The Multidimensionality Of Being A Woman

There are so many buried emotions that live within the feminine. So many lifetimes of suppression, persecution and judgement have colored our souls leading us now to either feel small and unworthy or constantly fighting against feeling this way again. Both of these frequencies keep us from being in our full bigness and empowerment as women – and instead allow these pains to keep us from embodying peace and divine love within.

I’ve noticed a theme in the collective lately, even in the last few years of hating men. Ranging from a distaste to true disgust. This always bothered a part of me as I have known so many wonderful and caring men in my life. Yet in a recent process of mine I was looking back on my teenage years and remembered a time that the boys in my high school acted in a way that made the girls feel belittled, judged and truly demeaned as if the only thing we had to offer were our looks. When going back to this time I felt more rage than I have ever felt in my life. It was coursing through my veins to the point of shaking and cursing.

It was a feeling I haven’t allowed myself to feel often in my life, for fear of hurting others or being judged for the intensity of it. But after so many years of this anger being suppressed I finally had a safe enough container inside to let it all out toward this specific memory. What came after was a realization that much of this energy came from the “killer queen” who feels like an archetype that many women have within them to some degree. She has formed from lifetimes of the feminine being treated as lesser than the masculine and not being able to express our gifts. Not even coming close to being cherished and honoured for them.

And yet, we chose this for a reason. We chose to live out and express this feminine/masculine dance and to hopefully heal from it and move into something brand new. I feel the need for humanity to go through this cycle of a pendulum swing from the masculine being in power, to the feminine reclaiming it’s power. Both extremes come at a cost yet I can see the other side of it. What comes next is true collaboration, respect and care between the masculine and feminine. A bond so yearned for and desired that it can’t help but unfold exponentially within each of us and then collectively. I feel this is something all of our souls have been waiting for.

Jelelle led a group call about the inner mother/matriarch that I feel really ties into this theme. As Kasha mentioned in her recent post, the inner mother has had to express as more masculine because of the lack of true masculine support on the outside. In her heart she wants to be able to lean in and discover who she really is as a woman. I feel the more shadowy matriarch energy too in the anger towards the masculine, often drawing more of that wounded masculine energy in her frustration and anger.

As we feel and heal the inner mother/matriarch we begin to understand more of who we are as women and the frequencies we’ve chosen to live in – inside and out. We’ve inherited so much from our birth mothers and mother figures in our lives that getting to know this part of us is key in unlocking what is truly ours to hold. And eventually, we can move through the anger and into a place of forgiveness for self and the masculines we’ve experienced in our lives. Coming back into peace and self love, only to draw more of that on the outside.

The Call Of The New Earth Kings & Queens

The courageous Kings and Queens of New Earth are born from the flames of death and rebirth.

They are willing to admit to what hasn’t been working, to where they haven’t felt truly empowered or loved or like their love can go in, and to burn up old ground in their lives while they continue to let these experiences transform them.

They are sensitive feelers allowing space for all of the uncomfortable feelings to come forward. They want and need what has been kept in shadow to come up and be seen, heard, felt, and honoured in themselves and others. They want to keep cracking open, even if that means having manageable breakdowns at times or allowing their hearts to break for themselves and others… and, in order to allow space for this to happen and for these realizations that truly transmute them to come in, they are willing to ask for help from others who can actually see, get, and support them, while also inviting love in from the Divine.

In their sovereignty, they care deeply about having a robust Divine connection and to feel guidance moving through all of their choices – the difficult and the easy. They also choose transparency and feel empowered in their vulnerability, taking risks at times of being misunderstood or even judged for the sake of their own truth and love for their own growth and leadership development.

They want to overflow to others. To truly love themselves so much that this love can go out to all around them is the dream of service and of all relationships. You can call it an ‘unconditional love’ if you wish, yet in their integrity, it’s not ‘unconditional relationship’… meaning, this love flow that comes from deep within their own inner work expands their hearts to all beings, yet won’t enable them to stay in relationships which don’t ultimately resonate or truly feel like soul family.

They are willing to be reborn, over and over again, after being consumed by the fires of their ‘no’s and ‘no mores’. Choosing with love to end relationships of all kinds that don’t meet or nourish them or truly let them in.

They are not ok with playing in smallness, with hiding who they are and how they feel about things. They want their soul and heart bigness to dance and expand too, to be supported by resonant others while they support them in kind.

They want and need to be met by other Kings and Queens who also ache to be in their full-throttle co-creatorship with the Divine and with others who share these values, who have been willing to bravely walk ‘alone’ at times in order to discover who they really are. They will do what it takes to leave room for those connections and relationships that won’t ask them to shrink or suppress their own truths, no matter the mess those truths may make.

Indeed, the true Kings and Queens are not ‘lone wolves’ ultimately, and can be honest with themselves about what they truly want and need in conscious community and relationships especially. This includes their own relationship to life and love itself, to the Divine itself, and not only to other human beings.

They crave intimacy and long to experience what they are truly worth. They are not afraid to need, to desire, or to feel their despair around this, letting it all be an ongoing journey of healing, discovery, remembrance, and integration.

These Kings and Queens have the potential to arise in each and every one of us, when love’s flow and sometimes force too are truly allowed in to move and shape and burn away what does not align with their arising.

There is all the time in the world for this arising in one way, yet every single moment is another invitation to step more into these energies of a true King or Queen. The road to their embodiment is rocky at best, especially as the Matrix conditioning wants to push back against them, yet this push back can then become the springboard from which they learn to fly….

Shaped By The Masculine : A Poem

When the feminine is shaped

Not suppressed

By the masculine

Inside and outside of her…

Something magical happens.

Defences are looked at,

Felt,

And the need for them 

Healed.

Truths are brought

Allowed space

And able to be 

Honoured

…on BOTH sides.

When the masculine

Inside and out

Is shaping

You,

You will quake 

As you awaken.

Your mind won’t know 

Where to file it

But your heart will know

What’s moved because of it.

No longer only ripening,

Your fruit

Is ready to be enjoyed,

Your flower blossoms 

Are ready to be seen,

Your fragrance is ready 

To be taken in

Deeply.

This is the power of the attention

Of the healing masculine,

Who even in his own imperfections

Is not shy to hold a mirror for your own,

Even if in the goodness of his heart

He shakes

As he makes his own truth relevant

While the tides of society, culture,

And even spirituality,

Have somehow turned against him…

Telling him what goodness is 

And looks like,

What he should or should not do

‘To’ the feminine,

And what he should or should not

Suppress or control

In himself

And even in his relationships.

Dear feminine,

The masculine is needed.

YOUR masculine is needed.

Even in his journey of returning to

And reclaiming

His King of Heart and Soul

Which never went away

But was locked up in shadow

And hidden away

For fear of his own power

And what it has caused before.

As the feminine,

He is in need of you too

For the same shaping

And not suppressing,

For the same answer

To the same aches

To be seen, loved, and forgiven.

Womb Healing & Activation: Women’s Group Call, Sunday, Aug 21| Jelelle Awen & Kasha Rokshana

The womb is a powerful space of creativity, alchemy, stillness, and a bridge to our ancient and pure Sacred Feminine empowerment origins. Our wombs can hold the seeds of creation, gestation, and birth of our Divinity in human form. 

However, our wombs have become filled instead with pain/trauma layers and also been hijacked by the 3D/4D control Matrix so our access to the pure power essence of our womb is often covered over and not fully activated. This hijacking also impacts what we experience within our wombs during often painful and debilitating ‘programmed’ menstrual cycles. Our wombs can be filled with false mother/false god frequencies; Patriarchal/wounded masculine energies; transmuting other people’s energies as empaths; ‘aborted’/still gestating/blocked creative projects and expressions; and suppression of our truth.

In a two-hour women’s group call on Sunday, August 21st at 5:00/17:00pm WEST (Lisbon/London)/12:00pm EDT/9:00am PDT, SoulFullHeart Sacred Feminine Teachers and Facilitators Jelelle Awen and Kasha Rokshana will explore womb healing and activation through sharing our personal journeys and also experiences in supporting women through our SoulFullHeart quantum healing process. In this video, we share about the parts of you representing your Inner Daughter and your Inner Mother, plus the dynamics between the two of them. We share about how the internalization of your relationship with your birth mother opens up deeper access to feel the maturation of your inner daughter and your mature feminine essence. We can often be caught up in loops of tension and polarization between the Inner Daughter and Inner Mother, recapitulating our relationship with our birth mothers and limiting our sacred feminine growth and embodiment.

We also share about how the Inner Mother gives us a sense of deeper compassion toward to birth mothers, understanding of how you relate to men and sexuality (as a reflection of her templating), and a bridge to Divine Mother. Your inner daughter holds the pure essence of your sacred feminine which is able to merge with the Divine Mother into an arising sacred feminine Queen expression.

In the guided meditation, you invite your Protector/Gatekeeper to connect you with your Inner Daughter in her room within your castle. You then bring your Inner Mother into the room with the Inner Daughter to get a sense of their relationship dynamic with each other. You are then both inviting to join Divine Mother in Her healing garden outside of the castle and to submerge into the waters of her healing pool.

The Over-holding Of Others In Our Wombs

Connection with our wombs on a daily basis is so important to our health and well-being on all levels as women, especially right now.

My womb, ‘Vesica’, showed me this morning how much she has been holding… and I know she is not the only womb holding much more than she needs to.

In her, I found and felt the cries of the world; the cries of those I love that are going through a challenging time; images of what’s moving in my soul and heart lately; desires that are peaking and perking up; needs that are going unmet at times; feelings of my depth and capacity to hold and offer love to myself and others.

My heart-shaped rose quartz crystal ended up laying on her without me consciously choosing to place it there.
“I need clearing”, Vesica said to me, “I’m holding too much. I’m not designed to hold as much as I have been. You’ll feel clearer if I’m cleared and you’ll feel calmer too. I’m not designed to hold any human being beyond gestation and so I cannot hold all of the people/souls that are in me right now”.

This struck me as a deep reminder of how much we need to be aware of what we’re holding and to move energy out of our wombs… from the collective of which we are a part yet not responsible for; from the beloveds in our lives whose soul-destinies we cannot ‘know’ or control for them; from any fears that parts of us hold about our well-being and our path in our life (or death); from the Matrices (3D and 4D) that still have a foothold on our wombs and what moves into and through them and decide how they’ll be ‘used’ too.


To connect with your womb deeply can take time and much clearing. There are parts of you that are protective of her, and rightfully so, depending on what you’ve been through in this lifetime and others too. To truly connect to the stillness and beauty that IS your womb space takes a dedication and deep desire for her to be free and to arise in her essence within you.

On Sunday April 4th at 5pm BST, Jelelle Awen and I will be offering our second womb-consciousness-based women’s group mediation call, this time focused on freeing the womb from the Matrix. There’s a darkness to this shadow exploration and a depth to it too, yet it’s truly amazing what our wombs can and DO transmute when given the proper care, attention, and love. The Womb Is A Portal To The Experience Of Womanhood In All Lifetimes

As women, all of our lifetimes of experience of being able to BE a woman or not, in every sense of the word, lives in our wombs. There’s a powerful portal within each of our wombs that connects us to these lifetimes where we may have experienced immense power, yet at a cost. This portal can also open us up to lifetimes of remembering what it was like to be a mother, mate, sister, and daughter, who was treasured and loved… or used and abused, victimized, and maybe even held captive for being female.

Such is the mix for the feminine in her depths of healing. So deep is the legacy we each carry within us of our need to heal and offer healing to others too from the depths of our femininity that has been hijacked sometimes and honoured/revered other times.

I often connect with this beautiful egg stone (in the featured photo), which my beloveds and I call the ‘Mother Stone’ at Glastonbury Abbey, ever since landing here in Avalon when we arrived 6 months ago, and I’ve been on a profound inner journey of awakening and healing (supported also by Her) that I couldn’t have done without the energies here. I feel in so many ways like a totally different woman and even a whole new sort of Priestess now than I could have felt like or truly claimed before. And, I feel how all of this journeying has come from my womb and returns back to my womb for integration.

Our wombs hold and house our truest soul and heart bigness. To clear her and activate her, means to meet with what has left her rather congested and full of frequencies she is no longer meant to hold. So vast and deep is the feminine pain heard and felt around the world for centuries, that these cries live in her too. To truly hear, feel, and transmute this pain on behalf of women everywhere is to dive into it from within, from the chalice of our own soul’s experience and need for this healing.

Serving The Feminine, Connecting With The Inner Mother

In absolute awe I am, of the depth and sacred intensity in the women I serve in sessions and the women I connect with daily in community as well. Our intensity always matches that of the passion borne inside the womb, that rumbles worlds as much as She creates them.

It’s always vulnerable to lead and be led, to hold and be held, as a feminine embodiment in this and any lifetime. The strength of our inner masculines serves to protect us and our feminine essences, as well as the parts who have felt victimized by this body, by this core of who we are as a heart and soul. Sometimes the inner ‘masculine’ is also a strong and powerful matriarch/wounded Queen/Priestess energy inside that finds it challenging to be vulnerable out of necessary self-protection. Even THIS intensity needs honouring, love, and holding; a recognition of her powerful presence while also helping her learn to feel again, as challenging as that has been for her until now.

I’ve noticed in recent sessions how this matriarch energy expresses in different ways inside of different women. Sometimes we call this the Inner Mother. In one recent session with a young woman in her mid-twenties, we felt how her Inner Mother holds frequencies of being tired and overwhelmed and also victimized by life, much like her birth mother has energized. Another young woman in her early twenties has been feeling how her Inner Mother is also an Inner Punisher who also has frequencies of a Sorceress at times.

I feel, as I serve this dynamic range in women, how much love there is available to continue holding it with an open heart and open hands too, to allow whatever needs to come up in the space to do so. These energies need and deserve to felt and heard, not diagnosed or labeled, even as mirrors are held up for them to start to see their impact on themselves and other parts, as well as relationships on the outside. This is the work of transforming the False Mother into the Sacred Feminine inside, while inviting in the Divine Mother, in whatever form and face is necessary, as the template for this process.

The deep dive inside isn’t actually possible without love and also without support of the Divine Mother, who is the ultimate model for us to feel the inner False Mother and help her heal into more of the healthy, heart-open, capable, and profoundly gifted Queen. It’s Her love that holds the space, really, for which I am but a humble vessel, supporting you to become your own. There’s really no end to this process of deepening this embodiment, no ultimate pinnacle of it, and every ounce of discovery and healing is so worth the journey of diving deep into what (and who) hasn’t felt worthy of receiving, let alone becoming, this energy of sacred feminine love within.
