The ReLOVEution Of Our ELOVEution

The world stage is churning. Bubbling. The emperors’ clothes are fading and we are beginning to see what lies behind the Wizards of Oz. As this process continues to unfold itself right in front of our very eyes, a grasp at old tactics of fear and disinformation will find their way to our once-conditioned ears.

The old power structure is losing its grasp and the final act of this long drama is in the beginning stages. What this world will look and feel like a year from now is anybody’s guess but what is for certain is that it will be “truth is stranger than fiction” compared to our old way of experiencing what is normal.

This pole shift in consciousness will have a huge affect on those that have yet to awaken to what is and has been happening for centuries. Even to frame it in linear time doesn’t quite have much impact on this Now. What has been illusion based on control and fear is now approaching an event horizon. It is sunsetting. The light of Gaia’s higher climb is creating a bifurcation. A fork in the road that still leads to the same place, just in a different route.

What is happening “out there” is a mirror of what is happening IN here. Your own inner wizards of Oz are possibly kicking up some old stuff to bring you down to a lowered frequency. Your inner protectors, punishers, and gatekeepers are sniffing the new timeline of Love that is rising ever so persistently. Their relationship to Love is a volatile one and if you are not conscious of them as separate to you then it can feel like mayhem is going on inside. They have many reasons for this need to keep you in a lowered frequency as what has seemed to be “safer”. It is one that is the most known even in its suffering.

As this rising continues, I expect more people to feel an inner urgency that they just can’t put their finger on. An emotional and spiritual roller-coaster. From a SoulFullHeart perspective, these are parts of you and not what you would consider “I”. These are 3D parts that have “this life” wounding and metasoul lives that are in other timelines feeling the same rumblings. Those that are on the front heartlines of this reLOVEution have been doing the inner work needed to assist in this epic phase of our eLOVEution.

There are those too that are now waking up and feeling the rumbles within. The path for some is to fight and inform. For others it is going IN, letting go of the old, and preparing for the new. Helping the growing numbers make a self-loving transition into the Golden Age of Golden Earth. SoulFullHeart offers a transitional bridge, through the parts work process, that helps to self-propel you into your Golden Self. It is a unique in its depth and breadth.

You Are Already There: A Message From Golden Earth

It stood before me as a defining moment. From the vantage point I was at, the path before me to the top of what is called Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park seemed a bit daunting. That was how my mind was interpreting it anyway. There seemed to be some pretty tricky places to navigate and for a few moments I wondered if it would be worth it to continue. If I became too immobilized by fear I didn’t want to risk going back with my tail between my legs. There was an internal dialogue going inside me that felt a lot of doubt and lack of courage. Something that had really prevented me from experiencing life in its fullest flavor and education. I was on this trip to feel more into me and what it was that inspired me.

At the time, Zion represented what its name implies. A holy place. Its literal translation apparently is ‘marked’ or ‘distinctive’. I was searching for `I` through an externalized experience. This is how it is in 3D. We begin this journey back to ourselves through the physical landscape. Through the trial and error of our choices and responses. What a part of me was searching for was an internal verification that it was powerful, free, and alive. I was looking for my own Zion within.

It was as if the hike I was taking was along the trail of my heart. It started out fairly easily, and then began to become more stimulating and much harder at the same time. With each progress up the view became more impeccable. There was a part that challenged all my physical weaknesses as a steep and traversing section seemed to want to chide me for even starting. It seemed so repetitive and difficult, yet the result was more spectacular. But it was far from over.

Sometimes we make these incredible changes in our lives and there are parts that feel good with the vista that they have landed on. Yet there is still that continuing voice and desire to keep pressing on because you didn’t come here to watch others make the journey. You realized you were guided here for a purpose. You are actually inspiring those who are still staring at the hike to make that first step, just as those ‘ahead’ of you are inspiring you to make your next step.

Before I even began the hike, I saw myself at the top. Looking out into the majesty of what Gaia had created in her infinite bosom. It was a mission and a destiny that represented so much more than climbing a rock. It was a reconfiguring and reshaping of all that I had wired up inside of me. I could not afford to not meet myself at the top. I was already there.

The moments after that midway point were some of the most exhilarating of my life. So much energy passed through me. Climbing chains, rock walls, and narrow foot ways became a part of my consciousness. The path and I were one. Breathing and experiencing each other as if I had already done this a thousand times before. I remember hearing one person behind me say, “That guy is like a mountain goat!”.Β  It validated what was happening inside me. I was just being me in bliss and in joy, even when I had no idea what was around the corner. It didn’t matter. I was already there.

As I crested the top and found myself on Her glorious plateau, the view of the canyon sang to me. It did not disappoint. It only amplified what I felt inside me. This is what I came here to experience and be.Β  This particular moment set in motion a series of events that would lead me to reenact this journey from the other direction. Going into my inner emotional geography and find my Angel’s Landing. My inner Zion. The gateway to the Golden Earth within us all.

In the moment I can see myself there as I did the physical location all those years ago. Feeling free, spreading wings, and shining light. Yet I am still on the path. Walking up the challenging spots, feeling the fear places and healing them into the next step. This is the path of parts work. The inner journey that leads to our greatest expression and brightest light…the place where you already ARE.

The Healing Of The Family Shaman

Even though this particular Thanksgiving doesn’t have the same meaning for me as it once did, I find myself dialing back to my former self and consciousness. It is an tender exercise that helps me to feel the part of me that was so invested in the social particulars of this day. To even be feeling it again means there is something that is wanting to be felt.

The term “family shaman” came to me once when speaking to someone that was in the SoulFullHeart Process. It was the dynamic created when one member of a family was awakening and a healer, even if unconsciously, and wanted to assist in transmuting energies and offering light to raise awareness and frequency.

I recall taking on this role with my family especially during large gatherings such as today. When you have come into this life as a healer and a way-shower, it can be hard to be in social circumstances without feeling the energies and wanting them to find health. If those that are around us are not in the space to take in the healing, then you, the one who is trying to heal, are often left with parts of you in frustration and rejection, even if they are not felt consciously.

There can be feeling of purpose and duty as the family shaman. I felt it was something that I was called to do to help heal the collective family unit. However, I soon realized that unless others are actively engaging in their own healing, any efforts may fall at the door of their protector and inner defenses. The need to transmute others may be a reflection of something that is needed to be transmuted inside ourselves. And that is when I began to feel myself more and go outward less.

Though we are born healers it doesn’t mean we don’t need our own healing. In fact we need more healing. More inner work. More self-love to be ready for all that is being asked of us to serve in a greater context that is beyond our intimate familial and social circles. These are our training and awaken grounds but not our ultimate theater.

Drawing our boundaries and making more self-loving choices will assist in our own personal ascension and thus paving the way for others to join us should they be personally called. No one needs saving. They need our courage to be an example of what true health and self-compassion are all about. They need our inner light to shine from within and be invited to into their own journey of discovery. This is turning the shaman inwards and upwards where it was always meant to be.

The INvitation Of The Holiday Season

Today is an unofficial beginning to the holiday season, at least in the US. I used to have such deep reactions from parts of me around this time. On one end there was an excitement of “time off” of work (makes it sound like a prison sentence), the joy of sleeping in (because time was such a precious commodity), and the interest in eating and drinking (which was a way to cope with the other parts of me that felt otherwise). Then of course was the stress, the irritations, and the authentic lack of joy from a part of me to the whole deal.

I could feel the inner child in me ready for connection with others even though the connections were not all that fun on many levels. There was this feeling of magic that was like a word at the tip of your tongue but just couldn’t seem to get out. It was just a bit out of reach though he could feel it. The holiday season highlights so much of our disconnection and desire for authentic communion.

It is a reflection of another part’s need to fit into a compartment that we are just outgrowing. It isn’t so much about abandoning the celebrations, but how can we reframe them to resonate with who we truly are in our hearts and souls. This can rub up against all the conditioning a part of us holds around the holidays, especially in regards to our social circle. It is our 3D self coming into proximity to our 5D nature that creates a 4D rumble. Nothing more triggering for this than this time of year.

Ultimately, the spirit of the holiday season resides inside of us. It is not relegated to a time bubble. This is a great time to take stock of what is truly authentic inside of you. In the beginning of my process I was invited to just notice myself during this time. What were my feelings of myself and others? Was I really where I wanted to be? Was I being the way I wanted to be? So many bubbling polarities came up to the surface. That is when I began to feel these “parts” inside me and how different they could feel.

Your “social self” may be out in full bloom starting today. Self-love and self-curiosity are two important energies to guide you through this most 3D time of year while feeling your deepest desires and sacred purpose. This is a very catalyzing time with all the ascension energies to boot! As you feel yourself during these times and start to feel the rumble inside to let go of what isn’t truly you anymore, please contact us. Clearing Your Divine Channel To Love

You are channel of Divine Love. Connected to the Source of All That Is. It is how you, or parts of you, relate to that reality that makes all the difference in the world in how you will BE in that reality. It affects what experiences you will draw and manifest that validate, or invalidate, what lives as your Truth. But what is your Truth?

This gets tricky because inside of you lives multiple truths. Semi-solid beliefs that parts of you have held on dearly to due to clear experience and unconscious fears. These truths create an energy projection that alters your conscious reality. How is it that you feel one way inside but your outside is not matching up? You keep drawing circumstances that keep you from fully embodying and inhabiting your soul’s purpose. Going into the emotional landscape of your inner world holds the keys to some of your long held questions.

If you feel yourself as this channel connected to Love, it is not hard to imagine all the obstacles that get in the way from truly letting in, and through, the Grace that is being bestowed upon us. It is like a clogged artery. Calcifications of your 3D experience that are looking for love to set them free and dissolve into your heart. You may even have an intense overload of access and energy that sends your system into a shock state that is hard to function in daily 3D practical living. This too is a function of resistance and fear from a protective part of you designed to convince you that it is all too much to bear.

Obstacle or overwhelm, the reality here is that you are being summoned. Called to bear compassion and even challenge to what is preventing your natural state from being in the present moment.Β  In SoulFullHeart, we access parts of us that have received much 3D wounding which are beacons of this resistance. They call out to us to show up and help assist in both the inner and outer changes that need to be made to create an environment that is conducive to MORE healing, MORE opening, MORE growth.

It begins usually with connecting with an Inner Protector energy that has a love for you that is beyond what you can imagine. They have done life AS you for so long just to keep as much of your boat floating as possible until there was a time when you could show up in all your courage to begin to take the reigns back through compassionate negotiations. They love you so much that it is hard for them to let you go and let them in.

As you feel the roots of this protection and the pain that lies underneath it, the energetic clumps begin to set off into the ethers and more of your true connection, in human form, gets to be experienced and downloaded. More of what You really want and need in a healthy and growthful way sends out its beacon to the universe. Your channel is getting clearer, though not always easier, in the very beginning.

Expect your life to change. Your Higher Self, and even your Protector, are banking on it. There is all the support and guidance you can let in to assist you on the way. SoulFullHeart is one way that offers a path and process to clear the inner arteries of your Divine Heart in human form. A process that is in constant growth and clarifications as we enter it ourselves and with others that have found resonance and profound clarities. I invite you to take a deeper look into this unfolding universe that is calling out to you through your experiences and synchronicities.

The winds are changing and calling us IN and UP. The time is NOW to let in all you have always been born to BE.

The Power Of A Group Healing Merkaba

Yesterday the five of us met for our monthly SoulFullHeart group circle. It is a time for us to check-in with what is currently moving inside us, share journaling, have parts felt, and seek guidance and facilitation in our processes and mateships. It was a beautifully powerful day of high vibration discussion of where SoulFullHeart is headed, what arising digestions are taking place on multiple levels and dimensions, and how we can best serve love to and with others.

We are feeling so much moving in the collective and within ourselves that is contributing to new timelines and heart openings. Being in physical proximity creates a group merkaba that intensifies the amplitude of the love frequency throughout the cosmos. You can feel it as we enter into feeling space and deep questioning and intuitive responsivity. The atmosphere in the room raises up exponentially and the outside world feels like another planet.

When in group space the heart chords among us are strengthened by the challenges and the vulnerabilities that arise from sharing and intuitions of others. Kalayna and I felt through an emerging and deepening metasoul Roman lifetime together that has elucidated so much of our past dynamics together. We were able to get guidance and support for what we are experiencing that has opened us up into new layers of our Usness. The energy that is created between us a couple. We explored a new arising aspect of our sacred humanity we are calling the Gatekeeper and the power and significance they hold to our healing and soul embodiment.

RaiannaΒ vulnerably shared about her process in her post where she had a deep emotional movement and new profound clarities around the relationship to how our parts relate to each other that created so much relief and going on places in her healing. You can read about it here.Β Β RaphaelΒ andΒ JelelleΒ digested their own process around the recent energy upgrades and how much that is shifting the way we relate to food and what real nutrition is for our arising light bodies. More digestion of the desire to bring in more of our 5D capabilties and sacred humanity while feeling what the emotional blocks are to this deep desire for manifestation and contact.

This is what we are living almost every day. This is the high-octane fuel that we experience together and would love more hearts and souls to be a part of when the time is right. It is raising the frequency of each of us individually and as a group that beacons out into the collective. It is a magical time that is usually followed by deep integrative sleep and surges of creativity. We believe this is the way we have always meant to interact together. It is the way we want all people to experience in true sacred unity. It is not THE way, but A way. One that has so much to offer the power and gift of your sacred humanity.

Dearest Human, You ARE….

Dearest Human,

You are Alive. Fully. Beautifully. You live in a world of wonder and magic from your limited perspective. It would cease to be so had you not so bravely and sovereignly chosen to “come here”. You are the wonderment of the heavens and those that are watching you. The Yous that live in many timelines are seeking your courageous explorations inward as you are seeking theirs. To heal the trauma of so many difficult yet necessary experiences.

You are Shedding. OneΒ choice at a time. Through the gut wrenching tears and the expanded out awareness. You are leaving the chains behind. The ones a part of you felt they were worth. The ones that felt like they were all they ever knew or were ever going to be. To the end. And then the end comes.

You are Beginning. Renewing. Remembering. This up and down roller-coaster of comings and going. Of openings and closings in order to be in a self-loving process. You are feeling the edges of your infinity and the stories that are being written on multiple levels of your existence. That can be overwhelming and exhilarating. It is the getting to really feel who and what you are by what you are truly not.

You are Joining. Coming together with those that are in your true heart and soul family. The pack of co-creators and deep inner healers that are meant to show a way into the reaches of consciousness and humanity. You are coming into romantic union with another that leads to greater depths of your wounding and experience of transactable and deeping Love frequencies.

You are doing all this through feeling it All. All the fears, all the joy, all the parts of you that have been created to keep it all safe and tucked away. The time to discover is Now. The day to begin is today. The way to it is IN through the corridors of your heart and soul. The feeling and negotiation of your inner protection. There is no step larger than your stride no matter how far it may seem.

Conscious Evolution: The Consequence Of Our Energetic Choices

We are all evolving. No matter the soul. Each one is participating in this natural maturation process that holds its own unique and particular part of the story. Each highlights something that can take us to greater depths of our compassion and relationship to Love. How deep does our compassion go? This is what Love is curious about. This is what I am curious about. How can I evolve into more love if there are parts of me that block that compassion, especially to myself? It is the outward expression of our lack of compassion that is ultimately about ourselves in the long run.

So much is being uncovered, discovered, and disseminated. From the cosmic activations of our Higher Self and higher timelines to a geopolitical unraveling that is occurring right before our eyes in black and white. Conspiracy theories be damned. This is really happening. The Light is making Itself more aware. Shining on the darkened pockets of our Being.

How we respond in this time sets in motion what it is we really truly want from this existence. What would be truly new in this situation? What choice can I make that lets in more love even as it brings up fear or resistance? Each choice creates a new timeline. A pathway to a new world. One that is not covered in the blanket of fear we have created for ourselves. We are truly infinite creators choosing. Evolution is the energetic consequences of our choices.

As the rising tide of these energies and unfoldings continue, you may begin to feel presses inside and out. Reactions and tugs. Questions and clarities. The frequency they take you can have a big impact on your evolution into the New. These anchored frequencies can be held by unfelt parts of you that are seeking your open-hearted compassion.

I have felt these energies inside myself that are leading to new connections and integrations with myself as I have held them in sacred space over these past few days. It is like a dam is ready to break inside of me and the part of me that has protected me from this event had an existential WTF moment. It is feeling the largess of the time we are in right now and how important it is to show up for all that is coming.

A Day Of Remembrance Back Into BEing

Ninety-nine years ago Saturday was the historical end of the Great War. It was coined “The War To End All Wars” in hopes that the bloodshed that occurred would be a catalyst for change in how conflict was resolved. A greater theater was playing out in the collective shadow and it was really just a beginning.

The roles that were played and the darkness that ensued highlighted not what it was meant to be a countryman, but to feel the common thread of our human experience. In a deeper way we all shared it’s hell and the glory was just a relief from the pain and suffering.

The war continues in this Now memory. It still lives inside of us as we wage a war within. The fractured parts of our inner sanctum are calling out for us to bring true love to the weathered and worn out field of the lost and alone.

Today is a beginning to that ending. It is a day to Re-member ourselves back into wholeness, unity, and Love. Love for our light and love for our dark. It is an invitation to start a new journey, make new yet difficult choices that can see our worlds turn upside down into right-side up.

What has been driven further into our shadow is arising and illuminating from the increasing frequencies that are making their way each day as Gaia continues her ascent. As we continue to embody our light by healing our shadow aspects….the veterans of this grand storyline.

SoulFullHeart offers a path and a process that guides you into your own heartfield to recover and discover all that has been tucked away and hidden for good reason. The armistice of your past is the portal into your future, all happening right now. We are reflectors of your highest purpose and timeline. We are your greatest cheerleaders and co-leaders in a Golden Earth beyond the days of war.

Feeling Held In The Arms Of Gaia

Staring at my Facebook app ready to type, the words “What’s on your mind?” are at the top of the text box.

“I am not sure what is ‘on’ my mind, but I did want to feel what is in my heart.”

“Ah…okay. Well, maybe that is coming in the new update.”

UPdate. Yes. That is what is happening. A date with UP. This particular one has felt a bit removed from a part of me. Like a far off mirage of glittering jewels, or a chocolate croissant. (Yeah, I don’t know. Who knows what is coming out of me today.) There are times when it can seem like you are riding the wave and other times you can’t get on the damn surfboard.

I am aware that is a part of me. However, that does not invalidate what is real. It is the truest thing in the moment. There are many changes occurring, much that is being offered to let in, digest, and integrate. To this part of me, it feels like it is more than he is capable of showing up for. It is an invitation to come out of the shadows and accept more of a role in what is occurring on a planetary level.

She knows what to do. The spine resting on Her sandy shore while She whispers and spins stories of Now.

“Feel the flow of this moment, my son. The breeze that carries your new and releases your treasured old. The changes of the fallen vestiges of what was held so dear. Call upon your strengthening desire for more. Look UP, dear one. You are not lost, just afraid. It is okay. Just Be. Be with it, feel it, love it. That is your portal, my love.”

The moment becomes this place of preparation. A tilled ground awaiting its seed. All else is left as the mulch of its pregnant emergence. She is with me still in the Still. Absorbing Her love into my being, nourishing this part that has found a rest and going on place.

Your heart needs an open space to let in all that wants to shift and emerge inside of you. Give it the environment it needs to help that along. Deep rest. Deep connection. More IS here and in the way. Loving yourself and your parts is the best way to let that in.
