The Big, Bold, Brave Choice To Be Fully Alive In These Times

The SoulFullHeart process is a wild, epic ride that is constantly blowing my mind and my heart wide open. It is intense, deep, rich and profound and I love it so much. My life is more magical when I am accessing and feeling my parts and creating deeply nourishing relationships inside of myself with them. Life becomes more alive and real in a way I cannot describe as it truly needs to be experienced for yourself. It is such an individual process because it is led by parts of YOU, there is no one outside telling you what is right or how to do it, just support to keep going in and finding your own way through any challenges, tensions or resistances to love that arise.

It is a process that is helping me to become more human and that is what I love. It is not a spiritual practise but it is deeply spiritual. It is bridging the gap for me on what being a human and being spiritual mean. This process helps me feel and know from inside that those two aspects of who we are, are NOT separate. As I feel what is deeply human inside of me and those parts of me feel seen, met, heard and loved, then the Divine aspects of me are remembered and revealed so naturally and organically.

Our human hearts and emotions are the keys to the doorway home to the Divine essence of who we truly are. The richness in feeling this from inside and through your own experience with your parts is for me the most exquisite feeling ever. It is changing everything in my life and creating a foundation of self love and self trust in a way I have not experienced anywhere else.

This is my experience of course, not everyone will resonate with parts work and that is the beauty of all being so different and unique. This process honors and welcomes our uniqueness though, seeing the gifts that your parts and the ways they experience and feel life as adding to it, rather than taking away, or trying to make us tick boxes that make us spiritual enough to fit in or advance to the next level. There are no rules and the possibilities are endless, how liberating.

You are endless, your parts are endless and the love that starts to arise within you as you feel parts of you is endless too. It is something to let in, feeling how big, how beautiful and how divine we truly are and have always been, and that being here in a human body is a gift we chose, not a hindrance to our spirituality but rather the doorway into deeper knowing and understanding of it.

It is a big, bold and brave choice to choose a path of being fully alive and embodied in these times when there is so much to feel and respond to in the world. For me there is no other way through though than IN and I would not want to be going IN in any other way than with my parts, in this way of life and with the support of this beloved community.

SoulFullHeart Avalon Updates: Issue 6

With the new lockdown and travel ban, we decided it was best and also very necessary to stay here in Avalon to ‘weather the storm’ that is not only happening here in the UK, but everywhere. It’s from this place of feeling our own rumbles in our community, ourselves, and as part of the global human family, that we offer this new Avalon Update.

Jelelle Awen has officially released the audiobook version of her latest book, ‘Free To Be 5D: Navigating Ascension From The Inside Out’ on iTunes and Audible! We highly recommend taking in this version of her book that is read in her voice, as the transmission of her words and the embodiment of this process she outlines and talks about in the book are that much more powerfully felt.

Welcoming All The Challenges Of 2021 As a Part Of Our Return To Love

This time last year I came to Glastonbury and planted a seed, an intention to spend more time here in 2020. Initially that seed was planted with a beloved but as the year unfurled that romance came to an end. The most intimate and loving relationship I have ever experienced coming to an end has been my biggest teacher this year, with the grief of that loss opening my heart to the grief of all of the losses I have ever experienced, which continues to unravel moment to moment.

I feel how we have all, in our own ways this year, experienced doors and chapters of our lives closing and ways of being dissolving. Uncertainty has become a more visible reality that we have to learn to walk with every day in new ways and that has been tough.

Yet as I land here now in Avalon/Glastonbury with a new dawn arising for 2021, full of possibilities and potential for more growth, more love, and more challenges, I feel more held in trust than ever before because of my own personal journey this year to get here. This year has forced us all in many ways to face some of our biggest fears: loneliness, grief, loss, and death. It is my experience, by feeling all of these places inside, that there is a tremendous amount of courage, adaptability and strength inside all of us to keep finding new ways to thrive, to love and to connect, and that however restricted or lost parts of us may feel, that is never the whole truth.

Letting in the beauty of all the challenges and the lockdowns may not be easy, but it is in feeling the empty, lockdowned spaces within that we are being reborn, even when we cannot see it or feel it.

As much goodness is flowing into my life at this moment, I feel the fruition of listening to this invitation of turning deeply inwards towards myself during these times of lockdown. I will move into my own place on New Year’s Day here in Avalon and it is the first time I will have ever lived alone which I am excited about, and finally, after three years, I am with my beloved SoulFullHeart community in the physical. It feels like my seed from last New Year’s is beginning to sprout, although the beloved is inwards now rather than on the outside.

As the new challenges for 2021 are already arising, I feel us all able to hold them and ourselves more lovingly after all we have learnt in 2020.

2021 feels to me like a year to keep embracing the beauty and the tensions of the duality that we came here to experience, to allow the fullness of the human experience that is always working for us to humble us and re-sensitize us to the simple, subtle joys of being embodied and alive. As another year ends and a new one begins, I am reminded that endings and beginnings co-exist and are a constant in our daily lives not just on New Year’s Eve… and that feels ever more present in where we are in our humanity right now.

As we all continue to move through life’s death and rebirth cycles, from my heart in the Heart Chakra of the Earth, I send you so much love and many New Year’s blessings. May we continue to remember and uncover the goodness, innocence and love that is who we are, and learn to radiate the light that is in our hearts so we can continue to guide each other towards New Earth.

Intense 2020 Completing As Dark Night Matrix Revelation Continues Into 2021

As 2020 comes to a completion, there is a sense of the intensity that this year has been for all of us. There have been life changing and unprecedented shifts, transitions, and revelations for humanity as a whole. Most of these shifts have been about disclosure and revelation of the Matrix 3D reality and the trap/confines/manipulative programming it has offered.

The bars of the prison cell have been revealed this year to more and more souls…..even as the reality of the door to the cell ALWAYS being open has been offered as well. This year has showed us the false light of the matrix, its artificialness that we have all grown up under….even as our every cell and souls have yearned for and eventually seek out sources of REAL light from the Divine. This year has also been about a constant invitation to feel the Divine purpose holding ALL of it (no matter how crazy and arbitrary and even unfair it has seemed) and to continually surrender into trust in that purpose. And to also move out of polarized ‘us against them’ thinking and see/feel that we are ALL children of the Divine ultimately with each of us playing their ‘part’.

Those of us oriented to spiritual realities, subtle energy realms, and altered states of consciousness beyond 3D have been TRULY challenged this year to trust these states, lean into them and tap into them even MORE than 3D reality. We have had to dig in deep to our soul’s connection with the Divine and access the bigger picture…in order to understand and digest the craziness of 3D narratives. Soaring at the eagle’s eye view has never been more important…even as we open our hearts to feel the cries of the world and our own.

For me personally, this year has offered me both my deepest wishes coming true (such as finally living in Avalon with my community!) and continual invitation to let go of timing and how I thought those dreams would manifest and unfold (such as wanting to have been here months sooner, no longer being able to travel easily in the mission-based way that I had planned). Perpetual surrender to the Divine and coveting self intimacy with parts of myself and my soul has been my lifeline through making many major life changes, with even some significant ones happening right in this moment that I will share about soon.

These are times where our Divine Self MUST show up eventually to hold parts of us in reaction….or we are lost and veiled in fear, darkness, suffering, and self punishment. Some souls still need to choose this fused state as is their sovereign choice. This year has shown all of us where we are on the spectrum of embodiment of our Divine Self as we have had to truly ‘walk our talk’ in the sense of our spirituality needing to answer real life dilemmas and challenging situations.

It feels like 2021 will continue to offer more process of Dark Night for many souls before opening out into True Light realities. The New Earth timeline manifests/sprouts from within our consciousness before it can become our daily lived-in reality as a collective (which may be many years away still). There will be much to ‘ride out’ again in this next year and times where it will feel like it is quite dark, especially related to the mass rollout of their ‘false medicine or cure’ that those of us with expanded senses can see is truly poison for the light body with a hidden agenda around its availability.

It does feel like we choose to come here during this time of Dark Night moving into True Light, even to experience all of its ups and downs…the possibilities of sacred humanity truly rising was just too special and tempting to pass up. We are here to serve love within ourselves and to those souls who will be in so much cognitive and heart dissonance/shock as the veil lifts on all of this.

As I tune in here to the heart chakra energies of the beautiful planetary consciousness known as Gaia from Avalon, I can feel the blueprints for sacred humanity’s arising resurrection reality within Her. She holds this, as does our awakening DNA, our soul’s consciousness, and our Divine Selves. I feel our access to these energies will also be more fluid in 2021, as the veils lift and the Dark Night Deepens in certain ways, so are we all then ‘freed’ to go somewhere new.

My heart pulses in time with the heartbeat of Avalon.

The steady, activating flow of masculine.

The steady, responding flow of feminine.

Within Her arms I feel a new wholeness,

Coming together as she shows me the pieces

Still strewn about by separation trauma-drama.

I feel the whispers of Her sacred Wells

The clarion call of Her Tor

The magic of Her trees and hills and lookouts

All serving the purpose of service itself,

Planting seeds in ready hearts.

I feel the cleansing offerings She bestows upon us,

Of English roses and wild things,

Her birds, her squirrels, her surprising visitors.

All reminders of a magic preserved here, always…

All reminders of the magic of opening your heart

All reminders of the alchemy of inner discoveries

All reminders of the process that it must be to truly, deeply heal.

She awaits with tender gaze

And self-worth.

She awaits your echo to Her heart-call

The one that pings and rings in places yet unseen inside, perhaps.

She awaits the time, the space,

When Her INvitation is heard

To return to your heart.

The one that aligns with your Divinity AND humanity,

As you open

As you surrender

As you ask for Her support.

The Gift Of Choosing YOU On Christmas Day

Last Christmas, I spent the day ‘alone’. It was my first Christmas Day ever in which I was not a part of a family or community. I was separated from my SoulFullHeart soul family, in a very necessary Dark Night phase of going inward, learning to hold myself and my parts/Metasoul aspects in a whole NEW and much deeper way. I also had many NEW awakening experiences around just how beloved I was to the Divine and how much my soul loves and trusts the Divine in return… even when being invited to go through something so challenging on all levels.

It wasn’t that I didn’t have invitations to be with anyone else that day… I had colleagues invite me to things from the different jobs I had. Yet, even in the love flow I had with them, I knew I needed the day to myself. I knew I needed to be in my own company, to ache and bake and claim what I really wanted to experience in soul community within and outside of me. I knew this would be challenging for my parts, especially the young ones, yet it was something I had to show up for as a sacred mama to them.

I knew I needed to keep feeling who and how I wanted to BE in order to draw it to me. And, I knew that this desire to change and heal on a deeper level than ever before had to be genuine in order for it to happen and in order for me to draw the soul and heart connections I knew I needed and wanted. It wasn’t long after that, that I reunited with my SoulFullHeart family and the reconciliation began.

Now, this year, so many dreams of mine have come true… I’m living in Avalon, a heart and soul home that I’ve longed to come to for many years; I’m with my community of beloveds and we’re deepening our relationship together in countless ways, and I’m living into my soul purpose embodiment of Divine Mother in my own unique frequency in a more solid and expanded way. Also, our little community has been expanding with more soul family draw while here in England and that is HUGE to feel and let in!

This has ALL been quite a lot to show up for continually in 2020. It’s been a lot to be with the goodness of it all too while the world continues to move through its own Dark Night experience. It’s been a year of many invitations into profound inner shifts and processes while so much in the outer world burns…

If you are a soul who isn’t currently connected to soul family, who has chosen like I did last year to be alone and be in your own sacred ‘cave’ time of inner initiations and being held by life through them, know that there’s a light at the end of the inner tunnel…. and that this light can only be lit by you with the support of your Divine Self and your own authentic connection to the Divine Mother/Father. Going inward while continually opening your heart outward is a challenge yet it’s one worth being with every step of the way.

You are loved and held in your sacred loneliness and also in the fears that arise in parts of you toward really being with that or even opening their hearts to others on the outside again.

Christ/Magdalene Consciousness is here, has always been here, and is waiting to birth through you in perfectly imperfect ways…

12/12 – 12/21 Corridor Bringing Clarities, Next-Level Invitations/Initiations

There is so much support through this 12/12 – 12/21 energetic corridor and into the new year of 2021 as well, for our deeper awakenings and initiations to take root individually and collectively. It’s already been a FULL year and now we’re being led into 2021 with fresh eyes and heart, though the rawness of what’s been moving all year is still very present.

Sudden dawnings and realizations are moving through. It’s a time of deeper awakening and the rumbles that come with that which sometimes you can’t name. You don’t know what’s shaking inside of you, but something IS…

Yesterday on 12/12 here in Glastonbury, it was a full day of hiking up to the Tor for sunrise and sunset and responding to alchemy in between. I had much time with Jelelle and could feel on both our trips to the Tor that there was something ceremonial moving through, deep inside of both of us. Such is the soul connection we have in these lands of Avalon, yet also, I got the strong sense of being initiated into a whole new level of soul bigness and claim.

So it is that we are all invited into our next levels/places, letting go and letting in as we move into them. Being initiated into deeper service if you’re ready for that, or perhaps your initiation right now is into trusting love and into feeling any fears that live in parts of you about surrendering to that process.

There’s a strong invitation from the Divine, always, to open your heart… to truly feel the grief, the mourning, the letting go as you also let in what’s arising. This could mean that you’re completing relationships or beginning new ones or completing with a geography to move on into one that better reflects your soul/heart needs, purpose and mission at this time. It’s a time of endings and beginnings, which is typical for this time of year every year, yet this year feels especially powerful in this way!

2020 has been a year where we’ve seen ‘Peak Fear’ take hold in many ways. It’s been a highly reactive year where many souls have struggled to lean into Divine love and to surrender to what is. It’s been a year of learning to trust what feels real to YOU while putting away the mainstream sources that are there to stir up the fears that were already peaking and mislead you with many spins on actual truth. It’s been a sacred year of more questions than answers, of death and rebirth, of looking intently in the mirrors placed in front of you, to meet the parts of you that have been hidden, buried, or buried themselves out of fear of being seen and known, not to mention felt, loved up, and deeply healed too.

Our deeper awakenings into rebirth and love as a Sacred Human family was not promised to be pretty or neat, though it has been deeply meaningful and continues to be. We all have choice points, graduations, and next levels to arise into. If love is leading, we will be challenged, we will grow, but we will always, ALWAYS be held.

12:12 Portal Codes Offer New Possibilities And Death/Rebirth: Activations at the Tor, Avalon UK

12:12 energy update: I was guided a couple of days ago to go out today, a rare sunny day here in Glastonbury UK in December, and to take in the codes at the sacred hill/Tor both at sunrise and sunset. It wasn’t until this morning that I realized it was also the 12:12 portal today!

Kasha and I headed up to the Tor for sunrise in the early morning today, moving sometimes in silence, feeling the processional energies heading up to the Tor from other lifetimes in Avalon. Once at the top, the energies of the sunrise were subtle, slow and soft with the sun revealing itself at the very ‘end’. The codes offered New Beginnings….I felt it as “a new dawn for humanity”….a bridge to the Age of Aquarius coming in with the upcoming Winter Solstice Conjunction.

The wind whipping around us as the sun rose and even pushing hard against our backs, we both grounded into the center of the Tor itself, feeling the kundalini energies and the two dragon ley lines (masculine and feminine) wrapping around each other from within the spine of the Tor and flowing out the top. It is not really comfortable to be at the top of the Tor, especially without the stone circle that used to be there which would help to settle and ground the energies. These precious stones (4D beings) were like friends and it is a bit sad to be up there without them.

After I had a much needed salt bath and nap for integration, we went back out to take in the sunset walking along the paths at the base of the Tor and sitting in the Avalon Orchards. There was a sense of magic and of, again, new possibilities.

12:12 is the beginning of what feels like a preparatory initiation phase before the Ascension acceleration happening during the solstice. If you surrender to your Divine Self, you will hear/feel/know what those initiations are for you and what life is asking you to respond to. Timelines are collapsing even as the new ones are overlapping in.

It is also a death/rebirth portal, so what is needing to be let go of and die in your life will become illuminated to you with soul courage to hold the process of mourning with love and grace. I am going through this myself right now and discovering how much we can be held in the grief, using it as a portal of soul growth, and opportunity to surrender. There is excitement even in the sadness, hope in the releasing.
