You Keep Opening Your Heart

You keep opening your heart. You do because it is WHY you are here. To open, to share, to risk….even, sometimes, to break. So it feels like, it is breaking in pieces and the parts that seem shattered speak to you then, offering, ‘This is me broken up. Will I ever come together again?’ They speak to you of loss that runs deep, much beyond this moment and even this present timeline and this current situation or circumstance. They flash you the slideshow scenes of previously forgotten pain that is now acutely aching again so you can understand it better, feel it, BE with it…..eventually be FREE from it.

You keep BEing with what is real, allowing space to feel it ALL. You keep feeling because on the other side of your pain is your joy. None of your rainbows come without your rainy days….You wait out the tearstorms, providing your own umbrella, your own shelter to weather it out as you trust this too shall clear.

You keep trusting the process. You trust it because it always moves to the other side eventually. Every movement offers the opportunity and possibility of moving on….even if it looks like ‘going in’ or looks like mourning. You hear ‘it’s time to move on now and let it go’ and so you do, your previously occupied hands now empty and ready to be held again by love…

You keep feeling the love that life is bringing, holding, offering you. You listen as Life says, “Keep opening UP, BEing with what is real and trusting the process. All that you desire and deserve is here, waiting until you are ready to receive it.”

Necessary Moments Of ‘Taking Stock’

The moments of deflation are necessary sometimes, of ‘taking stock’, taking a deep breath..an exhale and an inhale, a pause. Before the next letting in of this NEW life that you are the creator, director, and producer of in the Now. This NEW life with timelines that seem to unfurl with magical connections at an increasingly rapid pace.

There are moments of mourning though, letting go of what you’ve invested in sometimes with all of your heart and soul that just didn’t fit in with the NEW. Things just didn’t ‘work out’ even though you so thought that they would! In these ‘in between’ moments, trust and vision and creativity still LIVE, they’ve just gone dormant to allow digestion of loss to happen, to clear you for letting in more.

The watering of Divine support is still there…supporting you, believing in you, imbibing you…waiting patiently until you are ready to receive and move and serve again.

These words are a blessed gift from my higher self guides/aspects as this is the exact place I find myself at in the moment after collapses and completions in recent weeks in SoulFullHeart/my life….maybe you will find resonance and some solace in them too!

Restless Energies Within And Moving Into New Timelines Physically, Emotionally, Spiritually

Forgotten, long-lost items are found once again. Finally coming around to cleaning those nooks and crannies where dust and old energies have gotten stuck. Moving on from one space and into another is a process for sure, one that happens with many emotional reactions as we let go of one phase and embrace another. There are physical body reactions too as we enter a new space where old energy needs to be cleared and we feel the clearing too of our ‘old’ space that once held our energy to the brim and beyond. It is a shakedown of sorts, loosening up and releasing something that no longer fits us on a deeper level, though in many cases parts of us may still have attachments to what we moving on from. Sometimes this ‘letting go’ is and needs to be an ongoing process for a while, or a process that ebbs and flows, may seem to be over, but eventually comes back around again. On a soul level, it is natural to want to move on from one place to another, especially as we discover and desire to be in more of our soul bigness, purpose, and power.

This journey of packing up, leaving behind, exploring the new, is something we’re all experiencing now in different waves and on different levels. Some of us are stepping into the new, having many reactions we can’t quite seem to sort through, and then retracting, trying to go back into an old space that has now expired for us in many ways. The picture that comes, is of a growing toddler trying to wear his or her baby clothes again because they were so comfortable once upon a time! This is such a tough process and letting go is never quite as easy as some make it sound, especially if you’ve signed up to truly feel yourself in every moment along the way.

These last two weeks have been full of movement for me personally and this movement process has taken place on a personal, soul, and even physical level. It has been a phase that started with saying ‘yes’ to several new possibilities, trusting that they would take me somewhere new and good, despite the challenge of inhabiting this. Sure enough too, after the ‘yes’ came reactions and a part of me wanting to contract and maybe collapse it all in a way, though she also felt how this would all open out eventually, even with her level of tension. This is a part of me I got to reunite with, actually,  like something that got buried under the bed or dresser so long ago that you only find it when you’re moving somewhere new! She surfaced and I could feel her reactions with her and as the dust settles around the ‘new’ still, I am continuing to feel her around it all – her fears, her joys, and her vision of possibilities too. It has also been a couple weeks of letting go of certain connections with other people which is probably the hardest aspect of this phase to be with.

I feel as if we’re living in a restless, boisterous phase globally in the moment and it does feel challenging to find our stillness within while walking it all out. It is an exciting time while so much is being revealed to us and inside of that are also some hard-to-swallow truths. It is a time where we are being energized to really create the new as we go and not wait for permission from outside of us to take the steps we need to in order to really be in this. It is a time of trust in life, ourselves and the Divine, which is, of course, a process in and of itself while we learn what real trust even is… making it so important to take as much personal space as necessary, to breathe and digest and check-in with what we’re feeling on every level of our being.

If you’re feeling the energy of needing to create new timelines and being in your creativity in whatever capacity comes to you, you’re so not alone and the restlessness is actually there to serve you. It would be hard to not feel restless right now and it may come in waves for you, as it seems to be doing for me. We can all rest assured though, that we ARE being moved to something new that we are co-creating constantly, consciously and unconsciously, and this is becoming revealed to us more and more in each moment we say ‘yes’ and claim the next step.

Away…. beyond the gravity and into your levity
Where nothing holds court other than your own limitation
Your own deprivation

You are not to be denied
Unless you feel the need to decide
That it is all too much for you to let in
The truth of your own creation

It is all so there for you to have
For you to own and mold
Into the image of your long lost dream
You buried so long ago

Don’t give up my beloved
My glorious angel and magician
For you own the key AND the door
It is a matter of choice….of believing….of trusting

Do you want to continue letting it all define you?
Instead let the possibilities imbibe you
Refine you
Deconstruct you into constructing you

Back, forward, up, and out
Beyond what the chatter is claiming of you
Of clinging to you
Afraid to losing you….unable to protect you

For you are Free
If you choose to Be
Spread that mind’s canvass to it fullest length imaginable
Open that heart to the widest aperture enjoyable

Tell the world that you are here for more
More than just what you have continued to settle for
More than the picture that was painted….
Debated…. Indoctrinated

The end of this world is the beginning of You

Poem: Letting Love

Magical heart shape spiral in space fractal with particles

Interwoven heart clothes fall along shuffling feet.

Healing hands pull energetic nuances of lovely subtle flowers

and an escapee life of lush lovelorn lace and spinner lights.

It’s one place of many more magical moments to come into view of the dearest wanting pieces.

Foreign chords of many ordinary oddities bring it all back in to that rainbow of open road.

Even those sounds of the missing call the song of melodies remembered always.

An unknown toil of yet-to-be-known articles resembling the past and an ever-present presence

bringing all ebbs flowing forward in this dance of what could never be felt

until the time ticked along of the newly emerging emergency of now and instant bringings.

Take it all to the inside and outside of the corners where all stars are collected

and feel where the new-old love songs now call out to the unborn listener

of sometimes comfortable cravings still borne out to dry in the heavy lungs of the dawning days.

Love Love LOVE! is that sacred siren song of the aching breathers and reachers from the mud of what was once the only truth yet never satisfied as food should.

LOVE love LOVE! is the dance of the flying edges asking for more than they have ever known and the returning feeling that they have always wanted deep inside of the love they too are made of.

To find the way back is through each other.

To find the way in is through the self.

To find the way upward is through the press of life’s birth canals and all contractions brought by Love

inside the established ALL that forever knows the places and paces of its ongoing ringing out.

And for now and always a path is laid

for the eager and earnest to find, inhabit and become.

Aging UP: Entering A New Life And LOVE Phase On My ‘Birthday’

I turn ’30’ tomorrow. A surreal feeling, as age and time have felt less and less important and real to me, except for those phases when it has to somehow. There are still some really important life phases and experiences that seem to happen mostly during certain ages or decades of our lives, so sometimes it IS important to acknowledge ‘age’ though I feel looser and looser about it, especially for myself.

I think I spent most of my ’20’s’ looking forward to turning ’30’. My 20’s felt awkward and strange at times. So much more self-discovery and remembrance happened during this ‘decade’ of my life than in my teenage years, though so much got started then too. Many phases of letting go, learning to let in, surrendering, hoping, wishing, losing sight of magic and wonder and then rediscovering it again, loving a man, moving through relationships, learning to love humanity again even when parts didn’t want to… this is just a taste of where I chose to go, venturing into shadow and light both and facing sometimes very, very humbling mirrors.

The ups and downs were palpable and as I reflect on them, my god, they were all so worth it to bring me HERE to this NEW place inside me that is more compassionate, more overflowing with love, more desirous of mateship inside and outside of me, more desirous to FEEL and HEAL whatever I need to no matter how challenging, and more willing to step into my destined leadership, starting within and moving without. My heart wants to BE and experience feminine stillness and also experience heart-based, vulnerable, transparent leadership happening more and more from inside of me, to serve and BE love, even when boundaries are necessary and conflicts may arise for one reason or another, all in the name of growth and letting in more and more and MORE with less and less shrinking or hiding or cloaking from parts of me who are fused to fear.

Rolling around with a part of me through reactions to ALL of this arising inside me took the place of sleep most of the night last night. In some ways it was the reactions that kept me up and yet it was also new energies coming in, or so it feels like to me now as I reflect on and feel into this all some more. I’m getting ready and being filled up and at the same time being flushed OUT. This morning has been mostly restful for me, despite any ‘plans’ I thought I had… I feel as if I’m trying to expand my container for letting in LOVE and letting it move through me in conscious transaction and relationship with others. There is so much juice coming in now, being offered to all of us actually. This juice can’t come in without us being juiced first! It can feel like a squeeze at times, as reactions surface and sometimes feel overwhelming and hard to track. Sometimes it feels to me like all I can do is surf it all and trust that as I’m feeling it, it’s also moving, and that there’s  a fast track happening. I’m ON the train now, and it’s moving faster and faster.

As I enter this new ‘age’ of my life, it feels inaugural… I feel how much my inner Queen is arising now. She is waiting to be crowned at an official coronation, held inside me with guides and so, so much love. She is who I’ve been waiting and WORKING for, processing for, healing for. She is who gets to lead in my life now, more and more, as my healing continues and my persona parts of me continue to rest. She is the one ascending to her heart throne while also ascending to the throne built for her in the Universe, joining other Kings and Queens that are also showing up there more and more, leading humanity consciously and subconsciously through this phase of ascending with Gaia. She IS Mother Gaia, as we all are. She IS you just as she IS me and she also is a bridge, a platform, a ship, a rocket, a star and light BEing and leader. She is feeling her purity of heart come forward again at deeper and deeper depths as all I’ve healed and am healing helps to create her crown of jewels atop her head. She is my leader, my healer, my LOVEr living inside my heart and soul. And she is waiting along with me, helping me make room for a King to come and dance with her energy in sacred union, sacred sexuality, sacred and conscious duality, and sacred humanity.

As I find my rebirth into this new universe, I feel this birth canal that she is being pushed through by love and desire. She is responding already to what is coming and what is being asked of me and of her. We won’t be perfect together, yet there is no need for that. Many different birth canals await and that’s okay too, for the need for mess in order to grow is not foreign to me! Yet there is also harvest coming and feasts of celebration inside of myself and with others too. AND I look forward to welcoming more of ALL of our inner inter-galactic, inter-dimensional royalty, as we all reemerge and reunite in this way.

From my Queen to yours, or perhaps your King if you’re a man, thank you for being a part of what has created my journey so far. You have taught me and continue to teach me more than you could maybe be aware of really and I feel you… I honour you. I love you.

Making Room For New, Making Room For You!

We are feeling the timeline collapsing on the four of us as a community in every day living near each other and the amazing and challenging journey it has been…..it is is collapsing because already we can feel the souls that are connecting with us, drawn to be with us at whatever level and depth they are, and this changes the energy of our ‘group merkabah’ as we like to call it. This group merkabah of the four of us – Raphael Awen and I plus Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri – is VERY precious to me as I feel through all the changes we have navigated together over the years. The biggest one being our choice to leave Canada 2.5 years ago and a KNOWN life with a good income from a painting contract business to come HERE to Mexico with a nest egg and a vision of creating a community together.

What I have learned over these years being connected in daily navigation with these four remarkable BEings is that community is formed not from grand ideals but through moment by moment commitment to spend it in connection (primarily to SELF and then WITH other). It is formed not through epic visions but through willingness to SHARE together, to be vulnerable together, to connect together, to REVEAL yourself to each other. It is created not through hierarchal leadership, but in vulnerable leadership that invites, collaborates, and empowers others to LEAD too.

This timeline that is so dear of our group merkabah is completing because it is MEANT to complete so that we can include others, invite others, welcome others, GROW from others, and most especially making room for the sacred union mates of Gabriel and Kalayna (It sure feels like they are NEAR too, maybe even reading these words!!) And also to make room for the leadership of others in soul gift expression as SoulFullHeart facilitators if they are drawn to claim that.

And, so we’ve been letting go even as we’ve been letting in the NEW interest and NEW souls drawn to us recently. We’ve had two wonderful dinners out in the last week, which is more rare for us to eat at restaurants, spending the precious money that is coming in more and more from SoulFullHeart and the sharing of our soul gifts. We are soaking in the familiarity and comfort that doesn’t come from settling but comes instead from arising FOR and WITH each other in every moment. We are remembering the past in moments, telling stories of our journey together, remarking how different we feel now….

I’ve spent much time, especially in the last week, offering teachings and writings about my sacred union with Raphael and the gifts, challenges, and crucible of growth that it IS. Yet, so, has been the experience of commUNITY with all four us in a form of sacred union. IMAGINE what it will be like when more join us, align with us, and connect THEIR soul purpose with ours through the form of SoulFullHeart. The thing is, I can imagine it, more and more every day am LIVING it and so…..the present and the past timeline that we have known of US is collapsing and completing.

So I honor it even as I let it go…..making room for the NEW, making room for YOU!

Mourning Dawns: The Gift Of Letting Go

You have been made Aware.  You SEE and FEEL how life is so much more than what you have been conditioned to see and protected to feel.  You cannot be made unaware.  You can choose to ignore, but it is always there.  You may not have anyone to talk to about it, or, as much as they want to, they just can’t understand.  You continue to learn more, to understand more, to feel more.  The Light presses upon what is no longer serving this new, yet stillborn, YOU.  It can be okay at times.  Just letting it unfold in its due course.  Other times it can be painful as hell.  For some it can be existential and down right scary.  What is it that can help this uncertainty?  

Going into the geography of your heart may find you are at the end of a line….a timeline.  An old way of being able to pull it all together to get through each day.  There may be a moment when you finally realize the two worlds…just…don’t…jive.  These could be relationships to people, things, behaviors, and thought patterns.  Whatever it is that is not aligning with your Highest Desire and Inner Knowing.  There is a rub between what you feel needs to be done to continue growing and how a part of you feels about that.

This can be a difficult process and the heart of what it means to live in 4D consciousness.  There is a bitter-sweet feeling about it.  There are bridges to burn, ropes to let go of, and chords to cut.  In SoulFullHeart this is held as a sacred and negotiated process in compassionate concert with a part of you being held in heart space by this arising New You and the open heart of another who has been down that road.  There are ebbs and flows.  Baby steps and great leaps.  All in the timing set by you, your Higher Self, and the parts of you so invested.  The more emotional energy invested the more negotiation needed.  

When the time eventually arises that a choice needs to be made for your greatest good, the space both before and after is big.  It is a time to take stock of all that the relationship has meant to you, whether it be a romantic partner, a family member, a friend, a suffering loop, a drug, a food, or anything else under the sun that holds this energy.  It is a time to feel what was learned, and what will be lost.  This is the Mourning Time.  This time has been held with much grace and honor across cultures.  It is a phase in which you fully enter the pain, remorse, or any other feeling that comes up in order to fully exit.  It is not a one day deal in many cases.  The mourning is a process just like the one getting to it.  But the more the mourning is inhabited, not with suffering, the more the relationship can be honored and made sacred.  

This is a time of reflection, feeling, music, writing, sleeping, crying, laughing, remembering, and a plethora of other actions that arise to honor the space.  All of it is important and beautiful.  The amount of reverence given to this period the more reverence is given to what is to come.  The rain washes away the smoke and soot of the fire to reveal the dawn of a new day. The air is fresher and the possibilities are endless.  That is the gift on the other side.  But it is one of great price to these parts of us who have held on for so long and for good reason.  These continue to happen throughout the journey in our ascension, and the more we go into them the less they will occur as we keep the spiral going IN and UP.  

I honor and admire all of us that have been through this, are going through it, and are approaching it.  This time can be the most memorable of all as markers into your New You.  It is so incredible to be able to go through it with others that have been there and feel the true courage it took to make these challenging choices.  I hope to be a witness to them in any way possible.  It is the magic of death and rebirth that fuels the propellers of Life.
