemed sometimes as if the Dark Night would last forever. The murkiness of being lost would define us and we might never be found. Parts of us feared that we might remain as shadow people, unable to see through the fog of our own amnesia or the veils we placed over ourselves. We worried that our battling, our urge and need to defend, would destroy us and Gaia. We wondered if we would only be defined by suffering, unable to access the joy of our Inner Child or the goodness of our worthiness or the lightness within our souls.

Yet, the Light Day is dawning. With this dawning comes the invitation for illumination of SELF, to clear the fogs and to lift the veils. The invitation is to put down our arms, our weapons, our shields, our battles, our wars, our conflicts – happening on both the inside AND the outside. To meet and greet our inner battles, to feel and heal the aspects that feel suffering and so bring more suffering into our lives. To DO and BE all of this with love and so transmute it ALL into something NEW.

The Light Day brings disclosure of that which has been hidden. That which has been packaged becomes unraveled, no longer able to sustain its false edges. That which has been hollow or superficial is invited to go deeper, to move into an expanded consciousness that the light of awareness can bring.

I feel Archangel Metatron forming these words with me (and AS me). So his divinity is shining through my humanity. I feel His hopes and desires for humanity. He longs to have more relationship WITH us, together, seen more and felt more as equals because there are NO hierarchies in the higher dimensions because ALL are ultimately One and return to Divine Source. He feels admiration for all that we have experienced in our Dark Night journey and he offers a hand to us now to pull us through, up, out, of what we have known and into a NEW world with Infinite Vistas of possibilities.

It is an EPIC phase for humanity, in this NOW of transitioning from Dark Night to Light Day. The epicness will play out in ways that may be difficult, painful, mean more temporary loss….as the old gives way for the new. So much support is BEing offered to us by angels such as Metatron, Michael, Magdalena, and many others. And by our Star BEing Metasoul aspects and Star family too, who are helping us with this transition on a cosmic level, yet also will be assisting us on a practical level too as we transition from the outdated modes of 3D lifestyle and into the higher consciousness ways of the light. And, we can find comfort and support in each other, in coming together as soul communities as an aspect of our Dark Night was feeling that we HAD to do it alone and that we were separate.

As we move, now, out of our collective Dark Night, so do we also honor the darkness and what it offers us, what it teaches us, the brinks it brings us too and the edges and the cliffs of our consciousness. We are learning that we can SURVIVE this darkness and that we are NOT it, even as it has been inside of us and needed to reign for a while. We are learning that the substance of us is LOVE and always was even when it felt like it wasn’t. We are learning that what is REAL about us is that which cannot be destroyed or claimed, yet just IS, arising and dawning as easily as the sun greets the day every morning. And so IT is and so are WE, dawning into what we were always meant to BE!

The Capacity To BE What We Have Most Been Missing

What are the scenes of your soul’s despair? What are the scenes of your this life traumas? And what do they tell you of your Now? What do they show you that connects to your Now? What do you feel as you enter them with your heart open and ready? If you are open to looking, to feeling, to viewing, to connecting to this, it can move out of freeze frame and into liquid motion and fluidity again. It becomes unstuck, sprung back into life with all the energy it formerly occupied being freed up.

This is the time to BE this kind of self investigator, detective, inner journeyer to discover what there is to feel, see, know, remember. Avoidance hasn’t been working anyway, as the tension of it shows up in some way. Resistance cannot cover over that which persists, calling for your response. The part of you (that has been guarding and protecting over these ’emotional scenes’ because they don’t want you to feel any more pain) is getting TIRED. Their weapons are getting dull anyway. They don’t really want to fight or battle or guard anymore.

Much love is available for the going in now. It won’t be like before. You are much more able to hold it and feel it than parts of you may imagine that you are. Your human heart has such a deep and powerful capacity to feel and offer compassion to yourself. Your human heart is unlimited in its capacity to respond to whatever most needs your love inside of you.

This is what we are called to respond to that has been ‘left behind’ before or overlooked or suppressed or just not able to be addressed. We have the capacity now in our arising sacred humanity to BE what we have most been missing. To form our own bridges between what needs us most in our emotional bodies and in our soul legacies. Now is the time for this healing of self that is the manifestation of ALL our capacities. ~

Bridging To Our Metasoul Aspects Through Sacred Union Within And With Our Counterpart Mate

I allow Mareeka’s energies to be in this most intimate space between my beloved mate Raphael and I during our love making together because I feel that she needs it. Her sadness and mourning over her separation from her greatest love, Maliki, have been with me for a couple of days now, flitting in and out during moments that trigger it to come up. Now, she is taking in the love, the passion, the connection, the intimacy that flows between Raphael and I. Maliki’s energies come through Raphael to meet and connect with Mareeka’s. The language of Atlantis flows from both of our mouths and creates a spiraling energy in the air between us….. feeling both familiar, foreign, and also very powerful.

Mareeka’s energies come through me because I invite them in. Mareeka is a Metasoul sister of mine who lives during the time of the last era of Atlantis before it collapses. Mareeka is what has commonly been called a ‘past life.’ I have been offered that in higher dimensional consciousness there is no linear time, so, therefore, the energies of these soul experiences and expressions live in the Now. Relating to them that way rather than in the ‘past’ recognizes the impact that their ‘bleeding through’ has on us in our current lifetimes. Our Metasoul is the higher dimensional Soul source from which we are a fractal projected out from with many expressions off of each of our Metasouls into different timelines spanning parallel universes, species, planets, and dimensions. Raphael has been connecting with Maliki, who is a Metasoul brother of his and High Priest/King in Atlantis that is initially very in love with Mareeka, yet ends up falling under the influence of shadow-based Reptilians and transforms into Mordecai. Mordecai seems to have a pivotal role in the collapse of Atlantis, has become estranged from Mareeka, and eventually spirals into madness as his inner darkness takes over. It ‘sounds’ like a fiction story, I know, yet the textures of this are very real as they ground into my heart and Raphael’s too. During some moments of conflict and tension between Raphael and I recently, we eventually identified that it had been mostly Mareeka and Mordecai coming through us to create this ‘crazy making’ kind of sense that what we are in conflict about wasn’t from or about this lifetime at all.

I wanted to share more about this process of connecting with Metasoul aspects as it unfolds in a real time process for me with Mareeka. This is the same as the process for being with subpersonalities or parts of you that originate from this life experiences that have created stuck energies within your emotional body. I hold Mareeka with tenderness and I bring her into my everyday life. She went to the beach with me yesterday, just as she joined Raphael and I in the bedroom. She was listening during my recent space holding sessions. She offered her opinions on my hair style, my clothing, my living space (which didn’t meet with her approval since she is used to fine and beautiful physical settings and I live in a very simple apartment in the moment.) I connected with her again in the early morning and she thanked me very much for bringing her into my world. She said that it is offering her peace to feel how the love between her and Maliki lives on through Raphael and I.

I cannot change the collapse of Atlantis or Mareeka’s destiny to die with it. I cannot change Maliki’s transformation into Mordecai and her loss of him. Her and I both know this and have tearfully accepted it. Yet, I can help to heal with her some of her heart pains, offer my compassion and companionship, and allow a bridge for her to her beloved through the heart of mine, Raphael. In exchange, she is sharing and infusing me with her exquisite sense of beauty, her regal Queen essence, and her very powerful access to Cosmic Divine Energies. Mareeka may be heart broken in one way, but she is also a very gifted priestess, initiate, and teacher. As our love for each other grows in this organic way through regular and committed connection, so do the gifts between us flow both ways more fluidly.

I feel that sharing about my experience with Mareeka is the most transparent way that I can teach about and offer this connection process with a Metasoul sister or brother as a clear and very effective path to heal that which has previously felt evasive, murky, and difficult to relate with.  These energies from the Metasoul can bleed into this life, pushing up intense reactions and triggers without you really understanding why or where they come from. Some of the emotions that the Metasoul coming through can push up are depression, despair, not wanting to ‘live’ or of wanting to go home, rage that doesn’t seem to connect to any present life triggers or conditions, distrust of life/others/the Divine.

This seems to be especially true during sacred union connections for which the partners are what we call, “Counterpart souls”, as I feel that Raphael and I are to each other. Counterpart souls share many timelines together with corresponding Metasoul expressions in opposite gender pairings during these lifetimes. One seems to ‘choose’ masculine expression and the other feminine. I began to notice a couple of years ago that whenever a new soul aspect would come through, there would be a corresponding masculine aspect that Raphael would feel deep resonance with or connect with first, which would then open out my connection. We have experienced this with Pleiadian Metasoul aspects (Leeza and Leviathan), Arcturian (Binkh and Pantha), ‘historical’ Boudicca and Prasutagus, ‘religious’ Martin Luther and Katharina, Avalon (Morgaine and Arthur) and others. Sometimes we are experiencing these energies in an archetypal way rather than associating that our Metasoul has necessarily been each of these.

Each connection with these Metasoul pairings infuses our this life relationship with expanding frequencies of soul connection, soul purpose clarity, healing of karmic binds and patterns, and can be linked to emotional wounding expressions from this life too. Raphael and I are starting to put together a book about Sacred Union, which will include much more about this exploration into being Counterpart Souls and how it contrasts from the Twin Flame paradigm.

Connection with Metasoul aspects becomes more possible as you deepen access to your Inner Protector or Soul Guardian (which we also call a ‘daemon). Your Soul Guardian acts as a gatekeeper to your Metasoul line, protecting and regulating what you can remember and when. Direct negotiation with this aspect of yourself and also consciously healing your emotional body allows the pipeline of access to these soul frequencies to come through. Your Soul Guardian needs to feel that you can emotionally handle it, that you are supported by Divine guides for the exploration, and that you are genuinely interested in your own healing.

Much of what we experience as suffering in our lives comes from not being consciously connected to the source of that suffering. Becoming conscious and LOVING what we discover allows for the suffering to move into frequencies of aliveness, joy, magic, intimacy, soul gift expression, and deeper inhabitation of our sacred humanity!

Revealing Our Inner King

What is it you are truly desiring as a man? The answer to that question is multi-layered and conflictual because there are different parts and aspects of us that are vying for the manifestation of these desires. This can create a maddening or flattening energy. Sometimes what we believe we want is a smokescreen for something even deeper that changes the storyline of the one you are currently writing. And that can be scary stuff to the parts so invested in the what has been comfortable even in its uncomfortability.

What if what you truly want is so big that you are almost blind to it by the fear of what all that means? Going down the corridors of our true passion and desires can mean upending some strongly held beliefs and expectations. YET…does staying in this status quo really serve anything other than your own passion’s demise?

I, along with Raphael Awenl, are so amped, juiced, and ready to serve those men that are ready to take their spirituality to a different universe altogether. One that blends so many possibilities into one gestalt. You just can’t find that anywhere that I know of. Accessing the emotional body takes us on a journey to clear a path to our spiritual awakening that traverses multiple timelines that can integrate so much of our beyond recognizable potential. Takes us to worlds we felt were separate from us as opposed to actually BEing us.

It is more than just healing we are advocating for. It is going beyond that healing to access our true divinity within to create a world that we have chosen to forget we could create so we can learn something new and remember our way back. That is a mouthful but feels really true. It is not THE truth, just one that we are choosing to play with as we continue to unfold this puppy one felt experience at a time.

We will be discussing the emotional body and out it lives out in men in our next group call this Saturday. There will be a meditation to have you meet your emotional body to begin a dialogue with it that begins a whole new ground for relating to yourself and what you thought was you but is really a part of a bigger you.
