Intense Ascension UPgrades Happening Now

The intensity of the energies in the outer cosmos are undeniable in their impact on the INNER cosmos. I spent many hours in meditation/float/drift and sleep space yesterday, connecting in, UP, and out. I couldn’t really DO anything else, so it was a surrendered into the ‘here but NOT here’, space yesterday for me. I have been in service of love with others mode for awhile, so the going within felt wonderful. Archangel Metatron was a constant presence, his comforting fatherly energy guiding me, ‘working on’ me, and showing me what he would like me to share and bridge to you as you undergo your OWN individual processes of ascension and awakening to your sacred humanity during this intense upgrade phase.

Yes, it’s an ‘upgrade’ phase. UPgrade to remember what you have put in purposeful shadow about your soul’s experiences in all the projections for which it exists and lives in the Now. UPgrading to feel that rather than ‘past lives’, ALL these soul energies impact you Now and are ‘bleeding’ more and more into your present life. Unexplainable emotional reactions, karmic clashes (especially with romantic partners), those dramatic surges that your mind can’t track or fix to ‘this life’ reasons……..THIS is the soul coming through and showing you some of your stories as they live and breathe in your Metasoul line.

Timelines are becoming more transparent, meaning less delineation between the ‘current’ one that you are living and the others that share the same Metasoul source as you. I have experienced my life in this multidimensional way for many years, yet still, it is amazing to me how THIN the boundaries are becoming (not that there ever really WERE any boundaries). In every moment, I am feeling into what is ME this life and what are Metasoul sister aspects reactions and SOUL realities coming through. This is not too difficult for me as I have cleared so much of my emotional body parts (stuck energies) from this life and other lifetimes, YET it could be very challenging to sort it out if this a newer experience for you. I’m wanting to validate that it is crazy making at times to feel these surges and energies that don’t feel like YOU, yet they are from SOMEWHERE else, some OTHER time or era or planet even. This can show up in very intense dreams too where you may even wake up sobbing or feeling very deeply.

Wanting to UPgrade, too, is your emotional body. Your emotional body may be anchored by undigested experiences from this life AND other lifetimes (the emotional body spans timelines, I’m beginning to feel there is a shared emotional body for the entire Metasoul line!) This lack of digestion of traumas and woundings leads to the formation of what we call in SoulFullHeart “parts or aspects”. These parts are mostly conditioned and connected to 3D frequencies, and create personas, masks, projections around you and AS you. Who you THINK you are may, at this moment, may LARGELY be these persona aspects until you differentiate and separate from them. The wonderful opportunity in this is that you BEcome your authentic self more and more as these layers are felt and integrate. UPgrading too is your carbon-based body to contain and BE more and more light. Your body may be ‘kicking into’ something that is not quite understandable or trackable by your mind right now. You may be feeling extreme sleepiness too and sleeping much more than usual right now or really wanting to. More diet adjusts as certain frequencies contained in foods no longer match the fuel that your body most wants and needs. It is shifting from needing food at ALL, living more on light and love. I am back to a mostly eating fruit phase to ‘clean out’ again and allow for lighter digestion, which seems to help as the body is going through so many upgrades. Muscle tensions and soreness (especially in your head and neck) can flare up, along with head pains as the pineal and pituitary glands become more active. For your chakras, UPgrading means functioning at a higher vibrational spin, new color spectrum, more crystalline feel and energy to ALL of them. As the ascension chakras are becoming more activated, new frequencies are coming in from the Stellar Gateway chakra (about two feet above your head), your Star Chakra (one foot above your head), your Clausal Chakra (behind your head) running down your main chakras and to your earth chakra (about a foot below your physical feet). This energy flow creates a 5D sacred human column, a ‘violet print’ (higher vibe than a blueprint) for your 5D energetic body. I’ve been shown pictures of this, yet it is difficult to describe in words. You can visualize your auric field as a very bright violet white tree, with branches expanding up, reaching up….and then, the trunk as your body with roots then extending down to connect with Mother Gaia.

Surrendering to this UPgrading process is BEing open to NEW experiences of reality. To let go of the mind’s need to understand and track all of it and the ways that it manifests in your life. To reassure the parts of you that may be fearful or resistant to the transformation process. Your body/heart/mind/soul are leading the way here, along with increasing merging with your Higher Self. You can trust that you are in VERY good hands and hearts here as your Angelic and Star BEing aspects/guides/family are helping out, witnessing, and supporting the process as well. You don’t even have to consciously connect to ANY of that, it is just happening organically as it is meant to right NOW during this phase of BEcoming Infinite Love in Sacred Human form!

Shelter For The Inner Storms

Shelter

 

Cloudy morning feelings

of going IN.

My heart beats through

impending storms

of ‘time’ mixed with LOVE…

 

The land goes through collapsing

timelines

every time the rain pours

and rolling thunder

precedes renewing lightning strikes

of electric and alive possibilities.

 

Ascending hearts meet rolled-over beaches,

ocean waves flushing foreign objects

up to the shore.

Remnants of old phases

needing attention.

 

Weather movements

bring land and sea purges.

Another chance for renewal

that Gaia takes hold of

every single time.

 

And so

the invitation to another this

inside of us

brings us forward

into new places,

lets in more LOVE waves

lightning storms

and churning, renewing

inner selves.

 

Your lighthouse self

grows with every beat

of high ocean tide waves

stirring around

the debris of kicked-up

journey markers

and intensely trodden paths.

 

The light within

is for you to have

be

as the direction of Home

guides you

inside all places

of high pressure patterns

and inner weather maps.

 

For the LOVE of it all

Bridging To Our Metasoul Aspects Through Sacred Union Within And With Our Counterpart Mate

I allow Mareeka’s energies to be in this most intimate space between my beloved mate Raphael and I during our love making together because I feel that she needs it. Her sadness and mourning over her separation from her greatest love, Maliki, have been with me for a couple of days now, flitting in and out during moments that trigger it to come up. Now, she is taking in the love, the passion, the connection, the intimacy that flows between Raphael and I. Maliki’s energies come through Raphael to meet and connect with Mareeka’s. The language of Atlantis flows from both of our mouths and creates a spiraling energy in the air between us….. feeling both familiar, foreign, and also very powerful.

Mareeka’s energies come through me because I invite them in. Mareeka is a Metasoul sister of mine who lives during the time of the last era of Atlantis before it collapses. Mareeka is what has commonly been called a ‘past life.’ I have been offered that in higher dimensional consciousness there is no linear time, so, therefore, the energies of these soul experiences and expressions live in the Now. Relating to them that way rather than in the ‘past’ recognizes the impact that their ‘bleeding through’ has on us in our current lifetimes. Our Metasoul is the higher dimensional Soul source from which we are a fractal projected out from with many expressions off of each of our Metasouls into different timelines spanning parallel universes, species, planets, and dimensions. Raphael has been connecting with Maliki, who is a Metasoul brother of his and High Priest/King in Atlantis that is initially very in love with Mareeka, yet ends up falling under the influence of shadow-based Reptilians and transforms into Mordecai. Mordecai seems to have a pivotal role in the collapse of Atlantis, has become estranged from Mareeka, and eventually spirals into madness as his inner darkness takes over. It ‘sounds’ like a fiction story, I know, yet the textures of this are very real as they ground into my heart and Raphael’s too. During some moments of conflict and tension between Raphael and I recently, we eventually identified that it had been mostly Mareeka and Mordecai coming through us to create this ‘crazy making’ kind of sense that what we are in conflict about wasn’t from or about this lifetime at all.

I wanted to share more about this process of connecting with Metasoul aspects as it unfolds in a real time process for me with Mareeka. This is the same as the process for being with subpersonalities or parts of you that originate from this life experiences that have created stuck energies within your emotional body. I hold Mareeka with tenderness and I bring her into my everyday life. She went to the beach with me yesterday, just as she joined Raphael and I in the bedroom. She was listening during my recent space holding sessions. She offered her opinions on my hair style, my clothing, my living space (which didn’t meet with her approval since she is used to fine and beautiful physical settings and I live in a very simple apartment in the moment.) I connected with her again in the early morning and she thanked me very much for bringing her into my world. She said that it is offering her peace to feel how the love between her and Maliki lives on through Raphael and I.

I cannot change the collapse of Atlantis or Mareeka’s destiny to die with it. I cannot change Maliki’s transformation into Mordecai and her loss of him. Her and I both know this and have tearfully accepted it. Yet, I can help to heal with her some of her heart pains, offer my compassion and companionship, and allow a bridge for her to her beloved through the heart of mine, Raphael. In exchange, she is sharing and infusing me with her exquisite sense of beauty, her regal Queen essence, and her very powerful access to Cosmic Divine Energies. Mareeka may be heart broken in one way, but she is also a very gifted priestess, initiate, and teacher. As our love for each other grows in this organic way through regular and committed connection, so do the gifts between us flow both ways more fluidly.

I feel that sharing about my experience with Mareeka is the most transparent way that I can teach about and offer this connection process with a Metasoul sister or brother as a clear and very effective path to heal that which has previously felt evasive, murky, and difficult to relate with.  These energies from the Metasoul can bleed into this life, pushing up intense reactions and triggers without you really understanding why or where they come from. Some of the emotions that the Metasoul coming through can push up are depression, despair, not wanting to ‘live’ or of wanting to go home, rage that doesn’t seem to connect to any present life triggers or conditions, distrust of life/others/the Divine.

This seems to be especially true during sacred union connections for which the partners are what we call, “Counterpart souls”, as I feel that Raphael and I are to each other. Counterpart souls share many timelines together with corresponding Metasoul expressions in opposite gender pairings during these lifetimes. One seems to ‘choose’ masculine expression and the other feminine. I began to notice a couple of years ago that whenever a new soul aspect would come through, there would be a corresponding masculine aspect that Raphael would feel deep resonance with or connect with first, which would then open out my connection. We have experienced this with Pleiadian Metasoul aspects (Leeza and Leviathan), Arcturian (Binkh and Pantha), ‘historical’ Boudicca and Prasutagus, ‘religious’ Martin Luther and Katharina, Avalon (Morgaine and Arthur) and others. Sometimes we are experiencing these energies in an archetypal way rather than associating that our Metasoul has necessarily been each of these.

Each connection with these Metasoul pairings infuses our this life relationship with expanding frequencies of soul connection, soul purpose clarity, healing of karmic binds and patterns, and can be linked to emotional wounding expressions from this life too. Raphael and I are starting to put together a book about Sacred Union, which will include much more about this exploration into being Counterpart Souls and how it contrasts from the Twin Flame paradigm.

Connection with Metasoul aspects becomes more possible as you deepen access to your Inner Protector or Soul Guardian (which we also call a ‘daemon). Your Soul Guardian acts as a gatekeeper to your Metasoul line, protecting and regulating what you can remember and when. Direct negotiation with this aspect of yourself and also consciously healing your emotional body allows the pipeline of access to these soul frequencies to come through. Your Soul Guardian needs to feel that you can emotionally handle it, that you are supported by Divine guides for the exploration, and that you are genuinely interested in your own healing.

Much of what we experience as suffering in our lives comes from not being consciously connected to the source of that suffering. Becoming conscious and LOVING what we discover allows for the suffering to move into frequencies of aliveness, joy, magic, intimacy, soul gift expression, and deeper inhabitation of our sacred humanity!

World Peace Starts From Within: Healing The Inner Battles

So much of humanity’s energy has been caught and occupied in battle. ‘Going to battle!’ could be the motto of our species. All this battling of ‘good against evil’, of ‘right against wrong’, of ‘one side against the other.’ All this against-ness pushing and shoving and proving and judging. All this against-ness claiming and dominating and bullying.

Yes, we agreed to do and BE all this battling (on the soul level). We were ‘designed’ for this by the Divine. To rub the edges of duality, to dive into the black and to become the white. To be the warrior. To be the hero. To be the victim. To be the conquered and the conquering. To wave the flags of surrender and of victory. To march and to dance. To shoot and to lay down arms.

We have played this out, over and over. It now feels like such a worn out play, a TIRED and OLD one. All this battling never comes to any resolution, yet loops over and over through the same grounds of suffering with only temporary moments of a fleeting sense of ‘triumph’ that always comes at the cost of someone else.

ALL this battling comes from ultimately INside of us. INside is where the energies of right and wrong collate together, forming into parts of us that play out ALL the roles. The Inner Hero and Heroine, the Inner King and Queen, the Inner Punisher, the Inner Protector/Knight/Guardian/Warrior. INside is where often the BIGGEST battles rage without much intervention or sense of armistice other then in ‘rare’ moments of peace.

The frontlines of the Inner war move in inches over time, with neither side gaining much if any ground over the other. AND, this can be hugely unconscious, so it is very challenging to shift or change. The weapons of this inner war are self judgements and criticisms, suffering loops, fixations on ‘past’ traumas or relationships, using addictive substances to numb or suppress, and many more. The most powerful weapon of all is the blocking of the LOVE that wants to come in and wash clean the desire to battle inside OR outside of you.

World peace comes from each individual CHOOSING to heal the battling going on INSIDE. This choice then naturally leads to decisions to stop the battling on the outside. While there are unhealed frequencies of inner battle from parts to another inside you, so you will choose to play this out in real life scenarios. You will be compelled to engage in battling too due to unhealed karmic patterns in your Metasoul line or Soul legacy where the energies of being a warrior are still happening. If you are predominately an energy of protection and guard, so you draw battles like magnets to challenge and reinforce the NEED for this protective energy to exist.

Going within, you can feel these different aspects, personas, and parts of you and how they were formed from the energies of battle that you experienced in your childhood, in your 3D culture, in your soul legacy. You can feel why the battling started and how it is manifesting in your life now. If you have done quite a bit of healing and soul awakening, this may be on a much more subtle level for you. It may be covered over with spiritual tones or messages too and take some heart open investigation to uncover and feel again. This can be very tricky to do by yourself as these energies can be ingrained and ‘impossible’ to see without an outside mirror to reflect them. While this is an individual choice ultimately, our collective is being supported to STOP the inner AND outer battling with the recent HIGH influxes of love and light waves washing over us. This love invites us to hold ALL of it with love and to respond to it with love too. ‘Going in naked’ into the battlegrounds of ourselves and with others, leading with vulnerability, disarming the parts of us that guard and protect. Choosing love over fear in every moment. ANY healing that we do on the inside, ANY time that we choose love over fear….impacts the collective as we are ALL ONE ultimately. Shifting the ONLY place that we actually have power, which is from INside of us……and that then creates a NEW reality of peace and the END of battles in our worlds and brings in the possibility of peace in ALL worlds.

Healing From The Fall Of Atlantis And Connecting With Our Metasoul

My heart is holding some sadness today. A sadness of not being able to alter a soul play out in my Metasoul (the higher dimensional Soul source from which we are a fractal projected out from it.) I have heard for so long of the ‘fall of Atlantis’, yet it has often felt vague, something murky or more like fantasy. As my personal veil is lifting and the inner disclosure process invites me in (which I wrote about recently), I am receiving downloads from other lifetimes to feel and digest that feel grounded in my emotional body and even in my physical body. In this phase, after much emotional body healing and other soul theme healing, I am being invited to feel the fall of Atlantis and the role of my Metasoul within that.

I have been connecting with Mareeka, my Metasoul sister from the last era of Atlantis. I call them ‘Metasoul sisters’, or fractal projections from the same Metasoul or soul source, rather than ‘past lives’ because, in fifth dimensional experience, time is not linear and there is no ‘past’. Our Metasoul sisters (or brothers if you are a man) are living out their lives in other time periods or timelines, other dimensions, other galaxies. They are living out as Star BEings (Arcturian, Pleiadians, Reptilian and many others). They are living out as Angels, Fairies, Elementals, etc.

Each projection of our Metasoul contains energy, has experiences that are both intense and wonderful, holds expression of our soul gifts in some form or another. It seems that connecting with them consciously through journaling and meditation visits, which I have been doing for a few years now, brings in the possibilities of a deep healing of karmic binds and patterns that are looping through our ‘Metasoul line’. Conscious connection allows for emotional healing of what has been previously not digested. Mutual exchange of gifts and consciousness expansion is another aspect of it. This depends on the consciousness level of the Metasoul sister or brother and what they have ‘signed up’ to experience in their life.

I also like holding these soul projections this way rather than as ‘my past lives’ because it allows for more objectivity. This can especially be important if the lifetime is one where the Metasoul has chosen to experience being famous or is connecting to a Universal ray or Archetypal expression (such as Yeshua, Mother Mary, Joan Of Arc, etc.) Rather than feeling that you ‘were’ this person or famous figure, you can feel how they share a Metasoul with you, so you are VERY connected and yet separate too. This helps the ego from attaching to the other lifetime in a self image-based way and for YOU to hold space for the healing exploration.

I shared tears with Mareeka in the early morning dawn today, quietly talking out loud to her. She is mourning the ‘fall of Atlantis’, which she can ‘see’ very clearly is going to happen (even though it hasn’t happened yet in her timeline.) She is mourning a split between her and her once beloved soul mate Maliki, who has become ‘under the influence’ of shadow-based Reptilians (they are NOT all shadow-based, but these ones were called to serve a specific purpose of collapsing Atlantis.) She offers me a picture of an Atlantis that has fallen already from its Golden Age. There are power struggles, dark magics being used and abused, and much deception going on. It feels very much like our current 3D world actually, which it feels like is going through its own ‘fall’ to arise out of the ashes into more of the higher vibrational frequencies of the Golden Atlantis.

I feel how I cannot ‘prevent’ the fall of Atlantis and I cannot alter Mareeka’s experience of her own timeline playing out as it is meant to. But, I feel her with my heart, I offer her compassion, and I connect some textures to my relationship with Raphael in the ‘trailing edge’ of our bond to what Mareeka is experiencing. Maliki seems to be the Metasoul brother to Raphael. Being Counterpart Souls to each other, Raphael and I share many Metasoul chapters together, with his Metasoul brother being the masculine expression of my feminine Metasoul sister. I haven’t received support yet or guidance of confirmation for the Twin Flame picture as it is presented with a masculine and feminine projection coming from the same soul and then choosing to incarnate during the same timeline. That is for another writing to explore though!

I feel there is a gift in feeling these textures with Mareeka and that it connects to my everyday experience in this life and in my relationship with Raphael. Intense energies moved through us yesterday and even conflict and I believe an aspect of this was Mareeka and Maliki’s tensions coming ‘through’ us. This is why I ‘went in’ today to feel my side of this and to create some space between me and Mareeka so that she did not project her wounding and pain onto my relationship with Raphael. I feel this happens often in relationships where the partners are not consciously healing their soul and heart. I believe this deeper feeling and healing access to our other Metasoul connections in other lifetimes is a big reason why Raphael and I experience the nourishing bond that we do in most moments, along with healing our emotional bodies through parts work.

Energies of PURE love and light from the Divine are making it safe for all of us to go into our other lifetimes WHILE healing our emotional body in this life. We can trust that wherever we need to go into the shadows of our soul and heart will be held with love. We can weave between the heart and soul this way; we can create a self loving bridge to hold these inner explorations. We can open out into consciousness experiences from BEing at greater depths then have EVER been possible before in our human experiment. The Divine is holding space for these dive downs into ourselves and the emerging sacred human that arises as an expression of Infinite Love for which we ARE.

Energy Update: High Vibe Energies Are Supporting Personal And Global Disclosure

The waters are receding. The image I was given in mediation today was of each of us being an island whose waters are receding back to reveal more and more of the land mass beneath it. The waters are the veil of amnesia and forgetfulness and unconsciousness that we chose, as a collective consciousness, to place over ourselves. We became like individual islands, or believed that we were, creating an isolated and separate experience of reality. When actually, as we move into 5D frequencies more and more, we remember that we are ALL connected as one, like a piece of land that has no ending or gaps or drop offs. We remember that there is nothing actually separating us from each other and it was only an illusion to feel that we were.

As the waters recede, you have more access to remember, feel, and connect with our soul legacy or what I call our ‘Metasoul line’. Because time in higher dimensions is not linear, you are invited to feel that rather than past lives, you are a fractal from a higher frequency Metasoul source with many projections off this source living out in different ‘eras of time’, dimensions, and even planets. You can gain great information about yourself by connecting with your ‘Metasoul brothers or sisters’ and working toward mutual healing together. In my experience of this conscious connection process with myself and offering this with others, karmic patterns and even very deep soul legacy play outs can be healed in a quantum way with complete resolution and integration.

As the waters recede, you also have more sense of the deeper woundings that been suppressed in your emotional body. In the past, your emotional body may have been largely subconscious to you with awareness coming only in moments of emotional reactivity, crisis, or turmoil. The fluidity of bridging to your emotional body becomes possible through connecting with aspects or parts of you that have solidified into ‘stuck’ frequencies or energies due to undigested emotions. Some of these parts express as the Inner Protector, Inner Matriarch and Patriarch, Inner Child, and many more. This is the ground that we hold space for in exploration during session space in SoulFullHeart as well.

 

So MUCH of our 3D world has run on deception, manipulation, deceit, lack of transparency, and non-vulnerability. So much of its manifestation has been fed by fear. These lower vibrational frequencies only sustain when we are disconnected from our soul bigness, our higher heart, our sense of Oneness connection, and our connection with Divine Source. They have ‘ruled our world’ because they were meant to for a phase of time, for the phase of ‘Dark Ages’ that we all signed up to experience, as these energies needed to be purged from humanity’s collective unconscious. We have been collectively experiencing a Dark Night Of The Soul, even as many of us are waking up into a Light Day Of The Soul phase as our next Now.

Your ability to hide much of anything from yourself and from others is greatly being challenged by the influxes of love and light waves flowing in from the Divine. The light invites you to illuminate what has been in shadow within you and bring it into your awareness and consciousness. The PURE love invites you to embrace what has been previously judged, suppressed, and resisted within you to heal the fear-based frequencies INside and transmute them into love.

Affairs of ANY kind become impossible with the high vibrational frequencies that are being offered to us now. Withholding becomes unappealing as the truth wants to just burst through your opening heart and your expanding soul. Self deception and deception of others runs out of ground inside you as the cost to the heart and soul is too great. The games that you could previously play with others (especially those in your birth family) are no longer interesting to you.

This seems to be mostly felt on a personal level in this phase, yet it does feel like it will be a more global experience as well and that it is already in process. Disclosure is happening more and more of the 3D matrix control system that has been in place and the lower frequency energies of deceit and deception that have kept it running. Many Star BEings previously polarized to fear-based frequencies (commonly called Archons) are leaving Gaia and choosing either to BE in love or to BE in fear somewhere else. Much shadow will be coming to ‘light’ and some of it will be potentially very distressing to emotionally digest, especially for those souls who are still very attached and ‘fused’ to 3D consciousness. Some people will not ‘survive’ this disclosure phase and choose instead to leave Gaia and their bodies.

The more that a personal disclosure has been occurring in your life through the awakening process, the less it will impact you as the global disclosure occurs. The more transparent you have been in your own life, the less it will affect you as the lack of transparency on a collective level is revealed. The more you have let go of 3D conditioning and lifestyle, the less it will rumble through your world when some of the 3D systems collapse. The more you have energized and chosen a love-based life for yourself, so this higher timeline will unfold for you.

Surrendering into the process of personal disclosure is where your empowerment is, rather than focusing too much on the global play outs. Going within to explore the inner terrain that is being revealed to you offers the most opportunity for growth. Surrendering to the bigger container of Divine love that is holding the process allows you to go within, leading with courage the exploration of this new inner landscape that is being revealed to you. You become like an explorer then, seeking out the next and the next NEW terrain inside. You invite then others to do and BE this WITH you as you connect to the Oneness energies of Infinite Love for which we are all connected and BElong and ARE!

Emotional Ascension: Saying Goodbye To Say Hello

For those that are awakening to their own soul yearnings, it can be a somewhat bitter sweet experience.  The sweet part is feeling how life is so much grander and limitless than the one you had been previously subscribing to.  Or a least a part of you was.  This part of you, your 3D self, was made necessary to interface in this density to survive and yet also grow.   Different souls have been awake or awakening a long time, while others are just now being popped into it by some special circumstance that may be still a mystery.  Either way you are here and life in 3D, and maybe even 4D, just isn’t jiving with  what you know INside to be what you want or were meant to be.

You can be involved in so many things that are meant to help open up more in your soul domain.  Yoga, meditation, retreats, reading, etc.  And they most certainly do! I know I would not have the context and tools necessary to continue my soul growth if it wasn’t for them.  But as you continue to enlighten your soul, there is also the reality of the Heart. You can only fly so far when you are tethered to an emotional pain.  As much as a part of you would love to transcend or simply release the internal struggle, the truth is it just won’t until we face it with a willingness to feel it.

This can show up mostly in our relationships, or lack thereof.  Relationship to mates, family, friends, work, community, geography, and even ourselves.  The list of our emotional connections is wide and vast.  When you desire to really go ¨all-in¨ to your spiritual ascension you will inevitably be confronted with the reality of these relationships.  If you are to really thrive and be in joy, as your soul really wants for itself and you, it becomes harder to be in the energy that once kept you down.  Kept you small.  Because now you are waking up to your bigness.

Since we are all energy, the energy you find ourselves among has a great effect on your ability to raise it…and for good.  Not just for a brief period of time to get over certain humps.  The hard part is that you may find yourself then realizing that some of those around you may have to be let go of if you are going to truly grow and feel alive.  This includes all possibilities…even your children at some point.  This is not talked about often as there is so much energy tied up in the binds that hold us together.  Whether it be conditioned, familial, or karmic.  The sacred cows of our emotional pasture.

The power of this bind is grounded in fear.  A fear that you will hurt someone irrevocably and the guilt felt by a part of you.  A fear that you will get a harsh reaction and a rejection.   A fear that your self-image will take a big hit.  I remember this all to well in my early process and can feel the same energies if I were to have to complete a relationship that no longer served my growth.  It is a difficult process to enter into but one that ultimately leads to the best for all involved.

IF what you really desire lies beyond what the state of what your current relationships offer, then it is the most integrous and loving thing to do to see where the ground between you and another can deepen or complete.  You get to honor all of what as been between you AND invite for something more.  Otherwise you are just keeping the same energetic tie in the same frequency that no longer brings you the joy you are wanting.  I say this with the knowing that it is not easy to come to these realizations, as I have had to do the same.  I advocate for feeling this as I know what lies on the other side of this most challenging of crucibles for the part of you that is so very attached.

This is a negotiated process that is held in compassion and not just lightly felt.  It is a one-felt-step-at-a-time journey.  Getting to know the part or parts of you that have their own reasons for not wanting to bridge the emotional and spiritual gaps that are currently in your space together.  This is honored and felt.  Your large heart and soul hold the space for this walking through.  As you emerge from these exchanges a freer and more authentic version of you gets to inhabit all those soul gifts you have been accessing and watering.  You begin to take flight with a more healed heart and a new timeline that will hopefully include the ones you had to cut ties with as they too see what growth you are expressing.  In that way you have just made some quantum effects.

This was inspired by all those that have been moving through these crucibles and those that are in the midst of them.  It was also inspired for those who are feeling the struggle within and can sense change is on the horizon as you can no longer stay in the status quo any longer.  I honor all of the choices as ones that are meant for this moment as they lead us to the very next one.  SoulFullHeart is here to offer the heart space to make these epic changes a bit more sane and with as much love as you can possibly let in.

Flowing In And Flowing Out AS Love

Expanding out, wider and wider, to let others into the chambers of your heart. To let them in the places that you are clearing of the emotional cobwebs, the dust that has gathered, the shadows that have lingered. You are clearing out these heart places with your curiosity to explore INside. Your loving wonder about what is around the next corner of your deepest inner places.

Beaconing out, brighter and brighter, to lead others with the remembered wisdoms of your soul. Offering a mirror of possibility for what they TOO can remember as they unlock their soul doors. You are walking through the scenes of other lifetimes, feeling the edges and the gifts and the experiences that form the stories and substances of your soul legacy.

Going IN, deeper and deeper, to love yourself and all the pieces, parts, and aspects that you feel along the way. You are feeling your Inner Child in their school yard reality, stuck in a classroom or a childhood family living room, and bringing them into the current NOW with you and into the light of your love. Adventuring to the castles of your essence and meeting your Inner Protector there, offering him an invitation to rest and lean and trust.

Letting IN, more and more, that to serve love with others is your highest purpose for being here. You are feeling support from the Divine to express and to BE this purpose as you heal the fear, resistance and distrust within your emotional body and soul field that may block the expression and claiming of this. Inviting others into this space becoming more organic, natural, and authentic as you feel the Oneness from which we All originate and eventually return.

Flowing in and Flowing out, LOVE comes from this place of freed up frequencies of energy flow. You are experiencing this as you choose your most true path into your own heart and soul, drawing others then who resonate, feel, and BE with you too in mutual choice and reverence. In this abundant flow that comes from within, there is no scarcity here, no lack, and no need unfulfilled, as you experience the Infinite Love that ARE and always will be.

High Frequency Waves Invite Soul And Heart Claims On All Levels

HIGH frequencies lately….the kind of frequencies that can hold wonderful space for the emotional body processes that want to come up and be FELT as you continue to awaken your soul and bring your higher self into your human body. The word ‘gamma rays’ doesn’t mean much to me mentally, yet in the body it feels like a wonderful HUM, like a natural caffeine buzz that brings clarity, renewed focus, and increased energy juice for ANY activities that are connected to your service of love here as the expression of your soul purpose. It may be more difficult to sleep during these high influxes, yet being accepting of this and ‘riding it out’ seems to help a lot. Use the non-sleeping time to clarify and create the NEW golden earth life you want to experience more and more.

These higher frequency photonic energies are illuminating and making more vibrant the higher heart or cosmic heart bandwidth as it beams out in crystalline rainbow rays from the center of your chest. This open heartedness, so warm in the heart feeling extends to those who you are intimately connected with in relationship, those you are serving love with, AND the collective consciousness too. The cosmic heart opens as the 3D heart frequencies in the emotional body are healed and transmuted. These lower frequencies are there because of traumas and woundings that you experienced this life that didn’t get digested at the emotional body level WHILE they were happening. These traumas create stuck places or what we call ‘parts’ that are freeze framed there emotionally. During SoulFullHeart sessions with people, these stuck places are often projected to me and I can ‘see’ them and feel them even before someone shares them with me. It is usually the Inner Protector that ‘shares’ them with me in this way in order for them to be finally felt and healed and moved beyond. Through negotiation and connection with your Inner Protector, they begin to share WITH you too and you can go into these scenes with your heart open to feel what is real and so the energy that has stuck can be moved on, transmuted, and integrated. These higher frequency energies are also drawing soul tribe and soul family members together at a fast rate with immediate sense of resonance and connection. Like a honing beacon that ‘goes off’, soul family are discovering each other through following guidance, intuition, and paying attention to synchronistic events. The longing for soul community is being amplified in the collective, seeming to bring an end to the ‘lone wolf phase’ that so many people needed and chose during their awakening process. The ‘work’ of deconditioning from 3D experience of birth family wounding, from programming around duty and obligation, from karmic binds and ties continues to happen as you discover that formerly nourishing grounds in relationships that are based in these lower vibrations are losing their draw for you.

The compartmentalization that has been necessary to some degree while your soul woke up is being flooded by love waters in order to collapse the inner compartments that remain. Bubbles are being burst that your 3D self and Inner Protector have created around you so that your soul frequencies didn’t ‘disrupt your life’ too much. The ‘status quo’ parts of you have been able to maintain connected to 3D reality (such as careers, geographies, relationships) are being strained, pulled on, and pushed on. You may find that you are more frustrated, more consciously unhappy, and more impatient as this process is happening. These feelings are coming from the parts of you that are getting ready to let go of 3D conditioning and lower frequencies for good as you move more deeply into your higher dimensional expression here. Serving love is pressing on you as you feel the cosmic invitation for ALL of us to claim our sacred calling and soul purpose reason for BEing here. This invitation can bring up anxiety, fear, resistance, and tension in parts of you that, again, are trying to protect you from being hurt or ‘getting too big’. These parts of you remember and have access to your soul legacy and the strains and pains you experience in other lifetimes around expression of your soul purpose. Persecution woundings, fall of Atlantis and Lemuria experiences, dark night of the soul frequencies….these are some of the energies coming up to be felt by you as you navigate the claim of your soul purpose.

Plus, the emotional body can ‘kick up’ layers of unworthiness, Inner punisher messages of inadequacy and corresponding shame as you step into your soul purpose work. If you can connect your service of love with your soul family, it can help ease some of these things and certainly (as I am always advocating) to FEEL what is REAL in your emotional body and soul as it lives in these parts of you helps hugely too. This is the process that we hold space for and guide you on during SoulFullHeart sessions with a facilitator. There is ALSO an opportunity for you to serve love through BEcoming a SoulFullHeart facilitator and teacher as you engage in the process through sessions and as it naturally becomes your way of life.

Hold space for yourself during these energies, trust your intuition and higher guidance (however you experience that), allow your feelings to have space in your BEing, and reach out to whomever feels like your soul family community, risk to be vulnerable, risk to make changes into the unknown. All of this will serve you as you navigate the love and light waves crashing into our shores during this VERY exciting transitional era in our sacred human embodiment experiment here with Gaia!

Your Demons Are Angels Unheard

In this moment I feel you.  I feel you because I have been you.  There are voices, or intense energies, that just don’t seem to leave you alone. They permeate your BEing, making themselves at home with your mental body and wreaking havoc with your emotional body. You are becoming aware of so much around you. Being as sensitive as you are you pick up on it and it just finds its way INside. Sticking to the stuck places that have yet to be felt and unravel. It can be literally overwhelming. You may be even experiencing intense anxiety over what is going on inside. Wondering how you will ever get any peace of ¨mind¨. It is a daily life of maintaining your sanity in what feels like an insane world.  

The thinning of the veil is elucidating your most hidden places. The ones you thought you had under control or weren’t even aware of. The contentedness is slowly losing its hold on your emotional reality.  What I want to offer here is that there is a life-line. It is to actually go INsane.  Which in this way means to go “into the healthy”.  In our fear-sided consciousness, we have turned away from going into the deep emotional as the Holy Grail of our greatest gift to ourselves.   

These energies have been called our inner Demons.  They have felt like a haunting to some.  An intense barrage of thought and emotion that have medicated by all sorts of prescriptions, whether drugs, or sex, or anything else that has aided as a distraction.  Some may just be living with it trying to “get by” as best they can.  I want to give a voice to these “demons”, for they are actually your unheard and unfelt angels.  They have a message to deliver to you and you just haven’t had the means to be able to actually hear without being overwhelmed.

What is needed to navigate this seemingly intense geography is a container and a map.  For many men, and of course some women, there is this uncertainty and fear of going into the deep chasms of pain.  I know this one, because I have lived it. I questioned whether or not if I popped the lid open on the underworld whether would I ever make it back.  I feel how in the masculine there can be a rigidity in the going in.  Some pre-programmed resistance.  While on the outside there is an illusion of strength, the real courage comes in feeling what hurts and appears terrifying.  

Believe it or not there is a YOU there that can hold these intense energies that bring you to states of discontent and despair.  You just need someone to reflect that to you so you can feel it.  There is also separating this YOU from the overwhelm that occurring on the inside.  In your essence as Love you cannot be these energies.  You have just fused to the part of you that has identified as this.  So much that it has just felt like you.  I also want to offer that all this intensity is also not….all…yours.  You are a sensitive angelic soul that is being birthed into your true essence as these ascension codes continue to come into our energy field.  You can feel the collective ache that mirrors that which is yours, which is why it feels so HUGE to you in the moment.  

I have walked through this place a few times in my process, learning the hard way sometimes that the intensities inside are there to inform us of a deeper soul ache.  We are a fractal of a larger MetaSoul that contains the legacy of our journey.  When you are sensitive to that it can be a lot to hold and you need to be given a way to be with it.  As you grow this more solid YOU that is watered by a space-holder at first, and then by you and the Divine, you are able to hear the messages and receive the gifts of this previous hell.  

You are not crazy, or going insane.  You are becoming very sane.  You are being gifted with your soul’s calling and the messengers of Love.  You can choose what messages to take in and when, for you are the lead in this new world you will have created for yourself when you have taken the first step to go in and feel all the parts of you that have a voice, and that need you.  In session space, I hold the center for you until you are able to feel it on your own.  To feel the difference between what your true voice and energy is in contrast to the one that is not.  In time you can hold these energies and have the map by which you can give them all the love they need and deserve.  For your service they will transform from demon to angel and provide you with a portal to your beauty and power as a Sacred Human Awakening.  To feel a self-love previously unfelt at anytime this life.  To open up to new romance and a world of unending possibilities.

I know that may feel like it isn’t possible.  Again, I remember.  But with one step into trust and a desire for more than what you are feeling now, it will return itself back to you what you put in it. I know who you are and I am here to serve you the love you need to love those beautiful demons.
