This video I’m sharing was recorded during a recent SoulFullHeart community gathering on November 12th with Raphael and I playing crystal quartz sound healing bowls, providing a guided meditation/transmission, and I AM mantras. We were calibrating to the powerful, Divine Love 11:11 portal as individuals and a community, which provides an amplification to feel your higher timeline/soul purpose manifestation.

The bowls are tuned to 432HZ for ultimate cleansing and purifying of your chakras/auric field, physical/light body activation, and emotional body healing. The bowls used in this video are the C note/root chakra (played by Raphael), the F note/heart chakra and the A note/Third Eye chakra (played by me.)

We also guide you to let go of whatever is necessary to embody more of your Divine Self and messages from the Divine. We then offer powerful I AM mantras to recode your 3D Self to your Divine Self. Energy Update: 11/11 Portal Offers Codes, Downloads & Upgrades

Energy Update: Blessings and Love to you as we deepen into and receive this 11/11 portal today! The codes, downloads, upgrades/activations available on these powerful days provide a boost to awaken, to support, to clarify, to motivate, to inspire, to enliven, to encourage, and to catalyze.

The degree and depth you let them in is….as always…UP to you and what you (and parts of you) are ready for and wanting.

You may be feeling today a lightening UP in your heart space, in your physical body, and in your overall energy as well. Prepping to go through this portal felt similar to preparing to giving birth for the several days before it. There was some uncomfortableness, tension, purging, and feeling ‘taken over’ by the process at times. There was also deep diving into the shadow in order to heal and reconcile whatever energies were there.

Giving ‘birth’ to the NEW you during 11:11, you can now BE with the higher frequencies coming in, receiving them into your heart, letting them enliven you.

There were timeline collapses in relationships, in jobs, in money situations prior to this 11:11 portal…starting even a month or more before it as well. This is also being amplified by the great bifurcation that is ongoing with the V. narrative and clear ‘sides’ needing to be chosen even as love for ALL is held in the higher realms. For some souls (and esp. teachers/healers/guides) there are physical body collapses/illnesses, etc. manifesting in order to bring a clear choice point of staying to serve in an embodied way through this dark night transition into the light or returning to a higher dimension with their mission here ‘completed’.

The aftermath of these collapses, the ‘ash in the air’ reality experience of it, is something you may still be going through. Mourning and grieving ARE important, yet too is moving into more trust and joy that ALL loss right now is serving your higher timeline.

Your purpose of serving love is probably becoming clearer. This is meant to clarify with this 11/11 portal as MANY souls will be needed to support those newly awakening and those already awakening and those even leading too! The most important service of love right now could be to yourself and your own healing, so that you can eventually overflow to others from a place of self love and goodness. You are serving then from a place of genuine and embodied overflow, rather than self sacrifice or burden or over responsibility.

Take the space during these 11:11 portal days to go within. To be with the inhale of Gaia and the outflow of the Universe. The inhale of OM and the exhale of Ma (the Divine Mother) is my favorite mantra to feel connected to All That Is and my own heart too. Take the time and space to FEEL yourself, your emotional body flowing like a river, and the deeper emotions that rumble and flow that can be harder to get to.

Reach BEyond your mind and the content and details of everyday to connect with the Divine as the source of YOU and of ALL.

11:11 Portal Activation Guided Meditation (W/528 HZ Music) | Jelelle Awen

I’m guided to share this guided meditation for activation of the 11:11 portal now as access to the powerful manifestation and higher timeline it offers is available at ALL times in the Now.

I felt a teleportation as I was recording it this morning……to the space before, during and after a timeline shift, a jump UPwards and onwards that can more readily occur during these magical repeating number portals. Sometimes they provide a very clear marker of major life shifts and sometimes it is more subtle…more inward than outward.

The music used during this meditation is tuned to 528 HZ which I find provides a heaven frequency that supports tuning into these higher realms. During the meditation, you travel to the 11:11 portal and feel what can come ‘with you’ through it into your higher timeline…and what needs to be let go of in order to move forward. This may be an emotional process for sure with grief and mourning too, esp if it involves relationships…even as the joyful bliss of remembering your Divine Love essence is becoming more real to you.

With the Samhain/Halloween/Day Of The Dead passage moving through, there’s a continued illumination of our shadow selves and other pieces of ourselves, our parts, our essences too that have been hidden or tucked away. This week we share a few writings about shadow exploration and what it invites and involves, plus we have a new group meditation call coming up this Sunday, Nov 7th, focused on Shadow Exploration.

Introducing Bey Magdalene: SoulFullHeart Community Member and Facilitant

A fun and joyful day out in Coimbra, a sweet and lively university town near us

I have been in the orbit and a part of SoulFullHeart for three years now, though I initially calibrated for six months before I had my first session with Jelelle. One day she just showed up on my Facebook and taking in one post after the other, I quickly became convinced she was speaking directly about me and to me at the same time. Over the years I’ve had the unique opportunity and experience of being facilitated by every single Facilitator in SoulFullHeart. It was very clear from the beginning that “this” was “it” for me. I finally found what I had been looking for all my life. In just how many ways that is true, I’m learning now every day as a part of the community in the physical.

I joined Jelelle, Raphael, Gabriel, and Kasha to live with them on a campground in northern Portugal at the beginning of August this year. About a month and a half ago, we moved to central Portugal, to quite a remote little village called Folques. While the campground was sort of a ‘honeymoon phase’ and sniffing each other out, the new phase brought a lot of intense initiations for me, inner and outer, which I bravely walked out and am now getting to the other side of. A week and a half ago, Raianna, who has been connected to SoulFullHeart for many years, joined us all here in Portugal too after completing her life in Canada. For Halloween, we dressed up and had a little gathering.

The veils are thin right now and for me personally, I particularly feel that in my ongoing process of differentiating from my persona-based ‘Bianca part’, as the current energies push up so much illumination of her and support for me to keep differentiating. For a number of years now I have been doing ‘parts work’ with SoulFullHeart and working with parts of the self. Over the years I have discovered and felt many parts of myself, differentiated from them and integrated them. This has led me to a new and deeper layer of this work, held by the soul family container and the relationship with myself. It has led me to recognize that ‘Bianca’, my birth name, had become a part herself, and a corresponding new energy had been discovered and cultured through all this inner work. This new energy/being is able to hold all parts of myself, soul explorations/metasoul aspects, soul family community, and life choices. I have decided to call this new arising energy, ‘Bey Magdalene’. One version of the name ‘Bianca’, which is Italian and means white/pure/bright light, is ‘Beyonca’ (same pronunciation) and I am feeling to go with the short version of it, Bey (pronounced like ‘bee’) for now and claim it as a transitory name until a soul name comes through. The surname ‘Magdalene’ I have chosen in honor of my soul family origins and connection to the Magdalene/Essene lineage in honor and humble claim of my connection to my beloved Soul Family in SoulFullHeart. It feels important to let go of the entire waveform of my former name as it holds all of the birth family relationships/biography/woundings, social and romantic relationships, job navigations, and life as I have known it really, in order to keep arising into the New.

Differentiating from this persona-based part and everything she has been holding, including her relationship to this life, the process itself, and others, is a deep service to and honoring of me, her, and others too who feel drawn to this work and community as well.

It REALLY is NOT easy to feel everything that is going on inside in every moment, move through it, and come out the other side of it. And sometimes, all we can do is fuse to the emotional world of our parts. Yet ALL of this process is sacred and held, supported and guided by the Soul and the Divine Self, if you choose this path of utmost soul growth and deeply nourishing and resonant soul family community. I am feeling, after all these years of dedicated inner work, a deep trust in this process and myself and that it all is truly perfect as it unfolds and keeps unfolding. And to me, trust in oneself is the hottest currency out there, especially right now in these volatile and intense times.

Surrounded By Love

We are so surrounded by love, full of love, made of love, that we needed the ongoing experiences of stepping outside of it, and then returning to it, as a way of perfecting perfection.

Love was willing to create a deficiency of itself, a shadow partition to cordon off some of its overbearing light to afford itself; and you and I actual experiences of this love.

We couldn’t experience love were it not for a deficiency of this love. Love couldn’t flow if love was the all in all, filling all things to the full. Flow and experience required a vacuum, something missing. Love ventured into an experiment with experience, for experience was another thing it couldn’t know, feel or have inside it itself.

Every desire, anxiety, joy and fulfillment that moves and shapes your life is part of this vacuum.

Love ventured into the business of lack and harm and wounding because any step outside of itself would require an opening, a portal, a wound.

We live and carry these wounds. They are our greatest challenges. We carry them personally, in our relationships with ourselves, with every other we’ve ever known or will come to know, and we carry them collectively. These portal wounds are everywhere. They not only remind us of our seeming separation from love, but also invite us to return to love at any moment. The access to this love is beyond instantaneous, for not even an instant is required to make its connection. It just is. You are it. You never lost it.

The duality we find ourselves in is the way home. I am, therefore I want. I am, therefore I am vulnerable to not having my genuine needs met or fulfilled. I am, therefore I am afraid. I am, therefore I need.

To not have need is to not exist in this experiment of experience. You get to be needy. You get to admit your vulnerability. You get to feel how deeply you yearn for fulfillment. You get to admit what you like and what you don’t like.

You get to return fully to the love that you are, where all the costs and outstanding liabilities on this balance sheet of duality will be reconciled.

You and I literally are this reconciliation, as well as the separation, both.

I seek you out now

I invite you out now

I search for you now….

not to judge you

not to hurt you

not to persecute you….

Yet, only, to invite you out into love.

What you hold and store,

what you have kept hidden,

what has been so long guarded,

what has been wrapped up tight….

can now be opened, revealed and healed.

There are gifts in your secrets

There are truths in your mysteries

There are treasures in your troves.

So long you have been

in the fog of what is purposely forgotten

made invisible behind a thick veil..

and now these barriers can be lifted through the gently powerful forces

of forgiveness, self acceptance, worth and compassion.

Rather than be afraid of you

or wanting to avoid you,

I am in awe of you

I am curious about you

and I can patiently hold space

as the trust between us grows

to allow a loving mutual ground of growth.

Come out into the light of my heart

and you can become once again

the love that you truly ARE.

Exploring Your Depth & Full Expression Through Your ‘Shadow’

What lies in the depths of your ‘shadow’ is so many things, so many energies. Suppressed rage, passion, desires, distaste, mistrust, and fears are all a part of the package… yet so are other hidden compartments that hold access to your deepest soul gifts which haven’t been safe to express, and also your ‘truth’ which you’ve likely been encouraged (or demanded) to keep to yourself. Any energy that hasn’t felt ‘safe’ to come out, whether born of the dark or the light or anything in between, can live in the deep caverns of what we call our ‘shadow’.

Our shadows are meant to be our ‘bass tones’. They are the instruments in our inner orchestras that hold the bass line and beat intact. Without those honking tubas and heavy drumbeats, “the bottom falls out”, as my high school music teacher would often say. What we’re left with is the tinny screeching of the higher octaves being played by themselves without anything to ground them back to the true melody line. Higher-frequency energies and dimensions don’t make any sense, at least not for very long, when the bass/shadow/inner darkness is left out of the mix.

This metaphor applies the other way around too. There is no ‘alto’ without a ‘soprano’. The higher frequencies you have access to can support the shadow journeys, to retrieve whatever has been hidden there, for however long. Sometimes this shadow exploration is so sticky, so challenging to move through or beyond, that it can feel as if we’ll stay there forever once we land there. This can make the journey intriguing or intimidating, yet every reaction or hesitation you feel is valid for different parts of you and is all an important part of the journey itself.

There is a middle ground available of negotiation with yourself… with your parts and soul aspects, especially your Gatekeeper who has been watching over your Metasoul and either bringing in or preventing your soul journeys specifically, and your Inner Protector who has been allowing or disallowing your connection to different parts of you. The ground of journeying into your shadow with your Inner Punisher alone is a process that takes a lot of time, space, and love to unfold. The soul journeys into your shadow have a timing all their own. All of this requires ongoing inner negotiation, a deep and solid commitment to showing up, and a profound desire to love absolutely everything within you no matter what it looks like, the impact it has had, or how it might change your life to go there.

Raphael and Jelelle will be offering a guided meditation group call this coming Sunday, November 7th, focused on Shadow Exploration. Even if these are grounds you’ve been exploring for a while, or if this is fairly new to you, this guided meditation call may offer you a new perspective, a beginning place, or an entryway into deeper waters.

Shadow Exploration Guided Meditation Group Call w/ Raphael & Jelelle Awen: November 7th, 2021

“The shadow is a tight passage, a narrow door, whose painful constriction no one is spared who goes down to the deep well.” ~ Carl Jung

Your shadow – or that which is currently not conscious to you – often contains aspects of you that have been disowned, put away, judged, rejected, protected, forgotten about and suppressed. The shadow is not evil or harmful, yet it can contain ‘backed up energies’ that have been judged as not appropriate such as rage, shame, suicidal thoughts/tendencies, sexual impulses, and more. In this backed-up unconscious state, these shadow frequencies can bleed through in patterns of destructive behaviors toward yourself or others, suffering loops, heaviness and depression, anxiety and panic attacks, addictions, and much more.

Also in shadow can be your soul gifts, soul purpose clarities, and your ‘power’. There are always ‘good reasons’ for this putting away into shadow based on conditioning you’ve received from 3D life and even other lifetimes/timelines, in addition to undigested traumas and karmic patterns.The Ascension process invites you to uncover, feel, and integrate your shadow aspects with love, compassion, and curiosity. Rather than bypass the shadow, it is about embracing it with self-love and Divine support. It seems very timely to be exploring it with so much of it coming UP in our collective right now!

Raphael and I will co-host a Shadow Exploration group meditation call over Zoom on Sunday, November 7th, 2021 at 5:00pm/17:00pm WEST (Lisbon, Portugal timezone)/12:00pm EST/9:00am PST. Gabriel Amara and Kasha Rokshana also join us to share their experience of the meditation, along with their own personal deepenings in shadow exploration.

We will talk about how we define the ‘shadow’ and how the SoulFullHeart process opens up access to these previously inaccessible and veiled grounds through a gentle yet powerful negotiation with your Inner Protector or Gatekeeper. The Inner Protector and Gatekeeper are hesitant to go into the shadow as they don’t want you (or other parts of you such as the Inner Child) to become overloaded and overwhelmed by these energies as they come through. Through a negotiation with your Divine Self leading, the Protector will then allow you to connect with these shadow aspects as needed, from this life and other lifetimes, in a way that is empowering and manageable. We will also share about our personal experiences with deepening grounds of shadow exploration from this life and other lifetimes over the last 15 years together as a couple and as individuals in our processes.

During this group call, we will provide a guided meditation journey in a safe energetic space to meet or connect with your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper. We will then go on a ‘deep dive’ into your consciousness with powerful and proven imagery/visualizations that allows for new revelations of whatever wants to come through of your shadow to connect with you. We will also repeat ‘recoding’ affirmations as mantras, together as a group and with the Divine, that assist in this exploration and healing.

Samhain Energies, Thin Veils Reveal Desires For Unity Inside & Out

As we continue to move through this Samhain season, we feel the veils thinning and lifting on our worlds both inner and outer, revealing needs parts of us have buried and longing that lives in our souls, especially for reunion… for the experience of Sacred Union within and with a beloved, for the experience of no more separation from the Divine, and for the experience of finally landing with Soul Family – beings who will transact deep love and nourishment with us and share in our penchant for growth too.

We are seeds that were scattered and sown; leaves blown off the branches of the sacred Soul Family tree.

It was a deep and brave soul choice to come here, to experience being scattered, to let go as we let in, to let it be when we don’t come together as deep and resonant Soul Family just yet, yet to be in the alchemical ache of that experience too. To learn to say ‘no’ to what has caused suffering in our relationships rather than the growth and nourishment we need is an expression of this ache and can create a void experience as we let go to truly let in what we want.

There’s an empowerment that’s seeded in all of us to return ever-deeper to ourselves but also to each other in new ways.

For now, parts of you may still be feeling scattered, tattered, torn… weather-worn from experiences and changing inner seasons as you move through the difficulties. This is meant to be a temporary yet necessary experience, as you find that sense of reunion first inside, then outside, with your own soul, heart, parts, and the Divine as the number one priority.

This is the power and depth of inner work, why it’s important. It’s a reunion inside so we can experience it on the outside and be ready to let it in.

Healing of separation is not only coming, but already here.

We have only to keep saying ‘yes’ to the journey, to keep moving into it rather than letting the fears lead that would rather we move out of it’ll try to numb out the deep and necessary ache.

There is a beautiful being, Raianna, who herself is rejoining us as Soul Family here in Portugal soon! And we also have this blessed experience with another Soul Family member, Bianca, who has been here with us for several months now and keeps on deepening her own process of letting in reunion inside and out. This experience of being with these beloveds, my Sacred Union beloved Gabriel, and Jelelle and Raphael, is a growthful challenge and a deep blessing. 

I know more reunions for ourselves and others are inevitable… and it can’t be denied how much work it is to actually keep letting it all in and showing up for it, let alone to draw the experience of reunion in the first place. 

Blessed Samhain season to you and your own revealing soul aches and desires being revealed through the thin veils. ♥️
