Healing Is A Birthright And INvestment

Healing is an investment, an exchange of energy. And offering healing space to others is the same.

We are far from entitled to our healing in this or any life, even though it’s our birthright.

The pre-requisite to healing is a claim and a willingness to invest – heart, soul, body, money – with discernment. And a surrender to the path at hand.

We are also far from entitled to express our healing gifts in this or any life, even though they are a given and are available for the claiming.

It is an honour to awaken and to serve self and others. It is work to cultivate the love overflow within that can arise in service organically. And, it takes courage to ask for what you need in return of offering service to others, to create a mutually beneficial and nourishing exchange.

This is something so challenging for wounded parts of us to let in sometimes because they want to find movement without growth, and healing without a deeper claim of the path and the needs that are present.

Yet, the more we feel these parts, the more we can move into the heart and soul bigness capacity we all have, to BE where we are, SEE the opportunities in front of us, and step into the portal of where love and the universe want you to go next – embracing the investment and the lessons, both.

Feeling & Reconciling The Conflict Within

Today in the United States a decision will be made whether to approve a nomination to the highest court in the country. This will be a culmination of months of intense energy, especially over the past few weeks. It has come to a crescendo as mass protests, both physically and virtually, have consumed the information waves.

The external reasons for this energy are myriad, but there is one thing that is clear. There is a conflict going on not just in the minds of a population, but a conflict within the heart and soul. The energy that is being projected onto the scene is sourced from our inner world. No one in this drama is a victim to this circumstance. If you feel a burning fire of fear, outrage, or anxiety, those can be living inside from parts/aspects of you that are reacting to something far greater than a nomination.

I hold deep compassion for all the reaction that is out there. I want those reading this to feel what is underneath it. What is the story that is vibrating at the root of it? I had a session with a woman yesterday who could feel a connection to the men in this drama as being a representation of the men in her life. This intense conflict/battle from the inner feminine toward the inner masculine was raging inside. The inner masculine was hiding for fear of its own persecution. There was a void of the masculine within and the feminine felt as it was shadow-boxing. The only place for the inner rage to go was external. That gave it somewhere to land and have expression. By drawing out the inner masculine the reconcilation and healing can happen within.

This inner felt reality can illuminate what is real and what is projected. Yes, there is concern and issue to be had in what is transpiring. But reactivity is not feeling. It is a defense against it actually. Both men and women have something to feel in all of this that lay beyond whatever decision is made as this will linger no matter the result. What truly brings understanding and healing is how we can relate to this inside and get in touch with our own rage, anxiety, punishment, and fear that is happening among the inner parts of us, like a pinball game.

Today it is about feeling our hearts and sending love to ourselves and those that are a part of this grand drama. Let that be the guiding force to take us to a new place as humans in deep need of healing and community.

The Burning Illumination Of Our Collective Shadow

I have been following the latest drama unfolding in the US around the Supreme Court nomination. When I used to go into these stories I had something inside of me that wanted to get to the truth. Who was ‘right’ and who was ‘wrong’. I felt my own suck into the density of anger, fight, righteousness, and principle. Us vs. Them.

These days I feel a desire to step back and just feel what is at play here in the heart and soul of humanity. While I get there is a charade going on in many ways, there is also something very real. Affecting real people. Yes, there are forces on high that are stoking these fires. But maybe these fires are here to get us to see something about ourselves as a culture. As a group of souls that are acting out a greater drama within each of us.

There is a patriarchal consciousness that is feeling an encroachment on its position of power. A lash out against any claim of inexcusable and threatening behavior, no matter what level of truth there may be to it. The burning fires of our collective ‘past’ still live within us. We hold those in our psychic memory. We are the actors, conscious or not, of our soul’s karmic echoes.

There is a sensitivity to this inside of us of all that we hold in the collective. Women feeling/being persecuted by men/society, men feeling/being unjustly accused by women/society. The privileged against the other 99%. The seats of power using all they can to create division, conflict, and doubt. This whole episode clearly illuminates all that is needing healing within each of us. The body politic can be a brutal mirror of what we need to see and feel.

There is a sadness that comes over me when I feel this in my heart. There are people whose lives are being turned upside down and inside out, but it is also what they have chosen on some deep level. To be the actors upon this stage that serves as a Shakespearean reflection of the misplacement of our goodness, respect, and honesty. The heart of a nation is on fire and this event is a symbol of the rising smoke.

I don’t feel to weigh in on what ‘side’ I am on. I am on the side of Love if there is to be one. Maybe it is love that is illuminating this one for us all to see. Maybe it is Love that is the fire itself. The idea of ‘justice’ is being highlighted and what it truly means to each and every one of us, both man and woman. We all have a relationship to it that goes far deeper than what we may fully understand and it is seeking its resolution sooner rather than later.

For me, it is a time of feeling the conflict within, holding my center in Love and as Love. That I believe is what is being asked of us. The fate of a nation lies not in the outcome of a committee but of the desire and choice of each to heal the pain that it reflects within.

Feeling The Existential Part Of You To Heal Beyond Medication

I felt to share a response I gave to someone around the use of medication to alleviate deep depression and even thoughts of suicide. There is a lot that has been done to help many with this crippling and tragic dynamic inside, yet it is a way to get on rather than truly go IN and get to the deep roots of this very existential situation. I honor what medication has meant to those that have needed it, I had my own. If the desire is there to be curious and courageous then that is the first step in living a life of authentic feeling and joy:

“You are tapping into some deep existential territory. In my personal opinion, psychology has a hard time grappling with this existential quandary, so drugs are prescribed as a runaround. I don’t feel it as evil per se, just the only way to provide relief and a sense of control. But ultimately we need to reconcile this within ourselves so that we can feel what is the root in our souls around this.

The particular story is different for everyone, and we all have our own bone to pick with God. A fear, a rejection, persecution, abandonment, etc. We are to feel what our relationship is to this feeling if we want to ‘get back to God’, so to speak. If we truly believe or even want to believe that God is Love and that It/He/She exists in all things and has never abandoned us, then there is a story there. A reason for this feeling of being tried, tested, or played with. It is up to us to ask the questions, hold the space, and go into the murky territory that is this sacredly difficult place.

I believe that true awakening is a challenge but not one that we are in alone or outside of God’s Love. I feel this burden of proof from God needed by a part of you. Feeling our Higher Self and tapping into its own knowingness is what can bring us the much-needed space to go into this journey if we are willing and ready.”

It All Comes Down To Letting IN

It all comes down to letting in. Letting in what wants to come to each of us when we are ready for it. When we can feel and love the parts of us that resist it so. Hard to believe that could be true! But when I sit with my selves and really tap into my heart I can feel and see the places where love and worth get stopped up. There is a so much in our soul’s merkaba that we are not totally conscious of that can create this block out of fear and unworth.

Kalayna and I are taking this all in during our anniversary time together. It is a gift to ourselves and our parts. It fuels the inner hearth so that we can offer the overflow back out into the collective through those that we serve both physically and virtually. We chose a path of actively collapsing timelines to re-emerge into a new one that lets in more trust, gratitude, love, and abundance in the name of service and ambassadorship. No longer will we accept anything less than what we feel we deserve and desire.

We are embarking on something new together but also with those that are on similar paths and trajectories. Our passion is to steward and bridge New Earth Now into our heart, body, and soul and serve that back out into the grids. Thank you all for being a part of this journey with us. Feeling And Healing The System Within

The past couple of weeks has been sprinkled with interfacing with “The System”. The legal matrix that requires each of us to have our T’s crossed and our I’s dotted in order to go about our lives in a state of unencumbered “freedom”. There was a time where I felt myself to be a warrior out to slay the dragon of said System. I found myself on a mission to free myself and shine the light for others to do the same.

At the time it felt like my purpose. Energetically I felt myself in states of rage, fear, and anxiety. I would get pretzled into so many knots around what I could and couldn’t get away with in regards to taxes, travel, social expectations, and debt just to name a few. When I began my own journey of feeling myself as a hub of fractured selves, I could then see and feel a picture of this System inside of myself. There were multiple metasoul lives that were reacting to this feeling of imprisonment and control. It was happening from me to me first. The outer was just reflecting the inner.

At the core it comes to “I can’t have what I want”. Even underneath that is “I am not worthy to have what I want” so I create the matrix outside to validate the one on the inside. I have been getting guidance from a Reptilian aspect of mine that I have connecting with recently. He has been helping me to see how the matrix is energized and co-created within the collective. It starts with a whisper, a meme, that builds its strength on the wings of our fear and unworth. That which was created when we found ourselves separate from Source.

When we find ourselves in moments where we are in the belly or on the radar of this system, there is an internal reaction. An energetic frequency that builds upon the largess of the collective. It feeds it and helps to make manifest the very thing we are afraid of. As I have experienced in my own process, as well as this guidance from my reptilian aspect, it is the inner work of transforming our own fear places, our own control centers, our own inner matrix that begins the process of a wholesale transformation of a system that actually no longer exists on the outside.

If that is the case, then it becomes clear that we are the heroes that we have been looking for. We are the leaders that can take our selves to new places of freedom and joy that we could only previously dream of. A new layer of trust comes when we start to unanchor ourselves from the collective conscious paradigm we actually co-created. To fight the System is to really only continue the struggle within. Going IN and bringing love to all of your shadow places, including your inner Reptilian, is what helps clear a path to a new economy of gift, passion, and true personal empowerment.

A MANdate For New Earth Now

Last night my friend, heart shaman, and MANtor (mentor as a man) Raphael Awen and I enjoyed a night out together for the first time in a while. It was a time we intended to connect with each other in a deeper way beyond the ‘doings’ of our busy lives as we all engage in our next journeys separate, yet together in heart.

It is easy for parts of all of us to normalize relationship to some degree and not take a moment to just be in the goodness of what is, what was, and what we intend to be more of. This also feels to be a challenge for men especially. Taking sacred time with each other in honor and gratitude, or even much-needed truth-telling, wherever that truth is coming from or needs to lead.

Raphael and I took in the goodness of our surroundings, our own usness outside our personal romances with our beloved mates, and our history together as friends and co-conspirators of this starship we call SoulFullHeart. It was a tender moment to feel all that we have been through together in our history and especially here in Mexico. We could feel how unique our bond is as men and to feel how we have had the shades drawn a bit on our own desire for other men to be a part of a larger roundtable of heart and soul kings.

So we took the intentional space to let go of what was, honor it deeply, and open our hearts to more. More real, more galactic, more men, and more More, whatever that turns out to be. It was another layer of deep healing between two men that seek to offer it to other men in search of the same. It felt personal, global, and galactic. All that was missing was the cigarette. (Yup…I said that.)

Fogginess Continues, With Clarity On The Horizon

Today has been another day of fogginess inside, ups and downs in undulating waves, all amid feelings of movement that are leading to a greater sense of clarity and growth. It’s been a day too of feeling and letting in love and goodness… within myself, with my beloved mate Gabriel, and with our dear friend and teacher too, Raphael.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted or was ready to write anything today, but why not? Why not share a bit, just to be real and transparent, because I know and feel in my heart that I am not the only one moving through something intense and into more and more unknowns about who I am, even while I trust that pieces are falling into place too… this trust always seems to be there, even when I can’t consciously feel it!

These processes as they arise are visceral, emotional, powerful… not mental. Digesting it with my beloveds as it unfolds is huge and helpful, especially as another wave of intensity crests over the bough of my pitching and tossing ship. I couldn’t begin to name the intensity, but I can describe it as bliss-mess love and self-realization, supported by the goodness of my relationships and the goodness within that I’ve been healing towards for years now. It’s an overhauling of previous identifiers and a grounding into primal pain as a human being on this planet too.

Woah, right? This is deep stuff… and we’re all invited to move through whatever we need to with these themes and more.

I have had many waves of humbling processes over the years. These processes, these times of focusing inward to flow back outward again, always bring me to a new place of humility and learning about who I am and who I want to be… without any pretense or putting anything on. In fact, it’s actually been a process of taking more and more OFF, to get to the vulnerable underbelly of what’s been going on on the surface, to heal from that place and transform into something brand new.

I’m getting ready, as are all of you, to become something brand NEW.

These energies right now are offering us all much support as we reach a new stratum of Ascension on a personal and collective level. These phases of 4D darkness and purgings are necessary until they aren’t, until what has needed to be realized and felt has been. These times of fog ARE leading to clearer skies, as this is inevitable, even though parts of us may feel an existential terror or as if they are dying. This is the death and rebirth process that the Divine Mother and Father facilitate and hold space for as we continue our journeys back to full-time oneness and love-bliss consciousness, remembering all there is to remember about that too.

You and I and parts of us are not, in fact, dying… they and we are learning to live again, breathe new air again, emerge on deeper layers still from the invasive conditioning of 3D separation consciousness, the ways our parts have had to adapt and cope with that, and the pain of not being with Star Family 24/7. They never did go anywhere, yet we are energetically and heartfully finding our way back to them, and there is a lot to feel in the process of that, it seems.

Much love from the heart and soul of my process to yours. We are not alone, nor will we ever be…

Free of the ties that bind

The binds that have kept you safe, unknowable, and small

The relations, the assumptions, and the fears

That have all appeared as Love and Truth

Until they no longer did.

It is not so much your Mind and Beliefs that need to be examined or retrained,

But rather your heart that needs to be felt

Your soul that needs to be explored

And called into the court of your curiosity and divine compassion

What storylines have you still in chains, in regret, and in suffering

It is going into the deep well of your hidden, veiled, and protected caverns

That bring the greatest gifts to your arising awareness

That you have always been Free, been Loved, and been Alive

Feel and free yourself

You wonderful, glorious, and human expression

Of power, creation, Love, and beauty.

Owning And Transmuting The Prison That Lies Within

When one has been denied freedom, whether in the form of prison or being captured, for a very long time, there is something that happens in the mind and heart of said soul. It is like a form of The Stockholm Syndrome where you have identified with the captor/imprisoner in the name of survival. Only, in this case, the bars are no longer in front of you but they continue to exist energetically anyway. They were all that was ever known.

I have been digesting this inside of myself the last couple of days, where I can feel aspects of me that have been used to a particular consciousness, or way of relating to the world both inner and outer. There are goggles that are placed on them that were not put on them against their will, but so that they could ‘deal’ with the very real reality of True Freedom that stands right in front of them. They are not oblivious to this reality. It has been a necessary part of a healing process.

If there is no matrix, or if there was never one to begin with, we are left to address our own ownership of that which we feel like is imprisoning us. We are left to reconcile that we are the captor and the captured both. We are highly efficient and powerful creators that can manifest more than we are able to let in so we can use the power of our projection to devise all sorts of excuses that can buffer us from that reality, that I hold as my personal truth.

As the dawn of the New Era is shining is a powerful Divine light upon us, the shadow of those prison bars is becoming increasingly clear. The truth behind their existence needs to be taken responsibility for or else they will continue to stand right where they are at. I hold that these limitations, these projections, these fears have all been necessary but no longer serviceable. They are held inside by parts of you that have a long and varied history with both persecution and being persecuted. Captor and being captured. Find, feel, and release the chains of these heart and soul beings so that they can be transmuted into the grandeur of love they truly ARE.
